Of course they had to reference our case & it’s unclear whether Stuff are on top of the story as they said we appeared in court in December but our last court appearance was on Monday, February 20.
We are surprised to see Stuff reporting assault charges were also laid at the airport against the pair. We are yet to confirm exactly by whom and against whom.

Right now, all eyes are on Wellington, and the world watched our politicians cower behind a wall of shamefully compromised police officers.
Their yellow bellies were on full display, and millions are witnessing their despicable actions. Regardless of what happens next, exposure of their deplorable behaviour will go down in history as a massive turning point in the battle for freedom.

Remember, it’s level headed, focused, and considered action with integrity that will triumph in the end, not emotion-fuelled antics. We’ll leave that to the police.

Kiwis in their tens of thousands have stood up and spoken out – they drove in cars, trucks, motorhomes, motorbikes and even push-bikes in the convoy. They stood on roadsides and over-bridges and shared on social media.
People have rallied around to supply food, water, necessities, and support to those dedicated to the cause. THIS is the New Zealand we all know and love.
Hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders have seen us. They have seen the heart of this peaceful movement. They are beginning to understand we are many, and we are standing for them.
The disgraceful behaviour of our politicians and police has been in full sight. The people have seen the refusal of the MPs to come outside Parliament and listen to legitimate democratic protest. They have witnessed the completely unnecessary police brutality in the face of a peaceful stand.
Even the mainstream media has been unable to ignore us any longer, with all newspapers and television channels covering the story (albeit facts often losing to their fiction).
National and Act have shown we have no true opposition in this Government. All are captured. However, they have at least had to move to demand a timeframe to the end of the mandates.
Finally, we have seen ex MPs speaking up – Rodney Hide, Matt King and Winston Peters have been forthright in their condemnation of the Government’s treatment of New Zealanders making a peaceful stand.
Our voice and message are being heard. Now is not the time to give up – it is time to think and act strategically.

A law lecturer has come out against the arrest of anti-lockdown protesters in Auckland yesterday, calling it the death of democracy
An AUT law lecturer has come under fire for posting a video in which she calls the arrests of Billy Te Kahika Jr and Vinny Eastwood a sign of the “death of democracy”.
Amy Benjamin, a lecturer of international law, went public with her take on the outcome of Thursday’s protest last night on YouTube.
She called the decision to go into a snap lockdown an “insane policy that probably amounts to a crime against humanity”.
In the video, she voiced outrage that Te Kahika Jr was arrested for peacefully protesting – which runs counter to police’s statement the arrest was made for the breach of the health order.

As we reported on Monday, France President Emmanuel Macon announced new COVID measures that included mandatory COVID vaccines for health workers, a “health pass” to access the cinema, trains, restaurants as well as in hospitals, retirement homes, medical and social establishments, but also in planes, trains and buses for long trips, curfews, and even “pension reform” where people will “have to work longer and retire later.”

• Pentagon’s Excess Property Program (1033 Program) has supplied police departments across the country with more than $4.3 billion in gear since 1997. This includes $449 million in 2013.
• St. Louis County, where Ferguson is located, received two military vehicles, a trailer, a generator, 12 5.56-millimeter rifles and six .45 caliber pistols from the Pentagon.
• Military style police raids have increased in recent years, with one count putting the number at 80,000 such raids last year.
• In SWAT style raids, people of color are most affected – 37% were Black, 12% Latino, and 19% White. Race was not known for the remainder.
Police militarization grew out of our failed drug war. Does a town of 2,200 need a massive military tank? Why does the police department in Dundee Michigan need a MRAP (Mine-Resistant, Ambush-Protected vehicle)? They don’t. Military grade gear does not improve the safety and security in small towns. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel must end the flow of military grade gear from the Pentagon to our local communities. It’s time for the militarizing of police to end.
Last month, protests in Ferguson, MO turned violent after police showed up in full SWAT gear after fellow officer Darren Wilson shot and killed Michael Brown. But Ferguson isn’t the only community receiving military grade weaponry from the Pentagon.
We need to roll back programs 1033, 1122, and the National Defense Authorization Act. Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri will chair a subcommittee hearing tomorrow on Capitol Hill looking into police militarization.

Authorities in Denmark have shut down much of the country’s access to video platform Bitchute in the name of preventing the spread of “dangerous information” about COVID.
Denmark’s National Police Cyber Crime Center (NC3) petitioned for a court order to block the site and ISPs followed suit by blocking access to users.
“The National Police Cyber Crime Center (NC3) has blocked the homepage that your browser has tried to access contact as there is reason to assume that from the website commits a violation of criminal law, which has a background in or connection with the covid-19 epidemic in Denmark,” states a message users see when trying to access Bitchute.
It then advises the owner of the website that they will have to contact the authorities in order to try to get the website back online.
“The block appears to be site-wide meaning that Danish citizens aren’t just being prevented from viewing alleged COVID-19 misinformation on BitChute – they’re being blocked from viewing any BitChute videos, regardless of the topic,” writes Tom Parker.

An article from the Herald we posted a link to this morning, originally included a sentence stating that Auckland woman, Pauline Hanna who passed away at Easter, had had her second covid shot the day prior. I quoted from it:
“‘A source told the Herald [Pauline] Hanna was still sending work emails at 10pm on Sunday and that she had had her second Covid-19 vaccine earlier that day.‘
Sincere condolences to this family.“
That sentence has since been edited out of the online version, however it remains in the hard copy (see below). Why did they remove this detail about the shot?
The NZ Herald have now updated their retraction of the sentence with:
Note: Those who opt not to vaccinate or who question the official narrative are frequently referred to as ‘anti-vaxxers’. These people are not ‘anti’ anything, they are simply pro-informed choice.
With all due respect to this family … given a full Police investigation is in progress, it is intriguing that a conclusion has already been reached that this is not related to an experimental injection administered the day before, when the FDA clearly lists death as a possible adverse effect.

I believe that this is the US. Much bluff is going on as I hear from people in other places. I get interesting feed back even from NZ on the bluffing that happened during our major lockdown in 2020, where ‘Nazis’ (officials from various health/local/authorities etc) show up at said venue ordering them to shut down. (In the instances I’ve heard… shops basically). When bluff was called they did not return. That looks like outright bullying and intimidating folks into believing they had to. This is illustrated clearly in this video. The bullies stand around a bit trying to get a word in, but clearly have no legal mandate (or they would stay & arrest or enforce their ‘laws’), instead they all retreat & clear off. Remember the suicides we had in NZ? A butcher in Auckland took his life, his business ruined. Very sad. Does Jacinda Adern care about those? I don’t believe so. EWR

The Pentagon has authorized up to 25,000 National Guard members to help secure Washington, DC, for President-elect Joe Biden’s Inauguration Day. That’s in addition to the thousands of US Secret Service, Capitol Police, and DC police that will be out in force for the event.
That’s a massive security presence. For comparison, that’s about half the entire number of US troops currently stationed in Japan. President Barack Obama’s “surge” of additional US troops to Afghanistan in late 2009 consisted of 30,000 troops.
And so far, nobody — from the US Secret Service to the FBI to the National Guard itself — has provided a clear reason for why such a huge force is necessary to secure the nation’s capital.

Earlier this month, RNZ reported on New Zealand Police’s Review of Emergent Technologies. It included a stocktake of technologies “tested, trialled or rolled out” by NZ Police, from locating where 111 calls are coming from to facial recognition technology for finding people in CCTV footage. In total, 20 technologies were identified with a further nine “under consideration”. The review was urgently commissioned after the police commissioner was caught unaware that the High Tech Crime Unit had trialled the controversial Clearview AI product – understandably, he wanted to know if there were any other unknown surprises on the horizon.
