For the ramble … for those who have been following the developments of recent days & weeks with a close eye … with a finger on the pulse that is, this man speaks truth in my opinion. Those who have been reading/following here for a long time will likely have noted my previous posts citing information from the late Barry Smith (a NZ investigative writer & evangelist who wrote many books & is still on YT for now, you will find some of his vids on this page) he taught on these matters from 1970s through to 2002 when he passed on. The material you read now regarding the intended new world order which fits precisely with the agenda 21/30 plan (see sub pages at that link for NZ & the agenda) (the latter is the means of rolling out the former in a manner it was hoped you wouldn’t notice) well it’s now in plain sight. Barry shared the NZ focus particularly as it is here the new world order planners started their economic destruction with Rogernomics in the late ’80s, initiated by the 1961 IMF loans intended to cripple nations in the longer run (the borrower is servant to the lender note).
Cell towers are being erected world wide going by feedback on social media as five gee is also rolled out, beginning late last year when NZ’s main centers went 5G live. The world including health professionals has been campaigning fiercely against this roll out yet have been completely ignored. All the professionals … blatantly ignored.
Despite the growing concern from scientists, health professionals, legal experts, politicians, and activists the FCC has wholeheartedly endorsed the rollout of 5G claiming that there are no public health concerns. As the Mind Unleashed has previously reported, cities and localities are raising alarm bells due to the federal government and their partners in Big Wireless usurping local control of 5G expansion. In 2019, the Mayor of Danville, California went so far as to admit that the city council had “lost control” of the 5G rollout to the federal government and Big Wireless. (SOURCE)
It is a weaponized microwave system with symptoms identical to the said virus (pointed out also in this featured video in this post) …it is not conspiracy theory. Yes folk are noticing & watching. There have been bizarre events going on in the nighttime here in NZ since the Corona lock down. Somebody reported on my YT channel recently (since the covid-19 lockdown) they’d seen a low flyover of a large plane (not showing on flight tracker) over Auckland that left a strange cloud. Other reports are coming in of folk seeing & videoing electrical looking flashes in the night skies. One from Kawerau. Spraying also by helicopters in the night. Weird fly overs of aircraft both small and large up and down the country on the eve of the lockdown of all times, in particular the East Cape one. That one was followed by findings of dead birds and animals, no proof of course of the cause however the timing is curious isn’t it? And recorded here for the record at least. Stick to the precautionary principle at any rate. Stick to the precautionary principle. Eg, mind the air you breathe for more reasons than one. Joining dots is all we are now left with as censorship is radically escalating and has done by increments since this time last year. Another anomaly is reports I see of the authorities and their lack of observance of their own rules. Police appear walking about not obeying the distancing rule, engaging with the public & none wearing any protective masks or gear. Just as troops were sent to Europe from the US with no hazmat gear at all. There were 20K of them! Likewise a report about those waiting to get flu shots with no masks or gloves worn by staff & lax observance of the distancing rule again. This does not all add up. I do believe we’ve shifted a gear world wide & it’s time to be vigilant.

If the US doesn’t couple its efforts to rebuild its own economy with the first steps toward creating a global government, humanity is doomed, Kissinger wrote in a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed.
“No country, not even the US, can in a purely national effort overcome the virus,” Kissinger warned. “Addressing the necessities of the moment must ultimately be coupled with a global collaborative vision and program.”
If we cannot do both in tandem, we will face the worst of each.
Kissinger laments that the pandemic has led to the return of a “walled city” model of nationalist governance, suggesting that “exploration at the frontiers of science” alone can save humanity from disease in his vision of a globalist utopia. But developing cures takes time, and the notion that countries should be discouraged from protecting themselves in the interim is suicidal. If anything, one of the reasons Italy, Spain, and France were hit so hard by coronavirus was the EU’s dysfunctional insistence on open borders amid the pandemic.
“Global trade and movement of people” are all well and good, but the pandemic has exposed the weaknesses of the globalist system like never before. It will take years for nations to rebuild, and repeating their mistakes is not something they can afford to do.
While serving as Secretary of State and National Security Adviser under presidents Nixon and Ford, Kissinger played a starring role in bombing campaigns against Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos and oversaw regime-change operations that placed brutal dictators in power in Argentina and Chile, as well as supporting state-sanctioned repression in Indonesia. A notorious report he penned for the Ford administration called for dramatic reductions in population growth across developing nations. One might think, given his record, that he’d be on the side of the virus.
But the Nobel Peace Prize recipient is here presenting himself as an experienced statesman who deeply cares about the future of humanity, calling on the US to “draw lessons from the development of the Marshall Plan and the Manhattan Project.” Sure, revisiting the Marshall Plan makes sense – there are no doubt insights to be gained from revisiting the rebuilding of Europe’s shattered post-war economies, especially since some of the countries hit hardest by the epidemic are in Europe.

Bush administration, Kissinger advised the country to plunge headfirst into the ever-expanding War on Terror, penning an editorial in the days following 9/11 that called for taking on “any government that shelters groups capable of this kind of attack.” Following such guidance has bankrupted the US and turned it into a banana republic, printing money frantically while its roads and bridges crumble, its citizens struggle to keep a roof over their heads, and the international community looks on, mouths agape, as its government continues to lecture them about human rights.
Kissinger concludes his jeremiad with a warning that “failure [to safeguard the principles of the liberal world order] could set the world on fire.” If, as he himself writes, the “purpose of the legitimate state is to provide for the fundamental needs of the people: security, order, economic well-being, and justice,” those principles collapsed long ago. The US’ first step, post-pandemic, should be to put out the fires set by Kissinger and those like him who seek to cloak empire in the rhetoric of liberal democracy.

Read Kevin Cahill’s exposé of that. He has calculated there is enough habitable land on the planet for every single soul to subsist on. He also concludes that landlessness is the distinguishing feature of world poverty. Only a very small percentage (15%) of the world’s population owns the land. This issue he believes, that of land ownership, is ‘almost universally the subject of deceit by those in authority behind it’. When compiling all the various evidence that mainstream will never point out to you some things begin to make sense. For starters the fact of very recent cuts to fire services in NSW. Why all of a sudden, in a country that is known for fires? And only a month ago. Forty million is a lot of money. Also …
Thousands of residents were told NOT to expect help from the RFS and were left to fend for themselves.
Now that is sounding like recent events in NZ with the White Island eruption. It transpired that the authorities had (supposedly) done their sums & figured it would not be cost effective (?) to rescue the people. So forthwith they decided NOT to go and of course did not embarrass themselves by telling the people that. They were later crowing however about their later attempts, whilst failing to mention that first responders were in fact NZ CITIZENS (who supposedly hadn’t done their sums) … Kiwis are like that). On that note, just days before this disaster, NZ Civil Defense had morphed into NEMA. Interesting changes are taking place as events unfold.

“People think this past week has just been about bush fires, but its been about so much more.
These bush fires are destined to be used as a catalyst to change the face of Australia!
First of all, its very suspicious that so many fires broke out at the same time, stretching fire services to the limit to try to contain them. There were over 80 fires burning at one stage.
Secondly, scarcely a month ago, Premier of NSW, Gladys Berejiklian, made a $40 MILLION CUT to funding for fire services in NSW which ensured that when the fires broke out there wouldn’t be the resources to deal with them adequately.
Thousands of residents were told NOT to expect help from the RFS and were left to fend for themselves.
And finally, because of the sheer ferocity and devastation, we are now being told that we must rethink how we live, with a push to get people off the land.
Enter the CLARA company (Consolidated Land and Rail Australia) which made a proposal to Govt in 2017 for a high speed rail train line from Melbourne to Brisbane, including at least 3 SMART cities to be built along with it. Interestingly, many of the fires along the east coast correspond to the proposed route for the high speed rail line AND part of the CLARA proposal includes setting aside land for this development which cannot be used for anything else. This means that out of the misery and loss of these fires, the Govt and the Clara company already know (in my opinion) that the land is actually being cleared (by fire) to make way for the rail line.
For those who don’t know, one of the basic aims of AGENDA 21 AND AGENDA 2030 is to remove people from the land and herd them into ‘smart’ cities, connected by high speed rail.
No doubt those who have lost property to fires along the proposed rail route, will NOT be allowed to rebuild on their own land, but will be encouraged instead, to rebuild within the areas designated for the new smart cities.
The fire phenomenon we are now witnessing will also be used to promote the CLIMATE CHANGE HOAX and could result in a raft of new laws to restrict people’s use of the land, as well as the introduction of CARBON TAXES on almost every human activity in the pretence of saving the environment. All it will really do is make the rich, richer and send ordinary Australians deeper into poverty.

We have been given the impression this is a simple upgrade from 3 and 4G. It is a weapons system. Dr Barrie Trower & Mark Steele have also discussed this. Listen to Australian Max Igan describe information about the fires you won’t be reading about in mainstream media. For those who are awake & aware of the lies & propaganda we are being fed on a daily basis now, this will all come as no surprise. Lives will change as bushfire seasons become longer and more fierce, a health expert has warned.
Australians are being told to rethink everything from health to housing as more than 130 blazes rage across drought-parched Queensland and NSW, claiming lives and homes.
It means people will need to change the way they live as the never-before-seen bushfires become commonplace, Queensland University of Technology environmental health Professor Hilary Bambrick says.
“In Australia, we’ve got this idea that we just rebuild after a catastrophe, and just put the same thing back there again,” she told AAP on Thursday.

This I find hypocritical, ironic as well, in light of a common question asked by landlords ‘how many of you will be living here?’ followed by the predictable statement … ‘you can’t bring all your family here to live’, the stereotype being that indigenous people like living together in over crowded conditions. Further on in this video they cite Asian families doing so & suddenly now it’s a great thing because it suits the liars’ agenda. Initially it was better for consumerism that we are all separate in separate households racking up purchases & inevitably debt these days because we have abandoned the old ways … and now the Agenda 21/30 agenda is for us to occupy cramped stack & pack housing in their smart cities and it’s all okay. Don’t be fooled folks, they really are not for you. They are for their own ends only. Sustainable Development aka Agenda 21 is a scam being foisted upon you by stealth. Remember the bedroom tax in the UK? They’ve hinted at it here as well with the last census asking for an indication of the number of rooms in our houses. Similarly with the remaining State Housing stock (the state asset that the corrupt corporates have flogged off for pennies on the dollar to developers, some 22% of it by the last government) … so when a person’s partner dies or a parent of children living in a state home, they swoop in with eviction notices because of ‘wasted’ space, and demand they move into smaller accommodation. At that previous link 5 grieving children are evicted prior to their mother’s taangi being arranged! And locals said this kind of occurrence was not uncommon. Now if you think I’m being conspiratorial just watch & see how it pans out. A reader contacted me some time ago with an OIA response from the Christchurch District Council stating that they aren’t following an Agenda 21 agenda and that this is actually called Sustainable Development. I note however that Kaikoura District Council does (scroll to ‘Earthcheck’). Agenda 21 is named on their website.

The current New Zealand government has produced a raft of measures to implement the United Nations Agenda 21, including the draft Biodiversity Strategy, the Zero Carbon Bill, the Oil and Exploration Bill, and the One Billion Trees Fund.
AGENDA 21
In 1992 Agenda 21 was adopted in Rio de Janeiro at the UN Earth Summit Conference on Environment and Development. It is defined by the United Nations as a ‘comprehensive plan for action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments and major groups in every area in which humans impact the environment.’ New Zealand is signatory to this (ostensibly non-binding) international treaty with over 100 other countries.

Agenda 21 proposes a global regime that will monitor, oversee, and strictly regulate our planet’s oceans, lakes, streams, rivers, aquifers, sea beds, coastlands, wetlands, forests, jungles, grasslands, farmland, deserts, tundra, and mountains. It even has a whole section on regulating and “protecting” the atmosphere. It proposes plans for cities, towns, suburbs, villages, and rural areas. Agenda 21 is the culmination and ultimate expression of a number of UN Conferences and UN-drafted pacts and declarations to do with the place of humanity in the environment, and the management of humanity overall. Almost all of these have been signed by New Zealand. They are dominated by two assumed, overriding and non-negotiable values – debate of the first never arises, and of the second is never permitted:

The American Wildlands Project
The American Wildlands Project, (now calling itself the Wildlands Network) is an implementation of UN policies on biodiversity and human habitat. It proposes to set up to one-half of America into core wilderness reserves and interconnecting corridors, all surrounded by interconnecting buffer zones. No human activity would be permitted in the core reserves and corridors, and only highly regulated activity would be permitted in the buffer zones. Human settlement would be in high density cities. The purpose of the corridors is to allow large animals like bison to roam free, including migration across the continent.
Ratification of the United Nations Convention of Biological Diversity was defeated in the US Senate, when the concept of the Wildlands Project formed the bsis for the convention. A number of American states have taken steps to ban Agenda 21 and the local body network ICLEI, specifically set up to ensure implementation of Agenda 21 (most cities in New Zealand belong to ICLEI).
The principles of Agenda 21 and the Wildlands Project are being enacted by Local Bodies and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). People are jailed and/or heavily fined for interfering with the slightest trickle of water on their property; small towns are startled to find high-rise, high density developments out of all keeping approved; farmers and other rural dwellers are being forced off their land through taxation or zoning. Powers of eminent domain have been extended to allow councils to agree with developers to confiscate private land, in order to build pack and stack subdivisions, also used to take land for projects such as bike paths.

Note: the term Agenda 21 is no longer used by the UN and governments, because of the negative connotations it has acquired. Instead they talk of sustainability and resilience: the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are in fact Agenda 21 goals.

New Zealand has had a policy of preserving native forest, and protecting native fauna, and generally caring for the environment, independent of the United Nation. About 30% of New Zealand is forested, on public or private land – this is far more than most industrialised countries. National parks also include large tracts of non-forested land which are protected from development. Cities have extensive reserves. Many suburban sections in hilly towns like Wellington, even modest ones, have small tracts of native bush.
New Zealanders have a very close physical connection with nature and the outdoors, perhaps through pursuits like tramping, skiing, beach activities; for many people this connection is largely through time spent in their own backyards. Most New Zealanders live in houses of one or two stories with a garden, usually consisting of lawns, flowers, shrubs.
The effect of the implementation of Agenda 21 on lifestyle will be far more dramatic in New Zealand than in Turkey, for example, where even quite small towns consist of apartment buildings. It will also entail the loss of the eco-system provided by the suburban and small-town lifestyle.

If this meat demonization effort by the climate lunatics pans out the way they want it to, meat-eating Americans could be forced to either go vegetarian or substitute their traditional burgers with Beyond Meat varieties instead – which means Gore stands to make billions of dollars in profit from yet another ridiculous climate hoax.
It wasn’t enough for Gore to make millions off of his An Inconvenient Truth documentary, which is full of lies about polar bears dying off and ocean levels rising because people are driving cars powered by fossil fuels. Now, Gore wants to take away your steaks in the name of stopping global warming, and so do his Democrat buddies vying for the Oval Office.
“Al Gore is standing to rake in millions from a World Resources Institute meat consumption reduction report, a report that will certainly help boost profits for the meat substitute manufacturers – in which Gore just happens to be a big stakeholder,” one report explains.

Marc Morano from Climate Depot recently had the chance to sit down with Mark Steyn from Fox News to discuss Gore’s financial ties to the fake meat industry. During their conversation, Morano explained that Gore very well could become the world’s “post-meat billionaire,” should these Democrats somehow achieve their goal of forcing the entire world – excluding themselves, of course – to adopt a “plant-based” diet free of meat.
“It’s made up of 22 ingredients including bamboo and potato starch, and now it is the most successful IPO this year,” Morano stated about Beyond Meat. “And at the same time, Gore’s associates are writing reports condemning meat and linking eating it to climate (change). He is essentially lobbying for regulations that will enrich him once again.”
Morano’s “again” comment refers to shenanigans that Gore pulled during the Obama years, when 44 poured billions of taxpayer dollars into “green energy” firms, many of which ended up going kaput before anyone even knew where the money went.
As it turns out, Gore had an affiliation with some 14 different firms that received portions of Obama’s $2.5 billion “green stimulus,” which means Gore was basically handed taxpayer money for absolutely no good reason other than he’s a leftist crook.
“If a Democrat wins the White House, there is going to be a whole fake meat stimulus,” Morano warns, noting that the United Nations is already planning to implement a new climate agreement that will eventually lead to skyrocketing meat prices – meaning a windfall of ill-gotten gain for Gore and his fellow climate liars.

Historical background – the establishment of capitalist supremacy
When the Industrial Revolution began in Britain, in the late 1700s, there was lots of money to be made by investing in factories and mills, by opening up new markets, and by gaining control of sources of raw materials. The folks who had the most money to invest, however, were not so much in Britain but more in Holland. Holland was the leading Western power in the 1600s, and its bankers were the leading capitalists. In pursuit of profit, Dutch capital flowed to the British stock market, and thus the Dutch funded the rise of Britain, who subsequently eclipsed Holland both economically and geopolitically.
In this way British industrialism came to be dominated by wealthy investors, and capitalism became the dominant economic system. This led to a major social transformation. Britain had been essentially an aristocratic society, dominated by landholding families. As capitalism became dominant economically, capitalists became dominant politically. Tax structures and import-export policies were gradually changed to favor investors over landowners.
It was no longer economically viable to simply maintain an estate in the countryside: one needed to develop it, turn it to more productive use. Victorian dramas are filled with stories of aristocratic families who fall on hard times, and are forced to sell off their properties. For dramatic purposes, this decline is typically attributed to a failure in some character, a weak eldest son perhaps. But in fact the decline of aristocracy was part of a larger social transformation brought on by the rise of capitalism.
The business of the capitalist is the management of capital, and this management is generally handled through the mediation of banks and brokerage houses. It should not be surprising that investment bankers came to occupy the top of the hierarchy of capitalist wealth and power. And in fact, there are a handful of banking families, including the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, who have come to dominate economic and political affairs in the Western world.
Unlike aristocrats, capitalists are not tied to a place, or to the maintenance of a place. Capital is disloyal and mobile – it flows to where the most growth can be found, as it flowed from Holland to Britain, then from Britain to the USA, and most recently from everywhere to China. Just as a copper mine might be exploited and then abandoned, so under capitalism a whole nation can be exploited and then abandoned, as we see in the rusting industrial areas of America and Britain.
This detachment from place leads to a different kind of geopolitics under capitalism, as compared to aristocracy. A king goes to war when he sees an advantage to his nation in doing so. Historians can ‘explain’ the wars of pre-capitalist days, in terms of the aggrandizement of monarchs and nations.
A capitalist stirs up a war in order to make profits, and in fact our elite banking families have financed both sides of most military conflicts since at least World War 1. Hence historians have a hard time ‘explaining’ World War 1 in terms of national motivations and objectives.
In pre-capitalist days warfare was like chess, each side trying to win. Under capitalism warfare is more like a casino, where the players battle it out as long as they can get credit for more chips, and the real winner always turns out to be the house – the bankers who finance the war and decide who will be the last man standing. Not only are wars the most profitable of all capitalist ventures, but by choosing the winners, and managing the reconstruction, the elite banking families are able, over time, to tune the geopolitical configuration to suit their own interests.
Nations and populations are but pawns in their games. Millions die in wars, infrastructures are destroyed, and while the world mourns, the bankers are counting their winnings and making plans for their postwar reconstruction investments.
From their position of power, as the financiers of governments, the banking elite have over time perfected their methods of control. Staying always behind the scenes, they pull the strings controlling the media, the political parties, the intelligence agencies, the stock markets, and the offices of government. And perhaps their greatest lever of power is their control over currencies. By means of their central-bank scam, they engineer boom and bust cycles, and they print money from nothing and then loan it at interest to governments. Lakeland farmers have been told they no longer own the water after rainfall hits the ground on their properties.
Desperate for irrigation water to keep their banana crops alive the State Government delivered a mortal blow preventing farmers from building any more dams over 50 megalitres capacity without applying for an expensive licence.
Mareeba-based Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy officer Patrick Huber broke the devastating news at a meeting of Lakeland farmers recently.
Mr Huber stressed that water caught in domestic rainwater tanks was safe from government hands but any other water belonged to the State.
Releasing the Draft Water Plan for Cape York Peninsula he said overland flow had to be protected and the department would soon require land owners with existing dams, large or small, to supply dam measurements and capacities to the department.
Within 12 months of receiving the information the DNR would then issue a licence for the water and install meters on all private dams to get an idea of water usage.
You will live near where you work. This plan is global & already we have signs of it in NZ. The stack & packs are situated near or around the transport/rail center of your cities. Do have a listen, hear those familiar terms, ‘sustainable’, ‘climate change’, ‘greenhouse emissions’, all very much part of Agenda 21 rhetoric. Our NZ planning documents carry the same. The ones about maintaining water quality etc certainly make you gag. The video is interspersed with the actual planning meetings … you will hear how people will be gotten out of their cars and onto bikes or public transport. Out of homes with lawns and into high rise apartments. Note how they haven’t come out and told this to our faces? It’s all gift wrapped & disguised with that new vocabulary. They are fond of repackaging. One discussion tells the planners how to disguise the term ‘toll roads’. They know perfectly well people will not swallow that.
A NZ Herald article tells us we have 34,500 homes being built for folk in Pukekohe & Drury over the next 30 years. From what I am seeing it looks like typical Agenda 21/30 pack and stack housing, packing you into the A21 Smart Cities (see also the NZ page). To learn more about those watch the video below where in the US the plan is a bit further along. In it you will see that some will be ready wired to the smart grid. (A brief update at 1/6/20 I was told recently of a new house, part of new state house rebuilds … where the house will not function apart from wifi … in the event of a power outage the tenant will not be able to exit their garage). With 5G (further video at link) this all makes sense. These corporates have deprived New Zealanders of a great proportion of our once state-owned asset, State housing, bulldozing them still as we speak. Key sold off some 21% of our state housing I heard recently, see the article on the land banking that went on in Tamaki and elsewhere under his watch. And so with the real estate under them gone for a song to the property developers via their public private partnerships (listen to Joan Veon at the link, see this NZ link also), the homeless, victims of our manufactured housing crisis are currently sleeping in cars, garages, sheds you name it, while the current NZ corporation parading as a government prepares for you the compact city living apartments that superficially may look great but be aware they have a different agenda in mind. Watch the video of one of NZ’s developers who was all but gifted the Horowhenua pensioner housing with property thrown in courtesy of the local council. He was speaking in a NZ Herald interview on one of his high rise housing developments on Auckland’s waterfront. In it he speaks about garages under the apartments. The apartments are safe he said because they have 24/7 surveillance, his words, and when questioned about car spaces he replied ‘people are not ready yet to be car less’ so garages are included at this stage. All looks pretty benign but be aware they envision you will be on bicycles and out of cars (notice all the cycle ways … they’re not really about your health folks). They of course will remain in their cars, same as they remain in their private jets to attend those scam climate conventions or their G7 summits in top class locations. They only pay lip service to the great ideas they are foisting upon you, it is you who won’t be.

NOTE the images below and the similarities of NZ’s plan (drawing) to photos of those being built in the US & elsewhere. The Agenda 21 plan is to eventually eliminate private property. And particularly the single family homes. So in the videos you will see single family homes with these huge complexes right adjacent and towering over them. The plan for these apartment blocks is that they will become state owned. Socialist state in plain sight if you study it carefully. (Watch the videos, read the info.
