The Weirdest Storm Path of any Hurricane in Recorded History
This Alt Media platform has been closely watching Hurricane Melissa since its very inception. From the beginning, even before it was classified as a tropical depression, Melissa possessed all the signatures of a highly geoengineered frankenstorm.
Quite predictably, NOAA has removed the entire trajectory of this transparently manufactured superstorm from the National Hurricane Center website. Because of Melissa’s absurdly manipulated path from the very start, they really had no choice as geoterrorism investigators and weather warfare researchers would have easily exposed the plot by its very odd behavior.
As it stands at 6:30 AM this morning, Tuesday, Oct. 28, this deliberately slow-moving weather weapon has been stationed right over the island to Jamaica to inflict maximum damage (see the following screenshot). And so it is.
Here’s how Melissa was tracking on Sunday, October 28th before the murderous geoengineers executed a 90 degree angle to slam her right into the center of the southern Jamaican coastline.
Now we see that Melissa has mysteriously produced the “driest tropical eye ever recorded”.
“NOAA Hurricane Hunter aircraft measured the driest eye ever recorded at –4.75 °C (23 °F), which is a sign of a perfectly ventilated eyewall. This is one of the most efficient Hurricanes we’ve ever sampled with modern technology!”
That data point alone proves that this act of catastrophic geoterrorism is the product of the most advanced DARPA-directed weather warfare technology on the planet today.
Furthermore, let’s not ignore these incriminating data points pointing to a full-blown weather attack and geoterrorist operation being perpetrated against the people of Jamaica and Cuba (as usual).

Prime Minister Andrew Holness of Jamaica issued dire safety warnings and ordered mandatory evacuations as Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm channeling 175 m.p.h. winds and enough moisture to drop nearly three feet of rain, made a turn toward his country’s southern coast and its 2.8 million people on Monday.
Speaking on CNN, Mr. Holness offered a grim outlook, saying that he did not believe there was “any infrastructure within this region that could withstand” a storm that powerful.

I just want to reflect on this a little bit. My thoughts may seem obvious and incomplete but I still want to try to put this down:
The recurring pattern we see, from Pearl Harbor, to JFK’s assassination, to Vietnam, to AIDS, 9/11, Katrina, “War in Iraq,” “Covid” and many more induced events I have not listed, is that the magic trick demands we view all aspects of the US “government” as an incarnated spectral being that can vanish and re-appear at will. The main thing to observe is that it is never protective. The guardians of the gates of culture, the ruling classes, guard and protect the trance state that insists Government could not possibly have known/anticipated/done better etc. They do this in many entrenched ways, including by donning windbreakers, going to the scene, and intoning the “tragedy,” but never who let it happen and how.
It (Government) is all-mighty and good and yet it can’t anticipate, nor prevent any catastrophic events its numerous spectral “enemies” (these days including MAGA, imaginary viruses, climate change and “misinformation” on social media.)

The evacuation of 1.2 millions residents, before Katrina hit by then Mayor Ray Nagin seems like a mirage from a bygone era. It was, of course, too little, too late, and Nagin’s role, allegiances, and actions, could be debated for decades.

In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina entered the Gulf of Mexico. Early on Friday, August 26, Mayor Nagin advised New Orleanians to keep a close eye on the storm and prepare for evacuation. This phased approach along with “contraflow“, wherein all incoming interstate highway lanes are reversed outward, ensured that additional vehicles moving onto already congested roads would not create massive gridlock. The local newspaper reported that Nagin stopped short of ordering a mandatory evacuation because of concerns about the city’s liability for closing hotels and other businesses.[26] (That was somehow magically no longer a concern for any US politician in the winter of 2020 when “Covid hit.” They build out the Anaconda black project by black project. After receiving a late night Saturday call from Max Mayfield, head of the National Hurricane Center, Nagin was advised that Katrina was headed to New Orleans. He ordered the city attorney to prepare legal documents for a mandatory evacuation of the city, the first in New Orleans’ almost 300-year history. On Sunday, August 28 at 9:30 a.m., the mandatory evacuation order was signed and communicated to the public. The Superdome was opened as a shelter of last resort, and police went throughout the city with loudspeakers alerting all remaining citizens to head to key pickup points for free bus rides. By Sunday evening 80% of New Orleanians and visitors were evacuated or relocated.[27]
After the hurricane hit, the federally built and maintained levees collapsed throughout the city. 80% of the city flooded, some areas as high as 20 feet, over rooftops. Food and water became scarce, and looting was common. After hearing reports of this, Nagin criticized the federal and state response on WWL radio, and his passionate outburst went viral.[citation needed]

In response to a question at a town hall meeting in October 2005, Nagin said: “I can see in your eyes, you want to know, ‘[h]ow do I take advantage of this incredible opportunity? How do I make sure New Orleans is not overrun with Mexican workers?'”[28]Some Hispanic groups, including the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, criticized Nagin’s statement,[29] although those attending the town hall meeting reportedly applauded—many believing jobs should first go to locals displaced by the hurricane. Despite this comment, Nagin went on to say this was the city’s biggest economic opportunity and urged New Orleanians to get more comfortable working beside someone who did not look like them, as everyone’s help was needed. During a subsequent interview on Telemundo with Jose Diaz-Balart, Nagin praised the great work Hispanic workers did in New Orleans and said the city would not have recovered without them.[30]

In a letter to shareholders in April 2023, the CEO of JP Morgan, Jamie Dimon, said that seizing private citizens’ property under eminent domain — where government takes over private property for public use — may be the way to go to control climate change.
The reason for such a radical move, he said, is because time is short for achieving affordable, reliable, decarbonized energy growth and economic security. In other words, for him, climate change initiatives just aren’t happening quickly enough for the general public to maintain property ownership rights.
“We need to do more, and we need to do so immediately,” Dimon said. To do this, “governments, businesses and non-governmental organizations” need to consider invoking policies such as eminent domain because “we simply are not getting the adequate investments fast enough for grid, solar, wind and pipeline initiatives.”

This proposal for a fart tax was put out there a year or two back. It is how globalists typically work. Introduce the idea. Make like it’s dismissed when everybody gets up in arms. Then at a more opportune time, bring in an ‘expert’ like Ms Christenson to float the idea again.

At a time of course, that world wide governments move in on water supplies. Milked to the max, in NZ councils have been selling water off at fire sale prices to corporate conglomerates. NZ has just mandated fluoride to 14 of its water supplies … adding fluoride, wanted or not. We surely were warned by author Maude Barlow of the new Blue Gold years ago. Rainwater almost everywhere on Earth has unsafe levels of ‘forever chemicals’, according to new research.
Per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a large family of human-made chemicals that don’t occur in nature. They are known as ‘forever chemicals’ because they don’t break down in the environment.
They have non-stick or stain repellent properties so can be found in household items like food packaging, electronics, cosmetics and cookware.
But now researchers at the University of Stockholm have found them in rainwater in most locations on the planet – including Antarctica. There is no safe space to escape them.
The US Air Force and DARPA would like us to believe that they have stopped using HAARP in Alaska for research and experiment. Even then, we all know that there are other HAARP systems out there in the form of radar communication and surveillance systems that are rigged on top of mobile platforms that are deployable in any international waters around the world.
All they need to do is twist a knob to change the frequency of the main wave to the microwave range for a modulated frequency [FM] broadcast, and increase the transmission power high enough to reach and heat up the atmosphere above the designated target.
The technology is covered under US Patent 4,686,605 on the “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere.”

Children who experience extreme weather events before they’re born have lower IQs than those that don’t, a new report suggests.
The report from Global Health Alliance Australia laid bare the impacts climate change is having on health, AAP reports.
It looked at more than 100 pieces of research and policy analysis to work out how environmental conditions are affecting people’s health.
Global Health Alliance Australia executive director Misha Coleman was shocked by fact the research suggested an effect on children’s IQ.
Studies on the subject found evidence the change is due to stress hormones from the mother crossing into the placenta.
One study found specific effects in children that went through the 2011 Brisbane floods, which was part of a cluster of floods in Queensland from 2010 to 2011.
“It’s been estimated that those kids lost about 14 IQ points because of the stress their mothers went through,” Coleman told AAP.
The study also revealed higher temperatures and greenhouse gasses are leading to increased asthma attacks and allergies.
Coleman said sometimes it could be hard for people to understand the broader implications of climate change on health.
“During the Black Saturday fires for example, people know about how many people died in the fires,” she told AAP.
Geoengineering is a controversial subject, to say the least, with so many different theories about its origins and implementation. Geoengineering using aircraft has a long history and many different forms from cloud seeding in the 1960s over Vietnam in Project Pop-Eye to ski resorts using commercial weather modification companies to create snow to this day. Far from a conspiracy theory, Geoengineering is being openly bragged about by China and Russia, both using jet aircraft to spray chemicals to disperse clouds for national holiday parades. has a huge Geoengineering program to create rain for its agricultural regions and publicly admits it. Using jet aircraft and mountain top dispersal units to inject chemicals into the atmosphere to make rain for crops.
Yet when the subject comes up in the Western zeitgeist, it is automatically a far out conspiracy theory which is to be ridiculed, that such a thing could even exist. Many observers content a secret program already exists in Western countries to control the weather using jet aircraft. Dispersing long plumes of chemicals in the sky to alter the climate in various ways, exactly as is being done elsewhere by other governments.
It only adds to speculation when the summation of all the U.S. funded government research on future Geoengineering describe a program that is a mirror image of what curious observers are seeing now. Using jets to disperse chemical aerosols at high altitude to reduce solar radiation. The U.S. government claims Geoengineering is definitely not going on right now but probably will be in the future.

A recently published IOP Science paper by Harvard scientists Wake Smith and Gernot Wagner titled “” is a collation of all the public research on Geoengineering and prescribes a program using high altitude aircraft to disperse chemicals in the stratosphere to reflect sunlight and curb global warming. Going into all the details that would constitute a Geoengineering program. This paper gives a rare insight into how such a thing would operate, how much it would cost and how many planes would be needed. Lending clues to those that want to estimate the size and scope of any possible ongoing Geoengineering that may be occurring over Western countries but is being kept classified.
The paper even bemoans the fact that such a program would be very difficult to keep secret. Harvard scientists Wake Smith and Gernot Wagner state that such a program would be hard to keep classified since jet aircraft would be leaving long plumes of chemicals behind them that span the entire sky blocking the sun in a soupy haze. Keen observers would surely notice the changes and criss-crossing patterns of aircraft trails littering the sky from horizon to horizon. Sounds very familiar to what is being seen by so many now, in the skies over many N.A.T.O. countries, that deny such programs exist.
We conclude by arguing that, while cheap, such an aircraft-based program would unlikely be a secret, given the need for thousands of flights annually by airliner-sized aircraft operating from an international array of bases.Wake Smith and Gernot Wagner
These white papers are thinly veiled, making things sound rosy. Who would admit to such a thing? Read between the lines to get a gauge of what may be going on now. Using the paper to get a guesstimate on how big and costly a current Geoengineering program may be. The paper states the cost of Geoengineering for Solar Radiation Management by way of jet aircraft at 2.25 billion a year, possibly up to 5 billion a year. That’s for the whole globe but this does not include the ill health effects on the population of the world.
We calculate early-year costs of ~$1500 ton−1 of material deployed, resulting in average costs of ~$2.25 billion yr−1 over the first 15 years of deployment. We further calculate the number of flights at ~4000 in year one, linearly increasing by ~4000 yr−1. Wake Smith and Gernot Wagner
The paper also calls for a new type of stratospheric tanker plane for future operations. Eventually building up to a fleet of 95 new aircraft that fly higher and carry more aerosol by 2047. At its peak conducting 60,109 flights per year. There must be 100s of available modified aircraft being used for any current operations since it states today’s modified dispersion jets don’t go high enough or carry as much aerosol as desired. A conservative estimate would be a hundred and fifty thousand flights, or more would be needed for this type of operation using today’s modified dispersal aircraft at possibly twice the cost.
However, we also conclude that developing a new, purpose-built high-altitude tanker with substantial payload capabilities would neither be technologically difficult nor prohibitively expensive. Wake Smith and Gernot Wagner

18 Dec 2014 Here we have two women in the U.S. who reported today the sightings of long fibers falling from the sky. Their sightings are identical to fibers I saw on 1 May 2014 in Marton. (Video to come of that).

Marie Snow and her friend Cori Gunnels knew they stumbled across something sinister when they saw what appeared to be 50 to 60-foot long “raindrops”, “solid” in nature, falling from the sky in clusters, after three military aircraft flew overhead.
Marton is in the lower, North Island of New Zealand. Recently there have been reported sightings of fibres falling in other parts of the country as well (Golden Bay & Taupo come to mind). This should be viewed in light of decades of covert geoengineering, and well documented COVERT biological & chemical warfare. The HR2977 document describes geoengineering trails (US Congress calls them ‘chemtrails’) as exotic weapons.
I first saw these on 1 May 2014 and thereafter on the next day, again on the 11th and have seen them regularly ever since, particularly on clear days. This may be because the sun then reflects on them in which case they could be there every day. Whilst observing them I saw two what looked like military aircraft fly over within minutes of each other. Later in the day there was heavy geoengineering over town and a further aircraft sighting which was a Hercules. It’s not uncommon to see military aircraft here as there is a Defense Base nearby. People observe them daily throughout NZ, including fibers or filaments. I have collected samples however laboratory testing is very expensive so cost prohibitive.
