As plague hysteria begins spreading across headlines around the world, there is one detail almost nobody is talking about: governments and military biodefense programs have already poured major resources into developing dozens of plague vaccines.

A recent paper examined the history of lab leaks and accidents, including 70 documented cases of laboratory-associated leaks that led to disease outbreaks.
From historical incidents, the researchers identify the characteristics of a disease outbreak that indicate the virus was leaked from a laboratory. The researchers found that the covid-19 virus outbreak shares characteristics with earlier lab leak incidents.

Due to the fact that billions of people worldwide all voluntarily submitted themselves to hefty Covid-19-related restrictions, practices (masking, social distancing, death of the handshake, Zoom calls), job closures, payment forbearance, curfews, lockdowns, isolations, quarantines and more; the World Economic Forum (WEF) is now stating that this pandemonium was just a “test of social responsibility,” and that these same people will accept a social credit score system.
Published on September 14th, the WEF published an article titled “‘My Carbon’: An approach for inclusive and sustainable cities,” written by Kunal Kumar, Mission Director for Smart Cities Mission and Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of India, and Mridul Kaushik, who worked as an analyst for Cisco for several years.
The two authors lay out the steps towards the world’s populous accepting a social credit score system that is carbon-based. This is what China currently uses, which applies a retroactive score to individuals based on what they say and do, which therefore determines what they can and cannot do in society.Subscribe
The authors begin their article by asserting that nearly three-quarters of the world’s cities account for the total carbon emissions, and with 40% of that number coming from individuals and their actions. And even though many communities have tried to implement sustainability goals, they say they have had “limited success” because of political and social discourse, ignorance on the issues, and the inability to monitor “My Carbon” emissions.
“My Carbon,” as the WEF calls it, is the pseudonym for this social credit-carbon calculator they wish to come to pass.
The authors layout three key “significant developments” within the last decade that could help in “shaping the future towards smart and sustainable cities.”
The author’s first tenet is the subservience of the masses during the Covid-related restrictions and lockdowns. They wrote:
“COVID-19 was the test of social responsibility – A huge number of unimaginable restrictions for public health were adopted by billions of citizens across the world. There were numerous examples globally of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, mass vaccinations and acceptance of contact-tracing applications for public health, which demonstrated the core of individual social responsibility.”
In other words, if the masses willingly submitted themselves to the “new normal,” why would they not conform to these new proposals to perfectly surveil everyone’s life?
From there, the authors introduce point number two, “Fourth Industrial Revolution technology breakthroughs.” In short, because of all the artificial intelligence and smartphone addictions, the authors, without saying the words, necessitate the need for a carbon-based social credit score:

“Advances in emerging technologies like AI, blockchain and digitization can enable tracking personal carbon emissions, raise awareness and also provide individual advisories on lower carbon and ethical choices for consumption of product and services. The World Economic Forum’s Scale 360 initiative demonstrates the use of fourth industrial revolution technologies across the whole life cycle of products and services.
“There have been major advances in smart home technologies, transport choices with carbon implications, the roll-out of smart meters in providing individual choices to reduce their energy-related emissions, the development of new personalized apps to account for personal emissions, and better personal choices for food and consumption-related emissions. AI can also help strengthen circular economy business models like product as a service models, demand predictions, and smart asset management by combining real time and historical data from products and users.
“There is a significant number of programs and applications enabling citizens to contribute towards carbon emissions by providing them in-depth awareness on the choices of personal carbon for food, transport, home energy and lifestyle choices.
“These energy efficiency apps give suggestions and statistics regarding greenhouse emissions and offer ways to reduce your personal footprint. Keeping track of energy consumption in the home and motivating people to make lifestyle changes and to contribute your share towards the betterment of the environment.”

The third point the author’s present is even more ‘education’ and “raised awareness” on the issue of climate change, building-off on the increasing number of people (namely the younger generations) who are actively calling for mitigation in their own lives to stop climate change. Citing a detailed poll via the Pew Research Center,“80% of citizens say they are willing to change how they live and work to combat the effects of climate change.” The sample size, however, was less than 20,000 people interviewed internationally.
Nevertheless, bearing all three points in mind, the authors conclude this:
“The three trends provide strong evidence towards enabling a social movement for “My Carbon” initiatives by enabling public-private partnerships to help curate this program. It is suggested to drive a three-way approach to shape this movement.
“Such economic action will need policy enablement from city leadership through extensive discussion between stakeholders to arrive at a fair and inclusive approach.
“The levers of Cognitive Enablement and Social Norms will be much more impactful through citizen engagement programs and learnings from the above-mentioned trends need to be captured to design these programs. Innovative AI and machine-learning capabilities would help capture embedded emissions in goods and services, and could help in providing individuals with tailored and timely advice on how to reduce their lifestyle emissions.
“Finally, it is significant that all stakeholders across the value chain come together and contribute towards achieving a net-zero future by leaving no one behind.”

Furthermore, as a sidenote, the WEF additionally notes some of the other underlying initiatives attributable to them to bring these social credit scores to pass, to usher in this new system per smart city life by 2030.

As sad as this is, the WEF is telling the truth and are 100% correct: the willfully ignorant sheeple will absolutely fall in lockstep with these initiatives. And as the WEF has just admitted, the propaganda is only going to increase. But by the same token, I believe mass trigger events must be created in order for the sheeple to be coerced into doing so. Economic collapse, famine, disease, cyberattacks, death, and war will surely do the trick, as the people will be groveling for the government to save them.
The video has since been deleted because of YouTube’s absurd termination of my channel, but, prior to a single lockdown in the states, on March 14th, 2020, I bashed the Covid rhetoric and exposed the wonderful and marvelous actions of the people. The masses were petrified and stocking up on toilet paper over a made-up “everything virus” that supposedly claimed only several thousand lives worldwide, out of a population of roughly 7.8 billion! I am not trying to whet my own whistle here, but I have the actual right to bash this stuff, unlike all the shills that found it was popular and trendy to make fun of Covid by the summertime.
All of this could have been averted if people stood-up and resisted this nonsense:

This is an excellent must watch doco. It is produced in NZ so is NZ relevant (although the plan is global as all countries are signed up). Last week, France gave the go-ahead for augmented soldiers, and some fear the super troopers could be the new norm in the recent future.
The French seek to improve “physical, cognitive, perceptive and psychological capacities,” and could allow for location tracking or connectivity with weapons systems and other soldiers. Among the ministry’s research were drugs to keep troops awake for long periods of time and combat stress, and even surgery to improve hearing.
The new species of augmented soldiers, dubbed “homo robocopus” could also have altered DNA to give them enhanced speed and strength as well as robotics.

Author Michael Fumento sets off an explosion in his recent article on the failure of epidemic models: “’The … crisis we face is unparalleled in modern times,’ said the World Health Organization’s assistant director, while its director general proclaimed it ‘likely the greatest peacetime challenge that the United Nations and its agencies have ever faced.’ This was based on a CDC computer model projection predicting as many as 1.4 million deaths from just two countries.”
“So when did they say this about COVID-19? Trick question: It was actually about the Ebola virus in Liberia and Sierra Leone five years ago, and the ultimate death toll was under 8,000.”
Bang.
Well, look, the CDC and WHO have to stay in business, right? They can’t allow a fallow period of no pandemics. They HAVE TO predict dire consequences. Otherwise, some people might start questioning their budgets. It’s a fight for bureaucratic survival, and if millions or billions of people have to lose their jobs and income and freedom in the process, so be it.
Here is a key paragraph from the CDC’s latest brain-twisting definition of a COVID case. As you’ll see, it allows the counting of cases where no confirmatory diagnostic test has been done on a patient at all. Have to inflate those numbers, right? How else can an agency justify its existence?
“As of April 14, 2020, CDC case counts and death counts include both confirmed and probable cases and deaths…A confirmed case or death is defined by meeting confirmatory laboratory evidence for COVID-19. A probable case or death is defined by i) meeting clinical criteria AND epidemiologic evidence with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID-19; or ii) meeting presumptive laboratory evidence AND either clinical criteria OR epidemiologic evidence; or iii) meeting vital records criteria with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID19.”
If you spend too long trying to decipher the meaning of every phrase and term in that definition, you might find yourself in the labyrinth of a psych ward. But it IS obvious that a COVID case without a confirming diagnostic test is being welcomed on board. “Sure, why not, join the party.”
Meanwhile, out front, on television, and quietly in the Oval Office, petty bureaucrat, numbers massager, and interim president of the United States of Crackdown Lockdown, Anthony Fauci, can switch case numbers up and down and sideways. He can shovel it high and deep to his heart’s content. All in all, his job is keeping the public health gravy train moving, while covering the caboose (ass) of that train.

“If one assumes that the number of asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic cases is several times as high as the number of reported cases, the case fatality rate may be considerably less than 1%. This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%) or a pandemic influenza (similar to those in 1957 and 1968)…”
In case there is any doubt, those “pandemic influenza seasons” of 1957 and 1968 did NOT result in any lockdowns. People went outdoors. They mingled. They sat in stadiums. They went to their jobs.
Fauci, March 30, 2020, Reason Magazine: “Jake Tapper asked Fauci how many COVID-19 cases the United States can expect to see, ‘To be honest with you, we don’t really have any firm idea,’ Fauci said. ‘There are things called models. And when someone creates a model, they put in various assumptions. And the model is only as good and as accurate as your assumptions…Looking at what we’re seeing now,’ Fauci said, ‘we’re going to have millions of cases’ in the United States, and it is reasonable to expect ‘between 100,000 and 200,000’ deaths. But he cautioned that ‘I just don’t think that we really need to make a projection, when it’s such a moving target, that you can so easily be wrong and mislead people.’ Deborah Birx, coordinator of the White House’s COVID-19 task force, yesterday cited similar but somewhat less alarming estimates, saying ‘between 80,000 and 160,000, maybe even potentially 200,000 people,’ could be killed by COVID-19 in the United States.”
Uh huh. Right. Sure. Bad flu season. Really bad flu season. Millions of cases. Between 80,000 and 200,000 thousand dead in the US. Depends on the definition of a COVID case and how jacked up the numbers are. Depends on which computer model and projection is used.
Depends on whether the talking heads decide it’s a day for tough love or just plain tough. Either way, some version of fiction is going to run like sewer water out of their mouths.

First, I want to mention 5G technology, which, according to reports, has been widely deployed in Wuhan, “the epicenter of the China epidemic.” Readers have sent me links to articles and videos that highlight human damage caused by 5G.
I’m aware of this damage. I’ve written about it before, and, I revisited it in a piece I wrote a few days ago titled 5G and the China epidemic. What is creating illness and death in China is not an either-or situation. In my past research on epidemics, I’ve found several causes of disease in every “epidemic”—causes which have nothing to do with a virus.
In Wuhan, in addition to air pollution, we could certainly be looking at 5G, and other situations of damage—for example, water pollution, heavy chemical spraying.
I’ve also received communications asking about “all the other cases of the coronavirus” occurring in countries where air pollution is not a significant factor. To answer these questions, I urge reading all my articles on the so-called “China epidemic” (archive here). I’ve covered how “cases of the disease” are “discovered”—through entirely misleading and worthless diagnostic tests. It’s always been easy to invent case numbers using these tests.

Viruses, Epidemics and Experiments: The History of Biological Warfare – The use of bacteria, viruses and other biological agents as weapons of war has a long and gut-wrenching history. Despite some early examples, it was not until the 20th century that biological warfare truly became scientifically callous. During the First World War, the German military was a notable practitioner of this art of warfare. The Japanese were particularly interested in this area of warfare, intensifying their efforts through the Second World War. One of the most prominent advocates of the use of biowarfare was the Japanese Surgeon General and microbiologist, Shiro Ishii, who went on to head the central unit of Imperial Japan’s biological warfare programme during WWII: Unit 731, which was based in occupied China. As part of their biowarfare program, the Japanese army tested a minimum of 25 biological agents on civilians and prisoners of war, with operations including the poisoning of over 1,000 Chinese water wells with typhus and cholera, and dropping fleas infested with plague on Chinese cities. At least thousands of people were killed by this programme, with some even arguing that approximately 200,000 Chinese were killed. What makes all of this worst however is that fact that the US government gave immunity to many of these Japanese biowarfare officers in exchange for getting the data from the Japanese biological warfare programme, akin to Operation Paperclip. There are also numerous examples of militaries conducting biological warfare experiments on their own, unsuspecting citizens. Aside from civilians being used as guinea pigs by biowarfare units, biological warfare programmes can also pose another risk to civilians: in the form of pathogens accidently escaping from biowarfare facilities.
