It has been said “ music can change the world”. Music has the power to stir emotions, to enlighten causes. Over the decades songs of freedom and protest have led the way, offering a powerful and passionate viewpoint on any given subject, while urging listeners to come together in solidarity and to rise against racism, corruption, tyranny and exclusion. Now, more than ever, we need not only for artists to speak up, but for the public to support and understand those artists share their values. So we ask that if you are reading this you take time to listen to our playlist on Spotify and discover a new artist standing up for our rights.

Nashville Artist Shawn Gallaway

One such artist from this playlist is Shawn Gallaway from Nashville in the USA. Shawn is releasing his music downunder and his message of a ‘Lovealution’. His two great songs ‘Hands Off!’, about protecting our children from unnecessary medical tyranny, and ‘Just Wait!, written with Dr Jane Ruby, encourages people to wait for the long term outcomes of this vaccination program to be known. Just Wait!

Shawn’s music is upbeat and positive in challenging times and you will love him on the playlist, however, he too has been subject to censorship. Yes they are censoring music and artistic expression now if it crosses the narrative. Open Letter to the Prime Minister of New Zealand: Our Freedom Is Essential

It is time for New Zealanders to put their Government on notice. No one is taking our freedom away.

Dear Prime Minister, Attorney-General, Minister of Health, Minister of Covid, Minister or Seniors, Director General of Health,

We have heard a lot from you and your Ministers about the importance of public health. However, what we have witnessed over the past year seems to have less to do with health and more to do with control.

While we are not experts on Covid, we are experts on us, and what it takes for us to thrive and exist in a meaningful productive way in this great, free country of ours.

In the face of a new seasonal flu like SARS-2, most Kiwis are pretty good at increasing their intake of Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. We tend to get plenty of exercise out in the fresh air, and lots of sunshine hours. If we do catch the flu, we stay at home and rest until we’re better. We ensure our diets are filled with good quality fruit and vegetables (preferably organic) and ideally plenty of home grown, grass fed red meat. A healthy immune system is, of course, the foundation for good health.

And every year, the clear majority of us survive whatever coronavirus comes our way.

On the subject of good health, the Ministry of Health will no doubt be aware of the numerous peer-reviewed studies and papers written and readily available online, which show very clearly that there already exists a number of immune therapy treatments for SARS-2 – such as Ivermectin.

At the time of writing, there have been 63 studies conducted on 26,422 Covid patients showing an 86% improvement for early treatment and prophylaxis. A new study has just come out of India showing Ivermectin obliterated 97% of Delhi cases.

Ivermectin is a safe, cheap, readily available, approved anti-viral therapeutic which has been used successfully for years to treat RNA viruses. Ivermectin continues to be shown to be a stand out success in the ‘fight against Covid’ and so one imagines if good health was indeed the driving focus of this Government, you would seize upon something like Ivermectin. And yet you did not. Why not?

The only remedy that this Government has ever pushed, from day one, was an experimental gene therapy rapidly rolled out by Big Pharma. So rapidly that these therapies will not even complete their trial phases for another two years.

Of huge concern to all of us is that your commitment to Pfizer has been to agree to offer up your own citizens as the human trial population, while at the same time freeing them from any liability from vaccine injury or death.

Which brings us to the death count from the experimental ‘vaccines’.

In New Zealand, as at 7 August 2021, Medsafe reported 26 deaths and 9155 adverse reactions, (up a staggering 50% in just one week). Of much interest however is that NZDSOS (New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out with Science) now confirm through their own reporting at the coalface, that the fatality rate is currently 117 vaccine deaths and at least another 100 severely injured (heart attack, strokes, blood clots etc). Though that number is now likely to be much higher.

So, fhe fatality rate ascribed to Covid in New Zealand thus far has been 26. And yet, NZDSOS are now reporting that the death rate from the vaccine is more than FIVE TIMES this figure.

Prime Minister, we locked down an entire country for 26 deaths. In light of 117 vaccine deaths, why on earth are you not shutting down this vaccine rollout immediately?

To provide further context, you will also be aware that in any given year we lose around 500 New Zealanders to the seasonal winter flu. In fact, by comparison to the seasonal flu, SARS-2 is a very close cousin in that it’s a single strand RNA virus which affects the respiratory tract. We live with the flu and we get on with our lives.

Of significant interest is that worldwide in respect of SARS-2, studies show that the global infection to fatality (IFR) rate is less than 0.15%. And yet, the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) saw fit to declare a pandemic? On what basis? By what standard?

The W.H.O. also know now that there are serious issues with the veracity of the PCR kit. In fact, Kary Mullis, the late Nobel Peace Prize winner and inventor of the PCR himself, had always impressed that the kit was never intended to be used for the purpose of diagnosis. And yet you continue to use this as a diagnostic tool when it is known to also identify other lingering similar coronaviruses in the DNA left over from previous colds and flu’s which the individual may have long since recovered from. To further compound this pickle of a problem is this statistic: PCR produces as many as 95% false positives when used.

Prime Minister, please advise what your methodology is for determining whether a ‘case’ is actually a case. Science and common sense would suggest that the only true and accurate way to determine a patient is presenting an illness is through a physical examination to identify what their symptoms are. Your suggestion that an ‘asymptomatic’ person can be a ‘case’ not only flies in the face of decades of practiced medical science, but is a misleading lie of the most grotesque kind.

Another question then for you Prime Minister. Just how many of the recent ‘Auckland outbreak’ ‘cases’ that have plunged this country back into house arrest, are actually false positives? If we know PCR cannot be used to confirm a case, doesn’t this suggest your Government has a huge problem of credibility on its hands?

Or could it be that this pandemic was never about the virus? Could it be that the real agenda is something darker, more sinister?

Let’s look at the measures your Government has introduced to so-call ‘flatten the curve’ of this ‘dangerous virus’.

It began last year with the lockdowns. Confining New Zealanders to house arrest for weeks at a time. Forbidding family members from seeing each other, hugging each other, holding our elderly mother’s hand as she passed away. We were made to queue for food, made to stay 2 metres apart so we didn’t ‘infect each other’, forced to ‘mask up’, hide our smiles and breath in air our body was trying to expunge. Businesses were closed down, the ability to earn an income gone, stress levels were through the roof, violence and suicides rates up. We were prohibited from using playgrounds, swimming pools, going to the beach, hunting and camping.

The next phase was the surveillance. You called it ‘contact tracing’ which made it feel less innocuous. You suggested it was a good idea to ‘sign in’ everywhere we went so that when a new ‘case’ was ‘identified’, you could quickly stamp it out. This quickly instilled fear into our population with sadly, people beginning to view each other with growing scepticism.

You have now made this surveillance ‘mandatory’. No doubt for the good of ‘the team of five million’.

Simultaneously you siphoned off travellers and those ‘infected cases’ into purpose built facilities to isolate them from the rest of the population. You have spoken of the use of ankle bracelets as a means to ‘allowing us’ to return to open borders. Have you actually lost your mind!?

We are now in the throws of a ‘vaccine rollout’ or the ramping up of the New Zealand trials. You celebrated yesterday the milestone that a million of us have ‘got the jab’. A couple of questions for you Prime Minister, we are curious to know when the forced vaccinations will begin. Does the idea of injecting healthy people with a dangerous drug sit well with you? Does the knowledge that these vaccines are killing more people than Covid by the day concern you? If not, perhaps lockdown might just be the perfect time to reaquaint yourself with the Nuremberg Code. And trials.

Which brings us to the vaccine passports. Your view has clearly changed from a year ago when you assured us unvaccinated people would not be punished. That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore, does it. Prime Minister, are you now telling us that there will be fellow Kiwis, neighbours, work colleagues, members of our own families who will no longer be able to enter a place of worship, a cafe or restaurant, gym, garden centre, school, in fact any place of business – or enjoy a well deserved holiday abroad, unless they can ‘show their papers’. We all know what that smells like … Comrade.

Your fear-based propaganda has been hugely effective in pitting Kiwis against Kiwis. Those who live in fear vs those who choose not to. Those who believe you vs those who do not. Reminiscent of the horrors of Nazi Germany, and I might add, just as profoundly horrifying in its outcome, particularly when one observes the increasing practice (encouraged by you) of neighbours righteously dobbing in neighbours. No wonder people are asking ‘are the unvaccinated the new Jews?’

And speaking of the Holocaust, is it too soon to mention the ‘camps’ (sorry ‘Centres for National Resilience’?) Or is that just an Australian thing?

So, fast forward a year and here we are in another nationwide lockdown. But this time there is a noticeable change. Instead of fear, we are seeing resistance. We see it in the small business owners and farmers who have had their lives and livelihoods decimated. We see it in the mothers of children who are now being told their kids no longer need parental consent to get the jab. We see it in the healthcare workers in rest homes up and down the country forced to stay silent when the jab kills another patient, or run the risk of losing their job. And we see it in the eyes of thinking individuals who, having done their own research to verify verify verify the now overwhelming facts, data, studies and evidence provided by the many, many brave and principled medical doctors and scientific experts, are no longer satisfied that you, their Government have their best interests at heart.

Could it be that the team of five million is starting to wake up to the real agenda?

Or could it be as simple as the fact that your average, hard working Kiwi, having done his sums, has decided that a 99% recovery rate from a seasonal flu does not a pandemic make. That vaccinating and quarantining healthy, happy, productive Kiwis just Does. Not. Make. Sense.

Prime Minister, you are hereby on notice. We. The. People. regard our freedoms as essential and non-negotiable. We will not stand by as you illegally, immorally and unethically remove (temporarily or permanently) what is left of our freedoms, our rights, our property and our self-reliance.

In case you have forgotten, might we remind you that the proper role of Government is to serve The People and to protect us from those who would initiate force. Not to be the ones to subject us to said force.

Prime Minister, we call time on your so-called ‘pandemic’. We will not stand by while you destroy this beautiful country of ours, and the Kiwis that live here and choose to call it home. We do not subscribe to your fear-mongering and we most certainly do not subscribe to your diabolical, draconian unnecessary use of force.

Your type of government is called tyranny, and must not and will not be tolerated.

History has taught us that lesson.

State’s COVID Shots Programme Halted At Mahurangi College

The state’s planned mass injection programme for COVID-19 will not be taking place at Mahurangi College in Warkworth.
The announcement, which will come as an immense relief to many parents and students alike, was made on Monday August 9 by the Concerned Parents Law Counsel (CPLC).
Concerned parent Glen Crofskey said canceling the state’s plan to “fire COVID shots at my children’s school” was the only option after the College’s Board of Trustees (BoT) refused to take liability for the decision.
“Nobody has the authority to make any decision that affects other sentient beings if they do not take any responsibility, and that means full liability, for that decision,” Crofskey said.
Crofskey used his “Speaking Rights” slot at the BoT’s last meeting on Monday August 2 to table two YES or NO questions for the BoT to personally answer within 72 hours.
1 – Are you going to allow the state to use our school, Mahurangi College, as a place where the unethical COVID-19 mRNA injection programme takes place?
2 – Do you, Tony Giles acting as principal for Mahurangi College, and Dean Iverson, acting as chair of the Board of Trustees of Mahurangi College, and each individual board member Jason Neely, Ihirangi Heke, Rachel O’Malley, Peter Meafou, Nyree Norrington and Rachel McGuire, take personal, financial, and karmic liability for any and all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual harm caused to any pupil as a result of them being injected with COVID mRNA shots on these school grounds?
Iverson the chair would not answer calls or respond to messages, nor any other BoT member bothered to reply. Giles acting as principal replied very late on Sunday night and dodged the questions entirely.
“In the event that the Government does ask schools for support by being vaccination sites, it is a matter for the School Board to decide to provide that facility or not,” Giles said.
Giles said the second question put to the BoT was a “ridiculous, grand-standing and nonsensical question”.
“If the Government asks schools for support by being a vaccination site AND the Board of Trustees decides to do so, then it will be up to each individual family to exercise their free will and determine whether their children receive the vaccination or not. There is no liability, karmic or otherwise,” Giles said.
Giles’ dismissive responses prompted Crofskey to claim true authority over the BoT and declare that the “state’s unethical COVID-19 mRNA injection programme will not be taking place at Mahurangi College “because I say it is so!”.
In the latest Ministry of Education Bulletin for School Leaders education secretary Iona Holsted clearly stated “that in terms of making school premises places for vaccination to occur, that is a matter for the board.”
Medsafe last month granted approval for the use of experimental COVID shots on 12 to 15-year-olds.
“So make no mistake that whether or not our children’s lives are put at risk is on your heads!” Crofskey told the BoT last Monday (August 2).
“They obviously lack the courage to take liability for that decision, therefore they have no authority to make it,” Crofskey said in response to the BoT’s ducking for cover.
“So I have made it for them, on their behalf, and on behalf of my children, and on behalf of all other parents and pupils at Mahurangi College – no COVID shots will be fired at our school!”
Crofskey also used his speaking rights slot to serve notices of liability to Tony Giles, acting as principal, and Dean Iversen, acting as BoT chair, and every member of the board in their private capacity
The notices were served in public in front of 28 witnesses, other concerned parents and members of the public, who attended the meeting to express their full support of Crofskey and their opposition to allowing school grounds to be turned into “jabbatoirs”.
An email response to the notices came from Giles late on Friday, which said their legal advice said the notices were “garbage”.
“The lawyer advising the school confirms that there is no legal requirement for the Board to respond to your questionnaire. On this basis, the Board of Trustees will not be responding,” Giles wrote.
Crofskey said the notices were written exactly as intended using lawful language by a team of common law experts, and were tabled to Giles and each BoT member in their personal capacity.
The CPLC urges all concerned parents around the country, and the world, to challenge their school boards as to whether they take full liability for the children that come under their care if they are harmed by them giving the green light to the state to jab their children.
“Jabbing children with an experimental new medical technology against a virus that they have only a tiny fraction above ZERO of dying from is totally immoral.
“It is beyond time we all stood up and spoke out and stopped this travesty occurring on school grounds before it is too late.”

All Across France Citizens Take to the Streets Protesting New Mandatory CV VX Measures

As we reported on Monday, France President Emmanuel Macon announced new COVID measures that included mandatory COVID vaccines for health workers, a “health pass” to access the cinema, trains, restaurants as well as in hospitals, retirement homes, medical and social establishments, but also in planes, trains and buses for long trips, curfews, and even “pension reform” where people will “have to work longer and retire later.”

Today was Bastille Day in France, and many people took to the streets to protest, and many clashed with police. Here are some of the videos appearing on Twitter.

‘West Coast Mayors call for halt to all SNA work in wake of Far North protests’

West Coast mayors are calling for a halt to identifying significant natural areas (SNAs) on private land, after suggestions that the process could be paused in the Far North.

An item on TV One news on Friday night cited a leaked e-mail from the office of Te Tai Tokerau MP Kelvin Davis, indicating that councils which had not already mapped SNAs could hold off until the relevant Government policy was finalised later this year.

As recently as May 31, James Shaw’s office told the Greymouth Star in response to a query that there would be no “outs” for councils when it came to identifying SNAs in their districts.

But since then there have been strong protests from Māori landowners in the Far North who had received council letters alerting them to potential SNAs on their land.

The likely need for resource consents to develop land classed as significant enraged many hapu who had protected their land for centuries, and led to plans for a protest hikoi to the council this Friday.

Attempts by the Greymouth Star to contact Environment Minister David Parker and his two associate ministers James Shaw and Phil Twyford for clarification on the leaked e-mail have drawn blanks today.

But Greymouth Mayor Tania Gibson said she had spoken to the Far North Mayor John Carter and was now hopeful that the entire SNA process could be halted.

This is a UN Agenda 21 (now Agenda 2030) biodiversity/sustainable development plan. Basically, another not-so-well-disguised land grab. Another dishonoring of the Treaty. For more info on SNAs and Agenda 21 go here.

Pesticides Compound Antibiotic Resistance

  • It’s believed that other chemicals in the environment may also increase resistance in microbes, much like herbicides; however, regulatory agencies don’t regulate or test them for such effects — even among the 3,000 top-volume chemicals produced annually
  • Reducing the use of antibiotics may not be enough to stop this looming public health disaster — unless the use of herbicides and other chemicals that affect antibiotic resistance is also curbed

Antibiotic resistance is often pegged as a problem caused by the overuse of antibiotics — and this is a driving factor — but research suggests it may actually be only one piece to the puzzle. Environmental factors may be accelerating the rise of antibiotic resistance as well, particularly widely used herbicides like glyphosate (Roundup) and dicamba (Kamba).

Research from University of Canterbury researchers revealed that agrichemicals and antibiotics in combination increase the evolution of antibiotic resistance. In fact, bacteria may develop antibiotic resistance up to 100,000 times faster when they’re exposed to certain herbicides in the environment.1

“The combination of chemicals to which bacteria are exposed in the modern environment should be addressed alongside antibiotic use if we are to preserve antibiotics in the long term,” study author Jack Heinemann of the University of Canterbury, said in a news release.2

‘Like Trying to Put Out a Fire of Antibiotic Resistance With Gasoline’

The study found cases when exposure to herbicides made the antibiotics more toxic while at the same time increasing the antibiotic resistance. Heinemann explained why this is an alarming finding:

“We are inclined to think that when a drug or other chemical makes antibiotics more potent, that should be a good thing. But it also makes the antibiotic more effective at promoting resistance when the antibiotic is at lower concentrations, as we more often find in the environment … Such combinations can be like trying to put out the raging fire of antibiotic resistance with gasoline.”

The results suggest that herbicides enhance the ability of antibiotics to become antibiotic resistant and that such resistance may be acquired at rates much faster than those predicted in laboratory conditions. Previously, research by Heinemann and colleagues found that commonly used herbicides promote antibiotic resistance by priming pathogens to more readily become resistant to antibiotics.3

This includes Roundup (the actual formulation of Roundup, not just its active ingredient glyphosate in isolation), which was shown to increase the antibiotic-resistant prowess of E. coli and salmonella, along with dicamba and 2,4-D. Rodale News reported:4

“The way Roundup causes this effect is likely by causing the bacteria to turn on a set of genes that are normally off, [study author] Heinemann says. ‘These genes are for ‘pumps’ or ‘porins,’ proteins that pump out toxic compounds or reduce the rate at which they get inside of the bacteria …’

Once these genes are turned on by the herbicide, then the bacteria can also resist antibiotics. If bacteria were to encounter only the antibiotic, they would instead have been killed. In a sense, the herbicide is ‘immunizing’ the bacteria to the antibiotic … This change occurs at levels commonly used on farm field crops, lawns, gardens and parks.”

Our mission is to ensure the environment and communities are safe from harmful electro-magnetic radiation.

Our objectives.
To realise our mission, we seek to:

1. Educate to empower the people in all areas of EMR – health, legal and environmental.
2. Educate the population on the possible harm from EMR, to facilitate informed consent.
3. Use legal means to ensure decision makers are personally liable for harm, fear and damage caused to people and the environment. Establish legal recourse for future situations arising from EMR that are currently unknown.
4. Support the seeking of financial compensation for health and economic consequences of EMR and EMR infrastructure.
5. Ensure that a correctly structured and continuously improving Australian Standard is in place that considers all independent peer reviewed scientific research relevant to EMR  research, and that governments and industry adopt world’s best practice which applies the precautionary principle.
6.  Ensure the country maintains radiation free zones where the community requires it to be so, or to do otherwise might cause human and environmental harm.
7.  A moratorium on 5G until the science is better understood and any risk of harm to environment and humans, be it possible/suspected or proven, be eliminated before 5G is established/rolled out.
8.  Research alternate technologies.

The Story So Far

In a nut shell, a Telco wants to place a tower in Wilson’s creek, Byron Shire.
What we uncovered (after we reached out to lawyers, doctors and scientists from around the world) is that at best Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) is a class 2B potential carcinogen (as listed by the World Health Organisation), and at worst a definite carcinogen and toxic to all life.
In fact EMR is a classified pollutant (electro-smog).
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics;
the #1 illness that kills children is brain cancer and the #1 cancer killer of adults under 40 is brain cancer (AIHW).
Medical professionals have identified health impacts from EMR exposure as the next global pandemic.
Many Australians suffer from EMR hypersensitivity symptoms (a recognised illness with identifiable biomarkers).
Government and industry are forcing telco towers upon communities that do not want them.
Liability caused from harm by EMR to environment, health and safety (EHS) is an uninsurable risk and understood to be a contributory factor in Telcos listing harm from EMR to EHS as a material risk (the highest possible risk) in their annual reports to shareholders…and yet consumers are not made overtly aware by industry,
Regulators take no action and neither does Government.   In fact they plan to blanket the planet in 5G microwave radiation (the Internet of Things).
According to the lawyers it is possible that community is being assaulted with a recognised pollutant and possible carcinogen on a 24 x 7 basis against their consent for convenience and profit.
There may be trade practices, criminal, terrorism and even constitutional (e.g. the Crown not protecting its subjects) implications.
Legal action to force change is on the horizon.
Once industry are required to overtly inform the general public of the possible harm and provide methods for the public to minimise that harm, people will have a choice – informed consent.
They will also seek refuge in many cases, so we also need to protect our black (light) spots.
We’ve seen change with Asbestos (banned) and the tobacco industry (informed consent)…change is possible when community unites.

I have listed Clyde Graf, because obviously his FB page is pure anti-1080, and he has reached the allowable limit of Facebook friends for a personal page, or I am sure the figure would be higher.

the great thing about rising numbers is that they get to a point where they can’t be ignored and it doesn’t matter how many unfounded accusations DoC make about loose wheel nuts, or slips of paper with threats to shoot helicopters down ( amazingly they have only ever been able to produce one of those ), or how many perfectly civilised meetings they run away from pretending they feel their safety is threatened ( as in Wanaka recently ). In the end it just doesn’t wash !
