Having quickly read this research paper my ‘lay man’s’ summary of this research paper is as follows;  All earthquakes have a link with a disturbance of the local ionosphere.  For most earthquakes this ionospheric disturbance is caused through natural causes related to the sun.  However for some earthquakes, they are linked to a different type of ionospheric disturbance which these researchers are unable to explain.  The list of earthquakes with this unexplained ionospheric disturbance includes the Christchurch earthquake.  I wouldn’t mind betting that the Haiti earthquake shows the same ionosperic disturbance.  And the same FEMA officials just happened to be on site at both quakes, and of course there are the strong links of the Clinton Foundation in Haiti.  I would love to see the ionosphere chart for Haiti and compare it to Christchurch.”

On February 22, 2011, a M6.3 earthquake destroyed Christchurch, New Zealand (185 dead). VKS space intelligence blamed Project Wormwood at the joint Australian-U.S. Planetary Defense Base at Learmonth Solar Observatory on the North West Cape of Western Australia. Given that HAARP earthquake creation seems to follow a pump and dump pattern—a pumping action of, say, M4.5, which is then steered to the target some time later for a larger thrust—the Christchurch quake was on point: on February 21, the Northern Territory experienced a M4.7, then a full day later, the M6.3 hit.
If Christchurch was a target error for Tasman Glacier in the Southern Alps region 120 miles away, then how are we to read the fact that a visiting American Congressional delegation just happened to be in Christchurch only to fly out 2-1/2 hours before the M6.3 hit, conveniently leaving behind FEMA deputy administrator Timothy W. Manning to coordinate the American response to the disaster they knew was coming? (General P.K. Keen, deputy commander of the U.S. Southern Command, had been similarly pre-positioned in Haiti for the 2010 devastation. ) Four hundred physicians just happened to be attending a urology conference at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Christchurch; they said they “felt like a wrecking ball was being smashed into the side of the building” as water poured up from the shaking ground. And the 116 soldiers from the Singapore Army who just happened to be in Christchurch for a training exercise and were therefore available to cordon off the city after the quake? Coincidence? From the same EU Times article:

. . . just like Haiti was the catastrophic victim of a US “earthquake weapon” due to a previously unknown fault line, so was New Zealand, and as we can read, in part, as further confirmed by London’s Independent News Service, “The devastating earthquake that tore through Christchurch on Tuesday is the product of a new fault line in the Earth’s crust that seismologists were previously unaware of.” [Emphasis added.]

Was opening up a new fault line the objective of the earthquake? In Chapter 4, we looked at connections between Big Oil, fault lines, and hydrocarbons as per the Gulf of Mexico and New Madrid Seismic Zone. Is something similar going on off the coast of New Zealand? Geo-terrorism researcher Jeff Phillips thinks so. In fact, he feels that Anadarko Petroleum Corporation is HAARP’s primary beneficiary. The company’s portfolio of assets encompasses premier positions in the Rocky Mountains region, the southern United States and the Appalachian Basin. The company also is a premier deepwater producer in the Gulf of Mexico, and has production in Alaska, Algeria and Ghana with additional exploration opportunities in West Africa, Mozambique, Kenya, South Africa, Colombia, Guyana, New Zealand and China.

Anadarko’s board of directors is interesting: CEO James Hackett, a director of Halliburton, member of Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg; Luke Corbett, director of Kerr-McGee (owned by Anadarko); Peter Geren, former Secretary of both Army and Air Force; Paula Reynolds, director of BAE Systems Advanced Technologies that built HAARP’s phase 2 upgrade (completed in 2006) and owns the patent (US 7218571) for a magnetically driven underwater pulse generator; and General Kevin Chilton, former NASA astronaut and head of U.S. Space Command after his command at STRATCOM.
Most convincing, however, is that Anadarko’s man, U.S. Representative Kevin Brady (R-TX), was in New Zealand Prime Minister John Key’s office when the Christchurch quake occurred; four hours later, Anadarko had its permit for offshore exploration, for which it will use its ultra-deepwater drillship.
Whereas Italy sentenced six seismologists and a FEMA-like official to six years in prison for manslaughter after reassuring the public that the M6.3 earthquake that struck L’Aquila on 6 April 2009 would not happen, in Christchurch, the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act (CERA) was passed and the Minister for Earthquake Recovery issued a Notice of Intention to Take Land:

. . . negotiations for voluntary acquisition may run until the end of December [2011]. If agreement has not been reached by then, CERA’s Christchurch Central Development Unit (CCDU) intends to take the land under compulsory acquisition [for public works].

Claims for compensation are always possible but uncertain at best. Headlines like “Poverty ‘rampant’ in quake-hit Christchurch” are to be expected, while corporations like Anadarko reap fortunes from the devastation.
Project Seal, a joint U.S.-New Zealand test carried out around New Caledonia and Auckland during World War Two, may have been looking for new fault lines: 3,700 bombs were exploded in New Caledonia and later at Whangaparaoa Peninsula near Auckland, which created a 33-foot tsunami capable of inundating a small city. This segues to three major 2011-2012 quakes and one tsunami in Japan that inundated the entire planet with radiation.
