PCR LTD COURT CASE POSTPONED AGAIN TODAY…. COMPANY NOT TO BE CHARGED WITH MANUFACTURE OF PURE 1080

Are we expected to believe that chemicals were being processed in the Bromley warehouse (this was stated in the original news story) but that despite the chemicals in the warehouse being those used for manufacturing pure 1080, the company was NOT manufacturing pure 1080?

Unfortunately Stuff has not made clear, or understood, the difference between importing 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) and storing the chemicals needed to make it! ( See quote).

If you are not manufacturing sodium fluoroacetate, but only importing it, why do you need the chemicals used to make it?! An important question to have asked, surely? As the article points out, manufacturing sodium fluoroacetate is not permitted in NZ. This building contained ethyl fluoroacetate, sodium hydroxide, and ethanol… the products needed to MANUFACTURE pure 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate). It also contained sodium fluoroacetate.

Quote from article: “The factory did not manufacture 1080, but stored the chemicals that could be used to make it.
Manufacturing 1080 is not permitted in New Zealand but some companies, including PCR Ltd, have permission to make cereal bait from imported 1080.”

How do Stuff know the factory was not manufacturing 1080? It appears that PCR Ltd have not been CHARGED with manufacture, which is not the same thing. Assumptions being made here.

The accident happened nearly two years ago and yet Unit 1, 56 Wickham St, Bromley, Christchurch has still not been decontaminated and still apparently contains these highly hazardous chemicals, as a Hazchem sign was eventually placed on the building last year and is still there. The three other units under the same roof are all leased by other businesses and an aquatic centre, where children learn to swim, is just metres away and shares the same drive-in entrance. The building is so hazardous that firemen have been forbidden to enter in case of fire! Today the Bromley court case was due to be heard at 10.00 am. After nearly two hours of other cases being heard it was again adjourned. Will it ever come to court? After WorkSafe NZ spent a year investigating this incident, charges were laid in June, 2020.
The case was due to be heard in the Christchurch District Court in mid-July, 2020. It was postponed on the day.
It was due to be heard on the 19th August, 2020. It was again postponed on the day.
It was due to be heard on the 15th September, 2020. It was again postponed on the day.
It was due to be heard on 2 December, 2020. It was postponed again on the day.
It was due to be heard on 9 February, 2021. It was postponed again today.

PS After I contacted reporter Joanne Naish this afternoon she brought the question of manufacture to her editor’s attention. The editor has therefore made a tweak. This part now reads:”The company previously said it was not manufacturing 1080 at the Bromley warehouse, but was storing the chemicals that could be used to make it.”

It normally takes 10 years to develop a vaccine yet Ardern’s ‘experts’ seem confident that the untested COVID one will prove ‘safe & effective’ for NZers

Why is this? Adern has ordered enough vaccines already for 750K Kiwis. So while professing moves to ensure its safety before proceeding, nevertheless she has purchased them anyway.

A reminder, it normally takes 10 years to develop a vaccine.

tvnz… Speaking to media from Northland, Jacinda Arden said the Government was “not in a race to be first, but to ensure safe and timely access to vaccines for all New Zealanders”.

Provisional approval means the vaccine needs to meet certain conditions, and more data needs to be gathered from clinical trials. 

“It means we can now begin preparations for the first stage in our vaccination roll-out,” Ardern said.

Pfizer is the first coronavirus vaccine approved for use in New Zealand, and will see border workers and essential staff the first to receive a shot.

Those most at risk of getting Covid-19 will also receive the vaccine first, with the broader population able to be vaccinated from the second half of the year.

“Subject to expected delivery of the first batch of the vaccine, we will start vaccinating first our border workers and the people they live with,” Ardern said.

The vaccine could start arriving in the country from next month. New Zealand has ordered 1.5 million doses, enough for 750,000 people. 

The country’s medical regulator, Medsafe, met yesterday for final discussions on the jab before sign-off was sought from a ministerial group. 

Following today’s approval, Ministry of Health officials will give advice to the Government to set out who are most suited to receive the vaccine, such as age ranges.

“We expect the first Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines will arrive in New Zealand by the end of the first quarter, but we are making sure everything is in place in case there is an earlier arrival,” Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins said.

“Once vaccination of our border workers starts, we expect it to be completed within two to three weeks.”

Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield said there was a “vigorous assessment process” in coming to the decision.

“This provisional approval is very much the start of a new chapter in our Covid-19 response and I want to reassure New Zealanders we will also be applying the same rigour to all subsequent vaccine applications.

“Vaccination is a key next step in our ongoing response to this virus. It’s also a good point to recognise the incredible amount of work New Zealanders have put in to support our successful response to date.

“There is more work to do, we are not out of the woods yet — but the provisional approval of the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine is a significant milestone.”

If the new COVID vaccine is so safe, why has the NZ Govt granted suppliers Pfizer, BioNTech indemnity against claims?

Pfizer recently agreed to a criminal plea to pay $2.3 billion to settle allegations it improperly marketed 13 medicines.

“Pharmaceutical companies often seek indemnities when developing a pandemic vaccine, because of the need to speed up the clinical trial process” says RNZ in their article (link below). This decision for indemnity was actually made in October 2020. Any members of the public required by their employers to take this vaccine, should seek further information about possible side effects. We in NZ have the ‘advantage’ if you could call it that, of seeing any side effects on other nations that have started vaccinating their populations. You can seek to access that information from the respective countries, but particularly, the United States has the VAERS website that lists adverse reactions (bearing in mind only 1% are actually reported). We have to date seen 7844 thousand adverse reactions and 181 deaths. Those stats are in the US. Gibraltar has just seen 53 die following the experimental vaccine. I have also noted media stating when someone has died days or weeks after the vaccine, that the cause of death was not necessarily the vaccine.

Fully informed consent is the very least a member of the public should expect. To not give this is in violation of the Nuremberg Code (further articles here). This vaccine is untested so you the public are the lab rats. In addition total immunity from liability for the manufacturer sends, for me, a very clear message. In plain English it means if you get very sick or even die (as many have) you’re on your own. It also means that your government is on, not your side, but on that of the Pfizer corporation.

You should also know that Pfizer agreed to criminal plea to pay $2.3 billion to settle allegations it improperly marketed 13 medicines.

WAS HONEY GIANT “COMVITA” TELLING THE TRUTH ?

As of today, Japan is warning it will stop importing New Zealand honey if it continues to find the weed killer glyphosate during border testing. What will happen if they ever realize they should test for 1080 poison as well?! On September 21, 2018, Benita Martin sent a question to Comvita – “Please advise what tests for 1080 are undertaken on your honey? I’m worried about the bees that were found on the 1080 poisoned cows and your hives are closest to the location.”

A Comvita representative responded :

“Comvita uses Analytica Laboratories to undertake Sodium monofluoroacetate (1080) testing. Analytica are an IANZ accredited laboratory who perform a wide variety of bee product testing on behalf of the Apiculture industry. Comvita undertook 1080 testing on a range of honey samples which were taken from honey harvested between September 2017 – March 2018 including honey from 1080 drop zones. No traces of 1080 were detected in any samples which is inline with all scientific literature which suggests the risk of contamination to bees and their products appeared to be negligible. ‘Low risk’ is a category we assign to this residue in our testing schedule, and best reflects where no verified evidence of cross contamination is known to occur. This is consistent with research we have seen elsewhere which indicated 1080 is not attractive to bees and poses no threat.”

However the Executive Director of Analytica Laboratories said on 20 June, 2018, in an email to beekeeper Roy Arbon :

“… we are not able to test your honey for 1080 unfortunately, because we don’t have a testing method for doing so…”

Mainstream NZ is now reassuring us there is no imminent lockdown (in spite of hints otherwise for at least a week now)

Here we have mainstream dispelling the social media rumours that the NZ Govt is planning a lockdown on 15 January. For those of us with a finger on the pulse it’s not really rocket science going with the narrative to note that there will inevitably be another. We simply have a matter of dates here. Either way, being prepared is not rocket science either. We also have, not rumours but ‘stated fact’ from mainstream that food is going to be scarce, and intimations that although not mandatory you won’t be able to travel, work, socialize etc without the CV vaccine (that medical intervention by the way that has killed people or made them very ill – see also Covid Vaccine Deaths & Covid Vaccine reaction in ‘categories’, top left of page). Proving the point over a rumour for the 15th of January is irrelevant in my humble opinion. Let’s look at the larger picture. The ‘fact checkers’ as they call themselves are all over it. These same censorship moguls who are running our lives right now recently deemed an article from a Harvard Immunologist as fake news. So the person with the health degree doesn’t know what she is talking about, while Bill Gates’ whose ‘expertise’ extends somehow way beyond IT and right into health matters and mandatory vaccines without a relevant degree, does. The hypocrisy is breathtaking, and if you hadn’t noticed this by now as I see many still haven’t, I’m very concerned about your gullibility. EWR

Since we know the end game of the globalists (eventual total lockdown with a new world order / one world government) an end game that they’ve been drip feeding us for years … so you’re used to the idea… this handy virus scenario is pointing us quite conveniently in that direction if you had not already noticed. We have now a new mention of the aforementioned Level 4. We’ve also had other rumours of a lockdown anyway via the online network of truthers … take that or leave it but I for one am preparing for it anyway. In my opinion it has always been ‘when’ not ‘if’. Please do watch the video in the post titled“‘Come into my parlour said a spider to the fly” …. summarizes events quite well. Happy New Year and it’s with a sad heart that we provide a ‘heads up’ for some of the forthcoming next round of proposed poisoning operations in Aotearoa New Zealand – planned by Dept of Conservation and/or Ospri. Other poison operations may not be made public. Three examples are shown in images below, taken from the current online Pesticide Summary. The South Island’s West Coast is already heavily poisoned, with deadly diphacinone, brodifacoum, 1080, cyanide and other toxins. The cocktail effect of these multiple chemicals in sublethal amounts is a total unknown in terms of the impact on our public health. But, despite this, a further mixture of a cyanide and 1080 (bait stations and hand laying) is planned near Hokitika. Meanwhile, on the East Coast near Kaikoura, more cyanide will be laid in bait bags near areas already previously poisoned with 1080. What are the effects of a mix of cyanide and 1080? The streams feed the drinking water supplies for residents and stock. The streams all eventually meet the sea, of course. Are the Kiwi tourists paying to be whale-watchers, aware of the invisible toxins those wildlife face? And thirdly (but by no means, finally) aerial 1080 poison is proposed to be spread by helicopter over 7412 hectares adjacent to sacred Aoraki Mt Cook.

Will 2021 bring any relief from these poisons to our land and water?

For years now, people who should know better have been spreading misinformation about Ihumātao. Now that a deal has been made, it’s time to set the record straight on some of these repeated falsehoods.

Didn’t ‘the iwi’ sell the land in the first place?

Nope, the block of land named the Ōruarangi block was stolen by the government in 1865. The 81 acre block was then granted to the Wallace family in 1867, who sold the land to Fletcher Residential in 2016.

The block was part of more than 1.2 million acres of confiscated land, stretching from Auckland through King Country under the New Zealand Settlements Act, that allowed the confiscation of land belonging to any tribe who were judged to have rebelled against the Queen’s authority. This breached the Treaty of Waitangi. At Ihumātao, 1,100 acres were confiscated. 260 acres were eventually restored to Māori deemed not to have engaged in acts of ‘rebellion’ against the Crown. Ihumātao is stolen land.

I’m sure Jacinda Adern has said it won’t be mandatory. Sweet mama Jacinda wouldn’t force us to take a vax that’s never been tested properly would she? Surely she won’t violate the Nuremberg code? I expect getting everybody into that dubiously safe fold will be via the travel, work & recreation restrictions we’ve already been hearing about? Mind you we’ve been assured it’s not a problem if the elderly begin to die after their shots. Maybe all of this is why the vax program is in military hands? … EWR

New Zealand aims to begin vaccinating its entire population against Covid-19 in the second half of next year in its largest-ever immunization program, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said. The nation’s currency rose.

The government has secured two additional vaccines from pharmaceutical companies AstraZeneca Plc and Novavax Inc, and will have enough for all five million New Zealanders, Ardern said Thursday in Wellington. If proven to be safe and effective, immunization will begin with border workers and essential staff in the second quarter of 2021 followed by the general population in the second half, she said. The vaccines will be free to the public.

“This will be New Zealand’s largest immunization roll out ever,” Ardern said in a statement.

NZ’s Ruined Rivers are a National Disgrace (CORANZ)

The recently published article showing 65 percent of our rivers are “unswimmable” in a country of just 5 million people, should remind government that that the continuing state of New Zealand’s rivers is a national calamity.
It is a disgraceful, shameful reflection on the failure of successive governments to remedy a water crisis that has been worsening over decades. The report stated that the criteria used “looks only at bacteria levels.” Even there, we have one of the highest rates of zoonoses in the developed world. A zoonosis is an infectious disease that has passed from an animal to humans. Such pathogens may be bacterial, viral or parasitic, and can spread to humans through direct contact or through food, water or the environment. They represent a major public health problem around the world due to humans’ close relationship with animals in agriculture, exacerbated by large, concentrated populations. New Zealand’s water crisis goes far deeper. We also have one of the highest rates of sediment runoff, which smothers all life in a waterway. Sediment runoff is accelerated by land uses such as intensive agriculture and forestry clear felling, the latter immediately exposing the bare soil to subsequent rain.

A clear case in my opinion of disgruntled dentists being denied their bloated profits. Their prices are so high people just can’t afford them. It’s why they head off to other countries to get their dental work done, the fares & treatment still costing less than local charges. Covid’s put paid to that of course. In this case the woman’s only technical ‘crime’ if you like was to take the impressions (ie putting her fingers in patients’ mouths thereby risking health). WINZ however saw fit to sign her up and use her skills for their clients. Now MOH is prosecuting her. The MOH showed up in an unannounced raid, treating her like a criminal. The MOH is of course a corporation, being a ‘subsidiary’ of the NZ corporation (your ‘government’ in case you didn’t know) … it is guarding dental profits. Remember, they threatened to prosecute retired Dr Charles Baycroft for caring about NZers’ health, which is all this dear woman was doing. “Wihongi-Matene says she was compelled to help her community because of the high cost of dental care. Last month The Hui revealed people in the Far North are pulling out their teeth with pliers because they can’t afford basic dental care. “

Dozens of people have turned out to a hui in Northland to show their support for a woman facing charges over claims she made hundreds of dentures without certification.

Kaikohe woman Claire Wihongi-Matene – known by locals as the “tooth fairy” – is facing seven charges brought by the Ministry of Health – one charge of claiming to be a health practitioner and six charges of performing a restricted activity. 

The 40-year-old mother of five faces up to $190,000 in fines and is awaiting trial. 

Wihongi-Matene has a fine arts degree and 10 years of experience making and repairing dentures in labs in Auckland and Hamilton. Her clients say she charged about a third of the price of dentists.

“My tupuna (ancestors) were tohunga (healers) – they helped heal people – and so I believe I was blessed with the ability to be able to help people and that’s all I’ve ever wanted to do,” she told The Hui.

New Zealand ranked the most ‘Islamic country in the world’ in annual index

New Zealand has been named the country that most fits Islamic ideals for the second year in a row, but the area of everyday finance is still difficult for Muslims, says a financial commentator.

In the 2019 Islamicity index, released earlier this year, New Zealand is ranked first overall, followed by Sweden, Iceland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark and Ireland. The top Muslim-majority country is United Arab Emirates (UAE) at 44.

New Zealand ranks 3rd in terms of its economy, 4th for legal and governance, 5th for human and political rights, and 8th for international relations.

According to Islam, the use of money for the purpose of making money is forbidden, meaning the concept of interest is not allowed. Wealth must be generated from legitimate trade and asset-based investment, and investors are also required to invest in things with social and ethical benefit.

This is not good news. Leaked inside info in the Canadian parliament tells of their plans which 30% of those in the know inside are not happy with. The plan refers to the next wave which Bill Gates of course has been warning us about with a smile (video at link). The info comes from a radio show (HalTurnerRadio) with a breakdown by Terral BlackStar at Youtube (links below). Do read and listen for yourself. Definitely you can listen to Canadian MP Randy Hillier asking the important questions which you can hear are carefully replied to in typical politician fashion (as in saying nothing) by their Minister of Health. I’m noticing lately commentaries saying NZ, Australia & Canada are the early pickings of the New World Order Global Government crew. Hard to argue with when you look at the Police State activity going on. If you want to take over all countries you pick off one at a time and not all of them or the people would all rise up. We’ve long known that NZ is one of those (test cases?) as far back as the lectures by our own Barry Smith during the early ’70s to 2002 (hear him on the New World Order page). His humorous quip (not so humorous now) was always because NZ’s motto is ‘She’ll be right’ … and Australia’s, ‘She’ll be right mate’. Laid back as can be. Question nothing. He would always joke, ‘they wouldn’t try it in France or the farmers would all be out protesting on their tractors’ … we saw this with the Yellow Vests of course. The CV soon shut that one down note. Folks we have the takeover of the world by stealth here using medical martial law. You need to ask yourself why is it the military is required to deliver a voluntary vaccine (that isn’t even here yet … officially ie… hasn’t been & likely won’t be properly tested … and has already severely harmed human guinea pigs because they’ve by-passed animal testing). And… the military is already in place? With regular references to check points and so on. This is the classic case of the frog in the pot of heating water. While Kiwis continue to watch mainstream media and the official narrative while never thinking to question things as this politician in Canada is doing. Hear them all clap at the Minister of Health’s evasive reply. Keeping everybody safe they are. Bravo. Even after the good Minister points out what the Doctors and Scientists are saying about the testing regime! What a joke. The creator of the test told us it was not to be used to test people.

Barry Smith laid out this diabolical plan for world government in minute detail to thousands of people throughout NZ for many years. (These people have been openly recommending one, the Pope being the latest!) He also traveled globally doing the same. They can’t say they weren’t warned.

A Christchurch man has received an easy vote card despite being dead for 16 years.

The card allows someone to turn up and vote and there are no ID checks at polling booths.

Jason Stagg shared the photo on Facebook of the mail addressed to Rosston Keith Harris, who he says is his step-grandfather, with the caption: “Dead men can vote now apparently, I wonder how many dead men will vote this election?”

Another photo shared by a friend of Stagg, Life Connection Baptist Fellowship pastor Carl Bromley, showed the easy vote card for Harris cut out.

Bromley asked “how many deceased people are getting voting cards and whose (sic) using them to vote for who?”

Stagg told Newstalk ZB his household received their voting packs before the easy vote card for Harris arrived – but Harris was the only person to get a easy vote card sent to the residence.

“I was really, really surprised because he [Harris] was the original owner of the property I’m living in. He built it in the 1960’s and he’s long dead.”

Stagg said he hadn’t contacted the Electoral Commission about the issue as he didn’t know where to go with it.

“I’m just wondering how many other dead people are getting these easy vote cards,” he said.

“How many dead people are going to vote in this election?”

Both Bromley and Stagg are proud supporters of the New Conservatives.

An Electoral Commission spokeswoman confirmed Harris is still on the electoral roll despite his death in 2004, and they are following the claim up with Births Deaths and Marriages.

She said they receive daily notifications from the government department and a case like this is extremely rare.

The commission often follows up when mail is sent back to them when someone is no longer living at a property.

The spokeswoman wouldn’t comment on whether or not they could tell if Harris’ vote card had been used to vote and wouldn’t be drawn on specifics due to privacy reasons.

A new and glossier climate-indoctrination movie is now being inserted into classrooms, starting with Australia and New Zealand

Australian schools in the past decade have forced literally millions of kids to watch Al Gore’s error-riddled propaganda movie, An Inconvenient Truth. In 2007 an outraged English truck driver and parent took the education minister to the High Court in 2007 over the film’s gross inaccuracies, with Justice Burton ordering UK teachers must not show it without first warning kids it is politically partisan and contains nine significant errors. Those include Gore’s absurd claim that many low-lying Pacific island populations had already been  evacuated to New Zealand. Despite his vast wealth, Gore has never edited prints of his film to remove the errors.

No such mandatory warnings have accompanied Australian screenings. The Australian Academy of Science, our supposed bulwark against science misinformation, has made no objection to the brainwashing, although its president rushed to condemn a sceptic equivalent film in 2007.

The propaganda cycle is now being repeated. Kids in class are being drenched with Damon Gameau’s saccharine documentary 2040 about purported solutions to a purported climate crisis.

While headlines worldwide were praising New Zealand’s prime minister for her handling of COVID-19, she was working to pass what might be described as the most extreme abortion laws on the planet. For perspective, 1,500 people were allowed to speak on a recent climate change bill that received less than half as many submissions. By taking advantage of the few people paying attention and by ignoring those who were, New Zealand’s government has now enacted the most extreme abortion law in the democratic world. As a spokesperson for New Zealand’s Voice for Life described, “Our Parliament has a duty of care to consider the wellbeing and protection of all New Zealanders, including the vulnerable…they failed in that basic duty of care by passing this extreme Bill, but the hundreds of thousands of voters who opposed this Bill will not forget this failure when it is time to vote in the General Election in a few short months.” I hope this spokesperson is right. I know several prominent pro-life spokespersons in New Zealand who care deeply about the unborn, and who mourn this evil law. I also know how entrenched and relentless pro-abortion advocates can be, and how effective they are in passing increasingly extreme legislation. We’ve certainly witnessed as much in this country, most memorably in New York, where legislators applauded and lit the One World Trade Center in pink to celebrate. Bad laws are built on bad ideas, and bad ideas have victims. The precious and unique lives made in God’s image which will now be legally targeted is a stain on one of the world’s most naturally beautiful and culturally enjoyable nations. I join so many of my friends in New Zealand who hope and pray that this law will prove a step too far, betraying an abortion movement opposed not just by champions of life, but by growing scientific knowledge, by growing compassion for children with disabilities, by the amazing medical breakthroughs in life-saving technologies, and by the unshakeable truth that unborn persons are fully human and worthy of life.

NZ’s National Library is culling 600,000 books

Academics, historians, researchers and scholars feel a literary crime is taking place during the distraction of the global pandemic.

Sheltered in the bunkers beneath the National Library in New Zealand’s capital rests a treasure trove of books, including nearly 2,200 first editions that have been carefully looked after for decades. But not for much longer.

The “overseas collection” – which includes a first edition of Richard Neville’s Play Power, a 1912 edition of Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility and multiple first editions of Graham Greene novels – is now headed out the door.

In total, the National Library in Wellington plans to get rid of more than 600,000 “foreign books” from their collection, saying they need to make space for more works on New Zealand, of which there are an additional 80,000 to 90,000 to store each year.

New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990. Part II of the Act covers a broad range of Civil and Political Rights. As part of the right to life and the security of the person, the Act guarantees everyone:

1 The right not to be deprived of life except in accordance with fundamental justice (Section 8)

2 The right not to be subjected to torture or to cruel, degrading, or disproportionately severe treatment or punishment (Section 9)

3 The right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without consent (Section 10)

4 The right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment (Section 11)

 Furthermore, the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 guarantees everyone: Freedom of Thought, Conscience, and Religion.
This includes the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion, and belief,

On Monday I wrote an article on how we are being fed the big scary numbers, probably in an attempt to keep us all fearful and therefore compliant. I argued that the numbers involved, in New Zealand at least, are very small and that we really don’t need to be in level 2 let alone 3 or 4.

Well, funnily enough, a quick check of the Ministry of Health website on Thursday reveals a change in the way some of the various graphs are presented.

A NZ OI request to the Min of Health revealed that of 22 covid deaths only 17 had actually tested positive

In case you missed this as the last post on topic’s been blocked on FB more than once, please do examine the real statistics from the official horse’s mouth so to speak. NZ’s MOH no less. We are constantly hearing there were 22 deaths but this appears to be not so. We have two more now so officially it’s 19 not 24. Please read again and see the actual response from the MOH. I’m not making this up.

I’ll point you also to this post from an MD quote:

“As an NHS doctor, I’ve seen people die and be listed as a victim of coronavirus without ever being tested for it. But unless we have accurate data, we won’t know which has killed more: the disease or the lockdown?”

This is not the only MD who has blown the whistle. There are many more examples. This is simply not right and just in light of the mental health fall out we’ve observed now.
