On March 17, 2020, the United States Department of Health and Human Services published a decree that granted covered persons and entities liability immunity from performing countermeasures against Covid-19.
The document was published in the Federal Register under the title:
According to the publication, “The Secretary is issuing this Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act to provide liability immunity for activities related to medical countermeasures against COVID-19. The Declaration was effective as of February 4, 2020.”
In a nutshell, this decree grants any covered persons, companies, or entities immunity from being sued in a court of law should the products they create, administer, or otherwise use on people or patients harm said individuals. The covered entities and products would naturally include drugmakers, antiviral medicines, and of course, vaccines!
The Facts:Dr. Anthony Fauci was one of three authors in a paper recently published in the New England Medical Journal claiming that “the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza.”
Reflect On:Is it better to be safe than sorry? Or is there something else going on here? If we don’t take the same shutdown measures for other viruses and diseases that may be just as or more dangerous, why are we doing it for COVID19?

This short video from the channel of Ice Age Farmer highlights the food shortages & the reasons for them. I’m briefly summarizing the main points. Ranchers can’t get their stock processed … (so we’ll have to eat I suspect that fake processed poison they’ve been itching to foist on us). The BBC reports 2,000 garden centers and nurseries are throwing out their plants and supplies! Ontario has shut down community gardens. (Whatever happened to social distancing in the gardens then, or the nurseries? It’s being managed pretty well in the supermarkets note). Canada had originally failed to include the entire agricultural industry under essential services … that has fortunately now changed since the making of this video here. Food was not an essential service? Milk producers are being ordered to dump their supplies. There has been violence at the supermarkets in Latin America and Italy. India’s entire tea industry is about to collapse and oil production there is grinding to a halt. And eggs are rotting in the warehouses because get this, there aren’t any cartons to put them in! Meanwhile in NZ apparently the shortage of flour on the supermarket shelves is due to ‘everybody’s baking’ and according to this article, there’s plenty of flour in stock just no packaging for it. (So what about all the plastic bags we see still floating around the supermarkets that you put your fruit & veg in? Used to be we improvised in a state of emergency didn’t we?) I’ve also noted in NZ that the Bin Inns are closed after some uncertainty where shops had their permission that’s since been withdrawn. In short the entire food industry is being shut down.

So, if these people were what they say they are, and cared like they profess they do, they would not be stopping you from growing your own food. I’ve mentioned this often over recent years, about saving your own heirloom seed because the giant corporations have been quietly buying up the seed companies. We know that’s about monopoly and nothing to do with your convenience or health. Plus they have hybridized the seed so you have to return next year to buy more. Remember the plight of Indian farmers who suicided because of the financial ruin caused by this evil set up. The only sustainable thing about this scenario is profits for corporations.
If anything illustrates their real intent with all of this lockdown it is the banning of seeds. This is absolutely outrageous and very wrong. There is absolutely no way that any risk of disease can justify this. Remember Kissinger’s infamous quote?

It’s very difficult to find the numbers – as if they are being hidden. The reason may be because the actual numbers of coronavirus fatalities indicate the China coronavirus is not nearly as deadly as heralded by the Mainstream media and the results are similar to flu-like data.
Initial data out of New York show a pattern consistent with the rest of the world – the elderly and the sick are almost exclusively at risk by the coronavirus. Individuals without pre-existing conditions and younger Americans under the age of 65 are at a very very low risk of dying from the coronavirus.

New Zealand – the “land of the long white cloud” – has evolved into a police state overnight amid the fallout of Covid-19, with people now being encouraged to dob in fellow Kiwis who flout lockdown rules.
While slow to apprehend Covid-19 initially and taking nonsensical measures such as banning travel from Iran while allowing travel from Italy unabated, the New Zealand government quickly changed tack and announced it was implementing a four-tier threat level to deal with the virus. It wasn’t long after this that the government gave New Zealanders a two-day period for everyone to tie up loose ends and prepare for what is essentially a nationwide lockdown (threat level four), which will continue for at least four weeks.
As part of this, a state of emergency was declared last week which saw the powers-that-be activate emergency legislation. This current state of affairs enables New Zealand’s National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to close or restrict access to roads or public places, regulate land, water and air traffic, and even evacuate and enter people’s premises, among other measures. The New Zealand police are responsible for maintaining law and order during the state of emergency, and have been given special powers to order any person to stop any activity that contributes to the emergency. As of today, the state of emergency has been extended by another seven days.
So, what? I hear you ask. The Covid-19 crisis is an unprecedented situation which can lead to immense death and suffering, and has already begun undertaking that course of action in Italy, Iran, Spain and even in the US. Calling New Zealand’s response a descent into a “police state” is nothing more than a conspiracy theory, aimed at fueling and sparking more panic in an already panic-driven environment.
Well, perhaps you might want to tell that Victoria University’s associate law professor, Dean Knight, who said that with so much discretionary power, there is a very real risk that the discretion could be used in an arbitrary and discriminatory manner. Or how about University of Otago law professor, Andrew Geddis, who has questioned the current state of affairs in two separate op-eds, warning that police can use “extreme and unprecedented” powers to constrain basic freedoms of movement guaranteed by the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act.
We could say the same of Radio New Zealand contributor Catriona MacLenna, who penned an open letter to the country’s police with the aim of making it crystal clear that “New Zealand is a democracy,” “not a police state.”
We might also want to tell that to journalist Damian Christie. Christie was in the process of delivering video equipment to a client’s business with a letter firmly in hand to prove that what he was doing was regarded as being part of an essential service, his client being a large food producer. Despite producing this letter (and having no discernible legal obligation to do so), a police officer who stopped him began to yell at him and flat-out ignored the letter, even though we had been told that if we provide such a letter, we won’t experience any issues. According to the officer, however, Christie should only have left his house to buy medical supplies.
This is clearly untrue and, as Professor Geddis notes in his columns, has created much confusion about what we can and can’t do under the lockdown rules. I agree with Geddis that if there has been an instruction given to the police to apply these powers, then we need to see those instructions.
On top of all of this, the government saw fit in the most Orwellian way possible to set up an online mechanism for locals to “dob in” other fellow Kiwis who were flouting the lockdown rules. Within an hour of it being launched, over-zealous New Zealanders crashed the website with over 4,200 reports lodged. Police have also arrested a number of people for breaching the lockdown rules. I expect this number to climb somewhat over the next three weeks.
I don’t know how comfortable I am with a website where people can dob in other people without requiring any demonstrable evidence. I am also concerned as to what this precedent could achieve in the future. Perhaps the next lockdown won’t be because of Covid-19, but because of a different situation entirely. What if the next website is set up to dob in not flouters of the lockdown, but say, political dissidents?
We are always naive in thinking that this type of activity can never occur in New Zealand, even when the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) has been found to have spied on targets illegally; or that time the Snowden papers revealed that the GCSB was spying on the entire Pacific on a mass scale without the knowledge of its neighbors. How quickly New Zealanders seem to forget these facts, or perhaps simply turn a blind eye to them from the outset.
The emergence of New Zealand’s police state apparatus comes at an interesting time. The Court of Appeal just ruled last week that New Zealanders have no constitutional right to bear arms, following a failed legal challenge by the “Kiwi Party.” While denying that right, the government has been quietly rolling out an extensive armed police patrol trial which saw units deployed 75 times a day in their first five weeks (what on Earth for?)
Look, I get it. I take the Covid-19 crisis as seriously as the next person, and for that matter, the overarching principles of the lockdown requirements. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t question power and the abuse of that power, even during a national and global state of emergency.
As Benjamin Franklin’s old adage goes: “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” And they’ll probably end up losing both.

While much of the world has been focused on surviving a “pandemic”, social distancing and quarantines, the proponents of mass surveillance and 5G have been scoring major gains.
During this chaotic time it’s extremely important to take note of the advancements of legislation and political maneuvers which threaten our liberty and privacy.
First, on March 23, the 5G rollout progressed even further in the USA with President Donald Trump signing a bill aimed at “securing America’s 5G infrastructure.”
The act, titled the Secure 5G and Beyond Act, calls for a comprehensive plan to securitize a nationalized 5G grid in “not later than 180 days.”
CONFIRMED: 5G and related tech is being deployed at or near many schools during the lockdown
Last week, after seeing video of some installations of 5G and apparent biometrics at schools during the lockdown, we asked readers to share any evidence they had regarding this apparently fast-tracked deployment in their neighborhoods.
After dozens of comments, emails, and videos, we can safely say there is indeed an effort to install 5G related equipment at or near schools, and throughout cities in general.
For example, Twitter user “Just Michael” filmed an encounter with police parked at a local school, who were either performing or supporting the installation. When asked if what they’re doing is related to 5G installation, the apparent police officer acted odd and attempted to deflect the question.

Another clear example of telecommunications activity at schools comes from a Facebook video posted by IJ Hribal. In this video she visits a school in Longview, Texas to ask a contractor if his work involves 5G. The man claimed there was an ongoing 5G installation which actually began in December 2019. (Note: This has been flagged by Facebook as “fake news.”)
In another video posted on her Facebook page, IJ Hribal writes,
“5G being installed at North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA. This was sent to me by a brave mother who would like to remain anonymous. It’s time to check your schools and start putting these people on notice. We do NOT consent.“
Finally, an email from the Mayor of Nevada City CA, Reinette Senum described an increase in activity at local high schools:
“AT&T is going off the hook these last couple weeks in our community. We have never seen anything like it…. We have also been overwhelmed by PG&E trucks including IES trucks installing ‘air conditioners’ on the top of our local high school roof tops. For air conditioner installations??”
The surveillance state is also being expanded in other ways within the 2200-page, $2 trillion stimulus package that was signed by Donald Trump on Friday, and supported by both parties. It includes billions of dollars to the criminal Federal Reserve for a new US digital dollar, allocates funding for telehealth and telemedicine services which will surely be powered by 5G ‘smart’ grid, and creates a fund for development of vaccines.

The bill was heavily debated in early March but has since stalled, however, we should remain vigilant and not allow ourselves to be distracted by the constant focus on COVID-19. It should be noted that the bill was introduced with bipartisan support from Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and is also sponsored by Josh Hawley and Dianne Feinstein.
Like other bills being fast-tracked, this law’s supporters are using the cover of Coronavirus panic to quietly advance it without much of a debate.

Will government agencies seek to actually track us in our homes, using our smart phones, to see if we are obeying their decrees?
As we have outlined here, there is clearly an effort to erect the final pieces of the global technocratic infrastructure while humanity is being pushed into a state of fear and panic over a virus with questionable fatality rates.

It was reported on Thursday, the 26th of March on the Glen Eden Community Facebook page that helicopters were seen spraying during the night of the 25th and in the early morning of the 26th in west Auckland suburbs. I do not know if this is true or not.
Lesley, a trustworthy source, who lives in the west Auckland suburb of Te Atatu wrote: “People were ringing me from west Auckland only, from Glendene, Massey and Te Atatu…People reported seeing a fine mist caught in the helicopter’s light. I did not see the mist, but messaged NewsTalkZB to ask what was the helicopter up to. It seems that people were convinced something that was being sprayed.” She did not get a reply from the radio station.
