EPA Provides ‘Total Transparency On The Issues Of Geoengineering And Contrails’ After Deadly Texas Flooding, As Mainstream Media Admits Cloudseeding Occurred Before Floods
“Americans have legitimate questions about contrails and geoengineering, and they deserve straight answers,” says the EPA chief. But it’s more gaslighting as usual.
As of today, July 10th, 121 people have been confirmed dead and over 170 are still reportedly missing, after massive flooding swept through Texas last week. With flooding as horrific as it was, many have asked how such a travesty could happen, and there is some fairly solid evidence that directly points towards cloudseeding/geoengineering as the culprit. Even mainstream media is now being forced to admit it, even if they have to call those asking questions “conspiracy theorists.”
As more people become increasingly aware of the practice of weather modification and cloudseeding, as governments and companies become more overt in their ambitions to modulate the weather to supposedly fight climate change or enhance rainfall in dry areas, more people naturally are looking into this and questioning the practice.
12 U.S. states have introduced legislation to ban the practice, while Tennessee officially banned it last year.
Even though cloudseeding has been promoted on daytime television, mainstream media publications continue to label anyone questioning the practice or its existence as tin-hat wearing “conspiracy theorists.”
Nevertheless, as people began to question and post evidence that the recent floods were the cause of cloudseeding, mainstream media sprung into action to shame anyone who for thinking this… while still admitting that cloudseeding is going on.
The Washington Post cites Augustus Doricko who funded a cloudseeding startup in 2023 called Rainmaker, which prior to the storms that led to the mass flooding, dispersed metals into the atmosphere to induce more rain and that therefore was the cause of the disaster. The WaPo says, “That’s impossible, atmospheric scientists say. Cloud seeding, in which planes scatter dust particles through clouds to trigger rain and snow, remains a fledgling technology, the effects of which are too limited and localized to produce anything remotely like the 15 inches of rain that drowned swaths of South Central Texas over the Fourth of July weekend.”
The WaPo goes on to claim that “hasn’t stopped conspiracy theorists from latching onto cloud seeding as an incendiary explanation for natural disasters. The search for a scapegoat has turned a spotlight on a controversial technology that has drawn interest from drought-stricken Western states and dozens of countries looking to replenish water reservoirs, despite limited evidence that it works and broader social and environmental concerns about altering the weather.”
But the paper does still acknowledge the cloudseeding occurred and silver iodine was sprayed into the sky, per a “contract that Rainmaker had inked this spring with the South Texas Weather Modification Association,” the WaPo wrote. The paper then tries to argue these conspiracy theories are exacerbated because several dozen countries openly participate in weather modification. The outlet wrote:
Efforts to debunk conspiracy theories about geoengineering are further complicated by the fact that some governments really are trying to modify the weather.
At least 39 countries have cloud-seeding programs, according to a December report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office. China has invested at least $2 billion since 2014. Saudi Arabia spent more than $250 million on cloud seeding in 2022 alone, according to the report, and the United Arab Emirates and Indiahave invested millions of dollars more in recent years.
While 10 U.S. states have proposed or passed laws banning cloud seeding, nine in the West — amid the worst droughts some areas have seen in 1,200 years — spend millions of dollars a year to squeeze rain or snow out of clouds. Utah leads the pack, with a $5 million annual cloud-seeding budget.
Modern cloud seeding uses techniques the federal government first tried in the 1940s to boost rainfall and disrupt severe storms. Government scientists spent millions of dollars over decades tinkering with clouds.
In the 1960s, the Defense Department secretly tried to induce rainfall to wash out North Vietnamese supply routes — a campaign revealedby the New York Times in 1971 and acknowledgedby the U.S. government three years later.
In another infamous instance, Air Force pilots sprinkled dry ice into a hurricane drifting over the Atlantic Ocean in 1947 to see if they could disrupt its formation; instead, the hurricane abruptly turned toward land, strengthened and caused one death and $2 million in damage, prompting public outcry. The deadly shift was a coincidence, Rauber said, but it taught scientists they should avoid any appearance of causing a disaster.

The government website explains who, how much of the state is directly cloud-seeded, and why and how they do it.
With more substantive evidence that cloud seeding could invigorate convective clouds—promoting their growth and capacity to produce rainwater—a coordinated, State-funded program began in earnest in the latter half of the 1990s. Today, with drought a pending, if not ever-present, threat to the economy and well-being of Texans, rain enhancement projects flourish within large areas of Northwest, West, and South Texas. In fact, the seven cloud seeding projects today cover about 31 million acres (or about one-sixth of the land area of the state). When a severe drought was a greater threat at the end of the previous century, as many as 51 million acres were included in cloud seeding “target” areas in the state.
Texas’ present-day cloud seeding efforts are much more than well-considered responses to drought, however. They are also concerted efforts, using the latest technological tools and understanding, to replenish fresh-water supplies in aquifers and reservoirs as well as to help meet the growing needs of agriculture, industry, and municipalities for fresh water. Political subdivisions like water conservation districts and county commissions have embraced the technology of rain enhancement as one element of a long-term, water-management strategy designed to ensure a growing population has enough water to meet its future needs.
Each of the cloud seeding projects uses specially-equipped aircraft designed to place seeding materials (in the form of pyrotechnic devices, or flares, containing silver iodide and other compounds) into convective towers (turrets of growing thunderstorms) to induce them to expand and process more atmospheric water. The seeding is achieved by burning flares either mounted on the wings of single and twin-engine aircraft or held in racks, and dropped (ejected), from the underside of the aircraft fuselage. Pilots in the aircraft are directed to convective clouds believed by the meteorologist to be treatable with the seeding agent. Timing and targeting are the two critical factors in successful seeding of young thunderstorms. The concerted efforts of both pilot(s) and meteorologist are designed to give the growing cloud a “nudge” to enable it to be more efficient in the way it uses available cloud droplets to grow raindrops.
Even though the Texas state government openly discloses its weather modification programs, some state officials continue to downplay the practice. Sid Miller, Commissioner of the Department of Texas Agriculture, claims the state is not contracting companies to spray the skies and makes an appeal to faith, claiming he prays for rain to come instead.
“There has been a lot of misinformation flying around lately, so let me clarify: the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) has absolutely no connection to cloud seeding or any form of weather modification.
“Since the passage of Senate Bill 1303 in 2011, TDA has had no legal authority, responsibilities, or involvement in any weather modification programs. That authority was transferred out of our hands more than a decade ago.
“As an eighth-generation farmer and rancher, I know what it’s like to watch the sky during a drought, hoping for rain. When Texas experiences a dry spell, I don’t depend on artificial weather manipulation; I turn to my faith. I kneel and pray, just as many farmers, ranchers, and rural communities do.
“Let’s put an end to the conspiracy theories and stop blaming others. Our priority should be the recovery efforts in the Texas Hill Country, as we stand in solidarity with our fellow Texans.”
But with many Texans and Americans unsatisfied, yesterday the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a statement promising “Americans Total Transparency on the Issues of Geoengineering and Contrails.” The EPA published two new online resources “to communicate everything the agency knows about the latest science, research and other information regarding contrails and geoengineering,” the press release explains. “EPA is committed to total transparency with the American public on these topics.”
The press release adds:
EPA’s new online resource on condensation trails, or “contrails,” explains the science behind the aerial phenomenon and addresses myths and misconceptions that have persisted for decades. The new webpage also addresses head-on various claims that these occurrences are actually an intentional release of dangerous chemicals or biological agents at high altitudes for a variety of nefarious purposes, including population control, mind control, or attempts to geoengineer Earth or modify the weather.
EPA also created a new online resource focused specifically on solar geoengineering activities, which involve cooling the Earth by reflecting sunlight back to space, usually through injecting gases, like sulfur dioxide, into the upper atmosphere where they form reflective particles.
The resource delves into the current state of science and research surrounding geoengineering, including the potentially negative impacts it could have on the environment and human health, including depleting the ozone layer, harming crops, altering weather patterns and creating acid rain.
EPA’s new resource also details what EPA has done to identify and track private actors potentially engaged in such activities. Additionally, the online resource discusses weather modification and cloud seeding, and related federal and state government actions.
Along with the release was a video statement from EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, who attempted to quell concerns Americans have over weather modification. Zeldin acknowledges Americans have been “vilified,” he said, for years for simply asking questions, but under the Trump administration seeks to provide total transparency.
“Americans have legitimate questions about contrails and geoengineering, and they deserve straight answers.
“EPA shares the significant reservations many Americans have when it comes to geoengineering activities.
“Everything we know about contrails to solar/geoengineering will be in there. That means anyone who reads through this information will know as much about these topics as I do as EPA Administrator.
“To anyone who has ever looked up to the streaks in the sky and asked, ‘What the heck is going on?’ Or seen headlines about private actors, and even governments looking to “blot out the sun” in the name of stopping global warming, we’ve endeavored to answer all of your questions […]. In fact, EPA shares many of the same concerns […].”
However, the two links provided by the EPA give the status quo answer and claims there is no connection to geoengineering. Salon reported.
“The EPA website on contrails states in no uncertain terms that “chemtrails” are a myth. The term is used among conspiracy theorists who believe that the contrails of vapor that can form behind an airplane’s engines are actually chemicals being distributed from high altitude. The EPA said those claims are inaccurate, but added that it was “reasonable to ask questions” about unfamiliar phenomena.”
Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz called the idea baseless. “To the best of my knowledge, there is zero evidence of anything related to anything like weather modification,” Cruz told reporters on Monday. “Look, the internet can be a strange place. People can come up with all sorts of crazy theories.”
The closest admission the EPA provides is a short blurb stating: “Persistent contrails can interact with wind and clouds to form cirrus clouds, which are thin, wispy clouds that are common at high altitudes.”
When it comes to the term “chemtrails,” the EPA essentially says that this is a false appropriation and conflation with contrails from jet engines. The EPA tries to pass the buck to crop-dusters flying at low levels to spray pesticides on farm fields.
“Chemtrails” is a shortening of the term “chemical trails”. It is a term some people use to inaccurately claim that contrails resulting from routine air traffic are actually an intentional release of dangerous chemicals or biological agents at high altitudes for a variety of nefarious purposes, including population control, mind control, or attempts to geoengineer Earth or modify the weather.
“Some members of the public have been concerned when they see low flying planes spraying fields known as crop dusting.”
In the end, the EPA pretends it has no knowledge of the U.S. ever intentionally participating in geoengineering.
“The federal government is not aware of there ever being a contrail intentionally formed over the United States for the purpose of geoengineering or weather modification. Geoengineering encompasses a broad range of activities that intentionally attempt to cool the Earth or remove gases from the atmosphere. A subset of these activities is intended to cool the Earth by modifying the amount of sunlight reaching Earth’s surface. This is a subject currently going through intense domestic and international public debate, research, and scrutiny for good reason.”

The International Business Times, Washington News Post, and others are reporting that a family member related to Earl Simmons, the rap star known as DMX, has claimed that DMX received a COVID-19 injection prior to having a fatal heart attack, that the corporate media is blaming on a drug overdose.
MTO News is apparently the one who broke the story and had the exclusive interview with the unnamed family member.
MTO News spoke with a member of the Simmons family who believes that it was NOT drugs that caused the heart attack.
In what is becoming the most censored story probably in the history of the United States, the CDC has reported this week that 2,794 deaths have been reported to VAERS as of April 5, 2021, following injections of the three experimental, non-FDA approved, COVID-19 injections.
The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines.
To put this into some perspective, there were a total of 345 deaths recorded in VAERS following vaccines for all of 2020.
From 2010 through the end of 2020, an entire decade spanning 11 years, there were a total of 2,588 deaths recorded following vaccines.
So deaths following vaccines during the first three months of 2021 have now exceeded total deaths for the past 11 years.

BHIWANDI, MAHARASHTRA — Mr. Sukhdeo Kirdit left his house Tuesday morning for his second dose of an experimental shot. He never returned that evening.
The 45-year-old chauffeur received the second dose of a COVID-19 “vaccine” at 11 a.m. in a Bhiwandi hospital, according to The New Indian Express. He immediately started feeling “giddiness.” The situation quickly deteriorated further. Mr. Kurdit was rushed to nearby Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.

The government of the United Kingdom has been collecting critical safety data on the Pfizer/ BioNTech and Oxford/ AstraZeneca “vaccines,” and the latest report doesn’t paint a pretty picture.

The first dose of the experimental Pfizer/ BioNTech “vaccine” has been introduced into the arms of 5.4 million citizens, with 500,000 of these people receiving a second dose.
Up until January 24, there have been nearly 50,000 reports of vaccine injury for this specific vaccine, including the sudden death of seven UK citizens:
A Minimum Of 1 In 333 People Suffer From Serious Vaccine Adverse Events In The UK
Another 1.5 million doses of the Oxford University/ AstraZeneca “vaccine” have been received in the arms of UK citizens, yielding another 21,032 adverse events. These adverse events were recorded up until January 24, 2021, in the Medicines and Health Products Regulatory Agency‘s Yellow Card Scheme, and does not include all relevant, up-to-date injuries.
The current rate of vaccine injury (being reported) is 1 in 333 people. This rate of vaccine injury is likely much greater because people are often hesitant and/or ashamed to report vaccine injury; many people see vaccination as 100 percent safe and effective solution and don’t dare to question it. Many doctors refuse to accept that vaccine injury is real.
The adverse events are not minor issues that resolve in a day, either. These adverse events can be life-altering, causing stroke, inflammation of the heart, muscle paralysis, blindness, and anaphylaxis shock.
The Pfizer/ BioNTech has caused sixty-nine incidents of Bell’s Palsy, a condition that paralyzes muscles on one side of the face.
Government Continues To Downplay Rampant Vaccine Injury And Death, Perpetrating Genocide
The experimental vaccines have a tendency to incite autoimmune attacks in the cardiovascular system, too. Twenty-one people experienced cerebrovascular accidents (strokes) after taking the vaccine.
There were other serious cardiovascular events, including brain stem infarction, cerebellar infarction, cerebellar stroke, cerebral artery occlusion, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, intracranial hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
According to regulators, pregnant woman are not supposed to be vaccinated with these experimental jabs. According to the manufacturers, there is limited amount of data on the use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 on pregnant women.
Animal reproductive toxicity studies have not been completed and therefore the vaccine is not recommended during pregnancy.
However, the Yellow Card reporting system reveals that some pregnant women bypassed this screening process and four pregnant women suffered from spontaneous abortion after the Pfizer vaccination and two suffered the same fate after the AstraZeneca vaccination.
Instead of halting this mass vaccine experiment, regulators continue to downplay these injuries and blame them on a patient’s “older age” or “underlying conditions.” The UK government, defending the vaccine companies:
“A high proportion of people vaccinated in the vaccination campaign so far are very elderly, many of whom will also have pre-existing medical conditions. Older age and chronic underlying illnesses make it more likely that coincidental adverse events will occur, especially given the millions of people vaccinated. It is therefore important that we carefully review these reports to distinguish possible side effects from illness that would have occurred irrespective of vaccination.”
Ironically, months ago, when older people with underlying conditions passed away in hospitals, their cause of death was automatically coded as “COVID-19.” This sociopathic medical fraud has never been more appalling, ghastly, and genocidal.
Which is the more reasonable approach a society might take in the outbreak of epidemic: 1. To quarantine the sick, and take reasonable precautions to stop those who are identified as vulnerable from contracting the illness. 2. To attempt to “control the virus” by preventing millions of healthy people from having contact with other healthy people.

To any society prior to 2020, it would have been obvious that the first approach is not only logical and proportionate, but the one least likely to have other unintended and highly destructive consequences.
However, to my continued astonishment, many in our society not only believe that the answer is the second, but they somehow believe it to be based on established science.
Now I understand that many who support Lockdown will object to my characterisation of their position. They will say that it is deliberately misleading, since it talks about healthy people, and does not mention the sick. Such objections founder, however, on this undeniable fact:
Lockdowns are, by their nature, an entirely untargeted and indiscriminate approach to a health issue, and the prohibiting by law of millions of healthy people from having contact with other healthy people is a feature, not a bug of a policy that was untried and untested before it was first implemented by the Chinese Communist Party in January last year, then copied by many Governments around the world thereafter.

Is the ‘esteemed’ expert relying on the (hitherto very reliable) ‘no correlation proven’ narrative with regard to this claim? For those of us who have been carefully reading & recording, of particular note the VAERS & CDC stats, and the 1100 plus deaths and thousands of (supposedly very rare) serious side effects to date (CDC figures) this claim leaves independent researchers with jaws dropped. Is death 25 minutes post vaccine still ‘no correlation’? I personally am stuck for words.
I will simply remind folk that this new vaccine was rolled out in less than twelve months when it normally takes 7-10 years. It is still in its experimental stages and has only been approved for emergency use. German specialists probe as 10 people died soon after getting inoculated against the novel Coronavirus disease, the deceased were aged between 79 to 93 years.
After the deaths of 10 people who passed away soon after having been inoculated against the novel coronavirus disease, Specialists from Germany’s Paul Ehrlich Institute are looking into it. Brigitte Keller-Stanislawski, the head of the institute’s department of the safety of medicinal products and medical devices, said on Thursday.
The deceased were aged between 79 to 93, all with antecedent diseases. The time between vaccination and death ranged from several hours to four days, according to the medical expert.
Pfizer recently agreed to a criminal plea to pay $2.3 billion to settle allegations it improperly marketed 13 medicines.
“Pharmaceutical companies often seek indemnities when developing a pandemic vaccine, because of the need to speed up the clinical trial process” says RNZ in their article (link below). This decision for indemnity was actually made in October 2020. Any members of the public required by their employers to take this vaccine, should seek further information about possible side effects. We in NZ have the ‘advantage’ if you could call it that, of seeing any side effects on other nations that have started vaccinating their populations. You can seek to access that information from the respective countries, but particularly, the United States has the VAERS website that lists adverse reactions (bearing in mind only 1% are actually reported). We have to date seen 7844 thousand adverse reactions and 181 deaths. Those stats are in the US. Gibraltar has just seen 53 die following the experimental vaccine. I have also noted media stating when someone has died days or weeks after the vaccine, that the cause of death was not necessarily the vaccine.
Fully informed consent is the very least a member of the public should expect. To not give this is in violation of the Nuremberg Code (further articles here). This vaccine is untested so you the public are the lab rats. In addition total immunity from liability for the manufacturer sends, for me, a very clear message. In plain English it means if you get very sick or even die (as many have) you’re on your own. It also means that your government is on, not your side, but on that of the Pfizer corporation.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines.
A 2011 report by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) stated that fewer than one percent of all vaccine adverse events are reported to the government:
Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of “problem” drugs and vaccines that endanger public health. New surveillance methods for drug and vaccine adverse effects are needed. (Source.)

SCOTT Morrison and the public health establishment’s beloved Pfizer vaccines are dangerous for anyone who is uninformed enough to willingly get one, and two former Pfizer scientists who went to court in Europe trying to stop the trials can attest to this, as do other highly qualified scientists.
Anyone worried about “catching the virus” should go to their doctor and get a prescription for the common medicine highly recommended by doctors and medical experts worldwide – Ivermectin. It works as both a prophylaxis (preventative) and treatment for infection. But you won’t hear much about this very effective anti-COVID medicine because governments and media are in the pockets of big pharma.
A US doctor has also posted on Facebook, warning the general public has no idea if it the new mRNA vaccine will be effective or safe because “absolutely no long-term safety studies will have been done to ensure that any of these vaccines don’t cause the cancer, seizures, heart disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases seen with other vaccines.” “If you ever wanted to be guinea pig for Big Pharma, now is your golden opportunity,” the doctor writes. There have already been six deaths associated with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine trials – two who received the vaccine and four who did not (placebo). That’s the official information from Pfizer, a company with major convictions for dishonesty and fraud.

The Pfizer Covid vaccine is already being administered to the public in the UK and the first doses have been given in the US ahead of a mass vaccination campaign on a global scale. It is important to recognize that the Pfizer Covid vaccine has not been approved by the FDA. Now Moderna’s experimental Covid vaccine is set to get the same Emergency Use Authorization allowing the shot to be distributed to millions of people. Truth is, nobody knows what the long term effects could be and it appears the public is being subjected to an experiment on a global scale. In this report, we examine discrepancies in the FDA Moderna report that was voted on by an advisory panel. The panel voted 20-0 recommending EUA. TRANSCRIPT: It is about “vaccines that could eventually be compulsory or forced on us by social pressure and those from BioNTech and Pfizer which have received an authorisation for use in the UK. Interestingly, in a country which 3 or 4 weeks ago made us aware about a public tender showing new computer and server capacity must be provided in order to handle the sheer number of side effect reports that are expected through using such an mRNA vaccine.
We have neither a phase 1 or a phase 2 reasonably carried out so my accusation is much more serious. Safety, efficacy & quality checks in the pre-clinical areas haven’t been done at all. And this is the real crime. This work MUST be done and it has totally NOT BEEN DONE. This whole system must be tested in animals which are suitable, and this must first be determined … by examining the liver, the kidneys etc., the complete histology has to be looked into, a very elaborate aspect, and naturally the function, especially of the immune system must be proven. None of this has been done. Definitively there is no toxicological data available. I know this for two reasons, firstly I have asked BioNTech several times with no reply. If there was any data they could at least have told me that the experiments were done. They wrote to inform me quite clearly that they have “no data available yet”. This came from a Senior Medical Director who is responsible for the total phase of the trial. This for me is a kind of proof on the one hand of silence … meaning … “we don’t have anything”, and on the other hand they are indeed admitting that they have nothing. This means we are making experiments on people without knowing the safety of the product.”
Americans have been following COVID-19 vaccine trial developments for weeks, watching companies jockey for frontrunner status like contestants in a reality TV show. And though participants in some of the studies (by Moderna, Oxford, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer) have surfaced with reactions serious enough to pause several of the trials, market analysts remain “bullish” about the near-term prospects for approval of these liability-free products by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

“An experiment approved by the Lincoln University animal ethics committee saw the collection of 10 dogs from a Christchurch animal shelter that were then fed concentrated doses of poison before being euthanized.”

An application from an external organisation was approved for the experiment by Lincoln University in 2010, for “trials assessing the effects of sodium nitrate during its development as a humane alternative to 1080”.
Bait containing sodium nitrate was later registered to kill possums and feral pigs in 2013.
In a statement provided by the university, no further trials approved by the animal ethics committee involved dogs.
The university says it was the responsibility of the applicant to ensure “the procurement, production, maintenance of animals as well as for the work undertaken” complied with the Animal Welfare Act and the university’s code of conduct for use of animals.
The applicant, according to the report, collected 10 dogs from a Christchurch pound to evaluate the risks of dogs eating carcasses as well as specific organs from possums that had ingested the poison.
Dogs were separated into groups, with one group being fed minced possum organs and another group fed entire carcasses.
The dogs were then monitored after the meal to see if they would present signs of sodium nitrate poisoning.
According to the report, these can include “vomiting, excessive thirst, diarrhorrea, heavy panting, the loss of coordination and methaemoglobinaemia (such as shortness of breath, cyanosis, lethargy, loss of consciousness, and bluish colouring of lips, gums, paws and nose)”.
The dogs were later euthanaised by a veterinarian at the end of the seven-day trial.
New Zealand Anti-Vivisection Society spokesperson Tara Jackson says the experiment highlights how little impact ethics committees have as “even projects with this callous approach to life can be approved”.
“These experiments happen behind closed doors, and it is no surprise the public is horrified when we expose this kind of cruelty. These poor creatures were taken from a pound, fed poison, and then killed.”
Ms Jackson says her organisation has a waiting list of people willing to re-home dogs used in experiments like this.

The Department of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (Click on “Meeting Book – PDF – 10.8 MB” for September 3rd meeting). There are 211 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths for the period 5/16/2015 through 8/15/2015.
86 of the settlements were listed in this report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Three of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with two deaths related to the flu shot, and one death for the HPV shot. 65 of the 86 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).
