I'm for justice and equity for all peoples everywhere. Lake Horowhenua epitomises the New Zealand Government’s disdain for its indigenous people – both past and present. Throughout the history of Aotearoa, Mua-Upoko has always been at the mercy of a Crown intent on suppressing the cultural and environmental concerns of the indigenous owners of this lake in order to enhance the recreational and economic pursuits of the Pakeha.
Most recently, it was the crux of a case appealed to the Supreme Court, a court supposedly attuned to the nuances of the Treaty of Waitangi. In effect, the Supreme Court has invalidated itself. And Parliament as well. By ceding sovereignty, the Chiefs of New Zealand were guaranteed by the Queen of England ‘full, exclusive and undisturbed possession’ of lands and other property they and their descendants individually or collectively possess.
The Crown’s jurisdiction, its authority to govern therefore rests upon compliance with the Treaty. Before all nations at the United Nations human rights hearing in Geneva on 30 January 2014, the Minister of Justice affirmed the Treaty of Waitangi to be New Zealand’s founding document. Without compliance, this Treaty disintegrates.
And so does governance by Parliament and jurisdiction from the courts.
In terms of ownership, Lake Horowhenua is unique. It is, and always has been owned by
Mua-Upoko; since 1886 in English title.
But there is more to the legend of the lake than constitutional matters of property rights.
Lake Horowhenua was purchased not in cash. It was bought in blood. Here on the artificial islands Mua-Upoko created for their own refuge, Te Rauparaha and his Ngati Toa
raiders stockaded men, women and children ‘killing some from day to day as required for food’. Concealed in clearings nearby, Taueki and the remnants of Mua-Upoko would hear their kin, across the silence of the lake; unable to rescue them if their tribe was to survive.

1921 Fredrich Dessauer advocates x-ray therapy
1922 H.H. Laughlin, the expert eugenics agent of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Immigration and Naturalization, proposes the Model Eugenic Sterilization Law—a model to be followed by Hitler in 1933. Laughlin’s law would mandate destruction of criminals, the insane, those with TB, the blind, the deformed, the crippled, and the dependent.
1922 School becomes the ultimate screening mechanism and ultimate creator of a receptive, docile public. Individual communities were gradually denied the right to hire their own teachers. State legislatures forced to accept the idea of “certification” by Carnegie/Rockefeller controlled Education Trust and teacher colleges.
1922 Aluminum production (along with production of toxic by-product sodium fluoride) increases. Aluminum cookware is mass introduced in the U.S., beginning the gradual accumulation of aluminum in the brains of Americans. Additional aluminum is injected into society in “antacids.”
1922 Coca-Cola plant built in Ashtabula, Ohio. The drink contains coal tar derivatives, flavoring, and massive amounts of sugar.
1922 Illinois Medical Journal says AMA has become an autocracy.
1922 By 1922, more than 100 radiologists died from X-ray induced cancer.
1923 Canadian physician Frederick Banting receives Nobel Prizefor discovery of a way to extract the hormone insulin, which permitted control of blood sugar in those with diabetes. This opens a whole new medical market because of the growing sugar addiction in the U.S. public.
1923 U.S. Congressman Stephen Porter passes a bill through Congress calling for import quotas on opium that would reduce consumption 90%, leaving the remaining10% for “medical purposes.”
1924 Dr. Seale Harris of the University of Alabama discovers that sugar can cause hyperinsulinism and recommends people cut sugar consumption. The medical establishment comes down on Harris and his work is suppressed. Harris would be awarded a medal by the AMA 25 years later as pharmaceuticals to control low blood sugar are developed and put into production. The basic contribution of refined sugar to the problem remains suppressed.

1925 Doctors at the Paris Academy of Medicine discuss deaths occurring shortly after vaccination in Holland and other European countries.

1926 American I.G. founded as a holding company controlling I.G.
Farben assets in the United States. Some board members were Edsel Ford, Charles Mitchell (President of Rockefeller’s National City Bank of New York), Walt Teagle (President of Standard Oil), Paul Warburg (Federal Reserve chairman and brother of Max Warbug, financier of Nazi Germany’s war effort and Director of American I.G.) and Herman Metz, a director of the Bank of Manhattan, controlled by the Warburgs. Three other members of the Board of Governors for American I.G. were tried and convicted as German war criminals.
1927 Diphtheria vaccinations injure 37 and kill 5 people in China.
1927 British government appoints a committee to inquire into “vaccine lymph,” as it is noticed that the “glycerinated calf lymph” used in vaccinations causes deaths from “sleepy sickness.” Two London professors bring notice of the problem to the government in 1922. It takes five years before the government responds.
1927 Smallpox in England dwindles almost to the vanishing point. Fatality of the unvaccinated cases is less than half of the vaccinated cases.
1928 Third International Congress of Eugenics. At the conference, a Dr. Robie calls for the sterilization of 14 million Americans with low IQ scores.
1928 Henry Ford merges assets with I.G. Farben.
1928 John D. Rockefeller interlocks his empire with I.G. Farben
in Germany. 1929 Dr. Wiley’s book, “The History of a Crime Against the Food Law” was published, detailing the subversion of the food purity laws and government corruption; all the books produced are mysteriously bought up, and no copies can be found. Wiley’s Bureau of Chemistry is dismantled and replaced by the Food Drug and Insecticide Administration, precursor of the FDA. All lists of “dubious compounds in food” were declared “Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS).”
1929 Standard Oil gains 1/2 rights to hydrogenation process in the world except Germany.
1930 Max Theiler develops a yellow fever vaccine.
1930 Ernst Rudin, professor of psychiatry at Munich and director of the Dept. of Heredity at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute visits the U.S. and was praised by the leaders of the Carnegie Foundation. Rudin, later architect of Nazi Germany sterilization law, was financially supported by a large Rockefeller grant.
1930 Diptheria vaccinations injure 32 and kill 16 in Colombia.
1931 Fluoride in drinking water is found to be the cause of brown teeth—now known as dental fluorosis.
1931 H.Trendley Dean of the U.S. Public Health Service initiates studies on fluorides under the jurisdiction of Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon (founder of Alcoa aluminum, who is one of the main suppliers of toxic sodium fluoride as a by-product of aluminum manufacture) publishes a purposely skewed study showing that, at 1 ppm, fluoride results in the reduction of tooth decay.
1931 I.G. Farben and Alcoa Aluminum sign Alig Agreement pooling patents.
1931 Cornelius Rhoads, a North American pathologist at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations in Puerto Rico, carries out an experiment on Puerto Ricans deliberately infecting them with cancer. Thirteen die. In a letter leaked to the Puerto Rican Nationalist Party, Rhoads wrote, “the Puerto Ricans (sic) are lazy and degenerate. What the island needs is something to exterminate the entire population. I have done my best to further the extermination.” The president of the PRNP brings the case to the press, and a legal investigation is initiated. The prosecutor exonerates Rhoads, calling him “a mentally ill person or a man with few scruples.”
Rhoads goes on in later years to direct the establishment of U.S. Army chemical warfare labs in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, for which he was awarded the Legion of Merit in 1945. (See 1945, Rhoads.)
1931 Roosevelt endorses polio “immune serum,” precursor to vaccines in 1950’s.
1932 The U.S. Public Health Service initiates a study in Tuskegee, Alabama, whereblack men are given syphilis. Four hundred men were unwittingly given the disease. No medical care was offered. The study ended when it was discovered in 1972, after 40 years. The office supervising this study was the predecessor of the Center for Disease Control unit now in charge of the AIDS program.
1932 Diphtheria vaccines injure 171 and kill 1 in Charolles, France.
1932 Research (Young) indicates that neuritis is commonly precipitated following vaccination with anti-tetanus, anti-pneumococcal, and anti-meningitis serums.
1933 FDR becomes president of the United States. The Great Seal of the United States, with Novus Ordo Seclorum (New World Order) added to currency.
1933 Danish researcher Thorvald Madsen discovers the Pertussis vaccines ability to kill infants without warning (SID). He reports that two babies vaccinated immediately after birth died in a few minutes.
1933 American researchers report that children react to Pertussis vaccine with fever, convulsions, and collapse.
1933 Vaccination programs against Yellow Fever begin in the United States.
1935 Lobotomy introduced in the United States. In the next 30 years, over 100,000 people would have their brain mutilated in American institutions. At the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Dr. Orlando J. Andy would apply lobotomy to six-year-old children.
1935 The Rockefeller Trust begins the process of pouring $90 million dollars into research in molecular biology, the basis of genetic engineering, through 1959.
1936 Pertussis vaccine introduced in the United States. Autism begins to appear in children shortly thereafter.
1936 I.G. Farben produces Zyklon B gas for extermination camps.
1937 AMA “approves” drug sulfanilamide with diethylene glycol. Kills people.
1938 German chemist Schrader discovers Sarin, 10 times more lethal than Tabun, which is compounded into various compounds including Sodium Fluoride, which is later dumped into planetary water supplies to placate the population.
1938 Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act certifies 19 dyes for use in foods.
1938 The idea of “booster shots” arose as a “solution” to poor antibody response in infants and newborns. These become customary in the 1940’s.
1939 Dr. Weston Price, a research dentist, publishes Nutrition and Physical Degeneration: A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets and Their Effects, which proved that refined foods and sugar causes physical degeneration and disease and opposed to natural unrefined foods.
1940 Germany orders compulsory mass immunization for children. As a result, by 1945, Germany’s Diphtheria cases increase from 40,000 to 250,000.
1940 British researchers at ICI discover substances for use in anti-crop warfare,which were subsequently tested in fields in England.
1940 American intake of petroleum-based food colorings/additives increases ten-fold (to 1977). Most of the additives prove later to be carcinogenic.
1941 (to 1945) WWII. Onassis sells oil, arms, and dope to both sides without losing a single ship or man.
1941 Louis Sauer of Evanston, Illinois, an avid supporter of mass vaccination, reports that only 27% of a group of 89 babies developed “protective antibodies” when vaccinated at three months of age or less.” Sauer urges that Pertussis vaccination “begin no earlier than seven months” because “most of these infants did not yet possess the power to develop adequate immunity when they were injected so early in life.”

1941 AMA “approves” I.G. Farben subsidiary “sulfathiazole,” which kills many.
1941 Viktor Brack, one of the heads of the German euthanasia program, sent a “Report on Experiments in X-ray castration” to Himmler. According to Brack, “a two-tube installation could sterilize 200 persons a day.”
1942 University of Columbia issues a report on St. Louis Encephalitis. Professor of Neurology at Columbia University Josephine B. Neal writes that “pertussis encephalitis in early childhood was likely to leave individuals crippled with motor and personality handicaps.”
1942 Germany becomes world’s largest producer of aluminum (and Sodium Fluoride)
1943 Researchers from the U.S. Public Health Service examine the health of residents of Bartlett, Texas to see if the 8 ppm fluoride in the drinking water was affecting their health. It was checked again in 1953. They find that the death rate in Bartlett was three times higher than a neighboring town which contained 0.4 ppm fluoride.
1943 American vaccine researcher Pearl Kendrick reports that adding a metallic salt seemed to heighten the capacity of the Pertussis vaccine to produce anti-bodies. (Metal salt is an “adjuvant” in this way). Some metallic salts used are those of aluminum (alum). Pearl Kendrick is the researcher that urged that Pertussis vaccine be combined with Diphtheria vaccine. Later the Tetanus vaccine was added, producing the nefarious DPT Vaccine.
1943 Dr. John Tinterta rediscovers the vital importance of the endocrine system, andconnects sugar use to production of hyperadrenocortic episodes in humans intolerant to sugar, where adrenal hormones are suppressed, producing inability to think clearly, allergies, inability to handle alcohol, depression, apprehension, craving for sweets, and low blood pressure.
1943 General vaccine program against influenza begins in the U.S.
1943 Infantile paralysis epidemic kills 1200 and cripples more in U.S.
1943 The Journal of the American Medical Association on September 18, 1943, states,“fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, changing the permeability of the cell membrane by inhibiting certain enzymes. The exact mechanism of such actions are obscure. The sources of fluorine intoxication are drinking water containing 1 ppm or more of fluorine, fluorine compounds used as insecticidal sprays for fruits and vegetables (cryolite and barium fluoro-silicate) and the mining and conversion of phosphate rock to superphosphate, which is used as a fertilizer. That process alone releases approximately 25,000 tons of pure fluorine into the atmosphere annually. Other sources of fluorine intoxication is from the fluorides used in the smelting of many metals, such as steel and aluminum, and in the production of glass, enamel, and brick.”
1943 Child psychologist Leo Kanner observes a new illness appearing in U.S. children, “inborn autistic disturbance of affective contact.” The problem became known as “infantile autism” or simply “autism.” Outstanding features of this new problem: self-absorbed alienation, inability to relate in the ordinary way to people and situations from the very beginning of life, detachment, nervous hostility with strangers, emotional bluntness and isolation, impaired relationships, and reading with little or no comprehension and inability to process experience. As a result of this process, gaining wisdom and learning from experience becomes impossible.
1943 Diphtheria cases in Nazi occupied France rise to 47,000 after
Germans force compulsory vaccination. In nearby Norway, which refused vaccinations, there were 50 cases of Diphtheria.
1944 Asperger in Vienna describes the first cases of adult “autism” to appear.
1944 The city manger of Grand Rapids, Michigan, announces that the Michigan State Department of Health is planning a long range experiment with fluoridated water and that Grand Rapids was selected as the location for the experiment. The city commission approves a motion to fluoridate on July 31, and decide it is to begin in January 1945, despite the warning issued three months earlier by the American Dental Association. Grand Rapids becomes the first city in the United States to conduct this experiment. It was to serve as the test city to be compared against unfluoridated Muskegon for a period of ten years relative to tooth decay, at which time it would be determined whether or not fluoride was “safe and effective.” Dr. H. Trendley Dean was put in charge of the project. The experiment was terminated early with the pronouncement that fluoride in public water supplies was “safe.”
1944 Oscar Ewing is put on the payroll of the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), as an attorney, at an annual salary of $750,000. Within a few months, Ewing was made Federal Security Administrator, with the announcement that he was taking a big cut in salary. The U.S. Public Health Service, then a division of the FSA, comes under the command of Ewing, and he begins to vigorously promote fluoridation nationwide. Ref: May 25-27 Hearings before the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce. A by-product of aluminum manufacture is toxic sodium fluoride. Ewing’s public relations strategist for the fluoride campaign was the nephew of Sigmund Freud, Edward L. Bernays. Bernays conducts a public relations campaign to promote fluorine ingestion by applying Freudian theory to induce public acceptance. It was one of Bernays’ most successful campaigns.
1944 Health Practitioners Journal, June 1944, reports Dr. S. S. Goldwater, the New York Commissioner of Hospitals states “as a result of the drugs, vaccines, and other suppressive treatments used to check diseases, chronic diseases are growing at such a rate that America may become a nation of invalids.”
1944 The Journal of the American Dental Association on October 1, 1944 warned that“We do know that the use of drinking water containing as little as 1.2 to 3.0 ppm of fluorine will cause such developmental disturbances in bones as osteoporosis,and we cannot run the risk of producing such systemic disturbances in applying what at present is a doubtful procedure intended to prevent development of dental disfigurement in children. In the light of our present knowledge or lack of knowledge of the chemistry of the subject, the potentialities for harm far outweigh those for good.”
1944 The American Cancer Society (ACS) is reorganized, chiefly under the wing of Albert Lasker (an advertising tycoon), Elmer Bobst (president of two drug companies, Hoffman LaRoche and WarnerLambert). Mary Lasker in New York was the driving force of the ACS for decades. The Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation, which is based on the Lasker advertising fortune, provides the impetus to dominate cancer research.
1944 Lancet, official journal of the British Medical Association, comments that neuritis is commonly precipitated by tetanus anti-toxin. (Oct. 7, 1944).
1945 After being awarded the Legion of Merit for establishing chemical warfare labs in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, Cornelius Rhoads is appointed to the staff of the Atomic Energy Commission, which at that time was carrying out radiation experiments on unwitting prisoners, hospital patients, and soldiers.
1945-1952 I. G. Farben split into BASF, Bayer, and Hoechst.
1945 Newburgh, New York, has their water supply fluoridated. Subsequent exams of the children by xray reveal that almost 14% have cortical defects in bone, compared to the nearby unfluoridated town of Kingston, where 7.5% have bone defects.
1945 As a result of government propaganda on fluorides, the ten year Michigan study was terminated after 1 year. The fluoride-free control city, Muskegon, was then fluoridated to conceal any differential between the two cities.
1945 Japan surrenders twice, followed by U.S. bombing of Hiroshima/Nagasaki and a third and final surrender. The Allies mandate compulsory vaccination in Japan. The first cases of autism follow pertussis vaccine introduction.
1945 Postwar nitrate supplies designated to be added to food chain as fertilizer.
1945 Lancet, the official journal of the British Medical Association features an article on “Sterilization of the Insane in the U.S.A.” According to the article, based on information in the Journal of the American Medical Association, over 42,000 people were sterilized in the U.S. between 1941 and 1943. California led the pack with over 10,000.
1946 Werne and Garrow describe the deaths of identical twins within 24 hours of their second Pertussis shot.
1946 Dr. Gerson demonstrates medical proof of complete remissions of cancer in over 33% of his patients before the Pepper-Neeley Congressional Sub-Committee for Hearings on S1875, a bill to authorize the president to wage war on cancer. Lobbying forces for surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy defeat the bill by four votes. The bill supported research into dietary means for preventing and reversing cancer.Gerson’s publications were black-listed and he lost his license to practice medicine in New York.
1946 John D. Rockefeller, Jr. donates $8 million to U.N. for a site in New York.
1947 Matthew Brody at the Brooklyn Hospital gives detailed descriptions of two cases of brain damage leading to death in children receiving Pertussis shots.
1947 Charles Posner of the Harvard Medical School Department of Neurology writes,“almost any vaccination can lead to noninfectious inflammatory reaction involving the nervous system. The common denominator consists of vascularity that is often associated with demyelination.” (demyelination is the stripping of the insulation away from the nerves).
NOTE: This is what happens with Autism.
1947 The British Medical Research Council begins testing 50,000 children in Britain with the Pertussis vaccine. All children tested are more than 14 months old (not newborns). Eight infants had convulsions within 72 hours of the shot, 34 had convulsions within 28 days of the shot. British doctors denied a connection between the vaccine and the convulsions, declaring the tests a success and began administering it to all British children. Despite the Fact that none of the tests were conducted on children under 14 months old (newborns and babies), the United States holds the tests in evidence that the vaccine is safe for newborns as young as 6 weeks of age. The testing would continue until 1957.
1948 Randolph K. Byers and Frederick C. Moll of the Harvard Medical School publish an article describing children who had suffered brain damage after receiving Pertussis vaccine. The findings provided the first clear evidence that the vaccine caused the serious neurological complications in children.
1948 Study done in England where bone defects in three groups of school boys were studied. Two groups were from districts where the water supply was practically free of fluorine. The third group was from the town of Launton, where the natural water supply contains 1 ppm of fluorine (the same as the level deemed “safe” by the U.S. Public Health Service). X-ray examination revealed that 20 percent of the first two groups had mild non-specific spinal irregularities. In the third group, the one consuming 1 ppm fluoride in their water, 64% were found to have spinal defects, and lesions were more severe.
1948 Randolph Byes and Frederick Moll of Harvard Medical School validate that severe neurological disorders follow the administration of DPT vaccine. The research was performed at Children’s Hospital in Boston and published in Pediatrics magazine. Nothing was done by physicians to halt the use of DPT vaccine.
1948 A study on Pertussis vaccine reaction is done by Randolph K. Byers and Frederick C. Moll of the Harvard Medical School. They examine 15 children who had reacted violently within 72 hours of a Pertussis vaccination. All the children were normal before the shot. None had ever had a convulsion before. One of the children became blind, deaf, spastic, and helpless after being given the Pertussis shot. Out of the 15 children, two died and nine suffered from damage to their nervous system. Physicians were displeased by these results.
1948 Value of television as mass control medium realized.
1948 Oscar Ewing convenes National Health Convention to enroll U.S. in WHO.
1948 England bans smallpox vaccine.
1948 The Rockefeller milk trust sells frozen products and pasteurized milk in North Carolina, closely allied with the Coca Cola company which sells large quantities of carbonated soft drinks.
1948 In North Carolina, Dr. Benjamin P. Sandler reveals that
sugar and starches lower the blood sugar level, producing hypoglycemia, and that soda pop (recently introduced) contains phosphoric acid that absorbs phosphorus and sulfates in food before natural metabolism can get it to the nervous system, causing the nerve trunks to fail to function properly. Sandler says that dairy products and sugared soft drinks are aggravating the incidence of polio.
1948 Polio cases in North Carolina number 2,498.
1948 Louis Sauer makes an interesting observation at an AMA meeting where Pertussis vaccination was discussed. Louis Sauer points out that “the neurological damage caused by Pertussis vaccine is the same as the damage caused by Pertussis (whooping cough).” (Which is logical, because they use the bacteria in the vaccine.) According to Sauer, “a customary prophylactic dose of Pertussis vaccine seems to illicit a chain of nervous system reactions and in some cases irreversible pathological changes in the brain. These findings resemble those encountered in cases of severe whooping cough (Pertussis).” In other words, the vaccine is causing the disease condition.
1949 Egas Moniz, the first lobotomist, receives Nobel Prize for Medicine in recognition for his “discovery.”
1949 AMA Council of Pharmacy and Chemistry goes on record to deny that dietary changes could have anything to do with prevention or treatment of cancer.
1949 Central Intelligence Act exempts CIA from disclosure laws.

Who Knew It Was Coming And Why?
A report by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission adds to speculation and mysteries surrounding possible foreknowledge of the Christchurch earthquake in 2011
What really happened with the Christchurch earthquake which decimated the city in February 2011? Is there more to this disaster than many people realise? Did some people know it was coming? Or even worse?

A study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission Research Foundation looking at earthquake precursors and predictors in the ionosphere has added some intriguing new elements to the hypothesis that some people knew the Christchurch earthquake was coming. According to this new research, a number of earthquakes in New Zealand have been associated with measurable disturbances in the ionosphere in the days preceding the earthquakes, but that the Christchurch earthquake had a uniquely different and unexplained type of disturbance of the ionosphere.

More on the interesting findings of this study shortly, but to help put some broader perspective on this issue let us first look at what are some extraordinary occurrences and coincidences surrounding the Christchurch earthquake which add to theories that high level US officials knew that the earthquake was about to strike. If so, how did they know this and why was it kept from the New Zealand public? Was the Christchurch earthquake even more sinister than a simple matter of foreknowledge by the US? Could it potentially have been triggered artificially, either accidentally or perhaps even deliberately?
On the day of the Christchurch earthquake the 2011 US-NZ Pacific Partnership Forum was being held in Christchurch with many high level representatives present from both the US and New Zealand, with meetings scheduled to go all day. Why did a number of delegates from US Congress who were at that forum suddenly cut and run for the airport at 10.00am, two hours before the earthquake struck, and relocate to Prime Minister John Key’s offices in Wellington?
Why did Thad Allen, a US government specialist in disaster rehabilitation and infrastructure rebuilding, and Tim Manning, Deputy Director of FEMA (US Federal Emergency Management Agency), just by coincidence happen to be in Christchurch at the time of the earthquake and were able to take on a significant advisory role with the earthquake management response? This was in exactly the same way as the coincidence in Haiti whereby a group of US disaster response experts just happened to be in Haiti for disaster training exercises the day before and the day of the Haiti earthquake, and were then able to take control of the emergency response in 2010? An amazing set of coincidences. Why did Janet Napolitano, US Homeland Security Secretary, suddenly cancel her visit to Christchurch two days before the earthquake struck?
But perhaps of most interest, when Hillary Clinton and her team were notified by that a 6.3 magnitude earthquake had just struck Christchurch, her team’s response was just three words…….“and on cue”
Hillary Clinton and her husband, former US President Bill Clinton, also happen to have very significant links to the 2010 Haiti earthquake and the supposed infrastructure rebuilding through the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation is now under serious investigation for major fraud, including the ‘loss’ of many billions of dollars of Haiti disaster relief funds.
In a stunning coincidence, both the Haiti earthquake in 2010 and the Christchurch earthquake in 2011 both had major military training exercises in operation in the immediate vicinity, with that training being specifically for emergency response to a major disaster such as an earthquake. For the Christchurch earthquake, this included a massive military exercise taking place just outside of Christchurch with over 100 troops whose disaster response training suddenly went live as they were on hand to support the immediate earthquake response. The HMS Canterbury was conveniently parked at Lyttleton Harbour with emergency food supplies ready. This is remarkably similar to the situation in Haiti 2010.
Alongside this, on the afternoon of the earthquake, while a major national emergency was in full swing across New Zealand, why did Prime Minister John Key stop to sign over the seabed exploration rights for New Zealand, including the Canterbury Basin, to the giant oil mining company Anadarko just four hours after the earthquake struck? Shouldn’t he have had more important matters on his mind at that time? Some people estimate this agreement as being potentially worth trillions of dollars.
Anadarko just happened to have their seismic exploration boat, the Aquila Explorer, stationed off the coast of Christchurch at the time of the earthquake, which is a point that the New Zealand government have been very anxious to try to deny. More on that important point later, but is this related in any way to the fact that the Aquila Explorer possessed seismic technology which had HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) technology which can create a disturbance in the ionosphere potentially of the sort which has now been linked to the ionosphere anomaly shown in this new study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission?
Speculation and theories regarding foreknowledge of the Christchurch earthquake are quite varied. The slightly less sinister theory is that certain people in the United States had the capability to read the natural earthquake precursors, and they were just taking precautionary measures. However, even if this were the case, it is still an extremely serious crime to not divulge this information to try to save lives. A similar case of that happening in Italy resulted in six scientists being charged with manslaughter, which was subsequently overturned seven years later.
Added to this theory is that perhaps the seismic technology on board the Aquila Explorer somehow acted to inadvertently impact the ionosphere which helped to trigger the earthquake. There is also a far more sinister theory that the Christchurch earthquake was what is referred to as a man-made ‘eco-terrorism’ strike by powerful Deep State forces for nefarious purposes. That theory may sound ridiculous, impossible, and crazy. But is it? The evidence to support this theory is considerable indeed.
How does a man-made earthquake work?
What is an ‘eco-terrorism earthquake’, and why would this potentially have been targeted on Christchurch in 2011? The US Deep State military and others have for many decades possessed the knowledge and the technology to trigger artificial earthquakes in specific locations.
“Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counter terrorism] efforts.”

The technology to artificially trigger earthquakes was first discovered as far back as the early 19 hundreds by genius scientist Nikola Tesla, the inventor of remote control technology and the original brainchild of what is now wifi.
Tesla discovered the power of directed high frequency energy. That concept has since been evolved and harnessed by Deep State forces to be able to create a number of different large scale environmental impacts, including large scale weather modification and triggering artificial earthquakes. Triggering artificial earthquakes uses a similar method to how a crystal glass can be shattered by the high frequency sound waves of an opera singer. In the case of earthquakes, it is low frequency electromagnetic waves, rather than sound waves, that have the shattering effect deep underground.

Nearly 100 years later and this is what Tesla’s technology now looks like. This is an SBX radar platform, of which there are a number travelling around the world owned by US defence giant Raytheon which have HAARP capabilities.

At a meeting of European Parliament in 1999, the uncertain but substantial military threats posed by HAARP weapons were a major part of the agenda. The following are a few exerts from the various motions put forward for discussion regarding HAARP at that meeting:
(European Parliament) Considers HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) by virtue of its far reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body before any further research and testing; regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to send anyone in person to give evidence to the public hearing or any subsequent meeting held by its competent committee into the environmental and public risks connected with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) programme currently being funded in Alaska;
On 5 February 1998 Parliament’s Subcommittee on Security and Disarmament held a hearing the subject of which included HAARP. NATO and the US had been invited to send representatives, but chose not to do so. The Committee regrets the failure of the USA to send a representative to answer questions, or to use the opportunity to comment on the material submitted.(21)
HAARP can be used for many purposes. Enormous quantities of energy can be controlled by manipulating the electrical characteristics of the atmosphere. If used as a military weapon this can have a devastating impact on an enemy. HAARP can deliver millions of times more energy to a given area than any other conventional transmitter.
By manipulating the ionosphere one could block global communications while transmitting one’s own. Another application is earth-penetrating, tomography, x-raying the earth several kilometres deep, to detect oil and gas fields, or underground military facilities.
HAARP has links with 50 years of intensive space research for military purposes, including the Star Wars project, to control the upper atmosphere and communications. This kind of research has to be regarded as a serious threat to the environment, with an incalculable impact on human life. Even now nobody knows what impact HAARP may have.
HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, and this needs to be remedied.
We have to beat down the wall of secrecy around military research, and set up the right to openness and democratic scrutiny of military research projects, and parliamentary control.
So, it is clear that back in 1999 the European Parliament considered HAARP to be a real potential threat to the world and that the US were keen to try to keep this technology a secret as much as possible.
Over the past 15 years there have been claims of a number of major earthquakes having been man made. The Haiti earthquake in 2010 is probably the one that has received the most coverage, including then President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, stating that he believed the Haiti earthquake was caused by a ‘tectonic weapon’ of the US.

There have also been theories and evidence put forward about the possible role of HAARP with the Fukushima earthquake in Japan in March 2011, shortly after the Christchurch earthquake. Like the Christchurch earthquake, NASA scientists have found anomalies with the ionosphere and electromagnetic pulses several days prior to the Fukushima earthquake which are consistent with HAARP technology.
So, if the theory about the Christchurch earthquake being an ‘eco-terrorism’ attack were correct, what could be the motive of that attack, how would it have been done, and who would have been involved or complicit? The standard three points of a crime scene investigation – Who, Why, and How, and what evidence is there to support the theory?
Method
Let’s start with the question of how. As just stated, artificial earthquakes can be triggered by using HAARP technology. The largest and most powerful HAARP station is located in Gakona, Alaska. HAARP technology can send several billion watts of electromagnetic energy into the ionosphere which can be used for a number of different purposes, including reflecting this electromagnetic energy back into the earth at specific frequencies to trigger an earthquake on an existing fault line.

In order to use HAARP to trigger an artificial earthquake, radio waves are transmitted into the ionosphere at low frequency, specifically 2.5 Hz, which is the same frequency that is given off by an earthquake. This transmission of a specific earthquake inducing frequency is combined with seeding the lower level atmosphere with a large quantity of metallic nano-particles.
This process of atmospheric seeding allegedly enhances HAARP’s capabilities in transmitting and directing its energy when used in tomographic (ground penetrating) mode. If this is directed in the right way to an existing fault line then it can trigger an earthquake. According to HAARP scientists, for an artificial earthquake to be triggered in this way, the HAARP generated radio frequency would need to be focussed into the target area several days prior to the earthquake occurring, and this can be done from a HAARP station which is on a different part of the planet.
The seeding of the atmosphere with these nano-particles is done through a process of large scale stratospheric aerosol spraying, or stratospheric geo-engineering, using aircraft.

So the next question. Is there any evidence of HAARP technology being deployed in the days leading up to the Christchurch earthquake which could potentially be linked to the anomaly of the ionosphere found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission? Also, is there any evidence of the associated atmospheric spraying or geo-engineering that we can see above?
The activation of the HAARP installation in Gakona, Alaska is measured using their HAARP ‘Induction Magnetometer’. As shown in this graph below, the HAARP technology at Gakona was active for at least two days immediately prior to the Christchurch earthquake.

How does this graph correspond with the unusual ionosphere anomaly found for the Christchurch earthquake in the new study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission? The study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission looked at daily fluctuations in the ‘Total Electron Content’ (TEC) in the ionosphere in the days preceding a major earthquake to see if there were any patterns which could be used as earthquake precursors. The study looked at four major earthquakes in New Zealand, including Darfield 2010, Christchurch 2011, Seddon 2013, and Lake Grassmere 2013.

According to the NZ Earthquake Commission report, the chart shown here for Christchurch corresponds to the time of greatest anomaly in the ionosphere prior to the Christchurch earthquake. While the anomaly peaked on February 18th, it was spread over a number of days prior to the earthquake. The area of greatest anomaly, which ‘has two centres – about 150km north-east and south-east of Christchurch – includes Christchurch itself’. The report goes on to say ‘We have no explanation for the spatial distribution of the anomaly………the precursor time of three days and the concentration of spatial anomalies at locations not far from Christchurch suggest that the anomaly could be associated with the preparation process of the Christchurch earthquake’
So we have an unexplained anomaly in the ionosphere immediately preceding the Christchurch earthquake, which is different in characteristic to other major earthquakes that were studied in New Zealand. During the same time period, or extremely close to it, we have some significant activity in the HAARP Induction Magnetometer from the Gakona HAARP station which is a technology that is designed specifically to impact the ionosphere.
Unfortunately we do not have access to the Gakona HAARP chart for the days prior to February 20th to be able to fully cross check this with the ionosphere anomaly found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission. But we can certainly say that there was significant HAARP activity occurring from the Gakona HAARP station around the same time as the ionosphere anomaly found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission.
Do we have any other potential man made influences on the Christchurch ionosphere at the time of the earthquake?
The Birdlings Flat Research Station in Akaroa, just outside Christchurch bears remarkable similarities to the HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska.
HAARP facility, Gakona Alaska The Birdlings Flat Research Station “operated much like a transistor radio but on a massive scale”. Pulses are sent up 60-120 kilometres into the atmosphere where they are mostly absorbed, and some of it is reflected back into the ground. While the Birdlings Flat Research Station was operated by the University of Canterbury, and was funded by the New Zealand Ministry of Defence. Why would it be funded by the Ministry of Defence?
As well as the Birdlings Flat facility, 30km north of Christchurch in Eyrewell is the location of New Zealand’s only Ionosonde. This is a swept frequency vertical sounding radar and gives information on the electron density in the ionosphere. The Ionosonde is operated by the Physics & Astronomy Department of the University of Canterbury under a contract of the New Zealand Defence Force.
In addition to the Birdlings Flat facility, which looks extremely similar to a HAARP facility, the giant US defence contractor, Raytheon, had a base at Christchurch Airport at the time of the Christchurch earthquake. Raytheon is one of the largest defence technology companies in the world and specialises in advanced weaponry and homeland security. It has very strong links to HAARP technology, and its technology includes the mobile SBX radar platform shown earlier. Shortly after the Christchurch earthquake, the contract for this base shifted from Raytheon to Lockheed Martin. We also have Anadarko’s ship, the Aquila Explorer, just off the coast of Christchurch at the time of the earthquake which possessed a large radar dome with HAARP technology likely capable of influencing the nearby ionosphere, or at least supporting other HAARP technology.
Why was the New Zealand government so keen to try to cover up the fact that the Aquila Explorer was parked right outside Christchurch the day before and the day of the Christchurch earthquake? On February 8th 2013, the New Zealand government held a public meeting about seabed mining at the Takahanga Marae, Kaikoura, to address public concerns about the government’s plans for Anadarko to begin deep water drilling off the coast of Kaikoura. Multiple government officials attended that meeting, including Simon Bridges, the Minister for Energy. When asked about the location of the Aquila Explorer ship at the time of the Christchurch earthquake the government officials were visibly evasive on this question and eventually came back and said that it was in Wellington at the time. This is despite a written testimony from a crew member of the Aquila Explorer confirming it was actually off the coast of Christchurch at that time, and eye witness accounts to support this.
A little further south in New Zealand, near Invercargill, there is the Unwin Radar of the Super Dual Auroral Radar Network (SuperDARN) international radar network. Was this facility also involved in some way at the time of the Christchurch earthquake? On February 21st 2011, one day before the earthquake, 107 Pilot Whales were found beached at Mason Bay on Stewart Island at the bottom of New Zealand’s South Island, very near the SuperDARN facility. It is thought by many scientists that high powered radio frequency technology can interfere with the sonar navigation systems of whales and dolphins which can cause strandings.
So we certainly have some interesting information regarding the potential for HAARP activity and potential man made anomalies with the ionosphere in the Christchurch area and nearby around the time of the earthquake that could be linked with the unexplained ionosphere anomaly which the New Zealand Earthquake Commission have now discovered.
As mentioned earlier, the second part of triggering an artificial earthquake is the seeding of the atmosphere with metallic nano-particles through atmospheric spraying operations commonly referred to as ‘chemtrails’, or more accurately referred to as ‘geo-engineering’ through stratospheric aerosol spraying by aircraft. In the period immediately leading up to the Christchurch earthquake there were reports of aircraft engaging in large scale stratospheric spraying activity around the Christchurch area.
This stratospheric aerosol spraying was not limited to just the period of time immediately preceding the 2011 Christchurch earthquake, and was not limited to just the Christchurch area. During 2010 and onwards the New Zealand government had been repeatedly challenged on the issue of aircraft engaging in large scale stratospheric aerosol spraying campaigns, in particular around the upper and middle parts of the South Island during 2010 and early 2011. The then mayor of Kaikoura, Kevin Heays, wrote several times about this to Dr Nick Smith, Minister for the Environment. In one letter to Dr Smith, Mayor Heays stated that I ‘have personally been observing what has been commonly termed as the formation of “chem-trails” throughout our sky’. Mayor Heays went on to say that what he was seeing ‘clearly indicated that normal passenger and freight air traffic was not responsible for this phenomena’
Dr Smith refused to personally respond to Mayor Heays about his concerns, however one of Dr Smith’s staff did respond to Mayor Heays to deny any awareness by the New Zealand government regarding stratospheric aerosol spraying. Here is an exert from Mayor Heay’s response to the New Zealand government on their denial of knowledge;
Your “unawareness” of any evidence to support any such thing as you have stated in paragraph 2 concerns me immensely. Evidence is indeed all over the world and on some major governmental agendas as we speak – including the British government and the US Congress. I respectfully suggest that if our government and their directors are indeed “unaware”, then a rapid and intense course be attended to become “aware”. You reasoning that my sightings and those of many others throughout our skies are…..”the result of normal air traffic” is, to be blunt, bollocks. The directions of these trails I refer to are not on the flight paths of domestic or international airlines, nor do we “top dress” over the Pacific Ocean.
In addition to this, in January 2011 every MP in New Zealand was written to in order to raise concerns about the then obvious programme of large scale stratospheric aerosol spraying in parts of New Zealand, including the Christchurch area. While this was also met with almost universal denial by the government, the then leader of the New Zealand Maori Party, the Hon Tariana Turia wrote this in response on February 2nd 2011, less than three weeks before the Christchurch earthquake.
I acknowledge your letter regarding atmospheric geo-engineering and chemtrails…….I appreciate your insights relating to this phenomena in so far as it informs our understanding of current and future environmental threats…….Our country needs patriots like yourself who are willing to fight the big fight against international giants.
It would seem then that there was considerable awareness and concern about stratospheric aerosol spraying in various parts of New Zealand in the months leading up to the Christchurch earthquake, as well as eye witness reports of large scale spraying activity specifically in the Christchurch area immediately leading up to the earthquake.
So in terms of evidence for how an artificial earthquake could have been triggered in Christchurch, we have an unexplained anomaly with the ionosphere found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission which corresponds very closely with the HAARP Induction Magnetometer from Gakona around that time. We have what looks very much like a HAARP station at Birdlings Flat just outside of Christchurch which is funded by the Ministry of Defence, we have the Ionosade facility at Eyrewell, and we have Raytheon, an exotic weapons company strongly linked to HAARP technology based at Christchurch Airport. In addition, we have the HAARP capable Aquila Explorer sitting just off the coast of Christchurch at the time of the earthquake which the New Zealand government does not want the public to know about. We also have a huge amount of stratospheric ‘geo-engineering’ in the area at that time, which is a key ingredient for creating the necessary conditions for triggering an artificial earthquake, which the New Zealand government also does not seem to want the public to know about.
As an additional point, in this video we see John Key in a press conference accidentally call the Christchurch earthquake a man-made disaster. He did this not once but twice during this press conference.
Let us now move on to why someone might want to trigger an artificial earthquake in Christchurch. Follow the money is usually a very useful thing to do if a potential crime has been committed. Who has benefitted financially from the earthquake? Let’s take a look at several potential motives.
Firstly, the Christchurch rebuilding contracts and the privatisation of many public assets in Christchurch not only appears to be highly corrupt, but also enormously profitable for the New Zealand government and for certain large companies. The tendering process for rebuilding Christchurch was passed over to CERA (Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority) which is allegedly staffed entirely by employees of Fletchers. Fletchers then put in a bid (effectively to themselves) and was immediately awarded the contract the day it was submitted. The RBNZ (Reserve Bank of New Zealand) is by far the leading shareholder of Fletchers, with RBNZ owning 275 million shares and Fletchers themselves only owning 5000 shares. As the RBNZ is a State Owned Enterprise, the New Zealand government is effectively profiting from the Christchurch earthquake rebuild.
The open letter and freedom of information request below, written to Mr Brownlee in 2013, provides some useful insights into some of the processes at play here. In particular the 15 questions put to Mr Brownlee at the end of this letter.
In addition to what seems to be an extremely corrupt situation, the New Zealand government is also gaining enormously through the ‘Red Zone’ crown reclamation, whereby members of the public with houses in a Red Zone are being hit with compulsory government acquisition unless they agree to a settlement offer. Add into this mix the biggest transfer of public assets in New Zealand history as the local infrastructure assets of Christchurch were privatised.
This all adds up to gigantic amounts of wealth, many billions, flowing from the people and the city council of Christchurch to large corporations and the New Zealand government. This article explores in more detail the potential corruption and other possible agendas of the Christchurch rebuilding processes.
The Christchurch and Haiti earthquakes share many similarities. Massive profiting from what is termed ‘Disaster Capitalism’ is just one of the similarities. Just as the Christchurch disaster response strategies have been enormously lucrative for the companies involved and the New Zealand government, and have decimated the budget of the Christchurch City Council, the Clinton Foundation has taken in more than $14 billion through global fundraising for the Haiti earthquake, of which almost none has actually made it to the people of Haiti. In the video link below we see the then US President Barrack Obama, as well as George W Bush, and Bill Clinton line up in front of the world media to plead for money to support the Haiti earthquake victims. George W Bush’s comment is interesting eight years later in light of the major investigation and audit now being conducted into the missing billions donated to the Clinton Foundation for Haiti earthquake relief.

Bill Clinton had been appointed UN Special Envoy to Haiti just a few months before the devastating Haiti earthquake struck, an earthquake that seems to have benefited the Clinton’s to the tune of many billions of dollars as they were then in perfect position to lead the global fundraising drive.
Did Bill Clinton somehow know that there was a highly lucrative opportunity coming up in Haiti? If so, how did he know that? Eight years later Haiti is still completely devastated and has no funds for rebuilding, despite the world having donated more than $14 billion for this.
With Donald Trump defeating Hillary Clinton in the 2016 US Presidential election, a major investigation and audit has now been launched into the alleged massive fraud of the Clinton Foundation.
With this in mind, one must ask the question as to whether Hillary Clinton’s team also sent the same “and on cue” e-mail when the Haiti earthquake struck. Especially when we know that Lieutenant General Ken Keen, who led the Haiti disaster response, was conveniently on hand in Haiti leading an emergency management training drill just as had happened with the Christchurch earthquake.
So, the Haiti and Christchurch earthquakes both appear to be potentially associated with massive ‘Disaster Capitalism’. Was that the only motive for the Christchurch earthquake or were other agendas involved as well?
A second motive may have been related to the highly controversial Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA). Were the TPPA negotiations somehow linked to the Christchurch earthquake, and the subsequent Kaikoura earthquake just up the coast in 2016? A major agenda item of the US-NZ Pacific Partnership Forum being held in Christchurch on the day of the earthquake was the TPPA. The TPPA is a proposed 12 nation trade agreement, led by the United States, which has enormous potential consequences for the 12 nations involved, including potentially giving big trans-national corporations the ability to have a hugely controlling influence over government policy-making of those 12 nations in favour of enormous corporate profit.
The TPPA has been a highly controversial issue for New Zealand, including the major implications for the Treaty of Waitangi. In 2015 the TPPA resulted in the largest signed petition in New Zealand history being delivered to New Zealand parliament in protest at the governments continuing push to sign off the TPPA.

With the huge public protests and continuing questions raised that the TPPA was a breach of the Treaty of Waitangi, the New Zealand government had conceded that the TPPA was virtually dead in New Zealand. However, one day after the Kaikoura earthquake in November 2016, the New Zealand government suddenly ratified the TPPA and then completed the public signing off of it in February 2017.
When members of the US delegation in Christchurch in 2011 cut and ran for the airport just before the earthquake struck and relocated to John Key’s offices in Wellington, was the earthquake used as an eco-terrorism threat to the New Zealand government for them to be compliant towards the TPPA? Was the Kaikoura earthquake subsequently used as another eco-terrorism threat to force through the final ratification by the New Zealand government when the government had seemingly been overwhelmed by the massive public backlash against the TPPA?
Finally on possible motives for the Christchurch earthquake being an eco-terrorism event, we have oil. Perhaps the most significant and obvious motive was the enormous potential profit to be made from the New Zealand seabed drilling agreements. The sea beds surrounding New Zealand represent the 4th largest oil reserves in the world, which is why New Zealand is sometimes referred to as the ‘Texas of the South’. This map shows the current areas of seabed mining agreement which represent potentially trillions of dollars of oil reserves.
The signing off of those seabed agreements has been extremely controversial in New Zealand politics. Like the TPPA, it brings major complications with the Treaty of Waitangi, as well as large and very vocal environmental protest groups.

Once again, was the earthquake used as an eco-terrorism threat when those members of US Congress left Christchurch and relocated to John Keys offices where he and then signed off the seabed exploration agreement with Anadarko?
Why was John Key and the New Zealand government so aggressive in their subsequent efforts to ensure Anadarko would be able to achieve their oil drilling aspirations in New Zealand despite Anadarko oil drilling clearly being a huge environmental risk for the country, and in the face of extreme public protest? The article below describes how Anadarko was closely linked with the catastrophic Deep Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and that Anadarko was making inaccurate or fraudulent claims about its experience and track record with deep water oil drilling.
Why did John Key state in 2013 that “This government is very clear, we won’t let cowboys operate here in New Zealand”, but then go ahead and do the exact opposite with Anadarko? Why did Energy Minister Simon Bridges then also go on to try to prevent anti Anadarko protests by implementing legislation which can only be described as extremely fascist? This legislation stated that anyone who attempted to interfere with or disrupt offshore oil and mining operations of Anadarko would face jail or a $50,000 fine, with fines of $10,000 for individuals who come within 500m of ‘no go’ zones, and fines of $100,000 for organisations who support such actions.
Why was John Key and the New Zealand government taking such an extremist approach to ensuring that Anadarko achieved its oil drilling programmes?

If you want to unleash an eco-terrorism strike on a target country for the purposes of oil profit, there would likely need to be some strong connections between those who could provide and deliver the technology/weaponry for that eco-terrorism strike and those who will subsequently be mining the oil. As a point to note, HAARP is jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, and DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency).
With that in mind, let’s have a look at some of the board members of Anadarko around the time of the Christchurch earthquake.
Paula Reynolds – Director of BAE, a defence contractor in advanced weapon systems, which has included building HAARP’s phase 2 upgrade. BAE had previously provided $35 million to HAARP research
Peter Geren – former secretary of the US Army and US Air Force (who jointly own HAARP)
General Kevin Chilton – previously Head of US Space Command and Head of US Strategic Air Command
Anadarko was certainly associated with some very high level, high tech military connections, and very closely linked with those who would be in control of HAARP technology if it was to be used as an eco-terrorism weapon. The Anadarko board in fact looks very much like a high level military board with very close HAARP links.
Adding to the Anadarko links, Gerry Brownlee was appointed by John Key to be the ‘Emergency Earthquake Relief Minister’ to lead on the earthquake response and rebuilding. Most likely under advisory support from Thad Allen and Tim Manning as the US professional experts. The special ‘emergency powers’ that Mr Brownlee was given certainly seemed to allow for some considerable levels of wealth and asset transfer, as previously outlined. But perhaps of most interest is that it was Gerry Brownlee who initiated the seismic exploration of the Canterbury Basin for oil and mineral reserves and he was instrumental in the initial luring of Anadarko to New Zealand. So Mr Brownlee has very close links to at least two of the possible motives outlined here. Another extraordinary coincidence.
Let us now turn our attention from Anadarko back to the large US delegation that was meeting in Christchurch on the day of the earthquake as part of the 2011 US-NZ Partnership Forum. Who was on the list of attendees that day?
Thad Allen – US disaster response expert, who just happened to be on site to take a key advisory role with the Christchurch disaster recovery process. What is Thad Allen’s background and do we see any connections that could be relevant here?
Thad Allen’s specialist field is disaster rehabilitation, resilience, and infrastructure and community rebuilding. He directed the US federal response to hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and he was the National Incident Commander of the Unified Command for the Deep Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. In November 2011 Allen was named a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). BAH works for US intelligence agencies and the majority of its contracts are with the US government, including a major contract with the NSA (National Security Agency). In 2016 Hillary Clinton/Clinton Foundation was the largest recipient of contributions from Thad Allen’s BAH.
So, it is fair to say that Thad Allen is extremely well connected with some very powerful agencies and individuals, including the Clintons who have such strong links to the Haiti Earthquake and alleged massive ‘Disaster Capitalism’.
Richard Armitage – former US Deputy Secretary of State and coordinator of the response to 9/11. He was also the author of the major US political planning document ‘Project for a New American Century’ which involves the US taking a much stronger and more controlling military role around the world through the 21st century.
Tim Manning – US Deputy Director of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency)
Kurt Campbell – US Assistant Secretary of State for the Pacific and East Asian Affairs
All of these four people have significant military backgrounds, and Armitage, Manning, and Campbell also have Navy backgrounds. The US Navy is the prime operator of HAARP. So we certainly had some very powerful people in Christchurch with strong military links and very high level involvement in disaster response and international relations.
The Verdict
What should we make of all of this? It is impossible to say with absolute certainty what happened with the Christchurch earthquake and why. However, we know that triggering a man-made eco-terrorism earthquake is very possible and has been acknowledged as such by the United States government and others. The various physical and anecdotal evidences, and the various people connections, and coincidences make it very difficult to dismiss the likelihood of some nefarious activity at a high level in some way. We have an extremely ‘militarised’ and strongly HAARP connected board of Anadarko, and some extremely interesting personnel connections between Anadarko and high level military and ‘exotic’ weaponry. We also have extremely high level US military and US Navy personnel within the US delegation in Christchurch on the day of the earthquake.
Did these very powerful individuals, and others, help to oversee a HAARP eco-terrorism strike on Christchurch in 2011? Did they then cut and run just before it struck, relocate to John Key’s office where he then signed over the New Zealand seabed exploration rights to Anadarko’s very highly connected, highly militarised, and strongly HAARP connected board? This was subsequently followed by the New Zealand government implementing extremely fascist legislation to ensure that Anadarko’s deep sea oil drilling was not disrupted in any way by the people of New Zealand. Did Thad Allen and Tim Manning take on a vital advisory role with the recovery and rebuilding process of Christchurch, along with Gerry Brownlee, so that it could be steered in the right manner for achieving massive profit to the right people through ‘Disaster Capitalism’ in a similar way as occurred in Haiti the year before? Were the Clinton’s involved in some way with this, with Hillary’s team responding “and on cue” when they heard the news? Did the Clinton’s benefit from the Christchurch earthquake in some way like they seemingly have done on a massive scale from the Haiti earthquake, or were there different channels of ‘Disaster Capitalism’ in play for Christchurch?
We know that the Christchurch earthquake has now been shown by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission to be linked with an unexplained anomaly of the ionosphere in the days preceding the earthquake. An anomaly that could potentially have been created through the use of HAARP technology, which is a vital part of implementing a man-made earthquake using Tesla type processes. We have the main HAARP installation in Gakona showing significant activity around the time corresponding to the ionosphere anomaly. We also have several HAARP-like installations operating just outside Christchurch and funded by the Ministry of Defence, and we have global weapons giant Raytheon based at Christchurch Airport which is strongly linked to HAARP. We also have Anadarko’s HAARP capable ship sitting off the coast of Christchurch at the time, which the New Zealand government have tried to cover up. In addition to this, we have evidence supporting the huge atmospheric geo-engineering aspect of a man-made earthquake.
We have the incredible coincidence of Thad Allen and Tim Manning being on hand to advise on the recovery operation just as happened with the Haiti earthquake in 2010, and finally, just as the seabed exploration agreement was signed over immediately after the Christchurch earthquake, we have the TPPA agreement being ratified the day after the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake, despite it having previously been virtually dead and buried.
Since the Christchurch earthquake in 2011, New Zealand has changed in an immeasurable way. Not only is the city still in turmoil and changed forever, but New Zealand’s relationship with the United States, and in particular big corporate interests and big military links, have been radically altered, as have some significant human rights legislation. New Zealand is now dominated by big international energy interests, irrespective of potential environmental impact, and irrespective of the Treaty of Waitangi. New Zealand legislation and human rights have become much more ‘militarised’ and much more towards what you would associate with a police state. This includes New Zealand’s inclusion as one the five partner nations in the ‘Five Eyes’ US global surveillance system, as confirmed by Edward Snowden.
So, does this point towards extremely powerful forces using eco-terrorism to help drive through hugely profitable corporate agreements and to change the political fabric of New Zealand? The final verdict will have to be left to the reader and I would very much encourage people to do more of their own research into this subject area and other related subject areas. There is a huge amount of factual and critically important information out there that our mainstream news will simply not inform us about.
On February 22nd 2011 New Zealand had its heart and soul pierced by a giant spear. Perhaps on that day New Zealand in some way lost its innocence in this world. No one would ever attack beautiful, peaceful New Zealand. But that is perhaps what did happen on that day, and perhaps on subsequent days after that as well. Unknown to many around the world, we unfortunately live in a world today where national governments do not determine how countries are run, and our mainstream media does not tell us the truth. We live in a world today where covert, unaccountable, and immensely powerful forces (the ‘Military Industrial Complex’) control what countries do, and they instruct our media on what to tell us to think.
With that message in mind, I finish this article with a 5 minute audio clip below of a great and courageous speech by John K Kennedy in 1961. Perhaps one of the most significant political speeches ever made. It came after his predecessor, President Eisenhower, warned the world in his farewell Presidential speech in 1960, and then presumably gave President Kennedy a full briefing, about the imminent danger to the world of the rise of what he labelled the ‘Military Industrial Complex’. In President Kennedy’s 1961 speech, he tried to warn the world about exactly this, and he courageously tried to do something about it. A few decades later and many more people around the world are now aware of what Presidents Kennedy and Eisenhower both warned us about back then. That is a great piece of hope for the world.
Rest in peace the victims of the Christchurch earthquake, and may the people of New Zealand find the awareness and the courage to fight the global forces that are taking control of this amazing country.

Horowhenua District Council has adopted a media policy that refuses to recognise media questions unless the questions are from, “a news media organisation registered by the New Zealand Companies Office.”
“Any further enquiries that are not for a news media organisation registered by the New Zealand Companies Office will be treated as Official Information Requests,” said council’s communications advisor Trish Hayward. The council also wants to know what news organisations the information is being provided to and what the deadline is.
Dr Gavin Ellis, author of ‘Complacent Nation’, a book that explores the erosion of New Zealanders’ right to know said, “The council is bound by the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act’s principle of availability that states information should be made available unless there is a good reason for withholding it.”
“Nothing in the Act gives council the right to withhold information on the grounds that a publication and deadline are not given by the information seeker. I believe that, if the council refuses to supply information to a freelancer for that reason, there are good grounds for a complaint to the Ombudsman. It is useful for council officers to know the deadline to which a journalist is working but that is in order to expedite the flow of information, not to stem it,” said Dr Ellis.
The council’s media policy was adopted after questions were asked about how council was fulfilling its legislative requirement to consult on a very important 20 year 2018-2038 Long Term Plan (LTP).
This is the first time the district has been presented with a draft 20 year plan, all previous one’s have been ten year plans. Council has signalled an intention to rate the small communities of Waitarere, Hokio, Ohau, Manakau and Waikawa $106 million for new water and waste water systems due to “new growth.”
New growth that has been created by land and property developers who haven’t contributed one cent towards essential infrastructure since council voted to cancel contributions in 2015. Since then there has been an explosion of land and property development in Horowhenua.
There will only be three days before submissions on the draft 2018-2038 LTP close on 26 March if the council wait 21 days under the OIA to answer the questions.
Council has been asked (1) why public consultations are being held at the Levin Aquatic Centre instead of Te Takere that is regarded as the centre of the community? (2) Whether council has more responsibility to ensure ratepayers are fully informed considering an intention to raise $106 million for new water and waste water infrastructure in “new growth” areas? (3) why it is acceptable land and property developers haven’t contributed one cent to essential infrastructure in “growth areas” yet ratepayers are expected to pay? (4) How much does the infrastructure rate equates to in dollar terms for each affected area? (5) Given the complexity of the draft 20 year LTP whether public consultations should include more than four relatively obscure public meetings? (6) What has council been doing to consult residents that need assistance to understand the draft LTP implications (7) Why has the council called the 20 year LTP, “Consultation in preparation of 2018-2038 Long Term Plan” instead of a draft document? (8) Why has the council decided to hold so few consultations and none at Te Takere? What was the rationale behind that decision? (9) Why doesn’t council doesn’t visit marae, associations and groups around the district and tell them how they will be directly affected? (10) Wouldn’t travelling to Marae be an effective way to consult with Maori ratepayers? (11) Why is a public meeting on the Otaki to Levin North expressway considered important enough to be held at Te Takere but not the district’s LTP? (12) Why only one month for consultation on a complex and lengthy document? (13) Why is council running so many consultations simultaneous taking into consideration residents have busy lives and, unlike the council staff, are already juggling many responsibilities and obligations? (14) Does the council think the consultation process on a number of important documents simultaneously would meet the standards of the Office of the Auditor General if a governance complaint was made? (15) The draft LTP states “Look out for upcoming consultations that are outside the consultation on the LTP. The outcomes from these may result in future changes to the LTP.” Shouldn’t the LTP be informing the other consultations not the other way around?

Give new impetus to countries to lift import bans on Japanese seafood
An unfair import ban imposed in reaction to the nuclear accident in Fukushima Prefecture is unacceptable. Japan must make use of this clear judgment for countries to accelerate lifting such bans.
A World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel ruled that South Korea’s ban on fishery products imported from Japan amounts to “arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination” and violates WTO rules.
Citing the nuclear accident as a reason, South Korea has imposed a blanket import ban on fishery products from eight prefectures, including Fukushima, Miyagi and Iwate prefectures, since September 2013. For some of the import items, the ban has a serious impact on the fishery industries in areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear accident.

An Australian archaeologist may have debunked the myth that people in the Middle Ages did not live much past 40, by studying their teeth.
Christine Cave, a scholar at the Australian National University (ANU), developed a new method for determining how old people were when they died, based on how worn their teeth were.
And her research suggests many more people lived to a ripe old age in medieval times than previously thought.
Over a five-year period, Ms Cave examined the teeth of more than 300 people buried in Anglo Saxon English cemeteries between 475 and 625 AD.
She determined several were older than 75 when they died.
“Teeth are wonderful things. They can tell us so much about a person, they are simply marvellous,” she said.
“People sometimes think that in those days if you lived to 40 that was about as good as it got. But that’s not true.
“For people living traditional lives, without modern medicine or markets, the most common age of death is about 70.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly is planning payback for President Obama’s dismissing Mr. Netanyahu’s objections to the Iran nuclear deal last year. Matata landowners have been left in limbo after a proposal to strip existing use rights over safety concerns was accepted by Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
The landmark decision will see 34 houses and sections lose the right to inhabit their property as part of a voluntary retreat. It is believed to be the first time the Resource Management Act has been used in this manner.
Whakatane District Council lobbied Bay of Plenty Regional Council to consider a plan change that will prohibit residential activity in the Awatarariki Fanhead at Matatā after March 2021. The plan change was suggested after $1.2 million was spent investigating how to mitigate safety concerns to residents unsuccessfully.
The plan change will prohibit all residential activity in the affected area.
Impacted residents say they will fight the plan change through legal means.
“We don’t want this to end up in court but when you back people into a corner they fight,” resident spokesman Rick Whalley said.
“That’s where we are now. We’re backed into the corner and we have to fight. They have taken away everything we have. We can’t sell. We can’t get loans. What other option do we have?”
Safety concerns began after a flood event in 2005 left houses destroyed after rubble barrelled down the swollen Awatarariki river.
WDC investigated mitigation options including the construction of a wire net to catch debris and protect the town.
In 2007 residents were given the all clear to return to their homes after the WDC deemed the wire-net solution the likely course of action.
However, WDC principal planner Shane McGhie said the decision to build the wire-net was reviewed in 2012.
“They said they have looked at it and it just wouldn’t work,” he said.
Home owners were given indicative offers for their properties from WDC staff with many residents turning up their noses at the proposed prices.

The Department of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (Click on “Meeting Book – PDF – 10.8 MB” for September 3rd meeting). There are 211 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths for the period 5/16/2015 through 8/15/2015.
86 of the settlements were listed in this report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Three of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with two deaths related to the flu shot, and one death for the HPV shot. 65 of the 86 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).
These quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements from the U.S. vaccine court are seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media. We report them here at Health Impact News. Here is the September 3rd, 2015 report:

Every organisation has to have health and safety and emergency plans for a worst-case scenario. School teachers when taking students on a walk or a school trip have to do a Risk-Assessment and plan for contingencies. Managing hazardous substances such as 23,700 kg of Class A1 ecotoxic baits carries with it a huge responsibility for health and safety. Especially it being stored in the middle of a town.
Under the Health and Safety at Work ( Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 from December 1st 2017, you are most certainly required have to have an emergency response plan.
The HSNO Controls for Sodium fluroroacetate cereal-based pellets state the following:
You need an emergency response plan.
Refer to the Emergency Preparation section of Your Practical Guide.
You need to refer to the safety data sheets for your substances to find out what personal protective equipment people using each substance need to wear. Also refer to the Keep Safe with Hazardous Substances section of Your Practical Guide.Under HSE, all substances require the use of protective clothing.
You need secondary containment.

Commentary; Why an Inquiry needs to be held into the business interests of Horowhenua District Council and other matters
Here’s a little story that demonstrates how and why communications is used as a weapon by Horowhenua District Council to drive strategies and plans that favour the financial interests of a small group of businessmen on the economic development board.
A communications strategy to assist the economic development board members secure outcomes favourable to their business interests was identified as one of six priorities by a council Growth Response Team comprising the Chief Executive Officer David Clapperton, Economic Development Manager Shanon Grainger and council in 2016.
Priorities include (1) Reviewing the Horowhenua Development/Growth Plan (2) Developing the Levin Town Centre Plan (3) Developing a Horowhenua Traffic Management Plan in support of the Horowhenua Development/Growth Plan and Levin Town Centre Plan (4) Investigating and establishing an Investment vehicle to drive the plans forward (5) Developing a Horowhenua 2030 Strategic Plan and developing a Communications Strategy to support the above initiatives.
The public are being “consulted” on all these plans and strategies now and council has voted to support the establishment of an Investment Trust initially comprising economic development board members which council’s chief executive David Clapperton will “assist” for the first two years. Deputy mayor Wayne Bishop voted against mayor Michael Feyen also being involved in the establishment of the trust.
Make no mistake. These plans and strategies the community are being consulted on now are entirely dedicated to advancing the interests of the economic development board. Up to 40 percent of public assets owned by council may be sold to finance the board’s new lethal toy which the Investment Trust is. Perhaps the public would prefer any sale of public assets to write down increasing debt levels or set aside for essential infrastructure projects. All the projects the Trust want to drive rely on the council plans and strategies being favourable to their business interests. Which is why we are actually at what is referred to as a tipping point. Everything is converging that will cement the board’s control of the council and the community in a final and irrevocable way.
A communications strategy that refers to the Investment Trust as “by the people for the people” is nothing more than empty words simply because it is not true. Board chair Cameron Lewis used those words to describe the Trust’s activities which is a very effective communications strategy. What’s not to love about “by the people, for the people” right? But the Investment Trust is the board’s strategy and it advances the financial interests of board members.
Holding only four relatively obscure public meetings on the district’s first, very important, draft 20 year Long Term Plan is a deliberate communications strategy. Holding the only Levin public meeting at the Aquatic Centre instead of Te Takere is a deliberate communications strategy. Interestingly enough the council considers it important enough to hold a public meeting on the new expressway at Te Takere though. Which it is but so too, surely, is it important to hold public meetings on council’s draft documents at Te Takere too. No doubt the council and Otaki MP Nathan Guy intend on whipping up community opposition to the north eastern route because it extends across land and property development projects in the north east being driven by council and land developers and included in the 2008 Horowhenua Development Plan which the community were not consulted on.
Isn’t Te Takere supposed to be the hub of the community and yet not one public meeting on council’s draft documents is being held at Te Takere. All of a sudden the Aquatic Centre has become the place where council holds public meetings. It would be bizarre nonsense if it was not able to be explained as a deliberate communications strategy. Not referring to the documents as “draft” plans is a deliberate communications strategy. In the public notices section of a community newspaper the draft 2018-2038 Long Term Plan is referred to as, “Consultation in preparation of 2018-2038 Long Term Plan.” It is not called a draft document which is very concerning.
Bombarding the public with, I have counted ten consultations so far running simultaneously, is a deliberate communications strategy. It ensures minimal public participation because the public is drowning in “consultation” documents. But the council and economic development board, when they are questioned, can turn around and say, “the public was consulted.” A complaint is being laid with the Office of the Auditor General on governance grounds.
If the public want to participate in a serious and considered way there are at least eight separate and complex documents on the 2018-2038 draft Long Term Plan alone. And that is just one draft document. Say each document is approximately 200 pages, and this is conservative, means having time, energy and capability to read approximately 2000 pages and understand complex financial information. Then after reading approximately 2000 pages the public then require the capacity to analyse the draft plans and strategies to understand the consequences of the impacts. After I read the draft Horowhenua Growth Strategy 2040 Consultation document was available on the council’s website in the “have your say” section I went to download a copy. But it wasn’t available. The growth strategy replaces its predecessor the 2008 Horowhenua Development Plan (HDP). The 2008 HDP is essential a land developers bible with 12 land development projects alone in the Levin section of the plan. Increasing urban density which the public are being “consulted” on now is recommended in the Implementation section of the 2008 HDP.
I say the word consultation in quote marks because overwhelming the public with plans and strategies and decisions can only impede not facilitate consultation. But this is a deliberate communications strategy too. The public generally think communications strategies are about informing the public. They are not. The most sophisticated communications strategy, which board member and former Satchi and Satchi head Antony Young no doubt knows a lot about, is all about manipulating communications to advance third party interests; in this case the third party interests are the economic development board’s financial interests.
But to continue with my own experience I phoned the council and asked the customer service representative who answered the phone where the growth strategy was. She looked for it and couldn’t find it. She sought assistance before telling me that the draft Horowhenua Growth Strategy 2040 was within the web link to the draft 2018-2038 Long Term Plan!! A normal person would think well, that’s pretty stupid, isn’t it. Why is a totally unrelated draft document buried underneath another draft document on a separate matter? The answer is how communications is presented is also a deliberate communications strategy.
But when I went to the link I realised I had simply been fobbed off because the draft strategy document wasn’t there either. So I phoned the council again and asked to speak to council’s communications advisor Trish Hayward and she spent some time away from the phone before coming back to me and saying a group manager had not signed it off which is why it wasn’t available. But, I said, there is a public notice saying it is available. This kind of communications behaviour is a deliberate communications strategy.
All the plans and strategies the public are being consulted on now represent the apex of the economic development board’s plan to secure their own financial interests which is why a report will be submitted to appropriate government representatives and agencies calling for an Inquiry into the business interests of Horowhenua District Council and other matters.
The argument in favour of holding an Inquiry is based on the Western Australia 1991 Commission of Inquiry into the business interests of the state government. Perth premier Brian Burke and other government representatives engaged in business dealings with several prominent businessmen including Alan Bond, who was the most well known. These dealings resulted in a loss of public money, estimated at a minimum of $600 million and the insolvency of several large corporations [source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WA_Inc].
The main and primary results of a Royal Commission that was subsequently set up to investigate the Commercial Activities of Government and Other Matters found state politicians were using their own version of our Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act inappropriately and, as it transpired, illegally to hold meetings in private to plan and scheme business deals that resulted in the loss of public funds. The Commission of Inquiry was only set up due to the actions of strong public advocacy by the activist group, People for Fair and Open Government.
This out-of-control juggernaut must be stopped in its tracks which is also why council chief executive David Clapperton should not be reappointed to the role of council chief executive. He is compromised by his close relationship with the board and his own conflict of interest. In November 2016 he set up a land development company with his wife Catherine Whitehouse which contravenes his contract with the council. He did not declare his conflict of interest for three months. When he did the council public notice did not state the general nature of the matter that would be discussed, as required by law, and the former chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk committee deputy mayor and land developer Wayne Bishop allowed him to declare the conflict of interest in a publicly excluded session of council on the grounds of “commercial sensitivity” without informing the public why that part of the meeting would be publicly excluded. Which he is required to do under the Local Government Act.
We are talking about the professional behaviour of key figures within council including Mr Clapperton and Cr Bishop. Suffice to say Cr Bishop is no longer the chair of that particular committee which, one would hope, means democracy does work except it doesn’t and it isn’t. Not in Horowhenua. The Horowhenua people don’t know what democracy looks like anymore much less what it feels like. No wonder there is a high rate of ill-health in the district. Mayor Feyen, who is also on the MidCentral District Health Board, was quoted in a local newspaper saying, “research was needed to help understand why the district’s people suffered a high incidence of health issues.” The pressures of living under a regime where the ratepayer is effectively held hostage by a council that funnels public money into private business and takes no notice of the community’s preferences is not healthy. Democracy has been eroded by the council and key figures within council that are acting on behalf of a small group of businessmen and their financial interests across Investment, construction and land development industries. The Investment Trust explicitly says council, Government and private equity will fund projects. Yes, projects that directly financially benefit board members interests. It is time to hold an Inquiry before the Trust and the economic development board convince the Government to pump economic development funds into the Trust under the guise of economic development.

WAYNE WILLIAMS WAS AT THE COURT IN THAMES FOR THE WHOLE TRIAL – THIS IS HIS VERSION OF THE PROCEEDINGS
“Right from the opening statements the prosecution was painting a picture of Graeme Sturgeon as a real hell-raising rebel. Twisting facts, pressuring for mistakes. It’s pretty obvious in the security video if you look at the continuation of ( security guard ) Richard Lane’s movements. After wrenching the door open he lunged inside, punching Graeme at this stage. Completely disorientating him.
Now Lane commented here that he thought Graeme was reaching for a weapon. A convenient statement to justify his illegal entry. At no time did he stop and/or say anything to alert Graeme. This was a cowardly ambush. Even the judge repeatedly picked up on this heinous omission.
Why were better options not taken ? His reaction was “Basically I assumed he ( Graeme ) was trying to arm himself”. The fact that Lane was unlicensed at this point was factored in, but not emphasised enough as to have a big bearing on it Just noted. The truck driver who was within a few metres distance repeatedly claimed that he could see Graeme punching Lane and kicking him in the stomach. But this was proven to be inaccurate because of very limited light and because Lane was actually obscuring his viewpoint. This witness repeatedly fumbled replies, trying to stick to the rehearsed fabrication. He even made the statement that he was afraid Graeme was going to actually drive into his truck. Panicky at this point, he was. But yet he was still considered a credible witness later in the judge’s summing up.
Next up Graeme Sturgeon took the stand. He was very firm in his recollection of events up to being assaulted by Lane. Then understandably shaken up. He denied kicking Lane. And the video does clearly show him swinging punches in defense. I only saw one actually connect with Lanes head. A glance. We watched this video probably 20 times, and at slow speeds as well.
Lane claimed he had a sore jaw for a month, and a sore stomach for a couple of days. Now at no time was any first aid offered to Graeme.
Lane was on a mission, also harassing Dr. Wendy Pond and Diana Halstead. Lane also claimed there were half a dozen protestors with placards out the front so he was expecting trouble. This was another wildly inaccurate statement used to justify his actions. In fact there were onlythree people and it was not obvious that they were protestors. They had no placards.
So that was the the end of Day One and the subsequent unprofessionalism of the reporter there meant Graeme Sturgeon got a roasting in the news report – trial and conviction by media. Before the verdict. We just want fair representation from media. That’s not too much to ask.
Onto day two. Little big Wendy. First up. Very well spoken. Knowledgeable. Accurate. And she wouldn’t let the prosecution rattle her, actually calling the officer ridiculous.
And our next witness Diana Halstead also spoke very well. She stuck to her points even when the prosecutor repeatedly tried to twist her version of events and timing of headlights etc. Her reason for being there was being with Graeme. She was shocked by Lane’s thuggery. And then she told of the police officer who attended – and getting a very mediocre response. He spoke to DoC staff first and did not even check Graeme’s injuries. He was just there to basically take down time sequence events, and to organize statements at a later date, as the security detail had disappeared with the 1080 poison-loaded trucks by this time.
So overall it was a complete fabrication to try and make the case. But I don’t think this was a clear cut result, as it could easily have gone the other way. So those three seconds of door opening ( Graeme Sturgeon’s vehicle ) which were hidden from view were critical to the point that the judge was quite correct in summing up. There is no evidence that either threw the first punch and Graeme undoubtedly was acting in self defense against an extremely savage attack from Lane. Case dismissed. Victory for us.”

TWENTY VACCINE FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU VACCINATE…
Vaccine manufacturers have NO liability (National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986), so CANNOT be sued for injury from their product and they have no incentive to make their product as safe as possible.
Vaccines are not held to the same double blind gold standard of clinical testing as other pharmaceutical drugs because they are considered biological products under the Public Health Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. They meet the same standards as cosmetics.
The per vaccine Federal Excise Tax is used to pay the vaccine injured through the government-created National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). $3.1 Billion has been paid to date (through 2015).

Most doctors receive 30 MINUTES on vaccine education (that they are safe, effective and a must) during their 8 YEARS in medical school.
If someone dies from a vaccine, their family will be awarded no more than $250,000. Most cases of vaccine injury are dismissed because doctors and vaccine manufacturers deny a causation link. The statutory time limit for filing a claim is only 2 years after death and 3 years from the time of vaccine injury.
The government plan “Healthy People 2020” has a goal to fully vaccinate all children and adults by 2020. There are 217 new vaccines being created right now.

The automated license plate readers are technology systems that capture plate numbers and add them to a database, along with the time and the location.
The information is used to track down fugitives and much more.
And it’s that “much more” that has privacy advocates alarmed.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation and a public records information site called MuckRock are joining forces to track down what happens when your tag is recorded in the database.
The privacy groups already know such information goes to police agencies, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the FBI, the U.S. Marshals service and other agencies. Even those with nothing to do with traffic.
For obvious reasons, neither the child nor the school are named regarding this incident. It is a warning bell to be vigilant and certainly confirms other things I’ve been hearing regarding the coercion employed against those who choose not to vaccinate. It is a parental right not to. I have personally heard of people visiting and knocking more than one time at the door of non vaccinating parents, asking to vaccinate their newborn. It is a similar scenario with the flu vax. Elderly people tell me they are phoned up by their medical practice and told, ‘you haven’t had your flu jab’. Not given all the info and insert on risks involved, and asked ‘do you want one?’ That is coercion in my opinion and if you think that is extreme read this article to learn why you should be asking questions. I also know of another mother who asked many questions around the testing of a certain vaccine who ended up leaving the responding nurse with raised eyebrows. In today’s Herald on Sunday was an article about Waitetuna school near Raglan, where the school principal agreed to allow a midwife to show a film about the other side of vaccines on the school premises, but the board of Trustees overturned her agreement, on the basis that the topic was controversial.
I have a question. What are schools for?
Education, or social engineering? George Orwell wrote a book called “Animal Farm” Have you read it?
If a parent from Waitetuna school objected to nurses and doctors coming into the school and vaccinating children, would the Board of Trustees agree and stop them coming in because vaccines are controversial?
I somehow doubt it.
But I want to tell you a story of a young child, in a school, who along with some other children, returned a consent form for the HPV vaccine, which said, “No, I do not consent”.
What happened next will illustrate that New Zealand schools are not safe for children, and why the Department of Health vaccination programmes should be barred from schools.
The forms were collected and all the children who had returned “no” consent forms, were gathered in a separate group and the nurses berated the girls telling them that their parents didn’t love them, and that they could consent on their own, without their parent’s permission. One of the girls caved to that, but then another child who had watched the life of an older sibling be trashed and lead to a quality of life less than desirable, fought back. She refused to sign it. The nurses pushed. But she got angry and told the nurse that she wanted to go now. The nurse refused. The girl then told the vaccinating nurse that she wanted to call her parents and the police because what they were doing was wrong. Nothing like the experience of your own eyes, to firm up your own convictions!
At this point, she was quickly hustled out of the room in order not to freak out the other girls being pressured into going against their parent’s wishes.
How did all this situation come about?
The Department of Health, with school consent, seems to have started using the tactic of not telling the schools when they are coming to vaccinate. Their ostensible reason for this, is so that the children don’t get worried in advance.
What a load of bollocks.
The real reason is so that the parents of the non-vaccinators can’t keep their children home for that day, which allows the provaccine including the nurses, teachers and other pupils, to bully and berate children whose parents have chosen differently.
So while parents who don’t consent, would rather not send their children to school on that day, the Department of Health deliberately thwarts that option. This could be called revoking democratic decision making.
Of course in this mind-numbed unethical climate of bullying, emotional blackmail and … yes … controversy, such tactics are considered to be noble, wonderful and lifesaving.
I disagree.
Vaccinations ARE indeed a controversial topic of discussion. I believe that if schools refuse to allow parents to watch a film at a school, describing another side of vaccination, then schools should ALSO refuse to allow the Department of Health to vaccinate children in schools.
The issue isn’t just “controversy”. It’s one of non-hypocrisy. What is “education”? How do you define learning? Only by hearing one side of a story?
Do you send your children to school, and allow the Department of Health to vaccinate your children in school because you can’t be bothered making the effort to follow through on your own convictions? Shouldn’t parents who chose to vaccinate, be responsible for doing that at their doctors?
Would you like schools to also become places where children can also be prescribed antibiotics, prescription drugs, or even, abortion on demand?
Or should schools SOLELY be places where people are educated and learn to think, in particular to figure out how to make their own decisions without being brainwashed by the school or the state?

This whole raruraru (trouble) in Whitianga and beyond, demonstrates that the Department of Conservation is dysfunctional, and treats local residents and local government alike with arrogance.
The public experiences the Department of Conservation as a law unto itself. It does not inform local authorities, it does not follow its own consultation guidelines, and it breaches statutes.

A team at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan engineered the devices using a combination of horsehair, $USD 100 drones and a sticky ion gel.
It’s pretty simple really – first, the drones fly into flowers much like a bee would. Inside the flower, pollen gets stuck to the drone due to the combination of the ion gel and horsehair. That same pollen is then shaken off into the next flower, and so on. It’s just your run of the mill birds and the robots bees.
Popular Mechanics reports that Eijio Miyako, a chemist at AIST actually created the sticky ion gel by accident in 2007. The gel, which Miyako considered a failure, sat unused for a decade. When Miyako picked it up again recently he was pleased to find that it was still sticky and figured it would be perfect for his new project.
Miyako is now the project leader behind the “Robo-bees”. In the video above, you can see the first time that a drone has successfully pollinated a flower, in this case Japanese lilies. Blink and you’ll miss it!

Rocket Lab has angered astronomers across the world after putting a glittering disco ball into orbit.
New Zealand’s first-ever successful orbital launch was hailed last week, but on Thursday the company revealed in addition to two mapping satellites, the Electron rocket was carrying a reflective sphere it called the ‘Humanity Star’.
It holds no practical purpose, except to “get people to go outside and look up”, according to Rocket Lab founder Peter Beck.
But people who look up every day for living are outraged, expressing their displeasure with the company’s space junk on social media.
“Intentionally bright long-term space graffiti. Thanks a lot @RocketLab,” astronomer Mike Brown, of the California Institute of Technology, wrote on Twitter.
“Most of us would not think it cute if I stuck a big flashing strobe-light on a polar bear, or emblazoned my company slogan across the perilous upper reaches of Everest,” Columbia University director of astrobiology Caleb Scharf wrote for science magazine Scientific American.
“Jamming a brilliantly glinting sphere into the heavens feels similarly abusive.”
New York University astrophysicist Benjamin Pope called the Humanity Star “short-lived and kind of cool”, but said it would get in the way of real satellites.

It’s been long speculated/theorized that the new world order will be ushered in following an economic crash in which cash will be withdrawn and the global system will become digital only. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES:
The pellets have a low flammability risk unless pre-heated, however the thermal decomposition (burning) of products containing sodium fluoroacetate (1080) releases
hydrogen fluoride gas which is very toxic. Emergency response and firefighting measures for major fires should be taken only by trained professionals using SCBA. The article below doesn’t clearly state whether the baits were burned or not although it’s stated there was no risk to environment or health as “all run-off associated with putting out the fire was contained onsite”. So there was contaminated water presumably but what of the air? Was anybody reading this warned of any inherent breathing dangers during the fire?One person on social media has reported health effects including headaches, kidney pains, nausea and tiredness. I assume they wish to remain anonymous as they’ve not responded to my questions.
According to the data sheets, storers should DEFINITELY be letting people in near proximity know about stored 1080,at the very least by signage, and the Fire Chiefs should be notified so if there is a fire they won’t be endangered by 1080 contact. An OIA request by NO to 1080 use in NZ has revealed that the HDC (Horowhenua DC) did not know of the fire until a week later! (See article below). * Curious given they are all under the same umbrella.
If you live in the vicinity of where this fire took place and you have unexplained health issues from that date (19 January 2018) this could shed some light on things… you should seek medical help. Symptoms of poisoning from the data sheet are as follows: Nausea, vomiting, tingling and numbness in face and hands, stomach pains, apprehension and anxiety. This all highlights the dangers of storage of this poison. Were any Horowhenua people warned that 1080 was stored in Levin? I’m keen to hear. This is particularly important if the storage site is in or adjacent to residential areas without the public knowing, as per the recent discovery in the Whitianga CBD. In that instance a person in a neighbouring house could smell the cinnamon from the baits as they were being unloaded (described in the video here), and not in accordance with DoC’s own rules.
It must be remembered that sodium monofluoroacetate (Compound 1080) is a World Health Organisation Class 1A Eco-toxin, with no known antidote, and banned in most countries.
Note to Horowhenua & Kapiti residents:There was to be an aerial drop of 1080 further south of Levin some time this month (Feb 2018) however this may not happen it seems. DoC’s website will have details of that. Educate yourself on the dangers of 1080 because mainstream is not. A fire at Horizons Regional Council’s pest control depot in Levin has sparked an investigation.
Controversial pest control poison 1080 was stored in a Levin depot that was burgled and torched last week.
The fire tore through the Horizons Regional Council depot on Thursday night, destroying equipment and melting vehicles.
Fire services put out the blaze, but police said there were also signs of a burglary.
Horizons Regional Council chief executive Michael McCartney said the council was alerted to the fire early on Friday morning.
Manawatu Detective Sergeant Philip Skoglund said someone had cut through the yard’s wire fence the same night, and the building had been forced open.
“There looks like there may have been some items removed but we are not sure what they are,” he said.
Skoglund said the burglar may have forced access to a commercial fridge but that was yet to be determined.
“At this point it looks to be suspicious,” he said.

A neighbour said he believed that the refrigerator contained 1080 but, after questions from the Horowhenua Chronicle, McCartney confirmed on Tuesday 1080 was held in a secure pesticide store in the building, though not in the fridge.
He said Horizons was still taking an inventory of items after the fire, but “all run-off associated with putting out the fire was contained onsite and there are no environmental or health concerns”.
* Hot off the press and highly relevant as a follow-up to the Whitianga court case: An OIA response from Mid Central DHB regarding the fire in the warehouse in Levin last month, which contained 1080 poison, has revealed that the council did not know about the fire until the newspaper reports a week later!The Medical Officer of Health (who is required to make the call about whether an evacuation or other action is an advisable precaution for local residents’ safety), was therefore not even aware of the potential dangers.
Quote: ” In this particular incident, our service (DHB) was not notified by Fire and Emergency New Zealand; we became aware of the event through a subsequent media release. No information was supplied to the Medical Officer of Health at the time of the fire, and consequently no risk assessment was undertaken.”
This beggars belief at the level of incompetence that continues to put us all in danger. We do not know how MUCH poison was stored there, but under the new H&S legislation, there could have been up to 99 tonnes of cereal bait stored without any notification to Fire and Emergency NZ.
Here’s a thought: What would have happened if the 1080 poison stored at Whitianga CBD had caught light, with supermarkets, cars and houses all around it? Wouldn’t we assume that a H&S and firefighters’ protocol had been followed and an emergency call had been made to the local council and DHB Medical Officer? Time is of the essence in events like this, which can change in an instant.
Has NOTHING been learned from that tragic event in 1984 (p7 at the link) where the fire in ICI’s hazardous chemicals warehouse in Auckland caused so much harm (and maybe still is today, through contamination of the site, landfill and water)?

Horowhenua’s Mayor Michael Feyen has posted on his FB page a video saying this will be investigated. He has historically been a whistleblower prior to becoming Mayor and currently, if you follow the HDC events, is frequently asked by HDC councillors to resign.
