Expose comment: The conspirators are pushing society towards the Great Reset by creating division, distrust and fear between men and women through controversies over gender, transgender politics and exaggerated campaigns against sexual abuse.
They are also creating divisions by promoting racism accusations, banning national history and culture, and implementing affirmative action and positive discrimination.
The ultimate goal of the conspirators, Dr. Vernon Coleman says, is to break up society and create a New World Order, with the Great Reset being the final objective.
EWNZ comment: the racism card is an old and favourite card used particularly by the British. Read Shashi Tharoor’s Inglorious Empire to see how they used this in India, especially the chapter titled Divide Et Impera. The sight of Hindu and Muslim soldiers united and fighting together alarmed the British says Tharoor. “… dividing the groups and pitting them against one another was the most effective way to ensure the unchallenged continuance of Empire”. And it is still happening as Dr Coleman points out. Since folk left their own shores to bring ‘civilization’ as they claim, indigenous have been second class citizens, seen as entirely disposable. Witness the Australian Aboriginal genocide. Their current favours bestowed after all these years are ploys to divide. Witness Luxon giving air time to the Treaty Principles Bill. Likewise they don’t really care what gender you choose … reproducing less (aka depopulation) is the goal so it’s by hook or by crook basically. This also feeds cleverly into the divide category. By pretending to care about gay folk, they’ve really upped that ante. So in the end the current ’empire’ that seeks to rule over you is the lockstep one that’s been hiding in plain sight all along. Don’t fall for their division ploy – just agree to disagree. What they fear most is a world united against them, they know we carry the greater numbers.
The Conspirators (and to deny they exist is like denying the existence of water) are pushing us remorselessly into the Great Reset. And one of the ways they’re doing it is by destroying a (relatively) civilised society which has taken centuries to evolve.
They have destroyed our lives with the controversies over gender (with insane gender language changes being introduced with the sole idea of creating confusion and destroying human relationships) with transgender politics (also designed to bewilder and create division) and exaggerated campaigns against sexual abuse (“He said my hair looked nice and he liked my dress and my life is now ruined.”) A wolf whistle used to be regarded by most women as a compliment, today it is a criminal offence.
The conspirators have deliberately created division, distrust and fear between the sexes, and the neoliberals who run the global economic system have consistently shown that their aim is not to create more fairness, or to advance the rights of women in those countries where unfairness is commonplace, but to create as many divisions as possible between men and women.
The aim of the neoliberals who make up the Establishment, and who are pushing us towards their beloved Great Reset, is to break up society in as many ways as possible so as to ensure that men and women are too busy fighting one another to worry about the progress towards the New World Order.
It is for this very same reason that national history and national and regional culture are being banished from every aspect of life, and why schools and colleges no longer teach students material which could be construed as patriotic or in any way likely to lead to greater pride.
Then there are the absurdly exaggerated accusations of racism, always popular with communists who see such accusations as a way to break down society, with accusations built on the flimsiest of pretexts (“He couldn’t pronounce my name properly and so he is a racist,” “He didn’t pick me for his team and so he must be a racist.”) A well-known personality had to issue a grovelling apology after people with too much time on their hands found that he had once sent a tweet commenting that he perhaps needed to learn another language when he was in London. Since most people in London aren’t native to England and don’t speak English at all or very well, his remark was well-based and logical. But it was wrongly perceived as being racist because the person who saw it as racist had been encouraged to want it to be racist.
The attempts to outlaw racism themselves produce racism, of course, with affirmative action and positive discrimination being nothing more than racism of another colour. Appointing a black woman to a company board of directors simply because she is black and female, and helps the company hit its diversity quota, is racist, and sexist and just plain wrong. The black woman should be appointed because she is the best candidate and will do the best job for employees, shareholders and customers.
Advertisers who show photos of happy couples or families frequently show a black couple or a black man and a white woman (usually a blonde). It is now uncommon to see any white men appearing in print or television advertisements. This isn’t simple political correctness but is done because it enables the advertiser to avoid any accusations that it might be racist. It is virtue signalling and, in itself, it is actually racist, of course. Some people who do not have white skin will not buy products which are exclusively advertised with the aid of white actors and models. I sympathise. This is about respect and a sense of being excluded. We are supposed to be a multi-racial society but, in their knee-bending servitude to the woke, advertisers sometimes seem to forget this. Attempts by knee-jerk politicians to dismiss concerns about this very real problem are as predictable as they are unrepresentative.
I read of the existence of an “initiative” in the UK called “Black Farmer’s New Face of Farming” with a range of food products called “The Black Farmer.” In the United States, there is an organisation called Black Farmers’ Market. And there are a number of organisations along these lines. There is, for example, a National Black Police Association and in London, there is the Metropolitan Black Police Association. There is a Black Writers Guild, a Black Writers Society and a Black Writers’ Association. And there is a Black Agents and Editors’ Group. I can’t help thinking that by defining a group according to skin colour, these no doubt well-intended people are sustaining and even creating racism. And I wonder what the reaction would be if a group of farmers founded an organisation for white farmers. Or if a group of white policemen founded an association called the White Police Association? I find it difficult to avoid the suspicion that creating racial groups in this way is part of the conspirators’ plan to create disharmony in society.
In the UK, it was revealed that the RAF [Royal Air Force] has practised discrimination against white men. “Discrimination” is, of course, just a polite word for “racism.” If a black man is unfairly treated because of his skin colour, it is racism and there is an uproar, sackings and scandal. If a white man is unfairly treated because of his skin colour, it is discrimination, and no one cares. There seems little doubt that if racism is a serious problem in the UK, it is white men and women who are most commonly the victims.
We see footballers and other sportsmen kneeling in an attempt to show their moral integrity but merely displaying just how easily they can be manipulated. They seem to me to be displaying shallow fake compassion and their own propensity for virtue signalling. When it comes to the crunch, however, the sportsmen seem sadly short of moral courage. At the World Football Cup in Qatar, for example, male footballers bravely announced that they would wear a rainbow armband during the tournament to show their support for homosexuals. For unknown reasons, homosexuals have stolen the rainbow, long a Christian symbol, as an emblem. And homosexuality is outlawed in Qatar. One might have thought that a better and more fitting way of expressing their feelings would have been to refuse to go to Qatar at all. However, when the organisers announced that footballers wearing rainbow armbands would be sanctioned, the footballers all abandoned their enthusiasm and put away their rainbow armbands
The Bank of England (which is responsible for making a mess of the English economy and failing to control inflation) has said that people of any “gender identity” (I think they mean men or women but who knows) can be treated as pregnant. And the Bank is having some gender-neutral lavatories built so that lady bankers and gentlemen bankers who aren’t sure of their gender identity can go to the loo together and share the experience in politically correct harmony. The Bank’s insane pregnancy policies mean that anyone can now be classified as a “birthing parent” and claim family leave from the bank. I bet there are some people facing 7% mortgages who wish the Bank would concentrate on inflation and worry a little more about the economy and a little less about showing how wokey it is.
There are endless attacks on masculinity and femininity with constant pressure towards unisex washrooms and a unisex world. We can only stand and watch the banishing of the family unit and the rise of the State as a central factor in our lives, the prejudice and dishonesty of the corporate media (which now seems to specialise in misinformation and disinformation and rarely, if ever, reports the news without a built-in judgemental commentary), the rise of homosexuality and the remainder of the specialities within the LGBTQIA community. (I tried to find out what the Q, the I and the A stand for but failed in this simple task. No one I spoke to knew the answer, and even the internet was unable to provide an answer.)
It used to be considered polite for a man to offer a co-worker or friend a compliment (“Your hair looks nice,” “That dress suits you” and so on) without anyone being offended. Indeed, if the compliment were a genuine one, the recipient would be pleased and flattered. Today, such remarks are considered to be signs of extreme sexist behaviour and men have been fired for saying such things and branded as sex offenders. It is even now considered sexist for a man to stand up on public transport and to offer his seat to a woman, or to allow a woman to proceed before him through a doorway. (Ironically, men may sometimes be accused of being rude for not doing these things.)
And, of course, those promoting women’s professional sport are insisting that as much attention be given to female football and cricket teams as to the more traditional male teams. Huge amounts of money are being funnelled into female sport even though the evidence clearly shows that there is very little spectator interest in matches played between women’s teams or indeed when individual women play sports (women have been playing professional tennis and golf for decades but the interest in their games has always been minute when compared with the interest in male versions of those games.) The media, as always, has been supine, and some newspapers now give more coverage to women’s sports than to men’s sports with the result that their readers find it nigh on impossible to navigate their pages. A casual reader will see a headline that screams ‘England World Cup Triumph’ and will find themselves reading about the success of a team of 14-year-old girls playing lacrosse or netball.
Once again, there is a hidden agenda.
Promoting and encouraging sexism encourages conflict and confusion – two building blocks regarded as essential for pushing us into the Great Reset. And new rules about “equality, diversity and inclusion” have replaced humanity, goodwill and kindness with statutory obligations, statutory whingeing and statutory recriminations. The rules about diversity, inclusion and equality are doing far more harm than good.
The bottom line is that you cannot regulate for kindness.

We are told it is for our benefit – but this is a lie, he says. “They want to get rid of cash for their benefit and not for our benefit. Removing cash will empower the conspirators and remove, forever, the last vestiges of our independence.”
I’ve been warning about the end of cash for at least three decades, and the conspiratorial authorities have been pushing hard for the introduction of digital currencies since the days before laptops and smartphones.
Today, the bankers (aided and abetted by politicians) are closing banks as fast as they can (arguing falsely that everyone wants to bank online), and they’re making it difficult to take cash out of your bank. Automated teller machines (“ATMs”) are rapidly disappearing, and if you try to take cash out of your account over the counter, you could well end up being interrogated like a criminal.
Once the digital currencies become the only way to earn, save or spend, we will all be slaves. The central banks will be able to control our money. They already plan to limit each person to between £10,000 and £20,000. Anything more than that will simply disappear. Negative interest rates will discourage savings. Money will have a limited shelf life – just as money in mobile phones can disappear after a few months. And the bankers will decide how you can spend your money.
It is worth pointing out, by the way, that the central banks have mostly become “independent.” When this happened in the UK in 1997, the Labour Government misled the country, saying that it was giving the Bank of England its independence and granting it operational independence over monetary policy so that it could be free of government influence. In fact, this was rather disingenuous since all central banks were modified to suit the requirements of the financial elites – who prefer to deal with independent banks. In the European Union, it was the Maastricht Treaty which gave independence to the central banks. The European Central Bank, in the EU, is controlled by Deutsche Bank (which was for a long time controlled by Abs, a former Nazi) and other German and European banks. The EU and its Parliament have no control over the bank or its policy. Monetary policy all around the world is controlled by the world’s leading financial institutions. Governments, remember, have no control.
Everyone, it seems, wants to get rid of cash.
First, companies which accept payment by card have to pay commission to the credit card companies. The commission can sometimes be very high with 5% and 7% commission rates not at all uncommon.
Second, clearing banks don’t like cash because handling it is time consuming and, therefore, expensive. Moving money around simply by pressing numbers on a keyboard is much quicker and cheaper (though, curiously, the length of time required to move money from one account to another seems to have lengthened since such methods became available).
Third, governments and government agencies love to see citizens forced to rely on digital money because it is much easier to keep control of what everyone is earning and spending when all money goes through computers. So, for example, in the UK the tax office (HMRC) easily obtained details of what taxi drivers are doing by looking at the records from companies such as Uber. When drivers apply to renew their licences, HMRC sends out threatening letters suggesting that they may have made an under-declaration or no declaration at all.
And, of course, there are all those people who think that using plastic to pay for everything is clever and modern. They don’t realise that plastic cards and chips under their skin are enslaving them and removing the last vestiges of freedom.
Any business which relies on a financial trail (e.g. one that uses an e-commerce site) can now be easily monitored by all government departments. And, of course, it is much easier for banks or the Government to cut off a person’s access to their own money if everything is done digitally. And when all money is digital, banks and other financial institutions will be able to charge what they like. Tax authorities will take what they like from your account.
In the new world of digital money, anyone who shares what is labelled “hate speech” or “misinformation” will be banned from having an account. (It is, of course, already happening.) All those old tweets, and the time you gave a “thumbs down” to the World Economic Forum (“WEF”), will be marked against you.
Remember how American citizens who gave money to the Canadian Truckers had their bank accounts frozen? If you’ve ever criticised your government, then they will make you pay heavily for your impertinence.
Those people who have already lost their PayPal accounts will probably never be allowed to have digital accounts. And without digital accounts, they will starve.
It’s already becoming nigh on impossible to buy petrol without a credit card. And the number of car parks where cash is still accepted is shrinking fast.
Banks throughout the world are preparing to close down all free thinkers. If you think I’m exaggerating, just check out what has already happened.
It has been made clear (by the Bank of England and other clearing banks) that when cash has been replaced with digital currencies, the banks will control how people spend their money. It will be possible to make broad judgements (for example, no one will be able to buy alcohol) and specific ones (patients with early heart trouble will not be allowed to buy certain foods). It will also be possible for governments, banks and companies to monitor spending habits. So, if there is a shortage of eggs, for example, the authorities will be able to make sure that no one buys more eggs than they are allowed.
Removing cash from society will make life incredibly difficult (for which read “impossible”) for those who are not computer literate, for beggars and for charities who rely on cash. The quality of our lives will be massively diminished by the disappearance of cash. And, of course, getting rid of cash can be used to track where we go and what we do.
Many local councils are now forcing motorists to use an App available only on a smartphone to pay for parking, and in those places, it is impossible to pay for a parking place with cash. The information which motorists are forced to give can be used in many ways (and will be sold to a variety of purchasers so, for example, thieves will know when householders are away from their homes). Forcing motorists to use a smartphone in order to park a vehicle is clearly discriminatory (since it means that those without a smartphone cannot park) and almost certainly illegal.
And, of course, people tend to overspend when they use credit or debit cards for everything they buy. Using cash helps keep people out of debt.
It’s vital to remember that they want to get rid of cash for their benefit and not for our benefit. Removing cash will empower the conspirators and remove, forever, the last vestiges of our independence.
We really are close to the end as far as cash is concerned. According to data provider Merchant Machine, cash is now used in only 1% of payments in the most digitalised economies in the world, including Sweden, Denmark, Singapore and the UK. Every time anyone uses a credit or debit card, or flashes a contactless payment card for a small purchase, they are taking us closer to a digital society and digital enslavement.
The end of cash is now just months away.
And when cash disappears, it will take with it the last vestige of our freedom.
The restrictions on what we can and cannot do with our own money get longer by the day. For example, states within the EU will have to collect information on the ownership of luxury goods such as aeroplanes, boats and cars, and each member state will have to establish a “financial intelligence unit.” Rules in England now make it extraordinarily difficult for citizens to access their own money or even to move it from one account to another.
I recently tried to take some of my money out of my account and was shut in a room and interrogated like a criminal before eventually, and rather begrudgingly, being given an envelope containing the cash I’d asked for.
Even moving from one account to another has become fiendishly bewildering and time-consuming.
I was standing in a bank the other day, trying to move money from one account to another. I was moving my money from one of my own accounts to another of my own accounts. I don’t know if you’ve tried doing this recently but it gets harder by the week. You need to produce a driving licence or a passport, of course. (Heaven help you if you don’t have one or the other, or preferably both.) And you need your bank card. And, depending upon the mental state of the cashier, you may need a utility bill, a tax form and a council tax demand. You may soon need a note from your mother.
And, of course, they now have a veritable litany of questions to fire at you. “Has anyone asked you to make this transaction?” “Are you under pressure to do this?” And so on and so on. They pretend the questions are to protect us, but only the naïve and dim-witted believe that. These stupid questions are devised by very wicked people to delay the whole procedure and to force us all to bank online.
One of the daftest questions is this one: “Is anyone waiting outside for you?”
Standing next to me, at the neighbouring window, stood a little old lady – well, in her nineties. She, too, was trying to move money from one account to another so that she could pay a bill.
“Is anyone waiting outside for you?” asked the bank clerk.
“Oh yes,” said the little old lady naively. “My friend brought me.”
The clerk looked as pleased as if she’d won the lottery. “Oh, well, I can’t help you then,” she said with a big smile and a sense of satisfaction you could have bottled.
The little old lady didn’t understand. “But my neighbour had to bring me,” she explained. “I’m 93. I had to give up my driving licence.”
The poor woman didn’t understand that logic and honesty are no longer relevant.
“But your neighbour might have put you under pressure to make this transaction,” said the clerk, brim full of sanctimonious, self-righteous, box-ticking obedience.
“My neighbour?” said the old lady. “Why would she do anything nasty to me? I’ve known her for nearly 50 years.” She looked around, bewildered. “I’ve been banking here for years. Doesn’t anyone recognise me?”
“That doesn’t matter,” said the clerk, her joy now slightly diluted by exasperation. “I can’t help you if you have someone waiting for you. Those are the rules.” And then she added the killer. “It’s for your protection.”
And so the old lady, puzzled and confused, tottered out of the bank and back to her neighbour’s car.
I swear that happened. And I’m not surprised.
(The banks make a great fuss about our responsibilities and their lack of them. But did you know that Barclays Bank has just been fined $361 million by the US Securities and Exchange Commission? And do you know why? Well, they “accidentally” sold $17.7 billion worth of structured financial products for which they did not have authorisation. The total effect on shareholders (including many pensioners), as a result of this $17.7 billion “accident,” was to help push down net income by 19%. The little old lady’s one mistake was that she didn’t tell the clerk to move $17.7 billion that she didn’t have from one account to another. They’d have done that with a smile and probably given her a free pen and a cup of coffee, too. )
Morons (of whom there are many these days) claim, as they have been told, that the inquisition is for our benefit. That’s yet another lie. The banks want to force us online. And, as a side effect, they want to absolve themselves from blame when they screw up (which they do on a regular basis). If you want evidence that the banks have been politicised, just look at the way that people who dare to stand up and question the system lose their bank accounts. In Canada, citizens who stood up in defence of truckers protesting about vaccine mandates lost their bank accounts. And the same thing is happening with frightening regularity everywhere else. In England, the boss of an independent platform carrying free speech videos lost his bank account and found that no other bank would accept him as a customer. No one could tell him what his crime was. Nigel Farage, the well-known politician, was suddenly told that a bank he had been with for 40 years was going to close his accounts – both business and personal. A man who asked why his local building society was festooned with flags celebrating homosexuality found the cost of free speech when the building society responded to his query by closing his account.
Bank staff seem to have been indoctrinated by the same people who indoctrinated NHS staff, train drivers, civil servants, teachers, council employees and just about everyone else in this increasingly miserable and oppressive world of ours.
(Teachers call what they do “brainwashing in a good cause.” But can brainwashing ever be defended? If the evidence for their claims were solid and honest, they would not need to make stuff up or attempt to brainwash their students. For decades now, school teachers have been indoctrinating rather than teaching their pupils, promoting the myth of climate change, changing history to meet woke demands and altering the balance of history to suit their propaganda. And refusing to allow pupils to question or debate the official version of history.)
Taking cash out of your own account has become an exercise in patience and determination.
I recently went into a branch of my bank wanting to take out some money – a little more than the machine would allow me to withdraw. I had bills to pay and I wanted to buy some presents.
“Are you going to take this money home and keep it there?” asked the clerk.
I thought this was an incredibly stupid question. The woman was a stranger, and she had my address on a screen in front of her. She wanted to know if I was going to take money home and keep it there to be stolen. What an idiot. So, I was a little cautious. As any sensible person would, I said “No.”
“So, why do you want this money?” asked the impertinent bank clerk.
“To buy sweets,” I replied. It has been my standard reply to this question for years.
Bang. I could tell from her eyes that the metaphorical shutters had come down.
You can’t make light-hearted comments any more.
The clerk looked at her screen as if it were telling her something.
“Your request has been blocked,” said the clerk.
In full sight of other customers, I was ushered into a room and the door was closed.
And I was interrogated. I felt like a criminal. Most people would, I think, have found it a humiliating and embarrassing encounter.
Phone calls were made. I was instructed to answer questions put to me on the telephone. (I couldn’t understand the questioner’s accent and so I needed a translator.) To check my identity, I was asked for my date of birth (a piece of information that is about as secret as Prince Harry’s level of affection for his brother).
And eventually, after what seemed like several hours of interrogation, I was, with ill grace and no apology, given the amount of money I had requested.
It wasn’t a loan I was asking for. It was my money.
It is, of course, all part of the scheme to force us to bank online – ready for the digital currency they have ready for us.
Your bank hates you. They want to turn you into nothing more than numbers on a computer.
When cash disappears, you will become a slave of the system. You will have no freedom and no independence. The authorities will be able to turn off your access to your own money. You will own nothing and you will not be happy. You’ve been warned.

The Weirdest Storm Path of any Hurricane in Recorded History
This Alt Media platform has been closely watching Hurricane Melissa since its very inception. From the beginning, even before it was classified as a tropical depression, Melissa possessed all the signatures of a highly geoengineered frankenstorm.
Quite predictably, NOAA has removed the entire trajectory of this transparently manufactured superstorm from the National Hurricane Center website. Because of Melissa’s absurdly manipulated path from the very start, they really had no choice as geoterrorism investigators and weather warfare researchers would have easily exposed the plot by its very odd behavior.
As it stands at 6:30 AM this morning, Tuesday, Oct. 28, this deliberately slow-moving weather weapon has been stationed right over the island to Jamaica to inflict maximum damage (see the following screenshot). And so it is.
Here’s how Melissa was tracking on Sunday, October 28th before the murderous geoengineers executed a 90 degree angle to slam her right into the center of the southern Jamaican coastline.
Now we see that Melissa has mysteriously produced the “driest tropical eye ever recorded”.
“NOAA Hurricane Hunter aircraft measured the driest eye ever recorded at –4.75 °C (23 °F), which is a sign of a perfectly ventilated eyewall. This is one of the most efficient Hurricanes we’ve ever sampled with modern technology!”
That data point alone proves that this act of catastrophic geoterrorism is the product of the most advanced DARPA-directed weather warfare technology on the planet today.
Furthermore, let’s not ignore these incriminating data points pointing to a full-blown weather attack and geoterrorist operation being perpetrated against the people of Jamaica and Cuba (as usual).

N.B. What follows are the usual MSM reports that are hyping the 175 mph winds just prior to landfall. If this wind speed is accurate, then Mega Hurricane Melissa is practically a hurricane-tornado just like weather weapon Hurricane Michael when it devastated a large swath of north Florida in October of 2018.
Prime Minister Andrew Holness of Jamaica issued dire safety warnings and ordered mandatory evacuations as Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm channeling 175 m.p.h. winds and enough moisture to drop nearly three feet of rain, made a turn toward his country’s southern coast and its 2.8 million people on Monday.
Speaking on CNN, Mr. Holness offered a grim outlook, saying that he did not believe there was “any infrastructure within this region that could withstand” a storm that powerful.
“We have a population that has been poisoned for at least 100 years straight, on an ever-increasing scale, with the end goal being the complete theft of all public assets, or as many assets as the ruling group can get away with. “
The great weakening is something I’ve written and talked about extensively. The great poisoning is something Catherine Austin Fitts has talked about extensively. They’re both basically the same concept. We’re all living inside what’s often referred to as 5th generation warfare, which is a major advancement above conventional warfare strategy.
For anyone who doesn’t understand 5th generation warfare, please allow me to explain. In regular warfare (from 4th generation warfare backwards), we would see an invading force (usually motivated by theft) coming into an area they don’t yet govern, with the intention of enriching themselves via the resources of that invaded area. Within old style conventional warfare, the assets that the invading force were targeting to steal, often get destroyed. That’s the big drawback of conventional warfare. If you’re going to start a war and steal other people’s resources, which aren’t rightfully yours (and you’re going to risk everything involved with that) you certainly don’t want those prized resources getting destroyed as you’re invading.
Obviously, this older method of war isn’t so profitable in many situations, where the war itself destroys the assets that you’re trying to steal. That’s where 5th generation warfare comes into play and why it’s so popular today.
In 5th generation warfare, you use psychological manipulation, mind control, brainwashing and behavior modification to trick the people you’re targeting….to destroy themselves and destroy every form of strength they could ever use to resist your invasion. After that (which can often take decades to accomplish), with the public’s wealth and assets intact, you send in the cleanup crew to fully take over the area. You make the people too weak, too dumb, too fat, too addicted and too apathetic to fight back…..even if their full enslavement is implemented right in front of them.
Just an FYI update…. you’re now living in the last stages of a 5th generation warfare takeover attempt. In conventional warfare, you would always know that you were being invaded because of the bombs, the infantry, the barbwire, the missiles, the tanks and the explosions. With 5th generation warfare it’s the ever-growing number of Starbucks stores, the Coca-Cola trucks, the vaccine clinics, the chemtrails, the toxic beauty care products, the Teflon pans, the fluoride toothpaste, the mercury teeth fillings, the mammograms, the pesticide laden nonorganic food everywhere at the grocery store etc. With 5th generation warfare, it’s all about a gradual slow-motion slide into a full-spectrum weakening operation of the human body, mind, soul, spirit and bank account.
The great weakening is a government and media endorsed living model…..based on perpetual pleasure seeking, self-gratification, gluttony and hedonism. The vast majority of people in the Western world today (especially in Canada, Australia, the UK and the United States) are excessively overweight, brain damaged, weak, diseased and financially broke. (living pay cheque to pay cheque, where one small financial emergency could wipe them out completely) This is all by design.
No human can end up this broken if they live within their natural habitat. This is all socially engineered. This is the result of “the mind control based great weakening”. Well over 50% of Western populations are too overweight, sick, broke and apathetic to defend themselves……as is the goal of any 5th generation warfare operation. The overweight, wheel chaired, handicapped, brain damaged, toxic and addicted population isn’t natural. What we see in our cities today is the result of 5th gen warfare.
Oddly enough, this 5th gen warfare model has been applied more to the United States population than any other country, simply because the US contains the most asset wealth to steal. 70% of US adults are now obese or overweight. 50% of US children are now in the same boat. Most are addicted to cycles of perpetual self-destruction, using their bodies as disposable fun factories from which they extract max perpetual pleasure……using a very wide array of the state and media sponsored fun chemicals. (caffeine, alcohol, junk food, narcotics, medical narcotics, sugar, tobacco, screen entertainment etc.)
But that’s not the only way “the great weakening” has been implemented, upon a completely uninformed population. Most people genuinely believe that they’re just living a great, sedated, fun and distraction-based lifestyle. Most folks equate their absolute destruction via poison as “the good life“. The person poisoning themselves the most on social media is adored and admired. The public poisoners who celebrate their love of poisons get the most likes, comments and shares…..via their never-ending alcohol selfies. The average person (especially in the US) doesn’t know that the cleanup crew is about to be sent in.
The US government (for example) isn’t sending the national guard, to many major American cities, to fight crime. That’s the easily digestible excuse, handcrafted so that the average TV watcher cheers on and endorses what was always planned to occur. The complete collapse (financial to begin) is coming and that’s when the national guard in the US will take full control of everybody, regardless if democrat or republican. This isn’t a blue vs red political party issue either. A population this unhealthy can’t survive and was never intended to survive. The US is the most asset laden country on the planet and its population is 70% obese and overly medicated. What did you think was going to happen and do you really think this is all one big accident? Please, people…….it’s no accident. The great poisoning is now about to transform into THE GREAT TAKING…..as is clearly outlined in the documentary of the same name. The asset theft has been going on a long time and is about to accelerate dramatically. It will be like taking candy from a baby, literally.
As I review where we all sit right now, please keep in mind that this is a) all by design b) was purposely socially engineered over the last 100 years and c) is now too severe to fix or remedy. What’s coming is coming. Solutions and safe positions will only be available to people who know what’s happening and why it’s happening.
Let’s quickly review. We have a population that has been poisoned for at least 100 years straight, on an ever-increasing scale, with the end goal being the complete theft of all public assets, or as many assets as the ruling group can get away with. The younger the person is, the sicker they are in general. (mostly because they’ve received the most injected poison of our population) The school system has purposely dumbed down the children, where many have lost their will to live, their genetic self-preservation mechanisms are almost extinguished. Seniors are being purposely euthanized in our hospitals. Canada’s MAID program (Medical Assistance in Dying) is expanding its reach. MAID is now being offered to more and more people, as they simply enter Canadian hospitals looking for basic medical care. If you’re weak and poisoned (and are still walking above ground), the system is being continually engineered to flush you right down the toilet. Saying that, there are obvious solutions that will end in you making it through all this with flying colors.
Logically, if the ruling group’s agenda is poisoning and weakening….the solution is health and strengthening. Simple stuff. What’s really important to understand is that most people are poisoning and weakening themselves because they’re under mind control. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is encouraging people to legally register their community and backyard gardens into a national registry, where anyone can join.
The initiative is called the People’s Garden Initiative, which was created to build a “more diverse and resilient local food system to empower communities to address issues like nutrition access and climate change,” the USDA says.
“The simple act of planting a garden can have big impacts – from building a more diverse and resilient local food system to empowering communities to address issues like nutrition access and climate change.”
The USDA says there are 5 types of gardens that qualify for this project:
Food – indoor and outdoor gardens, “to increase access and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in urban and rural areas.”
Wildlife Habitat– Areas designed to increase the number of animals and insects, namely pollinators such as bees.
Conservation – preservation of natural resources like soil, water, air, and so on.
Beautification – an objectively pretty garden, by “rethink[ing] the planting of seasonal annuals and instead design a space with native species of flowering plants to enhance the biodiversity of your community and build a healthier ecosystem.”
Education and Training – gardens can fall under on the previously mentioned 4, but solely created for teaching and internship.
The USDA clarifies that these gardens can be any shape or size.
“You can plant a home garden in your yard or in a small space like a windowsill or balcony.”
Every garden registered can currently be publicly viewed online, per an interactive map that displays all gardens around the nation.
Each dot can be clicked on to learn more specifics about a registered garden, such as the type and pictures of the garden.
According to a press release from the USDA published on September 9th, those who register will also be featured in USDA communications, and sent a swanky sign showing their registration.
Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack said:
“We welcome gardens nationwide to join us in the People’s Garden effort and all it represents.
“Local gardens across the country share USDA’s goals of building more diversified and resilient local food systems, empowering communities to come together around expanding access to healthy food, addressing climate change and advancing equity.
“We encourage existing gardens and new gardens to join the movement. Growing local food benefits local communities in so many ways, and we offer technical resources to help. Also, it’s a great way to connect with your local USDA team members.”
The press release notes that this project actually began in 2009. So, it would appear the USDA is attempting to make a renewed effort for this project. “It’s named for the “People’s Department,” former President Abraham Lincoln’s nickname for USDA, which was established during his presidency in 1862,” the USDA added.
But not everyone is on board with this idea.
Matt Agorist of The Free Thought Projectis pessimistic about this initiative, explaining that the USDA has never been in favor of people’s health. He cites an example of a group of physicians in 2020 who sent a whopping myriad of evidence to the USDA in a bid to reduce their recommended levels of sugar intake – levels these doctors thought was too high already, but settled on a reduced rate. In short, the USDA did not consider it and rejected the plea.
Agorist wrote,
“Now, this same organization is claiming that it wants you to register your vegetable garden so it can place you in a database and put your healthy food source on a map — for your health, of course. You also get a cool sign for your front yard too.
“While a handful of folks inside the USDA may have well-meaning intentions behind this program, the behemoth organization’s track record and history clearly indicate that the overwhelming majority of them do not care about your health. Not only do they not care about your health but most of their farm and food budget goes toward subsidizing products that directly harm your health.
“So, skepticism over a national garden database run by this organization is entirely warranted. As the world teeters on the verge of nuclear war and economic collapse, remember that in times of war and economic downturns, food is more valuable than gold.”

Please don’t do this. I, like Agorist, am quite pessimistic about initiatives such as this.
WinePress readers already know that the government and tech giants love to database our info already, and now registering your garden – even down to your windowsill plants (!) – they want to have on record. Absolutely not. But this type of thing certainly fits right in line with the coming CBDCs, social credit scores, carbon calculators, food IDs, and so forth. Right now it’s optional. But how long before it becomes mandatory?
With the food shortage narrative in play, it certainly could present an opportunity for the government to try and craft a narrative as to why Americans need to register their gardens, as to know who is buying what, what food crops are which, whose hogging up too much water, who is impoverished in nearby towns, how much excess you have, and on and on.
In the early days of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, many nations were already racing to get these very same types of agendas in place for the time they wish to roll them out. I suspect that when the famine gets to be a legitimate and obvious problem to the broad masses, coupled with a grand economic collapse – something I have been warning about for some time – that is when they might roll this type of thing out. Admittedly, some of this is speculative on my end.
Do you realize that most states still to this day still ban the commercial sale of raw milk and dairy products? I cannot go to the store and eat and drink what I want: I need the government’s approval, as they are “all-knowing.” And those that do want to sell raw milk and dairy, for example, if they are allowed to do it, have to have their practices registered, inspected, and datalogged, but still cannot sell it on the grocery store shelves in most states, but through these convoluted backdoor channels and red tape, most consumers will never notice and realize. And the states that do allow the commercial sale of raw milk and dairy, had to lobby and plead with the government to be allowed to do it!
So, lest anyone think that I am not a “patriot” and whining about nothing, then I suggest you chew on that apple and think about what I just said… And that is just one example. If you cannot eat and drink what you want, and plant and pasture whatever you want, without the government’s permission, then you do not have freedom. PERIOD. No president, governor, politician, or media tell-a-vision prophet will admit this truth to you, on either side.

But you see, that is not part of the new paradigm. America has an odd fusion of communism and fascism for a puppet government. This will be the framework for this “Great Reset.” “You’ll own nothing, and be happy” – as the masses live in these smart cities, packed in like sardines, physically connected to the grid; where everything is serviced and run through by the major corporations working in tandem with the government.
The bottom line is this: do NOT EVER register your garden with the government. Simple as that.

This is how the 2008/09 H1N1 swine flu pandemic started and it is suspected that pigs in Haskell country, Kansas may have triggered the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic which is estimated to have killed between 50 and 100 million people. Now a new study suggests that pet cats could be just as dangerous – and could provide the bridge that allows H5N1 bird flu to mutate and jump to humans.
We should be very afraid and be looking to getting rid of our pets, or so they’d have us believe. Meanwhile the Guardian is hyping it up by warning all pregnant women who contract bird flu will die!
They’ve actually been targeting cats in NZ and elsewhere for some time now.
The Americans say “You can’t fight City Hall”. When you take on your council, Big Bureaucracy always wins because it is not a fair game.
Not only do they set the rules, they are the referee as well.
In central governments, the average worker is a nobody. Managers might have influence in their own departments, but not in others. In local government, people are more interconnected. This makes the problem worse. You could appeal to your elected representatives, but they are more likely to know the key people, work with them regularly, and need them in the future. You will be sacrificed for the ongoing relationship.
It is a world-wide issue. Here is a typical example from New Zealand, that has all the hallmarks of a classic battle with incompetence, cover-ups, outright lies and legal bullying funded by the deep pockets of unsuspecting taxpayers. “David” is Murray and Margaret Shaw, while “Goliath” is the Hamilton City Council.
The Shaws are retired, and have devoted a couple of decades to creating a beautiful nature sanctuary on the outskirts of the city. There are ponds, trees and an abundance of native birds, safe from the city where pet cats often kill chicks, and street lights dazzle the owls at night.
The council has spent the same couple of decades planning suburban growth to devour the surrounding land. Thousands of pages of reports and studies gathered dust on shelves as the wheels of bureaucracy turned slowly. But a sudden offer in 2017 of $280m in government funding changed that. The politicians needed target dates for each stage (unsurprisingly connected to election timetables), so City Hall was under time pressure to deliver.
I was sitting outside in NZ’s Northland sunshine, December 2024. All year round, it’s the warmest district in the country and has a wealth of orange orchards. The temperature was 24 deg and set to get warmer. I was eating an orange however, that had traveled all the way to NZ from 7798 miles away. Grown in the US of A. I don’t generally buy imported oranges on principle, however someone else had brought me these. Similarly, I also had in my fridge, some Australian oranges. Those had traveled 2583 miles to get here. How big were thosecarbon footprints? Good luck with those calculations. Generally speaking, it would appear, according to the Davos boys, we shouldn’t be traveling too far or buying stuff that traveled a long way?
Now Northland is known for its orange orchards. It is one of the two leaders in our citrus industry. The other district is Gisborne. Twenty years ago I lived in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, which is near there, during which time we had free access to a local orchard to pick all the oranges we wanted. Why? Because the owner told us the supermarkets weren’t interested in buying them and to pick and sell them themselves was not cost effective at all. Meanwhile, just down the road the local supermarket sold fruit from, you guessed it, Australia and the US. So we would drive to town to shop, passing multiple orange orchards with beautiful ripe oranges falling on the ground and frequently going to waste.

You’ve noticed the news about a bird flu health crisis — sick birds, egg shortages, price hikes. The empty shelves, constant updates and confusing directives likely stir up memories of COVID. But there’s a reason why bird flu, or H5N1, feels like a repeat performance. For starters, officials have been warning about a coming bird flu pandemic for years, but every instance of fearmongering about a lethal bird flu has turned out to be false.
That’s why I wrote “The Great Bird Flu Hoax” in 2009. Now, bird flu is making headlines again as outbreaks occur in birds, other animals and even humans across the U.S. If it seems like déjà vu, you’re not imagining it; it’s deliberate. Dr. Clayton Baker, an internal medicine physician and author with the Brownstone Institute, cuts through the noise: “Bird flu is a complete rerun of the COVID script,” only now it’s your food supply, not your freedom, under siege.1
Consider bird flu a set of calculated steps — pages from a playbook you’ve seen before. Those tasked with solving these crises — public health officials — often fuel them, a tactic rooted in years of “pandemic preparedness” groundwork. But this time, your groceries are the new battlefield. Clayton explains:2
“Last time, with COVID, the pandemic-planning bioterrorists directly blackmailed us by taking away our civil rights, in order to coerce us to accept their unsafe and ineffective vaccines. This time, with bird flu, the pandemic planning bioterrorists are indirectly blackmailing us by targeting our food, in order to coerce us to accept more of their unsafe and ineffective vaccines into our food supply and those who supply it.”
What exactly is bird flu? H5N1 is a virus that typically affects birds such as chickens and ducks. The World Health Organization explains it’s been present in wild bird populations for decades, sometimes crossing over to farm animals or, in rare cases, humans.3 The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) reports that since 2022, more than 150 million birds have been killed due to H5N1, with 41.4 million culled between December 2024 and January 2025 alone.4,5
Authorities are testing flocks extensively, eliminating entire groups if even one bird tests positive. The ramifications extend far beyond the barnyard to your everyday routine. With tens of millions of chickens lost, eggs and poultry have become scarcer and costlier. Egg prices are expected to increase 20.3% in 20256 and reached a 45-year peak in January.7
Further, vaccines are likely to be introduced into your food supply, altering what you consume without your consent. For instance, the USDA granted a conditional license to pharmaceutical company Zoetis for its bird flu vaccine, labelled for use in chickens.8 According to Baker, the CEO of Zoetis, formerly a subsidiary of Pfizer, has “close ties to Pfizer, BlackRock, and the Gates Foundation, all well-established bad actors during the COVID era.”
Further, many aren’t aware that in 2012, scientists genetically modified the wild H5N1 virus in a lab to create a pandemic strain that could spread through the air, raising concerns about unintended releases and lab leaks, a risk that feels all too familiar in the post-COVID era.9
The COVID Playbook — Same Game, Different Field
Recall the COVID pandemic for a moment. You likely remember scientists altering a virus in a lab, its subsequent escape and the sudden restrictions that kept you on lockdown awaiting a shot. As Baker notes, COVID’s SARS-CoV-2 emerged from lab manipulation under the guise of pandemic preparedness, leaking in 2019, and bird flu is tracing a parallel path.
A 2012 report in The Guardian details similar experiments with H5N1, including how scientists manipulated the virus to become airborne and able to spread via droplets from coughs or sneezes.10 Bird flu shifts the focus from lockdowns to your food supply. Baker explains that instead of confining you, authorities are culling flocks to create food shortages that pressure you into accepting vaccines.
The approach remains consistent — craft a virus, develop an injection, then instill fear to ensure compliance. During COVID, PCR testing was rampant, even though PCR tests detect minute, non-threatening traces of the virus, leading to false positives and raising alarm unnecessarily.
Today, they’re applying the same tactic to poultry, relying on misleading PCR tests as they ramp up testing for bird flu. They’re testing not only birds but also milk and farmers relentlessly, stacking up misleading positive results to sustain the tension. Baker explains that this isn’t conspiracy theory — it’s pattern recognition:11
“To perpetuate the mass slaughter and worsen food shortages, ‘public health’ authorities are performing indiscriminate PCR testing for the virus among the animal population and farmers, knowing full well this will generate countless false positives …
Authorities are using this excessive testing along with media-generated fear-mongering and governmental abuse of power, to prolong the mass slaughter of farm animals and the food shortages. The mass slaughter of farm animals and resulting food shortages are being used to blackmail the population into mass acceptance of the vaccines in their food supply, in exchange for a return to normal life.”
Eliminating over 150 million birds doesn’t halt the H5N1 virus — it reduces your food availability. Yet, the USDA has invested $1.25 billion in indemnity and compensation payments to farmers affected by bird flu since 2022.12 This means your tax dollars are directly funding a strategy that isn’t working.
In fact, it’s making things worse. As Nicolas Hulscher, an epidemiologist with the University of Michigan School of Public Health, points out, this massive expenditure not only incentivizes farmers to comply with the mass killing of their animals but also represents a serious misuse of taxpayer money, triggering a cascade of severe downstream consequences.13
One of the most immediate consequences you’re experiencing is the skyrocketing price of eggs. This makes a basic food staple less affordable for everyone. Further, Hulscher highlights a disturbing connection between mass culling and chicken-to-human transmission of H5N1. A study published in The New England Journal of Medicine found that 100% of poultry-linked human H5N1 cases were traced back to these depopulation efforts.14
So, the very actions intended to “protect” public health are increasing the risk of human infection. Perhaps most concerning is the fact that mass culling isn’t even necessary. Hulscher cites three separate studies demonstrating that chickens can survive H5N1 infection and develop natural immunity. This natural immunity then helps to limit future spread of the virus. This evidence suggests a far more effective and less costly approach than the current mass slaughter.
Hulscher argues that the USDA’s current biosecurity strategies are clearly failing, especially given the continuous reinfection of farms by wild mallard ducks. He calls for the USDA to be transparent about their testing methods to end the unnecessary culling of healthy birds, and to allow natural immunity to develop as a more sustainable solution.
Bird Flu Shots on the Horizon
Bird flu shots are now front and center. In addition to the USDA’s conditional license for Zoetis’ bird flu vaccine for chickens, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agreed to give Moderna $590 million to develop an mRNA vaccine for H5N1 in humans — even though the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said bird flu is a low risk to people.15
Dr. Robert Malone draws parallels to the COVID-19 pandemic response, particularly regarding the use of mRNA technology:16
“No evidence exists that any influenza vaccine will provide anything even close to sterilizing immunity (complete protection from infection, replication, and spread). In other words, what we can reliably predict is that the Moderna product that you are paying for will provide yet another leaky influenza vaccine with the added risks associated with current mRNA vaccine technology.”
Why, Malone asks, aren’t they exploring other options, like breeding poultry that are naturally resistant to H5N1? It’s a valid point, especially considering H5N1’s prevalence in wild birds — it’s not going away. He echoes Hulscher’s criticisms of mass culling, pointing out its failures: the virus continues to spread, egg prices are through the roof and there’s even an increased risk of the virus jumping from chickens to the people handling them.
And remember, all this is costing you — $1.25 billion of your tax money has been spent on this ineffective strategy. Malone warns that the USDA’s current policies, including mass culling and the upcoming use of these leaky mRNA vaccines, could make things worse.
They could lead to the evolution of vaccine-resistant strains of H5N1, which could then spread back into wild birds and even infect humans. There’s also the fact that influenza viruses, like H5N1, mutate rapidly. So, even if an mRNA shot is developed for one strain, it won’t work against the next. This would lead to the promotion of ongoing booster shots, another page from the COVID playbook.
What You Can Do to Stop the Playbook
The first step to break free from this destructive cycle is understanding that it exists. From there, urge officials to stop mass flock culls. “It traumatizes farmers, wastes resources, creates food shortages, is inhumane in the extreme to animals, and does nothing to stop the virus. Let the flocks develop natural immunity,” Baker says.17
He also advises ending the use of PCR testing for bird flu in animals and humans, noting, “Willy-nilly PCR testing creates innumerable false positives, which fuels the … hysteria, paralyzes decision-makers, and promotes population-wide blackmail.” Baker recommends an overhaul on leadership as well, including removing USDA and CDC heads stuck on this flawed approach and disbanding the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy.
While cleaning house, Baker calls for investigations into the USDA Southeast Poultry Research Lab in Athens, Georgia, and the Kawaoka Bird Flu Lab at the University of Wisconsin, which are involved in gain-of-function research on H5N1. Multiple accidents involving H5N1 have been reported at the University of Wisconsin lab over the years.18 Meanwhile, oppose hasty shot rollouts while supporting natural immunity and breeding H5N1-resistant flocks instead.
The unfolding bird flu narrative serves as a chilling echo of the COVID-19 pandemic, starkly illustrating a playbook dusted off and redeployed. From the familiar refrains of fearmongering and questionable testing to the push for pharmaceutical interventions and the disregard for natural solutions, the patterns are undeniable.
This time, the battlefield has shifted from our civil liberties to our dinner tables, with food security now under siege through policies that are less about genuine public health and more about control and corporate gain.
To break free from this déjà vu, you must recognize this pattern for what it is: a calculated strategy playing out once more. The lesson from COVID is clear: unquestioning compliance with top-down directives leads to predictable and detrimental outcomes. It’s time to demand transparency, challenge the prevailing narrative, advocate for evidence-based solutions like natural immunity and, ultimately, refuse to let history, or rather, the playbook, repeat itself.

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has gloated that “we” will soon have little use for human beings thanks to advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
According to Gates, humans will soon not be “needed” for “most things.”
Gates made gloating remarks while grinning from ear to ear and rubbing his hands together during an interview on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
While Gates appeared to revel in the idea of humans being replaced by machines, he admitted that people may still be required for entertainment purposes such as sports.
“We won’t wanna watch computers play baseball,” Gates noted.
Fallon had asked Gates whether AI was going to “take over” and what the downsides and benefits of it were.
Gates explained that “intelligence is rare,” but that artificial intelligence will start to replace great teachers and doctors over the course of the next decade.
He went on to suggest that many types of jobs will be replaced and that people could only end up working two or three days a week.
“This is a bit scary, it’s completely new territory,” he added.
“Will we still need humans?” asked Fallon.
“Not for most things,” responded Gates, prompting Fallon to hold his hands over his mouth in shock.
After Fallon suggested humans would still be needed for entertainment purposes, like hosting a talk show, Gates concurred.
“Well, we’ll decide. You know, like baseball.
“We won’t want to watch computers play baseball.
“So there’ll be some things that we reserve for ourselves.”
According to Gates, allowing humans to grow food and contribute to society by making things is a “problem” that needs to be “solved.”
“But in terms of making things and moving things and growing food, over time, those will be basically solved problems,” Gates asserted.
Meanwhile, Gates has been busy sounding the alarm over the “next pandemic” and calling for “preparedness.”
The billionaire said the chance of another pandemic in the next four years is a source of great concern, as Slay News reported.
Concerns about the next pandemic, and how prepared the world is for it, have been rife since COVID-19 plunged the world into economic and healthcare turmoil amid the unprecedented breakout in 2020.
Gates, who has long been vocal about the threats of outbreaks of disease, is a major player in global health policies and initiatives.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Gates said he believes there is a 10-15 percent chance of a “natural pandemic” hitting in the next four years.
Gates doubled down on this warning during a Tuesday appearance on the ABC News propaganda show “The View.”
Again rubbing his hands together, Gates told the audience that “[the Covid pandemic] killed millions, it was awful, we got the vaccine.”
“The next [pandemic] could be far more severe,” he added.
“There’s even some pathogens out there that we’re watching over right now.
Elsewhere during his appearance on “The View,” Gates expressed panic over efforts by President Donald Trump’s administration to scale back the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
The Trump administration has placed Secretary of State Marco Rubio in control of USAID following investigations by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
DOGE uncovered alarming levels of corruption of misuse of taxpayer money at USAID, prompting Trump to order the State Department to absorb the agency.
Among other bombshells, Musk revealed that USAID used tax dollars to fund the bioweapons research that developed the COVID-19 virus in a biolab in China.
However, despite the emerging controversies and scandals related to USAID, Gates said he’s “worried” about the agency being scaled back.
Gates told “The View” that cutting back on USAID’s powers could result in “literally millions of deaths.”
He specifically took aim at Elon Musk, who is leading DOGE’s investigations into USAID.
“Well, Elon, his private sector work, you know, has been very innovative, really fantastic,” Gates said.
“A lot of private sector people, when they get into government they don’t take the time necessarily to see what the good work is or why it’s structured the way it is, so I’m a little worried, particularly with this USAID stuff.”
Gates responded to a question from co-host Sara Haines about Musk’s role in the U.S. government.
Musk had described USAID as a “viper’s nest of radical-left Marxists who hate America.”
He argues that the agency is like a “ball of worms” that needs to be “shut down.”
“My foundation partners with USAID on nutrition and getting vaccines out and, you know, there’s incredible people,” Gates said.
“You know, they’re not actually worms that work there.
“So, you know, hopefully, we’ll get some of that work back in shape.
In fact, if we don’t, you know, you could have literally millions of deaths.”
“So, with aid, people think, you know, wow, how much do we give to these countries, as you said, it’s less than a percent,” he added.
“People think it’s 5%, and it should be 2%, but it’s actually under 1%.”

Investment banker, former HUD official, and founder of the Solari Report Catherine Austin Fitts describes for Steve Kirsch on a recent episode of VSRF Live how America has been suffering through an intentional “Great Poisoning” being conducted by the Deep State. Fitts notes that this Great Poisoning is executed via means including “vaccines” and is being implemented in order to balance retirement savings and the actuarial books. The former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development notes that those who attempt to “course correct” the Great Poisoning get fired, shot, or assassinated.
“I started to talk about this in the late ’90s. America has been in a process that I call the Great Poisoning, of which vaccines are a part, but they’re only a part,” Fitts says. “And…the goal of poisoning the population is intentional. And one of the reasons it’s intentional is it’s the only way you can balance the retirement savings in the actuarial books that I know of.”

“And so, when the financial coup started, they started to bring down life expectancy. And it wasn’t just one thing. It was opioids. It was fentanyl. They approved OxyContin. After the budget deal in 1995 busted, literally the next month…they approved OxyContin and the pill mills started and the mortgage fraud and predatory lending. All of that targeting poor neighborhoods along with an increase in narcotics trafficking. And that was bringing the life expectancy down in the lower income groups.
“Now if you look at COVID, it just accelerated that dramatically in the middle-income groups. So, I’m sure the Great Poisoning is a plan. And the proof of the plan, and to me it’s proven, is the refusal to course correct. And that’s why I think [RFK Jr.] going in as head of HHS is gonna be very interesting because he’s gonna try and course correct…[and] I think you have a lot of people in the American population who don’t want to face the fact of what happened with the COVID injections.
“But the reason you haven’t course corrected the Great Poisoning for 20 years is because the people who try and course correct it lose their jobs. They get fired. They get shot. They get assassinated. One congressman just said the other day [that they could] commit suicide by shooting themselves in the back of the head 5 times. Do you know what I mean? In 1979, as Iranian revolutionaries were taking charge in Tehran, Carter National Security Adviser, Afghan Frankenstein godfather and Trilateral Commission co-founder Zbigniew Brzezinski was in Kuwait City meeting with Kuwaiti Emir Sheik Jaber Ahmed al Sabah, House of Saud envoys and Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. President Eisenhower commissioned JASON to investigate the UFO question. Many of the group’s top scientists came from the Manhattan Project which developed the atomic bomb. The authors of the worst atrocities in modern history have always grasped the chilling paradox that they were largely shielded from exposure by the very heinousness of what they’d done, and/or what they were doing. In other words, the perpetrators were, and are, protected from exposure not so much by mass indifference (although that, surely, is a factor) as by mass incredulity—a sort of sentimental chauvinism, shielding us from guilty knowledge (and, therefore, complicity) by the authoritarian conviction that those in power on our side certainly would never do such things, whereas the Enemy (of course) does little else.
The maintenance of that mass delusion has required two strategies, one practical, one psychological.
Mandatory medical activity authorisations: for a human medicine that is or contains gene technology that has been approved by at least two recognised overseas gene technology regulators.
Emergency authorisations: when there is an actual or imminent threat to the health and safety of people or to the environment, for example, threat from a disease outbreak, or an industrial spillage. The Minister responsible for the Gene Technology Act (the Minister) will have the power to grant an emergency authorisation.
These clauses bypass the medical choice provisions of the New Zealand Bill of Rights.
They violate the conclusions of Phase 1 of the Royal Commission on the pandemic which found that vaccine mandates hurt people and the economy.
They pre-empt the findings of Phase Two of the Royal Commission which has yet to examine the safety of COVID-19 vaccines produced via gene editing.
It empowers the Minister to make health decisions affecting all Kiwis on the say-so of foreign gene regulators of his choice.
The Bill is being passed under Fast Track legislation designed to prevent public discussion of its controversial provisions and adequate understanding of its impact by MPs. There is no time sensitive need for this.
The Bill ignores the experience and lessons of the last five years of the pandemic which has been a gene technology disaster responsible for 30 million deaths worldwide. Its logic is therefore incomprehensible even to well-informed observers, but it appears to find echoes in a dark history:

Following the 1933 Nazi acquisition of power, Germany underwent a rapid and sweeping revolution that reached deep into the fabric of daily life. At the beginning, it occurred quietly and out of sight of most of the population. At its core was ‘enabling’ legislation that empowered the government and its appointees (read: regulators) to take far reaching decisions on behalf of the whole population. Its core aim was Gleichschaltung—coordination—designed to bring citizens, government ministries, universities, cultural and social institutions inline with Hitler’s extreme beliefs and attitudes.
Today we are facing efforts aimed at global coordination of technology, including biotechnology, food tech and information technology. The New Zealand government appears very willing to play a leading role in this revolution, whatever the implications. We have reported on these previously at length (here, here, here and here).
In addition to the prospect of government reimposition of medical mandates, the Bill does not require labelling of gene altered foods. As this flies in the face of all the canons of food safety and traceability established over the last 100 years, the only possible motivations are either a desire to deny consumers any right to preferences, or a wish to avoid any safety monitoring or culpability. Not only will we be unable to exercise medical autonomy, but we will no longer know what we are eating. This is an extraordinary and frightening prospect and not just for those who struggle with allergies. Food choice is not the prerogative of the government or bioscientists no matter how sure of themselves.
Something absolutely fundamental and personal is being taken away from us
This Bill is being promoted and steered by Judith Collins, with the full support and encouragement of the Prime Minister Chris Luxon and the leader of the ACT Party David Seymour. Collins is a lawyer and long time Parliamentarian, she will fully understand the import of the Bill. As a previous leader of the National Party who lost an election, it is hard to escape the suggestion that Collins may be taking satisfaction from the imposition of her will on those who rejected her leadership. We have all heard stories of waiters who piss in the awkward customer’s beer and laugh behind their backs. I am sorry to draw such a gross comparison, but my sense of outrage demands it.
The Gene Technology Bill seeks to institute a revolution, it spits in the face of the public who suffered during the pandemic and who voted in a new government with the thought that things might change. Instead we appear to have more of the same or worse. The refusal of Health New Zealand to publish up to date health statistics such as those for cancer incidence, speaks volumes about a government determined to avoid any accountability, even at the expense of public health. For the record, US insurance data reveals that cancer incidence has had a steady and unremitting upward trajectory since the introduction of COVID-19 vaccines. Ignored by our government and worse: covered up.
There is a time for everything and a season for every purpose under Heaven. A time to be born and a time to die, Now is the time to lobby your MP and let them know exactly what you think. Time to make our voice heard.
Please write to your MP before the summer break brings consideration to a close and put a note in your diary to follow up afterwards. This fight is winnable.

This is how the 2008/09 H1N1 swine flu pandemic started and it is suspected that pigs in Haskell country, Kansas may have triggered the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic which is estimated to have killed between 50 and 100 million people. Now a new study suggests that pet cats could be just as dangerous – and could provide the bridge that allows H5N1 bird flu to mutate and jump to humans.
We should be very afraid and be looking to getting rid of our pets, or so they’d have us believe. Meanwhile the Guardian is hyping it up by warning all pregnant women who contract bird flu will die!
They’ve actually been targeting cats in NZ and elsewhere for some time now.
We’ve also been targeting possums, deer,birds, rabbits, tahr and other animals considered by our conservation authorities to be pests. They even reward children these days for their efforts in killing them.Then there’s the NZ poultry farm in the South Island that recently had to have its birds culled to the tune of 80,000 plus.
In NZ here we have Pest Free NZ (PFNZ). It fuels the production of 1080 poison a lucrative business. Here begins the unravelling.
The poison 1080 is a deadly poison NZ uses with impunity (has done for 60+ years) claiming it is harmless, breaks down in water and targets pests… it doesn’t. It is a very dangerous poison and Doctors are deterred from reporting 1080 poisoning of humans as one MD found out following the death of a hiker that he reported in 2006. The NZ lab lost her heart!

To throw some light on all of this seemingly senseless culling and the endless hype about yet another ‘flu’ strain that looms ready to kill us all, I draw your attention to an excellent article by Jenese James written in 2018. She uncovers the underlying agenda to much of this.

The plandemic of course kills (pun intended) more than one bird with one stone. They get the next human cull with the new speedily produced, untested, EUA jab designed for whatever deadly disease presents itself (especially targeting those ‘miscreants’ who declined the first one) and they eradicate all of the food sources you may draw on in the coming famine that they will have created by destroying farmers, Bill Gates is hogging all the farm land, promoting fake meat production and targeting all good food like raw milk and home gardens. They wish to deceive we the public into thinking they have our best interests at heart. Saving native species, saving us from so called man made global warming by herding us into 15 minute ‘smart’ cities, ensuring we own nothing and are happy.
Fortunately folk have woken up to the agenda & are pushing back.

Further to our previous article revealing David Seymour’s links to the Atlas Network, I came across this one recently at Substack by Torfrida Orme (posted at Tapatahi Substack) and was intrigued to see Seymour’s Waitangi 2024 interview with Mihingarangi Forbes. It’s earlier on in the piece with relation to the Treaty Principles Bill, soon after it was introduced.
In it he shifts uncomfortably when asked ‘does the Act Party have any links to the Atlas Network?’ (@ 13 mins this topic begins)
He replies ‘no’, but resorts to the now time-worn and fizzled go-to … ‘conspiracy theory’. Trying unsuccessfully to heap shame on Mihingarangi for descending to such ‘low quality’ information, casting aspersions upon her journalistic ability. Her ability IMO towers well above today’s lamestream endeavours.
Seymour’s own links to Atlas are easily-verifiable by his historical job stints at two Canadian Atlas-affiliated think tanks.
Because we appear to have a repeat scenario such as happened in Australia, particularly with regard to the Treaty Principles Bill here and Aussie’s referendum with respect to an indigenous voice in Parliament. (Video links all in the article). Rather than promoting equality for all, it is becoming more apparent that he really is inciting racial division. Going by the Aussie playbook at least. Race is another time-worn tactic. It is the ace card of those who seek to divide and rule. It’s how GB retained control over so many millions in India for so long.

There are some aspects of the source article we don’t agree with however the main thrust is Seymour’s links to Atlas and their agenda. Re climate change. We do recognize there is a change in climate however who is behind that, in our opinion, is not you & I and our alleged use of ‘fossil fuels’, rather it is the well documented practice of weather modification. In 1996, Henry Lamb exposed the UN’s plan to take over the world using a book the UN had published the year before. The title of the book is ‘Our Global Neighbourhood’.
Written by 28 “experts” the book describes a global taxation scheme to fund the UN’s operations; a standing UN army; an Economic Security Council; UN authority over the global commons, expanded authority for the Secretary-General and much more. By 1996, some of the plans had already been implemented. As the years have gone by, more and more of the plan has been and is being rolled out.
In 1996, Lamb gave a t talk on the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Wildlands Project at the Granada Forum.
“All of the conspiracy theories that you’ve ever heard about ‘One World Government’, about the UN takeover of the world, all of those conspiracies have now been laid to rest,” he said. “There’s nothing conspiratorial about it. It’s all published!”
“The UN-funded Commission on Global Governance began meeting in 1992, in earnest … and last fall released their final report. It is entitled ‘Our Global Neighbourhood’,” he said.
After briefly describing the 1995 document, he goes on to talk about Agenda 21, the Biodiversity Treaty, The Wildlands Project and the Global Biodiversity Assessment.

Our Global Neighbourhood is the report of the Commission on Global Governance issued in 1995. The Commission on Global Governance, an international commission of 28 people, was established in 1992 to suggest new ways in which the international community might cooperate to further an agenda of global security.
The report presented the Commission’s conclusions and recommendations for discussion at the General Assembly of the United Nations’ 50th-anniversary session. Divided into seven chapters, the report served as “a call to action,” encouraging world leaders and non-governmental actors to work together toward achieving the goals expressed by the commission.
In 1996, Henry Lamb published ‘A Summary Analysis’ which is 22 pages. The following is a summary of Lamb’s analysis. You can read his full analysis HERE.
A Summary of Henry Lamb’s Analysis of Our Global Neighbourhood
The Commission on Global Governance released its recommendations in preparation for a World Conference on Global Governance, scheduled for 1998, where official world governance treaties were expected to be adopted for implementation by the year 2000.
The Commission’s proposals included expanding the authority of the United Nations (“UN”) to provide global taxation, a standing UN army, an Economic Security Council, UN authority over the global commons and an end to the veto power of permanent members of the Security Council.
Other proposals include the establishment of a new parliamentary body of “civil society” representatives (“NGOs”), a new “Petitions Council”, a new Court of Criminal Justice, binding verdicts of the International Court of Justice and expanded authority for the UN Secretary-General.
The Commission consisted of 28 people, carefully selected for their prominence, influence, and ability to effect the implementation of the recommendations. It was endorsed by the UN Secretary-General and funded through various trust funds and foundations.
The Commission on Global Governance has released its recommendations in preparation for a World Conference on Global Governance, scheduled for 1998, where official world governance treaties are expected to be adopted for implementation by the year 2000.
‘Our Global Neighbourhood’, was published by Oxford University Press in 1995 and reflects the work of dozens of different agencies and commissions over several years.
Background and Formation of the Commission
The Commission on Global Governance was established in 1992 with 28 members and funding from the UNDP, nine national governments and private foundations.
The Commission was formed after a report on global governance opportunities was presented in April 1991, in Stockholm, by Ingvar Carlsson, then Prime Minister of Sweden, and Shirdath Ramphal, Secretary General of the Commonwealth.
The report was initially requested by former West German Chancellor Willy Brandt, who called a group of international leaders to Konigswinter, Germany in January 1990.
The Commission’s co-chairmen, Ingvar Carlsson and Shirdath Ramphal, met with UN Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali in April 1992 to secure his endorsement of the effort.

16. Hongkoo Lee, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, held positions as Minister of National Unification, Ambassador to the United Kingdom, and Professor of Political Science at Seoul National University.
17. Wangari Maathai, founder of the Green Belt Movement in Kenya, also served as Chair of the National Council of Women of Kenya and spokesperson for non-government organizations at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio.
18. Sadako Ogata, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees since 1991, held positions as Director of the International Relations Institute and Chairman of the Executive Board of UNICEF.
19. Olara Otunnu, President of the International Peace Academy in New York, served as Foreign Minister of Uganda and Chaired the UN Commission on Human Rights.
20. I.G. Patel, Chairman of the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, held various positions including Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, Chief Economic Adviser to the Indian Government, and Deputy Administrator of the United Nations Development Program.
21. Celina Vargas do Amaral Peixoto, Director of the Getulio Vargas Foundation, also served as Director-General of the Brazilian National Archives and Director of the Centre of Research and Documentation on Brazilian History.
22. Jan Pronk, Minister for Development Co-operation in the Netherlands, held positions as Vice Chairman of the Labor Party, Member of Parliament, and Deputy Secretary-General of UNCTAD.
23. Qian Jiadong, Deputy Director-General of the China Centre for International Studies, served as Ambassador and Permanent Representative in Geneva to the United Nations and Ambassador for Disarmament Affairs.
24. Marie-Angelique Savane, Director of the Africa Division of the UN Population Fund, held positions as Director of the UNFPA in Dakar, Advisor to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, and President of the Association of African Women for Research and Development.
25. Adele Simmons, President of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, served as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the UN High Level Advisory Board on Sustainable Development, and President Carter’s Commission on World Hunger.
26. Maurice Strong is a prominent figure from Canada, holding multiple positions including Chairman and CEO of Ontario Hydro, Chairman of the Earth Council, and Secretary-General of Earth Summits I and II. He is also a member of the World Commission on Environment and Development, and his work is featured in the November/December 1995 issue of Ecologic.
27. Brian Urquhart, from the United Kingdom, is a Scholar-in-Residence at the Ford Foundation’s International Affairs Program and has served as the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Special Political Affairs from 1972 to 1986. Urquhart is also a member of the Independent Commission on Disarmament and Security Issues.
28. Yuli Vorontsov, from Russia, has held various diplomatic positions including Ambassador to the United States, Ambassador to the United Nations, and Advisor to President Boris Yeltsin on Foreign Affairs. Vorontsov has also served as Ambassador to Afghanistan, France and India.
The Reasoning for Global Governance
The Commission believed that world events, advances in technology and global awareness of environmental catastrophe create a climate in which the people of the world would recognise the need for global governance.
According to the report, global governance “does not imply world government or world federalism,” but rather a new system of governance that employs a variety of methods, without giving the governed an opportunity to vote on the outcome.
The foundation for global governance is based on the belief that the world is ready to accept a “global civic ethic” based on core values such as respect for life, liberty, justice and equity, and that governance should be underpinned by democracy and the rule of enforceable law.
However, the report’s definition of “respect for life” is not limited to human life, but rather means equal respect for all life, consistent with the biocentric view that all life has equal intrinsic value.

Core Values and Principles
The Commission’s proposals were based on a set of core values that prioritise human security, environmental protection and global governance. These core values have been emerging in UN documents since the late 1980s and have dominated international conferences, agreements and treaties since 1992, including Agenda 21 adopted in Rio de Janeiro.
The Commission on Global Governance emphasised the importance of extending respect for life to all living beings, not just humans, and noted that the impulse to possess territory is a powerful one that must be overcome.
It also highlighted the need to balance national sovereignty with international responsibility, stating that although states are sovereign, they are not free to do whatever they want and that global rules of custom constrain their freedom.
Maurice Strong, a member of the Commission, suggests that sovereignty cannot be exercised unilaterally by individual nation-states and that it will yield to the imperatives of global environmental cooperation.
The Commission proposed sweeping changes to the UN based on the core value of “justice and equity,” which aims to reduce disparities and bring about a more balanced distribution of opportunities around the world.
It also emphasised the importance of “mutual respect,” defined as “tolerance,” and noted that individual achievement and personal responsibility may be counter to this value.
The UN’s World Core Curriculum, authored by former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations Robert Muller, aims to promote a global approach to education and encourage students to become “true planetary citizens.”
The Commission’s proposals also institutionalised the value of “caring,” which aims to encourage cooperation to help those in need and defines “integrity” as the adoption and practice of core values and the absence of corruption. It believed that as the world adopts these core values, a “global ethic” will emerge, which will embody a set of common rights and responsibilities and provide a framework for effective global governance.
A Global Ethic and Human Security
The proposed global ethic would bestow upon all people certain rights, including a secure life, an opportunity to earn a fair living and equal access to the global commons.
The Commission noted that the effectiveness of this global ethic will depend on the ability of people and governments to transcend narrow self-interests and agree on a set of common rights and responsibilities.
The Commission on Global Governance emphasised that the right to a “secure life” encompasses not only freedom from war but also protection from chronic threats such as hunger, disease and repression, as well as sudden disruptions in daily life.
Human security was considered a goal as important as state security, marking a significant expansion of the United Nations’ responsibilities, which would now include the security of individuals within member states.
The Commission also highlighted the importance of environmental security, emphasising the need to control human activities that harm the planet’s life support systems and applying the “precautionary principle” to mitigate these risks.
Economic Security and Global Governance
The right to earn a “fair living” has far-reaching implications, including the need for fair distribution of natural resources, elimination of extreme income disparities, and the creation of job opportunities for all people.
The Commission proposed the establishment of an Economic Security Council to oversee global economic governance and ensure that all people have the opportunity to earn a fair living.
The Trusteeship Council would be given the mandate to exercise trusteeship over the global commons, including the administration of environmental treaties and the levying of user fees, taxes and royalties for permits to use the global commons.
The global commons are defined as the atmosphere, outer space, the oceans and related environment and life-support systems that contribute to the support of human life.
Restructuring the UN System and UN Army
The Commission’s recommendations for achieving global governance involved enforcing core values through a global bureaucracy, which would be established through a revitalised and restructured United Nations system.
The UN Security Council, the supreme organ of the United Nations system, would be reformed to have 23 members, with the permanent members’ veto power phased out and the remaining members serving as “standing members” until a full review of member status can be conducted.
New principles for the Security Council’s actions would be established, including the right to a secure existence for all people, the prevention of conflict and war and the elimination of conditions that generate security threats.
The Security Council would be empowered to intervene in the affairs of sovereign states when the security of individuals is in jeopardy, including military intervention as a last resort, and would be authorised to raise a standing army, known as the United Nations Volunteer Force.
The United Nations Volunteer Force would be a small, highly trained, well-equipped force of 10,000 troops, available for rapid deployment anywhere in the world, under the exclusive authority of the UN Security Council and the day-to-day command of the UN Secretary-General.
The Trusteeship Council, an original principal organ of the United Nations system, would be reconstituted to have authority over the global commons, with a fixed number of members, including qualified members from “civil society,” such as accredited NGOs.
The Commission proposed a significant shift in the UN system, giving unelected, self-appointed environmental activists a position of governmental authority on the governing board of the agency controlling the use of the atmosphere, outer space, the oceans and biodiversity.
The Economic and Social Council (“ECOSOC”) would be retired, and its agencies and programmes would be shifted to the Trusteeship Council, which would ultimately be governed by a special body of environmental activists chosen from accredited NGOs appointed by delegates to the General Assembly.
The United Nations Environment Programme (“UNEP”), along with all environmental treaties under its jurisdiction, would be governed by this special body, and the environmental work programme of the entire UN system would be authorised and coordinated by it.
Enforcement would come from an upgraded Security Council and the new Economic Security Council (“ESC”), described as an “Apex Body,” that would have the standing concerning international economic matters that the Security Council has in peace and security matters.
The ESC would be a deliberative, policy body that works by consensus without veto power by any member, and its responsibilities would include continuously assessing the overall state of the world economy, providing a long-term strategic policy framework to promote sustainable development and securing consistency between the policy goals of international economic institutions.
The ESC would also study proposals for financing public goods by international revenue raising, address long-term threats to security and promote sustainable development, with a focus on issues such as shared ecological crises, economic instability, rising unemployment, mass poverty and environmental sustainability.
The Commission recommended that the ESC have no more than 23 members, be headed by a new Deputy Secretary-General for Economic Co-operation and Development, and use Purchase Power Parity (“PPP”) to measure the gross domestic product (“GDP”) of all member nations.
The ESC would have authority over telecommunications and multimedia, and businesses that use the airwaves and satellites would be subject to its policies, to provide a measure of global public service broadcasting not linked to commercial interests.
The World Trade Organisation (“WTO”) and the International Labour Organisation (“ILO”) would be brought under the authority of the new ESC, which would aim to promote open and stable trade based on multilaterally agreed rules to raise the living standards of the poor and achieve environmental sustainability.
Global Governance of Trade, Development and Migration
The Commission on Global Governance emphasised the need for a system of global governance to oversee the global information society through a common regulatory approach, with the World Trade Organisation (“WTO”) giving preferential treatment to poor countries in license allocations and creating rules to counter national monopolies.
The Economic Security Council (“ESC”) is expected to address various global issues, including tariffs and quotas, technical and product standards, social provision and labour markets, competition policy, environmental control, investment incentives, corporate taxation and intellectual property law.
The ESC aims to centralise and consolidate policymaking for world trade, the international monetary system and world development, with a broad consensus on elements such as environmental sustainability, financial stability and a strong social dimension to policy.
To deal with third-world debt, the Commission recommended establishing a system similar to corporate bankruptcy, where a state’s affairs are managed by the international community, allowing for a fresh start.
The ESC is expected to facilitate technology transfer, crucial for development in developing countries, and establish immigration policies to address the inconsistency in government treatment of migration.
Environmental policies will be under the authority of the Trusteeship Council, with implementation and enforcement coordinated through UN organisations and non-governmental organisations (“NGOs”) such as the World Conservation Union (“IUCN”), the World Resources Institute (“WRI)” and the World Wide Fund for Nature (“WWF”).
The Role of NGOs
The Commission on Sustainable Development (“CSD”), created as a result of the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, would serve as the focal point for coherence and coordination of UN programmes, providing political leadership in implementing Agenda 21 and achieving sustainable development.
The Commission recognised the importance of NGOs and institutions as partners with government and businesses in achieving economic progress and sustainable development, citing the contributions of organisations such as the IUCN, WRI, and WWF.
The Commission emphasised the importance of involving civil society in global governance, leading to more people-focused and productive programmes and projects. To achieve this, the Commission proposed the creation of two new bodies: the Assembly of the People and the Forum of Civil Society, which would provide a platform for representatives of NGOs to participate in global governance.
The Assembly of the People would consist of representatives elected by national legislatures, with the possibility of direct election by the people in the future.
The Forum of Civil Society would comprise 300-600 representatives of accredited NGOs, meeting annually before the UN General Assembly to provide considered views on global governance.
The Commission recognised the essential role of NGOs in global governance, which is a demonstrated fact of life, and sought to institutionalise their participation through legal status.
The idea of NGO participation in global governance dates back to the founding of the UN, with Julius Huxley playing a key role in establishing the International Union for Conservation of Nature (“IUCN”) in 1948.
The IUCN has been instrumental in promoting NGO participation in global governance, with 980 accredited NGOs as of 1994, and has created influential organisations such as the WWF and the WRI.
These NGOs have been involved in shaping major environmental documents and have a significant presence in global and regional conferences, including the UN Conference on Environment and Development (“UNCED”).
The Commission noted that there are 28,900 known international NGOs, many of which are directly involved in advancing the agenda of global governance, and have significant resources and national constituencies.
The participation of NGOs in global governance is not limited to international conferences but is also being applied to domestic policy, with national NGOs playing a key role in shaping the domestic agenda on global issues.
The structure of “civil society” participation in global governance is revealed in various documents from UN organisations, the IUCN, WWF and the WRI, often described as “Public-Private Partnerships.”
These partnerships involve the creation of “boards” or “councils” representing the interests of all “stakeholders,” but are often dominated by well-prepared NGOs.
At the local level in the USA, NGOs are frequently full-time professionals, funded through the Environmental Grantmakers Association or the federal government, and coordinate with regional and national NGOs.
The NGOs that set the US national agenda are often the same ones accredited to the UN or members of the IUCN and ultimately aim to establish a “Bioregional Council” with authority over local land and resource use decisions.
The Commission recommended the creation of a “Right of Petition” available to international civil society, which would allow NGOs to petition the UN directly through a Council for Petitions.
This Council would be a high-level panel of five to seven persons, independent of governments, appointed by the Secretary-General with approval of the General Assembly, and would make recommendations to the Secretary-General, the Security Council and the General Assembly.
Although this mechanism had not been formally incorporated into the UN system in 1996, it was being used, as seen in the example of the Greater Yellowstone Coalition petitioning the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO to intervene in a private company’s plans to mine gold near Yellowstone Park.
International Law and Global Governance
The Commission aimed to remedy the historical limitations of international law by developing and drafting proposed international law through the UN International Law Commission and the IUCN’s Environmental Law Centre.
The Commission recommended that treaties and agreements include binding adjudication by the World Court and that all nations accept compulsory jurisdiction of the World Court, with the WTO being a step in this direction.
Even in 1996, the WTO had a system where members agreed to accept WTO decisions and not seek bilateral resolution of disputes, ensuring compliance with global rules.
Also by 1996, the International Law Commission (“ILC”) had developed statutes for a new International Criminal Court, which would have an independent prosecutor to investigate alleged crimes, acting independently without instructions from governments or other sources.
The Commission recognised that implementing international standards could face opposition from internal political processes within nation-states and populist action, citing the example of the Biodiversity Treaty that was not ratified by the US Senate due to grassroots opposition.
The Commission noted that accredited NGOs and their affiliates are seen as “expanding democracy” through civil society participation, while non-accredited civil society activity is viewed as “political pressure” and “populist action.”
Financing Global Governance Through Global Taxation Schemes
The Commission proposed a fresh look at globally redistributive tax principles to finance global governance, suggesting a more sustainable approach to managing the global commons, particularly environmental issues.
The UN’s annual expenditures in 1996 were around $11 billion, with the cost of implementing Agenda 21 estimated at $600 billion per year, which in a Globalist’s mind highlights the need for a more robust financing system.
The Commission proposed establishing practical, small-scale schemes of global financing to support specific UN operations while avoiding giving the UN direct taxing power and instead relying on member nations’ assessments and voluntary contributions.
The Commission noted that the United States had often withheld payment to influence UN policy and that the UN has no power to enforce payment of assessments or voluntary contributions, constraining the exercise of the General Assembly’s collective authority.
The Commission on Global Governance suggested that user charges, levies and taxes should be agreed upon globally and implemented through a treaty or convention to generate revenue for the United Nations. The Law of the Seas treaty served as an example, authorising a UN organisation to charge application fees and royalties to companies mining the sea bed, despite the United States not having ratified the treaty.
The Commission proposed various global revenue-raising schemes, including charging for the use of common global resources, corporate taxation of multinational companies and a tax on international monetary exchange, as suggested by Nobel Prize winner James Tobin.
The Commission says “It would be appropriate to charge for the use of some common global resources. Another idea would be for corporate taxation of multinational companies.”
The favoured scheme was first advanced by Nobel Prize winner, James Tobin. He has proposed a tax on international monetary exchange which would yield an estimated $1.5 trillion per year.
“Charges for use of the global commons have a broad appeal on grounds of conservation and economic efficiency as well as for political and revenue reasons.”
The Commission supports a $2 per barrel tax on oil, which automatically escalates to $10 per barrel in 10 years.
“A carbon tax introduced across a large number of countries or a system of traded permits for carbon emissions would yield very large revenues indeed.”
As well as charging for the use of the global commons, and taxation on multinational companies, monetary exchange, oil and carbon, other recommended global revenue sources included a surcharge on airline tickets, charges for ocean maritime transport, user fees for ocean fishing and special fees for activities in Antarctica and geostationary satellites.
The Commission supported the concept of global taxation and urged the evolution of a consensus to realise this concept.
Implementation and the Future of Global Governance
By 1996, many of the Commission’s recommendations had already been incorporated into treaties, agreements and proposals, with some already implemented, and the General Assembly was scheduled to hold a World Conference on Governance in 1998.
The Commission called for preparatory work to develop documents on global governance, which will be adopted at the 1998 Conference and ratified for implementation by the year 2000.
Only accredited NGOs would be allowed to participate in the preparatory work, and only delegates appointed by the President of the United States would be able to cast votes on issues affecting Americans. The same would apply to all countries.
The NGO machinery of global governance is active in America, promoting the global governance agenda through various means, including agitation, lobbying and discrediting dissenting voices.
By 1996, the US national media was already portraying dissenting voices as right-wing-extremist, militia-supporting fanatics, leaving many American citizens unaware of the progress of the global governance agenda.
The United States is the only remaining power strong enough to influence the UN, and 1996 may be the last opportunity to avoid or influence the shape of global governance, Lamb said.
Lamb added that the Commission on Global Governance’s recommendations, if implemented, would lead to a dramatic transformation of society, creating a global neighbourhood managed by a worldwide bureaucracy under the authority of a small group of appointed individuals. This bureaucracy would be policed by thousands of individuals paid by accredited NGOs, certified to support a specific belief system that many people find unacceptable.
