This important information should be included in ALL informed consent conversations and ALL employer/ employee health and safety discussions https://www.medsafe.govt.nz/…/Spotlight-on-Comirnaty…NB what they still don’t say is that the benefit/risk assessment required for s23(1) considers mainly administrative type Information and does NOT include assessment of product safety, integrity or efficacy (that is why this process was only available for the restricted treatment of a limited number of patients until the govt passed an emergency law on 19 May 2021 to retrospectively validate this and a few other novel medicines which had incomplete safety testing).

KNOWN POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS FROM THE COVID-19 EXPERIMENTAL mRNA INJECTION This is a draft list compiled by the FDA – the Food and Drug Administration in the US:
Dear Prime Minister, Attorney-General, Minister of Health, Minister of Covid, Minister or Seniors, Director General of Health and Chris Hipkins. I attach below some new and very important research which I must assume your advisors have not yet provided to you, or the experimental Pfizer injection rollout would surely already have been suspended. It is now clearly established that the SProtein is a toxin that causes the harmful symptoms known as “Covid”.
I surely don’t need to explain the legal, ethical and human rights consequences of a government knowingly promoting a program which intentionally injects a life threatening toxin into healthy people. I also attach a report indicating that injected nanoparticles (and the SProtein) do not remain in the arm muscle but instead circulate throughout the whole body. The combined effect is that the Pfizer jab injects mRNA to take over cells to manufacture the deadly SProtein toxin and this spread throughout much of the body, manufacturing the SProtein toxin for days and in some cases many weeks. This explains why even the limited available research from the two months of study as summarised in the Comirnaty Data Sheet identifies possible harm to many different parts of the body including the heart, blood, brain, musculoskeletal system, nervous system, fainting and dizziness etc. This is no longer just a shocking experiment. Everyone involved is now on notice of this “injection roulette” which may result in death or serious injury to previously healthy people. The health and safety implications for employers and those who push this jab, are significant. No post injection death can legitimately be ruled out as being caused or contributed by the injection, at least not without a full coroner’s report. Certainly any post vax stroke, heart attack, other blood disorder, nervous system disorder or even suicide or car accident (known overseas as “vaccidents”) must prima facie be assumed to be caused or contributed to by the jab, at least until a full coroners report is undertaken. Similarly it is not good enough to claim that our seniors who die post jab were frail and likely to die. Surely if they were that frail they should have been spared from the jab. Anyway, surely “deaths post Jab” should be treated consistently with “deaths post Covid”. Despite the secretive, flawed and very passive official post jab injury reporting process ( CARM), and as a result of the more active community led follow up, you are already on notice of a number of deaths and life threatening and life changing harm from this injection. The deaths and harm will inevitably continue if there are any further injections. Perhaps initially you had an excuse that you thought the SProtein was “safe”. However now you are on notice that it is not “safe” by any definition. Further, although you in privileged position are on notice, many members of the public who you were elected to represent remain deceived by misleading claims in crown propaganda that the jab is “safe and effective”. In these circumstances there can be no “Informed consent”., Each jab without Informed consent is in breach of the Health and Disability Code and is an assault. In these circumstances, the ongoing program is surely criminal, and indeed may result in Homicide as defined by the Crimes Act: 158Homicide defined Homicide is the killing of a human being by another, directly or indirectly, by any means whatsoever. Compare: 1908 No 32 s 173 Anyone who aids, abets or otherwise incites homicide is a party to that homicide. I note that the Director-General of Health has shared his view in sworn evidence that Covid is the most serious health issue for New Zealand in 100 years. I invite you all to consider that claim very carefully and critically. Please put Covid in perspective against the many other challenges which we face, including for example heart attacks, strokes, cancer, suicide accidents and diabetes and the nitrate and other contamination of much of our water. Surely you must agree that the harm is not from “Covid” but from the “Response to Covid”. The best expert evidence is that the risk from Covid is similar to the risk from influenza. Many experts are now saying that Covid is simply a rebranding of influenza and colds, supported by PCR testing that was never intended as a diagnostic tool. The WHO says that PCR testing should not be used beyond 20-25 cycles. OIA responses indicate that in NZ PCR tests use up to 45 cycles, which simply multiplies any contamination. Our government is about to enter dangerous new phase if it proceeds to inject more healthy New Zealanders with an injection that experts have established is toxic. Apart from the direct harm to those who choose, or are bullied to accept this injection, there is considerable peripheral harm. This includes the contamination of our Blood Bank with SProtein. We can only speculate on the risks for vulnerable people who receive blood contaminated with this toxin. Please stop and reflect. Please listen to international experts who are independent from Big Pharma and who are not invested in the Covid paradigm. Please listen to the New Zealand scientific and medical experts who have put their careers and reputations on the line out of extreme concern. Please correct the misinformation that this injection is “safe and effective” and “approved by Medsafe” when in fact it did not meet the statutory criteria that “benefit exceeds risk”. There is no imminent health risk from suspending the program. Dr Bloomfield’s sworn evidence was that the risks were mainly financial and reputational. Please find the courage to challenge whoever is driving this, and any who act on dogma rather than evidence, reason or ethics. The future of New Zealand depends on your courage to step up and make this critical call for our people. I urge you to listen, engage and act in the public interest. Please put aside your pride and the dogma, and suspend this program. I am happy to assist however I can.

Many people are frightened. When it comes to making sensible choices about your health….who do you turn to?
For many, the answer is “my doctor”. What happens though when you become aware that the New Zealand Medical Council has made it clear to Doctors that there will be consequences if they raise doubts about the Covid 19 vaccination, in the mind of their patient? How can you trust that you are receiving PERSONALISED medical advice about YOUR individual risk/benefit profile….and not just the approved Medsafe “Safe and Effective” stance. Many New Zealanders now find themselves in EXACTLY this position. I have been shocked to the core by some of the medical recommendations i have been told of in the past weeks of the vaccine roll out. Just one, being a Nurse who had a very severe anaphylactic reaction that landed her in hospital for several days. She then had to fight tooth and nail against her own hospital and the Department of Health, to be “excused” from the second vaccine. Before she won that battle she was told she must have the second vaccine. It would be administered in a hospital Emergency Department with a crash cart and a resuscitation team administering.
This constitutes insanity….not personalised medicine based on the Hippocratic oath of FIRST DO NO HARM
Here are some of my concerns about the C-V response. I’ve used information from diverse sources to try to create a jigsaw puzzle which connects as many pieces as possible. I fully agree that some parts are not yet clear. It is a work in progress to try to make sense of a serious and confusing situation.
The starting points for me are:
1) The PCR test is unreliable
2) so called “Covid” deaths are deaths within 28 days of a positive PCR test. Many of these deaths are WITH Covid, not FROM Covid
3) the death rate in most countries last year was similar to the death rate every other year- and median age of Covid deaths is in the eighties- similar to median age of all deaths
4) since deaths started to be reported as Covid, there have been few deaths reported as flu or pneumonia
5) the Covid response is responsible for considerably more harm in NZ and many other countries than “Covid” -the mental health effects are particularly devastating
6) with or without vaccines, we are ultimately all dependent on our immune systems. The focus must be on how we can enhance our overall immunity and well being
7) the research showing the importance of Vit D is compelling yet largely ignored by our government
8) Research showing the effectiveness of Ivermectin on Covid outcomes and reports from doctors who use it, is compelling
9) The clinical (Safety) trials for the Pfizer Vax won’t be complete until April 2023. So far they have looked only at 2 months exposure
10) The safety data sheet and Risk Management Plan for the Pfizer VX identify serious and important safety concerns and gaps in safety testing
11) The risks in NZ from the Pfizer Vax are considerably greater for most people than the risks from covid..recent analysis shows 1/4000 are having anaphylactic type reactions possibly due to the polyethylene glycol on the lipid nanoparticles
12) The S (spike) protein causes an array of blood clotting and other disorders- whether it’s generated from an mRNA Vax, from the AZ VX, from covid or an injection of S
13) There is serious under reporting of Vax injuries in NZ and internationally. The NZ CARM database is secret and reports from it are delayed and selective
14) Pfizer has demanded confidentiality and a full indemnity from the government. If they don’t trust their product, why should we?
15) The first duty of medicine is “Do no harm”. The second is requiring Informed Consent to any treatment, which demands discussion about risks, benefits, uncertainties and alternatives.
The current government dogma fails at every level. Only with open transparent sharing of information can we rebuild trust.
NEW ZEALAND COVID 19 VACCINATION ADVERSE REACTIONS DATA IS MISSING On a cold and blustery Sunday afternoon I thought I’d just cruise by the Medsafe website and check in on the latest Adverse Reaction reporting for the Covid 19 vaccine roll out in New Zealand. To say I’m “gob smacked” would be an understatement. Before I got into the Medsafe monitoring data I whizzed over to the Herald vaccine tracker to see how many jabs have now been administered. As of 18th May (the latest data on the site) 474,435 jabs have been given in New Zealand. This is made up of a combination of some first and some second doses. So we are a wee bit short of half a million jabs jabbed. Then I got myself in a total pickle, thinking somehow my brain and Google were combining in a Sunday afternoon brain fog meltdown. Why? Because try as i may…google as i may…. i simply could only find “safety data” pertaining to the first 168,452 jabs administered in NZ. By my calculation that left 305,983 jabs administered with ZERO ADVERSE REACTION DATA available for public viewing. THAT MEANS THE MEDSAFE MONITORING SYSTEM IS MISSING PUBLIC FACING DATA FOR 64% OF ALL COVID 19 VACCINES ADMINISTERED IN NEW ZEALAND. As this is a vaccine with only provisional consent in New Zealand, with many outstanding safety, purity and efficacy questions still remaining unanswered by Pfizer… As this is a vaccine that has only received Emergency Use Authorisation in other countries where Covid is rampant (e.g. has not met the standards required for a full authorised use)… As there is post release data collection and safety monitoring set to continue for another 2 years, to determine just exactly how safe and effective this vaccine is… As there is a growing chorus of esteemed scientists, immunologists, and doctors around the world calling for a halt to the roll out of this vaccine due to the unprecedented levels of injury and deaths reported to safety monitoring systems around the world… SHOULDNT WE BE ASKING LOUD AND DEMANDING QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW OUR SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM CAN POSSIBLY BE LOOKING FOR SAFETY ISSUES IN OUR NEW ZEALAND POPULATION….WHEN THE DATA REMAINS UNPROCESSED OR MISSING IN ACTION? How can New Zealanders read the safety monitoring data as part of their process of informed consent? It is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE. Having calmed myself from this gob smack, i decided to have a close look at the two latest Adverse Reaction reports that we do actually have. Peering back to April 17th…over 5 weeks ago….the last data available to the public… I find 347 Adverse reaction reports in the week since the previous report. Of these 322 were deemed “non serious” and 25 deemed serious. I worked out that these reports covered the administration of 50,000 jabs. Of the “serious”, 12 were Anaphylaxis at the time of injection; 8 severe flu like symptoms; amnesia; tinnitus; abnormal blood tests; appendicitis AND BRAIN BLOOD CLOT….more specifically Venous Sinus Thrombosis. Medsafe ruled out both the appendicitis and the blood clot as being connected to the vaccine. How? We don’t know. We don’t get to see how or why these issues are ruled out (despite blood clots figuring in adverse reaction data around the world….and yes, for Pfizer not just Astra Zeneca) Then i jumped back in time even further to have a peek at the Adverse Reactions report number 6, released on 10April, covering the previous 7 days. That report contained 254 Adverse reaction reports, 241 non serious and 13 serious. The serious reports included 8 Anaphylaxis; 1 Inflammatory muscle pain; Drug administration error (yikes, what??); headache with collapse; blood clots (plural) and stroke. Blood clots and stroke were deemed “not related to the vaccine”. How and why was this decided “not connected”? We don’t get to find out. In the past week we have also been informed via a very brief news report of 4 deaths post Covid 19 vaccine. All were ruled “not related to the vaccine”. How? Why? We don’t get to find out. So to all the New Zealanders currently wondering whether to have their Covid 19 jab….or “watch and wait”….and do their research (e.g. track injury in New Zealand)… I can confidently tell you, in terms of up to date vital Medsafe data you and I are officially “flying blind”. New Zealand is acknowledged as having one of the highest reporting incidents of Adverse Reactions in the world…with up to 10% of all occurring injuries actually reported to monitoring systems. “From Outdoors party press release: “It is arguable that the Crown has acted unlawfully”! We won because we were right. We lost because the judge is going to let them do it anyway.
The press release says: *“The High Court has just released its decision on the urgent challenge to the Pfizer vaccine approval and vaccination rollout plan, agreeing with the plaintiff that it was reasonably arguable that the Minister’s approval was unlawful. Her Honour Justice Ellis has agreed that everyone in New Zealand over 16 is not a limited number of patients, and so the decision is arguably ultra vires the requirements of s23 of the Medicines Act, and she has urged the government to reconsider the lawfulness of the provisional consent they granted for the Pfizer vaccine. Her Honour stopped short of ordering the vaccine rollout to stop, out of concern of undermining public confidence in the vaccine and wasting vaccine stock that is already in New Zealand.””

“..the judge urged the Crown to [re]consider the law carefully… That’s about all she can do due to a law passed in 2016”.

However…. the Crown has now come up with a Plan B, saying they had been going to tweak the provisional law anyway!
“Health Minister Andrew Little says Section 23 has been used over 40 years by successive Governments to grant early access to approved therapeutic substances when it is in the public good.” (Links to mainstream media’s coverage are below)

“The government has announced an emergency reform of the Medicines Act because they were copped acting unlawfully. But it’s not even on the listed Parliamentary business… They apparently have no respect for any rules, for truth or justice and accordingly no business representing us” (Sue Grey, Lawyer).
FURTHER UPDATE (19/5/21)
“Attorney-General David Parker misleading Parliament. They have made the new amendment “Notwithstanding s22….” Section 22 requires the benefit of a new medicine to exceed the risks. The removal of this criteria is a fundamental and very serious change. Why would anyone who is supposed to represent the public interest approve a new medicine on a provisional or any other basis if the benefit does NOT exceed the risks? This is what happens when the PM and Ministers arrogantly ignore an open letter then rush through law without consultation or social licence.” (Sue Grey, Lawyer)
IN CONCLUSION
Read at the mainstream sources below & decide for yourself. Those who wish to take this experimental injection, that is their personal right & choice. And those who do not, likewise. The point of this challenge in court was that the provisional approval was for a limited number of people only, not for all of NZ. However, as we can see here, the Crown will sort that no problem, by tweaking the paperwork. It has been clear from the media spin from way back that it is their intention to have everybody take the experimental injection anyway. After all they have purchased enough supplies to accommodate every Kiwi for two doses. As her Honour Judge Ellis has said yesterday … in spite of the aforementioned cautionary statements, they don’t want to waste that stock or undermine public confidence.
I note the ‘limited number’ concern seems to have now slipped into oblivion.
People in military really sick, nurses also, and not reporting to CARM.”
Much more discussed around the rollout, the fallout that is not allowed to be talked about. Doctors are being silenced. A must listen if you value fully informed consent.

We have here NZ’s esteemed *vaccinologist Helen Petousis-Harris who a year ago before the lockdowns told us covid was a souped up flu, then not so long ago that not a single death had occurred post vaccine, and of course with any of those so called ‘rare’ adverse reactions … there is no proof of causality (‘no proof’ being the operative words here). Now we have another brief interview. Here’s a sample of her vague statements:
We must report adverse reactions but not necessarily because the vax causes events… of course we see deaths afterwards … to establish the cause of a reaction/death there are a whole lot of processes that occur … we’re going to see lots and lots of reports … a lot of things are happening by chance … so far this vaccine is looking incredibly safe …. hmmm. Do listen to the entire interview.
So here Petousis-Harris waffles on with nothing much of substance I feel. When asked the very pertinent questions about how concerned the public should be about reporting, or how reassured we can be that the ‘expected’ deaths are being investigated we get terms like ‘a whole lot of processes’ happen. Nothing about numbers, which profession will be investigating, how, what time frame and so on. To date all we seem to hear is that the deceased are buried, with no reassuring reports (that I’ve seen yet) citing facts and figures as to why the death after the vaccine was not caused by it. We are of course expected to just believe it was not. In NZ we are told to look to our ONE source of truth… the government.
What we do hear is the media reporting quite soon after the event (and surely before the possibility of any full investigation) a firm statement that it’s all good and it wasn’t the vaccine. This came soon after two recent NZ deaths that were reported. Where are the full investigations please? Not just a brief statement from the ‘medical professionals involved’. That’s too internal for my liking. We need full independent reports. This really is becoming a case of ‘the king’s new clothes’. Far too many incidents to be written off as coincidence.
NZ will apparently not be releasing full details until July of the reporting as it occurs with the VAERS reports from the US.
And on that note please do visit the @Welcometheeagle88video channel. He has been examining and analyzing (as best he can) the many thousands of adverse event reports in the US. Quite an eye opener. Remember, less than 1% even report so those already very high figures represent only that proportion of the public. Last year Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern was the guest speaker at a private gathering in New York hosted by Bill and Melinda Gates.
She told the audience that under her administration New Zealand had taken a lead and embedded the United Nations Agenda 2030 into our legal and regulatory framework:
“…my Government is doing something not many other countries have tried. We have incorporated the principles of the 2030 Agenda into our domestic policy-making in a way that we hope will drive system-level actions… I believe that the change in approach that we have adopted in New Zealand is needed at a global scale…”
The event was arranged by Goalkeepers, an organisation set up by the Gates Foundation in 2017 to accelerate progress towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN’s Agenda 2030.
In her glowing introduction of Jacinda Ardern, Melinda Gates told the audience that our Prime Minister “has released an international human rights plan in which New Zealand promises to take the lead on, among other things, gender equality and women and girls’ empowerment.”
She described our PM as “a true international leader who understands that the future of the world depends on eliminating inequality.”
If you or someone you know has had an ADVERSE REACTION FOLLOWING A COVID 19 VACCINE…It is VERY important that the reaction is reported to the Adverse Reaction Monitoring system in New Zealand.
You can file your own report or your doctor can file a report. Be aware that a vaccine injury or reaction does not always show itself in the first few days, weeks or longer. In New Zealand only around 5% of all injury is actually reported…and we are deemed one of the highest percentage injury reporting in the world (how shockingly bad is that!!).

Spontaneous reporting is particularly valuable for recognising possible new hazards rapidly. For newly introduced medicines and vaccines, or those being used for new indications or being delivered by a different route CARM asks that all suspected reactions (including minor reactions) are reported.
An adverse reaction should be reported even if it is not certain that the drug has caused it, or if the reaction is well recognised, or if other drugs have been given at the same time.
Even if you only thought it could be an ADR, report it. If in you are in doubt, report! In summary, please report:–
all adverse reactions of clinical concern – all adverse reactions to new medicines – all reactions for which a warning about future use would be appropriate especially serious allergic reactions (see Medical Warning System) – drug interactions”
As the families of 29 Pike River Mine victims are denied yet again the closure of knowing what happened to their loved ones and why, and particularly of recovering their bodies … in reviewing this crime, consider again the information contained in the book written by investigative writer Dr Jacob Cohen (see pdf download at the link). An engineer investigating the Pike River mine disaster has claimed a mine manager pumped tonnes of concrete into a vital air feed, likely where the miners gathered after the first explosion, “completely obliterating” evidence.
One wonders with the increasing hesitancy, if the wait time has, like the manufacture of this vaccine, been seriously shortened for this reason. And so ‘team 5 million’, as I hear the PM saying in her announcement today … help has arrived so to speak. Remember the drug companies bear no responsibility for any damages these vaccines may incur. Your governments have kindly absolved them. This should be telling you something. Remember also they are not mandatory. Be sure you are made aware of possible injuries (ask to see the fact sheets listing these), and for deaths and injuries to date in other countries (some of them at least) search ‘Covid Vaccine Deaths’ and ‘Covid Vaccine Reactions’ in ‘categories’ at the left of the News page. The NZ government is wanting us all to accept the new untested covid vaccine. They cite the data that one in four will not. How to change that? As stated, tell us why the manufacturers have no liability for any damages caused. Secondly, instead of enlisting prominent community figures to twist our arms, they could provide us with documentation of all the possible side effects and respect our right of choice regarding medical interventions.
What I am personally concluding from all of this is that no the government seems to not be interested in providing all of this information to unwitting recipients of health care who perhaps do not have access to the internet and the information now coming from the victims to date.
Do ask to see the full inserts to check possible side effects if you intend to take up this offer. Since it’s been sparsely tested, you really should be privy to any possible adverse effects, given they are not generally offered to the recipients.
The government has secured another two vaccines, enough for every New Zealander and its Pacific partners, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says.
The additional vaccines being pre-purchased are from pharmaceutical companies AstraZeneca and Novavax.
A total of 7.6 million doses will come from AstraZeneca – enough for 3.8 million people, and 10.72 million doses from Novavax – enough for 5.36 million people. Both vaccines require two doses to be administered.
The government already has to pre-purchase agreements for 750,000 courses from Pfizer/BioNTech and 5 million from Janssen.
The cost of the new pre-purchase agreements was not disclosed, but the vaccines will be free to New Zealanders, the government said.

I figured this glaringly obvious fact needs to be highlighted. You can easily be arrested these days for doing healthy things like walking on the beach as was the young woman pictured below in Victoria, or shopping at your local fruit and veg market.
But then what would you expect from a world that has discarded the true sources of health our parents and grandparents ascribed to … for what? For Big Pharma & profits for corporations. And when was that & why? Read here. In keeping with that I’ve read that MDs receive very scant coverage in medical school about the fuel we put in our bodies. Food and nutrition. And yet nobody would argue if you put water into the gas tank of your car, it’s not going to be going anywhere.
And so, in NZ if you’re quarantined, you get scant sunlight, you’ll eat the SAD slop (Standard American & every-other-country Diet) devoid of all nutrition, you’ll be irradiated by wifi and denied meaningful human interaction. All conducive to bad health. (Not to mention the lack of oxygen from mask wearing but that topic or point of view backed by many health professionals incidentally is taboo). Adern’s truth is the only truth.
On the health topic listen to NZ’s PM announcing the latest updates on the CV battle in the video below. Nary a mention of the above. Plenty of mention though of vaccines. It takes up a large portion of her delivery. When a (safe) vaccine becomes available it’ll be back to normal. NZ’s all in with the GAVI (think Bill Gates) scheme. Not mandatory we’ve been told but there are more faces to mandatory than meets the eye as we’ve learned in recent days. No jab no pay, no jab no work, no jab no travel, no jab no return to normal. All possible scenarios. Even though the coming vaccine is being rushed through and Big Pharma has guaranteed immunity from any culpability around potential injuries. No culpability? Go figure New Zealanders. Will you still be lining up to protect yourself with a vaccine that’s scarcely been tested? They’ve by-passed the usual animal testing and humans are the guinea pigs … with a severe reaction already. EWR

Totalitarian tip-toe.. (a description used by David Icke of the incremental way the new draconian laws and restrictions are being introduced to us as a society).
