The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is encouraging people to legally register their community and backyard gardens into a national registry, where anyone can join.
The initiative is called the People’s Garden Initiative, which was created to build a “more diverse and resilient local food system to empower communities to address issues like nutrition access and climate change,” the USDA says.
“The simple act of planting a garden can have big impacts – from building a more diverse and resilient local food system to empowering communities to address issues like nutrition access and climate change.”
The USDA says there are 5 types of gardens that qualify for this project:
Food – indoor and outdoor gardens, “to increase access and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in urban and rural areas.”
Wildlife Habitat– Areas designed to increase the number of animals and insects, namely pollinators such as bees.
Conservation – preservation of natural resources like soil, water, air, and so on.
Beautification – an objectively pretty garden, by “rethink[ing] the planting of seasonal annuals and instead design a space with native species of flowering plants to enhance the biodiversity of your community and build a healthier ecosystem.”
Education and Training – gardens can fall under on the previously mentioned 4, but solely created for teaching and internship.
The USDA clarifies that these gardens can be any shape or size.
“You can plant a home garden in your yard or in a small space like a windowsill or balcony.”
Every garden registered can currently be publicly viewed online, per an interactive map that displays all gardens around the nation.
Each dot can be clicked on to learn more specifics about a registered garden, such as the type and pictures of the garden.
According to a press release from the USDA published on September 9th, those who register will also be featured in USDA communications, and sent a swanky sign showing their registration.
Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack said:
“We welcome gardens nationwide to join us in the People’s Garden effort and all it represents.
“Local gardens across the country share USDA’s goals of building more diversified and resilient local food systems, empowering communities to come together around expanding access to healthy food, addressing climate change and advancing equity.
“We encourage existing gardens and new gardens to join the movement. Growing local food benefits local communities in so many ways, and we offer technical resources to help. Also, it’s a great way to connect with your local USDA team members.”
The press release notes that this project actually began in 2009. So, it would appear the USDA is attempting to make a renewed effort for this project. “It’s named for the “People’s Department,” former President Abraham Lincoln’s nickname for USDA, which was established during his presidency in 1862,” the USDA added.
But not everyone is on board with this idea.
Matt Agorist of The Free Thought Projectis pessimistic about this initiative, explaining that the USDA has never been in favor of people’s health. He cites an example of a group of physicians in 2020 who sent a whopping myriad of evidence to the USDA in a bid to reduce their recommended levels of sugar intake – levels these doctors thought was too high already, but settled on a reduced rate. In short, the USDA did not consider it and rejected the plea.
Agorist wrote,
“Now, this same organization is claiming that it wants you to register your vegetable garden so it can place you in a database and put your healthy food source on a map — for your health, of course. You also get a cool sign for your front yard too.
“While a handful of folks inside the USDA may have well-meaning intentions behind this program, the behemoth organization’s track record and history clearly indicate that the overwhelming majority of them do not care about your health. Not only do they not care about your health but most of their farm and food budget goes toward subsidizing products that directly harm your health.
“So, skepticism over a national garden database run by this organization is entirely warranted. As the world teeters on the verge of nuclear war and economic collapse, remember that in times of war and economic downturns, food is more valuable than gold.”

Please don’t do this. I, like Agorist, am quite pessimistic about initiatives such as this.
WinePress readers already know that the government and tech giants love to database our info already, and now registering your garden – even down to your windowsill plants (!) – they want to have on record. Absolutely not. But this type of thing certainly fits right in line with the coming CBDCs, social credit scores, carbon calculators, food IDs, and so forth. Right now it’s optional. But how long before it becomes mandatory?
With the food shortage narrative in play, it certainly could present an opportunity for the government to try and craft a narrative as to why Americans need to register their gardens, as to know who is buying what, what food crops are which, whose hogging up too much water, who is impoverished in nearby towns, how much excess you have, and on and on.
In the early days of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, many nations were already racing to get these very same types of agendas in place for the time they wish to roll them out. I suspect that when the famine gets to be a legitimate and obvious problem to the broad masses, coupled with a grand economic collapse – something I have been warning about for some time – that is when they might roll this type of thing out. Admittedly, some of this is speculative on my end.
Do you realize that most states still to this day still ban the commercial sale of raw milk and dairy products? I cannot go to the store and eat and drink what I want: I need the government’s approval, as they are “all-knowing.” And those that do want to sell raw milk and dairy, for example, if they are allowed to do it, have to have their practices registered, inspected, and datalogged, but still cannot sell it on the grocery store shelves in most states, but through these convoluted backdoor channels and red tape, most consumers will never notice and realize. And the states that do allow the commercial sale of raw milk and dairy, had to lobby and plead with the government to be allowed to do it!
So, lest anyone think that I am not a “patriot” and whining about nothing, then I suggest you chew on that apple and think about what I just said… And that is just one example. If you cannot eat and drink what you want, and plant and pasture whatever you want, without the government’s permission, then you do not have freedom. PERIOD. No president, governor, politician, or media tell-a-vision prophet will admit this truth to you, on either side.

The bottom line is this: do NOT EVER register your garden with the government. Simple as that.
The dozen, from throughout New Zealand, are seeking a judicial review in the High Court at Wellington of a directive from Chief of Defence Force Air Marshal Kevin Short that would mean they’re discharged if they’re not vaccinated.
Their lawyer, Christopher Griggs, said none of the group could be labelled “anti vaccine”, because they’d generally had every other injection required of them.
“The applicants are standing up for their fundamental freedom to decline medical treatment without then being treated prejudicially, a freedom which they believe that many before them have fought and given their lives for.”
Griggs said his clients were from the navy, army and air force, with a combined 126 years of service, including deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, East Timor, Sudan and the Solomon Islands. They were high achieving and loyal, and many had received commendations for their work.
In New Zealand they’d been involved with the Canterbury Earthquakes aftermath, the Port Hills fires and the coronavirus crisis response, “where they have served in planning groups for government departments as well as in MIQ facilities”.
Griggs said while the dozen were prepared to put their names to the action, a much larger group were in the same situation.
Stuff reported in July that the privacy of military staff was being breached when, in one instance, a commanding officer putting up a list of unvaccinated people on a wall. In another, an officer made staff file past him and say, in front of everyone, if they were vaccinated.
Most of the 12 had been told they would be discharged for “poor performance” because they didn’t meet military readiness requirements, which included a Covid-19 vaccine.
“A small number of these personnel with specific medical conditions may receive medical waivers for a short period, but are then likely to be discharged on medical grounds if they still decline the vaccine.”
Workers at MIQ facilities required vaccinations, but such roles were for only a small portion of Defence Force staff, which left thousands of jobs for unvaccinated staff.
The Defence Force approach to the Covid-19 vaccine was inconsistent with its previous stance, where limits could be placed on where someone was deployed for health reasons. But they could still be retained in other roles.
“A hardline approach is being taken. In many cases the right to privacy of these loyal personnel has been breached by the military authorities publicly sharing their decision not to be vaccinated against Covid-19. They have received prejudicial treatment as a result and one officer has been relieved of his command.”
If the Chief of Defence Force wanted to take action against personnel choosing not to receive the vaccination, there was a statutory process he must follow, which hadn’t been done.
Griggs said the dozen wanted to continue their careers.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for early October, unless the two parties could come to an agreement before then.
The Defence Force said it could couldn’t comment while the matter was before the court.
NZ wide it appears, and in the case of these leaflets, in Northland, the people who promised there would be no mandatory vaccination (that is your Ardern Labour Government) are applying shameless pressure upon those who are struggling to provide food for their families. Those most affected currently by lockdowns, financial hardship, loss of employment and their businesses going bust. These ones are being targeted and coerced with prize draws for groceries and an ipad. This is getting as good as a passport in my opinion.
If this experimental jab is so effective why does it require bribery to get folk to take it? In truth people are observing the shocking fall out as loved ones and neighbors either die or succumb to disabilities from injuries. I personally have been told by several NZ folk that the vaccine has been offered more than once in their workplaces. One workplace is even offering to set up the appointment for the jab. One woman said she resigned when given the ultimatum. Others have signaled they will if it is mandatory and others have caved, submitted and taken the jab.

Tonga is set to introduce compulsory inoculation against coronavirus disease (COVID-19). A Bill to amend the Public Health Act to enforce inoculation of the Public against COVID-19, was among seven Bills that government tabled into parliament yesterday morning 3 August.
A new Emergency Powers Clause 181A of the Public Health Act, states that it will be a crime for anybody to refuse to be vaccinated against the virus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or SARS-CoV-2). Parents will also be held responsible if their children refuse to be inoculated. It proposes that offenders will be fined not more than $1000 or jailed for not more than six months. After the first reading of the amendment Bill in Legislature it was carried with 17-0 votes. This Bill will be submitted to the Standing Committee on Social Services for deliberation, before it is resubmitted to parliament for its final reading. The full details of the amendment bill have not been released to the public (the full text was not read out), and it was not immediately clear if exemptions would be made for pregnant women, children and people with medical conditions, allergies or frailities and others.

The Army has directed commands to prepare to administer mandatory COVID-19 vaccines as early as Sept. 1, pending full Food and Drug Administration licensure, Army Times has learned.
The directive came from an execute order sent to the force by Department of the Army Headquarters.
Army Times obtained a portion of a recent update to HQDA EXORD 225-21, COVID-19 Steady State Operations.
“Commanders will continue COVID-19 vaccination operations and prepare for a directive to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for service members [on or around] 01 September 2021, pending full FDA licensure,” the order said. “Commands will be prepared to provide a backbrief on servicemember vaccination status and way ahead for completion once the vaccine is mandated.”
EXORDS are utilized when the president directs the defense secretary to execute a military operation.
“As a matter of policy we do not comment on leaked documents. The vaccine continues to be voluntary,” said Maj. Jackie Wren, an Army spokesperson. “If we are directed by DoD to change our posture, we are prepared to do so.”
The Pentagon has not put out any guidance to the services to prepare for a mandatory vaccine roll-out in September, a defense official separately told Army Times.
It was not immediately clear whether the vaccines would even be approved in time for a Sept. 1 mandatory rollout. And an FDA spokesperson did not have an exact timeline available.
The ”timelines for vaccine approval may vary depending on a number of factors, but as Pfizerand Moderna announced, they have initiated rolling submissions of their biologics license applications for their COVID-19 vaccines,” said Alison Hunt, an FDA spokesperson. “As a general matter, FDA cannot comment on particular applications.”
Once the companies finish collecting biologics license application data on their vaccines, the FDA will take 60 days to review the applications for full approval, in accordance with the agency’s guidelines for priority review.
The Army currently has around 70 percent of its force vaccinated against the coronavirus, according to Army Lt. Gen. Ronald Place, director of the Defense Health Agency.
However, demand for the vaccine has fallen off in recent months across the military, roughly following a similar drop in demand among the American people.
The Veterans Affairs administration is currently weighing a plan to require all VA staffers to receive the vaccine, amid growing worry worldwide about the more severe Delta variant of the virus.
The Navy also recently told sailors to expect a mandatory vaccination program despite having the highest vaccine acceptance rate thus far.

Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas has suspended over 170 employees for two weeks without pay, after they refused to take the COVID-19 vaccine. (Natural News) With new information provided by a contact in the federal government, I’ve been able to further refine the escalation hierarchy of vaccine compliance that’s being pursued by the Biden regime. There are five distinct phases to this escalation:
Phase 1 – Voluntary (pushed by media propaganda, paying off social media influencers, doctors, etc.). This phase ensnares those who are gullible enough to think getting injected with spike protein biological weapons will somehow “save” them or set them free.

I personally know of several poor people who are being obliged to get vaccinated in order to keep receiving welfare checks. While this goes beyond the letter of the law, in truth, Italy is already in a lawless state. Every injustice will now be perpetrated on account of the Scamdemic.
But with the approval of 44/2021, the previous approval of the “Green Passport” as the condition for travel between any two regions of Italy or use of public accommodations, makes the Vaccine a practical requirement for normal life takes on a new threat. Many opposition groups have declared in previous weeks and months, that if the Draghi government took this step, they would declare armed conflict against the government.

Dear Greg,
As a long-term frequent customer of Air NZ I am shocked and appalled by Air NZ’s consideration of bringing in a so called ‘Health Passport’ linked to the experimental COVID-19 vaccine, as will a very significant percentage of the NZ population. This action would in fact be, according to the 1947 Nuremberg Code, a crime against humanity. As such, I will no longer be using Air NZ and will be encouraging others to take a similar stance. There will no doubt be very large numbers of Kiwis and international customers also taking this position with Air NZ as polls have indicated that more than one third of Kiwis do not wish to take the experimental COVID-19 vaccine, at least until it has been properly long term tested and proven to be safe and effective in the long term.
This is absolutely not a position of being ‘anti vax’. It is simply a position of being pro vaccines so long as they have been properly scientifically tested over the required period of time, to be appropriately safe and effective. The position that Air NZ is considering taking on this issue is a gross breach of the NZ Bill of Rights even if the COVID-19 vaccine had gone through thorough long term scientific testing and been shown to be safe and effective. However, due to all COVID-19 vaccines currently being in an experimental phase (as officially admitted), the proposed position of Air NZ is a clear breach of the 1947 Nuremberg Code (see enclosed extract from the Nuremberg Code below). The breach of the Nuremberg Code comes under the section relating to being forced or coerced/pressured to take experimental medical procedures through having basic liberties (to travel) being removed if people refuse those experimental medical procedures.
By taking this position of a ‘Health Passport’, Air NZ will not only be sure to lose a huge amount of business, but they will also surely have a deluge of high level legal action coming their way on many different fronts. Pfizer, and every other COVID-19 vaccine producer in the world, have refused to make themselves legally liable for any injury or death resulting from their experimental COVID-19 vaccine. That is very understandable due to the vaccines being in such an experimental state and thousands of health injuries and deaths already recorded around the world, according to official figures from the World Health Organisation. Will Air NZ therefore be picking up this legal liability if it forces its customers to take this experimental medical procedure in order to travel on Air NZ? I am quite sure they will not. However, due to the 1947 Nuremberg Code, Air NZ will be making themselves open to high level criminal action if they enforce this policy and some people in NZ subsequently have health injuries or death as a reaction to the experimental vaccine.
If someone takes the experimental vaccine in order to be able to travel on Air NZ, and they subsequently die or have a serious health injury from a reaction to the experimental vaccine, as thousands already have around the world, will Air NZ be held criminally liable for that person’s death or health injury under the 1947 Nuremberg Code? The Nuremberg Code makes this situation of ‘coercion’ very clear, and you can be sure that major legal actions will be taken under such circumstances, and that Air NZ will be forced to legally defend themselves on these potential situations.
Not only is Air NZ putting themselves at huge business risk and legal risk with this proposed Health Passport, they would be actively pushing the emergence a truly appalling situation of what can only be described as ‘medical apartheid’. NZ polls indicate that a huge number of Kiwis have similar feelings on this.
Air NZ needs to be very careful what it stands for on this issue. I would love to be able to continue as a loyal customer of a company that chose to do the right thing on this issue according to medical science and according to basic human rights.

The judgment by the war crimes tribunal at Nuremberg laid down 10 standards to which physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects in a new code that is now accepted worldwide.
This judgment established a new standard of ethical medical behavior for the post World War II human rights era. Amongst other requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. The principle of voluntary informed consent protects the right of the individual to control his own body.
This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the expected benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be avoided.
This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure human patients.
The principles established by this code for medical practice now have been extended into general codes of medical ethics.

Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

As a GP with more than 50 years’ experience in treating children and their families, I feel it my duty to speak out against the new vaccine mandates, for three main reasons. The first is that there is no emergency to justify vaccinating children against their parents’ wishes, let alone keeping them out of school if they refuse.

The Ohio National Guard will be allowed to help vaccinate the general populace against COVID-19. Health and Human Services gave the Ohio National Guard a waiver allowing them to administer COVID-19 vaccines to the general Ohio populace.
And so it begins, watching COVID-19 vaccines being administered to civilians by the United States military, where do you think all that is going to lead us to? Let me tell you where it leads, it leads to mandated, forced vaccinations of the civilian population at the point of a gun. Oh, it will start voluntarily all right, the kind-hearted National Guard soldiers working to inoculate people against a deadly virus, and then when people have accepted receiving voluntary injections from the military, things will turn and it will become mandatory.

Prime Minister Jean Castex on Monday got his cabinet’s backing for a bill that is designed to provide a legal framework for dealing with health crises, including the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the text, which will now be submitted to parliament, a negative Covid test or proof of a “preventative treatment, including the administration of a vaccine” could be required for people to be granted “access to transport or to some locations, as well as certain activities”.

Until recently, the concept of mandatory and mass vaccination has been only a worrisome possibility. Vaccination laws are passed and monitored at the state level, not at the federal level. But while the country was still struggling to recover from the events of September 11, 2001, and the bioterrorism scares of smallpox and anthrax threats, the groundwork to make vaccines mandatory began to change in 2003, during President George W. Bush’s State of the Union Address. On that fateful night, Bush revealed the creation of Project BioShield, a comprehensive effort to develop and make available modern, effective drugs and vaccines to protect against attack by biological and chemical weapons.
Fast forward: COVID19.
Wasting no time, the Secretary of HHS, Alex Azar and the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response Robert P. Kadlec, MD, MTM&H, MS, issued Notice of Declaration of National Emergency and published in the Federal Register on March 17, 2020 (Vol. 85, No. 52). The Declaration was effective as of February 4, 2020. By declaring a national emergency for the SARS-CoV-19 virus and COVID-19, the Secretary evoked the PREP Act “to provide liability immunity for activities related to medical countermeasures against COVID–19.”
