Law enforcement has the legal power ‘to remove anything (including underwear) that the relevant person is wearing’ if it’s determined that that person must be vaccinated.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA, September 24, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — The state of Western Australia has legislated to allow police officers or other “authorised officers” to restrain individuals and, if deemed necessary, forcibly remove their underwear in order to administer a vaccine.
LifeSiteNews recently became aware of the legislation and is in communication with a number of residents of Western Australia who, until recently, were unaware of the extraordinary powers granted to the government in state law.
The so-called “reasonable force” includes the powers to:
(a) to apprehend and detain the person to whom the direction applies (the relevant person) and take the relevant person to a place where the person is required to undergo medical observation, medical examination or medical treatment or to be vaccinated in accordance with the direction; and
(b) to detain the relevant person at the place where he or she is required to undergo medical observation, medical examination or medical treatment or to be vaccinated in accordance with the direction; and
(c) to restrain the relevant person —
(i) to enable a medical observation, medical examination or medical treatment to be carried out; or
(ii) to enable the relevant person to be vaccinated;
(d) to remove anything (including underwear) that the relevant person is wearing, if —
(i) the removal of the thing is reasonably necessary to enable a medical examination or medical treatment to be carried out or, as the case requires, to enable the person to be vaccinated; and
(ii) the relevant person is given a reasonable opportunity to remove the thing himself or herself, and refuses or fails to do so.
On the Western Australia government website showing “Original Acts as passed” for Western Australian legislation, the text is included in the original 2016 Public Health Act. An updated version of the act as of September 12, 2020 is also available on the government website and includes the same text.
An Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) “fact check” article on the issue was published in June this year when some social media–users first became aware of the legislation and raised alarm online.
The ABC article states that “[t]hese powers are only enforceable under a public health state of emergency, as was declared in Western Australia on 23 March 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Dr. Rocco Loiacono, senior lecturer at the Curtin Law School in Western Australia, told LifeSiteNews that “there is no basis for any public health emergency since there has not been any community transmission of the virus in WA since early April!”
“The government should have declared the emergency over months ago,” Loiacono said, “but of course they will not now relinquish these newfound powers.”
Last month, Australian prime minister Scott Morrison announced that his government had made an agreement with the British pharmaceutical company Astrazeneca to supply Australians with their coronavirus vaccine for free, providing that the vaccine passes clinical trials. A few weeks after Morrison’s statement, worldwide trials for Astrazeneca’s coronavirus vaccine, which uses cell lines from an aborted baby, were temporarily stopped after a U.K. trial participant was taken ill.
Shortly after announcing the agreement with Astrazeneca, Morrison first said a coronavirus vaccine will be made “as mandatory as you can possibly make it” before quickly walking back the comments somewhat and saying the vaccine “is not going to be compulsory” and that “we can’t hold someone down and make them take it.”

More arrests including a 69 YO. Some of these kinds of events are actually acted. It’s difficult to tell but the clue is they openly advertise for crisis actors and employ them to create false flags. Have you noticed that they are not raiding supermarkets like this? Same food sold. You need to ask yourself why. Last lockdown in NZ a local small fruit and veg outlet told me they were bullied by council to close. The outlet had their paperwork all done so their opening was legal by the then current standards, yet were paid a visit by the local council heavies to close down. They didn’t close down. This is not an isolated case, I’ve heard of others in other towns.
I hope the parents are explaining to their children what is happening with all this as such scenarios would strike fear into any child’s mind. (The masks, the Vader get ups, the arrests of parents in front of screaming children). We have had children in NZ trying to take their own lives, is it any wonder? A former economist at the Victorian Treasury Department has quit his job in protest at Daniel Andrews’ “police state”, penning a devastating op-ed slamming the government’s coronavirus response.
Sanjeev Sabhlok, who moved to Melbourne from India in 2001, resigned last week after being asked to remove a number of inflammatory social media posts criticising the state government.
Mr Sabhlok runs a blog and has a Twitter account with more than 3000 followers where he has railed against COVID-19 lockdowns, and in some cases called for politicians responsible to be jailed.
“These monsters need to be tried for crimes against humanity and shot,” Mr Sabhlok said in one post earlier this month, responding to a tweet by UK conservative commentator Suzanne Evans criticising a Labour MP in that country.

Post Script 20/8/20 – according to Chris Hipkins, no children will be taken from their homes by Oranga Tamariki if they test positive. That has been rumoured apparently. Nevertheless in the video in this post below, Ashley Bloomfield does say children can be separated from the family within the facility, still traumatizing if you have a very young child. Very. How is separation into another room with strangers in PPE gear, masks and so on, no visits allowed, going to help a little child recover? He would need his mother. It is not surprizing rumours are circulating. We know that the WHO rep Michael Ryan said quite plainly on television that members could be removed and put into quarantine. Listen to Adern (at 7 mins 38 secs) this link as she kind of says families will be managed carefully … she does not outright say, no they won’t be separated though. Just as Bloomfield wouldn’t.

Since Adern switched the rules with no consultation note, it appears that the military in NZ are allowed to enter homes with no warrant and forcibly remove your children in the interests of health should it be deemed necessary.
This was first uttered back in the first global lockdown by Michael Ryan speaking from WHO (now ‘fact checked’ as untrue). I recall the horror then at such a suggestion. That was a lead in. A sure indication it was coming down the pipe. ‘In a humane fashion’ or similar he said.
How humane can ripping a small say one year old child from its mother be? By perfect strangers in military uniforms wearing masks? This is not humane!
This is out and out tyranny.
Any reasonable person would know that this is not sound medical / psychological / humane practice. Aside from it being just plain common sense, the life long fall-out from separation anxiety has been well documented. This is simply not acceptable. This attitude towards our children is absolutely cold and cruel. We have already had one little 7 year old boy try twice to end his life during the last lock down. This whole current scene is terrifying and traumatizing for children and parents and shows total disregard from our authorities on the value of individual lives and the effects their decisions are having. Today I heard also of parents considering a suicide pact with their family because of the fear of possible forced vaccination. (See video at 11mins 28 secs).

One person on social media (where the discussions occur, after all mainstream or should I say lamestream won’t allow it… it’s labeled ‘misinformation’) … she said she had asked at Whanau Ora if children would be separated from their parents. The response was no, that they would not separate families from their children.
And yet this is not reinforced at all by what Ashley Bloomfield is saying in his announcements, or by the experience of the following family who were in quarantine from Australia. They were told on arrival here that they would have to be separated (they declined) then it was suggested again that their two year old who was unwell, be isolated from them. They firmly declined again adding that legal action would be taken if they persisted. This one case has been now sorted but why did it happen like that? Parents less knowing might well have gone with the separation out of fear. The whole operation is being managed by the military. This implies force at the ready. Many (or is that most?) will be intimidated by this.
Below are two video clips, one from the UK (yes news is traveling on this) and one from Ashley Bloomfield, DG of NZ Health, spokesperson in this regard for Jacinda Adern. Note how Bloomfield (see video at 25mins 23 sec) is reluctant to say outright when asked, will you separate children from their parents … after a few ‘ums’ and ‘ahs’ and hand waving (just like Bill Gates does) he admits, ‘yes we will take your children if necessary’. If a paid staff member can care for a child in isolation, then equally that child’s parent can. End of story.
So what is the justification for complete separation?
Jacinda Adern needs to step up immediately and reassure the parents of NZ that their children will NOT be separated from them.
Note: Bloomfield has a Masters in Public Health with first class honours. He also has three children. I wonder would he be agreeable to any of those three at two years old being removed forcibly from he and his wife and children by strangers in camo with masks for who knows how long… for the benefit of their health? The same question goes to Jacinda and her partner.
Please consider emailing your MPs, MOH and Jacinda Adern, and remind them of the trauma such separation of children from their parents/caregivers would bring and such action should not be remotely considered as an option. EWR

Question (Reporter):“If you’re a single parent with one kid does your kid come into quarantine with you?” Answer (Bloomfield): “Ah what we’re generally trying to do is encourage where … especially where it’s helpful … ah for, for families, is that … in case any, any close household contacts who might be at risk of still developing an infection or showing infection that they go into quarantine … they’re kept separate in the quarantine facility … ah… so it absolutely reduces the risk of passing it on to other household family members or other household members … so that’s why we see … so some of those ah will just be individual cases there ah … others will be the whole family in there and again the main … one of the key drivers of this is to protect the rest of the whanau members from infection … it’s very common inside the household if there’s not that isolation of the case or cases from other family members”.

Listen at 14 secs in Dr Ryan says: “now in most parts of the world due to lock down most of the transmission that’s actually happening in many countries now is happening in the household …. at family level. In some senses transmission has been taken off … off the streets and pushed back into family units. Now we need to go and look in families to find those people who may be sick and remove them and isolate them, in a … in a safe and dignified manner”.

Recently Jacinda Adern’s corporation warned of the possible introduction of more than 280 checkpoints across the country manned by the military and the police with the next round of lockdowns and:

So far the video has had 356 comments and only one is in favour (by someone called Ahmed Alzaher). You can’t see the comments just by clicking on the video, you have to go to the NZ MFAT page here:
This is a government Facebook page so we can be quite sure no comments in favour have been filtered out!

Interestingly, I was sent a message on the evening of Monday 1 June (the end of Queens Birthday Weekend) to say that Bill Gates’ private plane had flown into Queenstown and that he had met up with Jacinda there over the weekend. I was sent the registration number of the plane, told that flight tracking companies had blocked the ID and asked if there had been any sightings. Well, the weekend was over and I thought it was probably just fake news. Maybe it was, but on seeing this video, maybe it wasn’t…
We have largely avoided the general vaccine issue to date, however, when 98.4% of those who got the cv-19 virus recovered without a vaccine, why do we need one? The video on NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade had 560 comments last time I looked and ALL bar one were opposed to what Jacinda was saying. I know because I read them all. Actually it had more than that because many comments had reply comments underneath them. NZMFAT has deleted hundreds of comments! Just appalling government censorship. Someone says it got up to 672.
So then more comments went up, asking ” Where is my comment?!”, “Why have you taken all the comments down?”, etc.
They were deleted too!
At this moment there have been 13 more comments but guess what? You are only allowed to see one of them!

We are seeing more and more censorship now. It’s taken for granted by most reasonable people that seriously offensive/violent material be censored however this is a growing trend and repeatedly information that simply politely questions or takes an alternative view to the government narrative is being ‘fact checked’ and removed by Facebook. One of those disturbing issues is the right to choose which medical intervention we are subjected to. Increasingly also it is difficult to find in an internet search, any info that is alternative to mainstream. Such is the push now to decide for you what info you ought to read. And which info you ought not to read. I certainly have noticed that although there is censorship detailing ‘violence’ as the rationale, there has been no intervention with regard to the violent online games available to young, malleable and vulnerable minds?? Since the event of last March 2019 about which we are not allowed to speak, wouldn’t the violent games surely have been the first thing to go? It seems the corporation (parading as a government) never blinks an eye at that violence. EWR

The Government has introduced a bill that will allow it to issue takedown notices and create internet filters, with a focus on combatting terrorism and violent extremism, Marc Daalder reports
New legislation will enable the Government to issue takedown notices and create internet filters for content deemed objectionable by the Chief Censor, with an eye towards terrorist and violent extremist content.
Newsroom first reported the Government was moving ahead with the suite of reforms in January. The bill was meant to be introduced in March but seems to have been delayed by Covid-19.
The bill does not appear to have changed significantly from the proposal Internal Affairs Minister Tracey Martin took to Cabinet in December.

The death of George Floyd on May 25th has sketchiness writ large.
The circumstances of his murder suggest he was set-up to be a victim of an occult ritual sacrifice to signal where the Supranational Deep State’s twisty escalation of Covid 19’s ‘Phase II’ was going next and where it had been.
Floyd was brazenly held-down by Minneapolis Police officer, Derek Chauvin, who choked the 46 year-old to death by keeping his knee pressed into Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes 46 seconds. The African American repeatedly pleaded “Please, I can’t breathe,” before becoming motionless, The Jerusalem Post reported – and while predictably – a bystander filmed the horrific scene and four Policemen ignored bystander pleas to cease killing Mr Floyd.
The murdered African-American had evidently paid for a pack of cigarettes at Cup Foods with a counterfeit $20 Fed bill, which led to his fatal encounter with Minneapolis Police, as The New York Times reported in “What Happened in the Chaotic Moments Before George Floyd Died”.
One of the most well-known photos of George Floyd online depict him posing in front of a Corona Light poster. The Corona Virus is known to cause respiratory symptoms. Hence, the occult symbolism. “A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership …” the intent is right from the Rockefeller horse’s mouth. And is it not right now looking just like a police state?
Until recently you were not allowed to visit Aunt Edna across the country & folk even in NZ have been receiving visits from the law enforcement for no particular reason. As at January 2021, there is a long list of restrictions of freedoms, all ushered in with the virus. Just one example, people have been arrested for filming any evidence that illustrates a contradiction of statements from the ‘authorities’, for instance the overcrowded hospital in the UK that wasn’t. In other countries they are being arrested (Australia) for peacefully protesting (Canada). Folk are now required to leave their personal contact details if they shop anywhere leaving them open for further visits by Police (if you happened to have been in contact with an infected person even when neither of you knew) and Police are now allowed to enter your premises without a search warrant. All of course in the name of your safety & happening elsewhere as we speak. And based on a crisis that has a death rate of 0.2%, no worse than seasonal flu. This all changed in NZ when draconian laws got passed with nary a protest from anybody except one sole MP. All kudos to Simon O’Connor for that.
If you doubt that the end game is a Police State scenario, keep watching as the controls increase. On p18 of the Rockefeller document you will see the surveillance cameras at the top of the page. These people have made no secret of their plans. They’re right there in plain sight if you want to look. Unfortunately most folk prefer to keep on listening to mainstream fairyland media and ignore what’s really going on right under their noses. Guess who owns mainstream fairyland? The scenario of martial law is described in a futuristic manner in this Rockefeller Foundation document, as a scenario that’s already happened:
“One important — and novel — component of our strategy toolkit is scenario planning, a process of creating narratives about the future based on factors likely to affect a particular set of challenges and opportunities”. (document intro)
From the Foundation’s statement of purpose: “The Rockefeller Foundation supports work that expands opportunity and strengthens resilience to social, economic, health, and environmental challenges — affirming its pioneering philanthropic mission, since 1913, to “promote the well-being” of humanity.”
Now interestingly, 1913 is the year they passed the Federal Reserve Act & heisted the Federal Reserve which is their private corporation and not a state banking system … their statement would be better worded “promote the well-being of we the bankers”:
In 1913, a Senator, Nelson Aldrich, maternal grandfather to the Rockefellers, pushed the Federal Reserve Act through Congress just before Christmas when much of Congress was on vacation (Reference 3, 4, 5). When elected, Wilson passed the FED. Later, Wilson remorsefully replied (referring to the FED), “I have unwittingly ruined my country”
Note also JFK acted to remove their monopoly on banking & interest profiteering in 1963, the same year he was assassinated (read here)

We live in a time of crisis the likes of which the world has never seen before, and with each passing day comes further confusion and disorientation about what happens next. As we previously reported, President Trump has gone from being a staunch anti-vaxxer to being a COVID-19 vaccination cheerleader. Now today he told Fox News that he is mobilizing the US military to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine when it’s ready, probably at the end of the year. Vaccinations at the point of a gun? Yep, looks like that’s where we are at the moment.
For legal reasons I cannot tell you what you should do about receiving a COVID-19 vaccination shot, but I sure can tell you what I will do. Under no circumstances nor at an time will I receive a COVID-19 vaccination shot from any entity be it public, private or Trump. Not even the assembled might of the United States military could compel me to do that. I have told you all many, many times now, yes, Bill Gates is one of the major players but he is not the only player. Don’t have your eyes on any one person, or you’ll miss it. It’s a system, a global system.
FROM CBS NEWS: “We’re mobilizing our military and other forces but we’re mobilizing our military on the basis that we do have a vaccine. You know, it’s a massive job to give this vaccine. Our military is now being mobilized so at the end of the year we’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly,” the president said.
“We will have a tremendous force because assuming we get it, then you have to distribute it,” he added. “And unless you’re mobilized and ready, you’re not going to be able to do it for a long time. So we’re starting now.”
The president said he expects a vaccine to be available by the end of this year, a very optimistic timeline given that many experts, including Coronavirus Task Force member Dr. Anthony Fauci, say it will take at least 12 to 18 months. The virus has killed more than 84,000 Americans so far, as states begin to reopen their economies. The president indicated he expects that number to continue to climb.
“We will lose over 100,000, perhaps, in this country,” the president said in the interview that aired Thursday.
A CBS News poll released Thursday shows 43% of Americans think the president is doing a good job handling the virus, down from 48% in April and 53% in March.
Most Americans also don’t trust the president for information about the virus, the poll found. Only 38% of Americans said they do, compared with 61% who trust their governor and 62% who trust Fauci. READ MORE

In April something was bugging me… a familiarity amid the COVID lock-down status & another time… I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until a dear friend reminded me.
Many U.S. states are acting like the early 1980’s and the imposition of Martial law in Poland to target the Solidarity movement. Subsequently I wrote about it on a Twitter thread, because the parallels were really quite remarkable.
Both Poland circa 1980 and the U.S. friction in 2020, center around fragile economic issues. Both were an outcome of state control; and the key connection is government targeting control over the workers.
In both examples the state took exclusive control of the economic and social state of the citizens, and the courts provided no option for redress. In both examples the state locked down the citizens and would not permit them to interact with each other.
