OPINION: The tragedy at Whakaari/White Island last week exposed a growing institutional cowardice among emergency services, particularly police, that affects their usefulness to citizens.
When the eruption occurred, and the emergency calls started on Monday afternoon, police and rescue services decided that they would not head to the island to help.
It was left to my fellow citizens to respond with māia (courage). Those nearby, and back on the mainland, reacted instantly and humanely. They ran, flew, and sped by boat toward the danger.
Politicians and officials have praised these as “first responders”. Their use of the phrase was a dishonest attempt to hide that these people were not official first responders, but ordinary people.
Mark Law, a helicopter pilot with Kāhu NZ, heard that emergency services were not heading to White Island. He and others, including Tim Barrow and colleagues from Volcanic Air, flew out and landed on the island. They rescued some survivors – particularly members of the group that had been closest to the erupting crater.
Law hauntingly describes the island soon after the eruption as “silent”. The air permeated by gases and ground dusted with ash. Survivors, their burns awful to comprehend, weakly called for help. Our untrained heroes were there for them. Our trained rescue services were not.
When police finally got their act together, they used their authority to prevent further private rescues or body recovery.
Let’s assume that, as some people seem to be arguing, it is OK for state professionals, trained for, paid for, and possibly even keen to respond to emergencies, to refuse to attend one.
It does not follow that they can prevent others from assessing risk differently and taking it. But I believe that the official cordon was a kind of post-incident justification for managerial cowardice.
Police also used an official flight over the island, and brief landing on it, to provide “evidence” justifying their decisions. These flights usefully allowed officials to claim there were no signs of life, and that conditions on the island were not conducive to a rescue.
The flight did not see all the bodies. The helicopter crew that landed and concluded unsafe conditions was clearly wrong, as brave people had already landed and effected a rescue.

The state made a big deal about the risk in recovery of bodies. GNS estimated the risk of a second eruption at higher than 50 per cent. Police used that percentage, and the GNS risk zone maps, to justify the decision not to recover bodies. Neither of these are go/don’t go assessments. The complexity of the volcano, and the uncertainty built into those numbers, means they are not thresholds for action.
Despite the risk and continued “level 2” status, daring Defence Force teams finally undertook a speedy recovery of most of the bodies. Then the police claimed the same conditions meant there could be no further recovery action.
The GNS risk measurements were a prop. The decision to go in was based on very human factors: personnel who are ready to volunteer, families who are waiting, international attention, and politicians not enjoying the public pressure.

When, in 2012, I criticised police prevention of rescue of workers at Pike River mine, I blamed the insidious creep of “managerialism”; a preference for process over action. Cultural trends, such as fixations on health and safety, infect management systems with an endless loop of passing responsibility.
The response to the White Island tragedy is a stark insight into the continued creep of managerialism. It undermines the ability of state services to help citizens, but empowers it to infantilise us.
We’re discouraged from acting on our own, and forced to bow to experts. Yet systems and fancy talk prevent experts taking substantive action for fear of career, safety, or arbitrary consequences for taking the “wrong” action. In these environments, there are no career prospects for heroes.
What White Island tells you is that, when disaster occurs, you really are on your own. It may be time for citizens to make private provision for security and emergency; collectively or commercially purchasing or organising policing, rescue and fire response.
The state’s sophistication has cemented inaction. The police and government are turning cowardice into a professional duty. I see no value in paying for it through my taxes. It certainly makes them unfit to tell us what to do.
As citizens, it is down to us to help ourselves. To paraphrase our brave pilot Mark Law: “We must take care of our own business.”

If you only ever read the mainstream version of world events you will likely consign this to conspiracy but there are events unfolding in your country since those in March this year that are not what they seem. People will be aware now of course of the eruption two days ago at White Island in the Bay of Plenty. I lived there for five years & earth tremors in that region are frequent from the Island. The entire area is connected right down to Taupo volcanic wise. It is also a tourist spot with tours onto the island and recently there had been an increase in volcanic activity. Whatever were they thinking, taking tourists on there? Read further down some observations by Nigel Gray who closely observes & records weather manipulation and earth events on his Youtube channel Imaginzation. He comments on the curious transformation of our Civil Defence just days before this event. Firstly though, the eruption & mainstream’s coverage:
“Eight people are missing and five confirmed dead after a volcanic eruption on White Island / Whakaari. A further 31 are in hospital receiving treatment. Those still on the island are not likely to be alive, according to police who have carried out aerial searches. A pilot also carried out a physical search of the island and found no signs of life.”
I think what we are seeing here looks like strategic planning. Police allowed a man only 5 weeks in the country to get a gun license online using online “friends” as references and purchasing 2000 rounds of ammunition “by mistake”. Now we have a situation where “just by chance” 10 days after Civil Defence is closed down and a new agency established for the country called NEMA ….. National Emergency Management Response (note the familiarity to “FEMA” here!) and we have an “overlooking” of the dangers so the new agency can do their first “operation”! The eruption? Set off with EMF….it was already showing an uptick in activity so it would have been an easy target. They have been doing EMF in that area for months now, including two beams that set off a swarm of earthquakes in Wairoa….and yes, we have those beams recorded.
Note that this new legislation passes more power to local authorities and Ministry of Health when a pandemic happens…..ie. to enact mandatory vaccination etc. So yes, there we have it, Big Pharma do have their part in this too!

Interesting isn’t it? Why ever were folk touring that Island with the noted increased activity and warnings in place? …. On other fronts we’ve had two Police shootings recently, both in which a man was shot dead. We have Police now armed with weapons and armored vehicles. We have the measles scare on an island not too far away that has now mandated vaccines with NZ making noises for some time now about the same. Before the last election Labour said they ‘hadn’t ruled it out’. No mention in the media re Samoa of the two babies that died immediately after their vaccination just months prior to mandating. Note, prior to the patenting of vaccines death from measles was extremely rare. The South Island’s West Coast has just been hammered with 1080 & a subsequent by kill of the wildlife with the ongoing denial of the dangers of that class 1A ecotoxin to humans. And they have just switched 5G on in that area, in spite of the industries’ and colluding government’s blatant lies that it is harmless. It isn’t. Why else won’t Lloyds insurance cover wifi / 5G damages? Now it is also live in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. Police tested for about six poisons, none of them 1080, and then “had the effrontery” to tell him this was not a death by 1080 poison.
[Remember this is the 2006 story concerning the loss by a NZ laboratory of the heart of a young woman who was a suspected victim of 1080 poisoning while tramping in the South Island. His statement also explains the reticence of any laboratory that does test for 1080 in disclosing their identity. EWR.

Last year I met with retired Dunedin GP, Kevin Shannon, still fit and tall and travelling the world at the age of 87. Kevin (who gave a submission at the ERMA Review 2007, on the case of the death of a female tramper in the link below), is of the opinion that:
…some New Zealanders, no-one knows how many, will have died of heart attacks due to undetected Compound 1080 (sodium monofluoroacetate).
Kevin added that in this instance the Police tested for about six poisons, none of them 1080, and then “had the effrontery” to tell him this was not a death by 1080 poison.
He told me that no dead body will ever be tested for 1080 in NZ because any pathologist who did so would not have a job for long.
“In case you have any doubt, the MOH and their clerical employees have a great deal of control over our medical professions and they do not take kindly to anyone expressing an opinion that they disagree with. Working Doctors with current practicing certificates have to tread lightly where the MOH and their agendas are concerned.” Dr Charles Baycroft

Independent Testing Shows Wildlife Poisoned by 1080 (Sodium Monofluoroacetate)
Two non-profit environmental groups in New Zealand have today published independent test results indicating that 1080 poison was the likely cause of death at an environmental catastrophe in Westport, New Zealand. On November 9th, 2019, one week after a Department of Conservation (DoC) aerial 1080 poison operation 140 kms upstream, dead wildlife washed down the flooded Buller River. Hundreds of potentially toxic carcasses of rats, a goat, birds and numerous aquatic species were strewn across the public beach at Westport.
The full results of tests undertaken by an independent laboratory, using the latest methodology (see note below) and equipment, include samples taken from 5 rats, 1 weka, 2 shearwaters, 1 starfish and 6 mussels. The samples from 4 of the 5 rats tested positive for three chemical markers of 1080 poison, including the toxic chemical, fluorocitrate. This was also the case for both the shearwater birds. The starfish and weka also tested positive for fluorocitrate. There were no traces of 1080 detected in the mussels. The tests included stomach and intestines of samples extracted from carcasses collected from the beach and Buller River by volunteers. For the security and safety of the independent chemists involved, the identity of the laboratory has been withheld.
These findings contradict claims by DoC on Wednesday, which stated 1080 was not found in any of the wildlife tested. This raises serious questions about the methodology employed by the laboratories commissioned to undertake DoC’s testing. It appears from their lab reports (published on DoC’s website) that the samples were only tested for the presence of the active ingredient, fluoroacetate. But as Prof Shaw, toxicologist from the University of Canterbury pointed out, because of the delay in testing this would have already been broken down into other substances, for example, fluorocitrate. Scientifically valid toxicological testing requires the most up-to-date, and accurate methods to be used, and in the case of testing for 1080, that means analysis of the metabolic chemical markers of the poison from a variety of sources within the carcass. There are other serious discrepancies in DoC’s claims and associated toxicology reports. The number of rats tested is inconsistent, and in the pathology report of the weka it was noted “both lungs exuding frothy pink fluid”, a common symptom in animals that have been victims of 1080 poisoning.
The full results of these independent tests will be made publicly available on Flora and Fauna of Aotearoa’s website and copies sent to relevant government agencies and MPs. Flora and Fauna of Aotearoa and Clean Green NZ Trust, along with their volunteer supporters and many thousands of concerned New Zealand citizens, are calling on the government to act now to protect public health by initiating an immediate independent investigation into this tragic incident and stopping all aerial 1080 poison operations before more wildlife are harmed.
Note to Journalists: Sodium Monofluoroacetate (Compound 1080) is a highly toxic, inhumane, synthetic metabolic poison. It has no antidote. It is banned in many countries. The sublethal effects of the poison on humans are unknown, however it’s a proven endocrine disruptor and impacts upon the body’s major organs. It is manufactured in the USA by Tull Chemicals and transported to New Zealand’s two Government-funded poison bait factories, where it is mixed with cereal or other substances perceived to be attractive to ‘pest’ species (e.g. rats and possums). Tonnes of poison baits are regularly and systematically distributed via helicopters over thousands of hectares of New Zealand’s land and waterways – including drinking water catchments. For over 65 years of this practice New Zealanders have voiced their increasing concern about the negative impact of this indiscriminate poisoning, not only on wildlife, but on public health too, from contamination of the food chain. To date, there has been no independent studies of the claimed ‘effectiveness’ of this policy and no epidemiological research has been undertaken

Methodology is based upon the Pitt protocol (2015): biological material was removed from the frozen carcass, then an accurately weighed portion was homogenized using a polytron 3000 into extraction solvent. This solvent liquor was then cleaned-up and the cleaned pregnant solvent analyzed using HPLC with both Time of Flight, linear ion trap mass spectroscopy and fluorescence to check against standards containing fluoroacetate and fluorocitrate. The method was checked for repeatability and linearity. FT-IR and Raman were used to check for the presence of green dye acid 9, as that is only used in the bait pellets and is not a naturally occurring substance at detectable limits. Call for an Independent Investigation into the New Zealand Environmental Catastrophe.
Flora and Fauna of Aotearoa and Clean Green New Zealand Trust are calling for an immediate halt to all aerial 1080 poison operations and an independent investigation into the environmental catastrophe that has led to hundreds of dead wildlife washing-up on a Westport beach, South Island, New Zealand. Independent tests of samples collected by volunteers from the area confirm the presence of substances that indicate the deaths were almost certainly caused by 1080 poison. The incident comes a week after an aerial 1080 poison operation almost 140kms away in the Buller/Maruia catchment by the Department of Conservation (DoC). Numerous other poison pest control operations in the surrounding area have been completed, and even more are planned.
On Saturday November 9, after torrential rain, photographic evidence confirmed how hundreds of dead rats, many marine species, birds and other animals were washed down the flooded Buller River, onto the beach and into the ocean. Tourists camped on the beach were shocked to see the apocalyptic scene. According to locals, “they gathered up a trailer load of over 600 rats, plus dead crabs, crayfish, monkfish, barracuda, skates, sole, starfish, seabirds, octopuses, a goat, and more.” At that time, it was unclear what had caused the deaths and no action was taken other than DoC erected a sign that warned dog-owners of the risks. The contaminated carcasses were buried in a shallow hole on the beach. These will now need to be re-located to an appropriate hazardous waste facility, in line with the poison manufacturer’s instructions.

The Department of Conservation West Coast operations manager Mark Davies has suggested that “it is unlikely the rats were poisoned by 1080 in a recent drop, then washed out of the hills by heavy rain. I just can’t imagine that the two are connected,” he said. However, this kind of event has been documented before, both in the Coromandel and near Dunedin, South Island. Newshub also reported, “Davies doesn’t think 1080, a controversial poison used in pest control, is the cause, because reports of dead fish and birds – along with the rats – are not consistent with the way 1080 is understood to work.”
However, Davies’ statement and similar frequently touted claims that 1080 poison is biodegradable and doesn’t affect aquatic life or birds is inconsistent with the scientific data, the manufacturer’s safety data and with hundreds of eyewitness accounts. In Russell State Forest last year, two days after a highly controversial aerial 1080 poison operation, dead eels, fish and birds were found floating in the river by local residents. There were also reports of eels dying in last year’s Hunua Ranges aerial poison drop, which included the poisoning of waterways feeding Auckland’s drinking-water supply. Reports in the Greymouth Star warn the public not to eat trout from the Buller River.
1080 poison is well-known for causing a cruel and prolonged death through direct and secondary poisoning. 1080 is not species-specific and can harm all lifeforms that require oxygen to live. Professor of toxicology at the University of Canterbury, Ian Shaw, has this to say about the toxicological effects of 1080 poison. “1080 could spell death to any cell it enters. It does not discriminate between cells or target animal. Providing the cell has the citric acid cycle it is doomed. The only way to target the effect is to use baits that a particular pest prefers (e.g. carrots for possums), but even then if another animal eats the 1080-laced bait it will die, as might animals that eat poisoned carcasses.” Many bird and aquatic species were scavenging poisoned carcasses from the Westport beach area. The fate of that wildlife is unknown. Secondary poisoning presents a very serious problem and will result in more collateral damage down through the food-web. Flora and Fauna of Aotearoa co-ordinator Asha Andersen says, “It’s likely we will see further deaths as the carcasses and bones of the poisoned animals remain toxic for years. Seabirds, other wildlife and aquatic life have already been seen feeding off the carcasses and carrying them away, some likely to nests where they have young. Because 1080 poison is a hormone-disruptor, those creatures that don’t die could suffer from reproductive harm or DNA damage. There is also very real danger to humans who come in contact with the toxic carcasses or fish that have had sublethal exposure.”
It is high time all those in authority listen to concerned New Zealanders, who, for decades, have been publicly questioning the extremely harmful policies that promote the repeated indiscriminate poisoning of our natural spaces and wildlife, often with no rationale. We need to be vigorously questioning the integrity of the Environmental Protection Agency when they allow the use of such toxic chemicals in our environment with such dire consequences. Asha says, “When those charged with protecting our natural spaces are the ones wilfully destroying them and then covering it up or justifying the harm – there is something seriously wrong – and that needs to change now.”
To the people of New Zealand and our trading partners, we are in an environmental crisis. Our voices matter. There is a serious lack of confidence in the Department of Conservation, Environmental Protection Agency, Ministry of Primary Industries, and Ministry of Health for this negligence of their duty of care. Due to the unintended consequences of aerial poisoning we are calling on our Government to immediately halt all aerial poison operations and to establish an independent investigation into this harmful practice, including initiating public health studies.
For over five decades in Australia, the study of clouds, rain and the atmosphere has been largely hidden from the public, as a secretive network of government agencies and private business interests continue to manipulate the weather around us to their personal benefit.
OVERVIEW
Geoengineering, or weather manipulation, has now become commonly accepted as the deliberate intervention or large-scale manipulation of the climate system of Earth to counteract ‘global warming’ or to influence the environment.
Global climate is controlled by the amount of solar radiation received by Earth and also by the fate of this energy within the Earth system. That is, how much is absorbed by Earth’s surface and how much is reflected or reradiated back into space.
The reflectance of solar radiation is controlled by several mechanisms, including Earth’s surface albedo and cloud coverage and the presence in the atmosphere of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2).
To this notion, geoengineering aims to target these key areas, with two main underlying techniques responsible: direct carbon dioxide removal, such as cloud seeding, and solar radiation management that aims to cool the planet by reflecting more sunlight.
Geoengineering proposals were first developed in the middle of the 20th century. Relying on technologies developed during World War II, such proposals were designed to alter weather systems in order to obtain more favourable climate conditions on a regional scale.
Australia has been heavily involved in these processes since the beginning of advancements in technology, with major projects, documented experiments, legislative pieces and more, for over 50 years.
CSIRO: CREATING THE RAIN
One of the best-known techniques of geoengineering is cloud seeding, a process that attempts to bring rain to parched farmland by dispersing particles of silver iodide or solid carbon dioxide into rain-bearing clouds.
Cloud seeding may involve attempting to produce rain when none would normally fall or it may be working to increase precipitation over a particular area.
This theory began in Australia shortly following the world’s first laboratory trials, after new research papers published by USA researchers I Langmuir and V Schaefer stated that rain could be induced by seeding clouds with dry ice.
After a series of experiments in New York, the two researchers managed to make it rain using silver iodide bullets. They got a patent for their technique, referred to as ‘cloud seeding’, soon after.
As a result of the international study, cloud seeding was first trialed in Australia in 1947 when the CSIRO used Royal Australian Air Force aircrafts to drop dry ice into the tops of cumulus clouds.
According to CSIRO history, the method worked reliably with clouds that were very cold, producing rain that would not have otherwise fallen, leading to more subsequent trials.
The first documented date of this success was in 1947. Described by CSIRO:
“This is believed to be the first documented case anywhere in the world of an appreciable man-made rainfall reaching the ground and the first time that dynamic cloud growth had followed seeding.”
These videos are from the Mayor of Horowhenua, Michael Feyen. This is a ‘people’s Mayor’ who, like his former deputy Cr Ross Campbell, seems as much at home digging a haangi or drying dishes as he is wearing his mayoral chains. Just into his first term as Mayor however he had most of the councilors go public with a statement saying they supported not him but the CEO. For background to this situation read this article. His selected Deputy Mayor was unseated just hours into his term for speaking on social media about what looked like insider trading (and that hasn’t gone away, see Ross Campbell’s recent updates). This is all not surprising in light of the fact that these two have blown the whistle on quite a lot of things they saw as ‘not right’ in the course of their work in Council. Council pollution was another issue they highlighted. And so come this campaign the Mayor has had next to no coverage by media. Stone walled & neutered as he puts it himself, he has had a difficult uphill battle with a council that seems more intent on the business of property development than the interests both he & his former deputy would have liked to focus on. A keen supporter of retaining the Horowhenua community housing for instance, Mayor Feyen was removed from the housing committee because he had a conflict of interest! (ie he wanted to retain the housing … he had seen among other things opportunities for employment therein for the young people of the town, the same as his aspirations to pursue trapping of pests in lieu of the use of 1080 poison and of investing in the hemp growing industry). The list goes on, not a list shared largely by his colleagues. The housing sold for a song incidentally, to a property developer who then partnered with an established housing provider with promises to maintain the then status quo, however the contract ends in 2029 or thereabouts & just 18 months in they rents have already been raised.
“Effective growth is a partnership between council, central government and private enterprise….away from the unsettling glare of public commentary…” explains one HDC councilor regarding all of the public excluded meetings by which the assets are being sold. (See this article also). Developers are also exempt from paying development contributions to Council. And nowhere else in the country besides Horowhenua does a District Council have a CE and a Deputy Mayor who are both registered property developers.

A highlighted issue with this election has been the difficulty involved in voting (see Veronica Harrod’s info). This was the same last election when many folk did not receive their voting papers and the voting info office was frequently either unmanned or closed. Curious isn’t it?
So amidst the LG so called ‘sustainable’ councils up and down our clean green land (not) we have a raft of property developers busy with their public private partnerships selling up all of the public assets for a song. Then there has been the ongoing escalating debts of Councils. That has been an issue in the Horowhenua as well … it’s ‘good debt’ we’re frequently told. Currently, right on election time, the Horowhenua CE is away on holiday and has been for several weeks. This is the CE who was intercepting the emails of his staff for ‘safety reasons’ it was touted. Who paid a secret payment to a local iwi without the Mayor’s knowledge. Mayor Feyen is himself a staunch supporter of true partnership with Tangata Whenua & honouring the principles of the Treaty. Currently the Council’s real commitment appears to be mainly lipservice.

I have already been told by one bee keeper (a reliable source) who wishes to remain anonymous, that DoC dropped 1080 near their hives & cost them thousands of dollars. They could find no successful avenue of redress against DoC, none at all. By all accounts it sounded very deliberate & were it accidental there should have been some kind of compensation or insurance one would think? All I can say is folk need to be aware and protect themselves by using the precautionary principle.

The highest concentration of 1080 detected in the honey was 15 ppb and subsequent tests showed a gradual decay down to 3 ppb after 59 days. The honey source that the samples were taken from would have eventually gone on sale after 16 weeks, hence there would not have been any detectable level of 1080 in the sale product, although under different circumstances, this time could be considerably shorter. Zero studies were done to see if the 1080 samples “lost” 1080 due to the toxin binding to the plastic sample pots – 1080 is well known for binding. What this could mean is the samples tested lower over time while the drums of honey remained high and were then sold.

The current New Zealand government has produced a raft of measures to implement the United Nations Agenda 21, including the draft Biodiversity Strategy, the Zero Carbon Bill, the Oil and Exploration Bill, and the One Billion Trees Fund.
AGENDA 21
In 1992 Agenda 21 was adopted in Rio de Janeiro at the UN Earth Summit Conference on Environment and Development. It is defined by the United Nations as a ‘comprehensive plan for action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments and major groups in every area in which humans impact the environment.’ New Zealand is signatory to this (ostensibly non-binding) international treaty with over 100 other countries.
‘The UN’s Agenda 21 is definitely comprehensive and global — breathtakingly so. Agenda 21 proposes a global regime that will monitor, oversee, and strictly regulate our planet’s oceans, lakes, streams, rivers, aquifers, sea beds, coastlands, wetlands, forests, jungles, grasslands, farmland, deserts, tundra, and mountains. It even has a whole section on regulating and “protecting” the atmosphere. It proposes plans for cities, towns, suburbs, villages, and rural areas. It envisions a global scheme for healthcare, education, nutrition, agriculture, labor, production, and consumption — in short, everything; there is nothing on, in, over, or under the Earth that doesn’t fall within the purview of some part of Agenda 21.’ (William Jasper, Your Hometown and the United Nations Agenda 21)
Agenda 21 is the culmination and ultimate expression of a number of UN Conferences and UN-drafted pacts and declarations to do with the place of humanity in the environment, and the management of humanity overall. Almost all of these have been signed by New Zealand. They are dominated by two assumed, overriding and non-negotiable values – debate of the first never arises, and of the second is never permitted:
The precedence of ‘biodiversity’ over all other rights, even of human life;
The non-negotiability of the catastrophic anthropogenic global warming narrative.
The United Nations vision includes the following priorities:
High-density (forced) urbanisation
Reduction or elimination of private property rights
The American Wildlands Project, (now calling itself the Wildlands Network) is an implementation of UN policies on biodiversity and human habitat. It proposes to set up to one-half of America into core wilderness reserves and interconnecting corridors, all surrounded by interconnecting buffer zones. No human activity would be permitted in the core reserves and corridors, and only highly regulated activity would be permitted in the buffer zones. Human settlement would be in high density cities. The purpose of the corridors is to allow large animals like bison to roam free, including migration across the continent.
Ratification of the United Nations Convention of Biological Diversity was defeated in the US Senate, when the concept of the Wildlands Project formed the bsis for the convention. A number of American states have taken steps to ban Agenda 21 and the local body network ICLEI, specifically set up to ensure implementation of Agenda 21 (most cities in New Zealand belong to ICLEI).
The principles of Agenda 21 and the Wildlands Project are being enacted by Local Bodies and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). People are jailed and/or heavily fined for interfering with the slightest trickle of water on their property; small towns are startled to find high-rise, high density developments out of all keeping approved; farmers and other rural dwellers are being forced off their land through taxation or zoning. Powers of eminent domain have been extended to allow councils to agree with developers to confiscate private land, in order to build pack and stack subdivisions, also used to take land for projects such as bike paths.

Note: the term Agenda 21 is no longer used by the UN and governments, because of the negative connotations it has acquired. Instead they talk of sustainability and resilience: the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are in fact Agenda 21 goals.
New Zealand has had a policy of preserving native forest, and protecting native fauna, and generally caring for the environment, independent of the United Nation. About 30% of New Zealand is forested, on public or private land – this is far more than most industrialised countries. National parks also include large tracts of non-forested land which are protected from development. Cities have extensive reserves. Many suburban sections in hilly towns like Wellington, even modest ones, have small tracts of native bush.
New Zealanders have a very close physical connection with nature and the outdoors, perhaps through pursuits like tramping, skiing, beach activities; for many people this connection is largely through time spent in their own backyards. Most New Zealanders live in houses of one or two stories with a garden, usually consisting of lawns, flowers, shrubs.
The effect of theimplementation of Agenda 21 on lifestyle will be far more dramatic in New Zealand than in Turkey, for example, where even quite small towns consist of apartment buildings. It will also entail the loss of the eco-system provided by the suburban and small-town lifestyle.
For New Zealanders, Agenda 21 means the complete destruction of a way of life that most people see as positive.
In this article, I would like to discuss a fifth conflict configuration that is effectively ignored by conflict theorists (and virtually everyone else). This conflict is undoubtedly the most fundamental conflict in human society, because it generates all of the violence humans perpetrate and experience, and yet it is utterly invisible to almost everyone.
I have previously described this conflict as ‘the adult war on children’. It is indeed humanity’s ‘dirty little secret’.
Let me illustrate and explain the nature and extent of this secret war. And what we can do about it.
Every day, according to some estimates, human adults kill 50,000 of our children. The true figure is probably significantly higher. We kill children in wars. See, for example, ‘Scourging Yemen’. We kill them with drones. We kill them in our homes and on the street. We shoot them at school.
We also kill children in vast numbers by starving them to death, depriving them of clean drinking water, denying them medicines – see, for example, ‘Malaria is alive and well and killing more than 3000 African children every day’ – or forcing them to live in a polluted environment, particularly in parts of Africa, Asia and Central/South America. Why? Because we use military violence to maintain an ‘economic’ system that allocates resources for military weapons, as well as corporate profits for the wealthy, instead of resources for living.
We also execute children in sacrificial killings after kidnapping them. We even breed children to sell as a ‘cash crop’ for sexual violation, child pornography (‘kiddie porn’) and the filming of ‘snuff’ movies (in which children are killed during the filming), torture and satanic sacrifice. And these are just some of the manifestations of the violence against children that have been happening for centuries or, in some cases, millennia. On these points, see the video evidence presented at the recent Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse organized by the International Tribunal for Natural Justice.
The opening statement by Chief Counsel Robert David Steele refers to an estimated eight million children trafficked annually – with 600,000-800,000 of these children (excluding both those bred within the USA without birth certificates and those imported without documentation) in the United States alone – and mentions such practices as ritual torture and ritual murder as well as training dogs to rape children and toddlers. He mentions the range of organizations involved from Oxfam and the Boy Scouts of America to ‘child-service’ agencies and police forces as well as various United Nations organizations, where pedophiles (those who prey on children) rise through the ranks to exercise enormous control. He also points out that many of the children bred or kidnapped into this system usually last about two years before dying (often after being raped several times each hour for some of that time) or being killed outright. He also mentions (with evidence provided in other video presentations) the forced removal of body organs from children of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

So it has been used as a weapon, and it has been tested experimentally on animals and humans. So yes it is definitely going to make you ill.
Has to have megahertz frequencies to comply with other transmitters & receivers. Also in other countries it has to have the low gigahertz frequencies.
In some countries you have as many as 22 different frequencies when it’s fully functional because it has to comply with all of the other things. It will be added to wi-fi 2,3,4G, smart meters. Its compliance with smart meters is actually quite frightening because each smart meter has to have two transmitters. One low frequency to go into the house & talk to the fridge and the telly etc and one to reach the main transmitter. Each house may have up to 15 appliances. Each small group of houses, goes from 500-5000 houses, in a mesh. When look at the maths… like a little group of tower blocks on a big estate, you can have as many as 5000 smart meters, two transmitters for each smart meters, so you have ten thousand smart meters in a small area transmitting. Each of them (15 per house) so in one reasonably sized council estate can have up to 150,000 transmitters. They are producing the 5G wave forms and wi-fi, 2.4 gigs which is a known weapons frequency. It is known in the military & published, Stanford Institute Research California, did their own experiments and said the two most dangerous frequencies for living cellular structures which is all of nature, trees, animals, insects, humans, is the wi-fi frequency and .95 gigs … a Doctor with 22 years experience in WHO cancer dept. has said that all of this will cause cancer. No question.
5 Gigahertz isn’t 5G, it is a telecom signal frequency. Shows the deceit of these people. It is capable of spying, on every device in your home.
5G has already been here for many years. Rolled out in Gateshead in 2011 & 12. Mark didn’t know until Sept 2016 when LED … the architecture, the equipment 5G’s been attached to is LED streetlights. They’re also part of a weapons system … post modulated, terahertz range lights can be extremely hazardous. The blue phospha coating … professor John O’Hagan has stated these lights are a risk, a risk to biology, a risk to children, a risk to eye sight etc. This is Public Health England. You have American Medical Assn stating the same, Anzi (?) stating the same, and Shia (?) the emerging risk team in Europe stating that flicker, post modulation on these LED street lights is risky. Ask yourself, why are your local authorities at speed, rushing this technology out on top of you when there’s already been identified a double increase in prostrate cancer from the exposure to these blue light systems, phospha coated blue light systems, so what’s going on? These councils are totally disregarding this. Regulatory bodies we pay to protect are still rolling them out. They’re on the motorways. Children are being born today that by the time they’re 25 they won’t be able to see. That’s because the exposure to this type of radiation, non ionized radiation, the secretary of state has a duty of care he’s totally ignoring. The plan is to make sure these people are seen in a court of law to bring them to justice.

A NZ Herald article tells us we have 34,500 homes being built for folk in Pukekohe & Drury over the next 30 years. From what I am seeing it looks like typical Agenda 21/30 pack and stack housing, packing you into the A21 Smart Cities (see also the NZ page). To learn more about those watch the video below where in the US the plan is a bit further along. In it you will see that some will be ready wired to the smart grid. (A brief update at 1/6/20 I was told recently of a new house, part of new state house rebuilds … where the house will not function apart from wifi … in the event of a power outage the tenant will not be able to exit their garage). With 5G (further video at link) this all makes sense. These corporates have deprived New Zealanders of a great proportion of our once state-owned asset, State housing, bulldozing them still as we speak. Key sold off some 21% of our state housing I heard recently, see the article on the land banking that went on in Tamaki and elsewhere under his watch. And so with the real estate under them gone for a song to the property developers via their public private partnerships (listen to Joan Veon at the link, see this NZ link also), the homeless, victims of our manufactured housing crisis are currently sleeping in cars, garages, sheds you name it, while the current NZ corporation parading as a government prepares for you the compact city living apartments that superficially may look great but be aware they have a different agenda in mind. Watch the video of one of NZ’s developers who was all but gifted the Horowhenua pensioner housing with property thrown in courtesy of the local council. He was speaking in a NZ Herald interview on one of his high rise housing developments on Auckland’s waterfront. In it he speaks about garages under the apartments. The apartments are safe he said because they have 24/7 surveillance, his words, and when questioned about car spaces he replied ‘people are not ready yet to be car less’ so garages are included at this stage. All looks pretty benign but be aware they envision you will be on bicycles and out of cars (notice all the cycle ways … they’re not really about your health folks). They of course will remain in their cars, same as they remain in their private jets to attend those scam climate conventions or their G7 summits in top class locations. They only pay lip service to the great ideas they are foisting upon you, it is you who won’t be.

We’ve been reporting the agenda for years, and now it’s formalized. Post-quake Christchurch belongs to the UN New World Order. How so?
Immediately after the 2011 quake that devastated the CBD and large portions of the Eastern suburbs, the government stepped in and purchased the “Red Zone” land. As for the rest, the government and local council nutted out responsibilities and ownerships. Taxes were raised, rates were raised, and insurance payouts dished out (and private insurance raised).
Now, the land and assets purchased and owned by The Crown has now been essentially handed to local council.
On the surface, it would appear that land and assets have gone from government ownership into the hands of “We The People”, the ratepayers of Christchurch. Wonderful, you think? Dominic Harris (no relation) thinks so:
Impending Milford Sound 1080 drop (Southland Cleddau area)

1080 – It’s nothing new to most Kiwis. Opinions are divided.
The last aerial drop of 1080 here was only two years ago. Before the last drop (although I wasn’t working in Milford at the time) there was some community consultation, including a Q & A session with the Department of Conservation (DoC) – the lead agency involved with the drop in this region. I understand some local workers and one Iwi objected, but the drop went ahead anyway, including into the public water supply catchment area.
The next drop in the Southland Cleddau/Milford Sound area is scheduled for between Aug 1st and Dec 2019 and, just like the Sept 2017 drop, this again includes dropping 1080 into the water supply.

In my opinion, the community here has not had an honest open forum to voice their say on the next scheduled drop (and every opinion is valid) but much worse, even if we get to have our say, chances are high that the tourists will be left uninformed.
There are many aspects to this topic, many already discussed. One of the main aspects here being in regards to the Public Health Unit (PHU) VTA Permission and conditions statement and its lack of implementation here in Milford Sound, and the effect it may have on locals and tourists. I’m not a lawyer, but I see this as a legal and moral failing in our duty to protect tourists (and locals).
The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is responsible for ensuring that the provisions of the Hazardous Substances & New Organisms (HSNO) Act are complied with where it is necessary to protect public health. The Public Health Unit (PHU) is legislated by the Ministry of Health, to approve permission and attach conditions to interested parties applying a VTA (Vertebrate Toxic Agent) in a public place. This applies especially to drops into (or near) a public water supply. Public Health South (PHS) processes and approves permissions for the Fiordland area.
Permission is required because VTAs (of which 1080 is one) are toxic to humans through acute poisoning and chronic exposure. 1080 is considered a hazardous substance, for good reason. (See link to 1080 effects at p7.)
Some things stand out for me with the model PHU permissions:
1) Full disclosure to users is expected, with signs and warnings (which would logically be placed at the point of possible consumption)(see conditions 19 & 20 pg47 of VTA permission guide.)
2) An alternate water supply should be offered, if requested, until testing has been completed. (Case example – Condition 25 p67 note ii and conditions 25 – 32 of VTA permission guide.)

Milford Sound is one of NZ’s iconic tourist locations. We have between 500 to 5000 guests per day visiting the Fiord, hosted by various companies across the different seasons. The large majority of tourists are foreign nationals, many of whom don’t speak or read English very well.
However, I’ve had contact with the public water supply company in the last week, confirming that they’ve had no warning about the upcoming use of 1080. (As at 24th July)
Not a good start.
Despite the lack of communication from DoC (the lead agency for this particular drop) and from the aerial application contractor, many of the workers here in Milford know the drop is now imminent.
I understand that some of the companies here are planning to make bottled water available for their staff, but none of them (as far as I know) are planning to offer bottled water to the tourists, or even to put notices up in the terminal or on the vessels to warn them of the 1080 drop – so they can choose for themselves whether they would like to drink the tap water or not.
Knowing that 1080 is teratogenic (may cause birth defects) and with my partner being pregnant, I wouldn’t wish her to have any exposure whatsoever to 1080. I assume no foreign national in her position would wish to be exposed to that risk either. (See MOH Guidelines p7 re known 1080 effects.)
I am shocked that it appears that no one in Milford, including DoC, Milford Sound Tourism NZ (MST – the port operational company), Milford Sound Infrastructure ((MSI – the public water supply company), or the tourist companies providing vessels and the drinking water aboard them, is planning to at least inform the tourists that the water they may drink in the terminal and on board the vessels may potentially have a birth defect causing agent in it.
It is probably true that signs will likely be erected along the road into Milford, as we have seen done in various locations around NZ. But it is wrong to conclude that because those signs are at the rest areas, that foreigners will equate that with the drinking water in the terminal and on the boats being also potentially contaminated. One must remember, that many visitors can’t read English for a start, plus many come from areas where it is obvious that one doesn’t drink from any tap. Is it obvious here?
I would expect the duty of care and a minimum standard would mean that we’d firstly err on the side of caution. I would also assume that foreign governments would want us to set the minimum standard bar rather high when it comes to looking after the health and welfare of their citizens. As we would hope they do for our citizens when they’re abroad.
We know that the US and China for example, among others, take the safety of their citizens travelling overseas very seriously.
To add to the issues, Fiordland is a unique area in terms of its topography and rainfall. The Bowen River catchment valley is rather like a giant granite bath, with very little top soil, and average rainfall of 7000mm per annum. Together with winter temperatures, ice and snow melt, this will likely increase the risk of 1080 arriving at the intake at the same time and breaking down much more slowly. Further, according to TBFree HYPERLINK “https://ospri.co.nz/assets/Uploads/Documents/How-1080-Breaks-Down-in-Soil-Water.pdf” NZ:
“Biodegradation of 1080 is faster in warmer conditions (20degC), but still occurs at 5degC. At cooler temperatures rates of degradation are slower…..”
“Urgent samples for 24-hour turnaround testing may be sent unfrozen to the testing laboratory, but they must be chilled to 4°C and placed on ice as soon as possible after collection.”
Looking closer at Landcare’s testing regime (at 4.0): “Results will be available no later than 9.30 a.m. on the following day.” This means, at a minimum, no water should be drunk in Milford for 24hrs.
Do we need reminding that there is no antidote to 1080 poisoning?
It really seems easy to avoid the vast majority of the risks in this case. Just don’t drop 1080 in the water catchment area, meaning no 1080 to be aerially dropped in the Bowen River valley area of Milford Sound.
If DOC is so determined to go-ahead with the poison drop in the catchment area, then full disclosure to tourists should be made and an alternate drinking water supply offered (as per the model PHU statement example of 1080 in a public water supply).
It’s embarrassing that we call our country ‘Open and Inclusive’, ‘Clean Green’ etc and yet treat foreigners with this sort of disrespect.
Also of interest, according to the above Cleddau report; NO non-target species monitoring was undertaken. The water quality testing (pg 6 of DOC’s operational report 5.2.2) revealed the presence of 1080 at 1ppb.
I can tell you that as of writing, we have quite a few Kea (approx 20) hanging out in and around the village here in Milford.

I wonder how they will fare with the ‘Clean Green’ 1080 pellets raining down in the near future. Will anyone know if they’ve been affected?
To conclude: yes, opinions on the use of 1080 differ here, but no locals I’ve talked to think tourists shouldn’t at least be fully informed of what might be in their drinking water, to allow them their ‘Free Will’ to drink the local water or not.

On the weekend of 29th June a peaceful protest held vigil outside the te Papa Museum in Wellington to show Forest and Bird members attending their annual conference that their support for blanket poisoning of over two million hectares of New Zealand back country was opposed by many.
The protest was peaceful and respectful holding up placards about 20 meters from the doors and handing out brochures to those who wanted them. Many of the Forest and Bird members stopped to talk and it became apparent that a lot were totally opposed to the widespread use or poisons but seemed powerless to change the opinion of the executive.
Suddenly out from within the Conference a male emerged angry and on a mission yelling abuse at the protesters and wanting to engage in a yelling match. Security tried to come between him and the protesters and worked really hard to pacify him but his demeanor increased to the point that one of the female protesters, he was right in her face, lawyer, Sue Grey felt quite threatened and started to film it.
At this point I have to say the security team on duty were excellent and tried to come between him and get him to calm down. Suddenly he appeared to lash out at Sue Grey and everyone thought he had punched her but instead he had snatcher her phone from right beside her face and started to walk off with it.
As he did so the security guards followed him and tried to retrieve the phone. He was now walking quickly away with the phone and I personally ran after him and confronted him asking his name and telling him that he had stolen a lawyers phone with privileged information on it and we would be laying charges with the police. At this point he reluctantly handed the phone over and headed back to re-enter the building however the security guards prevented him from doing so, telling him to leave and he then quickly marched off into the city.
I am sure I saw him a few hours later walk back to the conference dressed differently. No charges have been laid because we don’t know who he was but I’m sure Forest and Bird do as he would have been on their list of attendees. If anyone does know who he was please let me know. His photo is below.

On May 18, 2019, I received this response to an OIA request from Carl Johnson, HS Compliance, Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), regarding the storage of 1080 baits in a flood-prone and flooded shed belonging to JJ Nolan Ltd at Okuru, Haast, South Westland.
The shed containing 1080 baits was flooded during the recent West Coast flood (25,26 March, 2019) that swept away the bridge over the Waiho River at Haast and caused huge damage in Westland, and further up the coast too.
“Hello Carol
On the 28th of March we received notification and following information from DOC regarding 1080 being affected by the flood:
“On the day of the flood water did seep into the shed storing 1080. The water rose above the timbre ( sic ) pallets the bait sits on and reached some of the bottom bags. No green dye was seen leaching out of the shed No bags were broken open and there was no loose bait in or outside of the shed. All packing was and remained intact. The bait that was affected by water was disposed of.”
Ho hum ! The flood “reached some of the bottom bags”.
“Some” bags! Rather an understatement, DoC! In fact more than 30 tonnes had to be disposed of!!!
Today David Haynes, Co-leader, NZ Outdoors Party, sent me the attached Official Information Act response he received from the Environmental Protection Authority, which gives the true story, plus the extraordinary fact that the damaged poison was trucked back up to Marton in the North Island….. a distance of 926 kilometres by road, plus the Interisland ferry!
1080 STORAGE SHED FLOODED AT HAAST – WHY HAVE WE NOT HEARD ABOUT THIS ?
On 25 and 26 March, 2019, extremely severe rainfall caused extensive flooding on the West Coast of the South Island. The bridge over the Waiho River at Franz Josef was swept away, and the State Highway, the only access road up the Coast, cut in two.
Further south, on the banks of the Okuru River just south of Haast, is Nolan Road, home to members of the Nolan family and JJ Nolan, owner of ‘JJ Nolan’s Transport Ltd’. JJ Nolan’s Transport Ltd has, for very many years, transported 1080 poison baits south from Whanganui to the South Island, to Haast, Makarora, etc. … to 1080 drop loading zones, or to Northern Southland Transport in Te Anau, who then move it on to 1080 drop loading zones, etc. Nolan trucks are travelling south from Whanganui right now, in fact. They are part of the big 1080 Gravy Train.
On Nolan Road, Okuru, is a shed used for storing 1080 poison baits. This latest flood swept through the properties pictured here in the aerial photograph, including, I am told, the 1080 storage shed. The shed contained 1080 baits at the time…we have not yet found out how much. It is rumoured that it contained at least 25 tonnes. As you can see, this four bay shed could hold a large amount of 1080 poison baits. 25 tonnes is only approximately one truck and trailer unit. You can see a truck and trailer curtain-sider beside the storage shed, which gives you some idea. Only half the depth of the storage shed is visible in the street view photos, by the way.
(These photos were taken completely legally from Nolan Road, which is a public road. The ‘Closed area’ sign at Nolan Creek refers to whitebaiting. It says “Nolan Creek – This waterway is closed to whitebait fishing” )
Floods in this area are not new. Here is a video of a massive flood in the Haast area in 1994;
Why, then,would you build a 1080 storage shed in a flood-prone area ?! Why did DoC give this contractor permission to store 1080 baits here? The second aerial photo shows old river courses ( marked with red dotted lines ) ! This is not a place one should even store chook food !!
1080 poison disperses in water quickly and easily, so imagine floodwaters ebbing away and imagine how enormous the concentration of pure 1080 poison in the last water to leach out of fadges of baits would be ! (1) (2)
The first property you come to on Nolan Road, I have been told, belongs to Maurice and Kathleen Nolan. In the Otago Daily Times ( 8 April, 2019 ), it is reported of this house: “Wild weather lashed the West Coast last month, forcing the postponement of the calf sale for a week – and flooding Mr and Mrs Nolan’s house, the water reaching over the top of their dining room chairs”
TVOne News apparently reported a cottage on the next property along ( the one with the storage shed on it ) as being destroyed by the flood, too.
I am told the occupiers of all three of these properties had to move to the local camping ground after the flood.
The photos show the property with the 1080 storage shed and also show you Nolan Creek, a bit further along the road, to give you some idea of flood damage. Nolan Creek runs just metres behind the 1080 storage shed, incidentally, then crosses Nolan Road and runs into the Okuru River.
The high flood level is evident from the grass hanging on the fence and the silage plastic wrapped around the top of the fence in front of the 1080 storage shed.
If it is true, as rumoured, that the shed contained a minimum of 25 tonnes of 1080 baits at the time, I should explain to you how very lethal this is :
25 tonnes of 1080 baits contain 37.5 kgs of pure 1080 poison.
The LD50 for a human being: “Based on fatal or near-fatal cases of human poisonings, the dangerous dose for humans is 0.5-2.0 mg/kg BW (Negherbon 1959)”
If we take the lowest figure that means that 35mgs pure 1080 poison can kill a 70 kg adult human being.
Therefore 25 tonnes of 1080 baits contain enough pure 1080 poison to kill as many as 540,000 people and poison another 540,000!!!
SHOULD ENOUGH 1080 TO KILL 540,000 ADULT HUMANS BE STORED IN A FLOOD-PRONE SHED?!!

“Hmmm… that shed is likely to have standard 6m bays, but lets be conservative and say 5m. That makes the height to the top of the doors a bit over 4m. The shed is 70% as deep as it is wide so 14m.
That makes the volume somewhere around 1,100 cubic metres. If you were to fill that to the top with wheat that would be 870 Tonne so 25T would take up about 1/32 of the space. I’m picking that bait doesn’t pack anywhere as well as wheat but it does show just how much 1080 bait you could stack in there.
At 0.15% pure 1080, and assuming that bait is 60% as dense as wheat, that’s a maximum of 783kg of highly water soluble toxin in a tanalised-post farm shed, on a flood plain, with no bunding or other containment measures. Even if it’s near the rumoured 25T that would amount to more than 37kg of pure 1080. Who issued the permit for that storage?!”

(1) Studies reported in the ERMA Reassessment of 1080 in 2007 showed that 1080 leached readily out of baits that were made wet by sprinklers:
“rapid decline [in 1080 concentration in cereal baits on turf under sprinklers] (ERMA Agency Appendix C page 380)
“1080 was detected in soil under the baits after 20mm rain, reaching a maximum after 100mm and close to the LOD after 250 mm” (ERMA Agency Appendix C page 381)
Also one of the reasons for its low rate of detection in water samples taken after 1080 drops was rapid loss of 1080 from the baits in water:
“the reason for so many non-detects in water monitoring..may be partly due to..rapid..dilution or loss of 1080 from, and disintegration of..baits within the first 12 hours of deposition..the author [Suren, 2006] recommends sampling within 4-8 hours..frequently resource consents require monitoring one day or more after..the operation” ERMA Agency Appendix E page 473″S
(2) Richard Healey comments again :
“There have been a couple of studies that give some clues about what happens to the 1080 when it comes into contact with water. Ogilvie, in “Uptake of 1080 by Watercress and Puha – Culturally Important plants used for food”, has a couple of observations that give a clue as to how contaminated the land around the Okuru will now be:
“A study by Suren (2006) examined the fate of 1080 baits in a controlled laboratory flow tank, and found 50% of the 1080 leached after 5 hours submerged in the water, and >90% leached after 24 hours, thus being very rapid. While the flow rate used in Suren’s (2006) controlled experiment was faster than the flow rates recorded here (0.2 L/sec as opposed to an overall stream flow of 0.042 – 0.044 L/sec in this research), it still indicates the rapid deterioration and leaching of 1080 from baits submerged in flowing water”.
That study also shows that Watercress is particularly good at sucking 1080 out of water and concentrating it in plant material. The authors couldn’t find detectable levels of 1080 in water 14 hours after dropping baits into a very gentle stream, yet toxicity within the plants continued to build for the next seven days to a peak level of 63 ppb. The study methodology and reporting are however woeful.
It doesn’t seem to have occurred to the authors that water velocity is likely to be an important factor and so they give flow rates (for an undefined cross-section) which tells us nothing about how much water passed over each bait. They then confuse the issue by labeling flow rate as velocity.
One thing is absolutely certain however, someone should be checking the inventory log for that shed and sampling the hell out of the surrounding area.”
400 tonnes of 1080 baits contain enough pure 1080 poison to kill up to 17 million x 70 kg human beings (and make another 17 million extremely ill). One tonne can kill 42,500 70 kg humans and make another 42,500 70 kg humans very ill (LD50 0.5 – 2 mg per kg b/w – Negherbon)
See here … DoC “staff and contractors being abused, threatened and even followed and filmed” says the NZ Herald … a bit rich really when environmentalists it’s been recently revealed (myself included) have been secretly spied on. In addition a senior environmentalist was assaulted in 2018 by DoC’s security staff (thrown out but the victim came out with $24K court costs by the way) and another man was run into by a farmer on his quad bike.

Stepping back a little, it’s a time worn tactic to reframe environmentalists as terrorists who threaten the lives of these ‘innocent’ employees of our govt departments cum corporations (that operate on a for profit basis note). If you hadn’t noticed, your government, your councils & your former government departments are all corporations/companies listed on Dun & Bradstreet & the SEC in Washington. Note also that corporations & companies cannot operate democratically as the article in the link explains.

Carey writes that ‘police states do not need sophisticated propaganda because bullying, murder, torture and poverty are horribly crude but effective means of enforcing control.’ And in nations like ours however… ‘the modern propaganda industry is so invisibly pervasive and effective … the art and business of public relations is necessary to keep the rabble in line’.
There it is in a nutshell. That’s what we have here folks in the ongoing drone by mainstream media that DoC staff are at risk of danger from anti 1080 activists. Note the terminology please & the use of ‘anti’. We are pro clean & green … yes we are against poisons but the use of ‘anti’ evokes visions of rebellion & violence. It’s all in the word play. And so when the movement against poisons begins to gain any traction or shed some light on the ongoing lies, another assault is mounted by way of the corporate owned media. And so, typically one of the media outlets (all the same really) will produce a bit more spin to fool the public.
So right now DoC in its latest spin that they are under threat has been allocated $10.7 million for security. Note in the article that the monetary sum is strategically placed after the long list of alleged threats. Also strategic is the selection of the feature image and the prominent word ‘eco-terrorism’ … even though it is referring to the state funded authorities, it serves as ammunition for them. A recent aerial 1080 drop in the Taranaki region has left somebody’s pet cat dead. Two weeks ago Cindy McArthur captured the image of this unfortunate animal in the Kaitake Ranges just as she found it & soon after the drop … in a position characteristic of any animal that dies this way … spine arched over and backwards. Other animals that died from 1080 can be seen below in a similar position. Safe.org has an eye witness description on their site:

”From about four hours after poisoning until death all lethally dosed possums exhibited spasms involving the limbs or body. Possums vocalised during spasms, tremors or seizures. Vocalisation was loud and prolonged. (Squeaking, gasping and gagging noises were also frequently heard during retching and terminal breathing.) Seizures included stiffening of limbs with hunching of the shoulders; jerks in limbs, head, abdomen or shoulder; leg paddling; rolling onto the back with a stiffened body; continuous body rolling; trembling; and rigidity of the entire body. Possums were sometimes propelled into the air by these movements…”
[Note: please do not ask has the cat been tested for 1080. This is not rocket science. Along with this unfortunate cat were other dead target & non-target animals also that Cindy photographed. Although the aim of your authorities dropping 1080 is to kill pests, in spite of their claims to the contrary they can’t target one species of animal over another.]
1080 is not a humane way to kill any animal … death is painful, torturous and slow
Note some of the following photos link to videos of the animals dying. You may not want to watch them, but please don’t start up about the cruelty of the photographer not putting the animal out of its misery. The owner did not poison their own loved pet. Complain instead to your authorities for mandating this poison in the first place and educate yourself on the numbers dying in this cruel manner, all with their ‘blessing’. No owner likes to see this but the footage may at least wake people up to what is really happening to non-target animals, let alone target animals.
There is no arguing 1080 is cruel beyond imagination.

In addition mothers die with their young or sometimes their surviving young are left to die from starvation. The dead lamb in the image below had drunk its mother’s poisoned milk & succumbed.
In a bungled Turangi aerial drop, four horses died, one of which had coughed up its own lungs reports Reihana Robinson in her book The Killing Nation! The Animal Welfare Act was tweaked to allow this kind of animal death from 1080 poisoning.
DoC would have you believe, in spite of their own documentation stating otherwise, that non-target animals do not die in 1080 drops.

At the Poisoning Paradise blogspot by the GrafBoys you will see photos comparing the internal organs & other features, of two deer, one killed by 1080 poison and one that has been shot. There is a vast difference.

For a long time environmentalists have asked why is the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(SPCA) (my emphasis) not speaking out about this? Well they did recently emerge from the shadows to emit a warning that 1080 indeed inflicted a cruel death. However, the society was straight away roundly censured by Gareth Morgan who it appears does have a financial interest in 1080 through his association with Zero Invasive Predators (ZIP), a partnership between NEXT Foundation, and the Department of Conservation. Gareth’s particularly well known for his inclination to exterminate NZ’s cat population. Thousands of non-target animals & birds suffer with every drop. Scientists (Dr Charles Eason, Dr Hugh Barr) estimate over 20,000 deer are killed every year in New Zealand by 1080, plus tens of thousands of native birds, and many pets and farm animals. “In a 2011 report on 1080, Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment Dr Jan Wright said a report for the National Animal Welfare Advisory Committee rated 1080 as “relatively humane”.”
The strategic use of the word ‘relatively’ of course leaves an unknown imaginary scope doesn’t it?
“1080 is classed by the World Health Organisation as an Extremely Hazardous pesticide (Class 1a WHO). You may not be aware that as such it falls within the category of Highly Hazardous Pesticides for which the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) is seeking a global phase out.
The lesson here people, considering your authorities think 1080 is fine & even propose it is not very dangerous for humans & (incredibly) can even be eaten … is to be vigilant and watch the newspapers &/or check DoC’s website for 1080 drops in your area. If there’s one imminent, keep your pets indoors. Don’t walk them on leashes either. Dogs are particularly sensitive to it & a lick of by kill animals is enough from what I’m hearing, to cause fatal poisoning.
It isn’t safe any more people & the warning systems in place are not that thorough. Over & over we hear stories of people caught unawares. It is being dumped into waterways and over the land from which water runs when it rains as we know.
Your safety & that of your animals can only really be guaranteed by your own vigilance.

It’s been revealed several Labour MPs have accepted gifts from controversial Chinese Communication company Huawei.
MPs have to register interests such as assets, debts and gifts they have received, and the list as at 31 January 2019 was presented to Parliament today.
Police Minister Stuart Nash accepted tickets and hospitality to an All Blacks v France rugby game from Huawei Technologies.
Māori Development, Local Government and Associate Environment Minister Nania Mahuta received Warriors v Canberra Raiders match tickets and hospitality from Huawei New Zealand.
Corrections Minister Kelvin Davis accepted All Blacks test tickets from Huawei.
List MP and Junior Whip Kiri Allan received two All Blacks tickets, food, and beverages in Wellington from Huawei.

Why is it necessary, in the quest for seizing guns from adults to ‘protect the public’ (so we are told) to terrorize young children? How is that conducive to protecting the public, the rationale that is being given for this sudden strange turn of events? Do these Police persons not have children themselves? Are they not trained to realize the trauma that this behaviour will embed in a child’s memory …. for life? This is the stuff of movies & it’s happening right here in New Zealand. It is not new however. This same behaviour occurred in 2007 when the Tuhoe people in Te Urewera (who are no strangers to illegal Police raids) were raided & similarly, armed offenders boarded a school bus, terrorizing little children.

They also detained a family with little ones, one of them a four year old, in their family garage with no food, water or toilet for NINE hours. Those children would not sleep in their bedrooms for three months after this event, they were so afraid. They all slept together in their lounge. Shame on the NZ Police. Protecting the public? Really? When you see images of these armed offenders (see image above) they are enough to strike terror into the heart of an adult let alone a child. It all really beggars belief. Was this all a warm up for today’s scenarios?

Police seize gun collector’s firearms in ‘over the top’ raid

A community-minded contractor who dug the mass grave for victims of the mosque shootings for free says police went “way over the top” in raiding his house to seize his 11 firearms.
The colourful figure – who asked not to be named for security reasons but whose record of helping out people in the community and raising money is known to have endeared him to many – said about 30 police raided his west Christchurch block on April 2 about 5pm while he was still at work.
Some were Armed Offenders Squad members and others were in ordinary police uniform. A specialist search squad searched his house, outbuildings and a granny flat housing his 80-year-old mother.

Police then rang him at work. He arranged to stand in the middle of the yard and asked the police to leave their guns in their vehicles.
“They still pointed their guns at me and made me walk towards them with my hands up. I got to them and said, “put that away before you hurt yourself”.”
He is now waiting for an explanation. He does not believe police were acting on a tip that he was dangerous. Police refused to comment, citing privacy – despite the man providing a privacy waiver.
“Unfortunately for privacy reasons we can’t respond to requests which seek to confirm whether specific individuals have made complaints to police, or if police have attended a specific address,” a police spokesperson said.

Some of the officers were from the Armed Offenders Squad, while others were in ordinary police uniform.
The man said: “I’ve seen them raid the Headhunters with less firepower than they raided us. It was just out of this world. Way over the top.”
He accepts police might have wanted a chat with him because after the mosque shootings, he had bought an AR15 rifle, from Gun City. The mosque shooter used an AR15 class rifle and they are now banned under new arms legislation.
A rush of gun sales was reported in the aftermath of the March 15 mosque shooting after it was announced gun laws would change. The AR15 is amongst the most popular as a semi-automatic sporting rifle often used for deer, goat and pig hunting, as well as competitive target shooting.
“But all they needed to do was ring me and say we are coming around for a chat. If I was really up to no good I would have bought a firearm off the internet. Everyone knows that.”
The contractor said he had had a firearms licence since 1982 and had been shooting as a sport since he was 12.
He collected firearms and had two other AR15 rifles before the shooting.
When he bought the firearm, he thought he would be able to keep the gun under a grandfather arrangement where those who owned the guns before the law change would be allowed to keep them.
“It would have told a story.”
His confidence in the police had gone down to about zero, he said.
All his guns were confiscated in the raid and he is now trying to get them back.
“This didn’t need to happen. I’m not a criminal. They could have made a few other checks and seen I was not a risk.
He had two assault convictions from 35 years ago and had been out of trouble since, he said.
An Ashburton farm manager, who also declined to be named, told Stuffhe was also angry about the way he was treated by the police.
He was in his garage searching through his deep freezer shortly after eating lunch on Thursday when his wife told him there were some police officers coming up the drive.
“There were about three armed police that came out from the back of my section, and three more units pulled up at the driveway.”
Of the 14 police officers, eight were “heavily armed”.
The officers wanted to speak to him about the terror attacks, his views on police, Muslims and other religions. He was then asked if anyone was home.
“I said ‘no, my kids are at school’. Then they sent a team in to clear the house like in the movies, going into each room guns pointed clearing the house.”
The man said the officers told him the hour-long visit was initiated in part because he purchased an A-category AR15 from Gun City a day after the March 15 terror attack. His gun, which was being held in a secure safe, was seized, along with some other items including a scope and ammunition.
He told Stuff he travelled from Ashburton to Christchurch after the attack to buy the gun because he had always wanted one. His wife was planning on buying him one for his birthday in June, and was worried they would become harder to buy.
“It was probably the wrong decision but I thought if I don’t get one now I may miss the opportunity.”
He said he was not racist or anti-Islamic.
“I said so I’m not a fan but I understand there are good people out there, there are good Muslims. I’m not a fan of the religion but I’m not going to go out and kill people.”
He said the number of police officers was over the top and believed a call or visit from a local police officer would have been enough.
“I can’t understand why they needed that many armed police to come in here to ask me my views on this and then seize my gun.”

Alan Gurden has filmed this factory in Rolleston in the South Island that manufactures 1080 baits. These are a Class 1A Ecotoxin with no known antidote. Air vents in the roof it’s been noted by neighbouring workers, emit dust into the atmosphere. These staff when interviewed were shocked and had no idea what was being manufactured in such close proximity to them. The question asked is how were the consents granted without neighbouring businesses knowing about it?
More info below from Alan Gurden at a local protest near the factory. Do those people really look like the terrorists NZ lamestream media would have you believe they are? This is just a ploy to get you to look away people, while they poison your country with impunity. There have been deaths & there will likely be more if they don’t stop the blasé attitude they are promoting towards poisons. They are teaching your children in schools that it is ‘not very dangerous to humans’ and an Epro contractor was recently quoted in the media as recommending a 1080 pellet was safe to eat.
Jim Hilton has advised “that the Selwyn District Council (SDC) were the consenting authority for this factory. They colluded in secret with the West Coast Regional Council (WCRC). This is a $1.2 M investment in a POISON BAIT factory (manufacturing plant) 92% of West Coasters don’t want. It is the Council’s biggest cash cow. The voting public have a asked a lot of questions (OIA’s) about the reasons this “investment” was kept secret. Surprise surprise …. they are not being answering quickly!
Ratepayers do not give permission to Councils to secretly invest in products which Councils then use to poison their ratepayers, their food and drinking water.”
As Alan suggests, get in touch with your local Council and ask some pertinent questions. You should familiarize yourself with safety precautions in the event of a fire & in the event of dust blowing out of the air vents.

An Open Letter to Legislators Currently Considering Vaccine Legislation from Tetyana Obukhanych, PhD
Dear Legislator:
My name is Tetyana Obukhanych. I hold a PhD in Immunology. I am writing this letter in the hope that it will correct several common misperceptions about vaccines in order to help you formulate a fair and balanced understanding that is supported by accepted vaccine theory and new scientific findings.
Do unvaccinated children pose a higher threat to the public than the vaccinated?
It is often stated that those who choose not to vaccinate their children for reasons of conscience endanger the rest of the public, and this is the rationale behind most of the legislation to end vaccine exemptions currently being considered by federal and state legislators country-wide.
You should be aware that the nature of protection afforded by many modern vaccines – and that includes most of the vaccines recommended by the CDC for children – is not consistent with such a statement.
I have outlined below the recommended vaccines that cannot prevent transmission of disease either because they are not designed to prevent the transmission of infection (rather, they are intended to prevent disease symptoms), or because they are for non-communicable diseases.
People who have not received the vaccines mentioned below pose no higher threat to the general public than those who have, implying that discrimination against non-immunized children in a public school setting may not be warranted.
1. IPV (inactivated poliovirus vaccine) cannot prevent transmission of poliovirus. (see appendix for the scientific study, Item #1). Wild poliovirus has been non-existent in the USA for at least two decades. Even if wild poliovirus were to be re-imported by travel, vaccinating for polio with IPV cannot affect the safety of public spaces. Please note that wild poliovirus eradication is attributed to the use of a different vaccine, OPV or oral poliovirus vaccine. Despite being capable of preventing wild poliovirus transmission, use of OPV was phased out long ago in the USA and replaced with IPV due to safety concerns.
2. Tetanus is not a contagious disease, but rather acquired from deep-puncture wounds contaminated with C. tetani spores. Vaccinating for tetanus (via the DTaP combination vaccine) cannot alter the safety of public spaces; it is intended to render personal protection only.
3. While intended to prevent the disease-causing effects of the diphtheria toxin, the diphtheria toxoid vaccine (also contained in the DTaP vaccine) is not designed to prevent colonization and transmission of C. diphtheriae. Vaccinating for diphtheria cannot alter the safety of public spaces; it is likewise intended for personal protection only.
4. The acellular pertussis (aP) vaccine (the final element of the DTaP combined vaccine), now in use in the USA, replaced the whole cell pertussis vaccine in the late 1990s, which was followed by an unprecedented resurgence of whooping cough. An experiment with deliberate pertussis infection in primates revealed that the aP vaccine is not capable of preventing colonization and transmission of B. pertussis. The FDA has issued a warning regarding this crucial finding. [1]
Furthermore, the 2013 meeting of the Board of Scientific Counselors at the CDC revealed additional alarming data that pertussis variants (PRN-negative strains) currently circulating in the USA acquired a selective advantage to infect those who are up-to-date for their DTaP boosters, meaning that people who are up-to-date are more likely to be infected, and thus contagious, than people who are not vaccinated.
5. Among numerous types of H. influenzae, the Hib vaccine covers only type b. Despite its sole intention to reduce symptomatic and asymptomatic (disease-less) Hib carriage, the introduction of the Hib vaccine has inadvertently shifted strain dominance towards other types of H. influenzae (types a through f). These types have been causing invasive disease of high severity and increasing incidence in adults in the era of Hib vaccination of children (see appendix for the scientific study, Item #4). The general population is more vulnerable to the invasive disease now than it was prior to the start of the Hib vaccination campaign. Discriminating against children who are not vaccinated for Hib does not make any scientific sense in the era of non-type b H. influenzae disease.
6. Hepatitis B is a blood-borne virus. It does not spread in a community setting, especially among children who are unlikely to engage in high-risk behaviors, such as needle sharing or sex. Vaccinating children for hepatitis B cannot significantly alter the safety of public spaces. Further, school admission is not prohibited for children who are chronic hepatitis B carriers. To prohibit school admission for those who are simply unvaccinated – and do not even carry hepatitis B – would constitute unreasonable and illogical discrimination.
In summary, a person who is not vaccinated with IPV, DTaP, HepB, and Hib vaccines due to reasons of conscience poses no extra danger to the public than a person who is. No discrimination is warranted.
How often do serious vaccine adverse events happen?
It is often stated that vaccination rarely leads to serious adverse events.
Unfortunately, this statement is not supported by science.
A recent study done in Ontario, Canada, established that vaccination actually leads to an emergency room visit for 1 in 168 children following their 12-month vaccination appointment and for 1 in 730 children following their 18-month vaccination appointment (see appendix for a scientific study, Item #5).
When the risk of an adverse event requiring an ER visit after well-baby vaccinations is demonstrably so high, vaccination must remain a choice for parents, who may understandably be unwilling to assume this immediate risk in order to protect their children from diseases that are generally considered mild or that their children may never be exposed to.
Can discrimination against families who oppose vaccines for reasons of conscience prevent future disease outbreaks of communicable viral diseases, such as measles?
Measles research scientists have for a long time been aware of the “measles paradox.” I quote from the article by Poland & Jacobson (1994) “Failure to Reach the Goal of Measles Elimination: Apparent Paradox of Measles Infections in Immunized Persons.” Arch Intern Med 154:1815-1820:
“The apparent paradox is that as measles immunization rates rise to high levels in a population, measles becomes a disease of immunized persons.” [2]
Further research determined that behind the “measles paradox” is a fraction of the population called LOW VACCINE RESPONDERS. Low-responders are those who respond poorly to the first dose of the measles vaccine. These individuals then mount a weak immune response to subsequent RE-vaccination and quickly return to the pool of “susceptibles’’ within 2-5 years, despite being fully vaccinated. [3]
Re-vaccination cannot correct low-responsiveness: it appears to be an immuno-genetic trait. [4] The proportion of low-responders among children was estimated to be 4.7% in the USA. [5]
Studies of measles outbreaks in Quebec, Canada, and China attest that outbreaks of measles still happen, even when vaccination compliance is in the highest bracket (95-97% or even 99%, see appendix for scientific studies, Items #6&7). This is because even in high vaccine responders, vaccine-induced antibodies wane over time. Vaccine immunity does not equal life-long immunity acquired after natural exposure.
It has been documented that vaccinated persons who develop breakthrough measles are contagious. In fact, two major measles outbreaks in 2011 (in Quebec, Canada, and in New York, NY) were re-imported by previously vaccinated individuals. [6] [7]
Taken together, these data make it apparent that elimination of vaccine exemptions, currently only utilized by a small percentage of families anyway, will neither solve the problem of disease resurgence nor prevent re-importation and outbreaks of previously eliminated diseases.
Is discrimination against conscientious vaccine objectors the only practical solution?
The majority of measles cases in recent US outbreaks (including the recent Disneyland outbreak) are adults and very young babies, whereas in the pre-vaccination era, measles occurred mainly between the ages 1 and 15.
Natural exposure to measles was followed by lifelong immunity from re-infection, whereas vaccine immunity wanes over time, leaving adults unprotected by their childhood shots. Measles is more dangerous for infants and for adults than for school-aged children.
Despite high chances of exposure in the pre-vaccination era, measles practically never happened in babies much younger than one year of age due to the robust maternal immunity transfer mechanism.
The vulnerability of very young babies to measles today is the direct outcome of the prolonged mass vaccination campaign of the past, during which their mothers, themselves vaccinated in their childhood, were not able to experience measles naturally at a safe school age and establish the lifelong immunity that would also be transferred to their babies and protect them from measles for the first year of life.
Luckily, a therapeutic backup exists to mimic now-eroded maternal immunity. Infants as well as other vulnerable or immunocompromised individuals, are eligible to receive immunoglobulin, a potentially life-saving measure that supplies antibodies directed against the virus to prevent or ameliorate disease upon exposure (see appendix, Item #8).
In summary:
1) due to the properties of modern vaccines, non-vaccinated individuals pose no greater risk of transmission of polio, diphtheria, pertussis, and numerous non-type b H. influenzae strains than vaccinated individuals do, non-vaccinated individuals pose virtually no danger of transmission of hepatitis B in a school setting, and tetanus is not transmissible at all;
2) there is a significantly elevated risk of emergency room visits after childhood vaccination appointments attesting that vaccination is not risk-free;
3) outbreaks of measles cannot be entirely prevented even if we had nearly perfect vaccination compliance; and
4) an effective method of preventing measles and other viral diseases in vaccine-ineligible infants and the immunocompromised, immunoglobulin, is available for those who may be exposed to these diseases.
Taken together, these four facts make it clear that discrimination in a public school setting against children who are not vaccinated for reasons of conscience is completely unwarranted as the vaccine status of conscientious objectors poses no undue risk to the public.

Which brings to mind the post I’ve been meaning to do for a while featuring Mike Loder’s submission with regard to gun confiscations that followed on the heels of the Christchurch incident in March. Mike is a campaigner for harsher penalties for firearm offenders. He is a keen shooter himself & wishes to protect shooting as a sport … he states that he is not pro gun, he is pro logic (here more in the interview). He would like to see firearms licensing handled by an alternative party to the police.

100 tonnes of 1080 baits contain enough pure 1080 poison ( 150kgs ) to kill between approximately 1 million and 4.3 million X 70 kg humans, and make the same number of people very ill. ( Human LD50 is 0.5 to 2 mg/kg bodyweight )
NB: “Based on fatal or near-fatal cases of human poisonings, the dangerous dose for humans is 0.5-2.0 mg/kg BW” (Negherbon 1959)
I don’t see the 600kgs, stated in the second OIA response attached, included in their latest response, 21.2.2018 ! ( see John Veysey’s letter below )
PLUS THERE ARE ANOTHER 66.6 TONNES THEY HAVEN’T INCLUDED IN THEIR OIA RESPONSE ATTACHED ( see third OIA response, included in body of post below ) – These were baits targeted for the 33,000 ha aerial 1080 drop at Makarora in 2015.
The pre-feed was dropped at Makarora but the poison was not. Bad timing, and initial faulty flight charts, ( by HeliOtago Ltd presumably ), meant the drop was postponed and then foiled by the onset of winter.
DoC Wanaka announced the poisoning would happen the following Spring but this never eventuated. The poison was dumped. They have conveniently left this out of the latest OIA response, and pretended they haven’t kept records.

FB post, August 16, 2018 : John Veysey of Coromandel sent me this letter by email today. It wasn’t published so I will post it here as it is well worth reading.
“Dear Sir,
A pile of 1080 pellets was found dumped on Stewart Island. This evoked shock and horror from the local MP, Sarah Dowie.
Which only goes to show how effectively DOC has covered their tracks in the past.
It is common practice to dump excess 1080 pellets after 1080 drops have finished.
When 1080 toxin was first discovered in ground water the source of the toxin was traced to a landfill site above. Un-spread 1080 baits had been buried in the landfill and the toxin had leached out of the baits and seeped down into the ground water where it remained as toxic as the day it was dumped. No breakdown of the poison had taken place over all that time.
It is understood by contractors that, at the end of every 1080 drop, there will likely be excess toxic baits to be got rid of. You never hear of any baits being returned to the factory. For decades now council-run, public landfill sites have been used to dump unwanted 1080 baits. These dumps are invisible to the naked eye but can be traced through the paper-work.
A 1080 drop in our area ( Coromandel ) last year left nearly a tonne of unused 1080 when it was finished. DOC’s hazardous substance tracking form shows us that not all of this was dumped. 300 kgs was given to a Quenton Potae, a private individual living in Kennedy Bay just over the hill. The left-over 600kgs was dumped in a landfill in Auckland.
Quenton Potae is not the only local private individual to have been given 1080 pellets in our area in the last 12 months. A group of life-style-blockers just up the road from us applied for and were given 100’s of kgs of 1080 pellets to chuck around their properties. Most of them are absentee-landowners whose annual contribution for pest control will be considerably reduced with the free 1080. The cost for those of us living downstream has been life-changing.
During the last 40 years of my life I have managed to enjoy a sub-poverty-line income by sustaining myself on wild meat. To-day my way of life is not possible. Wild meat is no longer safe to eat.

I refer to your official information request dated 22 January 2017, asking the following questions about the 2015 cancelled Makarora 1080 operation:
What was the financial cost of the 1080 baits that were dumped from this abandoned operation?
DOC does periodically need to dispose of 1080 bait because it has chemically or physically broken down and therefore is no longer fit for purpose. Following the cancellation of the Makarora operation, the cost of the toxic bait disposed of in this condition was $82,334. (1)
How much bait in weight was dumped from the abandoned 2015 Makarora poison operation?
Approximately 66,000 kilograms of 1080-laced bait was planned to be used for the Makarora operation…………..
Where was the unused 1080 poisoned baits dumped?
(1) Bulls..t ! At $3.13 per kg the cost is $206,580 !
Disposal of toxic bait is done in accordance with the appropriate HSNO (Hazardous Substances and New Organisms) regulations using landfills consented for this purpose. The toxic bait intended for the Makarora operation was disposed to landfill in the Manawatu- Wanganui region.
EWR Note: Whilst it’s acknowledged there will be landfills that do dispose of the poisonous baits correctly and according to regulations, can we be assured of 100% foolproof protection of our water supplies? Really? In Marton alone which had its landfill size quadrupled (or close to quintupled) in 2015, the leachate was being trucked & disposed of in the WWTP in keeping originally with a gentleman’s agreement at the time of sale by Council to a private owner. Locals noticed that the trips by the trucks to the plant were happening at night time even & far more frequently than was officially claimed, too much for the plant to cope with. See Comment Regarding Leachate Disposal at the link. The consent is to be reconsidered in March 2019 note. A google search reveals little change reported by mainstream since 2015.
*DoC’s Predator Free programme is known as “Battle for the Birds” when in fact they are killing all varieties,natives included, within the drop zones. Remember the incidence documented about the LandCare scientist’s kill estimate of10K birds in a single aerial 1080 drop in 2002.

I personally viewed the footage spoken of when it first appeared albeit briefly on social media before it was taken down. I can certainly affirm that what is said there is true. Another viewer who watched it several times (cited below) describes accurately the many more anomalies also present. (The two videoed interviews in a previous post also describe these same issues in great detail).
The streets were empty of people, apart from the two guys walking by and the guy in black trousers and a white shirt who directed him to go right at the bottom of the drive..
The shooter had three guns in the passenger well and three in the boot… why didn’t he use the ones in the front passenger well?

There were two Muslims ‘outside’ the mosque, and one (woman in black) doing something in the back of a lemon/green car in the carpark… but they were left alive? He began ‘shooting’ at people inside the mosque at 1.30.
Friday prayers are 12 noon and last one hour, so the mosque should have been empty, because the men had to get back to work.
Also Muslim men normally wear white or their best clothes for Friday prayers, but many of the victims appear to be wearing work clothes. It is tradition to keep the mosque spotless and not bring any dirt from outside. Hence they remove shoes and wash before prayers..
It is fard (obligatory duty) for men to attend Friday prayers, but not for a ‘slave’ a woman child or a sick person. And they use their own prayer mats.. but there were NONE in this video.
He shot two men going in to the mosque one of whom was wearing shoes and they fell INTO the mosque, but there was only one man wearing a blue sweater and shoes as he passed him. The other one crawled up the passage and was shot. But there was no blood and no bullet wounds…And despite one man being shot point blank in the face, his head did not explode or bleed. Then when the shooter came out first time, one man who had originally crawled up the passage was now facing out, right arm behind his back left arm up, and the guy in the blue jumper had been moved to one side and still no blood.
The shooter then goes into the road and begins shooting at nothing, up and then down the road. Cars passing by but it appears didn’t think to ring the Police? Goes back to the car where he left the boot open for any passer by to see the guns inside? Throws the used gun on the ground and picks up an identical gun from the boot and picks up what looks like a red petrol cannister.. Surely he could just have had a pocket full of magazines to replace as one was used?
9.52 someone still doing something in the back of the lemon/green car? Continues on past the car park to another drive where cars are parked but no people and shoots indiscriminately. No holes in anything.. Says ”It doesn’t look like it’s a bird today boys.” Goes back into the mosque where blood is now pouring from the two in the foyer of the mosque. Goes into the prayer room and begins shooting at the already ‘dead’ bodies, only three/four of whom are bleeding? When it should have been one massive pool of blood. He then goes to the ‘dead’ bodies in the left corner and shoots them all again, point blank but no holes or blood?’ Then leaves the mosque where the body facing out has changed position and now has both arms up as if he’s been lying on them. Shooter then begins shooting at someone fleeing in the garden , which then turns out to be a woman, who is laid at the bottom of the drive where his car is, calling ”help me”, so he shoots her twice and then three more times, this looks genuine.. He gets into the car and then appears to drive over her, but the car doesn’t jolt like it would over an obstacle. He looks through his mirror and adjusts his sat nav and says to the guy in the back, ”that girl’s dead” and scoffs.
Driving down the road and shoots his gun three times point blank in to the wind screen but doesn’t break the glass?? then shoots the side window, which does?
Chats to guy in the back ”Still time for the fuel” ”I left a magazine back there in the fire fight???” ;;shit happens.” Police sirens sound, but here is no acknowledgement from either men in the car. Shooter says. ”They were all scared, I got the men first because the women weren’t in yet”
”Remember lads, it’s subscribe to beautify.”
I know why this video is being hidden… It does not stand up to fine scrutiny.
From the very start, It did not ring true and felt like it was being filmed as part of a video game….
And the prestitute media rhetoric IMO is designed to create fear.
– There was another shooting outside Christchurch Hospital and multiple bombs were attached to two cars belonging to the suspects near the mosque. – The explosives were quickly disarmed. The Gunman’s rampage began when he got into his car wearing military style body armour and a helmet saying ‘let’s get this party started’.
He then drove to the mosque listening to folk music and military tunes before parking in an alley around the corner.-

Please note, saying that this is a false flag event, is not implying there were no deaths, as the interviews explain. What is being said is that the video shown to the public is likely not a real & true record of how it played out (we are led to believe it is head cam footage) … ie not the real footage of events, rather a mixture of real plus possibly rehearsal or other footage. To understand this a must watch are the two interviews with Ole Dammegard (researcher, author & international speaker) who has examined similar events for 36 years now, predicting and even stopping some.

We simply wish to help folk make sense of what has happened. Understandably many are afraid & the excellent research & clear head of Ole brings some sanity into the situation.
