Chris Savage, formerly an Australian Police Sergeant of 22 years experience, observed a correlation between so called shaken baby suspects (the parents/caregivers) and vaccine delivery. AT the No Jab No Pay No Way rally in Brisbane Qld Australia former Sergeant of Police Chris Savage explains how police and doctors who are brainwashed blame parents for vaccine injury and death. Former Sergeant of Police Chris Savage was working in the Queensland Police Service from 1990 to 2012 and he was harmed in October 1989 by the Hep B vaccine. This woke him up to the danger of vaccines and then during the career he attended sudden deaths of babies after vaccines. He asked the parents what the baby’s health was like in the 2 months with no vaccine and the light came on and they said their baby was healthy eating and sleeping and after the vaccine all hell broke loose with inconsolable crying, convulsions, seizures and then death. A caller to NewstalkZB on the morning of 21 January, 2019 said that there was no ‘informed consent’ when she saw her doctor to get her child vaccinated. She was not given any information about the serious harm that they may cause. Her child subsequently had a bad reaction to being vaccinated at 6 weeks. She encourages parents to do their own vaccine-related research, because, as she implies, you will not get the facts from medical professionals. CDC’s Own Expert Vaccine Court Witness Confirmed Vaccines Can Cause Autism, So They Fired Him Immediately

Attorney Rolf Hazelhurst, a criminal prosecutor, has a vaccine-damaged and autistic son, Yates, born February 11, 2000.  As a result of what the Hazelhurst family has gone through, Attorney Hazelhurst has become an avid vaccine-safety rights legal counsel.  Furthermore, he had Dr. Zimmerman evaluate Yates.

As a result of intensive treatment for autism, Yates is doing much better.

The Deaths of Two Immigrant Children Could Have Been Vaccine-induced

he Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requires that all unaccompanied alien children (UAC) be vaccinated while in ORR custody in accordance with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) catch-up schedule (see this).  The potentially lethal schedule mandated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) ACIP or ages 7 – 18 are acknowledged by the CDC.  

Many of these vaccines have the neurotoxic metallic adjuvant aluminum in the injected solution and some have live viruses in them, (If influenza vaccinations occur, these children will be intra-muscularly injected with the neurotoxic mercury, the second-most poisonous substance (behind plutonium) on the planet.)

An unknowable number of the vaccines can be expected to be contaminated with dangerous extraneous substances, depending on the country of origin and the sloppiness with which the vaccine batch is manufactured.

If all these vaccines are injected at one sitting (as can be expected at the ORR), some of the children will likely develop some sort of (acute and/or chronic) vaccine-induced illness, and some will certainly be so seriously poisoned that they will die.

Given the bureaucratic “efficiency” (and total lack of informed consent or adherence with the Precautionary Principle) with which most children in the US (not just immigrants) are dealt with by American Academy of Pediatrics (APP) pediatricians in their offices, none of the “despised” non-white immigrants kids will have their immunization histories checked prior to the inoculation cocktails being given.

Thus unknown percentages of children who have already been fully vaccinated in their homelands will be at risk of having anaphylactic reactions from the second or third dose of a inoculum to which they had developed a mild allergic reaction (which sets them up for a more serious anaphylactic reaction when the next shot is administered).

I’ve been saying for YEARS that we need to raise $50k to have every vaccine tested to see what is REALLY coming through that needle. This clearly came into focus for me in 2009, with the H1N1 “Swine flu” fiasco. So many people were injured and a big spike in miscarriages and stillbirths was reported. I started asking loudly: “What’s IN that stuff? We should test those vials”  

Well, it’s finally happening.

With the onset of government vaccine mandates, which suddenly required Italian children to be injected with 11 vaccines to attend school, the Italians are fighting back. First, they voted out the government that pushed for the mandates calling their movement #GovenmentofChange. Then on December 4, the new Italian health minister kicked out all 30 members of the health policy advisory board.

On December 13, Corvelva, a scientific research group, announced it had received €10,000 (US$11,350) from the Italian National Order of Biologists with plans to use the money to test the contents of every vaccine currently on the market. The result of their first test was released on December 16, and the report is a doozie.

You certainly won’t hear this in the MSM.

The first vaccine they thoroughly tested was Infanrix Hexa – a six-in-one vaccine manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) that is *supposed* to contain the following antigens: tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis toxoids; inactivated poliomyelitis viral strains 1-2-3; and hepatitis B surface antigen. Shockingly, Corvelva found NONE of these antigens in the vaccine, meaning, that NO antibodies to the intended antigens will be created.

And it gets worse. In addition to no vaccine antigens, they found the following:

  • traces of 65 chemical cross-contaminants from other manufacturing lines;
  • chemical toxins;
  • unrecognizable macromolecules;
  • various free bacterial peptides that are potential allergens and are capable of inducing autoimmune reactions.

These findings could bring justice to parents who lost their children in 2009 when 36 children died and more than 1,700 were injured in a “clinical trial” – the nice name for human experimentation.

I suspect that as they continue to test each of the vaccines in the childhood schedule, they will find metallic compounds, nanotechnology and a long list of chemical contaminants. At some point, the work previously published by the Gattis’ will be vindicated. I wrote about their shocking findings in a previous article that you can find here.

Infanrix Hexa is used widely in the international market. The vaccine is all risk and literally no benefit. Its use should be stopped immediately, pending future investigation. If their testing continues to reveal ever more inconsistencies, GSK could be in serious legal problems for inappropriate labelling, poor manufacturing processes and perhaps even charged with murder.

Vaccine HYPOCRISY at its best: Vaccine zealots claim unvaccinated children are a danger to their vaccinated children

(Natural News) You’ve heard it before and you’ll hear it a hundred times again: The herd theory hoax that claims vaccines don’t work unless everyone gets vaccinated. Sure. And how is that? If the vaccines work, why would all of those people inoculated still be susceptible to getting the disease? It doesn’t make sense, unless you consider the fact that most vaccines are just a “shot in the dark” – an experimental guess at certain viral strains, mixed with neurotoxins, carcinogens, allergens, other animal’s blood and cells, foreign proteins, all combined and injected into muscle tissue with chemical adjuvants in hopes of stimulating a hyper-immune response that’s sadly short-lived, if it even works at all.

In other words, if you’re afraid of unvaccinated children, then that must mean your vaccines don’t work. And that is exactly why herd “vaxxers” are still paranoid about anyone who doesn’t follow the rules of the “sheeple” and get every vaccine, booster jab, and flu shot that anyone tells them to get.

Open borders mean open arms to infectious diseases

Consider another angle that exposes herd theory idiocy. Vaxxers all believe they are safe in the herd of people that get vaccinated, but most of that same “herd” supports open borders, where “herds” of thousands of illegal aliens in caravans flood into their city or town with viruses they’re not vaccinated against. American vaccine-manufacturing scientists, corporate shills, the media, and medical parrots (M.D.s and nurses that repeat the same illogical vaccine mottos) all want us to believe that the human immune system is naturally weak, and that if you catch any infectious disease that your likelihood of dying from it is very high.

That’s why open borders are the antithesis of the herd immunity theory, but people who are vaccinated are so “intoxicated” with heavy metal poisons, formaldehyde, and aluminum that they can’t think clearly enough to make sense of it all. They live in fear.

Plus, the CDC preposterously exaggerates the statistics of influenza deaths. It’s all fear mongering and fear-based propaganda to sell more vaccines by getting all the injected sheeple to regurgitate their lies to their friends, relatives, neighbors and coworkers. The fact is that if you get vaccinated, you are more likely to come down with infectious diseases, including lung infections from virus and bacteria. That’s because injections of known neurotoxins and carcinogens severely compromise the immune system, all while the very viruses you’re afraid of catching are injected into you by Big Scam Pharma.

If vaccines are so “safe and effective,” why has the vaccine court paid out $4 billion in damages over the past couple decades?

Here comes more vaccine logic dismantled: If vaccines are so safe and effective, why can’t parents of vaccine-damaged children sue the drug companies that manufacture the vaccines? Think about that for a minute. Imagine if some car parts manufacturer made brake pads, but if the brake pads were defective and caused horrible wrecks, you couldn’t sue them?

More than 20 newborns remain hospitalised in intensive care units but appear to be improving nearly two weeks after showing signs of blood poisoning following a hepatitis B vaccine.

Health officials are still struggling to determine and explain what led to the severe reactions and the deaths of three newborns at Bago Region General Hospital. But parents of seven infants medevacked to Yankin Children’s Hospital in Yangon are convinced of the culprit that has their sons and daughters struggling for life.

“It was the vaccine. What else could it be?” said Ko Aung Soe.

The infants’ tribulations, which began just hours after their birth, have underscored the country’s underfunded and ailing health system, revealing the toll of medical shortages and doctors ill-appraised of national policies.

“I feel hopeless,” Ko Aung Soe Myint said. “So far, no doctor has even explained why my daughter is sick.”

At first, Ko Aung Soe Myint thought his daughter was the only one affected with seizures and difficulty breathing. She was born in the morning on March 7. Around noon a nurse came to administer a hepatitis B vaccine. Within four hours something appeared to have gone wrong.

“Her skin colour started turning blue. Doctors came and they took her to a special ward. They wouldn’t say why,” he said. He added that he had not seen his daughter receive any other medication or injections.

“In the evening, other babies in a similar condition arrived at the special treatment ward. After midnight the doctors called all the parents, and said, ‘your children are not well.’ But they didn’t explain what was happening,” he said.

Finland Schools to skip parental permission for HPV vaccine

This is from mainstream news. Please read the independent evidence against the HPV vax before consenting. Girls here in NZ have been pressured into having it in spite of their parents declining it. Some parents turn down the HPV vaccine for girls, but in future schools will no longer seek permission from guardians before administering the jab.

Up until now, parents have been asked to give their consent ahead of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations administered to girls by school nurses, and many guardians have opted out of allowing their daughters to get the jab. But this is set to change.

Tuija Leino, who heads the National Institute for Health and Welfare THL’s immunisation unit, says permission was sought as parents were not aware that the HPV vaccine had been introduced to the national immunisation programme. But now that people know about it, permission is no longer needed, she explains.

Finland’s National Institute for Health and Welfare says about half of 11-12-year-old girls eligible for the vaccination received it in the past 5 years that it has been available as part of the national immunisation programme.

Why Is This Shot Given in the First Place?

Vitamin K is necessary for normal blood clotting in adults and children. Some babies (in fact, most of them) are born with insufficient vitamin K levels.

In some newborns, this deficiency can lead to a serious bleeding disorder, typically in the first week of life, called Hemorrhagic Disease of the Newborn (HDN). Internal bleeding occurs in the brain and other organs, leading to serious injury or potentially even death.

DTP Vaccine Increases Mortality in Young Infants 5 to 10-Fold Compared to Unvaccinated Infants

For many years, public health advocates have vainly urged the CDC and WHO to conduct studies comparing vaccinated vs. unvaccinated populations to measure overall health outcomes.  Now a team of Scandinavian scientists has conducted such a study and the results are alarming.  That study, funded in part by the Danish government and lead by Dr. Soren Wengel Mogensen, was published in January in EBioMedicine.  Mogensen and his team of scientists found that African children inoculated with the DTP (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis) vaccine, during the early 1980s had a 5-10 times greater mortality than their unvaccinated peers.

The data suggest that, while the vaccine protects against infection from those three bacteria, it makes children more susceptible to dying from other causes.

The scientists term the study a “natural experiment” since a birthday-based vaccination system employed for the Bandim Health Project (BHP) in Guinea Bissau, West Africa had the effect of creating a vaccinated cohort and a similarly situated unvaccinated control group.  In the time period covered by this study, Guinea-Bissau had 50% child mortality rates for children up to age 5.  Starting in 1978, BHP health care workers contacted pregnant mothers and encouraged them to visit infant weighing sessions provided by a BHP team every three months after their child’s birth.  Beginning in 1981, BHP offered vaccinations at the weighing sessions.  Since the DPT vaccine and OPV (oral polio) immunizations were offered only to children who were at least three months of age at the weighing sessions, the children’s random birthdays allowed for analysis of deaths between 3 and 5 months of age depending on vaccination status.  So, for example, a child born on January 1st and weighed on April 1st would be vaccinated, but a child born on February 1st would not be vaccinated until their following visit at age 5 months on July 1st.

Karl and Christine Laulu continue to grieve for two babies lost after vaccinations in Samoa

In the last three years, a young couple from Samoa have been blessed with the births of their two children.

They celebrated their first birthdays and, in the last two years, farewelled them at two separate funerals.

Karl and Christine Laulu continue to deal with the nightmare of losing two precious babies in a span of two years; both taken shortly after receiving a measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccination in Samoa.

The couple now live in New Zealand and are working to find out exactly how or why their children died.

Two leading pediatricians in India have published a critique of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) newly revised manual on the classification of Adverse Events Following Immunization

The doctors claim that the new guidelines are too lax, resulting in more children dying from adverse reactions to vaccines, with no accountability for the vaccine manufacturers to produce safer vaccines.

In the U.S., pharmaceutical companies manufacturing vaccines cannot be sued due to faulty vaccines, which allows them to put as many vaccines into the market as they want, with no repercussions if the vaccine proves to be faulty or have a high injury and death rate. Victims must sue the U.S. government and top DOJ attorneys who protect the drug companies. (See quarterly reports from the DOJ on vaccine injuries and deaths here.)

This move by the WHO may very well be an attempt to protect drug companies manufacturing vaccines by preventing lawsuits in the rest of the world for faulty vaccines.

New Guidelines from WHO Put Children’s Life At Risk: Paediatricians

Two leading paediatricians in India have urged the World Health Organization (WHO) to urgently revise its manual on classification of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI), warning that the new guidelines put children’s life at risk.

This needs to be done “urgently in the interest of child safety,” Doctors Jacob Puliyel at St Stephen’s Hospital in Delhi, and Pathik Naik of Children Hospital in Surat, say in a report published in the prestigious journal ‘F1000Research‘

Under WHO’s revised manual on AEFI, only those adverse reactions observed during clinical trials of a vaccine, should be classified as vaccine related. All new serious adverse reactions, including deaths seen during post-marketing of the vaccine should be considered as ‘coincidental’ or ‘unclassifiable’, and the vaccine should not be blamed.

The WHO has also changed the definition of “causal association,” the doctors say. Under the revised guidelines, if there is an alternate explanation for the adverse event, or another factor is involved, causative association with vaccine should not be made.

“In other words, if after vaccination, a child with an underlying congenital heart disease develops cardiac failure, it would not be considered causally related to the vaccine.”

The revised classification by WHO “is a major step backward for patient safety,” the authors say, adding, “This could embolden vaccine manufacturers to be more reckless with regard to adverse reactions.”

Puliyel and Naik note that the Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety has documented many deaths in children with pre-existing heart disease after they were administered the pentavalent vaccine (combined diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, Hib, and hepatitis-B vaccine).

This is unbelievably shocking. Two little ones in Samoa, only one year old, both of them. Think of the grieving parents in this totally avoidable tragedy. Deepest condolences to those parents. This is why parents are questioning vaccines. And yet they are vilified for doing so. They are taking away our choices for our own health & the health of our babies. Ask for the inserts parents. Ask for the risks, the side effects. Ask if it’s been tested. Ask to see the test results. Know what the odds are of damage to you & your children, before consenting. Ask if you will be compensated for injuries. We’ve grown too blase about asking questions. Thing is the numbers of vaccines has risen dramatically in recent decades. What used to be a very minimal risk of damage, has now become far more common. Clearly we need to be asking questions, and expecting satisfactory answers. The head of the Ministry of Health in Samoa has ordered the immediate recall of all measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccines after the deaths of two one-year-olds.

The children were given the MMR vaccine on Friday at Safotu Hospital on the island of Savai’i. However within minutes they were dead. One child was allegedly immunised without the mother’s consent – and despite her protesting.

Health Ministry CEO Dr Take Naseri says a full investigation is underway into the deaths. All MMR vaccines in Samoa have been ordered to be seized and the staff involved have been stood down, TV1 Samoa reports.

Prime Minister Tuilaepa Lupesoliai Dr Sailele Malielegaoi says he is waiting to be fully briefed on the situation.

“I have called a full inquiry into the circumstances leading up to this devastating incident which I do not take lightly,” he told media.

“There are already processes that will determine if negligence is a factor. And if so, rest assured those processes will be implemented to the letter to ensure that such tragic [deaths] will not be repeated and those responsible will be made to answer.”

The researchers found significant amounts of aluminum in the brains of deceased persons who had been diagnosed with autism during their lifetime.

Autism spectrum disorder refers to neurodevelopmental conditions that can range from mild to severe. The records show that boys are 4.5 times more likely to have autism than girls.

The evidence is clear: Autistic individuals have high levels of aluminum in their brain

In past studies of the link between autism and the aluminum in vaccines, the researchers mainly tested hair, urine and blood samples for aluminum levels. For the current study, the researchers sought to test the brain tissue of deceased persons who had been diagnosed within the autism spectrum.

For this study, the brain tissue of 5 persons ranging in age from 15 to 50 was tested. The amounts of aluminum were found to be extraordinarily high as compared with people not diagnosed with autism. Abnormal amounts of aluminum were found in the cells of the vasculature, meninges and white and gray matter of all subjects tested.

And, this research was published in the Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology.

Babies injected with up to 500 times the amount of aluminum considered “safe” by the CDC

Health professionals and parents alike have railed against the addition of aluminum as an adjuvant (delivery mechanism) in vaccines for many years. The so-called “safe amount” of aluminum exposure for adult humans is 25 mcg, and just 10 mcg for infants.

A New Zealand health care worker has witnessed vaccines causing harm and shares some observations in an interview conducted in mid-May, 2017. As ‘Corey’ (not real name) wishes to remain in employment, some details, including dates, locations and Corey’s gender, were omitted.

Corey worked at a rest home where residents were provided with hospital level care. The death rate was typically about five over the course of a year, but following the administration of flu shots, there was an unprecedented number within a four-week week period. Seven died within a month according to this concerned whistleblower.

Corey said the flu vaccines, which research has indicated are not only ineffective in the elderly, but immune suppressive, [1] were administered on the recommendation of a General Practitioner, (GP), who was working to Ministry of Health and World Health Organization immunization targets.

Offers Corey:

“The residents were aged between 78 and 90-years-of age and some of those who died had been in good health. Within about 10 days of receiving the vaccine, the first deaths started to happen. We lost three patients within in a few days of each other and then two more a few days after that. That’s five deaths within a little more than a week!”

“They had developed a cough in the first week, they went off food and their temperatures were raised. They had bacterial pneumonia and we had to give them antibiotics, but they still went on to die. It was not a natural death and the rest home could have been in serious trouble if residents’ family members found out that the vaccines had been given, as the GP responsible had not sought consent on behalf of those who were mentally unable to say ‘no’. It’s not written anywhere that a doctor has the right to make the decision to vaccinate.”

Government committee declares HPV vaccines should never be given to teenage boys … Media pursues total BLACKOUT on the story

(Natural News) A finding by the U.K.’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), that it is not advisable to administer the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine to boys, has been met with absolute outrage and a virtual media blackout. Medical professionals in that country have been so indoctrinated by pharmaceutical companies to believe that this vaccine is life-saving that, according to The Guardian, 94 percent of general practitioners and 97 percent of dentists believe that both boys and girls should receive the shot.

All British girls between the age of 12 and 13 have been offered the HPV vaccine as part of the National Health Service’s immunization program since 2008. The JCVI has been deliberating for three years about whether this program should also be extended to include boys.

While the committee is not claiming that the vaccine would be harmful to young males, its interim statement claims that boys automatically receive herd protection by virtue of the high number of girls being vaccinated. They believe that it is therefore “highly unlikely to be cost-effective” for boys to also be given the vaccine.

There has been a concerted effort by Big Pharma and the media to push this vaccine on young people around the globe. Is it really true, however, that HPV is a life-threatening virus, and that it is vitally important to be vaccinated?

It is important to understand that the human papillomavirus is actually incredibly common, and for the most part, causes few health problems. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) notes, “HPV is so common that nearly all sexually active people get it at some point in their lives. … In most cases, HPV goes away on its own and does not cause any health problems.”

What other explanation is there for a comment in Truth About Gardasil’s latest press release which stated: A medical source close to TAG (Truth about Gardasil) has stated: “I find it disturbing that Merck’s agreement with the FDA is based on an agreement that no adverse events will be labeled as such unless there is a TWO fold increase seen of diseases that occur at least as frequently as 1/10,000. This takes away all of the rare autoimmune demyelinating syndromes that cause blindness, paralysis and death.” ?  Maybe they are lying? Nope. I managed to obtain documentation as to the whats and why’s and I’m satisfied that the comment is an accurate report.

Truth About Gardasil also mentioned that since that particular press release, Merck has repeatedly be crawling all over their website like infuriated bees to honey in a famine.

Interesting, isn’t it, that MERCK would have such an agreement with FDA.  Sounds to me like a game of “we pretend to chase you, and you pretend to follow the rules.”  Which in turn, reminds me of the Italian MOB’s relationship with Italian Police.

Interesting too that FDA would set up a meeting with TAG, and there would be silence ever since. One wonders though, what is going on behind the scenes, because the Gardasil bubble just might explode some time soon. Is the silence from FDA and Merck, yet another attempt to come out with another 10 retrospective studies to murky the waters, and placate the masses?

It was interesting that Dr Michael Tatley from CARM would so blithely state in North and South’s rabidly provaccine monologue in June, words to the effect that vaccines couldn’t possible cause the problems that the anti vaccine lobby said, because CARM never saw evidence of it.

So long as doctors continue to deny reactions ever happen, and refuse to report them, you won’t see them, unless parents report them. Many parents are scared to report reactions, because of what their doctors will say. I have quite a few Gardasil reactions which have as yet, not been reported to you, because the parents are not in any space to do so. In terms of the medical profession, no they won’t “see” them, for two reasons. First, they are blind, and if you deny something is happening, you can’t treat it, and if you actually look at it, and see it, you would realise that the medical profession has nothing to treat any of the current Gardasil reactions with anyway. Unless you count in a swathe of girls who’ve never had seizures before, being put on seizure medication any time after the first Gardasil injection.

When are CARM and the MOH going to get real about accurate data collection, huh?!!! Oh, silly me. I forgot. If you don’t have the data, then you can truthfully say that your data shows there are no problems.

Ebiomedicine Study: DTP Vaccine Kills X10 More Babies Than It Saves

According to a study published in Ebiomedicine, an official website dedicated to basic biomedical to clinical research, the DTP vaccines have shown to have killed ten times more babies than it has saved. Researcher Søren Wengel Mogensen studied that mortality rates of vaccinated infants between the ages of 5 and 5 months, all of which received the DTP (Diptheria-Tetanus-Pertussis) and OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine).

HPV Vaccine Gardasil Kills: Confirmed By Court Ruling

Take note Kiwis, it has already killed three NZ teens.  Search Gardasil on this site, there are many more articles that will make you think long and hard before allowing your teen to be subjected to this. Note also the article at the link was written by NZer  J. James in 2010. Japan has withdrawn it there. Timaru High has also. Some folk are waking up but sadly others are still suffering from the effects. If you simply google the term Gardasil it is well covered (& ‘debunked’) in the snopes type sites. Rather, ask your Doctor to show you the inserts to the vaccine. To explain any side effects. Ask to see the research that tells you it’s safe. Search Youtube for the many stories of the injuries and deaths. Listen to this whistle blower,  an ex vice president of Pfizer says Gardasil is ‘deadly’.

Lastly, if you’ve notified your child’s school that you do not consent to this vaccine, you should read this article about  the coercion of kids whose parents had done just that. Herded into a room, the non consenters were told their parents didn’t love them. Fortunately one child was alert enough to ask for the Police. This was in NZ too. We need to be fully informed and aware of what is going on. You can only be fully informed by reading all the evidence. Mainstream will only give you the official mantra: “it’s safe”.

“After 8 long years, the government finally conceded that we met our burden of proof that Gardasil caused my death.” [1]

Christina Richelle Tarsell “died from an arrhythmia induced by an autoimmune response to the HPV vaccine Gardasil which [she] had received only days before [her]death. …. This is a precedent setting case. …. Here are the links to the ruling by Judge Coster Williams and the revised ruling by the Special Master.” [1] [CJF emphasis]

Interestingly, in the above ruling order by Judge Williams, this is stated as part of the “Opinion and Order”:

Because the Special Master impermissibly elevated Petitioner’s burden of proof and misapplied the legal standard, the Court remands the matter to the Special Master. [Pg.2]

In this author’s opinion, the above comment/opinion by the Judge is indicative of what has become an ‘accepted modus operandi’ by Special Masters at the Vaccine Court in order to deny vaccine damage claimants their standing at court, which is totally illegal and must be FIXED immediately by Health and Human Services!

There have been no reports of any teen contracting cervical cancer from HPV ever – what you need to know about the Gardasil vaccine

Gardasil, the HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccine on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) list of recommended inoculations for teenagers, has been the subject of debate worldwide since it was fast-tracked for approval in the US in 2006. The Merck-manufactured drug was developed to prevent infections caused by HPV, which is a group of 150 related viruses — 15 of which are linked to cervical cancer. At the heart of the controversies are questions around the need for the vaccine, the GardasilGirl.jpgefficacy of the vaccine and the fast-growing number of reports of severe reactions to the vaccine. The latter question has moved to the forefront of the debate as safety testing concerns have been raised and the number of vaccine-injured children has grown.

Gardasil- A Case of Insufficient Testing?

Despite no recorded outbreak of cervical cancer nor change in sexual behavioral risks among teenagers, Gardasil vaccine was studied for less than two years prior to its approval. This was particularly curious since the cancer the vaccine purports to prevent does not present itself for 20-30 years.

And, while the drug was tested only on women aged 16-23 before it became the first licensed HPV vaccine in the United States, today it is recommended for boys and girls as young as 10 years old.

Moreover, Gardasil was not tested on people with health problems nor in combination with all the other vaccines routinely administered to American adolescents, such as Tdap and meningococcal vaccines.

Although the CDC claims that sufficient testing has been done, The National Vaccine Information Center discovered the opposite from independent research on the combination of Gardasil and Menactra (a meningococcal vaccine), if given on the same day. Respiratory problem reports increased by 114%, cardiac problems by 118%, neuromuscular and coordination problems by 234%, convulsions by 301%, and injuries caused by falls after unconsciousness shot up by 674%.
