Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claims the CDC owns patents on at least 57 different vaccines, and profits $4.1 billion per year in vaccination sales.
According to RFK Jr., the CDC is not an independent government agency but is actually a subsidiary of Big Pharma.
Greenmedinfo.com reports: Mr. Kennedy told EcoWatch, “The CDC is a subsidiary of the pharmaceutical industry. The agency owns more than 20 vaccine patents and purchases and sells $4.1 billion in vaccines annually.” Again, no source.
I have been around long enough to know that vaccine claims have to be checked and rechecked. And since this is a very old claim, one that I would like to be able to state (if it is true), I decided to review it.
I am fortunate to have, as one of my partners in advocacy, fellow autism parent Mark Blaxill, an Intellectual Property expert who has been employed by billion dollar corporations to manage their patents. Blaxill was the man who found out that HHS, through NIH, owns patents on all HPV vaccines, and receives a percentage of the profits for each dose of Gardasil and Cervarix administered anywhere in the world. He published the stunning revelation in a detailed three part expose entitled, “A License to Kill? Part 1: How A Public-Private Partnership Made the Government Merck’s Gardasil Partner.”
When I contacted Blaxill to ask how to run a patent search, he was kind enough to do it for me. He found 57 granted US patents with the CDC listed as an assignee. You can see the search results here.
Upon cursory review of the patents, I found that one did not seem applicable to vaccination, but merely referenced an article on vaccination. That leaves us with 56 CDC patents to scrutinize.
Here is what I found.
There are CDC patents applicable to vaccines for Flu, Rotavirus, Hepatitis A, HIV, Anthrax, Rabies, Dengue fever, West Nile virus, Group A Strep, Pneumococcal disease, Meningococcal disease, RSV, Gastroenteritis, Japanese encephalitis, SARS, Rift Valley Fever, and chlamydophila pneumoniae.
There is a CDC patent for “Nucleic acid vaccines for prevention of flavivirus infection,” which has applications in vaccines for Zika, West Nile virus, Dengue fever, tick-borne encephalitis virus, yellow fever, Palm Creek virus, and Parramatta River virus.
CDC also has several patents for administering various ”shots” via aerosol delivery systems for vaccines.
There’s a CDC patent on a process for vaccine quality control by “quantifying proteins in a complex preparation of uni- or multivalent commercial or research vaccine preparations.”
There’s a CDC patent on a method “for producing a model for evaluating the antiretroviral effects of drugs and vaccines.”
CDC has a patent for companies who want to test their respiratory system applicable vaccine on an artificial lung system.
If a vaccine maker is concerned that their vaccine might contain a human rhinovirus, CDC has a patent on a process for determining if such contamination exists.
CDC has a patent on an assay to assist vaccine makers in finding antigen-specific antibodies in a biological sample.
CDC holds a patent that provides vaccine makers with a method of “reducing the replicative fitness of a pathogen by deoptimizing codons.” Asserting that, “pathogens with deoptimized codons can be used to increase the phenotypic stability of attenuated vaccines.”
The agency also holds a patent on adjuvants for a vaccine used on premature infants and young babies.
There is a CDC patent to cover a vaccine for an infection induced by a tape worm found in pork.
They even have patents that cover vaccines for animal illnesses including Canarypox virus, Fowlpox virus, Sealpox virus, dog flu and monkey cancer.
Does this seem like a public health agency making “independent” vaccine recommendations, or a private company with an impressive portfolio to which one might look for investment opportunities?
The CDC is reputed to be an independent government agency making vaccine recommendations to the public, only for the public good. They are the agency charged with vaccine safety oversight, via their Immunization Safety Office.
Here is how the office describes its charge:
“CDC’s Immunization Safety Office plays a vital role in ensuring our nation’s vaccine safety.
Sound immunization policies affecting children and adults in the U.S. depend on continuous monitoring of the safety and effectiveness of vaccines. CDC uses many strategies to assess vaccine safety, to identify health problems possibly related to vaccines, and to conduct studies that help determine whether a health problem is caused by a specific vaccine. CDC also works with other federal government agencies and other stakeholders to determine the appropriate public health response to vaccine safety concerns and to communicate the benefits and risks of vaccines.
The Immunization Safety Office regularly reports on vaccine safety monitoring findings and any concerns to CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). This advisory group develops the recommended vaccine schedule for children and adults in the U.S. ACIP considers the safety and effectiveness of vaccines before making recommendations to the vaccine schedule or changing recommendations for vaccine use.”
Note that they proudly state that they report to the ACIP – the same committee on which Paul Offit infamously served, as if this reporting somehow adds legitimacy to their vaccine safety work. The same committee that Congress has excoriated for their long history of conflicts of interests.
Nowhere on the CDC’s web site can I find the disclosure that the agency is a profit partner with the vaccine makers for whom it is supposed to be providing safety oversight.
Mr. Kennedy is in very safe territory by reporting that the CDC has over 20 patents that create vast, undisclosed conflicts of interests in vaccine safety. He is understating the problem by more than half.
This brief look at current patents held by the CDC deserves an in-depth review to determine exactly what current financial relationships with vaccine makers now exist and what the current impact those revenue streams are likely having on vaccine safety positions. Furthermore, one must closely look at the financial relationships between the CDC and vaccine makers it is currently courting, to include the potential exploitation of new patents for financial gain. These are merely a few lines of inquiry, among hundreds, needing to be examined and why the potential RFK commission on vaccine safety must be impaneled.
No wonder the vaccine industry (and let’s not kid ourselves, CDC IS the vaccine industry) and their media outlets are fighting with such a fury to prevent the #RFKcommission from being formed.
Fortunately, Mr. Kennedy has already said he will fight this corruption against our children until his last breath, and we seem to have a new president who doesn’t care what Pharma and the mainstream media throw at him. There is more than 20 years’ worth of documented abuse and corruption in the vaccine program that, if properly examined, would at the very least force reforms that would drastically reduce the profits of the industry.
The vaccine business is currently a $30 billion per year industry in which organizations like the World Health Organization have urged increased investment, projecting that it will become a $100 billion per year industry by 2025. Thus, it is evident that the CDC and their business partners need the public to not only be okay with the 69 doses of recommended childhood vaccines, but to begin to adhere to the additional 100 plus doses of vaccines recommended by the new adult schedule, and to be ready to inject their families with the additional 271 vaccines in the development pipeline.
That profit boom can’t happen if the corruption in the industry, and the vast, unassessed damage that it has done to the health of children (and now adults) is laid open for all to finally see. The $30 billion per year industry will become a sub $10 billion per year industry, with a cap on how much it can make. Because there is a cap on how much the human body can process.
We must continue to press the Trump administration for comprehensive vaccine safety review and reform, including the universal right to forgo any and all vaccines without coercion.
Without a White House to ignore CDC’s abuses and run interference with the American public, the corrupt vaccine industry may be turning into a paper tiger, and its media simply a powerless crowd of bullies with a megaphone, broadcasting “sound and fury signifying nothing.”

Readers from Italy have been contacting Health Impact News this past week (June, 2017), asking us to cover the massive demonstrations happening throughout Italy to protest a new mandatory vaccine law. This news has been censored from the U.S. corporate media.
Francesca Alesse, who worked with the VAXXED film team to get the film shown in Italy last year, writes:
In an unprecedented way, the decree-law proposed by the Minister of Health has been signed by the sitting Italian president Sergio Mattarella. Only four vaccines were mandatory in Italy, now that number triples to 12.
No other decree-law has moved so fast in the Italian legislative system, the reasons of such hurry are incomprehensible considering that the Istituto Superiore Di Sanità (the local version of the CDC) has declared that contrary to what stated in the decree itself there is no objective urgency. There are no epidemics, the number of cases of measles or meningitis in the current year have been substantially lower than the previous year.
Thousands of parents have protested the new law this past June 3rd, protests and marches have taken place in 21 Italian cities spread across the nation. A national protest is scheduled for this Sunday June 11th.

The new law apparently has severe consequences for parents who fail to comply, including the possibility of having their children taken away from them. In addition to public outcry, there appears to be strong political opposition to the law as well.
Elisabetta Bressan, an Italian commenting on Facebook writes:
Protests are going to increase here, as our Government has announced… a law to introduce 12 mandatory vaccines. The law…. was announced by our Health Ministry to be as follows: 12 mandatory vaccination needed to have access to pre-school system (age 0-6): no vaccination, no enrollment, no exceptions; for mandatory school (age 0-16) if kids were not vaccinated parents should pay a penalty between 500€ and 7.500€ per year, if you cannot afford it, you’ll be refer to Jouvanile Court, that could suspend your parents rights to get your children vaccinated. A national protest is envisaged in Rome on June 11.
This will start within the next school year (September 2017); it has been calculated that more then 800,000 kids will need to receive a massive vaccination in a very little time.

Medical Doctors Opposed to Forced Vaccinations – Should Their Views be Silenced?
One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”
However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.
The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.
Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field.
In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves “pro-vaccine,” for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual.
Many doctors recommend a “delayed” vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot.
These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.
In this article, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.

ACC paid out $325,221 to NZers for vaccine injuries during the period mid 2017 to mid 2018
An OIA request reveals that during the period 1-July-2017 to 30-June-208 a sum of $325,221 was paid out in NZ for vaccine injuries. The intent of pointing this out is to draw your attention to the claim that injuries from vaccines are extremely extremely rare. Whilst that my once have been the case, currently the stats in the US are recorded by CDC as 1 in 39. Not by any stretch of the imagination ‘rare’. Having this information is crucial when making the decision to vaccinate. Do ask for the inserts to the vaccine to learn the risks of side effects or risk of injury as frequently these are not pointed out. There is many a testimony online of people who became injured and wish they had asked. This all of course is called informed consent. Very important when using the precautionary approach to all things health. Bear in mind also that many injuries are not reported.

The US National Institutes of Health (NIH) is launching a rush program to develop a vaccine against the China coronavirus.
The goal? Have a vaccine ready for human testing in an unprecedented 90 days.
NIH is partnering with a US vaccine company, Moderna, Inc.
The vaccine is a new type called RNA. According to Reuters (“With Wuhan virus genetic code in hand, scientists begin work on a vaccine,” Jan 24, 2020), “[these are] vaccines based on ribonucleic acid (RNA)—a chemical messenger that contains instructions for making proteins.”
The PHG Foundation/University of Cambridge explains further: “Unlike a normal vaccine, RNA vaccines work by introducing an mRNA sequence (the molecule which tells cells what to build) which is coded for a disease specific antigen [virus]; once produced within the body, the antigen [virus] is recognised by the immune system, preparing it to fight the real thing.”
Let’s have a look at Moderna (twitter), the company that will be making and testing the new RNA vaccine against the China coronavirus. Its website states, in a January 23rd press release: “Moderna Announces Funding Award from CEPI to Accelerate Development of Messenger RNA (mRNA) Vaccine Against Novel Coronavirus”.
Funded by CEPI. Who is that? (twitter) Its website states: “CEPI is a innovative global partnership between public, private, philanthropic, and civil society organisations. We’re working together to accelerate the development of vaccines against emerging infectious diseases and enable equitable access to these vaccines for people during outbreaks.”
A more relevant quote: “CEPI was founded in Davos by the governments of Norway and India, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and the World Economic Forum.”

A new analysis of the clinical trials of HPV vaccines to prevent cervical cancer raises doubts about the vaccines’ effectiveness. The analysis, published by the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine, assessed 12 published Phase 2 and 3 randomised controlled efficacy trials of the HPV vaccines Cervarix and Gardasil.
The analysis, carried out by researchers at Newcastle University and Queen Mary University of London, revealed many methodological problems in the design of the Phase 2 and 3 efficacy trials, leading to uncertainty regarding understanding the effectiveness of HPV vaccination.
The researchers found that the trials were not designed to detect cervical cancer, which takes decades to develop. Women in the trials were followed up for six years or less, apart from one trial extension to just under nine years. While the researchers found evidence that vaccination prevents low grade abnormal cell changes, they said this is not clinically important because no treatment is given.
Lead researcher Dr Claire Rees, of Queen Mary University of London, said: “Trials may have overestimated efficacy by combining high-grade cervical disease with low-grade cervical changes that occur more frequently but often resolve spontaneously without progressing. We found insufficient data to clearly conclude that HPV vaccine prevents the higher-grade abnormal cell changes that can eventually develop into cervical cancer.”
Dr Rees added: “Abnormal cell changes are likely to have been overdiagnosed in the trials because cervical cytology was conducted at 6-12 months rather than at the normal screening interval of 36 months. This, too, means that the trials may have overestimated the efficacy of the vaccine, again because some of the lesions would have regressed spontaneously.”
The researchers also found that the trial populations had limited relevance and validity for real world settings. The women in the trials were older than the target population.
Calling for women to still attend regular cervical screening, co-author of the study, Professor Allyson Pollock, of Newcastle University, said: “We have good evidence that cervical screening significantly reduces the risk of cervical cancer in women regardless of whether they have been vaccinated.”
50 Year Old Woman Dies Within 48 Hours of Receiving 8 Vaccines
“On Friday, October 19th 2018, she went for the flu shot and physical. When she got in there, the nurse told her she needed three more shots, the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Hepatitis B, and tetanus [TDaP (tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis)]. So in total she was given eight vaccines. She asked the nurse, “Don’t you think that’s a lot to give at one time”? I’m not sure her answer, but they gave them to her. Denise came home and all day Saturday she felt nauseous. Sunday morning she got up, showered, drank her coffee, and posted on Facebook a site about vaccines. She posted this statement about one hour before passing — about how one of your family members could be a statistic.”

We commonly hear of parents who lose their infant or young child to adverse vaccine reactions and death. Adults are also being damaged and killed by vaccines. In this heart-breaking case, Connie Paul recently suffered the loss of her 50 year old daughter, Denise Mullen, because of the vaccines she was required to get for her new job, including the flu shot. What’s also alarming is her daughter, Denise, posted an ominous warning message on Facebook alerting others of the flu vaccine just an hour before her death.
Connie describes her daughter’s devastating story and tragic outcome that occurred 48 hours after receiving eight vaccines.
Connie: My daughter, Denise Mullen, was the most caring person in the world, never judging anyone, and always one to tell you that you are a worthy person. It all started last year in June. My daughter woke up in the night and couldn’t breath. She went to emergency room and was admitted with congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy, a virus in her heart, and we never found out how she got that. Her heart was only working at 15-20% and the heart function should be around 65%. She had many tests, echocardiograms, was prescribed heart medicine, and changed her lifestyle somewhat to get better. She had been working at her in-law’s business as the bookkeeper and store manager. She had cut her work schedule to a few days and hours a week as she was tired a lot.Denise had a husband, three children, and two grandchildren whom she loved so dearly. She would put them first in everything. She would sacrifice all the time for family including me, her mom. I miss that so much. Her little grandchildren tell everyone, “grandma’s in heaven”. This is heart-breaking for my whole family. Never did I ever think I would lose my only daughter at 50 because a government makes us take poison in our bodies.
Even with a heart condition, Denise did normal things like ride out back on their property in their four-wheeler. They would build a fire and sit out by a creek and enjoy nature. Now that’s all gone. There are places I went with her that I’m not sure I ever want to go there again without her. I am so angry that she had to do these vaccinations and she was totally against them. My grandson and his wife don’t vaccinate their daughter. My family are so against putting poison in our bodies.

The director of their Vaccine Confidence Project ADMITS that their biggest problem in our hesitancy is vaccine SAFETY! Next up they are seeing that the PROFESSIONALS (ie Doctors and nurses) are starting to wobble on vaccine safety. They’re losing confidence in safety! They ADMIT Doctors only get half a day’s education on vaccines at med school … get this … IF THEY’RE LUCKY! Not good enough. They’re losing confidence that they can reply to mothers’ questions. So your questioning parents is paying off. They are noticing the gap that you’ve been seeing all along, that your gut’s been telling you whilst they brush your baby’s reaction or even death off as ‘coincidence’. Coincidence is not cutting it any more. Two British people dead after having yellow fever jab sparked deadly disease

The second victim also should not have been offered the vaccine as she did not have a Thymus gland and was considered to be immunocompromised.

Two people in the UK have died after receiving a vaccination against yellow fever. The jab, which is recommended for travellers planning visits to Africa, South America and the Caribbean, can trigger viscerotropic disease (YEL-AVD) in around one in 1,000,000 cases. Around 60 per cent of cases are fatal, as the illness can cause inflammation of the liver, uncontrollable bleeding and multiple organ failure. Both victims, who have not been officially named, were in categories of people who should not have received the vaccine.

The deepest condolences to these parents. Absolutely heartbreaking. Watch the video of the medical staff trying to revive the little one they just minutes before injected with three vaccines. Safe? You will also have to ‘uncover’ it as they have protected you from seeing the ‘violent or graphic content’ … the violence of the staff trying to revive a little one killed with their violent medical procedure). And no disrespect to this dear family who lost their precious baby … I am sure they have posted it as a warning to others. I am re posting it for the same reason.
If you watch Vaxxed testimonies on Youtube you will find many many more examples like this one. Perfectly healthy babies gone for their wellness checks & immunisation only to end up disabled or dead.
The risks for vaccine injury are 1 in 39 and the pharmaceutical companies are exempted from liability. These are frequently explained away as mere coincidence. Heartbreaking reports from parents indicate this may occur minutes, hours or days after the vaccine. Any parent’s worst nightmare. I had a conversation recently with a mother whose baby began to seizure 15 minutes after a vaccine was administered. A vaccine she did not want due to a previous reaction, however she was threatened with child protection services and did not want to lose her child. She had no come back, attempts by her to complain about these health professionals were met with brick walls. This was NZ too.

Add to that all the sterilization that’s been happening with them. And still no studies comparing vaccinated with unvaccinated (aside from independent ones). What are they afraid of?

Fit 72 year old personal trainer gets flu shot, becomes paralyzed and is put on a ventilator

On Oct 20 Bob had a flu shot.
The following week Bob had chills and just couldn’t get warm. He had some difficulty swallowing on the right side of his throat. At one point he was wary about his balance with some stairs.
On Nov 1 during a walk, he experienced some stiffness in his legs and lack of control with one of his feet. Later that night he found that he was numb and tingly in the base of the feet and lacked balance and the ability to stand. By the morning the numbness and tingling feeling had progressed up his legs.
On Nov 2, Bob was immediately rushed to the hospital with Dr’s considering two possible medical conditions – ALS or GBS. Through their assessment they determined that he had Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
They immediately administered IVIG treatment over the next 5 nights in hopes of reversing the syndrome. Yet, over the next 7 days Bob’s condition worsened as the paralysis began to ascend through his body in turn creating havoc on his respiratory system.
For those who don’t know Bob, he is an extremely fit, athletically active, 72 year old Personal Trainer for Oak Bay and Henderson Recreation.
On Nov 9 Bob was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where they placed him on a ventilator and monitored him closely. At this point he was now paralyzed up to his shoulders. He could only slightly shrug his shoulders and move his neck/head. Among other tubes attached to him, he also had a nasal feeding tube. Communication from this point forward had become limited with Bob who had to start using an alphabet chart – blinking each time a letter was spoken that he was looking for to describe a word and also using as much eye contact as possible to help us understand him.
We could only wait for him to plateau and with only one sign on Nov 12 that looked promising, sadly he dipped back deeper into the syndrome.
On Nov 16 they tested the possibility of removing the ventilator, however, that was only successful for a few hours and he had to be placed back on the ventilator. On Nov 18 they removed the ventilator from his mouth and did a tracheotomy and attached the ventilator to the trachea.
During the next 2 weeks he lost finite control of his muscles in his tongue including his eyes which has led to some vision problems.

Court Awards $137,500 After 8 Vaccines Kill Infant In Just 12 Hours

Kara Krause tragically lost her baby girl, Peyton, 12 hours after being injected with eight vaccines in 2008. Through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) and Special Master’s “Vaccine” Court, it was proven the DTaP, Hib, Hepatitis B, PCV, IPV, and Rotavirus vaccines killed her daughter. Kara describes her darling daughter, “She was a normal, happy, healthy baby. I still hear her little sounds so clearly. She was my first true love.”
Kara discloses her painful story below to educate others before they make a decision to vaccinate: “I’m hoping it will at least reach someone allowing them to do their own research and not rely on doctors alone.”
Kara: I lost my daughter Peyton at 6 weeks old, approximately 12 hours after receiving her two month vaccinations, when she was a month and 12 days old. She was given eight total vaccines, [DTaP/ IPV (Polio)/ Hep B (Pediarix), Pneumococcal conjugate (Prevnar), Hib, and Rotavirus (Rotateq)]. According to the autopsy report and medical examiner, her death was classified as “Sudden Unexplained Death in Infancy (SUDI).”
Almost two years after her death, I was told about the NVICP (National Vaccination Injury Compensation Program). This is a “non-fault” government-run program funded by a tax on the vaccines. It acts as an insurance policy to protect vaccine manufacturers from being sued for vaccination related deaths and injuries. Their cases go to trial as any other court cases, but they are overseen by a Special Master, not a jury. The Special Master hears both the victim and government’s arguments. If, and only if, proven scientific data or testimony (not a casual link or circumstance) is presented by the plaintiffs, the master then decides on the amount of compensation to be awarded to the victim or their family.
I was told by the lawyers who accepted Peyton’s case, (apparently VICP lawyers take very few of the cases submitted to them) that in order to be able to pursue a wrongful death or civil case, I had to go through the VICP process first. This was a complete lie. (I blame myself for not doing more research on the program.)
The VICP process took approximately 2-1/2 years. In that time, all my questions were answered. The medical experts found the evidence that proved that the DTaP, Hib, Hepatitis B, PCV, IPV and Rotavirus vaccines, were in fact, the cause of her death. I thought this was a great thing. I now had scientific proof, expert testimony, and a sum of money to be able pursue other suits, to bring awareness that vaccines actually do cause deaths. What I didn’t know, was filing with the VICP did not extend the statute of limitations (as I thought), in essence making it legally impossible to file for a wrongful death, medical malpractice, or any civil suit. But at least I had the medical evidence to educate others, right?? Instead what I’ve found is no one listens.
