Viruses, Epidemics and Experiments: The History of Biological Warfare – The use of bacteria, viruses and other biological agents as weapons of war has a long and gut-wrenching history. Despite some early examples, it was not until the 20th century that biological warfare truly became scientifically callous. During the First World War, the German military was a notable practitioner of this art of warfare. The Japanese were particularly interested in this area of warfare, intensifying their efforts through the Second World War. One of the most prominent advocates of the use of biowarfare was the Japanese Surgeon General and microbiologist, Shiro Ishii, who went on to head the central unit of Imperial Japan’s biological warfare programme during WWII: Unit 731, which was based in occupied China. As part of their biowarfare program, the Japanese army tested a minimum of 25 biological agents on civilians and prisoners of war, with operations including the poisoning of over 1,000 Chinese water wells with typhus and cholera, and dropping fleas infested with plague on Chinese cities. At least thousands of people were killed by this programme, with some even arguing that approximately 200,000 Chinese were killed. What makes all of this worst however is that fact that the US government gave immunity to many of these Japanese biowarfare officers in exchange for getting the data from the Japanese biological warfare programme, akin to Operation Paperclip. There are also numerous examples of militaries conducting biological warfare experiments on their own, unsuspecting citizens. Aside from civilians being used as guinea pigs by biowarfare units, biological warfare programmes can also pose another risk to civilians: in the form of pathogens accidently escaping from biowarfare facilities.
An OIA request reveals that during the period 1-July-2017 to 30-June-208 a sum of $325,221 was paid out in NZ for vaccine injuries. The intent of pointing this out is to draw your attention to the claim that injuries from vaccines are extremely extremely rare. Whilst that my once have been the case, currently the stats in the US are recorded by CDC as 1 in 39. Not by any stretch of the imagination ‘rare’. Having this information is crucial when making the decision to vaccinate. Do ask for the inserts to the vaccine to learn the risks of side effects or risk of injury as frequently these are not pointed out. There is many a testimony online of people who became injured and wish they had asked. This all of course is called informed consent. Very important when using the precautionary approach to all things health. Bear in mind also that many injuries are not reported.

New Zealand Surgical Mesh Restorative Justice Report Finally Released.
Tangible Concrete Commitments… Where Are They?
The use of surgical mesh for medical procedures has come under increasing scrutiny around the world because of high complication rates and problems with patient safety.
Consumer advocacy group Mesh Down Under has been lobbying since 2012 for practical help and changes in health care based on patient safety and rights.
The report, written by the Victoria University Restorative Justice research team dedicated to the 7-month long surgical mesh project (https://www.restorativehealth.net/), was published today by the Ministry of Health.
The researchers analysed feedback that was provided by both patients and surgeons who contributed anonymously to the report. Several surgeons said when they tried to raise concerns about a colleague’s ability to perform mesh surgery, they were severely bullied. That has perpetuated a culture which fails basic patient care and safety standards.
Even more devastating it was noted that when patients have been injured, they have found their original surgeons unable to fix injuries caused by surgery. Their concerns, injuries and pain were reported as often dismissed and labelled as “being in their head”.
That harm continues when the patient then deals with state agencies. Hundreds of patients detailed obstructive and protracted claims processes with the ACC. When they tried to raise concerns with the Health and Disability Commissioner regarding the medical treatment that had led to their injuries, the process was also arduous and difficult.
A clear theme that emerged was the lack of accountability for mesh-injured patients – many of whom, in hindsight, had not been given adequate information about the surgery they were having and whether their surgeons were properly qualified to be undertaking procedures in the first instance.
The report encapsulates the sometimes harrowing details and personal stories from hundreds of men and women in New Zealand who have been harmed by the use of surgical mesh in their treatment.
Stories regale poor health information, surgical incompetence, medical negligence and an alarming lack of accountability among health professionals and other agencies which are supposed to put patient rights and safety first.
Mesh Down Under fully supported this Restorative Justice process. It was an extremely significant and important step to take, although it is several years too late. We commend the way that this process has been undertaken, finally giving the mesh injured community to share their lived experiences of what has been going on behind the scenes.
While the report identifies a raft of proposals, we would like a clear commitment from the Government on these. There is no need for further consultation or review, as they have been identified to be in patients’ best interests and safety numerous times, including as part of the Health Select Committee report three years ago.
The continual delays in the progress of the necessary initiatives and changes that had previously been identified as urgently needed have been reiterated once again within this report. Seeing the same proposals come up yet again, for the specific help that we have been asking for several years, has resulted in a great deal of distress for some of our members.
After a summation meeting in Wellington, last month, Mesh Down Under was told that the relevant individual health agencies would be contacted by the Restorative Justice Team to confirm their commitments to action.
We are yet to see these commitments in full but will continue to push for robust funding. Without it, we wonder how the Government can support these agencies to make any meaningful progress on the proposed programs or ensure change is implemented with urgency.
We are pleased with the few measurable, tangible concrete commitments and timelines identified and we will be watching closely to ensure these promises of action are kept.
Mesh Down Under believe that these questions need to be asked of the government-
1. Will implementing the actions identified in the report meet the needs of those already harmed and prevent future harm?
2.Will the government provide the funding that will be required to implement the actions identified and when?
3.Will New Zealand finally follow overseas action and suspend mesh procedures whilst mandating high vigilance scrutiny on non-mesh procedures, until all recommendations are actioned and fully implemented?.
We look forward to the Government’s timely response.

MEDIA BACKGROUNDER
By 2002 surgical mesh devices were freely available in New Zealand, which had (AND STILL HAS ) no requirements for pre-market testing or proof of safety or efficacy for medical devices. Surgeons recommended the procedure to patients, who received very little information about what the surgery involved. Research showed that very few, if any, were warned about the potential risks of lifelong complications.
In 2008 a statement was released by the FDA, warning of risks from pelvic mesh such as erosion of vaginal tissues, pain, infection, recurrence of POP, and new onset of SUI. At that time New Zealand’s Medsafe had received only 14 reports of adverse events (such reports are not mandatory, and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) did not share treatment injury information with Medsafe until 2017. After a review, Medsafe concluded that the benefits outweighed the risks.
This all changed in 2012 when the first US court case against a mesh manufacturer concluded in favour of the patient. The gag order came off and media coverage began. Affected people made the link between their pain and suffering and the mesh implant, and realised they were not alone. As Carmel Berry recalled: ‘The feeling of finally being believed was overwhelming. I wanted to talk to other people, share my story publicly and warn others to avoid mesh.’
The formation of Mesh Down Under
Mesh Down Under was initially conceived as an online support group for people to share their lived mesh experiences. From the initial group of six members, numbers grew to over 50 within a few months. Co-founders Carmel Berry, Patricia Sullivan and Charlotte Korte realised that the number of mesh-injured New Zealanders was increasing and that the issue needed to be highlighted to the health sector and lawmakers.
Over the following two years, calling themselves ‘The Three Meshketeers’, they undertook to fully research the scale and scope of the issue, and endeavour to highlight to health authorities the difficulties faced by these patients, as they searched for the recognition of their symptoms and the help they needed.
They doggedly sought help from many organisations and people in the health sector, including Medsafe, Women’s Health Action, representatives of various medical colleges, the Health Quality and Safety Council, Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC), and ACC. Almost every meeting concluded with a recommendation that they pursue another agency or organisation that ‘may be able to help’.
They also regularly wrote to politicians and ministers asking them to investigate the growing number of mesh-related treatment Injury claims. They established relationships with media contacts and got regular coverage by investigative journalists, who were also seeing the global scandal unravelling.
Taking action
By March 2014 they believed they had enough evidence to convince the government to launch a full inquiry into the problem. They launched a petition calling for the Health Select Committee to recommend an independent and transparent inquiry into the use of surgical mesh in New Zealand. This was followed by their supporting submission, providing ‘overwhelming evidence about the use and issues of surgical mesh and … concrete ways to improve outcomes for patients’.
After numerous gruelling sessions where the women were challenged by top health officials, the Health Select Committee’s report was presented to Parliament on 1 June 2016. It included seven recommendations, in three areas: the investigation of options for a surgical registry, improvement in medical practice, and the role of the regulator in pre-market medical device approval. In a report tabled on 24 August 2016, the government carefully considered the Committee’s report and supported all of its recommendations.

This article is a kind of summary of where I stand, at this moment. A rather crowded snapshot.
Judging from the history of epidemics that turned out to be duds—West Nile, bird flu, SARS, Swine Flu, and so on—and judging from my research on these frauds—I see no reason to jump the gun and say, “This one is different.”
Every time one of these threatening clouds passes across the sun, all sorts of people in both the mainstream and alternative press make dire predictions, ranging from “this looks like a global pandemic,” to “the virus is a bio-weapon and will kill millions,” to the ever-popular, “this is THE BIG ONE.”
And then, when the dust clears, and the dud is exposed, amnesia about having made those predictions sets in.
Now we have a variety of people claiming they know the Chinese coronavirus is a bio-weapon, for several different reasons. I have no cause to rail against these people. As far back as 1988, I documented astonishingly lax conditions in supposedly secure bio-research labs, and the distinct probability of all sorts of germs escaping. I devoted many pages in my book, AIDS INC., to a history of bio-war research, grotesque animal experiments, and incompetent safety precautions in labs. I have written about US companies and government-connected organizations sending bio-war materials to Saddam Hussein in the 1980s.
Proving that this Chinese coronavirus is a bio-weapon is a different matter. If, as proposed, there are peculiarities in the genetic sequence of the virus, and it has therefore been tinkered with by humans…well, perhaps that is correct. I don’t know. However, I have deeper and more basic suspicions about published genetic sequences of viruses, from which that assertion is derived. Meaning: I don’t automatically accept the published sequences as true or accurate or real.
For example, my most recent article included a very troubling interview that challenged the original isolation and identification of HIV—as in, did researchers ever really find that virus? If they didn’t, we would be looking at fraud on a mind-boggling level…and any so-called genetic sequencing of the virus would be impossible, except as gross error or fraud. If you can’t find the culprit and you don’t know what he looks like, how can you describe him?
To bolster this point—in past articles, I’ve detailed how, in the cases of SARS and 2009 Swine Flu, the purported viruses seemed to disappear. That is, they couldn’t be found in patients. Yet, reported case numbers of the “virus epidemics” continued to expand. One very real possibility looms: the researchers never actually found, located, isolated, and identified these viruses in the first place. Therefore, any published genetic sequences of these viruses were, to put in kindly, entirely irrelevant.
And therefore, to infer from those genetic sequences that such chimerical viruses were actually bio-weapons…well, that would be miles off the mark.
Many people would turn purple and apoplectic at the idea that published genetic sequences could be con jobs, hustles, and giant errors. But very early on, in the 1980s, I discovered how researchers will toe the official line, out of fear. Imagine a mainstream researcher contacting the World Health Organization, or a premier medical journal, and saying: “Your genetic roadmap of Virus X…I’m not getting the same result. My map is completely different from yours. I’m not even sure I’m sequencing a virus. Will you examine my finding? We need more independent work. What the hell is going on?” Here today, gone tomorrow. That researcher would suddenly find himself out in the cold in his underwear. No perks, no publisher, no job, no reputation. And he knows this UP FRONT. So he keeps his mouth shut and swallows his objections. For instance, in 1987, I had a highly respected virologist tell me he KNEW there was a serious problem in calling HIV the cause of AIDS, but he and his colleagues were going to “take a pass on this one.” He saw the political landscape. He knew there was a rig-job in progress. The human implications of naming a meaningless item as the cause of illness and death? Did he even pause and think about that? Regardless, he shrugged and turned his attention to other matters. An overarching rule: the researchers who disagree with the forced consensus don’t get published in “respected journals,” so their colleagues and the public never hear about them.
Moving on—THE VIRUS is a fake propaganda idea that has traditionally been used to cover up vast crimes and the destruction of human life in ways that have nothing to do with germs. THE VIRUS is one of the greatest cover stories ever invented. I’ve explained how propaganda about viruses is made to stand in for corporate and government crimes that make people sick and kill them: contaminated water supplies; lack of basic sanitation; giant toxic agricultural farms; industrial poison-pollution; hunger; starvation; protein-calorie malnutrition; fertile farm land stolen from native people by corporations and governments; toxic medical drugs and vaccines; and now, in Wuhan and other Chinese cities, unprecedented mixtures of toxic air pollution, causing lung damage. The basic theme is: DON’T LOOK AT ALL THOSE CRIMES, JUST FOCUS ON THE VIRUS AS THE ONLY PROBLEM. This is sheer invention.
Next: in fake epidemics, case numbers are always inflated by the devious use of categories that label and count people who aren’t sick, will not get sick, will only experience something on the order of mild flu, or who are only numbers in computer-modeled predictions.
I documented the astounding fraud perpetrated by the CDC in 2009, when the overwhelming percentage of tissue samples from so-called Swine Flu patients revealed they didn’t have ANY KIND OF FLU. And the CDC went on to estimate there were 22 MILLION cases of Swine Flu in the US in 2009.
The most widely used tests used to diagnose and label people as “case numbers of the virus” and “sick” and “infected” are inherently flawed. For different reasons, the antibody and PCR tests do NOT prove that people are ill or are going to become ill. This fact, of course, leaves a gaping hole in the assessments of “epidemics.” It also forces patients into toxic treatments they do not need. It puts a potent fearful diagnosis in their minds that is entirely wrong.
There is now a rush to develop a new vaccine against the Chinese coronavirus. I’ve warned readers that at least two of these vaccine technologies—DNA and RNA vaccines—are experimental and have never been openly licensed for use on the public. Therefore, the population of Earth—if these vaccines are deployed—will unknowingly step up to the plate in a vast guinea-pig test. DNA vaccines alter the genetic makeup of recipients PERMANENTLY, in unpredictable ways. RNA vaccines carry the admitted risk of causing auto-immune reactions. Basically, this means the body would attack itself. The vaccine is the hammer in this dangerous “epidemic” stage play. It is one of the extreme payoffs for having fomented fear and the desire to “obey authorities.”
In this “epidemic” and past similar instances, friends and colleagues have sent assessments up the flagpole which are far different from mine. They are still my friends and colleagues. I make no attempt to stir conflict among us. We agree on many vital issues. We will continue to agree.
All right—that’s my snapshot. This is where I stand, for the present, on the China coronavirus situation. Every point I’ve made, in broad strokes, in this article, is explained more fully in my recent articles.
I raise one more question for your serious consideration. If highly toxic pollution in the air, in Chinese cities, is causing deep lung damage, and if the Chinese government is covering that up with a story about a virus—what is now happening to the millions of Chinese people locked down, with nowhere to go, trapped in those cities—breathing the air?
P.S. Several readers have sent me significant emails stating that Wuhan is a global center of 5G technology and deployment. I have written about the health dangers of 5G. Is this yet another non-coronavirus vector for disease and damage? It would certainly not surprise me. I have not had the time to look into this thoroughly. For the present, at least, I leave the job to others.
Well, I thought I was through writing this piece, but I need to make another crucial point. As you can see from the list of crimes I mentioned above, where corporations and governments are making people sick and killing them—and then using the cover story of a virus to hide their crimes—illness and death can come and do come from multiple causes. However, the public finds it hard to accept and understand this. Most people would rather seek out THE ONE THING that is the explanation. There is a deep psychological need to discover THE ONE. That is a reason why THE VIRUS cover story works so well. IT is portrayed as the single cause and the single evil. It is the psychological magnet to which all sorts of particles attach. This addiction has to be conquered. And this paragraph is a short version of what would be an 800-page book on the subject.

When a devastating earthquake leveled Haiti in 2010, millions of people donated to the American Red Cross. The charity raised almost half a billion dollars. It was one of its most successful fundraising efforts ever.
The American Red Cross vowed to help Haitians rebuild, but after five years the Red Cross’ legacy in Haiti is not new roads, or schools, or hundreds of new homes. It’s difficult to know where all the money went.
NPR and ProPublica went in search of the nearly $500 million and found a string of poorly managed projects, questionable spending and dubious claims of success, according to a review of hundreds of pages of the charity’s internal documents and emails, as well as interviews with a dozen current and former officials.
The Red Cross says it has provided homes to more than 130,000 people, but the number of permanent homes the charity has built is six.
The Red Cross long has been known for providing emergency disaster relief — food, blankets and shelter to people in need. And after the earthquake, it did that work in Haiti, too. But the Red Cross has very little experience in the difficult work of rebuilding in a developing country.
The organization, which in 2010 had a $100 million deficit, out-raised other charities by hundreds of millions of dollars — and kept raising money well after it had enough for its emergency relief. But where exactly did that money go?
Ask a lot of Haitians — even the country’s former prime minister — and they will tell you they don’t have any idea.
“Five hundred million in Haiti is a lot of money,” says Jean-Max Bellerive, who was prime minister until 2011. “I’m not a big mathematician, but I can make some additions. It doesn’t add up for me.”
On a recent day, Bellerive was sipping coffee in his living room, high above Port-au-Prince, with Joel Boutroue, who was the United Nations deputy special representative in Haiti before the earthquake and an advisor to the Haitian government afterward. Boutroue says he can’t account for where the nearly $500 million went either.
They considered the Red Cross’ claim on its website and press releases: That all the money went to help 4.5 million Haitians get “back on their feet.”
“No, no, not possible,” Bellerive says. “We don’t have that population in the area affected by the earthquake.”
“You know,” Boutroue chimes in, “4.5 million was 100 percent of the urban area in 2010. One hundred percent. It would mean the American Red Cross would have served entire cities of Haiti.”
It’s not unheard of for the Red Cross to make such a claim. Not long ago, the charity hired a group of consultants to review one of its projects in the north of the country. They found the charity’s math unreliable when it came to counting people it helped. There was double-counting, undercounting, and in one instance the Red Cross claimed to have helped more people than actually lived there.
David Meltzer, the Red Cross’ general counsel and head of the international division, says the charity helped millions through trying and difficult circumstances, including a cholera outbreak and a government in disarray.
“The Red Cross has provided clean water, sanitation, vaccinations, disaster preparedness, cholera prevention,” he says. “All of the money that has been spent has been focused on benefiting the people of Haiti.”
Meltzer says the Red Cross took the almost $500 million and split it into sectors. For example, the organization spent $69 million on emergency relief, $170 million providing shelter and $49 million on water and sanitation efforts.
The Red Cross also has outlined over the years some of the projects it has funded, such as millions of dollars given for new hospitals, vaccination programs, and disbursement of tents and water tablets. The charity says it has done more than 100 projects in Haiti, repairing 4,000 homes, giving several thousand families temporary shelters and donating $44 million for food.
But the charity will not provide a list of specific programs it ran, how much they cost or what their expenses were.
Meltzer says the public can see in the organization’s five-year report: a pie chart showing the percentage of the money that went to each sector. But he will not provide greater detail about where the money went.

The 3032 square property, on the corner of Oxford Street and Queen Street West, purchased by Write Properties Ltd on 28 November 2014, is within an area referred to as, “a key east-west movement corridor” and “a new consolidated east-west town core” in the strategy adopted by the previous Council in November 2018.
Purchased for $900,000 five years ago the property now has a rateable value of $2.08 million.
Despite several references in the Levin Town Centre Strategy to developing new activities on the west side of town, where the property is, the Council minutes show that Cr Bishop did not declare a financial conflict of interest or remove himself from discussing or voting in favour of the Levin town strategy.
Office of the Auditor General advice says, “The Local Authorities (Members’ Interest) Act helps protect the integrity of local authority decision-making by ensuring that people are not affected by personal motives when they participate in local authority decision-making.”
New Levin Ward councillor Todd Isaacs said he didn’t tell voters in the October 2019 local body elections he has a financial interest in a major property earmarked for development by the Council because he, “didn’t have to.”
Whether the owners of the Queen Street West property will benefit from, “Opportunities for new activities and businesses to cluster around a transport hub located in the centre of town”, or whether the intention is to develop the Queen Street West site as the Horowhenua Integrated Transport Hub is not known at this stage.
Write Properties Ltd also owns a 1013 m2 property in the industrial sector of Levin at 33 Hokio Beach Road valued at $335,000 in 2016.
The other three shareholders of Write Properties Ltd are Corey Kennett, Justin Rangi and Callum Dunsmore.
New Horowhenua mayor Bernie Wanden also has a financial conflict of interest because he owns a business in Levin’s town centre, with his wife Sharon Wanden, that is built on land the Council sold to mayor Wanden’s wife, mother-in-law and sister-in-law for a firesale price in a controversial sale one month before the local body elections last year.
The land had a rateable value of $295,000 when it was sold to mayor Wanden’s wife and her relations for $230,000.
This represents a 28 percent discount. At the time of the sale the public were told by the Council the discount was only 15 percent.
The Council is contracting the Horowhenua New Zealand Trust to undertake all the extensive – and yet to be funded – land and property development projects included in the Levin Town Centre Strategy and the Horowhenua Growth Strategy 2040.
New Levin Ward councillor Todd Isaacs is refusing to provide evidence he had election campaign flyers printed by Levin digital printer The Old Foundry.
Cr Isaacs stated on his signed Return of Electoral Donations and Expenses form that he paid $1174.73 to The Old Foundry for flyers and signs.
But when Horowhenua district councillor Isaacs was asked to produce a copy of the flyer he said he didn’t have any because, “I only did 2000 and they were all delivered.”
He did not respond to a request for information about where his flyers were delivered.
The final election results published by the electoral officer Warwick Lampp
on 16 October said Cr Isaacs received 1718 votes.
Local Levin man Ian Tate was appointed deputy electoral officer but the 60 year old, who had worked for the Council in a variety of roles for almost 30 years, died suddenly at home on 28 August.
Despite the Local Electoral Act 2001 stating candidates “must” take all reasonable steps to keep records of all candidate election expenses, Cr Isaacs has remained silent to a request for any evidence he had the campaign material printed.
The Act also says candidates, “must keep invoices and receipts for all election expenses of $50 or more for three years after returns are filed.”
When The Old Foundry owner Rex Vizible was phoned to confirm Cr Isaacs had spent “$1700 odd dollars for flyers and signs for Cr Isaacs” he said, “Yep, I can” even though Cr Isaacs had spent $1174 and not $1700.
Mr Vizible, also known as music producer Brett Stephen Taylor, was convicted and jailed for sexually assaulting a 29 year old male friend in an alcohol fuelled attack on 18 July, 2006.
The victim was quoted in a Stuff news article saying, “People really do need to know who this guy is…for the safety of the community as well.”
Deputy mayor Jo Mason also paid Mr Vizible’s business $1451.42 for campaign material.
Ratepayer funds have also been paid to Mr Vizible’s business by the Council and Foxton Community Board for The Foxton Godwits installation.
The Old Foundry website also includes glowing testimonials from Canvasland Ltd, Crowe Construction and Associates Ltd, the internationally known Swazi Apparel and Cr Piri-Hira Tukapua.
But Cr Piri-Hira Tukapua did not avail herself of Mr Vizible’s services at the last election.
Since enquiries for this news story began The Old Foundry has been busy deleting information from its website on 20 and 21 January including removing the names of other recommendations from real estate agent PGA Wrightson and Repco.
A photo of a large banner advertising The Old Foundry in Levin was also removed.
The advertising banner was erected above the 3032 square property, on the corner of Oxford Street and Queen Street West, owned by Write Properties Ltd.
Cr Isaacs and Cr Wayne Bishop are directors and shareholders of Write Properties Ltd.

(Yes the old saying ‘the victors write the histories’ and write them they did). And now we have officially adopted a business model (since Rogernomics particularly) in which well, it’s ok to lie. As I used to oft repeat, watch The Corporation movie (found on our Corporations page) and see that in fact corporations, likened by the appropriate professionals to psychopathic personalities where yes, lying is the norm. Do watch it … it explains a lot about why our world has left the gold standard of truth.
So yes it’s Waitangi Day. Commemoration of that day we all ‘became one’ so to speak. Well at least that is what was said on the day it was signed along with the giving of tobacco and blankets. I’m focusing particularly on telling our true histories because so many do not know them & they sadly become the basis of a lot of misunderstanding. A post I saw this morning on FB raised objection to the selling of golliwog dolls in a coastal NZ town (and wait, I explain why in a minute). The writer expressed her objection & stated she would not be purchasing anything from the said shop and why, after which the whole post was taken down. Re posted, it then attracted the usual ‘what’s wrong with golly’ etc etc etc. This is how I commented: The term ‘wog’ actually stands for ‘wily Oriental gentleman’. My father who served in the Middle East (World War 2) told me this … it is a derogatory term for colored peoples. A racist term. It intimates that they are sly & not to be trusted. Bit like the term ‘caught red handed’ referring to Indian peoples. The ironic & shrewd twist about this is that the peoples who coined the terms were in fact the wily ones as implied, the real thieves of land and resources. That’s why they came after all. It wasn’t to help (aka civilize) I’m afraid as we’ve largely been told. The truly wily thing is that this crucial info was never taught us in schools. Such info as how Maori soldiers returned from serving in the two World Wars only to find some of their lands confiscated and given to returning white soldiers. Or, lands promised them not given. Or, that millions of acres of lands were confiscated aka stolen by the colonial government. Or that we once had segregated picture theaters. And segregated Plunket. So we grew up thinking it was all good. This is why people share this info so folk know … it’s not because they’re ‘dwelling on the past’ and ‘need to go forwards’. These histories are all well documented. This is how we end up with convos like those I see here because the folk do not have all the information. Really it’s about respect for others. Learn the real histories. By way of illustration on this point, imagine if we had never learned the history of Nazi Germany & the extermination of millions of Jews, Gypsies & homosexuals, and Grandma at Christmas time made nice cushions and embroidered them all with swastika signs she saw in a design book & gave them to her Jewish neighbors. Same thing regarding their predictable reaction. Grandma would be saying ‘what’s your problem’? Hiding the histories works like a charm. And anyway I certainly won’t be buying any gifts from that gift shop in question when I visit Waitarere. Same as I don’t anywhere else in the country. It’s the only way to make the point in a country that is now married to the business model. If the entire district sent the message they wouldn’t be buying from the said shop for the said reason then of course they’d be removed pronto. BTW my father was ‘half caste’ … he told us that folk in the 1920s would cross the street rather than talk to him & his siblings. And we were taught at school we’re ‘all one’? This friends is why we need to all learn the histories so that when any of the said stolen lands are compensated for (& note never for their true current value, just a tiny proportion) that this is Maori privilege. Re-Discovering the Big-Picture of Empire in Aotearoa
One hundred and forty-five years after the wars between native Māori and British imperial and colonial forces ended, most New Zealanders remain oblivious to the conflicts’ Masonic underpinnings. For those not disposed to empathize with Māori, this obliviousness works as a vector that transmits racism throughout the British-American tax haven jurisdiction of New Zealand. Furthermore, this racial prejudice persists structurally throughout the realm of New Zealand’s major and significant economic, political and cultural institutions.
This colour-based prejudice against the native people of New Zealand hides a largely ignored problem of class-stratification, or a hierarchy of privilege based on economic wealth accumulation, control of key institutions and the valourization of status addiction. It is no small irony that when the framing of discussions on racial prejudice does widen to include the phenomenon of a hierarchically class-structured society, such discourses frequently fail to nail the root cause of systemic material inequality or structural dispossession: Oligarchism.

Methinks it is overkill. The topic of HIV AIDS however has been well researched long ago by Robert B. Strecker M.D., who at the time of his lecture, was a practicing Internist and Gastroenterologist. In addition, he held a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and was a trained Pathologist. Dr Strecker passed away in 2018 in an automobile accident. His research still remains. In his search for more education and a fascination with science he attended Vanderbilt University Medical School and graduated in the top of his class.
He completed his residency at LAC+USC Medical Center acquiring his Medical Doctorate, and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, he was also a trained gastroenterologist and pathologist.
Dr. Strecker was a dedicated and selfless man who was passionate about his work, his patients, and the understanding and fighting of disease.
Dr. Strecker loved his family, had a genuine caring personality with a keen wit and a quick laugh. He enjoyed spending time on his plantation in Hawaii where he was planning to retire.
He is survived by Terri Minion Sim, daughter Caroline Strecker and grandson Noah Conway, sister-in- law Annetta Strecker, nephews Brad (Cindy) Strecker, Taylor (Kiki) Strecker, nieces Debra (Peter) Loft, and Sarah (Matt) Shields, Dee Dee Engert and many friends and medical associates.
He was predeceased by his parents John W. Strecker and Anna Margaret Strecker, brother’s John E. Strecker and Theodore A. Strecker.
Robert was taken from us way too soon and will be missed greatly by his family but also his patients both past, current and future.

First American AIDS-origin Whistleblower Defamed by Propagandists
Dr. Robert Strecker was America’s first well-credentialed AIDS-origin whistleblower opposing the plaque’s political imposition. His pioneering Strecker Memorandum records a scholarly presentation of research into early genetic engineering studies mutating viruses under U.S. Government and National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants.
Strecker unearthed unfathomable biotechnology experiments from which he concluded that HIV/AIDS sourced from bovine leukemia and sheep visna viruses recombined to create cancer triggers. His scholarly thesis, albeit suppressed and disparaged for missing the “chimpanzee-link,” was heavily attacked by media agents protecting government and industry culprits. Strecker shined the first light on the risks to public health from secret virus cancer experiments.
Robert Strecker was not alone, and it is unknown what, if any, influence he gained from his East German predecessor, Dr. Jakob Segal. Segal, and his supportive Soviet wife Lilly, were alienated and defamed similarly by Western presses when they drew attention to the man-made origin of AIDS theory. Their classic disparagement can be read here, as published by “Sage journals”–the founding member of the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA). That yellow press was discredited for relying on the Journal of International Medical Research and “a false and intentionally flawed paper created and submitted by a reporter for the journal Science. That scandal demonstrated how severely corrupted the world of medical science has become, tainted by pseudoscience and propaganda to infect the mass mind and maintain the medical status quo to aid-and-abet petrochemical-pharmaceutical genocide.
The Segals, according to Western propaganda (i.e., counter-intelligence), were supposedly suckered into collaborating with Russian intelligence to spread falsehoods about AIDS being an American invention. According to the Sage Press’s yellow press, professor Segal was presented with forged documents that were claimed to have leaked from Fort Detrick, MD–America’s premier biological weapons testing center. Sage bemoaned “rumors” about the US military using humans in bioweapons experiments. Nonetheless, this is precisely what was done.
This was not “conspiracy theory. The U.S. Congressional Record included Frank Church’s committee hearings detailing what Sage’s propaganda suppressed in their following two paragraph quote:
“[A] story about spreading flu virus in San Francisco in 1955, where 1 person was presumed to have died. Another rumor told about another experiment in Tampa Bay, where 12 civilians were supposed to have died. Furthermore, official reports from the United States stated that the Central Intellegence Agency (CIA) had actually tested LSD on uninformed people. An official report revealed that syphilis had been administered on African American farm workers in Tuskagee between 1932 and 1972 in order to try the effect of penicillin on syphilis. There was, in other words some rumors, of which some are even true, already in circulation. From this point of view, another story about the origin of HIV would fit very well into the historical background. This background contributed largely to Dr Segal’s conviction that the story about Fort Detrick was not only plausible but probable and even true.
“The Segal couple were convinced that the Fort Detrick scenario was genuine and worked hard to spread this message. They were allowed by the East German authorities to do so at a conference in Harare, Zimbabwe. They were, however, not allowed to publish their material in East Germany. The fact that they were not supported actively by the German Democratic Republic (GDR) authorities, however, made them feel suppressed. The conspiracy theory had also been spread in Indian and Russian newspapers, such as Trud and Literaturna Gaseta.”
In 1990-93, as the chief professional advisor and health professional educator in Henry Schein Co., I became the leading investigator of the murder theory in the mysterious case of the Florida dentist, Dr. David Acer, who transmitted his strain of HIV to six patients. I learned, during my investigation that Acer believed he was dying of a virus the government had created. I published this fact, along with substantial evidence of Acer’s revenge motive, in several scientific peer-reviewed publications, and in my ninth book, Deadly Innocence: The Kimberly Bergalis Case– Solving The Greatest Murder Mystery In The History of American Medicine. I learned that Acer had received from Strecker the Strecker Memorandum, and was livid that he was dying of a virus the U.S. Government had created. Using the FBI’s methods and materials–the “Motivational Model for Sexual Homicide” published by Burgess and Ressler at Quantico–I concluded that Acer maintained a classic “organized serial killer” personality profile, crime scene profile, and developmental history. These conclusions, and scientific publications as well, were heavily disparaged and suppressed. This resulted in my black-listing from the professional lecture circuit and firing by Schein.
Having realized Acer was likely suffering from AIDS-dementia, I could not believe Strecker’s work was legitimate. So, in effect, I was biased against Strecker, and even sought to disprove his Memorandum.
I also did not rely on Segal’s reports in my investigation, and had not read any of Cantwell’s books. My three-year independent inquiry culminated in my discovery of the “chimpanzee-link” missed by the other authors in the actual “Special Virus Cancer Program” (SVCP) contracts under which the genetically-engineered immune-suppressive viruses were bio-engineered by the U.S. Army’s sixth top biological weapons contractor–Litton Bionetics. That discovery, and published revelation, resulted in my blacklisting as a speaker from major professional conferences and lecture circuits in which I had been previously welcomed.
Accordingly, my corroboration of Strecker’s, Cantwell’s and Segal’s conclusions is backed by the shocking experiments detailed in the 425-page Special Virus Cancer Program 1972 publication. This government-secreted text explains how and why these kinds of “special viruses” were manufactured and distributed. And they especially incriminate the vaccine industry.
“It was all done under a hush-hush program,” I explained in an earlier publication. “The scientific publications prove the simultaneous hepatitis B experiments were conducted in New York City, Central Africa, and apparently Haiti too, during the early 1970s. And these facts best explain the occurrence of what Dr. Gerald Myers –the leading expert in HIV/AIDS phylogeny–called the ‘Big Bang Theory.’ This chief of the special AIDS project for the U.S. Government’s Los Alamos Laboratory corroborated my discoveries and thesis, that the sudden and simultaneous emergence of several strains of HIV around the world by the mid 1970s resulted from the secreted Special Virus Cancer Program lab experiments.

Dr. Strecker Will Be Honorably Remembered
For all of the above reasons, and the contributions he made to bring truth to light, Dr. Strecker will be sorely missed and honorably remembered.
The revolt of French citizens against speed cameras resulted in a record number of speed cameras being destroyed or otherwise disabled in 2019. Government officials warned that the lack of automated ticketing would have a demonstrably negative impact on road safety. The latest official accident tally, however, recorded 3239 road fatalities in 2019 — a 0.3 percent reduction compared to the prior year, and an all-time low. Injury accidents declined 1.1 percent.
The attacks continued last week. On Sunday, vigilantes in Crest fired two rounds into the speed camera on the RD538 in Crest. The device had just been installed four days earlier. On Saturday, the speed camera in Fitou was set on fire. Yellow spraypaint blinded the speed camera on the ring road in Toulouse, with multiple cameras covered throughout the area on Wednesday. On January 26, the turret speed camera on the RD944 in Molosmes was cut down just three days after it had been installed. A speed camera site was replaced by an impromptu art exhibit last week on the RD13 near Velle-le-Chatel. The six-foot-tall “Rat d’Art” was put in place on January 25.

Horowhenua District Council is seeking a 35 year resource consent to continue discharging all of Levin’s treated waste water and other contaminants onto ecologically and culturally important coastal sand dunes four kilometres west of Levin.
In its application to regional council Manawatu Whanganui Regional Council the local council admits it didn’t do any, “direct consultation on the consent (and resulting effects of the activity)” during consultations on the Council’s 2018-2038 Long Term Plan.
The long term plan states, “For the first time, Council has created a 20 year Long Term Plan. We did this because our population is growing faster than it has for nearly a quarter of a century and this growth is expected to continue for the next 20 years.”
To accommodate, “future population and business growth” the Council wants to add another 20 hectares to the 40.5 hectares of The Pot that has been receiving treated waste water and other contaminants for the last 27 years.
The Pot is 110 hectares in total. Treated waste water and other contaminants are contained in a 7 hectare unlined “pond” prior to being sprayed over land.
Although stating, “It is envisaged that other properties can follow a similar procedure to receive wastewater for irrigation” in a discussion on alternative sites the Council admits it is already “a challenge” to obtain resource consents for irrigation to “other properties” during the summer months.
The Council’s applications also states, “The quality of the treated wastewater is well suited to land discharges and the land discharges are not causing more than minor adverse effects, so there is no driver for” upgrades at this stage.
However the Council’s Horowhenua Growth Strategy 2040, “assumes that Levin will be a key focus area of growth in the future”, and over 570 hectares has been identified for housing.
On 17 August 2018 the Council announced in a press release that a Master Plan for 278 hectares was being created for a 2000 house sub-division east of Levin called Gladstone Green.
“Built over 20 years, it will eventually be home to 5000 people,” the Council press release said.
But the 2000 housing sub-division has become a 2500 housing sub-division in less than five months after mayor Bernie Wanden said the Government’s recently announced construction of the Otaki to North Levin expressway provided certainty for, “a proposal for 2500 homes in south east Levin.”
“We can expect more families to move here in search of a fantastic lifestyle,” he said.
Also, changes to the District Plan in September 2018 mean residential properties in Levin between 500 and 900 square metres can now be sub-divided to a minimum size of 250 square metres.
The New Zealand Coastal Policy Statement 2010 policy on discharge of contaminants states: “Do not allow [the] discharge of treated human sewage to water in the coastal environment unless there has been adequate consideration of alternative methods, sites and routes for undertaking the discharge.”
The Council states its application, “relies on two discharge consents to operate which were granted by HRC [the regional council] in 1998.”

Two investigations are underway into the death of a “highly respected data expert” Julian Carver a former Christchurch’s earthquake recovery authority (CERA) manager and a successful activist for government transparency. The investigation into Carver comes days within new of the death of a second person within CERA management team Michelle Mitchell.
