Contrary to rumors of “conspiracy theory”, the Department of Defense first published “Chemtrails” in 1990 as the title to a chemistry course for new pilots attending the esteemed US Air Force Academy.
It’s reasonable to speculate that “Chemtrails”, and its implied meaning was eventually adopted by civilian observers to describe unusual military jet contrail emissions and later, commercial aircraft persistent contrails.
In etymological terms, the origin of a word is very important. Regardless the intended definition, history clearly shows the term “Chemtrails” originated at the US Department of Defense as the title for a Chemistry manual used at the Air Force Academy cadet training program in the early 1990’s.
The purpose of this post is to establish the term “chemtrails” was invented by the DoD for the Air Force Academy. However compelling, we resist claiming that the title and/or content is directly linked to the covert aerosol geoengineering and “chemtrails” operation that has been infecting planet earth since the early 1990’s. The course content, however suggests possible methods for manipulation of the earth’s atmospheric chemistry and conductivity, and could be construed as a course requirement for pilots who could be engaged in deploying chemicals into the atmosphere….
An inter-library loan initiated by the Alachua County main library yielded a microfilm copy of the 1990 Chemistry 131 Manual used in training by the US Air force Academy. The lending institution was the William T. Young Library at the University of Kentucky as shown in the label below.
The microfilm was in acceptable condition, however the 1990 Chemtrails manual was scanned in 1992 under less than optimum conditions from a well-used original.
The Alachua County Library equipment was used to scan each of the 200 pages to digital *.TIF files. Photoshop was used to optimize each image to the smallest file size that would permit adequate resolution for on-line viewing. Each image was imported to a Microsoft Word page where the complete manual was saved to a 28 MB PDF file. (Portable Document File).

A while ago i was asked to try get a chemtrail on a time lapse, well here we go. ( I finally got one Mick… Mick Raven, ConspiracyOz website 😉 From where i am positioned on the coast line on the beaut South Island of New Zealand, its quite the task to actually keep the time lapse in one place to follow a chemtrail but here you will see, this crap DOESN’T disappear but spreads out.
Strange thing here, Autumn arrived on the 1st of March and low and behold, out of the blue came them bloody trails again. Only days before i had mentioned in a comment, about not seeing one in a while. Maybe i spoke to soon, the curse of the black jelly bean maybe 🙂
As i point out in the video, quite odd to see that the particular plane was not showing up on the radar.
Further on South, there is a place called Omarama, world renown for its thermals and Gliders. Now these gliders, i have seen showing up on Flight Radar, so why is a aeroplane, RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FILTH, not registering on the radar??

We’ve witnessed recently the cover up of the Horowhenua District Council’s role in polluting their own waterways, and the revelations by a whistle-blower, on the way she and fellow Councillors were coerced into “toeing the line”. Basically … Council corruption.
Here we have corruption of an even more sinister kind in the Auckland district in terms of suppressing dissension about their practices. Unlike the Horowhenua district example, it is not centered on conservation, but reflects what is becoming quite a familiar methodology employed by Councils. United Nations Agenda 21
What we have seen in the past decade or more with District Councils, is a switch from the old school democracies where Councillors truly represented the views and wishes of their rate payers, to a very different animal. Witness the above scenario experienced by Mr Malcolm and as referred to, the Horowhenua debacle with the sewage spillage into the local waterways. Although I’m not personally a fan of Cameron Slater, he summarizes here some growing anomalies with District Councils. He describes a Government culture that’s in ‘moral decay’.

Often we hear of fire fighters talking bout how dam fast or how unusual these fires are, fires create big heat but they describe the heat like nothing they have experienced in the years they have been a fire fighters.
Funny thing, when I was watching videos via You Tube, watching what was going on in Australia, with the fires, I saw a video that had a interesting title.. it was something along the lines of a “deliberate” act but strangely this morning went back to find that video… it has now been REMOVED, I find that quite odd.
Another interesting thing was while putting this edit together on this video, I had a break away from the computer and turned on the TV… surprise surprise, there was a National Geographic programme on, titled “Australia`s Inferno”.
I didnt see the whole programme but not once did I hear the word chemtrail or see a chemtrail in the videoing of that programme. It makes one wonder if its all just part of the conditioning, for people to think its just NATURAL behavior of these fires… without the mention of an accelerant. Remember what you see on the television is always true isnt it?? ….. 🙂

Our country NZ that we like to think of as being a democracy, technically has been one in name only for quite some time now. We are actually a corporation, listed on the Security and Exchange Commission website (SEC) as such, with the Queen as the listed owner. Indeed our local District Councils are also companies, listed on the Dun and Bradstreet website. Check it out. A company is ‘any formal business entity for profit which may be a corporation, a partnership or individual proprietorship’.
This has ramifications for how they both function. If corporations and companies have profits for shareholders as their primary concern, then how can they be true to democratic aspirations, or truly fulfill that function? We’ve already been seeing the outworking of this incompatibility for quite some time now. Constantly corporate interests are overriding any care for the environment, in spite of Horizons and District Councils’ much touted mantra of ‘sustainable development’. Big business aka corporations are not interested in cleaning up the damage they inflict and they hold little interest in preserving the environment. At least not beyond lip service anyway. They’re claiming ownership of our water supplies to sell off shore for profit, and charging local farmers far higher prices to tend to our own agricultural concerns. In our own district corporate interests are wrecking our roads and trashing our waterways with our own local Rangitikei District Council turning a blind eye and on loading the expense to the rate payers. Sustainable?

A few posts back we had a video of John Key speaking briefly on his Bank of America shares. Here is the extended version of that video in which we see public watchdog Penny Bright of Auckland questioning the Prime Minister in 2011 following a no response from her Official Information request. Speaking to a Grey Power public meeting in Papatoetoe in 2011 the Prime Minister had just explained that NZers (mums and dads, businesses, farms etc., not the NZ government/corporation) were in debt and 85 percent of that debt is owed to foreigners. He adds that no OECD country borrows a big percentage of their money from foreigners. Penny then asked him specifically to tell her exactly to whom NZ has become indebted since National came to power in 2008. Especially she asked, whether or not NZ has become indebted to the Bank of America or any institutions in connection with that bank. His body language clearly conveys that he has clearly been caught on the hop by these very pointed questions, especially given he hadn’t answered her OI request.

Auckland University Professor of Law Jane Kelsey an ardent opponent of the deal says it’s important that protesters keep letting the Government know they are unhappy with it.
“The Government has turned a deaf ear not just to the analytical work that we’ve done, but to the views of people throughout the country,” Dr Kelsey told the Paul Henry programme this morning. “We’ve had big protests, as you know, peaceful protests, family-friendly protests throughout the country over the last couple of years… people saying again ‘Don’t sign, we don’t want this deal’.”
As a small country, New Zealand’s fate will be particularly influenced by the deal, she says.
“For us it does make a difference and from what I hear from people internationally, the opposition in New Zealand is the strongest of anywhere.”
And even though pen is being put to paper today, there is still a lot more work to be done before the deal is pushed through.
“What the Government is going to sign today, and it will sign it no matter what people say, is not going to be the end of the deal because the current text cannot get through the US Congress,” says Dr Kelsey.
With a massive turnout yesterday of some 32,000 protesters NZ wide, 25,000 in Auckland alone, clearly there is massive opposition to the TPPA. It’s not over yet.
Additionally, we are left to the impression given by mainstream, corporate, offshore media, that we are the only ones protesting against this deal that’s been composed in secret, without consultation with either Iwi, NZ’s Treaty partners, or the general public. We are expected to trust these people? NZ has just slipped on the corruption scale I read recently – it’s not the Pollyanna, squeaky clean nation many thought it was.
So here is evidence of protests beyond our shores, in collaboration with the world-wide opposition that is rising against this corporate robbery of our sovereignty, in the name of profits and world control.

TPP: Police undertake riot training
New Zealand Police have been undertaking mass riot training ahead of the signing of the Trans-Pacific Partnership in Auckland next month.
The trade agreement, that has sparked widespread controversy due to its closed-door negotiations, will be signed by international diplomats on February 4.
Dozens of large-scale protests have been held across the country as the five years of negotiations for the deal came to a close in the US last year.
The Herald understands that increased riot training – officially known as public order training – has been taking place ahead of the signing, as police prepare for more possible civil unrest.
Police Association vice-president Senior Sergeant Luke Shadbolt said that the TPP signing was the focus of annual public order training.

Behind the scenes here at ActionStation we’ve been working hard to build our crowdfunded TPPA information website. [1] The website will launch in early January and is designed to make it easy for you to understand and share what the TPPA means for everyday New Zealanders, as well as influence the parliamentary process of ratifying (formally signing) the deal (as much as we can with this flawed and undemocratic process).
The website will feature information drawn from peer-reviewed analysis of the 6000-page agreement currently being conducted by the New Zealand Law Society. Thanks to all for amazing rallies, marches, picnics and other events across the country last weekend. This was a crucial step in countering the media spin that the TPPA isn’t so bad and to suggesting that it’s too late. We got our message out there instead: It ain’t over. Don’t sign! We have kicked the pressure back up, our job is now to make the political cost too high for the government to sign this monstrous agreement.
Analysis of more than 6000 pages to look at the real dangers that are hidden behind the legal text, and we will produce hard-hitting fact sheets on the crucial ways that the TPPA will affect our environment, our people, our rights and our sovereignty.
It ain’t over in New Zealand and opposition to the TPPA is mobilising in other countries. We need to keep up the pressure. This is a fight that we can still win!
Aotearoa NZ Peoples’ TPPA Demands
The following demands were read out at each of the rallies and were widely supported by attendees.
The Government has no democratic mandate to sign away our democratic powers in the TPPA. Before it takes any steps towards signing the agreement, the Government shall:
Undertake independent human rights, health, environmental and climate change impact assessments of the potential effects of the TPPA on the people and land of New Zealand, and make this information publicly available.
Support Local Government New Zealand to undertake an independent assessment of the impacts on local government of the TPPA, and consult fully with local government.
Fully engage with its Treaty of Waitangi partners to hear and address their concerns about the TPPA and refer the text and any proposed legislation to the Waitangi Tribunal to conduct a full risk assessment of impacts on tangata whenua; iwi and hapū.
Withdraw its consent to the secrecy pact among the twelve TPPA countries and release all background documentation relating to the negotiations.
Initiate a full public and parliamentary debate on the TPPA, including Select Committee hearings with public consultation, and put the TPPA to a public referendum, before formal signing.
We will continue to mobilise New Zealand citizens in opposition to the TPPA until our demands have been met.
Make a ‘Real Choice’ – the folks behind “Show us ya text’ have now launched an awesome campaign to call on the government to hold a referendum on the TPPA. If we’re holding two referendums on a flag that hardly anyone wants, what about a real referendum on protecting our sovereignty? Sign up to demand a referendum at Real Choice, and check out the message from them at the bottom of this message.
TPPA Free Zones – declare your home a TPPA Free Zone, or get your workplace to do so, your community centre, marae, youth centre, sports club, or wherever. Download the logo here.
Get active on the media – Use your influence with local and national media, and social media to get the word out, using the ‘Key Issues’ briefing below. We need to tell them that it’s not over and the we must not sign.
Message to Labour: Come down off that fence – A strong opposition to the TPPA needs the largest opposition party to be active and consistent. Build our support base – Get more of your friends, whanau, neighbours, work colleagues and community to wake up to this very real danger to our democracy. We are planning a roadshow in February/March to educate and mobilise more people to support our struggle. We will be putting a callout to see who can help organise a local meeting.
Key Issues emerging from the analysis of the text
The final text of the TPPA was released on 5 November 2015. Initial analysis of the text shows the NZ government has misled the public through spin, inflated claims and self-serving omissions. The economic benefits have been exaggerated, the economic and social costs understated and future risks ignored. Read a three page analysis document here.

We believe the government has acted undemocratically in its TPPA negotiation. This is too important to be left up to a small group of MPs to decide, and should be put to a binding referendum vote. So Real Choice is giving Kiwi’s a voice by running a nationwide peoples’ referendum on whether or not we ratify the TPPA, beginning next week.
From Monday 23rd till Monday the 30th of November, we’ll be holding our own referendum online (you can see the live referendum website HERE) asking whether the NZ government should ratify the TPP. We have set up a secure online voting platform and need volunteers to set up ‘polling stations’ around the country to collect votes during polling week.
We’ll need as many people as possible to vote in our referendum. That’s why we’re asking you to post links to the referendum (at vote.tppa.nz) in your own communications during the voting period. Whether it’s being included in your newspaper or being posted on Facebook, we’re looking for your support to enable us to get more voters.
On Monday, will you send a notification to your email list and invite them to participate in the referendum?
This is not actually a vote on the TPPA, nor is it a petition for a Citizens Initiated Referendum. It is us attempting to reach the widest possible group of voters, in a step back from direct action to allow us to build a bigger support group before the next phase, which we’ll announce with the referendum results. With our mandate and support base as wide as possible, we’re hoping to be able to do something awesome next.

A massive turnout of kiwis at 17 actions around the country have sent a strong message to the Government saying ‘TPPA, Don’t Sign’, according to It’s Our Future.
“The Government has spent the last five weeks since TPPA negotiations concluded on a comprehensive PR mission to tell New Zealanders that this deal is supposedly in their best interests. Today, over ten thousand kiwis nationwide proved that PR mission has failed,” said It’s Our Future spokesperson Edward Miller.
“New Zealanders have learnt not to swallow the ‘Trust Me’ propaganda peddled by Minister Groser,” said Edward Miller.
“For the past six years we’ve been told about a gold-plated El Dorado trade bonanza. This has failed to materialise, yet the corporate wishlist has weaved its way through the completed text.”
“Now that we have the TPPA text it’s becoming clear that this deal as is bad as we’ve been expecting. Kiwis haven’t been fooled,” said Miller.
Here we have our minister for the environment okaying experimental trials that involve injecting cancerous tumours in humans, with GE material. The ever widening thinner end of the proverbial wedge in good ole GE free NZ. (We are NOT GE free … GE crops have been grown here, we also just failed badly with GM cow experimentation in case you missed it … and they already feed our stock with GE feed). I don’t ever recall any public announcements about these either … just like we weren’t warned about the GE corn. How many crops were contaminated unknowingly by it? We will never know of course. And in the video here in the article, our honorable minister tells us life is not without risks so trusting that risk to a human being circulating in the public arena is okay. Why can people not see through the farcical machinations of these corrupt polis? On the one hand they sell our country to the world as GE free, on the other they okay the pollution of everything by corporations and sneakily feed us unlabelled GE food. (Products containing corn and soy are at high risk of being GE). Double speak. Like professing to want to save lives while suppressing real cures. The minister says he ‘we do not want to deny people access to life-saving treatments’ – yet see how the family of a Waikato man in 200 had to enlist legal assistance to persuade the public hospital not to pull the plug on his life support and to administer IV Vitamin C. This man, had the family followed the hospital’s advice, would be dead today. Instead he is well and back at work. Thanks to the persistence of his loved ones. So much for the professions by our representatives to not want to deny life-saving assistance. The people concerned here have chosen a very strategic route into more rounds of GE experimentation … for who is going to object to saving people’s lives? If the trials perform anything like the recent cow fiasco, heaven help the folks being experimented on. A good summary of the dangers of GE can be found in Dr Jeffrey Smith’s book ‘Hard to Swallow’. Jeffrey Smith can also be found on Youtube in various interviews that expose the dangers of GE. Remember, GE crops are doused liberally with glyphosate, recently classified as a class 2A carcinogen by WHO. (See our glyphosate page).
Environment Minister Nick Smith says more genetically modified organisms may get approval for use in New Zealand and he has dismissed as impractical local councils’ opposition to them.
The Environmental Protection Agency this week approved the importation of the Pexa-Vec virus, which is used to combat liver cancer. It is the first GMO to get New Zealand approval as a human medicine.
Dr Smith told The Nation today the scientific advice was that there was little chance the virus would spread or survive outside a tumorous liver.
About 180 New Zealanders died from liver cancer each year, he said.
“We do not want to deny people access to life-saving treatments on the basis of knee-jerk political reactions, slogans like ‘GM-free’.”

“The political tradeoffs have been done and the text has now been sent to Tokyo to undergo the ‘legal scrubbing’ process. As we expected there are very few trade benefits, while the deal gives corporates and foreign investors a lot of power to run roughshod over our democracy.”
But it hasn’t been signed, and the fight continues!
Our supposedly ‘clean green’ country (and don’t get me wrong, I love my country) is sold to the world as being GE/GMO free. I’ve been repeating this often on here that we are not. (Read a quote from the Green Party on GE animal feed). Back in 2000 Nicky Hager wrote in his book ‘Seeds of Distrust’ that GE Corn was grown here in several different locations, without the public’s knowledge and obviously without their consent. Once uncovered, the PM at the time,
PM Helen Clarke initially ordered the GE corn be pulled up … then did an about turn (‘Seeds of Distrust’ by Nicky Hager)
Helen Clarke ordered the crops be pulled up and disposed of, however after some discussion and clearly corporate persuasion, the crops were left in and went to full term and harvest. How many other organic or otherwise crops were contaminated? Who knows given the industry is inclined to secrecy and an aversion to labeling of anything containing their poisonous products? As a result of all this the bar of acceptance levels was raised a little higher, widening the previously thin end of the wedge so to speak. It’s happening by increments folks. So here now we are being told of a 15 year excursion into biological experiments on genetically modified/engineered (whatever you like to call tinkering with nature) cows … and note, with ‘disastrous results’.

“GE Free NZ ‘s report on “GE Animals in New Zealand: the first fifteen years, 2000 – 2015”, documents the world’s first field trials of genetically modified cows, bred to express one of six transgenic protein traits in milk for use as bio-pharmaceutical products. Agresearch has conducted the research at their Ruakura facility in Hamilton.
Using AgResearch’s own records, the report catalogues a sad and profoundly disturbing story that has characterised the genetic engineering (GE) trials.
The surrogate and transgenic cows suffer from chronic illness, reproductive losses, sudden unexplained deaths, and severe deformities.
In the course of fifteen years of experimentation, many thousands of transgenic embryos, predominately developed offshore in private partnership laboratories, have been used…”
“Omission and selective reporting of important experimental data to the media has enabled AgResearch to avoid scrutiny into the tragic results of using animals as bioreactors.”
Up until the 1950s folks grew their own food as a matter of course. It was what you did. Supermarkets kind of changed that but folks are catching on to the fact that processed foods are frequently devoid of nutrients and our fresh produce is sprayed liberally with toxic chemicals bringing with them a myriad of health risks. The financial squeeze is also a motivating factor and people are getting their fingers in the soil and producing their own food for cheap.
Here are some examples of that in the North Island, one is in the far North, and another in Hawkes Bay, both beautiful warm regions for growing things. A third I noticed recently on Facebook in Palmerston North, closer to home, illustrating the wonderful value of communities getting together and growing food… and sharing. That’s how our forbears used to do it.

“North Hokianga residents are on the path to making their food pantries and larders entirely self-sufficient.
The North Hokianga Co-op aims to get residents growing their own produce and wants to build a boutique abattoir to process local meat.
Co-op organiser Jackie Thompson says the area wants to make the most of their natural resources and change attitudes towards food and where it comes from.
The Co-op held a “Kai Rangatira” day on October 10 to introduce the community to gardening methods and information. More than100 people turned out to learn about grafting, worm farms, traditional Maori medicine, honey and housing projects.
“Food comes from the supermarket, from over the counter in a package. We’re eating too much sugar and too much processed food. That is basically seen as normal….”
Posted on Facebook comments explain that the garden is at “Waipatu Marae just before Whakatu in Hastings. It is a community garden that any one can get produce from. Payment is in form of a koha. Anyone is also welcome to go and help in the garden..”
Finally the Crewe Community Garden in Palmerston North have as their vision: “… to create a vibrant community hub where neighbours are collectively involved in various sustainable living initiatives that provide healthy food, encourage social connections, and reduce family food budgets. A community garden achieves many of the goals that the group have.”

This article from itsourfuture.org.nz clearly illustrates who the Government departments (former, they are now largely corporations) are in bed with. Why should a medical doctor not be speaking up about risks to customers regarding the TPPA Trojan Horse? Because their employers are in bed with corporate entities. NZ was once a welfare state in reality, now it is in name only, care for all is now a distant memory.
Prior to previous governments’ borrowing from the IMF our nation had free health care for all, free education and full employment. We looked after our own. That has all gone as our current generation fully pays for the conditions hidden within those loans … corporatization, privatization, the flogging off of our assets and the ultimate outcome … we are now the tail and not the dog. The borrower is servant to the lender. Goodbye sovereignty, hello debt slavery. This TPPA is basically the final nail in the coffin. We’ve been sold out completely by our government/corporation NZ.

We will be further in the mire as all with any insight know and have been loudly telling us for years literally. This is a Trojan Horse for the corporations and as always with the aforementioned, they veil their plans in great sounding rhetoric. ‘Good for us all’ is their cry and ‘nothing to worry about’ which, does not add up given the whole negotiation process has been BEHIND CLOSED DOORS! They wanted us not to worry about something they refused to share the details of, with those whom it will most concern. Go figure fellow Kiwis! This is just not rocket science. Corporations are about power and control of all resources so that … they can maximize their profits … bottom line. Oh, and remember, your country is a corporation.

A visit to the Horowhenua district earlier this year led me to discover the shocking history of this lake, in particular, the way the owners, the Muaupoko Iwi have been treated throughout the whole process. (Lake Horowhenua is near Levin). Download and read the whole history of the Lake and how it was incrementally taken over, a long but essential read to understand the background of this story:
“In the beginning.. Not content with the land they lived on, it wasn’t long before the settlers of Levin coveted the lake as well. Lake Horowhenua belongs to Mua-Upoko who had been forced to watch helplessly as ancestral lands, placed in ordinary property titles, disappeared through scurrilous means. A Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry had ferreted out fraudulent activities, not only by those purporting to represent the tribe but by Central Government itself…” Read more here.
The polluted Lake Horowhenua
Stories like this one are not rare in our indigenous histories … they are just generally unreported in mainstream media. It is also the typical scenario where the costs of preventing environmental damage are ignored in favour of short term profits. The lake has seen decades of pollution (1950s-70s) in the form of human sewage that completely polluted both the food sources and the livelihood of Muaupoko and caused many to leave. Then there has been the surrounding farming and agricultural runoff. Muaupoko who have endeavoured to keep the lake clean have been vilified and maligned as being not the true owners. The official history in fact, also borne out by today’s article in the Standard, reveals their ownership has been whittled away from them incrementally by convoluted land laws and processes, and “left with “a mere sliver” of the 50,000 acres it once had”, again typical in our histories. The lake’s kaitiaki, Phil Taueki has been involved in an ongoing uphill battle in that respect with locals, Council and Police in his efforts to stop ongoing pollution. He featured recently on Kaitiaki Wars (available on demand) and also in this news item from Marae TV on the history and on the Horowhenua District Council’s stance. Taueki states that the lake, “… a prized taonga” has been “turned into the town’s toilet…”
The lake is now so polluted(video)* it was dubbed in a 2014 Listener article as the ‘Lake of shame’. It is not safe to drink or to swim in. A National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research scientist reported in 2012 that the “water in Lake Horowhenua is so toxic that it could kill a small child.” There were plans this year (2015) for swimmers to commemorate ANZAC by crossing the lake (once the training venue for Lord General Freyberg before WWI) however the cost to clean it up was $2.886 million, clearly not a priority. The non priority status of this issue is reflected in the tight time frame given it by the Crown for this hearing, a fact highlighted by Land Claim lawyer Leo Watson.

Crown Concedes it Failed to Protect Lake Horowhenua from Pollution
By NICHOLAS MCBRIDE “The Crown has conceded it failed to protect Lake Horowhenua from pollution, breached the Treaty of Waitangi on multiple occasions and left the Muaupoko iwi virtually landless.
The Waitangi Tribunal hearing opened at the Horowhenua Events Centre in Levin on Monday, with 22 claims looking at Lake Horowhenua, Hokio Stream and the Horowhenua land block.
“We believe this will be one of the most profound hearings we will have in this district,” Judge Caren Fox said on the opening morning of the tribunal.
In its written submission, released before the hearing, the Crown acknowledged that the Muaupoko iwi had “well-founded grievances”.
It breached the Treaty of Waitangi and this allowed Lake Horowhenua to become polluted…
In the opening submissions for claimants, lawyer Leo Watson, speaking on the Hokio A land claim and Horowhenua Lake claim, said the Crown had perpetrated wrongs against Muaupoko, causing “profound generational impacts”….
the Crown had not acted in good faith, not talked with Muaupoko and had failed to protect the lake.
It had also been left with “a mere sliver” of the 50,000 acres it once had.”
