Jury returns guilty verdict after three days of deliberation
SYDNEY, Australia (ChurchMilitant.com) – A jury has found Cdl. George Pell guilty on all counts related to sexually abusing two altar boys.
According to sources who spoke to The Daily Beast, a jury returned a unanimous verdict Tuesday against the Australian cardinal after three days of deliberation. Church Militant confirmed the news with its own inside sources in Australia. Further details are unavailable, as the court has issued a suppression order to Australian media to “prevent a real and substantial risk of prejudice to the proper administration of justice.”
A previous trial resulted in a hung jury.
Pell had been accused of molesting two altar boys during a swimming trip in the 1990s, when he was bishop in Ballarat, a town northwest of Melbourne. Pell has vigorously denied the allegations, and his attorney, Robert Richter, said in 2017 that there is “voluminous” evidence to show that “what was alleged is impossible.”
Although multiple accusations were levelled at the cardinal initially, the court threw out most of them.
Pell was named the Vatican’s Secretariat for the Economy in 2014, making him the third highest-ranking cleric in Rome. He was brought in ostensibly to clean up Vatican finances, exercising oversight over Vatican properties and personnel.
His proposed reforms, however, which included demands for greater transparency, met with resistance. According to Vatican expert Edward Pentin, the “Old Guard” resisted reform out of fears it would reveal their corruption.
Pope Francis restricted Pell’s powers without notice in a motu proprio he issued in 2016. And a financial audit by the firm PricewaterhouseCoopers was cut short by the Secretary of State after only four months.
One source who spoke with Pentin complained that the reforms were “dead, over, finished, they’ve been blocked.”
“The corruption continues; it’s just better concealed,” the inside source added, saying Vatican finances had returned to being as bad as they were before Pell’s reforms, and possibly worse.
Libero Milone, the Vatican’s auditor general, initially put in place to implement reforms, was fired in 2017, the Vatican accusing him of “spying” on officials. Milone, however, claims it was the other way around: The Vatican was spying on him, and he was fired because he had discovered financial irregularities that threatened Vatican officials.
One week later, Pell also left the Vatican, granted permission by Pope Francis to stand trial in Australian court over charges of “historical sexual offenses.”
“All along I have been completely consistent and clear in my total rejection of these allegations,” Pell said at the time. “News of these charges strengthens my resolve and court proceedings now offer me an opportunity to clear my name and then return here back to Rome to work.”
Some have called out the pope for an apparent double standard: In September he had refused to allow Cdl. Luis Ladaria Ferrer, prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, to stand trial for allegations of sex abuse cover-up, citing sovereign immunity.
Are we surprized at this? A regime that didn’t count its first peoples citizens of their own country until 1967? And the Aussie Vet who blew the whistle now, predictably, has no job. Great stuff Australia.

In addition to the stress of the unfamiliar environment, noise and constant ship movement, at the typical high stocking density of a long haul voyage, it is not usually possible for all animals to lie down naturally at the same time. Stocking densities allowed by Australian Standards for the Export of Livestock (ASEL) are much higher than any land-based feedlot or intensive housing system.

Adequate sawdust or other soft bedding to rest on is not available to cattle on board a live export ship. Some sawdust provisions are required but they are not nearly sufficient, leaving animals travelling on hard, non-slip surfaces which can often result in painful abrasions, lameness and injury. Australian standards only indicate that bedding should be replaced “as necessary” leaving this decision in the hands of exporters.

The Story So Far

What we uncovered (after we reached out to lawyers, doctors and scientists from around the world) is that at best Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) is a class 2B potential carcinogen (as listed by the World Health Organisation), and at worst a definite carcinogen and toxic to all life.
In fact EMR is a classified pollutant (electro-smog).
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics; the #1 illness that kills children is brain cancer and the #1 cancer killer of adults under 40 is brain cancer (AIHW).
Medical professionals have identified health impacts from EMR exposure as the next global pandemic.
Many Australians suffer from EMR hypersensitivity symptoms (a recognised illness with identifiable biomarkers).
Government and industry are forcing telco towers upon communities that do not want them.
Liability caused from harm by EMR to environment, health and safety (EHS) is an uninsurable risk and understood to be a contributory factor in Telcos listing harm from EMR to EHS as a material risk (the highest possible risk) in their annual reports to shareholders…and yet consumers are not made overtly aware by industry,
Regulators take no action and neither does Government. In fact they plan to blanket the planet in 5G microwave radiation (the Internet of Things).
According to the lawyers it is possible that community is being assaulted with a recognised pollutant and possible carcinogen on a 24 x 7 basis against their consent for convenience and profit.
There may be trade practices, criminal, terrorism and even constitutional (e.g. the Crown not protecting its subjects) implications.
Legal action to force change is on the horizon.
Once industry are required to overtly inform the general public of the possible harm and provide methods for the public to minimise that harm, people will have a choice – informed consent.
They will also seek refuge in many cases, so we also need to protect our black (light) spots.
We’ve seen change with Asbestos (banned) and the tobacco industry (informed consent)…change is possible when community unites.

Tony Abbott’s business adviser says global warming a fallacy supported by United Nations to ‘create a new authoritarian world order under its control’
Maurice Newman, the chief business adviser to the prime minister, said the science showing links between human activity and the warming climate was wrong but was being used as a “hook” by the UN to expand its global control.
“This is not about facts or logic. It’s about a new world order under the control of the UN,” he wrote in The Australian.
“It is opposed to capitalism and freedom and has made environmental catastrophism a household topic to achieve its objective.” Born in Ilford, England, and educated in Australia, Mr Newman, a staunch conservative and former chairman of the Australian Stock Exchange, has long been an outspoken critic of climate change science.
He was appointed chairman of the government’s business advisory council by Mr Abbott, who himself is something of a climate change sceptic and once famously described climate change as “absolute cr**” – a comment he later recanted.
In his comment piece – described by critics as “whacko” – Mr Newman said the world has been “subjected to extravagance from climate catastrophists for close to 50 years”.
“It’s a well-kept secret, but 95 per cent of the climate models we are told prove the link between human CO2 emissions and catastrophic global warming have been found, after nearly two decades of temperature stasis, to be in error,” he wrote.
“The real agenda is concentrated political authority. Global warming is the hook. Eco-catastrophists [ …] have captured the UN and are extremely well funded. They have a hugely powerful ally in the White House.”
Environmental groups and scientists described Mr Newman as a ‘crazed’ conspiracy theorist and some called on him to resign.
“His anti-science, fringe views are indistinguishable from those made by angry trolls on conspiracy theory forums,” said the Climate Change Council.
Professor Will Steffen, a climate change scientist, told The Australian Financial Review: “These are bizarre comments that would be funny if they did not come from [Mr Abbott’s] chief business adviser.” Mr Abbott’s office did not respond but his environment minister said he did not agree with Mr Newman’s comments.
The article was written by Mr Newman to coincide with a visit by Christiana Figueres, the UN climate change negotiation, who has urged Australia to reduce its reliance on coal. Australia is one of the world’s biggest emitters of carbon emissions per capita.
Since his election in 2013, Mr Abbott has abolished Labor’s carbon tax, scaled back renewable energy targets and appointed sceptics to several significant government positions.

An Australian archaeologist may have debunked the myth that people in the Middle Ages did not live much past 40, by studying their teeth.
Christine Cave, a scholar at the Australian National University (ANU), developed a new method for determining how old people were when they died, based on how worn their teeth were.
And her research suggests many more people lived to a ripe old age in medieval times than previously thought.
Over a five-year period, Ms Cave examined the teeth of more than 300 people buried in Anglo Saxon English cemeteries between 475 and 625 AD.
She determined several were older than 75 when they died.
“Teeth are wonderful things. They can tell us so much about a person, they are simply marvellous,” she said.
“People sometimes think that in those days if you lived to 40 that was about as good as it got. But that’s not true.
“For people living traditional lives, without modern medicine or markets, the most common age of death is about 70.”

“How can the Prime Minister have missed the fact that at least 73,000 adverse events following the administration of the quadrivalent HPV vaccine, Gardasil, and that so many of these teenagers are still ill, and can’t go to school or play sport?”
Gardasil 9, the latest human papilloma virus vaccine, will be given to all Australian 12- and 13-year-old students beginning in 2018. The announcement that Gardasil 9 would replace the quadrivalent Gardasil was made by the Prime Minister at the North Bondi Surf Club.
That Malcolm Turnbull was involved in the ceremony surprised me, but clearly it illustrates the strong support the government has for the practice of vaccination. The spectacle is worth examining, firstly for the pageant itself and what it signifies along with the likely repercussions of this decision.
On a bright sunny day and surrounded by lifesavers from the local surf club, Malcolm Turnbull began the proceedings: “It is an extraordinary development, Australian medical science – it is, so many of those young boys and girls down there will be proofed throughout their whole lives from this virus that is of course the cause of cervical cancer and other cancers as well.”
Of course the choice of venue was deliberate. The news that a more potent HPV vaccine was now to be given to teenagers was announced at one of Australia’s most iconic beaches. Bronze surfers provided the important backdrop to Malcolm Turnbull as he purposely promoted the new human papilloma virus vaccine, claiming it was a vital new step in saving lives and “an example of the way in which we are keeping Australians safe and healthy, we are saving lives, the young lifesavers behind us, they’re getting ready to save lives on this beach.”
If the repercussions in the wake of HPV vaccines weren’t so tragic it would be comical. How can the Prime Minister have missed the fact that there have been at least 73,000 adverse events following the administration of the quadrivalent HPV vaccine, Gardasil, and that so many of these teenagers are still ill, and can’t go to school or play sport?
How can he talk about the value of ‘saving lives’ when he is endorsing this vaccine that is associated with thousands of adverse events leading to sustained illness in so many young people — people who were encouraged to have a vaccination for a disease they were most unlikely to ever get?
Nevertheless Turnbull’s ‘life saving’ announcement was praised by the media, who quoted the mantra of Suzanne Garland, the lead Australian author of a global trial published in The Lancet and funded by the drug’s manufacturer, Merck, which came to the unsurprising conclusion that the new HPV vaccine Gardasil 9 could prevent 90% of cervical cancers worldwide: “Here we have the additional five types, which means you have 93 per cent protection against cancer, so that’s an extra 23 per cent cover. It’s a real bonus, whereas we previously had protection for cancer-causing types, which were 16 and 18, which made up 70 per cent.”

Can the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) please carry out an urgent investigation of former NZ Prime Minister John Key and the Panama Papers?
BACKGROUND:
It was murdered Maltese investigative journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia who exposed, via the Panama Papers how NZ foreign trusts were used as money-laundering vehicles by Maltese Politically Exposed Persons.

“A Malta magistrate is investigating explosive claims of money laundering and corruption that have put New Zealand in the middle of a global cash trail from the family of Azerbaijan president Ilham Aliyev.
President Aliyev’s daughter, Leyla Aliyeva, is alleged to have channelled more than NZ$1.6 million to senior figures of the Malta government, including Prime Minister Joseph Muscat’s wife.
These include alleged payments to Panama companies owned by New Zealand trusts set up by the Malta Energy Minister Karl Mizzi and Muscat’s chief of staff, Keith Schembri.
On April 20, Maltese blogger Daphne Caruana-Galizia reported that she held copies of documents originally stored in a kitchen at Pilatus Bank, which showed that Egrant Inc, a mystery Panama Papers company identified by the Financial Review last year, was secretly owned by the Maltese Prime Minister’s wife, Michelle Muscat.
In March 2016, a Dubai company controlled by Leyla Aliyeva had transferred US$1.017 million (NZ$1.47 million) marked as a loan into Egrant’s account at Pilatus Bank, Caruana-Galizia reported.
Joseph Muscat denied the claims, calling it the “biggest political lie in Malta’s history”.
Caruana-Galizia reported that other payments were made from Leyla Aliyeva’s company to Pilatus accounts held by Egrant as well as Tillgate Inc and Hearnville Inc, two Panama companies that are owned by Schembri and Mizzi, through New Zealand trusts.
Schembri and Mizzi vehemently deny Caruana-Galizia’s reports. Mizzi has produced audited accounts for his New Zealand trust which shows it as dormant with no assets or income.

The latest revelations, if substantiated, are an embarrassment for the New Zealand government, which announced an inquiry into its offshore trust laws on April 11 last year, the day after the Financial Review revealed details of how Panama law firm Mossack Fonseca’s Malta agent, BT Nexia, began setting up Tillson, Hearnville and Egrant five days after Muscat’s election victory in 2013.
Mossack Fonseca’s files were obtained by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists and German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung.
New Zealand subsequently amended its offshore trusts regime, requiring foreign trusts to file annual accounts with the New Zealand tax office, but with no further restrictions.
At that time, it appeared the Malta trusts had never been used, after Mizzi and Schembri’s Panama companies were turned down by eight banks who refused to open accounts for them because they were Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
The Panama Papers, however, show repeated cases of overseas investors filing false or implausible sets of accounts with New Zealand lawyers, who have limited means to verify the figures.
SIGNIFICANT ROLE
The latest wave of allegations in Malta underline how easily the New Zealand disclosure laws can be avoided, which the new laws do not change.
If the reports are substantiated, they raise a far more serious picture of money-laundering from one of the most corrupt countries in the world, in which New Zealand’s foreign trusts played a significant role.
The saga began in February 2016 when Caruana-Galizia revealed that Schembri and Mizzi had set up two Panama companies, Tillgate Inc and Hearnville Inc, owned by the Haast Trust and Rotorua Trust in New Zealand.
In April 2016, the Financial Review published new details of Schembri and Mizzi’s New Zealand trusts and their attempts to open a bank account in Dubai.

Two days after Daphne Caruana Galizia was murdered by this car bomb, it was announced that former NZ Prime Minister John Key would become Chair of the Board of the ANZ bank.
“Sir John Key has been named chairman of ANZ Bank’s local arm. Key joins the board of the country’s biggest bank from today and will assume chair at the start of next year.”
The ANZ bank was the Australian bank mentioned more times than any other bank in the Panama Papers.
The Mossack Fonseca files show the critical importance that banks hold in the offshore world – and ANZ is the most visible of the Australian banks in the offshore space.
ANZ appears in 7548 of the Mossack documents, reflecting the bank’s extensive work in New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Samoa and Jersey.

On 1 August 2017, at a meeting attended by 200 people at Rutherford House, Victoria University, Wellington New Zealand, the (former) Chair of Transparency International, Jose Ugaz stated that John Key should be investigated over the Panama Papers.
I attended this meeting and heard Jose Ugaz say this myself, as did the other 200 people in the room.
There appears to have been NO NZ mainstream media coverage of this story.

Residents in Tasman-Buller question the New Zealand Defence Force’s judgement in staging more huge ‘war games’ in their townships. This year’s exercise began last week and will continue until mid-November. The military exercise continues Southern Katipo, held in Nelson-Tasman-Buller-Marlborough in 2015. This year, West Coast and Kaikoura districts are included.
More than two thousand troops from New Zealand, the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the Pacific and elsewhere are involved. Some military personnel are ‘embedded’ in local communities before the exercise begins.
During the 2015 exercise, Murchison (population 500), was ‘occupied’ by international military forces for one month. While some Murchison residents were comfortable with that, others say it was a stressful ordeal.
Parks and sports areas were requisitioned by the military and declared off-limits to locals, while troops conducted armed exercises around the shopping area, on domestic streets, in rural areas and within Kahurangi National Park.
One woman said that ‘Helicopters buzzed overhead for most of the day, huge military aircraft flew low over our homes, and it was scary waking up to find armed troops running up your street.’
During one exercise, NZDF invited Murchison residents to volunteer to stage a mock protest against the military. Civilians, including a large number of school students, willingly took part, waving placards and throwing water bombs at troops, and they were encouraged to chant and act aggressively toward troops.
The ‘protest’ turned ugly, however, with several civilians being thrown to the ground, handcuffed and dragged away, with several sustaining injuries. One young woman reported on Facebook that she had been pulled into a tank and that she had been assaulted. After a visit from Defence personnel the post was removed.
New Zealand Defence Force director of joint exercise planning Lieutenant Colonel Martin Dransfield later described the fracas as ‘unfortunate’ and said all attempts would be made to avoid a similar outcome during this year’s operation.
Others say that is not good enough and that urban ‘war game’ exercises should be banned altogether, and that a public enquiry should be conducted into the Murchison event.
The use of civilian volunteers in ‘war-game’ activities shows a regrettable lack of judgement on the part of NZDF, and encouraging school students to take part in the exercises is simply irresponsible. One can only hope that new Health and Safety regulations will preclude civilian involvement in order to ensure their safety in the future.
The 2015 war games left an unpleasant taste in some people’s mouths. One woman who took part in an actual protest, peacefully standing with other Murchison women opposed to the military’s entry into their town, said the women were manhandled with unnecessary aggression by troops. She says the ‘war-games’ experience has left her with a lingering fear of the military, and a mistrust of the police, who worked in tandem with them for the duration of the exercise.
If the exercises had been designed solely for humanitarian purposes – support after a natural disaster, such as an earthquake or severe weather event – they would be welcome, but the exercises are fundamentally designed to quell ‘civil unrest’, and that is where the story begins to get very murky.
The military exercises are supposedly based on a fictitious scenario set in a Pacific region called Becara, which is now suffering high unemployment, due to a decline in forestry, coal and gold mining and ‘low investor confidence’. When the Becaran government proposes a new economic vision for the region, some Becarans object and form a resistance movement to oppose it.
What worries some locals is that NZDF also say that the exercises could potentially be used ‘either in New Zealandor one of our Pacific neighbours’ and it’s the admission they could be enacted in New Zealand that gives cause for concern.
Becara bears an uncanny resemblance to the southern West Coast, where the former National Government was working hard to implement ‘special economic zones’ which would allow them to bypass existing regulations in order to speed up the issuance of mining and oil exploration permits.

And with off-shore oil drilling also a contentious issue in the region, is it too much of a coincidence that this year’s exercise includes a military response to ‘a dispute over offshore oil reserves’?
The Tasman-Buller-West Coast region home to numerous environmentalists who are likely to resist the development of special economic zones and offshore oil drilling, which raises the question of why NZDF specifically asked locals to pay the role of ‘protesters’ against them during the Murchison protest. Denigrating protesters by inference sets a dangerous precedence in a country like New Zealand, where the right to free speech and peaceful protest is still considered a civil right and a democratic privilege.
And finally, if five military helicopters, six airlift aircraft, two Globemasters and an Orion surveillance aircraft were not enough to worry a small town, many New Zealanders would be concerned to learn that a highly sophisticated RQ4 Global Hawk drone, remotely operated from the US Air Base in Guam, also took part in the exercise. It’s role? To capture ‘images of simulated adversary areas of interest’.
NZ Defence say the drone’s visit was in accordance with the New Zealand Search and Surveillance Act of 2012, and that owners of land in the area gave permission for imagery to be taken. This would hardly allay the fears of many New Zealanders likely to be alarmed at the surveillance role the US played in the exercise. Having a US drone this sophisticated, more commonly deployed in US war zones, tracking ‘adversaries’ – simulated or otherwise – over New Zealand land is a matter of public concern.
One local believes that actual surveillance was taking place on the ground well before, and well after, the exercise, and that some military informants were embedded as wwoofers to spy on some residents.
The decision to hold war games in residential settings are a legacy of PM John Key’s tenure, and well overdue for review. New Zealanders don’t need armed troops running up suburban streets, military helicopters buzzing overhead or school students role-playing for the army. Nor do they need foreign drones in the air or military ‘actors’ secretly embedded in their communities gathering information. It’s high time that military exercises were urgently returned to military bases local New Zealand communities allowed to get on with their peaceful lives.

(Remember too they were talking about ‘getting used to’ the ‘new world order’ during the recent US hurricanes … warming us up again to their plan for global governance, aka global government, aka global CONTROL, Sustainable Development (seen anything remotely sustainable lately?) Agenda 21 and more recently the refined jackboot version, AGENDA 2030 (Search our Agenda 21, 2030 pages and categories, left of page for related articles).

On reading the above article only recently, it reminded me of the late Kiwi evangelist/investigative author, Barry Smith whose lectures I heard in the Rangitikei during the 1970s. He caught on to this subject through his Biblical research (mark of the beast in Revelations) & although termed conspiracy at the time by many, he warned people that this was coming. Before we ever heard it called the ‘new world order’ he was traveling and speaking both nationally and internationally on this topic (global governance aka one world government) from the 1970s through to 2002 when he passed away. And at the root of it all, as usual, is government collusion with big industry, including with Australia’s new prime minister — and more specifically, his wife.
Malcolm Turnbull has repeatedly been exposed for his own ties to multinational corporations. He has large investments in many of them, particularly tech companies, that many say is clouding his judgment on various matters more than just a little bit. At issue with the vaccination debate is his wife Lucy’s ties to pharmaceutical companies, and how this influence is steering public policy to force Aussies to be jabbed against their will in order to function normally within society.
As explained by The Mind Unleashed, Lucy Turnbull is chairman of the pharmaceutical company Prima Biomed, which is currently trying to release a vaccine for cancer that it knows will generate billions of dollars in profits. Cancer, of course, is the one thing that bonds the populations of the world in solidarity of fear, so it’s expected that people will flock to the vaccine, should it ever achieve proper standards for safety and effectiveness.
While the Prime Minister leads government, and pushes for mandatory vaccination to the benefit of pharmaceutical companies, his wife Lucy is chairman of the pharma corporation Prima Biomed.
Australia’s politicians are deeply tied to pharmaceutical corporations, the British Monarchy, and other corporate and institutional powers which threaten the freedom and prosperity of Australian citizens.
One product of this hegemony is Australia’s “No Jab No Pay” law, which strips welfare from citizens who refuse vaccination for themselves or their children.
You could say people should just go without government welfare, and that’s a good idea for participants in the philosophy of independence from the system (Voluntaryism or Agorism), but the “system” in Australia has been constructed to make it difficult for anyone who is left out.
They can use this as leverage to cut off other necessities from citizens who refuse vaccination.
Without regard for the world of evidence for why people should not vaccinate, politicians and mainstream media speak of “improving vaccination rates.”

Here is an example of UN Agenda 21 and ‘sustainable development’ in action (now known as Agenda 2030 as time moves on). On the surface it looks legitimate … however as Rosa Koire points out (see her video, link further down) it is a covert plan to inventory and control everything you hold dear including yourself & your freedoms. Before you conveniently write this off as ‘conspiracy’, research it for yourself.
As this plan works out in this example (and there are many others like them) the cabal with their banking cohorts engage people with unrepayable predatory loans engineered with a mix of raised interest rates & other manipulative tactics until deep in debt they are driven off their land. While all due respect & sympathy goes out to these unsuspecting farmers (because they didn’t fully realize who and what they were up against with the banking system and their predatory loans) this is the treatment indigenous people, and particularly Australian indigenous, have endured for centuries. Content to live on the land, not rape and pillage it as do the corporations, and with great respect take from it only what they needed, they were trammeled underfoot in the name of ‘progress’ (aka greed of the few). Netherlands-based bank Rabobank with the aid of an armada of government-paid enforcers arriving in government vehicles along with grubby receivers Ferrier Hodgson heavied Noeline Bradshaw and her son Neil to get off their cattle property, Ballabay north of Pentland. Noelene and Neil were arrested by several violent officers and marched off to the paddy wagon. Although the receivers and Rabobank representatives indicated they would go to the negotiating table after a court appearance on Thursday, in order to avoid a welcoming party at the property they did not arrive on Monday February 20 as they had indicated. Instead they arrived in military style on Wednesday, with enforcers blocking the entry road and threatening any media or supporters with arrest if they tried to enter. Ferrier Hodgson were supposed to remove the family on “voluntary terms” as they had suggested. It appears they did not wish to have any other parties present when removing the entire family. Neil Bradshaw owns cattle on the property that are not mortgaged to Rabobank. He previously circulated descriptions and brands of his cattle to all livestock agents and meatworks warning them not to deal with the cattle.
This sorry saga of a foreign bank dispossessing honest, hard-working Australians from their properties is completely sanctioned by the LNP and Labor Party. Bank industry sources believe Rabobank is acting in league with coal and gas companies to remove land holders in order to easily access known coal and gas reserves in the Pentland district.
“Rabobank will have token buyers lined up ready to buy the properties at discounted prices, leaving the Bradshaws holding the bag with a $1 million or more deficit, which without any means of income they will never be able to pay off,” the source said.
Yesterday Member for Kennedy Bob Katter weighed into this disgraceful episode, contacting the Labor Polce Minister(whose husband is a police inspector) then arriving at the Charters Towers police station to get the Bradshaws out of the watch house.
He was told the Bradshaws had been released just before he arrived. The clearly upset Bob Katter told Cairns News that the lending practices of the banks are designed to allow foreclosures. “In this case the bank loaned the family too much money because of droughts and poor cattle prices then the government-instigated live cattle export ban which placed them in an unviable position,” he said. “The banks are a law unto themselves and there is no power on earth to control them. “I have got hundreds of similar cases on file where farmers have not been able to get any relief from any of the so-called government watchdogs like ACCC, courts, the Reserve Bank ASIC and others that are supposed to offer financially stressed businesses relief. “Banks like Rabobank continue to flagrantly break the law. “The Bradshaws are devastated after a lifetime’s work to lose their possessions to a foreign bank or any bank. “The bank will make a profit of half a million or more from these seizures and the Bradshaws will have to carry a $1 million or more debt for the rest of their lives. “This assault on an Australian farming family clearly demonstrates the urgent need for a Royal Commission into banking practices.”

— Australia and myself are hearing on a regular basis about the pressure that our farmers and food producers are under. But let me just make the point that these policies come from a far away place. And you’re going to have to bear with me know for a few minutes while I read my speech and I will read it because otherwise I will be up here for hours. I get a bit carried away with this although I have contained it to as a smaller speech as I could do. But we are in trouble and we all need to pull together on this. And first of all I’d just like to thank people who have been supporting Flag Australia in their push to get this word out there Leon Byne Don’t Sell Australia Short Facebook Campaign, who has now over 7 and a 1/2 thousand members (now 23 and ½), all concerned about the same thing. Sean Perry, from FiveAA talk back who has allowed Peter and myself many many times to go on there for hours at a time, to get these issues aired and discussed and we’ll actually be having Lord Monckton on there tomorrow night from 7 o’clock to midnight, so that people can ring in and ask questions and have a discussion about this so FiveAA have been behind us which is great. And also the Southern Argus Newspaper they have been so supportive of getting the message out there of our stress that our primary producers are under. And we really can’t thank all of those people enough.
So now I’ll start to read. And again thank you all for coming here today. I also want to thank the many people that are behind the scenes who have helped to educate me on the global issues and how they are being implemented at a state level, so that I can be an effective elected member of your parliament and while I’m speaking to you today, I’m going to quote a number of people from various influential positions on the international stage. And I’ll leave it up to you to make up your mind, if you want to continue to head in the direction that we’re going.

Ladies and gentlemen, the origins of the environmental movement as we see it began back in 1968 when the Club of Rome was formed. The Club of Rome has been described as a crisis think tank, which specializes in crisis creation. The main purpose of this think tank was to formulate a crisis that would unite the world and condition us to the idea of global solutions to local problems. In a document called “The First Global Revolution”, authored by Alexander King and Bertrand Schneider, on pgs. 104 & 105 it is stated: “In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. … All these dangers, of course, will be caused by human intervention that will require a global response.” That’s the origin of global warming, ladies and gentlemen. In 1975 Australia agreed to bring in a new economic order via the Lima Declaration on the Second Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. The outcome of this was, as I said, the Lima Declaration, which was the blueprint for the redeployment of tools, jobs and manufacturing to the developing nations, leaving countries like Australia short of technology, a manufacturing base and jobs. Blind Freddy can now see what the outcome of that has been for our country with the unworkable Trade & Tariffs Agreements, hand in hand with this that followed as a matter of course. This is now a reality, with around 90% of our agriculture and manufacturing just gone. Australia signed the Lima Declaration, and hundreds of others, with the support of all major political players: Whitlam, Fraser, Hawk, Keeting, Houston, Howard, Rudd, the Democrats, the Greens, and even the Nationals. It has been put to me that all of these treaties were the foundation for the roll out of Agenda 21, and it seems that Australia has been moved around the global chessboard, and our so-called leaders with either complicit or naive to the long-term consequences, and now we’re almost at checkmate. Sorry.
In 1992 former President of the United States, George Bush, Sr. said: “Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require profound reorientation of human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced – a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals, and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action will be integrated into individual and collective decision-making at every level.”
Cutting through the code, I want everyone to consider what the words “profound reorientation of all human society and unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources” actually means. For everyone here tonight not familiar with Agenda 21, I would suggest that this is the beginning of your learning curve, not the end.

In 1992 Maurice Strong, Secretary General of the UN Earth Summit and member of the Club of Rome, said: “It is clear that current life styles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class, involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts of frozen convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, ownership of motor vehicles, small electrical appliances, home and workplace air conditioning and suburban housing are not sustainable.” Put those statements together with the previous ones and it must become clear that Agenda 21 is about controlling every aspect of our lives: How we eat, what we eat, how much we eat, how we move around, food production, the amount of food and where we even live.
Dixy Ray, former Washington State Governor and Asst. Secretary for Oceans and International Environmental & Scientific Affairs stated: “Agenda 21 seeks to establish a mechanism for transferring the wealth from citizens to the Third World. Fear of environmental crisis would be used to create a world government and UN central direction.”
From a report in the 1976 UN’s Habitat One Conference: “Land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth -therefore contributes to social injustice.” In other words, ladies and gentlemen, if you work hard and you exercise good financial management and invest in property, you are contributing to social injustice.
In a report from the President’s Council on Sustainable Development: “We need a new collaborative decision process that leads to better decisions, more rapid change, and more sensible use of human, natural, and financial resources in achieving our goals.” And at the same time, Harvey Ruvin, Vice Chair of the Wildlands Project says: “Individual rights will have to take a back seat to the collective.” J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development: “Participating in a UN-advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society.” And here we are. “This segment of our society, who fear One World Government and UN invasion, through which our individual freedoms will be stripped away, would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined the conspiracy by undertaking Agenda 21. So we will call our process something else. We will call it comprehensive planning, or growth management, or Smart Growth. We ended up with Sustainable Development.”

The redeployment of human and financial resources has now become visible to us all via the cuts to services and programs to assist the sick, the young, the elderly, and of course, the creation of another level of poverty, now identified by the term “the working poor”. I was speaking to a person last week, and he said to me: “If Hitler was still around, he’d be sitting back thinking, ‘I didn’t need bullets for a global takeover.’ And he’d be right.”
We see daily cash grabbing by new taxes called levies, supposedly because we’re cash strapped in this State, and at the same time see big projects spending that does not fit with message that we’re in financial crisis. But we, the people, have to tighten our belt, while the government seems absolutely unaware and unconcerned of the amount of debt that it is accumulating. This in turn means that taxes, levies, fines and other penalties increase, as well as the cost of living rising exponentially, and the ordinary citizen’s ability to exist well is compromised with almost every law that we pass.
We’re constantly paying for so-called services that we don’t receive. This is wealth redistribution at the grassroots level, redeployment of financial resources, ensuring only hardship for citizens that just really want to get on with their lives.
The Parliament has also ventured into the rights of people to own and retain their property and manage it without government interference: In particular, the laws around water allocation, natural resource management, The Native Vegetation Act, The Development & Planning Act, which are all equally toxic to our food producers, as they are to our long-term security, we city dwellers. Everyone needs to remember, we all pay a Natural Resource Management levy on our tax rates. So this is not just going to affect the food producers. The intrusions into our property that Peter was talking about that land producers are going through will roll out into the suburbs and into the city, because they have the authority to do that.
We already have fiddled in Parliament with land titles of people in rural areas, and I’m talking about the Burroughs from McLaren Vale legislation that passed, and the buzz words used to justify that was “Heritage Status” – at the same time that our right to own and manage our land, have access to water, produce adequate food to ensure that our only option is not to consume often toxic and substandard food from places like China. This government has been working overtime to take away our rights to Common Law through many pieces of legislation. Common Law is what guarantees us an ability to correct injustices. This coming year, I promise you, you will also hear debate over a number of pieces of legislation that will further erode our Common Law rights, and you have to get behind me, ladies and gentlemen, to stop this from going through.
As Agenda 21 became more and more apparent to me, I began using the line in Parliament that government was now declaring war on its own citizens, and that goes back as far as 2008. This, of course, led me to being labeled a conspiracy theorist. But here we are now, openly talking about Agenda 21 and the ramifications we will see in a short period of time if this is not stopped in its tracks.
Let me just say that I often hear that we cannot stop what is happening. Two-party preferred system, vote Labor, vote Liberal, what does it matter? And in fact, that’s probably true for the House of Assembly, because that’s where government’s formed. But, ladies and gentlemen, here in South Australia we have the Legislative Council, the house of review. And, my friends, that is where the true power does lie. And the last thing that governments want you to understand is that no matter who is in power, the Legislative Council is there for checks and balances. And when the Legislative Council isn’t overly influenced by the major parties, legislation can be blocked.

Remember, on most of these policies that I’ve spoken about here today, there has been bi-partisan support for everything that has gone through. When the major parties join together, then the Cross benchers and minor parties, basically our vote is null and void. The way to avoid that is to make sure that when the major parties do join together they don’t have the numbers. For way too long now we the people have been asleep at the wheel, and it is time to wake up and participate in the democratic process. And to do that you need to understand the parliamentary and political system that you are trying to rein in. In 1972 the Club of Rome published the alarmist “Limits to Growth” document, warning of worldwide overpopulation, the need for sustainable development. This was the beginning of the slow process of social engineering and programming people to accept that the planet is struggling to sustain life.
On the 8th of October 1973, the New York Times reported a quote from Ted Turner, also Club of Rome: “The social experiment in China, under Chairman Mao’s leadership, is one of the most important and successful in human history.”
In 1987 Mikhail Gorbachev, also a member of Club of Rome, said: “We are moving toward a New World Order, the world of communism, and we shall never turn off that road.” He also quoted in 1996 Monetary and Economic Review, page 5: “The environmental crisis will be the international disaster that will unlock the New World Order, One World Government.”
In 1992 came the Earth Summit, which produced the document called The Earth Charter. This document was co-written by Maurice Strong, long-time globalist, elitist, member of Club of Rome, and Mikhail Gorbachev. Both Strong and Gorbachev stated that it was hoped that this document would be adopted as the New Ten Commandments, with environmentalism as the new One World Religion. Out of this summit came Agenda 21.
Ted Turner, who is also a member of the Club of Rome, was quoted as saying in 1996 that total population of 250-300 million people is ideal. That means a reduction of 95% from present levels would be even more ideal. Anyone who abhors the China one-child policy is simply a dumb-dumb.

In 1998 the Baltimore Sun reported on July 7th most of Ted Turner’s first donation to the UN of $22 million went to programs that seek to stall population. Another goal of the depopulation process is that the upcoming generation will submit to sterilization to save Mother Earth.
Ladies and gentlemen, everything I’ve said here tonight can be verified by document searches, and it is now time for us all to take off our blinkers and encourage our neighbors to take off their blinkers. And it’s also time for you to demand that every person you elect fully understands this policy that is being rolled out by local, state and federal government at a concerning rate. We’re not talking about decades; we’re talking about only years before this is fully implemented. And everyday another law is introduced to produce the end game of Agenda 21 being fully implemented.
So the question that Lord Monckton asked, “Carbon tax, Climate Change, and Agenda 21: Can democracy survive all three?” needs to be answered, and answered now. And you need to find out from your elected members what they know of Agenda 21, and if they don’t know it, educate them. And if they don’t know it, then push them to understand what they are voting on in Parliament, because this is crossroads.

The Prime Minister John Key announced earlier this year that he intended to sell off 1000 to 2000 of NZ’s state houses. Large numbers of these homes were built by the first Labour government in 1935 and as of 2013 the stock numbered 69,000. That era had marked the birth of our welfare state and the tenants of the first house that was finished and let in 1937, paid just one third of their income in rent. Fifty years later we had the Labour government promising to remain involved in NZ’s housing market, then with the event of Rogernomics and Roger Douglas’s neo liberal economic policies (the new economic ‘experiment’ that benefited those at the top of the capitalist pyramid and launched the ever increasing gap between rich and poor) rents were raised to market rates. Tenants could then apply for a government subsidy called an accommodation benefit, effectively subsidizing the landlords. By 1997, 60 years later, tenants were paying three quarters of their income in rent. The welfare state in NZ, having officially begun with the Social Security Act in 1938 and the state ensuring every New Zealand family had at least a minimum standard of living, was now descending rapidly into an abyss of debt and for many, poverty. We’ve effectively gone from free milk in schools to kids with no lunch at all.
In a recent article by Bryan Bruce, advocate for NZ’s children in poverty, and maker of the documentaries ‘Mind the Gap’ and ‘Inside Child Poverty‘, some interesting questions are raised, questions many New Zealanders have also been asking. Questions like why is the Key government selling off our state housing stock, especially when thousands of families have nowhere to live? NZ is in fact experiencing a housing crisis, described by the Salvation Army as an ‘unfolding social disaster’. On the one hand we have soaring house prices in Auckland that have so inflated the market few can afford them, and on the other, according to Auckland’s City Mission estimates, the numbers of people sleeping rough in Auckland for the year 2013-2014 virtually doubled.
The NZ Parliament website states that a “2013 University of Otago study using 2001 and 2006 Census figures and emergency housing data estimated that 12,900-21,100 dwellings would be needed to house the 2006 severely housing deprived population. These were in addition to housing required to address other forms of need, and underlying demand”.

Now it gets interesting. The usual rationale proffered for asset sales since they began with Rogernomics, have been ‘to get us out of debt’ or ‘save us money’, giving the impression they are no longer breaking even let alone making a profit. Bruce however reveals that the HNZ corporation has in fact been making a very healthy profit (links in his article). Clearly it would be more prudent to keep this asset.
Further facts Bruce highlights are:
the housing stock is worth $18 billion
the operating surplus for 2013 was $121 million
the same year it returned a $90 million profit
the previous two years’ profit were $76 and $68 million
profits have increased significantly under the National government
Bruce raises questions like, where did those profits go? Why have they not reinvested the profits into the housing stock? Why sell housing stock in the regions when they are presumably encouraging folks to move to the regions? (Agenda 21 maybe? … the real plan for UN’s Agenda 21 aka Sustainable Development is to have populations relocated out of rural and into urban areas).
You may not be aware of this, but NZ is a corporation. Our country is listed on the Securities and Exchange Commission website as a corporation under the name of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. Most will be aware that corporations are required to turn a profit … to maximize profits is their legal mandate. They are not about, nor are they required to be about the welfare of people. So as our corporation steams along at full speed, rapidly selling off both our country and its assets, those who head it up are giving us the impression they govern as elected representatives of the people. In a sense they do but their real agenda, their corporate bottom line, is hidden from view. Corporations if you study them, and as the above trailer illustrates quite succinctly, are not required to consider the effects their economic activities have on people. I strongly urge you to watch the full documentary on ‘The Corporation’ page. You will then be joining some dots and making sense of what is really happening in our midst. As long as we remain a corporation, poverty will not disappear. The welfare state has always existed merely to give capitalism a human face. That capitalism is now shamelessly profit driven and the human face is disappearing fast.

A single mother-of-three became fully paralysed after getting a free flu injection at work.
Kathy Watson-Jones, a hospital clerk from Greensborough in northeast Melbourne, received the vaccination on April 23 and that evening her legs started shaking and feeling like jelly.

Often we hear of fire fighters talking bout how dam fast or how unusual these fires are, fires create big heat but they describe the heat like nothing they have experienced in the years they have been a fire fighters.
Funny thing, when I was watching videos via You Tube, watching what was going on in Australia, with the fires, I saw a video that had a interesting title.. it was something along the lines of a “deliberate” act but strangely this morning went back to find that video… it has now been REMOVED, I find that quite odd.
Another interesting thing was while putting this edit together on this video, I had a break away from the computer and turned on the TV… surprise surprise, there was a National Geographic programme on, titled “Australia`s Inferno”.
I didnt see the whole programme but not once did I hear the word chemtrail or see a chemtrail in the videoing of that programme. It makes one wonder if its all just part of the conditioning, for people to think its just NATURAL behavior of these fires… without the mention of an accelerant. Remember what you see on the television is always true isnt it?? ….. 🙂

Note well, corporations have been described in the documentary ‘The Corporation’, as psychopathic personalities. Watch it and learn of the associated personality traits. In this particular instance, corporations are not averse at all to such persuasive behaviours as bribery, they are also widely known to regularly lie evidenced by their frequent court appearances and ‘slap on the wrist’ type fines.
