The Dept of Conservation aerially 1080-poisoned 61,000 hectares of the Waitutu Forest and the Princess Mountains, Fiordland, March 11-12, 2020, two weeks before lockdown.
Then, as soon as we went into Level 2, they poisoned the Eglinton Valley, Fiordland. (Started on 19 May; completed on May 25, 2020).
1) Eglinton Valley, Fiordland, 7,842 hectares (last poisoned September, 2019; poisoned again May, 2020)
2) Waikaia Forest, Northern Southland, 7,000 hectares (fourth poisoning in 5.5 years, scheduled June, 2020)

A California doctor says he has seen a year’s worth of suicides in the last four weeks of lockdown.
More people reportedly died of suicide in one Tennessee county than from coronavirus across the whole state.
A spokesperson for the Well Being Trust in Oakland, CA issued a report that predicts up to 75,000 deaths from drug or alcohol abuse and suicide directly caused by lockdowns due to the coronavirus. Fear, dread and isolation are the words used to describe these deaths of despair. Fear of unemployment, no future, forced vaccination, have caused many to give up hope. This report emanates from California where the governor just prolonged the forced lockdown another 90 days.

Housing Minister Megan Woods announced the funding today, saying it would help vulnerable New Zealanders during and after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Some $31 million of the new funding would be spent on services to support those people’s needs.
“People living rough or in accommodation where social distancing was not possible were especially vulnerable to Covid-19,” she said.
“As of this weekend 876 units have vulnerable individuals and whānau living in them and they are being supported with social services.”
She said more than 1100 additional motel units had already been secured for people without housing by government agencies, community housing, iwi and Māori providers since the alert levels were put in place.
Dr Woods said the funding would ensure people continued to be housed for the longer term, with 1600 units being funded,
“Many of the people living in the motels have high and complex needs and it’s crucial they get support,” she said.

Did he see the writing on the wall? Below is a letter I wrote to him a month ago.
May 28, 2020 is the anniversary of the explosion in the Bromley, Christchurch, warehouse leased by PCR Ltd, where PCR Ltd/Kiwicare Corp Ltd was illegally making pure 1080… without a resource consent… inside a shipping container!! The building remains so contaminated that the Fire Service will not allow their officers to enter if there is a fire… yet there is no warning signage on this building in a VERY public place, surrounded by other businesses and next to a privately owned aquatic centre.
Work Safe NZ said it would take them a year to complete their investigations. We await their findings with bated breath. The West Coast Regional Council, (49% owner of the 1080 bait factory) has invested over $2 million of their ratepayers’ money in this factory. There are only 10,000 ratepayers. The building remains highly contaminated and dangerous. Even if the WCRC has public liability insurance, that will not protect them when criminal activities have taken place. I do hope that insurance company has woken up!

This has all been hidden behind a veil of silence… from FENZ, ESR, Work Safe NZ, Environment Canterbury, Christchurch City Council, West Coast regional Council, Dept of Conservation, and PCR Ltd itself. I understand from the real estate agent who arranged the lease on Unit 1, 56 Wickham St, Bromley that it is leased on a month by month basis and, as it would appear it has still not been decontaminated and still contains toxic chemicals, obviously it can not be used. I gather the lease is $21,995 per annum plus GST, which presumably means PCR Ltd has paid out over $22,000 in the past 11 months for an unused building.
What steps has Pest Control Research Ltd taken to start the decontamination process and why are there no hazardous chemical warning signs on the building?
It appears the other tenants have NOT been notified of this state of affairs. Unit 2 was leased out relatively recently to a painter (flammable materials next door, in other words) and I’m told he was not made aware of the situation with regard to Unit 1.
The owner of the joinery business, in Unit 3, was also unaware of the true situation.
I’m told Unit 4 is occupied by XXXXXXX, the son of the building’s owner. I do not know whether he knows the true situation or not.
Do you, in your role as CEO of the 49% shareholder, the West Coast Regional Council, and as a Director of Pest Control Research Ltd, feel you have a duty of care to these innocent people ?

Let’s just take the sodium monofluoroacetate (1080). This is the 100% pure form manufactured without resource consent at Bromley, (not the 0.15% contained in a 1080 bait):
Based on fatal or near-fatal cases of human poisonings, the dangerous dose (LD50) for humans is 0.5-2.0 mg per kg of bodyweight. (Negherbon 1959).
This means that just 35 mg can kill a 70 kg person. That means that ONE STANDARD (5 GM) TEASPOON OF PURE 1080 CAN KILL 70 x 70KG PEOPLE …..and make another 70 people very ill. (The LD50 is the dose required to kill 50% of people who ingest it. It doesn’t mean the other 50% get off scot free!)

How far can the government lawfully go?
This week’s further extension of Covid-19 level 4 restrictions by the NZ government has frustrated small businesses, families, patients waiting for medical treatment, outdoors people and constitutional lawyers alike.
Is our government acting lawfully, or has it over-reached? Has it acted on sound if shifting evidence, or has it been bamboozeled by media hype, and overreacted?
Is this massive social experiment in the best interests of the public of New Zealand, or has it been diverted by those with other agendas? Has the focus on “spreading the curve” and more recently on “eliminating” COVID-19 been proportionate to the original risk? Has the cure created more harm than the original risk, due to the social and economic effects, and the loss of our once cherished rights and freedoms?

The government relies on three laws: A) The Epidemic Preparedness Act, B) Special powers in Part 3 of the Health Act; and C) the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act.

The Epidemic Preparedness Act at section 5, gives special powers to the Prime Minister: “With the agreement of the Minister of Health, the Prime Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare that he or she is satisfied that the effects of an outbreak of a stated quarantinable disease (within the meaning of the Health Act 1956) are likely to disrupt or continue to disrupt essential governmental and business activity in New Zealand (or stated parts of New Zealand) significantly.”

Just eight days later, on 18 March 2020, Covid-19 was de-classified by the UK authorities. This meant it was no longer regarded a highly infectious disease.

The evidence is that while Covid-19 has triggered an extreme level of media interest, the death rate from the Covid, (at around 0.1%), is significantly less than the 1-10% that was first estimated.
Further, the overall death rate in Europe this season is similar to the death rate over the last five years. It appears that many deaths are being reported as deaths “from” Covid, when in other years they would be reported as heart attacks or pneumonia. The statistics confuse death “with” covid and death “from” covid.
COVID-19 has reportedly killed 14 New Zealanders over the last six weeks or so. The annual death rate in New Zealand is approximately 35,000 or close to 100 people per day. There is an average of one death from heart disease every 90 minutes (an average of 16 per day). Covid-19 is responsible for only about 0.3% of the NZ deaths in this time frame.
Most of the COVID deaths were elderly and suffering from pre-existing medical conditions. In at least one case, the family has publicly challenged Covid being reported as the cause of death, reporting their father/grandfather died at home from a heart attack, which was falsely reported as a Covid death.
An Epidemic “likely to disrupt essential government and business activity”
Curiously the legal criteria for triggering the Epidemic Preparedness Act is not the severity of a disease, but “the effects being likely to disrupt essential government and business activity”.

A little NZ boy of 7 has tried to suicide twice during the lockdown & his mother is receiving no help
This is tragic. I am hearing that many folk have found this whole lockdown with their families very very difficult. Why should a lockdown prevent this mother getting help for her child? As it turns out the child had been discharged from health services without his mother being told. To make matters far worse for this little guy, his mother has cancer! He has been under the care of the Hawke’s Bay DHB’s Children and Adolescent Family Services (CAFS) since he was three years old – until his mother discovered two weeks ago he had been discharged from their services without her being told.

Dear Jacinda,
I write this letter as a patriotic Kiwi with best intentions for my country and for the future health and welfare of my fellow Kiwis. You have a very difficult job at this moment in time. There can be no doubt about that.
There is a famous saying. “The first casualty of war is the truth”. Well, from what we are seeing around the world, the first casualty of a pandemic is not only the truth, but also rational thinking. That comment is directed at the COVID-19 situation in general rather than at you. In times of crisis, or potential crisis, emotion can be the enemy of truth and rational thinking. Especially fear. There has been a huge amount of emotion and fear flowing across New Zealand and the entire world the last few weeks. This letter attempts to momentarily push the emotion to one side and focus on rational thinking linked to facts and evidence.
Our country as we know it has been ripped apart in the blink of an eye, perhaps never to fully return. The economy and businesses decimated for the foreseeable future. Mental health problems and social problems set to explode with devastating consequences. The damage done is catastrophic. To inflict that onto the nation, there needs to be one heck of a good reason, and one heck of a strong case to do that. There needs to be an extreme level of critical danger in order to inflict this level of damage to try to safeguard the nation. Alongside that, we absolutely must balance that with an understanding that hindsight is always 20-20.
So, the question we need to approach with rational thinking, evidence, and facts is this. Was there/is there a sufficiently extreme level of critical danger facing New Zealand that warrants such damaging measures being taken? Is there a global pandemic of such unprecedented veracity and lethality sweeping across the world that it demands this extreme action for the good of the nation?
When initially informing the nation of the need for a full Level 4 lockdown, the rationale you put forward to the nation was, based on information from the global experts, that if these unprecedented extreme measures were not implemented, then upwards of 80,000 lives would potentially be lost. A terrible number indeed and worthy of the strongest level of consideration.
But let’s now have a look at what are some extremely disturbing pieces of information and perspectives that are emerging around this global catastrophe relating to what those global experts were, and are, saying. The evidence is now very clear from the top down, from our ‘global experts’, that the severity of the COVID-19 virus has been blown out of proportion by an enormous margin (despite what most of the media keeps hammering into us), both in terms of the initial projected mortality rates globally, and in terms of the actual reported numbers of deaths in each country. Alongside that, we have our global media that have whipped up a level of hysteria and fear that has been pumped through our entire DNA on a daily basis 24/7 to the point where COVID-19 has been perceived by the global public as nothing short of a doomsday plague.
The evidence now clearly shows a level of global miscalculation and deception/manipulation of rates of death from COVID-19 that can only be described as medical and political fraud.
COVID-19 began in Wuhan, China, under uncertain circumstances that are still being investigated. As COVID-19 began to spread to other countries, the Imperial College in London produced a piece of work where they used their computer modelling systems to produce some projections for what the global death rates were likely to be from COVID-19. The numbers were alarming to say the least, and the World Health Organisation (WHO) then began informing the world of the situation.
Now a few weeks further on, with the benefit of some hindsight, it is worth looking back at some of those projected numbers that were used to justify an unprecedented global lockdown. US projected deaths 2.2 million (updated projection 50,000 to 60,000), UK projected deaths 500,000 (updated projection 25,000 to 30,000), and New Zealand projected deaths 80,000 (updated projection – perhaps as low as 20).
If Imperial College had provided projections that were even somewhat within the vague ballpark of what we are now seeing, it is fair to say that implementing a catastrophic global lockdown would never have even been considered or accepted. For purposes of comparison, annual death rates from normal flu are 40,000 to 80,000 in the US, 20,000 in the UK, and around 800 in New Zealand.
Were the projections of the Imperial College consistent with what other similar medical science institutes and other scientists were saying? Absolutely not. Did the WHO consider what other institutes and other scientists were saying? It would seem not. Immediately upon the release of the Imperial College projections, Oxford University came back strongly saying that the Imperial College modelling was flawed (their reasoning outlined) and that as such their projected rates of death were significantly over-estimated, by a very large margin. https://www.dailywire.com/news/oxford-epidemiologist-heres-why-that-doomsday-model-is-likely-way-off. This position of Oxford University was backed up by numerous other high level medical experts around the world at the time. Why did the WHO not take any of these other sources of information into account and instead just went with the doomsday projections of Imperial College with no questions asked? A point to note here. Bill Gates is the second largest funder of the WHO (behind only the United States), and also funds Imperial College.
The counter argument to this of course is that the reason the updated projections of deaths are so much lower now (by orders of magnitude of 20-40 times) is because of the extreme lockdown measures taken. Intuitively, this just doesn’t ring true to anything like that magnitude. Would New Zealand really have had 80,000 deaths if we hadn’t locked down? We also have numerous examples around the world where a lockdown wasn’t implemented, and rates of death were not noticeably higher. Sweden has not locked down at all, and have numbers of death relatively similar to lockdown countries. Nine states in the US did not lock down and their death rates are very small relatively. Australia did not go to Level 4 lock down and has a death rate virtually identical to New Zealand per capita.
The other factor that helped to instil huge hysteria and fear, and to justify a global lock down, was the death rate percentage that the WHO was initially telling the world. The WHO quoted a death rate of 3.4% for those infected with COVID-19. That is a catastrophic death rate (normal flu is 0.1%) and this helped create the doomsday death calculations around the world. It caused hysteria around the world, which was then magnified enormously by a rabid media.
The problem is that this death rate from the WHO was nothing short of fraudulent. It went completely against the standard methodology for calculating the mortality rate of a flu virus whereby you take the number of confirmed deaths and divide that by the estimated number of people who have been infected. Very simple. But that is not at all what the WHO did with COVID-19. They took the number of deaths and divided it only by the number of people who had been tested positive (a very small number). We know that the number of people being tested is only a tiny fraction of those who have actually been infected, by orders of magnitude of probably at least 10. Most likely much higher. As per the Oxford University analysis, they had estimated that probably half of the UK had already been infected earlier this year. This would have changed the COVID-19 mortality rate from the WHO’s doomsday level of 3.4% to something similar to a normal flu at 0.1%. Precisely what we are now seeing around the world, especially in New Zealand.
Perhaps the United States have some valid reasoning in the decision they have just taken to withdraw their annual $450 million funding for the WHO, pending a full investigation.
But if this information is not damning enough, it actually gets considerably worse. We have now seen that the reported number of deaths is hugely less than original projections of Imperial College, and most countries will likely end up with a number of deaths that is similar to normal flu. However, even these relatively moderate levels of reported deaths are seemingly being vastly overstated.
Hospitals around the world have a standard process for how deaths are categorised on their paperwork. To be listed as the flu being the cause of death it must be clear that flu was the primary cause of the person’s death. That is normal hospital process. However, for whatever reason, hospitals around the world have been instructed to deviate from that process with regards COVID-19. Anyone dying from any kind of respiratory issue or any kind of flu like symptoms are required to be categorised as dying from COVID-19, even if they have not even been tested for COVID-19. So, if you had a pre-existing respiratory issue and then died of normal complications of this, you are listed as having died of COVID-19 even if you haven’t even been tested for COVID-19. Here we have the Sir Patrick Vallance, UK Chief Scientific Adviser confirming this fact, as did Dr Deborah Birx who is leading on COVID-19 medical advice for the United States. https://youtu.be/HxKKTB2WBtY. This is medical fraud. It is as simple as that.
As well as this, if a person has at some point tested positive for COVID-19 and then subsequently dies of whatever cause, the hospitals are required to list the official cause of death as COVID-19 no matter what the actual cause of death might have been. For example, if someone was in the final stages of terminal cancer, or had had a massive stroke, but had previously tested positive for COVID-19, then the cause of death must be recorded as COVID-19. Just to make the point here with a crazy example, you could have some one tested positive for COVID-19 with zero symptoms and feeling absolutely fine, who is then run over by a bus. That person has to be listed as dying of COVID-19. We have to ask the very serious question of why this is being done like this? This has caused an enormous skewing of numbers on the rate of deaths from COVID-19. Consequently, in many countries we have seen the weekly death rates from pneumonia and other respiratory illnesses plummet relative to previous years because these types of deaths are now being categorised as COVID-19 deaths instead.
Italy is the country that was held up to the rest of the world as the case for justifying a full lock down. “We have to lock down otherwise we could be the next Italy”. However, it has since been acknowledged that, due to the reasons just outlined above, 99% of people who were reported to have died of COVID-19 in Italy had some other kind of serious illness, and that if standard recording processes had been implemented, the number of COVID-19 deaths in Italy would be approximately 12% of what has officially been reported to the rest of the terrified world. https://off-guardian.org/2020/03/23/italy-only-12-of-covid19-deaths-list-covid19-as-cause/
But even despite what seems to be a serious cooking of the books, the total rates of death in Italy during this COVID-19 period are not particularly unusual. Not something that has been well articulated by the media to try to dial down the level of fear and hysteria!
Now turning to New Zealand. We currently have 14 deaths (mostly very elderly people with serious health issues) and we have fluccuated between 10 to 20 people in hospital at any one time. This is after hospitals across the country moved heaven and earth to shift existing patients out and cancel thousands of upcoming appointments to prepare for the coming COVID-19 tsunami. A tsunami which never arrived. Barely even a gentle ripple in fact. This is not to say COVID-19 is not to be taken very seriously in New Zealand. It absolutely must. But the responses need to be proportional, and they need to be based on information that is as trustworthy and factual as possible in terms of severity and where/who is at the greatest risk. Protect and support those most at risk.
At the time of writing, we have approximately 1,500 positive tests for COVID-19 in New Zealand. Let’s take a fairly conservative estimate that 1 in 10 people who have been infected are being tested, bearing in mind that a large number of people who get infected are either asymptomatic (no symptoms) or very mild symptoms (Oxford University estimated half of the UK has been infected earlier this year). The conservative ratio of 1 in 10 would make the mortality rate in New Zealand 0.09% against a normal flu mortality rate of 0.1%. That is a conservative estimate. It is quite likely considerably lower than that.

So, we now know from the information and data in front of us, in our own country, what the severity level of COVID-19 is in New Zealand. This is real information that we have right now. Not the fraudulent death rates given to us by the WHO. There certainly is nothing even approaching an extreme level of critical danger that I mentioned at the beginning of this letter in order to justify a devastating lockdown. Mortality rates of a normal flu, at the very worst, but important to protect and support the elderly and the health vulnerable who are most at risk.
So if we now know this, why is New Zealand not fully open and operational right now? Every single day that New Zealand is in full or partial lockdown is utterly devastating for our country. We initially were put into this lockdown position through a quite mind-blowing level of negligence, fraud, deceit, or whatever you want to call it, from the global ‘experts’, for whatever reasons. That situation requires the highest level of investigation, as the United States have already indicated. Right now, all we can do in New Zealand is to take the information we now have, use some calm and rational thinking, and do what needs to be done.
We need to get the country back to work in trying to rebuild and reclaim our nation from the devastation that has sadly been caused. We also need to be very aware of the circumstances that led to this catastrophic situation so that lessons can be learned to prevent similar situations in the future. We need to get New Zealand going again, right now!
To finish with, I will switch back from rational thinking to emotion. Emotion does have a very necessary role with this situation. You, the NZ government, the medical establishment, and the entire country should be extremely angry about what has happened to our country. It has been utterly devastated, seemingly for no justifiable reason other than a fraudulent level of misinformation, deceit, exaggeration, and hysteria from our so called global experts.
Extremely serious questions need to be asked, investigations launched, and people and organisations held to account.

Five ways New Zealanders’ lives and liberties will be heavily controlled, even after lockdown eases

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced details of the next stage of lockdown, but New Zealanders won’t know until Monday when the country moves out of strict level 4 conditions.
Once in level 3, people will have to remain within their household bubble, but can expand it to include close family or caregivers. Workers will have to continue working from home if they can, and only businesses that operate within social distancing measures will be allowed to reopen.
Ardern has described level 3 as a “waiting room”, with significant restrictions remaining in place.
We have to wait and see if what we have done has worked. After a while, if we don’t show further signs of illness, we can go back to life that is a bit more normal. If we deteriorate, then it’s back to lockdown at level 4.
Regardless of when the current lockdown rules change, New Zealand’s government and authorities will retain exceptional powers over people’s lives until the country is no longer in a state of emergency. These powers – from telling people to stay home to potentially making vaccinations or testing mandatory – can infringe on several rights and liberties.
The intrusions has been relatively limited so far, but since emergency powers could continue beyond the level 4 lockdown, it’s worth knowing how that affects your rights now.

Freedoms of assembly and movement
New Zealand’s state of emergency was extended on Tuesday this week for a further seven days. Beyond the level 4 lockdown, which will continue at least until next Thursday, the state of emergency can either continue nationwide (in seven-day blocks) or be broken into local emergencies if a national level is no longer justified.

NZ Government to fund extra wide footpaths to maintain social distancing after the lockdown
Note, ‘temporary’. This will be a huge expense of course (great for the companies contracted to do the work) & further distancing us from each other. It furthers the agenda that has been happening anyway, towns with expensive new layouts that many folk did not want. Diminishing the numbers of car parks whilst saying it promotes / attracts business yet ruining businesses during the construction stage. Folk cannot get a park let alone get into the shops! (The example at the link is Foxton with long term protests over that $1.5 million do up. Ironically those who protested argued to keep the wide footpaths & road already there! But no they narrowed everything citing safety as one of the rationale). The article is also promoting cycling. Remember under Agenda 21/30 all of the above are really all part of the proposed smart cities & a carless future. (Of course cycling is great & beneficial but the agenda behind it in this instance is not … it’s not about your health at all). If they cared about your health for starters they would not be allowing the erection of cell towers in schools, shopping centers and all manner of ridiculous places, totally ignoring the clear and factual science on the risks. The Government is helping councils expand footpaths and roll out temporary cycleways to help people keep 2 metres apart after the level 4 lockdown is lifted.
Associate Transport Minister Julie Anne Genter said when people begin to return to city centres after the lockdown “we want them to have enough space to maintain physical distance”.
“Some of our footpaths in busy areas are quite narrow. Temporary footpath extensions mean people can give each other a bit more space without stepping out onto the road,” she said today.
Funding will come from the Innovating Streets for People pilot fund, which supports projects using “tactical urbanism” techniques such as pilots and pop-ups, or interim treatments that make it safer and easier for people walking and cycling in the city.
“Footpath extensions would use basic materials like planter boxes and colourful paint to carve out a bit more space in the street for people walking, like we’ve seen on High St and Federal St in Auckland,” said Genter.
“A number of cities around the world, including New York, Berlin and Vancouver, have rolled out temporary bike lanes to provide alternatives to public transport, which people may be less inclined to use in the short term.
“Councils are able to use highly-visible plastic posts, planter boxes and other materials to create temporary separated bike lanes where people feel safe.
“It’s now up to councils to put forward projects.” The NZ Transport Agency will help councils make the changes.
“While planning can start during lockdown the rollout of temporary changes will not happen while we remain at alert level 4.
“Councils can apply now for funding from the NZ Transport Agency, who will cover 90 per cent of the cost of rolling out temporary changes to the streetscape,” Genter said.
Auckland Mayor Phil Goff said the money would help his council develop widened footpaths and new cycleways in areas including the city centre and South Auckland where programmes are already under way.
“In the past two weeks we’ve seen a surge of individuals and families in their bubbles heading outdoors and making the most of the walking and cycling in their neighbourhoods, with some locations seeing a 100 per cent increase in use compared to the same period last year,” Goff said.
Auckland Transport chief executive Shane Ellison said: “Auckland Transport and Auckland Council have successfully trialled tactical urbanism treatments like planter boxes and paint in the city centre to create new cycleways and wider footpaths.
“Additional funding would enable us to quickly widen more footpaths in busy areas and deliver more separated cycleways so people can enjoy their streets and keep a physical distance at the same time.”
Ellison said the funding could speed up major projects like Access for Everyone in the city centre and the Safe and Healthy Streets programme in South Auckland.

There have been bizarre events going on in the nighttime here in NZ since the Corona lock down. Somebody reported on my YT channel recently (since the covid-19 lockdown) they’d seen a low flyover of a large plane (not showing on flight tracker) over Auckland that left a strange cloud. Other reports are coming in of folk seeing & videoing electrical looking flashes in the night skies. One from Kawerau. Spraying also by helicopters in the night. Weird fly overs of aircraft both small and large up and down the country on the eve of the lockdown of all times, in particular the East Cape one. That one was followed by findings of dead birds and animals, no proof of course of the cause however the timing is curious isn’t it? And recorded here for the record at least. Stick to the precautionary principle at any rate. Stick to the precautionary principle. Eg, mind the air you breathe for more reasons than one. Joining dots is all we are now left with as censorship is radically escalating and has done by increments since this time last year. Another anomaly is reports I see of the authorities and their lack of observance of their own rules. Police appear walking about not obeying the distancing rule, engaging with the public & none wearing any protective masks or gear. Just as troops were sent to Europe from the US with no hazmat gear at all. There were 20K of them! Likewise a report about those waiting to get flu shots with no masks or gloves worn by staff & lax observance of the distancing rule again. This does not all add up. I do believe we’ve shifted a gear world wide & it’s time to be vigilant.

New Zealand – the “land of the long white cloud” – has evolved into a police state overnight amid the fallout of Covid-19, with people now being encouraged to dob in fellow Kiwis who flout lockdown rules.
While slow to apprehend Covid-19 initially and taking nonsensical measures such as banning travel from Iran while allowing travel from Italy unabated, the New Zealand government quickly changed tack and announced it was implementing a four-tier threat level to deal with the virus. It wasn’t long after this that the government gave New Zealanders a two-day period for everyone to tie up loose ends and prepare for what is essentially a nationwide lockdown (threat level four), which will continue for at least four weeks.
As part of this, a state of emergency was declared last week which saw the powers-that-be activate emergency legislation. This current state of affairs enables New Zealand’s National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to close or restrict access to roads or public places, regulate land, water and air traffic, and even evacuate and enter people’s premises, among other measures. The New Zealand police are responsible for maintaining law and order during the state of emergency, and have been given special powers to order any person to stop any activity that contributes to the emergency. As of today, the state of emergency has been extended by another seven days.
So, what? I hear you ask. The Covid-19 crisis is an unprecedented situation which can lead to immense death and suffering, and has already begun undertaking that course of action in Italy, Iran, Spain and even in the US. Calling New Zealand’s response a descent into a “police state” is nothing more than a conspiracy theory, aimed at fueling and sparking more panic in an already panic-driven environment.
Well, perhaps you might want to tell that Victoria University’s associate law professor, Dean Knight, who said that with so much discretionary power, there is a very real risk that the discretion could be used in an arbitrary and discriminatory manner. Or how about University of Otago law professor, Andrew Geddis, who has questioned the current state of affairs in two separate op-eds, warning that police can use “extreme and unprecedented” powers to constrain basic freedoms of movement guaranteed by the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act.
We could say the same of Radio New Zealand contributor Catriona MacLenna, who penned an open letter to the country’s police with the aim of making it crystal clear that “New Zealand is a democracy,” “not a police state.”
We might also want to tell that to journalist Damian Christie. Christie was in the process of delivering video equipment to a client’s business with a letter firmly in hand to prove that what he was doing was regarded as being part of an essential service, his client being a large food producer. Despite producing this letter (and having no discernible legal obligation to do so), a police officer who stopped him began to yell at him and flat-out ignored the letter, even though we had been told that if we provide such a letter, we won’t experience any issues. According to the officer, however, Christie should only have left his house to buy medical supplies.
This is clearly untrue and, as Professor Geddis notes in his columns, has created much confusion about what we can and can’t do under the lockdown rules. I agree with Geddis that if there has been an instruction given to the police to apply these powers, then we need to see those instructions.
On top of all of this, the government saw fit in the most Orwellian way possible to set up an online mechanism for locals to “dob in” other fellow Kiwis who were flouting the lockdown rules. Within an hour of it being launched, over-zealous New Zealanders crashed the website with over 4,200 reports lodged. Police have also arrested a number of people for breaching the lockdown rules. I expect this number to climb somewhat over the next three weeks.
I don’t know how comfortable I am with a website where people can dob in other people without requiring any demonstrable evidence. I am also concerned as to what this precedent could achieve in the future. Perhaps the next lockdown won’t be because of Covid-19, but because of a different situation entirely. What if the next website is set up to dob in not flouters of the lockdown, but say, political dissidents?
We are always naive in thinking that this type of activity can never occur in New Zealand, even when the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) has been found to have spied on targets illegally; or that time the Snowden papers revealed that the GCSB was spying on the entire Pacific on a mass scale without the knowledge of its neighbors. How quickly New Zealanders seem to forget these facts, or perhaps simply turn a blind eye to them from the outset.
The emergence of New Zealand’s police state apparatus comes at an interesting time. The Court of Appeal just ruled last week that New Zealanders have no constitutional right to bear arms, following a failed legal challenge by the “Kiwi Party.” While denying that right, the government has been quietly rolling out an extensive armed police patrol trial which saw units deployed 75 times a day in their first five weeks (what on Earth for?)
Look, I get it. I take the Covid-19 crisis as seriously as the next person, and for that matter, the overarching principles of the lockdown requirements. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t question power and the abuse of that power, even during a national and global state of emergency.
As Benjamin Franklin’s old adage goes: “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” And they’ll probably end up losing both.

CONFIRMED: 5G and related tech is being deployed at or near many schools during the lockdown
Last week, after seeing video of some installations of 5G and apparent biometrics at schools during the lockdown, we asked readers to share any evidence they had regarding this apparently fast-tracked deployment in their neighborhoods.
After dozens of comments, emails, and videos, we can safely say there is indeed an effort to install 5G related equipment at or near schools, and throughout cities in general.
For example, Twitter user “Just Michael” filmed an encounter with police parked at a local school, who were either performing or supporting the installation. When asked if what they’re doing is related to 5G installation, the apparent police officer acted odd and attempted to deflect the question.

Another clear example of telecommunications activity at schools comes from a Facebook video posted by IJ Hribal. In this video she visits a school in Longview, Texas to ask a contractor if his work involves 5G. The man claimed there was an ongoing 5G installation which actually began in December 2019. (Note: This has been flagged by Facebook as “fake news.”)
In another video posted on her Facebook page, IJ Hribal writes,
“5G being installed at North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA. This was sent to me by a brave mother who would like to remain anonymous. It’s time to check your schools and start putting these people on notice. We do NOT consent.“
Finally, an email from the Mayor of Nevada City CA, Reinette Senum described an increase in activity at local high schools:
“AT&T is going off the hook these last couple weeks in our community. We have never seen anything like it…. We have also been overwhelmed by PG&E trucks including IES trucks installing ‘air conditioners’ on the top of our local high school roof tops. For air conditioner installations??”

PASSED: $2 trillion stimulus package advances surveillance, “telemedicine”
The surveillance state is also being expanded in other ways within the 2200-page, $2 trillion stimulus package that was signed by Donald Trump on Friday, and supported by both parties. It includes billions of dollars to the criminal Federal Reserve for a new US digital dollar, allocates funding for telehealth and telemedicine services which will surely be powered by 5G ‘smart’ grid, and creates a fund for development of vaccines.
INTRODUCED: New bill to end encryption, tap private chats
Another new bill called the EARN IT Act of 2020 will attempt to force encrypted communication providers, like Telegram and Protonmail, to give American intelligence services the ability to wiretap private chats or face steep legal penalties.
The bill was heavily debated in early March but has since stalled, however, we should remain vigilant and not allow ourselves to be distracted by the constant focus on COVID-19. It should be noted that the bill was introduced with bipartisan support from Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and is also sponsored by Josh Hawley and Dianne Feinstein.
Like other bills being fast-tracked, this law’s supporters are using the cover of Coronavirus panic to quietly advance it without much of a debate.
REPORTS: Governments using ‘smart’ phones to track in-home quarantine compliance & social distancing
Will government agencies seek to actually track us in our homes, using our smart phones, to see if we are obeying their decrees?
It appears that’s where this could be headed, as the US government is reportedly already in talks with Google and Facebook about tracking the location of citizens using their smartphones to ensure they are practicing social distancing.
And around world, at least 11 nations are already using people’s smart phones to unlawfully track them during this COVID-19 event.

The context: what this all means
As we have outlined here, there is clearly an effort to erect the final pieces of the global technocratic infrastructure while humanity is being pushed into a state of fear and panic over a virus with questionable fatality rates.

- fear-based social control system to normalize “social distancing” and unjustified fear of other human beings.
The only way we will make it out of this precarious situation is to continue to educate our loved ones and community. We cannot simply stay in our “woke” bubbles and preach to the choir.
These are challenging developments to all of us who are paying attention to the facts about 5G, and waking up to see what appears to be an orchestrated technocratic false flag agenda, unprecedented in our nation’s history.

Among a recently-released assortment of declassified reports of sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) from New Zealand, dating from 1952-2009, were letters written in 1999 and 2000 by a concerned citizen, who predicted that an outbreak of illnesses would occur after an “aircraft contrail,” otherwise known as a ‘chemtrail’, was seen over a populated area.
Chemtrails, which are also commonly referred to as aerosols, differ from aircraft vapour trails in that they often linger in the sky for hours and can be seen in grid-like patterns, in parallel lines (see above) or forming ‘X’s in the sky.
While seeing a chemtrail does not constitute proof that the illnesses were caused by it, it is worth examining the issue, given all the evidence which shows that chemtrails are making people sick, and in light of what is known about their composition.

(30/3/20) Radio NZ have published an article explaining the fly over with no mention of the trail it left behind note. Just a reason for the more gullible as to how it flew in such a circuitous route on the eve of a lock down. Pretty inconsiderate. They could’ve done that over the ocean.

Yesterday (25/3/20) on social media there were many reports of aerosol trails over NZ left by large aircraft. I always notice these & post periodically on what I observe myself. I have done for many years. This spraying is known as geoengineering aka weather modification. Historically, analyses of these trails has revealed curious contents. We do not know what of course is in every trail but suffice to say what is in the analysed ones is enough to illustrate that this phenomenon is not normal & definitely not conducive to your health. Especially not if you breathe them and you surely will if you live on the planet & draw breath because these are observed everywhere now.
The first map below sent to me on 25 March, the evening of the national lock down due to the Corona Virus, concerns aerial spraying right over the East Cape & the Bay of Plenty. A strange flight path you’d have to agree. The plane is not on a direct course from A to B so to speak. The route is very circuitous. This area, a significant tourist attraction, recently declared concerning their own self isolation from the Corona Virus, the banning of all non locals, policed by their own checkpoints, to allow greater protection from the virus. An astute move I would have to say. The Guardian reports:
“The East Cape of New Zealand’s North Island is a remote and picture-postcard idyll – boasting a historic lighthouse, wild beaches and mist-cloaked mountains. But as the country prepares to lockdown for four weeks of national self-isolation to fight the spread of Covid-19, indigenous groups in the region say the measures will not go far enough to keep them safe and plan checkpoints on highways into their towns to turn away anyone who doesn’t live or work there” theguardian.com
This area is also the same one I recently featured in an article, citing the the Dept of Conservation’s partnership with the iwi there to save their forest from pests (Ngāti Porou, Te Whānau-ā-Apanui, Te Ehutu, Ngāi Tai, Whakatōhea and Te Aitanga-ā-Mahaki). DoC spreads the deadly Class 1A Ecotoxin 1080 poison aerially to eradicate pests in areas they deem inaccessible by trappers.
Now I have no idea if this is all related or sheer coincidence that an Air NZ plane should be flying in such a curious route over this particular area, however it is worth noting for the record. Please draw your own conclusions. It is worth knowing if you live in the area because in light of the path and the trail the plane left, were I living there I would be staying indoors and would not be breathing any of that potentially toxic air.

This event occurred just hours before NZ was due to go into a national lockdown in accordance with the Government state of emergency directive just issued the day before. At around the time of this recording, the populace also received a Civil Defense emergency alert via their cell phones. The event caused much consternation among the regions inhabitants as there were no warnings issued by the air carrier company that this would occur, especially at such a sensitive time. Many believe this was a blatant act of sabotage in the form of a toxic, so-called chem-trail dump. As an isolated event, that view might not hold much credence, however this scenario was being repeated up and down the nation in most of its provincial areas at a coordinated time. The lack of transparency by the airline owners both pre and post event is of itself, somewhat suspicious and certainly negligent. They provided a reason only upon prompts by various agencies to explain the event, however the reasoning is highly insubstantial and altogether lacks credibility.”
Note: I have in the past contacted the authorities via an OIA request about these trails in our skies however I’ve been assured they are not the result of geoengineering. This is an about turn from previous questions by people to MOP Nick Smith who can be seen on a well known documentary scoffing at what he called ‘conspiracy theorists’ who were citing the same phenomenon. In 2013 DoC’s helicopter tours and catered lunches failed to quell Māori opposition to aerial 1080 so they dropped it anyway … will this happen to Iwi that protect the Raukumara Reserve?
I was sent recently a NZ Herald article about NZ’s Dept of Conservation (DoC) teaming up with Ngāti Porou to protect the Raukumara Forest Park:
“Iwi including Ngāti Porou, Te Whānau-ā-Apanui, Te Ehutu, Ngāi Tai, Whakatōhea and Te Aitanga-ā-Mahaki, and affiliated hapū, have occupied and continued to maintain mana whenua on all flanks of the ranges.
DoC, which administers the park, was working on a co-ordinated approach regarding its management.
The last large-scale possum control operation was 20 years ago involving aerial application of 1080 pesticide. The region was free of tuberculosis (TB), which was partly why there had been little 1080 focus. There had also been strong local opposition.”
On reading the article I was reminded of Reihana Robinson’s well researched book on 1080 use in NZ called ‘The Killing Nation’. In brief she describes what she terms DoC’s ‘take a Māori into the bush’ strategy outlined in a Landcare Research paper by Chrys Horn & Margaret Kilvington titled ‘Maori and 1080’. The paper investigates how to gain iwi ‘agreement’ to use 1080. It’s about ‘building trust’ they write as ‘research is, by itself, not sufficient to allay community & iwi concerns.’
They are clearly aware and acknowledge that ‘Iwi concerns are substantial’ citing ‘loss of native birds, poisoning of deer and dogs, the potential effect on water supplies and human health, and how poison disturbs spiritual principles.’
The authors, says Robinson, “focus on mind control. They don’t call it mind control. They use the term ‘perceived control’ and it is this underlying psychological construct that must be communicated to ‘help’ Maori communities adapt to change and adversity”. How to get agreement on the use of 1080? … don’t focus on the merits of 1080, convince them of the “merits of pest control or eradicating Tb”.
Robinson describes Horn & Kilvington’s ‘paternalistic clanger’ … “that ‘it is the element of choice that is important rather than the quality of the options’.” They proceed to cite examples where local iwi agreed to 1080 without public outcry … ie ‘how to sell poison to Maori communities’.
Horn & Kilvington then stoop to the ultimate tactic of LYING by claiming there IS an antidote to 1080 poisoning. Patently untrue says Robinson.
Yes we environmentalists know that there is no antidote to 1080. That’s not rocket science at all.
See page 10 of this government document from the MOH (2015) stating there is no antidote to 1080.
“At a time when communities are increasingly negative about the use of 1080, time and resources must be allowed for consultation processes” say Horn & Kilvington. They are concerned that DoC staff do not “recognise the difference between information and consultation”.
(Note, environmentalists who have attended these consultation meetings will concur that the people with genuine concerns are not heard and the meetings are steered by the person at the front to effectively exclude them & to achieve a predetermined desired outcome. This manipulative method is called the Delphi technique, a method used also by councils when they ‘consult’ with you, see below the article).*
Proceeding to the main point here … Robinson describes “the critical role of Urewera Maori within DoC disclosed in the Landcare paper”… “DoC tried to give ‘all the community groups involved a high level of perceived control over the possibility of aerial drops in the area’.
So DoC transported Maori into the Uruwera bush to show “damage caused by possums” and their effect on “birdlife”. DoC’s ‘take a Maori into the bush’ strategy did not work on Moehau in 2013.’ The lunches and the helicopter tours failed as described …
…then DoC went ahead & dropped the poison anyway.

Introduction: On yesterday’s ‘AM Show’, the usual garbage about people opposed to 1080 was spouted by Duncan Garner and Mark Richardson. (Go to ‘The AM Show Catch-Up’, 9 March, 2020 – and fast forward to 2 hours, 25 minutes.) According to them, anti-1080 people are a ‘loud, ignorant, uneducated group” of “extremists”. Amanda Gillies said there may be some issues with 1080 but she didn’t think it was “the devil incarnate”. However Amanda was not strident and fixed in her views than the other two, so Jeff Patchett of Brightwater, Nelson wrote her a letter. Here it is:
“Dear Amanda,
I am writing to you specifically because I respect you and your values. You have a compassionate heart.
I have always been a fan of The A.M. Show until Duncan Garner suggested Willie Apiata take some of the anti-1080 people into the bush and deal with them. I was absolutely appalled at these comments. My family here in Blenheim lost five men in the First World War (1914 Blenheim population approx. 2000). My Dad and uncle both served in WW2. Dad had an especially torrid time, as he fought at Monte Casino, one of the War’s most horrific battles. For Garner to say that he wished Willie would use some of his special skill set on fellow Kiwis makes a croc of shit out of the family fighting and dying for the Freedom of Speech. Is that not hate speech?
Anyway I didn’t watch you guys again until recently and nothing’s changed. The A.M. Show had a young speaker.. a man from “Forest and Bird” welcoming the government’s new initiative on Predator Free 2050. He is in a paid job and is only spouting his puppet masters’ views. How long would anyone in Forest and Bird, OSPRI, or DoC last if they had the balls to speak the truth on 1080 ? ‘Forest and Bird’ wrote to the Dept of Conservation in the mid-seventies, telling DoC they were not happy with the number of native birds 1080 was killing each year. Something changed their minds and they are now fully behind its use.
Garner mentioned (former Parliamentary Commissoner for the Environment) Jan Wright and her change of heart with 1080. (Please look up 1080science.co.nz and read for yourself how much the old girl got wrong).
I was 100% for 1080 in 1998 when the ‘powers that be’ came knocking to say we needed 1080 to kill the possums that infected my large cattle herd with bovine TB. (Australia has possums, they are protected natives and they have never been linked to TB. Incidentally bovine TB has been eradicated in Australia since 2002.)
Like most people in 1998, we knew nothing of 1080 and if it got rid of TB we would welcome it. I even suggested they could land the choppers on our lawn if it helped. Well, they completed the drop and buggered off and left us to it. A few days passed and my neighbour told us that he had just found our pet Wekas in the house water supply. I spent the next three weeks dragging dead pigs, deer, and a large assortment of birds from the creek, and its many tributaries, that was our drinking water. I was the only one in our family to get a guts ache from the water.
About a month went by and the full impact of the drop hit us. The bush that normally teemed with birds was quiet. We have never seen a single Tomtit or heard a Ruru, even to this day. Our little piece of paradise was ruined for ever.
Things got worse though. After Christmas dinner we walked to the top of our mountain (Mt.Patriarch) and waited for the Kea to show up. Even their high-pitched screams would have been enough, but not even that happened. My son and I visited the tops several more times and again no Kea. They were gone. Generations of people had witnessed these cheeky birds and DoC had killed the lot – all 23 of them gone.
I then followed up on other Kea colonies that I knew of. They all seemed to disappear after 1080 drops. Mt Robert, the Rainbow, and Ferny Gair all had Kea until 1080 was used. I believe there are now no Kea in Marlborough. These declines in Kea numbers are reflected in DoC’s own census – sixty thousand in the 1970’s, to between one thousand and four thousand now. I personally believe the number to be less than a thousand ( 600?). Rats, stoats, and possums were about in the 1970’s in as big a number as today. The Kea’s habitat has not changed at all, and even redneck Mark Richardson and Duncan Garner would have to agree that DoC’s ‘lead head nail’ story is absolute bullshit. DoC have, with the help of OSPRI, put our alpine clown bird on the endangered list. They will make them extinct in the wild the way they are going.
Contrary to what redneck Mark said about anti-1080 people being a fringe element there are 300,000 people on ‘Ban 1080’ sites. We are bigger than “Forest and Bird”. We are made up of all sorts of folk. We have scientists (two in my family alone), builders, lawyers, doctors, teachers, anyone who can think for themselves and anyone who takes the time to look into the 1080 issue with an open mind. Also there are thousands who, like me, have witnessed the horror of 1080 for themselves. In 2018 a poll of newspaper readers in Blenheim was taken by the Marlborough Express on the banning of 1080. Almost four thousand people responded – 85% against 1080. On the West Coast of the South Island a survey found that figure to be a massive 93% against 1080. Even DoC’s own poll in 2016 had the anti-1080’s at over 60%.
Most anti-1080 people have more then one reason why 1080 should go. Here are mine:
1) It is extremely cruel. I have lost six dogs to it and have witnessed one dog die from it. Not very pleasant.
2) It has entered our food chain. Wild game and some fish with sub-lethal doses. Also what about the cattle and sheep that have eaten it and not died from it ?
3) Tourists are responding negatively to the signage. Trout fishermen are no longer coming.
4) The users of 1080 are not following the guidelines – i.e. keep out of water, bury dead animals, pick up unused bait.
5) It’s killing non-target animals. A survey of 10% of NZ vets in one year put the tally of 1080-poisoned dogs brought to them at 65. (Former PCE Jan Wright knew of only 7 poisoned dogs. There were 18 poisoned dogs in our 1080 drop alone.)
6) It is a teratogen – i.e.causes abnormalities to the unborn. DoC are finding this in baby Kea and other birds.
7) 1080 has ruined a very valuable export market. The wild game and fur industries were huge in the 1970’s – 80’s. Probably worth half a billion in today’s money.
8) Takes natural food away from people who can’t afford to pay for meat. This has a huge impact on families in the far north and on the West Coast.
9) Clean and Green NZ. Yeah right. “Forest and Bird’ and DoC always say “Look at the science”. Their own scientist in the 1960’s told them it would be a disaster to use 1080 ( Dr. Mike Mead). His scientist peers agreed, but it still happened.
Most of DoC’s ‘science’ can be picked to bits with not much trouble. There are dozens of far cleverer people than the underpaid DoC scientists, and if TV3 gave them a chance to speak ,on nationwide TV, 1080 would be gone tomorrow.
All I wish, Amanda, is that you look into 1080 with an open mind. Mark has self-promotion and the National Party on his, so I would never expect any change in his attitude. Duncan Garner acts out of ignorance and I bet he has never for one moment thought an opposing view on 1080. Maori believe the Morepork (Ruru) takes their soul to heaven. Duncan won’t get there because that particular bird will be dead (extinct) long before he is.

“The effects of imprinting kids to kill animals are bad news.” —Email from a concerned mother in New Zealand
Killing animals in sanctioned school events and family outings is business as usual in parts of New Zealand
In New Zealand, youngsters are trained to kill nonhuman animals (animals) in sanctioned school and family events. While many kids really enjoy them, it’s good that not all of them do. However, those who don’t want to partake often don’t know what to do because they’re told they have to participate or are ridiculed by other students. Two years ago, I received an email from a 9-year-old New Zealander asking me (via a parent), “Why is it wrong to not want to kill animals?” In his note, I could feel his concern and pain—how could anyone think it’s wrong to try to save lives, but okay to kill animals because some people don’t like them and think they’re some sort of “pest.” I agree with Jane Goodall when she says, “I abhor the use of the word pest.”
Concerning youngsters killing other animals and enjoying it, yesterday I received two incredibly disturbing emails informing me about a horrific killing contest that took place in Ōpōtiki, New Zealand. The first was an essay by Lynley Tulloch titled “The McDonaldification Of Hunting: Training Children To Kill In Opotiki” and the second, a video called “Ōpōtiki youngsters get stuck into hunting competition designed just for them.”
Most unfortunately, these are not isolated incidents in a country in which many people who take part in their brutal war on wildlife are hell-bent on eliminating all non-native animals by 2050.1,2 For example, possum hunting competitions regularly occur in rural New Zealand schools, and these often involve “dressing up dead possums for competitions, hurling them in throwing competitions and carrying them over obstacle courses” as Dr. Tulloch notes.
Unfortunately, in this reprehensible war on wildlife, a good number of non-target animals also are killed using brutal methods involving the horrific poison 1080 along with trapping, snaring, shooting, and bludgeoning. Numerous references about many different aspects of New Zealand’s assault on wildlife can be found in an essay called “Jane Goodall Says Don’t Use 1080, Jan Wright Says Use More.”
Watching the sickening video “Ōpōtiki youngsters get stuck into hunting competition designed just for them.” isn’t easy, and I want you to know this before you do. It’s said a picture is worth a thousand words, and I’m sure that this film will generate many more. This horrific event was designed by “a group of hunting mums” for youngsters under 16. In the article accompanying the video we read, “Hunting is a big part of life in the eastern Bay of Plenty and the Opotiki Little 3 – that took place over the weekend – encourages kids to get involved by attempting to bag the largest number of possums, magpie and rabbit.” One mother said, “Most of us have full time jobs as well as doing this but we do it for the kids so… it’s worth it to see their smiles!” These are smiles from violently “bagging” sentient beings.
The link between violence toward nonhumans and violence toward humans
It’s well known that there is a link between violence directed toward nonhumans and violence directed toward humans.3 Ms. Tulloch writes “Opotiki, dubbed the homicide capital of New Zealand, is a small town with a huge reputation for domestic violence and murder. It has been reported that Opotiki had 1.25 homicides for every 1000 people between 2004 and 2019–and this is the highest rate in the country.” Clearly, Opotiki has issues with violence, “yet, as a community they have come together to teach their children that violence toward another living creature is socially acceptable. Not only acceptable, but something to be glorified through gamifying it in a competition.”
There are many things that are very wrong with organized and sanctioned killing contests—it’s really bad news that they exist and it’s worse news that kids smile after “bagging” the animals—and it’s good that not all youngsters want to engage in them. There still are many people who don’t know they occur and it’s essential to inform a wide audience that they are a reality of life—business as usual—in various parts of New Zealand.
Gretchen Wyler since famously said, “Cruelty can’t stand the spotlight,” and I hope that more and more people will strongly oppose these slaughter fests. Nothing “good” comes out of them, and it’s well-known that a lot of “bad” can stem from training youngsters to kill other animals for fun and games. As Dr. Tulloch correctly stresses, “Wake up, New Zealand. It is not rocket science to see the link between the many forms of violence. It’s a one-way street. And it has a dead end.”
Stay tuned for further discussion on how New Zealand youngsters continue to be trained in inhumane education of the most egregious kind. I’m encouraged that I receive numerous emails from New Zealanders—kids and adults—who are deeply concerned about what’s happening and want to know how to put an end to “this most despicable form of schooling,” as one parent put it. Just after I posted this essay I received this email from a woman in New Zealand: “Oh my goodness–I am going to have to read this to my daughter who was so bereft after what should have been a great school field trip turned into a nightmare where a ranger showed them all how to trap a possum and essentially to get used to it as that’s what conservation looks like. She’s been beside herself about it ever since…”
New Zealand continues to have major animal welfare issues. We can only hope that as people learn about what’s happening in parts of New Zealand, they will work hard to be sure that this sort of violent inhumane education doesn’t happen in their own communities. Imprinting kids to kill animals is bad news, can have horrific long-term effects, and should be stopped immediately.

HUMAN BEINGS FALL BETWEEN THE CRACKS WHEN IT COMES TO 1080 POISON

I did a post earlier today about the Ministry of Primary Industries’ Official Information Act response to an OIA request. Their response (see below) quoted the Animal Welfare Act. The AWA said “If a non-target animal is killed despite using 1080 in accordance with the approved controls, then there is no offence committed under the AWA (section 30A (5))”.
With regard to the AWA comment Peter Marshall pointed out, on ‘Upper Clutha Community Notices’ Facebook page, that “… that includes humans then.”
I thought Peter was onto something, (well, wouldn’t you ?) and I wrote a Facebook post about it. However later, when looking at the section regarding “interpretations” in the AWA I found that, for the purposes of the Animal Welfare Act, humans are not classed as animals.
So I deleted my post. Apologies to those who had shared it.
But that is pretty interesting really, isn’t it? The Animal Welfare Act says we are not animals. What are we then?
Also, if as a human being you suspect you have suffered 1080 poisoning you can’t get tested either, despite many ‘Dept of Conservation’ signs at 1080 poison drops saying that if you suspect poisoning you should contact the National Poisons Centre.

I watched Bilderberg The Movie last night – (written & Produced by Daniel Estulin, Directed by Joan Cutrina). I have read his books, and asked him if anyone from NZ has been to Bilderbergs, but that was quite a few years ago – over a decade – when I used to write about these sorts of things – he said to his knowledge no – I might ask him again since it was before the days of John Key. I highly recommend watching this documentary on Prime for free or hire/buy it at this link – if you are not familiar with how things work then this will open your eyes.
Any how – its really important to comprehend that we are living in the time of revealing – where nothing can be hidden not even by these people – now they are all in plain sight…

Australian women win landmark surgical mesh case – but Kiwi women can’t sue

Australian women suffering life-long complications from transvaginal surgical mesh have won a landmark case against pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson and two of its affiliated companies.
Federal Court Justice Anna Katzmann found in favour of the group of 1200 women in the case against Johnson & Johnson on Thursday.
Complications included chronic inflammatory reaction, erosion of mesh into surrounding organs, infection, chronic pain, pain with sex, incontinence, damage to surrounding tissues, haemorrhage, leg weakness, further surgery and psychological injury.
The mesh products were used to treat stress urinary incontinence or uterus prolapse after childbirth in Australia and New Zealand.

Katzmann said Johnson & Johnson and mesh manufactures Ethicon Sarl and Ethicon Inc engaged in misleading conduct, and each was negligent as the risks for the devices were “known, and not insignificant”.

ACC paid out $325,221 to NZers for vaccine injuries during the period mid 2017 to mid 2018
An OIA request reveals that during the period 1-July-2017 to 30-June-208 a sum of $325,221 was paid out in NZ for vaccine injuries. The intent of pointing this out is to draw your attention to the claim that injuries from vaccines are extremely extremely rare. Whilst that my once have been the case, currently the stats in the US are recorded by CDC as 1 in 39. Not by any stretch of the imagination ‘rare’. Having this information is crucial when making the decision to vaccinate. Do ask for the inserts to the vaccine to learn the risks of side effects or risk of injury as frequently these are not pointed out. There is many a testimony online of people who became injured and wish they had asked. This all of course is called informed consent. Very important when using the precautionary approach to all things health. Bear in mind also that many injuries are not reported.
