The Great Poisoning and The Great Weakening Agendas – How To Protect Yourself and Your Family

The great weakening is something I’ve written and talked about extensively. The great poisoning is something Catherine Austin Fitts has talked about extensively. They’re both basically the same concept. We’re all living inside what’s often referred to as 5th generation warfare, which is a major advancement above conventional warfare strategy.

For anyone who doesn’t understand 5th generation warfare, please allow me to explain. In regular warfare (from 4th generation warfare backwards), we would see an invading force (usually motivated by theft) coming into an area they don’t yet govern, with the intention of enriching themselves via the resources of that invaded area. Within old style conventional warfare, the assets that the invading force were targeting to steal, often get destroyed. That’s the big drawback of conventional warfare. If you’re going to start a war and steal other people’s resources, which aren’t rightfully yours (and you’re going to risk everything involved with that) you certainly don’t want those prized resources getting destroyed as you’re invading.

Obviously, this older method of war isn’t so profitable in many situations, where the war itself destroys the assets that you’re trying to steal. That’s where 5th generation warfare comes into play and why it’s so popular today.

In 5th generation warfare, you use psychological manipulation, mind control, brainwashing and behavior modification to trick the people you’re targeting….to destroy themselves and destroy every form of strength they could ever use to resist your invasion. After that (which can often take decades to accomplish), with the public’s wealth and assets intact, you send in the cleanup crew to fully take over the area. You make the people too weak, too dumb, too fat, too addicted and too apathetic to fight back…..even if their full enslavement is implemented right in front of them.

Just an FYI update…. you’re now living in the last stages of a 5th generation warfare takeover attempt. In conventional warfare, you would always know that you were being invaded because of the bombs, the infantry, the barbwire, the missiles, the tanks and the explosions. With 5th generation warfare it’s the ever-growing number of Starbucks stores, the Coca-Cola trucks, the vaccine clinics, the chemtrails, the toxic beauty care products, the Teflon pans, the fluoride toothpaste, the mercury teeth fillings, the mammograms, the pesticide laden nonorganic food everywhere at the grocery store etc. With 5th generation warfare, it’s all about a gradual slow-motion slide into a full-spectrum weakening operation of the human body, mind, soul, spirit and bank account. 

The great weakening is a government and media endorsed living model…..based on perpetual pleasure seeking, self-gratification, gluttony and hedonism. The vast majority of people in the Western world today (especially in Canada, Australia, the UK and the United States) are excessively overweight, brain damaged, weak, diseased and financially broke. (living pay cheque to pay cheque, where one small financial emergency could wipe them out completely) This is all by design.

No human can end up this broken if they live within their natural habitat. This is all socially engineered. This is the result of “the mind control based great weakening”. Well over 50% of Western populations are too overweight, sick, broke and apathetic to defend themselves……as is the goal of any 5th generation warfare operation. The overweight, wheel chaired, handicapped, brain damaged, toxic and addicted population isn’t natural. What we see in our cities today is the result of 5th gen warfare.  

Oddly enough, this 5th gen warfare model has been applied more to the United States population than any other country, simply because the US contains the most asset wealth to steal. 70% of US adults are now obese or overweight. 50% of US children are now in the same boat. Most are addicted to cycles of perpetual self-destruction, using their bodies as disposable fun factories from which they extract max perpetual pleasure……using a very wide array of the state and media sponsored fun chemicals. (caffeine, alcohol, junk food, narcotics, medical narcotics, sugar, tobacco, screen entertainment etc.) 

But that’s not the only way “the great weakening” has been implemented, upon a completely uninformed population. Most people genuinely believe that they’re just living a great, sedated, fun and distraction-based lifestyle. Most folks equate their absolute destruction via poison as “the good life“. The person poisoning themselves the most on social media is adored and admired. The public poisoners who celebrate their love of poisons get the most likes, comments and shares…..via their never-ending alcohol selfies. The average person (especially in the US) doesn’t know that the cleanup crew is about to be sent in.

The US government (for example) isn’t sending the national guard, to many major American cities, to fight crime. That’s the easily digestible excuse, handcrafted so that the average TV watcher cheers on and endorses what was always planned to occur. The complete collapse (financial to begin) is coming and that’s when the national guard in the US will take full control of everybody, regardless if democrat or republican. This isn’t a blue vs red political party issue either. A population this unhealthy can’t survive and was never intended to survive. The US is the most asset laden country on the planet and its population is 70% obese and overly medicated. What did you think was going to happen and do you really think this is all one big accident? Please, people…….it’s no accident. The great poisoning is now about to transform into THE GREAT TAKING…..as is clearly outlined in the documentary of the same name. The asset theft has been going on a long time and is about to accelerate dramatically. It will be like taking candy from a baby, literally.

As I review where we all sit right now, please keep in mind that this is a) all by design b) was purposely socially engineered over the last 100 years and c) is now too severe to fix or remedy. What’s coming is coming. Solutions and safe positions will only be available to people who know what’s happening and why it’s happening.

Let’s quickly review. We have a population that has been poisoned for at least 100 years straight, on an ever-increasing scale, with the end goal being the complete theft of all public assets, or as many assets as the ruling group can get away with. The younger the person is, the sicker they are in general. (mostly because they’ve received the most injected poison of our population) The school system has purposely dumbed down the children, where many have lost their will to live, their genetic self-preservation mechanisms are almost extinguished. Seniors are being purposely euthanized in our hospitals. Canada’s MAID program (Medical Assistance in Dying) is expanding its reach. MAID is now being offered to more and more people, as they simply enter Canadian hospitals looking for basic medical care. If you’re weak and poisoned (and are still walking above ground), the system is being continually engineered to flush you right down the toilet. Saying that, there are obvious solutions that will end in you making it through all this with flying colors. 

Logically, if the ruling group’s agenda is poisoning and weakening….the solution is health and strengthening. Simple stuff. What’s really important to understand is that most people are poisoning and weakening themselves because they’re under mind control. The mind control experts cited above use the same brainwashing tactics that your social engineers use to trick you to poison and weaken yourself. This is why it’s so hard for most people to stop poisoning themselves and why their addictions seem so strong……..because we’re all being brainwashed and mentally manipulated to poison and weaken ourselves every day. 

This way, as we take ourselves out, we believe that there’s something personally wrong with us. We believe our dysfunction and failure in life is organic to us. We blame ourselves and think we’re broken. Blaming ourselves is perfect for the mind control experts who puppeteer our addictions and failures into us from behind our screens. The truth is that there’s nothing wrong with us whatsoever. If we succumb to the media mind control and become weak, addicted, overweight and broke……we’re actually working as designed.

Free will, determination and self-control have very little to do with becoming stronger and healthy. The first thing you’ll need to know, in order to break free, is to fully understand how mind control works. With this key knowledge you can brainwash yourself into a better life……as your social engineers try to continually brainwash you into a terrible life. You can indeed win the mind control battle, which most people don’t even know is raging all around them. 

That’s where your new life starts. Their agenda is weakening and poisoning. Your personal agenda will now be strengthening and health. It’s that simple. But again, you need to learn the basics of mind control, brainwashing, psychological manipulation and behavior modification……before you begin your journey upwards into the stronger and healthier version of you. The toxic chemical fluoride in NZ – Is it ignorance or evil intent?

Good news in NZ though, Whangarei DC recently rejected the order to fluoridate EWNZ

1. In 1962, Rachel Carson stated:

“We are rightly appalled by the genetic effects of radiation: how then can we be indifferent to the same effect in chemicals that we disseminate widely in our environment”.

  1. She also accused the chemical industry of:

“poisoning humanity with the consent of scientists whose knowledge and concept of toxicity dates back to the Stone Age, and we have become the victims of cancer, nerve paralysis, genetic mutations, and…are now in no better situation than Borgia’s guests”.

  1. The veracity of her remarks are borne-out by the severe decline in the health and sustainability of all ecosystems in the decades since then, due largely to changes in agricultural practices which include the subject of this article, namely the use of acidic fertilisers and the use of the ensuing waste product, fluoride, as unregistered, illegal medical treatment for tooth decay in humans with little success but with disastrous adverse effects on all ecosystems.
  2. From before the date of Carson’s comments our environment has been subjected to 30kgs of fluoride per tonne of acidic phosphate fertiliser; augmented by the toxic waste from production at the rate of 1 mg/litre of public drinking water, including that used in food preparation, and preparing infant formula. In addition to fluoride there are significant levels of accumulative heavy metals adding to the neurotoxic load on many metabolic systems in the whole food chain hence environmental, animal and human health, particularly that of the developing child.
  3. ALL Regulatory Authorities have the fundamental obligation, a fiduciary obligation, to act in the interests of the population who have delegated authority to do so.
  4. The history of water fluoridation is rife with the illegal use of this delegated authority by the Ministry of Health (MoH) and therein lie several significant failures including failure to provide ALL relevant information.

 

  1. Fluoride is shown to harm the brain and reduce IQ.

  1. This has resulted in the misleading of Parliament and the people and in courts making decisions based on lack of full disclosure, decisions that demand constitutional judicial review because-
  2. Ministry of Health New Zealand (MoH) introduced the Health (Fluoridation of Drinking Water) Amendment Bill 2021(FA) using delegated authority to the Director General which has been abused, and is an illegality.

 

Fluoride is a byproduct of the agrichem industry, and defined as a hazardous substance.

  1. In addition:

a) MoH has taken on sole administration in this matter when:

it has neither the authority, expertise nor knowledge to administer what is an environmental and animal health issue: in fact evidence in the promulgation of this FA suggests they have no expertise or knowledge of the many adverse effects of their pollution of public water supplies for the last 60 years with fluoride and other ecotoxic Hazardous Substances (HS) from the fertiliser industry all of which are accumulative and potentiate each other.

[ii] This role belongs to the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) which is the case in the USA, and which has had no role in the promulgation of this FA and failed to provide ALL relevant information to Parliament or courts. EPA have also failed to inform MoH this FA is outside their remit, exceeding their powers..

[iii] The Ministry of Primary industries (MPI) has also failed in their duty to provide relevant information in a matter that has serious repercussions in animal food and health and hence human health issues; this demonstrates the serious lack of competence to fulfil their obligations, including failure to perform due diligence to safeguard the health and safety of the food chain; and to inform MoH this FA contravenes the statutes which MPI administer.

  1. The failure to perform due diligence applies to all areas of government from the Attorney General and Crown Law Office, who drafted the legislation and failed to ensure principles of Constitutional and Administrative Law have been followed, down to local government decision makers,
  2. There is also the complete failure to ensure there is no inconsistency with many other statutes and international Charters and Conventions, especially those relevant to the special needs of the child.

Unlucky for some….

  1. This is why we need to concentrate our efforts on constitutional judicial review of all decisions made and taking into account all the decision makers in this issue of environmental and public health violations.

The Link Between Perspiration and Health

Sweating is often viewed as a nuisance — something unpleasant that humans try to avoid and cover up. Yet, this natural and important body process occurs for good reasons. In addition to regulating body temperature, sweating helps maintain homeostasis in your body, including removing waste products and toxins.1

Sweating can also be used therapeutically to support well-being and reduce chronic disease.2 If you’re unable to sweat normally, sweating either too much or too little may signify significant health concerns, another clue of its wide-reaching importance.

Why Humans Sweat

Sweating, also known as perspiration, describes the release of liquid from your sweat glands, which number anywhere from 2 million to 4 million. During puberty, your sweat glands become fully active, with glands in men tending to produce more sweat than sweat glands in women.3

As a method of thermoregulation to help keep your body cool, sweating ramps up if the weather is hot or you’re exercising. However, you may also sweat if you’re feeling angry, stressed, anxious or afraid. Medical conditions, such as cancer and low blood sugar, can also trigger sweating, as can menopause and fever.

Consuming certain medications, including thyroid hormone and morphine, may also make you sweat, as can drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages or eating spicy foods, a condition known as gustatory sweating.4

When your body temperature rises, sweat glands release water at your skin’s surface, which quickly evaporates and cools your skin and the blood underneath. “This is the most effective means of thermoregulation in humans,” according to researchers with the University of Mississippi Medical Center.5 Beyond cooling you off, sweating also has “important homeostatic functions,” such as:6

  • Clearing excessive micronutrients from your body
  • Removing waste products produced by metabolic processes
  • Eliminating toxins
  • Support for chronic diseases, including cardiovascular, respiratory and joint diseases

Health Risks of Excessive or Inadequate Sweating

Your body depends on its ability to sweat normally, such that when this balance is thrown off disease states can result. Hyperhidrosis is the medical term for excessive sweating, believed to affect about 4.8% of U.S. adults, or 15.8 million people.7

Hyperhidrosis is known to interfere with self-esteem, social interactions, relationships and career choices, with many affected reporting problems with work, school, social functioning and emotional health. Close to half — 48% — say their quality of life is poor or very poor as a result of hyperhidrosis.

The condition can also cause dehydration and skin infections.8 A link to systemic conditions is also possible, as sweating disorders may signal dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, particularly the sympathetic nervous system.9

Hypohidrosis, which is inadequate sweating, and pathologic anhidrosis, an inability to sweat, are also potentially damaging to your health and may lead to dry skin, heat exhaustion, heatstroke and death.10

Sweating to Help Prevent and Relieve Chronic Disease

In traditional Persian medicine, sweating is used for both preventive care and disease treatment.11 According to a review published in Galen Medical Journal:12

“Reviewing historical medical manuscripts indicates that traditional Persian medicine (PM) scientists have described several methods for the treatment of diseases. Sweating is one of them which has an important role in both prevention and treatment of diseases.

PM physicians were well aware of the health benefits of sweating and believed that sweating removes waste products, maintains the body health, and balances body temperature.

Based on the principles of PM, any disturbances in the excretion of metabolic and dietary waste products can cause disease; therefore, the use of several sweating methods and even diaphoretic herbs have been considered in maintaining human health and as one of the therapeutic method since many centuries ago.”

Indeed, from Roman baths and Scandinavian saunas to Aboriginal sweat lodges, sweating for health has been embraced by cultures worldwide. Researchers writing in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health explained:13

“Sweating with heat and/or exercise has been viewed throughout the ages, by groups worldwide, as ‘cleansing’ … Sweating offers potential and deserves consideration, to assist with removal of toxic elements from the body.

… Sweating is not only observed to enhance excretion of the toxic elements of interest in this paper, but also may increase excretion of diverse toxicants, as observed in New York rescue workers, or in particular persistent flame retardants and bisphenol-A … Optimizing the potential of sweating as a therapeutic excretory mechanism merits further research.”

The researchers noted the following promising roles of sweat in detoxification:

  • Sweat may be an important route for excretion of cadmium when an individual is exposed to high levels
  • Sweat-inducing sauna use might provide a therapeutic method to increase elimination of toxic trace metals
  • Sweating should be the initial and preferred treatment of patients with elevated mercury urine levels

Sweat glands also secrete antimicrobial peptides that help restrict the growth of various microbes on the skin, potentially helping to reduce infection or atopic dermatitis. The sweat gland-derived antimicrobial peptide dermcidin is also thought to play a role in regulating the innate immune system’s response to infection and injury.14

Many Toxins May Be ‘Preferentially Excreted Through Sweat’

Because sweat is 99% water, it’s sometimes said that sweating doesn’t provide a meaningful avenue for detoxification. In the journal Temperature, it’s noted, “The role of sweating to eliminate waste products and toxicants seems to be minor compared with other avenues of excretion via the kidneys and gastrointestinal tract.”15

However, research shows that toxins are, in fact, excreted via sweat. According to research in Archives of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology:16

“Many toxic elements appeared to be preferentially excreted through sweat. Presumably stored in tissues, some toxic elements readily identified in the perspiration of some participants were not found in their serum. Induced sweating appears to be a potential method for elimination of many toxic elements from the human body.”

For instance, concentrations of the heavy metals nickel, lead and chromium may be 10 to 30 times higher in sweat than in blood and urine.17 It’s also noted in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, “Physiologists have long regarded sweating as an effective and safe means of detoxification, and heavy metals are excreted through sweat to reduce the levels of such metals in the body.”18

That study found levels of nickel, lead, copper and arsenic in sweat were higher when the sweating was induced via dynamic exercise as opposed to sauna usage, although mercury levels in sweat were the same regardless of sweating method.19

Another systematic review found that in people with higher exposure or body burden of arsenic, cadmium lead and mercury, “sweat generally exceeded plasma or urine concentrations, and dermal could match or surpass urinary daily excretion … Sweating deserves consideration for toxic element detoxification.”20

Bisphenol A is another chemical contaminant often detected in sweat, in some cases even when no BPA was found in serum or urine samples.21

Health Benefits of Sauna Usage

Inducing sweating via sauna usage has been linked to many health benefits, including for the heart, respiratory system, joints, chronic pain and brain.22 One mechanism for this effect is thought to be related to the fact that heat stresses your heart and body similar to that of exercise, thus prompting similar effects.23 However, sweating is also part of sauna bathing’s therapeutic effects.

Researchers in Finland — where sauna use is common — found that men who used a sauna four to seven times a week for an average of 15 minutes had a 66% lower risk of developing dementia, and 65% lower risk of Alzheimer’s, compared to men who used the sauna just once a week.24

Waon therapy, a form of dry sauna treatment that warms the entire body, is also linked to improved heart health, including in people with chronic heart failure.25 Separate research published in JAMA Internal Medicine revealed that men who used a Finnish-style, dry heat sauna seven times per week also cut their risk of death in half from fatal heart problems compared to those who used it only once a week.26

This held true even after confounding factors such as smoking, blood pressure and triglyceride levels were factored in. In regard to time, the greatest benefits were found among those who sweated it out for 19 minutes or more each session.

As noted by the study, “Sauna bathing leads to skin sweating — induced fluid loss and increase in heart rate, which are physiologic responses to warm temperature … Our results suggest that sauna bathing is a recommendable health habit.”27

How to Induce Sweating

Regular sauna usage is one way to induce sweating, but it’s not the only one. Virtually any type of intense exercise will lead to sweating, as will exercising in warm temperatures or in a heated room, such as in Bikram yoga. If you choose to use a sauna for sweating, there are several options, including a Finnish sauna, far-infrared saunas and near-infrared saunas.

The difference between the infrared saunas and the traditional Finnish sauna is the Finnish-style heats you from the outside in, whereas the infrared heats from the inside out. Near-infrared saunas have additional benefits as they penetrate your tissues more effectively and at wavelengths not absorbed by water.

The near-infrared range affects your health primarily through interaction with chromophores, light-absorbing molecules found in your mitochondria and water molecules. Near-infrared light also has healing and repairing properties, helping optimize other biological functions.

Remember, if you sweat heavily, you’ll also lose valuable fluids and electrolytes. So, be sure to drink plenty of pure water and replace your electrolytes. Coconut water is one option to replace electrolytes naturally. You can also mix one-quarter teaspoon of Himalayan salt with a gallon of pure filtered water for electrolyte replacement.

8 Common Sources of Heavy Metals in Food

When you’re buying food for yourself and your family, you probably glance over the Nutrition Facts panel to make sure you’re making a healthy choice. You may even look at the fine print in the ingredients list, to see if there are any artificial additives or preservatives you want to avoid. What you won’t see listed on the label however, is how much toxic heavy metals you may consume per serving. Yet that is exactly what may be inside.

What we eat and drink is one of the primary points of exposure for heavy metals. These toxins make their way into the food chain thanks to decades of industrial pollutants entering the soil and water.

In the past, many experts believed this wasn’t a cause for concern. The idea was that the human body is perfectly capable of dealing with trace amounts of heavy metals via its detoxification pathways. But they were missing the big picture.

Anyone who reads my newsletter is well aware of the growing environmental catastrophe of plastic pollution. Microplastics from artificial clothing fibers, microbeads found in personal care products, broken down plastics from bottles, fishing nets, plastic bags and biosolids spread on cropland are a human-created nightmare for our environment, particularly our oceans, waterways, marine and bird life.

One such organization is the Plastics Industry Association’s lobbying arm, the American Progressive Bag Alliance, which backs legislation that would prevent local communities from addressing plastic pollution.

As reported by The Intercept,1 the bill “would make it illegal for local governments to ban or restrict bags and other single-use plastic products — one of the few things shown to actually reduce plastic waste.” Eleven other U.S. states have also “enacted similar so-called ‘bans on bans,'” the Tennessean reports.2

We’re Ingesting and Inhaling Surprising Amounts of Plastic

Recently, a situation that looked like it could not get worse, has indeed gotten worse. New research shows humans, not just marine life, are ingesting microplastics at alarming levels.

A recent study commissioned by the World Wildlife Fund and carried out by University of Newcastle, Australia, finds people, on the average, consume the equivalent weight of one credit card a week — 5 grams of plastic.3 Primary ingestion routes are from water and seafood, according to the report.

There is even more disturbing news. While many are aware that municipal wastewater treatment systems are failing at filtering out microplastics — their filtering processes were invented long before the plastic explosion — bottled water is turning out to be no safer.

A recent study by the nonprofit journalism organization Orb Media found major bottled water brands like Evian, Aquafina, Dasani and San Pellegrino contained significant amounts of microplastics.4 And research published in Environmental Science & Technology suggests people drinking only bottled water may receive more microplastics than those drinking tap water.5

Other recent research6 suggests the average person is also inhaling 11.3 microscopic pieces of plastic each hour. According to co-author Jes Vollertsen,7 “This is the first evidence of human exposure to microplastic through breathing indoor air.”

Plastic particles identified in indoor air include synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyethylene and nylon, and nonsynthetic particles composed of protein and cellulose.8

How Bad Is Plastic Pollution?

Thanks to the throwaway mentality of developed nations, and even developing nations, plastic pollution is an urgent problem. It threatens fish, birds and water including in pristine areas completely free of industrialization. The world now produces 299 million tons of plastics a year, most of which ends up in the oceans.

In fact, it is estimated that our oceans will contain more plastic than fish by weight by the year 2050.9,10 Already, plastic exceeds plankton by a factor of 6-to-1 in some ocean waters.11

In a recent documentary that I wrote about, “Hunting for Plastic,” a videotaped autopsy of a deceased sea turtle by employees of the Ocean Cleanup project showed greasy, black plastic bags and other plastic objects that had been the cause of the poor turtle’s death, retrieved from its body.

Boyan Slat, a young Dutch entrepreneur, has invented an ingenious way to clean plastic debris from our oceans and organized the very encouraging Ocean Cleanup project.

One-third of the fish caught in the English Channel and 83% of U.K shrimp contain microbeads, solid plastic particles less than 1 millimeter in size that are added to cosmetics, soap, facial scrub and toothpastes and used in pharmaceutical technology. Several countries have banned the use of microbeads in personal care products,12 but despite bans, millions of microbeads already exist in the environment and, like all plastics, will not degrade for hundreds of years.

Different Types of Plastic Pollute Our Environment

There are different kinds of plastic discarded in the environment but they are all harmful. Polycarbonate, polystyrene and polyethylene terephthalate sink to the ocean floor and damage it. Low-density plastics like polyethylene, on the other hand, float and accumulate into massive floating islands of trash, such as the notorious 618,000 square-mile Great Pacific Garbage Patch between Hawaii and California.

Microplastics from widely used polyvinyl chloride (PVC) absorb carcinogenic plasticizers like bisphenol A (BPA) and bisphenol S (BPS), according to research in Science of the Total Environment,13 and BPA significantly increases the risk of breast cancer according to 2018 research in Environmental Science and Pollution Research:14

“Breast cancer is the second most common fatal cancer in women. Developing a breast cancer is a multi-factorial and hormonal-dependent process, which may be triggered by many risk factors.

An endocrine disrupting substance known as bisphenol A (BPA), that is used greatly in the manufacture of plastic products, was suggested as a possible risk factor for developing breast cancer. BPA has a strong binding affinity to non-classical membrane estrogen receptors like estrogen-related and G protein-coupled (GPER) receptors.

Based on animal and in vitro studies, results showed a link between BPA exposure and increased incidence of breast cancer. BPA has the ability to alter multiple molecular pathways in cells … Thus, the aforementioned alterations cause undesired gene stimulation or repression that increase risk of developing breast cancer.

So, restricting exposure to BPA should be considered to aid in lowering the risk of developing breast cancer.”

More Health Risks From Microplastics

Plastic pollution kills sea turtles and other marine life in several ways. They become entwined in plastic bags and six-pack rings, and ingested plastic debris blocks their intestinal tracts so they die of malnutrition. Microplastics in the ocean also develop a biological covering of algae that smells like food to fish.15 That means fish may be actively seeking out the microplastic mistaking if for food.

The harmful effects of microplastics on human health are also beginning to be revealed. According to 2019 research in Science of the Total Environment:16

“Humans are exposed to plastic debris via the consumption of seafood and drinking water, contact with food packaging, or inhalation of particles. The accumulation of microplastic particles in humans has potential health risks such as cytotoxicity, hypersensitivity, unwanted immune response, and acute response like hemolysis.

We investigated the cellular responses of secondary polypropylene microplastics (PP particles) of approximately ~20 μm and 25-200 μm in different condition and size to normal cells, immune cells, blood cells, and murine immune cells by cytokine analysis, ROS assay, polarization assay and proliferation assay …

[A] high concentration, small sized, DMSO method of PP particles stimulated the immune system and enhanced potential hypersensitivity to PP particles via an increase in the levels of cytokines and histamines.”

Microplastics in Drinking Water

As I noted earlier, wastewater treatment plants do not completely filter out microplastics. The potential of these particles for absorbing wastewater chemicals — as seen with PVC — and their small size present “unique toxicological risks for microplastics discharged” says a 2019 study in the journal Water Research X.17

And there is another, less recognized but huge source of microplastics in our waterways and drinking water: microfibers from synthetic clothing like fleece, acrylic and polyester. During washing, microfibers from these textiles are released, amounting to as much as 1 million tons a year.

Yet the Mermaids (Mitigation of Microplastics Impact Caused by Textile Washing Processes) project suggest special coatings and reformulated laundry detergents could minimize the toll of microfibers released during washing on the environment.18 Research in Water Research X confirms the role microfibers play in plastic pollution, finding more microfibers in more populated areas.19

“We demonstrate through source modeling that microplastic fiber loads in influent were consistent with service area populations laundering textiles given previously published rates of microplastic generation in washing machines.”

Microplastics Also Pollute Soil

Plastic pollution is not limited to waterways. The net amount of plastics polluting land is as much as 23 times greater than that in oceans, according to research published in Science of the Total Environment.20

Once called “sewage sludge,” — the solids left after water purification — “biosolids” are now widely used as fertilizer in the U.S. and other countries to grow crops. It should surprise no one that biosolids contain plastics, as well as PCBs, dioxins, pharmaceuticals, hormones, surfactants, heavy metals and disease-causing pathogens.

Once on the soil, weather, sun and other factors cause the plastic to fragment into microplastics. Scientists also speculate that Collembola — tiny insects in the soil — might also contribute to the problem by converting the plastic debris they consume into microplastics through their digestive processes.21

A British study of the coasts of six continents found sewage sludge, or so-called biosolids, contained an average of one particle of microplastic per liter.22 Much of the plastic load comes from clothing fibers from washing machine effluent, says research, and much of it ends up in storm drains and waterways.

What Can You Do?

While microplastics are now abundant in waterways, drinking water and seafood, there are many ways you can reduce the scourge of plastic pollution by not adding to it.

  • Avoid plastic bags (including for snacks and food storage)
  • Avoid disposable straws (reusable straws made from stainless steel, bamboo and even glass are widely available)
  • Wash synthetic clothes less frequently and when you do use a gentle cycle to reduce the number of fibers released; consider using products that catch laundry fibers in your washing machine
  • Choose a nonplastic toothbrush made from bamboo or flax
  • Avoid disposable plastic bottles; bring your own reusable bottle instead

One of the biggest civilian development project that Libya’s ex-president Muammar Gaddafi undertook during his forty-two-year rule was the Great Man-Made River. Gaddafi’s dream was to provide fresh water for everyone, and to turn the desert green, making Libya self-sufficient in food production. To make this dream a reality, Gaddafi commissioned a massive engineering project consisting of a network of underground pipes that would bring fresh water from ancient underground aquifers deep in the Sahara to the drought suffering Libyan cities. Gaddafi called it the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. The western media rarely mentioned it, and whenever it did, it was dismissed as a “vanity project” calling it “Gaddafi’s Pet Project” and “the pipe dream of a mad dog”. But truth is, the Great Man-Made River Project is a fantastic water delivery system that has changed lives of Libyans all across the country.
Libya is one of the sunniest and driest countries in the world. There are places where decades may pass without seeing any rainfall at all, and even in the highlands rainfall seldom happens, like once every 5 to 10 years. Less than 5% of the country receives enough rainfall for settled agriculture. Much of Libya’s water supply used to come from desalination plants on the coast, which were expensive and therefore used only for domestic purposes. Little was left for irrigating the land.In 1953, while searching for new oilfields in southern Libya, vast quantities of ancient water aquifers were discovered. The exploration team discovered four huge basins with estimated capacities of each ranging between 4,800 and 20,000 cubic km. Most of this water was collected between 38,000 and 14,000 years ago, before the end of the last ice age, when the Saharan region enjoyed a temperate climate. After Gaddafi and the Free Unitary Officers seized power in a bloodless coup in 1969, the new government immediately nationalized the oil companies and started using the revenues from oil to set up hundreds of bore wells to bring fresh water from the desert aquifers. Initially, Gaddafi planned to set up large-scale agricultural projects in the desert where the water was found, but when the people displayed reluctance to move, he conceived a plan to bring the water to the people instead.
In August 1984, Muammar Gaddafi laid the foundation stone for the pipe production plant at Brega, and the Great Man-Made River Project began. Around 1,300 wells were dug into the desert soil, some up to 500 meters deep, to pump water from the subterranean water reserve. The pumped water is then distributed to 6.5 million people living in the cities of Tripoli, Benghazi, Sirte and elsewhere through a network of underground pipes 2,800 km long. When the fifth and final phase of the project is complete, the network will have 4,000 km length of pipes that will enable 155,000 hectares of land to be cultivated. Even with the last two phases yet to complete, the Great Man-Made River is the world’s largest irrigation project.The pipeline first reached Tripoli in 1996, at the completion of the first phase of the project. Adam Kuwairi, a senior figure in the Great Man-Made River Authority (GMRA), vividly remembers the impact the fresh water had on him and his family.“The water changed lives. For the first time in our history, there was water in the tap for washing, shaving and showering,” he told BBC. “The quality of life is better now, and it’s impacting on the whole country.” The project was so well recognized internationally that in 1999, UNESCO accepted Libya’s offer to fund the Great Man-Made River International Water Prize, an award that rewards remarkable scientific research work on water usage in arid areas.
In July 2011, NATO bombed the Great Man-Made River water supply pipeline near Brega including a factory that produces the pipes, claiming that the factory was used as “a military storage facility” and that “rockets were launched from there”. NATO’s attack on the pipeline disrupted water supply for 70% of the population who depended on the piped supply for personal use and for irrigation. The country now reeling under civil war, the future of the Great Man-Made River Project is in jeopardy. Back in 1991, at the opening of the first phase of the project, Muammar Gaddafi had prophetically said about the largest civil engineering venture in the world:
“After this achievement, American threats against Libya will double. The United States will make excuses, but the real reason is to stop this achievement, to keep the people of Libya oppressed.”

Late last year, research commissioned by Federated Farmers and Beef + Lamb New Zealand (B+LNZ), found 54 percent of New Zealanders want carbon farming, i.e planting pine trees where fossil fuel emissions can be offset with new pine forests, to be strongly limited. Relating to this was that over 65 per cent of people oppose foreign companies buying New Zealand farms to offset their emissions by planting monocultures of pines. Under the lax foreign investment rules, foreign speculators get approval with ease.

Other statistics from research late 2022 shows more than 52,000ha of land was purchased by forestry interests in 2021 – a 36 percent increase on the previous two years and up from 7,000ha in 2017. Since then, more land has been purchased by foreign speculators.

While government has done nothing to address public concerns, the purpose of carbon farming, i.e. converting productive sheep and beef farms to pines, has already been achieved. Beef + Lamb (B+LNZ) says this is far more than the 25,000ha a year of exotics that the Climate Change Commission has suggested are needed to achieve New Zealand’s climate change objectives.

B+LNZ is forecasting significant economic damage to New Zealand’s red meat sector, rural communities and the economy as a result of the conversion of productive land into carbon farms. “However, the scale of change is far in excess of what is needed, and the Climate Change Commission agrees with us on this. This will have significant long-term implications for rural communities and the wider New Zealand economy.”

Research also showed that 61 percent of people support greater incentives to plant native forests over pine trees. 

Government Snoozes

New Zealand is currently the only country in the world to allow 100 percent offsetting of fossil fuel emissions within the ETS. The European Union only allows 10 percent and California (US) eight percent. 

The New Zealand Government seems asleep.

This relates to rivers and streams. How much water does a pine tree drink a day? The basic rule for drinking pine is 10 gallons of water for every single inch of tree diameter. That means a 12-inch plant will absorb nearly 120 gallons of water. There are also records that average pine trees can absorb up to 150 gallons of water a day when there is unlimited water.

Dry Streams

Where pines have been planted in watersheds, streams often run dry whereas before pines, there was year round flow.  The NZ Federation of Freshwater Anglers warned – five years ago – that the issue of encouraging and allowing monocultures of pines needed to stop. At the time the Labour-led coalition government had embarked on its “billion trees” programme. NZFFA called for caution and foresight in the new government’s ambitious “one million trees” policy so as to avoid monocultures of pines.

NZFFA said monocultures of pine trees in many parts of New Zealand had been an environmental disaster with depleted stream flows and heavy deposition off logs, slash and silt into rivers, coastlines and estuaries following clear felling logging.

The Federation said the emphasis should be strongly on native trees, and not pines.

This stream flowed all year round with a consistent flow to make it a valuable spawning stream and a quality fishing water. Pines were planted decades ago and now the stream is virtually dry in summer and increasingly so as the growing pines increasingly take water. The basic rule for drinking pine is 10 gallons of water for every single inch of tree diameter. That means a 12-inch plant will absorb nearly 120 gallons of water. There are also records that average pine trees can absorb up to 150 gallons of water a day when there is unlimited water.

The censors have been busily deleting, blocking or shadow banning online articles in the ‘awful’ event you may be led astray by the ‘antis’. In NZ’s case, they cannot have you thinking for yourself when your nation has only one source of truth … woe betide anybody whose toe crosses that line.

So here we have: “A collection of hosts files and filter lists to make the world a better place”.

I happened across this list the other day actually quite by chance. On it are all three of my WP sites, this one that you are reading, plus here and here. They are classified as anti-V (you know that word) when in fact two of them have nothing whatsoever to do with Vs. Cast your eye down the very very long list and you will see the scope of forbidden topics in fact spreads far wider that the V. Another thing I’ve noticed are little bright red exclamation marks next to my site links … not safe to visit! The author does invite you to get in touch & make a case for not being on the ‘list’ … but as with most things nowadays, the onus of ‘proof’ is placed on the ‘recipient’ and not on the accuser, where it should be.

Recently when listening to Dr Mercola (another heavily censored MD) I heard him describing a very old article of his from two decades ago that he discovered is totally scrubbed from the internet. He could not find it anywhere. (No point in posting his links as he now takes his posts down after 48 hours & places them in a paid archive). Max Igan also who has his finger on the button, notes how article after article is being removed. I certainly have found that searching for material now in any search engine is pretty futile really. It’s clearly all geared to mainstream propaganda only. I would suggest when saving links that folk copy the entire article for safekeeping. Many articles I’ve only posted links for (out of courtesy in that the reader can go to the original source) are now dead. Videos follow the same pattern as YT is now reserved for material only JA would approve of.

And the libraries, well they’ve been culling those for a good while now too. (See here also). With the histories gone we’ll be all set for the coming reset.

The Enzed Govt doesn’t appear to just tinker with shadow banning and the like… back in early 2019 they hired a security firm with your tax dollars to spy on folk (EWR included) who didn’t want 1080 poison contaminating their water supplies. People who decline the consumption of this ‘harmless’ green ‘candy’ are classed as that other forbidden word that starts with ‘t’. If you’re a fan of the ‘candy’ by the way, read here.

On that concluding note, you persons that give birth … well those birth pains, like free speech, are set to be a thing of the past!

    Sayer Ji from greenmedinfo speaks with insight on current threats in LA to cut power & water to people who do not comply with the official narrative for the CV & lockdown. He questions the motives of those who would do this & reminds us of the evolution we’re seeing from soft (medical) martial law to hard martial law. Some New Zealanders, in particular those in the Horowhenua will recall the District Council there cut off the water to a land owner for 660 days & got away with that (see background info). Such is the corruption of governance in NZ.

    Horowhenua’s former Mayor speaks on pollution in the region & why little is being done about it

    A truthful commentary from Horowhenua’s ex Mayor Michael Feyen on the pollution issues regarding Lake Horowhenua & more importantly why they are not being properly addressed. Not an uncommon story in this era of neo lib economics. Michael is able to share from the unique standpoint of a former insider. Whilst mayor & prior to that a councilor, he was largely censored and silenced from speaking out on these important issues that DCs largely pay lip service to (see other links below).     More important info on Milford’s post-aerial 1080 drop water

    WHAT’S IN THE WATER? MILFORD SOUND, FIORDLAND

    NOTE: The NZ authorities do not practice the precautionary principle with the spreading of 1080 poison. In fact they are now legally allowed to drop it into your waterways without the previously required consents, even though the manufacturer’s warning says take care not to drop it into the waterways. Whilst they continue to claim it is harmless, there is much independent research that says otherwise. (See 1080science for further independent info). In light of that, in my opinion it is safer to follow the precautionary principle, that is, proceed as if there were a possible risk to your health rather than assume there is none. Since 1080 is a known teratogen I believe it is particularly important for pregnant mothers or even those who think they may be or who could be pregnant, to distance themselves from an area where 1080 is being distributed, particularly aerially because of the drift of the dust over long distances.  I believe these are the concerns being raised here, and particularly also with regard to warning tourists of the risks of drinking the water, who may not be able to read the signs (if there indeed are any). Finally, of particular concern is the topography of Milford Sound. When it rains at Milford Sound, “all of the steep landscape can be considered a streambed”.  EWR.

    Bowen Falls, Milford Sound….. the water intake for supplying Milford Sound township, and all tourist boats and accommodation, is approx. 200m upstream of the Bowen Falls and approx. 100m below the 1080 poison bait drop zone, where 1080 poison baits were aerially dropped on 15 October, 2019.

    See smallest map attached. The person who provided that map says:

    “Blue (circle) is rough location of intake. Red is a big pipe running from intake into the hydro electric station. It creates the power. Also here is where the only filter for our drinking water is…it’s a UV filter. Then it is distributed to vessels and accommodations. Our drinking water is straight from the Bowen River valley. I have walked up the pipeline before… quite steep in places.”

    The significance of all of this is that the aerial 1080 drop could possibly have contaminated the water supply. As well as that, poisoned carcasses will, as we know from experience in all aerial 1080 drops, end up in that waterway as well, also then being a source of contamination.

    DoC are not warning tourists of any risk of 1080 in Milford’s drinking water … & they don’t want you to either

    DEPT OF CONSERVATION TELLS TOURISM COMPANY OFF – Skippers are not to warn tourists about the dangers of drinking the water after aerial 1080 drop in Milford Sound area yesterday.

    Milford Sound (Arthur, Sinbad and Cleddau Valleys) was aerially poisoned on 15 October, 2019.

    Pam Vernon reports (15 October, 2019) “A reader at the Envirowatch Rangitikei site today commented about warning the tourists on the dangers of drinking the water: “Hi there my brother works as a skipper for one of the biggest tourism companys in Milford and one of the skippers warned the customers on the mic and a doc member was on the boat and got seriously offended called her boss then doc warned the company gave them a chewing. The company forced all skippers to say nothing at all or risk consequences. The company is afraid of the bad side of doc because that’s who gives them there consent to cruise in Milford. Blackmail against freedom of speech. This is real as of the other day.”

    Another person said, (14 October, 2019, 1080 Eyewitness):

    “DOC poisoning operation in Milford tomorrow
    Who the hell gives DOC the right to poison our only water supply, the Bowen Falls?
    650,000 tourists come here every year to view this pristine environment, if only they knew….. “

    I’m told the Bowen Falls are in the drop zone, and the whole township at Milford Sound and all the tourist boats are supplied by water from that source.

    OIA responses from Southern DHB and DoC state there is a buffer zone round the Milford water intake which they regard as sufficient. See attached, (plus maps from original notification of the drop).

    The Milford Sound water intake is approximately 200m above the Bowen Falls, and I’m told the intake is only about 100m inside the top end of the buffer zone (yellow area on map). Helicopters were seen working along that face. Helicopter pilots tell me 250m is a minimum buffer zone for safety, and more if on a slope, as baits tumble into valleys. Poisoned carcasses will inevitably end up in that waterway, as well, providing further contamination.

    and of the 2017 drop at Milford Sound he says:

    “The water quality testing (pg 6 of DOC’s operational report 5.2.2) revealed the presence of 1080 at 1ppb.”

    According to Leslie McGrath, the Dept of Conservation will not take water tankers in to supply safe water because it is “too expensive” ! However the Department’s response to a request for alternative water supply is at the bottom of page 3 in their OIA response attached.

    OIA requests from Landcare Research indicate the alarming extent to which 1080 is in our food chain

    “Landcare Research maintains a national database of vertebrate pesticide residue test results, from samples of plants, soil and animal tissue and corresponding background information submitted to its Toxicology Laboratory at Lincoln.”

    Lawyer Sue Grey and Regional Councillor Kathy White have obtained information via an OIA request from Landcare Research that confirms after 50 years of extensive application of 1080 poison (a Class 1A Ecotoxin) to NZ’s environment that 1080 is well established in our food chain. Water content has trebled in the past five years. Were it not for this info request we would all of course be none the wiser which is why it is advisable that you exercise the precautionary principle with regards to the food that you eat.

    Remember what NZ’s retired MD Charlie Baycroft said recently …‘if you die from 1080 poisoning, nobody will know  because the Ministry of Health is bullying NZ Doctors into not testing for 1080′. There is no evidence of 1080 poisoning he says, because it is not allowed to be looked for. EWR

    Heart disease and Cancer dominate mortality in Whanganui where the Government owned 1080 poison factory used to burn 1080 to dispose before residents complained about the smell of toxic fumes. Eighty tonnes gets buried there and they signed off by digging up some baits that are well known to leach and then called that environmental testing. USA EPA have proved 1080 binds specifically and doesn’t flush off with water meanwhile Landcare have never tested for adsorption of 1080 to sand.. they don’t have an accredited test for gravel either. Take a look at where they buried 80 tonnes of baits that were defective due to moisture in the grains.. not because of defective 1080.. the place is coastal so has sandy soils. What monitoring of the local people’s health has been done to see if there is a link.. none. That’s the quality of the science here in New Zealand.

    Foreign tourists collecting stream water on a 1080 aerial drop day … no warnings given

    Remember, this is what Milford local Sacha Stevenson recently wrote to DoC about. No warning signs for tourists. Turns out they won’t be putting any up about the water, just the usual signs with the skull on to warn them since they haven’t resources to put signs up in every tourist’s language. Signs will only indicate pellets, not the risk of water contamination. And the other rationale cited, that it’s ‘extremely unlikely’ the water will be poisoned. Whatever happened to the precautionary principle? Not good enough. EWR

    It’s appalling actually. No self-respecting Kiwi (on second thoughts there might be a few) would drink out of those creeks in the middle of a 1080 poison drop – or afterwards. Shane Wilson watched as four busloads of tourists stopped there on “Aerial 1080 Poison Day” and filled up their water bottles. They probably thought the helicopters were taking tourists for a joyride! Shane tried to warn some of them but they didn’t understand him.

    To: the Community of Milford Sound.

    Re: Response to email on 31st July 2019 from John McCutcheon (MSI) to the community and stakeholders, regarding the impending 1080 drop into the public water supply water catchment area of Milford Sound

    The key issue:

    DOC has issued its intentions to drop a VTA (1080) between Aug 1st and Dec 2019 in the Cleddau/Milford Sound area, including the Bowen River valley, which is the water catchment for the public water supply of Milford Sound.

    • How might this affect the public water supply and its consumers in the Milford Sound area?
    • It won’t, if the drop is aborted in the Bowen River valley water catchment area.

    However, if the drop in the catchment area goes ahead, I believe that – on reading the information and links below, both DOC & Milford Sound Infrastructure (MSI –the local public water supply company) should act in good faith, and with the prudent exercise of ethical responsibility, to make sure that an alternate water supply is arranged during and after the 1080 drop. Also, adequate signage should be supplied about the drop –which seems to be the responsibility of Workplace NZ.

    Why?

    The alternative supply should be offered until testing is carried out and levels of 1080 found to be below the government standard for tests (set at 2 parts per billion, though under 3.5 parts per billion is deemed safe by the EPA.) Note: No human trials have been carried out to know if this level is indeed correct)

    Failing the delivery of an alternate water supply, responsibility lies with us – the end operators and consumers, along with WorkSafe NZ – to place signs at all water outlets where human consumption could reasonably be expected to take place. For example, all tourist vessels, port and airport facilities, and all lodgings should have 1080 danger signs erected where water (including tea or coffee) is to be offered during and after aerial operations in the Bowen River catchment area, until post-drop test results are available.

    I have now received an email (dated 1 Aug 2019) from Renee Cubitt (Health Protection Officer Public Health South, Southern DHB) where she states:

    “… Mitigation measures are discussed between the water supplier and the applicant and monitoring includes testing the water before consumption. Water samples tested for 1080 toxin residue in New Zealand are tested to a very low level of detection. Alternative supplies are arranged before results are cleared (highlight added). In our view the risk to those consuming drinking water is extremely low – and most likely nil.”

    But as recognised in this statement, some risk – however small – exists, so an alternative water supply should be offered.

    What regulates these requests to drop 1080 and relevant mitigation of risk?

    The Ministry of Health is responsible for ensuring that the provisions of the HSNO Act are complied with where it is necessary to protect public health. The Public Health Unit (PHU) is empowered by the Ministry of Health to approve permission and attach conditions to interested parties applying a VTA (Vertebrate Toxic Agent) in a public place. This applies especially to drops into (or near) a public water supply. Public Health South (PHS) processes and approves permissions for VTA use in the Fiordland area, in so doing, sets minimum standards for the intended dispersal area in the Milford Sound public water supply catchment area.

    Permission is required because VTAs (of which 1080 is one) are toxic to humans through acute poisoning and chronic exposure. 1080 is considered a hazardous substance, for good reason. (See link to 1080 effects at p7.)

    The PHU have issued a Model Permission Statement (see p32 onwards) with examples – one of which focuses on a VTA to be dropped into a public water supply. (Case study 2 at p63.)

    Some things that stand out for me with the model PHU permissions:

    • Full disclosure to users is expected, with signs and warnings – which would logically be placed at the point of possible consumption. (See conditions 19 & 20 p47 of VTA permission guide.)
    • An alternate water supply should be offered, if requested, until testing has been completed. (See Case example – Condition 25 p68 note ii and conditions 25 – 32 of VTA permission guide.)

    I see the above two points as meeting a legal and moral duty to protect tourists (and locals) from potentially drinking contaminated water.

    It should be noted that, according to the opening segment of condition 30 (p57) of the VTA permission guide:

    Mitigation shall be mutually agreed in writing between the applicant and water supply managers and involve either or both of the following [emphasis added]:

    • No 1080 shall be applied within 200 m of the water supply intakes. For flowing surface watercourses, the 200 m exclusion shall be extended to 400 m upstream of the point of intake. (p57)
    • If an interim water supply is available, the affected water supply shall be temporarily disconnected until such time as water testing finds no VTA contamination above 50 percent of the Ministry’s PMAV*, in accordance with the requirements of the Drinking-water Standards of New Zealand. (p57)

    The first point above is modified (example given in condition (30 pg57) by:

    In steep areas, the exclusion area may need to be increased to avoid bait falling in to the waterway [emphasis added].

    Local conditions affecting the toxicity of any drop in this area

    Let’s be honest, the whole Milford Sound area has extremely steep gradients.

    Fiordland is a unique area in terms of its topography and rainfall. The Bowen River catchment valley is rather like a giant granite bath, with very little top soil, and average rainfall of 7000mm per annum.

    During rainfall, all of the steep landscape can be considered a streambed.

    Contrasting the 2D nature of the 2017 GPS flight path map for the 1080 drop in this area with the reality of the length of the Bowen River and its many, many feeder streams (via a camping map) also gives perspective to the special nature of this landscape and its potential for major 1080 runoff into the waters feeding our drinking water supply.

    This unique topography, together with winter temperatures, ice and snow melt, will likely increase the risk of 1080 arriving at the intake area intact, and at the same time and breaking down much more slowly. According to TBFree: “How 1080 Breaks Down in Soil and Water”:

    “Biodegradation of 1080 is faster in warmer conditions (20degC), but still occurs at 5degC. At cooler temperatures rates of degradation are slower…..”

    Imagine the perfect storm: A huge rain soon after the drop and all the aerially dispersed 1080 pellets wash straight into the streams and make their way to the public water supply intake around the same time. This poison then, being a deadly toxin at single digit parts per billion, arrives to be consumed by a pregnant woman, above the levels that the mother and child can metabolize safely.

    Is it possible that 1080 might get to the intake before it breaks down? Considering the nature of the topography here, the winter temperatures and the international exposure of our iconic location, ALL options of mitigating risks should be enacted.

    The 2017 DOC report (at p6) reported a positive 1080 test at 1ppb for the Bowen River (ie a fairly small risk). However, as discussed above, different conditions (eg heavy rain around the time of the drop) may adversely affect that risk level.

    Timing of water samples

    Landcare Research, in its “Guideline for Sampling and Testing of Water” states (at 3.1) that:

    “Urgent samples for 24-hour turnaround testing may be sent unfrozen to the testing laboratory, but they must be chilled to 4°C and placed on ice as soon as possible after collection.”

    Looking closer at Landcare’s testing regime (at 4.0): “Results will be available no later than 9.30 a.m.

    on the following day.” This means, at a minimum, no water should be drunk in Milford for 24hrs.

    The precautionary principle

    The HSNO Act (at s7) is predicated on a precautionary approach, especially where there is uncertainty about the effects of a course of action, which there must be in this case.

    This precautionary aspect is reflected in the PHU Guidelines for VTAs:

    • “The specific characteristics and risk profile of each VTA operation is different, depending on the VTA being used, the terrain and factors such as public use patterns and/or proximity to dwellings and water supplies. The Model Permit Conditions may need to be modified in order to adequately manage the level of the risk to public health.[From page iii, emphasis added]
    • “The Model Permit Conditions are intended as a starting point. They should not be applied as a generalised standard ‘set’ of conditions. They provide a framework that officers can adjust in order to meet local needs. However, officers need to ensure that they fully consider the various risks and characteristics of each specific proposed VTA operation in order to determine the appropriate Model Permit Conditions to be used and how such conditions might need to be modified to adequately manage the public health risks posed by that particular operation.” [From page 2, emphasis added]

    Guidelines are not the law. They are a mechanism for giving effect to the law – and to its precautionary approach.

    Milford Sound – a major tourist attraction

    Milford Sound is one of NZ’s iconic tourist locations. We have somewhere between 500 to 5,000 guests per day visiting the Fiord, hosted by various companies across the different seasons. The large majority of tourists are foreign nationals, many of whom don’t speak or read English very well.

    Until at least the 24th July 2019, Milford Sound Infrastructure acknowledged they hadn’t been notified of the impending drop. Since the community was notified by MSI on the 31st July, we can assume we now have at least 2 months until the scheduled drop begins, as per the guidelines:

    The notice must be given sufficiently prior to, but within two months of, the proposed application of the VTA (PHU VTA Permission – condition 27 Notification)

    I understand that some of the companies here are planning to make bottled water available for their staff, but none of them (as far as I know) are planning to offer bottled water to the tourists, or even to put notices up in the terminal or on the vessels to warn them of the 1080 drop – so they can at least make an informed choice as to whether they will consume the potentially contaminated water or not.

    I believe in ‘free will’ and I can understand some people believe the Government/DOC scientists when they say the water will be safe to drink.

    However, around 3% of 1080 tests in water have come back positive for 1080 over the years, with at least 4 positive tests in drinking water, albeit in low concentrations. (See TBFree, p3.)

    Knowing that 1080 is teratogenic (may cause birth defects) and with my partner being pregnant, I wouldn’t wish her to have any exposure whatsoever to 1080. I assume no foreign national in her position would wish to be exposed to that risk either. (See MOH Guidelines p7 re known 1080 effects.)

    I am disappointed that neither DOC, MSI Milford Sound Infrastructure, or MST Milford Sound Tourism NZ (the port operational company that operate the terminal and dock facilities) are planning to at least inform the tourists that the water they may drink in the terminal and on board the vessels may potentially have a birth defect causing agent in it.

    It is probably true that signs will likely be erected along the road into Milford, as we have seen done in various locations around NZ. But it is wrong to conclude that because those signs are at rest areas etc, that foreigners will equate that with the drinking water supply inthe terminal and on the vesselsetc, as being also potentially contaminated. One must remember that many visitors can’t read English for a start, plus many come from areas where it is obvious that one doesn’t drink from any tap water.

    Is it obvious here?

    I would expect the duty of care and a minimum standard would mean that we’d firstly err on the side of caution. I would also assume that foreign governments would want us to set the minimum standard bar rather high when it comes to looking after the health and welfare of their citizens. As we would hope they do for our citizens when they’re abroad.

    We know that the US and China for example, among others, take the safety of their citizens travelling overseas very seriously.

    Do we need reminding that there is no antidote to 1080 poisoning?

    It really seems easy to avoid the vast majority of the risks in this case. Just don’t drop 1080 in the water catchment area: meaning no 1080 to be aerially dropped in the Bowen River valley area of Milford Sound.

    If DOC is so determined to go-ahead with the poison drop in the catchment area, then full disclosure to tourists should be made and an alternate drinking water supply offered (as per the model PHU statement example of 1080 in a public water supply).

    It’s embarrassing that we call our country ‘Open and Inclusive’ ‘Clean Green’ etc and yet treat foreigners with this sort of disrespect.

    I would like to add, I have no issue with the normal supply and delivery of water in Milford Sound. As long as I’ve worked here, MSI and MST have both operated with professionalism and worked to fix any issues with the greatest of haste.

    A final point

    If the aerial drop in the Bowen River catchment area is aborted, there would be no risk to the public water supply.

    A general update on current events in Paradise down under

    I see that things have been developing on the 1080 front. (As much as I dislike FB & the ever encroaching censorship, it is the main platform for the latest info by the myriad of excellent researchers & environmentalist groups on 1080 developments)  … there has for starters been the event concerning the man who was poisoned at the 1080 factory in Christchurch, nary a word in lamestream media of his condition or what he was poisoned by. It appears to be top secret.

    So why can’t they tell us?

    My guess which isn’t rocket science of course, is that it WAS 1080. (They can’t get away with ‘botulism’ this time as it was in a 1080 factory & it was an accident .. bit of a stretch

Damage control in my humble opinion but hopefully now folk are beginning to join dots & see that what the good NZ MD Charles Baycroft said is true … they won’t test for 1080 and for a reason. If you don’t test of course you won’t find it. Clever isn’t it? See at this link what happens if you do express the desire to fully conduct studies on this at an academic level. Hint: you won’t be celebrated with any science awards. The NZ corporation is not into independent science at all. Try presenting some independent research to your local councils and see the response.

    Anyhow I digress & I haven’t even mentioned the furore over the trucking of 14 odd tonnes of flood damaged 1080 pellets all the way to our own Bonny Glen landfill in the Rangitikei. (Read RNZ’s take on it here). You know, the landfill that’s now gotten the Rangitikei dubbed by locals as the ‘toilet bowl’ (formerly grain bowl) of NZ, the one recently quadrupled in size that had all the cover ups on the volume of leachate being disposed of via the WWTP (submission at the link by then local Hamish Allan)... a gentleman’s agreement at the point of sale that stretched somewhat & came to light via onto-it people who noticed the night pumping of leachate into the plant. The council there employs the same modus operandi as your esteemed corporation cum government … they don’t do instream biota surveys (well hardly ever) so’s they won’t find that the water quality has deteriorated.  You can read about all of that at the Bonny Glen pages at the main menu.  The consent hearings by the way to expand the tip were held 30 minutes drive away in Feilding, not in Marton, the location of concern. And the session I attended saw one of the three man panel make a Freudian slip saying ‘when the consents are granted’ not ‘if’.

    Intriguing.

    To boot, the unfortunate folk who live on certain streets in Marton have to endure refuse trucks rumbling by at 5-10 minute intervals starting at 6am (and why through town when there is a suitable network of equally accessible country roads is anybody’s guess) along with the wafting of the stench from the ginormous landfill just kilometers away under certain wind conditions. And I haven’t even mentioned the feral cats, the rats & the seagulls that drop rubbish all over surrounding farms, allegedly causing the death at times of stock. As you could say, for the town folk as well as those adjacent to the tip, stiff cheese for the plummet in their property values. They weren’t using their crystal balls like the esteemed authorities were. When the whole landfill expansion idea was sprung upon them & they organized a public meeting, District Councilors whom they’d elected to represent them were not allowed to comment or offer advice of any kind. They sat there silent whilst the debate raged. The illusion of democracy folks.

    On the 1080 front, there is info that’s come out from an OIA request by lawyer Sue Grey & Councilor Kathy White regarding residue tests, proving that 1080 is right throughout our food chain (more in a post to come). So all that those pesky ‘conspiracy theorists’ have been going on about for ages might be true after all? And they told us all (& unbelievably, continue to) that 1080’s safe as houses & breaks down in water. No surprizes there. Your country Kiwis is corrupt to the core. Money matters & you don’t any more. Roger Douglas has a lot to answer for.

    I also heard on a similar line, that NZ’s Northland kids have one of the highest rates of rheumatic fever in the world, due it’s reported, to poverty & homelessness (43K in NZ homeless). But then according to a recent OIA request I made they’ve rid us of some 3K state homes, once a public asset. And people are reporting these homes are still being bulldozed. If you see any being expunged in your area please let us know. Sad isn’t it, when NZ was once hailed as clean and green & a country that cared for its people? In fact I remember Jacindarella recently paying lip service at Buckingham Palace to the sentiment that people come first, wearing her gifted korowai (feather cloak), reciting ‘he tangata, he tangata, he tangata‘, part of a Māori proverb that said people mattered (most of all) … words to that effect. She was holding high a glass of wine and toasting the people. Well, the people are toast unfortunately, as she carries on the globalist wrecking policies from decades ago that get more 14484651_1472593802754892_3596900895775183479_n.jpgdestructive with each ‘new’ corporation/govt that in reality doesn’t differ from one side to the other whilst we’re all still fed the illusion of choice. (Remember Gareth Hughes’ Green Party speech?) That’s the reality of the new world order, one world government, Agenda 2030 scam they’ve been inching on us since the big announcement early ’90s by George Bush Sr … aka …. the ‘sustainable development’ LIE. 

    On that note … I’ll expand on all of the above in posts to come. There’s quite a lot going on.

    JJ NOLAN TRANSPORT’S FLOODED 1080 STORAGE SHED, HAAST, SOUTH WESTLAND – POISON WAS DUMPED AT MARTON LANDFILL!!

    Today we learn that the flood-damaged 1080 poison was trucked and ferried over 1,000 kms to the ironically-named Bonny Glen Landfill *** at Marton, Manawatu/Whanganui… read on :

    On May 18, 2019, I received this response to an OIA request from Carl Johnson, HS Compliance, Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), regarding the storage of 1080 baits in a flood-prone and flooded shed belonging to JJ Nolan Ltd at Okuru, Haast, South Westland.

    The shed containing 1080 baits was flooded during the recent West Coast flood (25,26 March, 2019) that swept away the bridge over the Waiho River at Haast and caused huge damage in Westland, and further up the coast too.

    “Hello Carol

    On the 28th of March we received notification and following information from DOC regarding 1080 being affected by the flood:

    “On the day of the flood water did seep into the shed storing 1080. 
    The water rose above the timbre ( sic ) pallets the bait sits on and reached some of the bottom bags.
    No green dye was seen leaching out of the shed
    No bags were broken open and there was no loose bait in or outside of the shed. All packing was and remained intact.
    The bait that was affected by water was disposed of.”

    Ho hum ! The flood “reached some of the bottom bags”.

    “Some” bags! Rather an understatement, DoC! In fact more than 30 tonnes had to be disposed of!!!

    Today David Haynes, Co-leader, NZ Outdoors Party, sent me the attached Official Information Act response he received from the Environmental Protection Authority, which gives the true story, plus the extraordinary fact that the damaged poison was trucked back up to Marton in the North Island….. a distance of 926 kilometres by road, plus the Interisland ferry!

    1080 STORAGE SHED FLOODED AT HAAST – WHY HAVE WE NOT HEARD ABOUT THIS ?

    On 25 and 26 March, 2019, extremely severe rainfall caused extensive flooding on the West Coast of the South Island. The bridge over the Waiho River at Franz Josef was swept away, and the State Highway, the only access road up the Coast, cut in two.

    Further south, on the banks of the Okuru River just south of Haast, is Nolan Road, home to members of the Nolan family and JJ Nolan, owner of ‘JJ Nolan’s Transport Ltd’. JJ Nolan’s Transport Ltd has, for very many years, transported 1080 poison baits south from Whanganui to the South Island, to Haast, Makarora, etc. … to 1080 drop loading zones, or to Northern Southland Transport in Te Anau, who then move it on to 1080 drop loading zones, etc. Nolan trucks are travelling south from Whanganui right now, in fact. They are part of the big 1080 Gravy Train.

    On Nolan Road, Okuru, is a shed used for storing 1080 poison baits. This latest flood swept through the properties pictured here in the aerial photograph, including, I am told, the 1080 storage shed. The shed contained 1080 baits at the time…we have not yet found out how much. It is rumoured that it contained at least 25 tonnes. As you can see, this four bay shed could hold a large amount of 1080 poison baits. 25 tonnes is only approximately one truck and trailer unit. You can see a truck and trailer curtain-sider beside the storage shed, which gives you some idea. Only half the depth of the storage shed is visible in the street view photos, by the way.

    (These photos were taken completely legally from Nolan Road, which is a public road. The ‘Closed area’ sign at Nolan Creek refers to whitebaiting. It says “Nolan Creek – This waterway is closed to whitebait fishing” )

    Floods in this area are not new. Here is a video of a massive flood in the Haast area in 1994;

    Why, then,would you build a 1080 storage shed in a flood-prone area ?! Why did DoC give this contractor permission to store 1080 baits here?​ The second aerial photo shows old river courses ( marked with red dotted lines ) ! This is not a place one should even store chook food !!​

    1080 poison disperses in water quickly and easily, so imagine floodwaters ebbing away and imagine how enormous the concentration of pure 1080 poison in the last water to leach out of fadges of baits would be ! (1) (2)

    The first property you come to on Nolan Road, I have been told, belongs to Maurice and Kathleen Nolan. In the Otago Daily Times ( 8 April, 2019 ), it is reported of this house: “Wild weather lashed the West Coast last month, forcing the postponement of the calf sale for a week – and flooding Mr and Mrs Nolan’s house, the water reaching over the top of their dining room chairs”

    TVOne News apparently reported a cottage on the next property along ( the one with the storage shed on it ) as being destroyed by the flood, too.

    I am told the occupiers of all three of these properties had to move to the local camping ground after the flood.

    The photos show the property with the 1080 storage shed and also show you Nolan Creek, a bit further along the road, to give you some idea of flood damage. Nolan Creek runs just metres behind the 1080 storage shed, incidentally, then crosses Nolan Road and runs into the Okuru River.

    The high flood level is evident from the grass hanging on the fence and the silage plastic wrapped around the top of the fence in front of the 1080 storage shed.

    If it is true, as rumoured, that the shed contained a minimum of 25 tonnes of 1080 baits at the time, I should explain to you how very lethal this is :

    25 tonnes of 1080 baits contain 37.5 kgs of pure 1080 poison.

    The LD50 for a human being: “Based on fatal or near-fatal cases of human poisonings, the dangerous dose for humans is 0.5-2.0 mg/kg BW (Negherbon 1959)”

    If we take the lowest figure that means that 35mgs pure 1080 poison can kill a 70 kg adult human being.

    Therefore 25 tonnes of 1080 baits contain enough pure 1080 poison to kill as many as 540,000 people and poison another 540,000!!!

    SHOULD ENOUGH 1080 TO KILL 540,000 ADULT HUMANS BE STORED IN A FLOOD-PRONE SHED?!!

    “Hmmm… that shed is likely to have standard 6m bays, but lets be conservative and say 5m. That makes the height to the top of the doors a bit over 4m. The shed is 70% as deep as it is wide so 14m.
    That makes the volume somewhere around 1,100 cubic metres. If you were to fill that to the top with wheat that would be 870 Tonne so 25T would take up about 1/32 of the space. I’m picking that bait doesn’t pack anywhere as well as wheat but it does show just how much 1080 bait you could stack in there.
    At 0.15% pure 1080, and assuming that bait is 60% as dense as wheat, that’s a maximum of 783kg of highly water soluble toxin in a tanalised-post farm shed, on a flood plain, with no bunding or other containment measures. Even if it’s near the rumoured 25T that would amount to more than 37kg of pure 1080. Who issued the permit for that storage?!”

    (1) Studies reported in the ERMA Reassessment of 1080 in 2007 showed that 1080 leached readily out of baits that were made wet by sprinklers:

    “rapid decline [in 1080 concentration in cereal baits on turf under sprinklers] (ERMA Agency Appendix C page 380)

    “1080 was detected in soil under the baits after 20mm rain, reaching a maximum after 100mm and close to the LOD after 250 mm” (ERMA Agency Appendix C page 381)

    Also one of the reasons for its low rate of detection in water samples taken after 1080 drops was rapid loss of 1080 from the baits in water:

    “the reason for so many non-detects in water monitoring..may be partly due to..rapid..dilution or loss of 1080 from, and disintegration of..baits within the first 12 hours of deposition..the author [Suren, 2006] recommends sampling within 4-8 hours..frequently resource consents require monitoring one day or more after..the operation” ERMA Agency Appendix E page 473″S

    (2) Richard Healey comments again :

    “There have been a couple of studies that give some clues about what happens to the 1080 when it comes into contact with water. Ogilvie, in “Uptake of 1080 by Watercress and Puha – Culturally Important plants used for food”, has a couple of observations that give a clue as to how contaminated the land around the Okuru will now be:
    “A study by Suren (2006) examined the fate of 1080 baits in a controlled laboratory flow tank, and found 50% of the 1080 leached after 5 hours submerged in the water, and >90% leached after 24 hours, thus being very rapid. While the flow rate used in Suren’s (2006) controlled experiment was faster than the flow rates recorded here (0.2 L/sec as opposed to an overall stream flow of 0.042 – 0.044 L/sec in this research), it still indicates the rapid deterioration and leaching of 1080 from baits submerged in flowing water”.

    That study also shows that Watercress is particularly good at sucking 1080 out of water and concentrating it in plant material. The authors couldn’t find detectable levels of 1080 in water 14 hours after dropping baits into a very gentle stream, yet toxicity within the plants continued to build for the next seven days to a peak level of 63 ppb. The study methodology and reporting are however woeful.

    It doesn’t seem to have occurred to the authors that water velocity is likely to be an important factor and so they give flow rates (for an undefined cross-section) which tells us nothing about how much water passed over each bait. They then confuse the issue by labeling flow rate as velocity.

    One thing is absolutely certain however, someone should be checking the inventory log for that shed and sampling the hell out of the surrounding area.”

    “The Nixon administration in 1972 banned the use of 1080 for livestock protection after complaints that it was also killing eagles and other animals”

    In the 2004 article below, Charles Wigley, owner of the Tull Chemical Co in Oxford, Alabama, from whence for many years NZ has sourced the pure 1080 poison with which to make its 1080 baits, (and still does), says he :

    “…. follows the law and laces his poison with black dye that would show up if the chemical, an organic compound, got into either floodwaters in the neighborhood or – if used by terrorists – a public water reservoir.”

    Please note the mention of floodwaters and terrorists! They do know how lethal this stuff is, and it is classified in the USA as a weapon of mass destruction.

    However I have received the following today from a reliable source:

    “35 or so years ago the 1080 powder came from Japan in 1 lb tins and this contained black nigrosin dye to colour any solution made from the powder. Tull used a similar material but the nigrosin dye was greasy and used to block up the spray jets on the carrot cutters. Thus it was left out and a different black dye was incorporated with solution made up at this end. The idea that the nigrosin dye would help identify 1080 in flood waters is totally ridiculous. The rate of dilution would simply be too high. I doubt that Charles Wigley would have said such a thing.”

    According to reporter Jay Reeves, he did.

    Maker of Lethal Chemical Fights a Ban.

    OXFORD, Ala. – The small factory at the end of Burton Street doesn’t look like much from the outside, but its product is getting attention from Washington to the other side of the world.

    Virtually unknown outside the neighborhood where it has been operating since the late 1950s, Tull Chemical Co. is the only known producer of Compound 1080, developed as a rat poison in German-occupied territories during World War II. Once banned in the United States, a teaspoonful could kill dozens.

    Compound 1080 is now used only sparingly in the United States but more widely in New Zealand to control outdoor predators and pests. Animal welfare groups and other environmentalists say it should again be outlawed because it kills too indiscriminately.

    Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Ore., has asked the Department of Homeland Security to ban production of the odorless, tasteless poison for another reason: the belief by the FBI and others that Compound 1080 – the most toxic pesticide registered by the World Health Organization – could be used by terrorists to poison U.S. water supplies. There’s no known antidote.

    Trying to hold on to a business started by his grandfather, Tull Chemical owner Charles Wigley defends his product as safe when used properly. Other chemicals could be just as deadly in the hands of terrorists, he argues, and someone else could start making the poison.

    Besides, unknown quantities of the poison could be stored around the United States from decades ago, before production was regulated.

    “If they shut me down it’s not like it’s going to just go away,” Wigley said.

    Homeland Security spokeswoman Valerie Smith said the agency is reviewing Compound 1080, but it lacks the authority to ban production.

    DeFazio previously asked the Environmental Protection Agency to shut down Tull Chemical because of safety problems at the company and the danger of its product, but officials refused. Neighbors of the factory weren’t surprised.

    Lea Cheatwood has lived about 150 yards from Tull Chemical for decades, but she didn’t know what the company made until the early ’90s, when a neighbor obtained a copy of an EPA audit that cited numerous safety problems at the small plant, located about 50 miles east of Birmingham.

    Since then, Cheatwood has spent hours watching the plant and keeping logs that document truck traffic from the site, located in a city of about 15,000 people. Cheatwood said local, state and federal officials all have ignored complaints that the company transports deadly chemicals in unmarked trucks, has virtually no security and sits on the bank of a creek that regularly floods.

    “They all just say it’s not in their jurisdiction,” Cheatwood said. “It’s an extremely dangerous product, and it worries me it’s made in my neighborhood.”

    Wigley said he follows the law and laces his poison with black dye that would show up if the chemical, an organic compound, got into either floodwaters in the neighborhood or – if used by terrorists – a public water reservoir.

    “I haven’t been contacted by Homeland Security, but EPA visits a couple of times a year,” Wigley said. He accused the Oregon congressman of trying to make a name for himself with environmentalists by seeking the ban on Compound 1080.

    “He’s talking about shutting down a plant in Alabama. They’re against outsourcing jobs, but he’s talking about outsourcing mine,” Wigley said.

    Tull Allen, Wigley’s grandfather, started Tull Chemical in 1956 after purchasing the process to make Compound 1080 from Monsanto Co., which had made the poison at a nearby plant that later became infamous for polluting Oxford and nearby Anniston with PCBs, or polychlorinated biphenyls.

    Compound 1080 originally was developed as a rat poison in Nazi-controlled territory in the 1940s, and some research indicates Nazis considered using it to kill people in Holocaust death camps before deciding it was too dangerous for guards, according to Brooks Fahy of the Oregon-based Predator Defense, which wants the poison outlawed.

    The recipe made it to the United States, where the poison was used on rats and then at livestock ranches to kill coyotes and other predators.

    Faced with complaints that the chemical was also killing eagles and other animals, the Nixon administration in 1972 banned the use of Compound 1080 for livestock protection. The Reagan administration reversed course in 1981, and the EPA said the poison could be registered for limited domestic use in poison-laced collars worn by sheep.

    Government records show Tull Chemical closed for several years in the mid-1980s as the government considered whether to allow continued production of Compound 1080, but Wigley later reopened. He reinforced the buildings and installed a chain-link fence topped by barbed-wire after an EPA review noted inadequate security and other problems.

    Wigley said he makes as much as five tons of the poison annually, with most of it being exported to New Zealand. He said his only U.S. customer is the Department of Agriculture, which said it uses less than four tablespoons of Compound 1080 annually in sheep collars. The collars kill coyotes by poisoning them when they bite an animal’s throat.

    The poison collars are used in nine states, but the government said they only kill a couple dozen coyotes annually. It was once used in California, but voters there in 1998 approved a ballot resolution banning the use of Compound 1080 and another poison, sodium cyanide.

    Environmentalists in New Zealand oppose the use of Compound 1080, which they claim kills slowly and painfully and can poison animals that feed on carcasses of its victims. Their protests are echoed in the United States by groups including the Predator Defense, which got DeFazio involved in the issue.

    The head of the Oregon-based organization, Fahy, has twice visited Oxford to gather information about Tull Chemical and Compound 1080.

    “It’s so dangerous there’s no legitimate use for it,” he said. “It is beyond belief that this place is operating and operating where it is.”

    Note: the good Doctor was forced into early retirement for giving us this good piece of news since swept under the proverbial carpet. If you hadn’t already noticed our esteemed ‘authorities’ are good at that. Back in 2006 ‘they’ even lost a body organ sent for 1080 testing which would’ve shown us whether or not that other poison quite liberally distributed throughout our environment had possibly caused the owner’s death. Are you joining any dots?

    WHY I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT WATER FLUORIDATION

    To explain how I came to change my opinion about water fluoridation, I must go back to when I was an ardent advocate of the procedure. I now realize that I had learned, in my training in dentistry, only one side of the scientific controversy over fluoridation.

    I had been taught, and believed, that there was really no scientific case against fluoridation, and that only misinformed lay people and a few crackpot professionals were foolish enough to oppose it I recall how, after I had been elected to a local government in Auckland (New Zealand’s largest city, where I practised dentistry for many years and where I eventually became the Principal Dental Officer) I had fiercely — and, I now regret, rather arrogantly — poured scorn on another Council member (a lay person who had heard and accepted the case against fluoridation) and persuaded the Mayor and majority of my fellow councillors to agree to fluoridation of our water supply.

    If you are new to the 1080 poisoning program, a must watch is Poisoning Paradise, the other longer doco also made by the GrafBoys (banned from screening on NZ TV, yet a 4x international award winner). Their website is tv-wild.com. Their doco is a very comprehensive overview with the independent science to illustrate the question marks that remain over the use of this poison. There are links also on our 1080 resources page to most of the groups, pages, sites etc that will provide you with further information to make your own informed decision on this matter.

    If you are pro poisoning of the environment, EnvirowatchRangitikei is not the place to espouse your opinions. Mainstream would be the place to air those. This is a venue for sharing the independent science you won’t of course find there.
