The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration maintain a database of information about adverse effects from the administration of vaccines licensed in the U.S. The database is called the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS),1 a federally operated program created under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
One study published in the journal Neurology evaluated data from VAERS to look at the rate of occurrence of meningitis after vaccines were administered to individuals from infancy to 74.7 years. Reports were pulled from 1990 to 2010 looking at the onset of meningitis within six weeks after an individual was vaccinated.
They found 722 cases. Of these, 415 (57.5%) occurred in the first six weeks and 327 (45.2%) occurred within the first two weeks. In the group, 76% of the individuals were hospitalized and 6.9% were disabled after the infection cleared. Meningitis was reported after several types of vaccinations.

RE: Open Letter Concerning the Police Enforcement of ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. We are writing to you to raise concerns we have about the use of the police to enforce the ongoing restrictions placed upon our citizens relating to COVID-19, which has seriously eroded community trust in our great police force. Since the Attorney General Declared a State of Emergency for the novel coronavirus, our governments have acted upon certain powers to impose restrictions on its citizens, using the police to enforce their rules.Due to the novel nature of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, most people concurred that certain restrictions should be followed, until more was learnt about the virus. With the initial modelling from the Imperial College in the UK [1]and the Peter Doherty Institute here in Australia, indicating a catastrophic number of cases that would severely burden our hospital system and could result in up to150,000 Australian deaths[2], it is easy to comprehend why our governments would respond as they did and why the vast population would comply. With these frightening projections it became evident that we needed to find a way to quickly diagnose the disease. Yet the Centre for Disease Control in the US states that “no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available”.[3] So even without the virus being isolated, the RT PCR test was picked to become the gold standard for testing. We note that the modelling was later found to have serious calculation errors,such that experts who later reviewed it have said”no serious scientist gives (it) any validity”. [4, 5] And now the RT PCR test has been proven to be unreliable at best, with the inventor stating it should “never be used to diagnose infectious disease”,because it cannot tell if what it detected is alive or dead. [6, 7, 8] This test is still being relied upon to make critical decisions in the interest of public health and safety.In the same way we cannot use an inaccurate speed detection device to proctor a civilian’s speed, the same must be demanded of a faulty RT PCR test and as such, police should not in any way mandate testing for covid-19, or rely on any outcome of the results. Now that we have almost 12 months of statistical data that can be relied upon, in place of flawed computer modelling, these statistics show a reality that is far from the modelling projections, which were relied upon by National Cabinet in their response.

For example, we now know that around 45% of people who contract the virus are asymptomatic[9] and asymptomatic transmission is between 0-2.2% [10]. We also know that 80% of people who contract the virus will only have mild symptoms [11] and it is overwhelmingly the elderly and immunocompromised who are at risk of severe symptoms that could result in death. [12] At the time of writing, the world-wide survival rate for covid-19 is 97.3%. [13] The ordinary flu is 99.9%. [14] Furthermore, statistics clearly show that while the confirmed cases may be on the rise, the percentage of deaths is plummeting. Here are some statistics which reflect this reality: –

Sweden and Taiwan did not enforce lockdown on its citizens like much of the world did. Although Sweden failed to take better precautions to protect the elderly in the early stages, their death rate is comparable, and Taiwan’s is outstanding: -The statistics show there is a high infection rate across the globe, but very low deaths; regardless of whether there was forced lockdowns or not. What we can derive from analysis of this is that these two distinctly different ways have resulted in much the same outcome.

We note from the recent Federal budget, huge debt and unemployment, is that our lockdowns have created a series of problems that now seem to outweigh the threat this virus poses.In our line of work, we know that the socioeconomical problems created here will transpire into a greater threat down the track, as people struggle to deal with the collateral damage this is causing. We have been told that the advice from the World Health Organization is a key aspect to the National Cabinet response, yet Dr David Nabarro of the WHO recently stated “We in the World Health Organization do not advocate lockdowns as the primary means of control of this virus,” [15] So in spite of the facts, as they stand now, it would appear that the National Cabinet has been lagging in its capacity to adapt to the reality ofthe situation and this is causing them to fail in their duty to respond in proportion to the risk. The risk being overwhelmingly with the elderly and immunocompromised. [16, 17, 18] What is even more concerning is the prohibition on prescribing hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19[19],when over 121 peer reviewed scientific studies have shown it to be effective in treating and preventing the disease [20, 21, 22]. Instead,the federal government has done a vaccine deal with AstraZeneca[23]and Australians told we cannot expect to go back to normal until a vaccine arrives. AstraZeneca has been found guilty of offences relating to off-label or unapproved promotion of medical products, making false claims,kickbacks and bribery, consumer protection violation, healthcare offences, government-contracting violations and more. Since 2000 they have been fined over US$1.1billion dollars for these offences and violations. [24] Still, they have been granted protection from future product liability claims relating to its COVID-19 vaccine[25]. Alarmingly, Prime Minister Scott Morrison stated they will make the vaccine “as mandatory as you can possibly make it” [26], in spite of the criminal record of its producer, their exemption from liability claims, the fact we already have at least two approved and extremely safe medications in Ivermectin [27] and hydroxychloroquine; shown to be effective treatments and the reality that the virus does not pose a serious threat to the healthy. It seems these decisions appear to be corporate interests, not in the best interests of public health and wellbeing as is claimed. All this indicates that the ongoing restrictions on the healthy population is a disproportionate response, yet the police are still expected to continue to enforce these measures and at risk of being forced to vaccinate against a disease that is showing not to be virulent, with a vaccine that has had no long-term safety studies and then forcing it upon the population. The evidence would suggest resources are better directed to protect the vulnerable. We are concerned with the legitimacy of the actions we are being told to take against the citizens of Australia. States and territories cannot rise above the commonwealth constitution as well as international treaties we are signatories to, yet this is occurring. Under the state of emergency, the emergency requirements are qualified and restricted by the significant fact that emergency requirements and directions cannot request an individual to be isolated, detained, tested, vaccinated, medically treated or bodily searched in the absence of a biosecurity control order issued to the individual.

These measures are referred to as biosecurity measures and are captured under Subdivision B of Division 3 of Part 3 of Chapter 2 of the Biosecurity Act 2015. [28] (Emergency and public health powers, at the States and Territories, do not provide a carte blanche to breach an individual’s human rights by isolating them, or detaining them or testing them without the proper required notifications and risk assessments first). There is an inter-governmental agreement [29] which places the Commonwealth in the lead as well as the Australian Health Sector Emergency Response Plan [30]. This ensures that the States and Territories act to compliment the Federal Legislative Framework. Article 7 of the international convention of civil and political rights states “no-one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment, in particular, no-one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.”[31]Article 27 of the Vienna convention on the law of treatise “A party may not invoke the provision of its internal law as justification of its failure to perform a treaty.” [32] Article 7 of the Australian human rights commission Act 1986 states “no-one should be subjected to torture or to cruel inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, in particular, no-one shall be subject without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation. [33] Section 109 of the commonwealth of Australia constitution states “when a law of a state is inconsistent with a law of the commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall to the extent of the inconsistency be valid.” [34] With federal and international legislation breaches, it will be taken that we are complicit and consensual in their undertaking on the people of Australia, potentially rendering us criminally liable under the Crimes Act 1914 [35], as well as the Criminal Code Act 1995 [36]. Despite the government continually parroting that they are following the advice of ‘the experts’, all these requests have been ignored and the police used as the enforcers of these senseless rules. Americans have been following COVID-19 vaccine trial developments for weeks, watching companies jockey for frontrunner status like contestants in a reality TV show. And though participants in some of the studies (by Moderna, Oxford, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer) have surfaced with reactions serious enough to pause several of the trials, market analysts remain “bullish” about the near-term prospects for approval of these liability-free products by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

WESTERN AUSTRALIA, September 24, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — The state of Western Australia has legislated to allow police officers or other “authorised officers” to restrain individuals and, if deemed necessary, forcibly remove their underwear in order to administer a vaccine.
LifeSiteNews recently became aware of the legislation and is in communication with a number of residents of Western Australia who, until recently, were unaware of the extraordinary powers granted to the government in state law.
The so-called “reasonable force” includes the powers to:
(a) to apprehend and detain the person to whom the direction applies (the relevant person) and take the relevant person to a place where the person is required to undergo medical observation, medical examination or medical treatment or to be vaccinated in accordance with the direction; and
(b) to detain the relevant person at the place where he or she is required to undergo medical observation, medical examination or medical treatment or to be vaccinated in accordance with the direction; and
(c) to restrain the relevant person —
(i) to enable a medical observation, medical examination or medical treatment to be carried out; or
(ii) to enable the relevant person to be vaccinated;
(d) to remove anything (including underwear) that the relevant person is wearing, if —
(i) the removal of the thing is reasonably necessary to enable a medical examination or medical treatment to be carried out or, as the case requires, to enable the person to be vaccinated; and
(ii) the relevant person is given a reasonable opportunity to remove the thing himself or herself, and refuses or fails to do so.
An Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) “fact check” article on the issue was published in June this year when some social media–users first became aware of the legislation and raised alarm online.
The ABC article states that “[t]hese powers are only enforceable under a public health state of emergency, as was declared in Western Australia on 23 March 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Dr. Rocco Loiacono, senior lecturer at the Curtin Law School in Western Australia, told LifeSiteNews that “there is no basis for any public health emergency since there has not been any community transmission of the virus in WA since early April!”
“The government should have declared the emergency over months ago,” Loiacono said, “but of course they will not now relinquish these newfound powers.”
Last month, Australian prime minister Scott Morrison announced that his government had made an agreement with the British pharmaceutical company Astrazeneca to supply Australians with their coronavirus vaccine for free, providing that the vaccine passes clinical trials. A few weeks after Morrison’s statement, worldwide trials for Astrazeneca’s coronavirus vaccine, which uses cell lines from an aborted baby, were temporarily stopped after a U.K. trial participant was taken ill.
Shortly after announcing the agreement with Astrazeneca, Morrison first said a coronavirus vaccine will be made “as mandatory as you can possibly make it” before quickly walking back the comments somewhat and saying the vaccine “is not going to be compulsory” and that “we can’t hold someone down and make them take it.”

I told you months ago to be ready for the time when the vaccines begin to roll out, because there will be many, many companies and organizations pushing one and the pressure for you to begin receiving the shots will be intense. Just think how much pressure has been applied to get you to wear a mask everywhere you go, multiply that by a factor of 100, and you will be just about there. Now we have a time frame, the beginning of November. Isn’t it funny how the real driver of science always seems to be politics? But I digress.
We were told in the beginning that everyone on earth will need to receive a vaccination in order to ‘beat COVID’, then after they let us chew on that for awhile, they told us that a single shot was suddenly not enough. (Imagine that, no vaccine yet available and already they determined that one won’t do the trick.) They say we now need to receive multiple shots, and the CDC has ordered the nation’s governor’s to begin creating Vaccine Distribution Sites. Will the biometric digital identification be done in the same location, I wonder? So many questions, so little time, and it gets worse.
I figured this glaringly obvious fact needs to be highlighted. You can easily be arrested these days for doing healthy things like walking on the beach as was the young woman pictured below in Victoria, or shopping at your local fruit and veg market.
But then what would you expect from a world that has discarded the true sources of health our parents and grandparents ascribed to … for what? For Big Pharma & profits for corporations. And when was that & why? Read here. In keeping with that I’ve read that MDs receive very scant coverage in medical school about the fuel we put in our bodies. Food and nutrition. And yet nobody would argue if you put water into the gas tank of your car, it’s not going to be going anywhere.
And so, in NZ if you’re quarantined, you get scant sunlight, you’ll eat the SAD slop (Standard American & every-other-country Diet) devoid of all nutrition, you’ll be irradiated by wifi and denied meaningful human interaction. Over a dozen cases: Polio outbreak in Africa linked to polio vaccine funded by Bill Gates
On September 1, 2020, the WHO announced on their website that just one month prior, the Federal Ministry of Health in Sudan notified the troubled organization of an emerging “vaccine-derived” polio outbreak, caused by what’s known as poliovirus type 2, or cVDPV2. Sudanese officials so far have identified two young children suffering the effects of the vaccine.
“The first case,” reports the WHO, was a four-year-old child who experienced “onset of [acute flaccid paralysis] on 7 March 2020 … in South Darfur,” located in Western Sudan. The next child to become paralyzed by a vaccine was a three-year-old from “Shari city of AI Gedarif locality in Gedarif state in the east, close to the border with Eritrea and Ethiopia.”
“Both children,” the WHO admits, “received their last bOPV ( type 1 & 3) dose in 2019.”
In just the month of August alone, a total of 13 cases of cVDPV2 have been reported all over Africa, including the areas of the Red Sea, West Darfur, East Darfur, White Nile, River Nile, and Gezira. These cases are genetically linked to another vaccine-derived outbreak detected back in October 2019 and currently circulating in Chad and Cameroon.

What Is the Nuremberg Code?
When World War II ended in 1945, the victorious Allied powers enacted the International Military Tribunal on November 19th, 1945. As part of the Tribunal, a series of trials were held against major war criminals and Nazi sympathizers holding leadership positions in political, military, and economic areas. The first trial conducted under the Nuremberg Military Tribunals in 1947 became known as The Doctors’ Trial, in which 23 physicians from the German Nazi Party were tried for crimes against humanity for the atrocious experiments they carried out on unwilling prisoners of war. Many of the grotesque medical experiments took place at the Auschwitz concentration camp, where Jewish prisoners were tattooed with dehumanizing numbers onto their arms; numbers that would later be used to identify their bodies after death.The Doctors’ Trial is officially titled “The United States of America v. Karl Brandt, et al.,” and it was conducted at the Palace of Justice in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. The trial was conducted here because this was one of the few largely undamaged buildings that remained intact from extensive Allied bombing during the war. It is also said to have been symbolically chosen because it was the ceremonial birthplace of the Nazi Party. Of the 23 defendants, 16 were found guilty, of which seven received death sentences and nine received prison sentences ranging from 10 years to life imprisonment. The other 7 defendants were acquitted.The verdict also resulted in the creation of the Nuremberg Code, a set of ten ethical principles for human experimentation.
What Are The Nuremberg Code’s Ethical Guidelines For Research?
The Nuremberg Code aimed to protect human subjects from enduring the kind of cruelty and exploitation the prisoners endured at concentration camps. The 10 elements of the code are:
Voluntary consent is essential
The results of any experiment must be for the greater good of society
Human experiments should be based on previous animal experimentation
Experiments should be conducted by avoiding physical/mental suffering and injury
No experiments should be conducted if it is believed to cause death/disability
The risks should never exceed the benefits
Adequate facilities should be used to protect subjects
Experiments should be conducted only by qualified scientists
Subjects should be able to end their participation at any time
The scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment when injury, disability, or death is likely to occur
