A lot of New Zealand children have been coming down with chickenpox, as evidenced by newspaper articles like this one from Otago Daily Times. Put the word, “chickenpox” in Google news, and it’s everywhere, even popping up in . . . vaccinated USA.
Chickenpox, which was once a rite of passage for all children, is still a normal childhood disease for many children.
But things are changing. Chickenpox parties are now considered a medical crime and the height of dangerous irresponsibility. Don’t be surprised if media is saturated with this GSK chickenpox advertisement.
Having scratched IMAC’s back for a very long time, GSK finally gets their payback. Both Nikki Turner and IMAC have been prolifically funded by GSK, as evidenced from Helen Petousis-Harris’ study funding over the years; Nikki Turner’s WHO SAGE committee conflicts of interest, and funding for the Research Review educational series.
Of course, to provaxxers, GlaxoSmithKline funding the New Zealand provaccine forever and a day, and for a long time into the future, isn’t REALLY considered a conflict of interest. It is only a conflict of interest when parents pay for books written by anyone who points out history and medical literature which calls into question, vaccine propaganda. Ironic hypocrisy really.
Not that GlaxoSmithKline cares. They have got what they wanted. Almost a clean sweep of all childhood vaccines from 2017 will harvest shareholders, millions of taxpayer dollars.
So why has the Chickenpox vaccine been put into the schedule?
Notice how little information they gave doctors on the vaccine.
So for 22 years, some New Zealand parents have bought this vaccine for their children. The vast majority of the vaccinated children I knew still got chickenpox. The common parental response? “BECAUSE my children were vaccinated, they didn’t die”. Such is the power of brainwashing.
According to the recent Research Review Educational Series to New Zealand professionals, rising complications are the main reason for the introduction of this vaccine, because chickenpox has become a serious disease and therefore, parents’ perceptions of diseases should change.
When Ian was born in 1981, the doctor gave me THIS Panadol pamphlet. When David was born, in 1984, the doctor gave me THIS Panadol pamphlet. In both, the special points said: “As harmful complications are rare, no vaccination is necessary.”
In 2017, it’s a serious disease. In order to make parents vaccinate, they have to be scared of a disease, so you have to shift social perception, and that doesn’t happen overnight. A recent 2017 article about the Australian flu vaccine scare in 2010, showed that parents won’t use a vaccine if they don’t have a “high level of dread”.
Parents who aren’t in a state of dread, are able to think – to rationalise – that a disease that isn’t about to kill their child, doesn’t need a vaccine.
Most parents who have successfully home-nursed normal, mild chickenpox don’t consider it a big deal. So, you should expect to be told some really scary chickenpox stories on main stream media, to raise your level of dread.
And in that context, let’s be honest. Chickenpox, when treated the way the medical model recommends, can turn really nasty on you, which is provable from the medical literature.
Let’s look at how that came about.
An article came out in the Consumer magazine in 1995, which talked about a jump in hospital discharges for chickenpox complications in 1993. I rang the Ministry of Health Statistics services on 18th November 1995, and they told me that it might only be an artifact because in 1992, the definition of hospital discharge had changed to include any short stay of “longer than three hours”. Given the long waiting times in A&E even back then, you could now be labelled as “hospital discharged” for nothing at all.
That increase was prominently featured in a 1998 NZMJ article discussing the rationale for introducing the chickenpox vaccination in New Zealand.
But before that article, discussion for the vaccine was mainly centred on convenience for parents:

So the change in the criteria for Hospital admission isn’t responsible for all of the increase.
In my opinion, what started to increase the severity of chickenpox was the mindless recommendation to use fever-lowering drugs.
Even though there is NO EVIDENCE that bringing down a fever in an infected child, helps that child, it’s the reflexive go-to, which the medical system constantly recommends. Many newspaper reports of chickenpox complications have focused on the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in chickenpox complications. Yet no mention is made in this update to doctors of the widely known link between the increase in GAS (Groups A Strep) complications, following the use of NSAIDs. This is in spite of the fact that New Zealand has one of the worst rates in the world for nasty skin infections like GAS.
Why would ibuprofen be a problem? More to the point, could New Zealand’s Panadol (Pamol, paracetamol, acetaminophen) also be a problem? Why have parents become addicted to using acetaminophen drugs to reduce fevers, and every illness, cut and scrape?
Earlier I mentioned the old brochures provided by the then makers of Panadol, in the early 80s, to be handed out to parents by doctors.
These brochures were a partnership venture between Winthrop Laboratories, which made children’s Panadol elixir, and doctors. The purpose was to educate parents, who were “losing their familiarity with diseases and uncertain how to treat mild infections when they do strike”. The brochure simply replaced the old fashioned proper nursing with panadol, and was the start of a concerted drive to increase the use of acetaminophen products to treat fevers during infection, or “discomfort”. All through the 1990s, magazine articles about dying children often had small paragraphs like this
By the year 2000, newspapers were reporting that Pamol had become a social medication. After all it was touted as such a safe drug to be used for – well – anything really:
This was confirmed in a 2004 study and is a trend that continues to this day. Ironically, instead of blaming the drug manufacturers and the doctors who brainwashed the parents into using an unnecessary drug in the first place, now it’s the parents’ fault for being fever-phobic and self-medicating.
Look again at that graph above showing the increase in complications above. Interesting, isn’t it? The increase in chickenpox complications mirrors the institutionalisation of Panadol/Pamol as the social medication go-to.
Our children got chickenpox around the same time as some vaccinated children got chickenpox. The mother of a very poxy, vaccinated child was most surprised when ours did better than hers, and made the mistake of congratulating me on vaccinating my children. My response was that my children did better than hers because they were NOT vaccinated; I knew better than to use paracetamol or acyclovir, which she had used; and I knew how to feed my children and treat the skin properly. She didn’t have a clue on any of those topics.
Currently the dogma is that only ibuprofen is linked with GAS, but is it just ibuprofen?
By 1989, it was already known that paracetamol prolongs the course of chickenpox, just as it prolongs the course of the flu, and the children taking paracetamol were also itchier. Why then, would doctors suggest Pamol? They just do. This is not an epidemic of advice solely caused by parents wanting to use Pamol as social medicine. Just like, “It’s just a little prick” used to be the mantra before injecting a vaccine, “Just give Pamol . . . ” is still the automaton response from medical people when it comes to dealing with the outward sign of the body’s own defense against invasion—fever.
In my opinion, if paracetamol can blunt the immune system, allowing chickenpox and other infections to last longer, then it could well do exactly the same as ibuprofen, and drive secondary bacterial superinfections deeper.
No-one has bothered to look at the use of Pamol in children in New Zealand who have chickenpox complications. Are they too scared? Or will they say that the use of Pamol is only an indication that the child was actually sick?
My paracetamol folders bulge with newspaper and medical articles showing how dangerous paracetamol is, and how it increases a whole host of serious childhood problems.
So why does the medical system not STOP parents using paracetamol for chickenpox, influenza, and other infectious fevers?
Do we have proof that ibuprofen is dangerous with chickenpox? Yes, by the bucket load. Take a look at Bryant just for starters.
Note that the 2016 data sheet REMOVED most of the side effects listed in the 2012, and 2014 datasheets. Notice that the 2004 advisory to doctors, also had almost no side effects.
Notice that in all of them, the efficacy data used is the same, though slightly different in the 2017 doctor advisory.
Notice also that the expert review got the vaccine components WRONG saying it had human albumin.
Whereas in 2012, and 2014, Varilrix contained human albumin, Medsafe’s 2016 datasheet says it does not.
Why has the rate of chickenpox complications increased? Why is the information above, not in any expert information? These factors behind the increase in chickenpox complications would be considered to be “non-essential” concepts. After all, if a vaccine can prevent it, we don’t need to expose the practices that cause the increase in complications do we?
Here is what you should know:
1) 62% of people who have never experienced the pox, could already be immune. People without a history of clinical infection should be tested before the chickenpox vaccine is given. (Holmes 2005)
2) The use of ibuprofen (and IMO paracetamol) for fever, by down-regulating the immune system, allows Group A Streptococcal and other bacterial infections to run rampant.
3) New Zealand doctors indiscriminately prescribe anti-virals, antibiotics and topical Fusidin. Has this also led to further expansion of various drug-resistant bacteria? After all, New Zealand has huge skin infection issues compared to the rest of the developed world.
4) Varilrix data sheet says 20 – 92% of any severity of chickenpox and 86 – 100% of severe disease will be stopped. Advice to professionals from IMAC is that Varilrix will prevent chickenpox of any severity in 65.4% of children and moderate to severe chickenpox in 90.7% of children..
5) Varilrix should only be given to healthy children? Please define healthy.
6) We know that various immune deficiencies in children, are on the rise, some of which aren’t detected in childhood. Both the vaccine and infection could put those children at risk. Shouldn’t those parents be educated as to the risks that the current medical advice for treatment imposes on the innate immune system of their children?
7) Why have the nasty side effects listed in the GSK Varilrix datasheets in 2012 and 2014 been removed from the 2016 GSK datasheet?
Chickenpox complications could have been prevented a long time ago if the real concepts about how to nurse children with chickenpox – how to prevent secondary infections, were taught, but they are not. A situation which suits the provaccine, because in 2017, how many parents would think to question medical advice?
The advice about baths every three hours, has possible flow-on effects, particularly if it involves soap, oatmeal, or anything which makes the skin pH alkaline. The skin immune system functions best with an acid pH (around 5.5) and with the skin’s own salt, which is a crucial cofactor to key immune system cells which fight bacterial infections.
When parents constantly put children with chickenpox in (oat) baths, they are diluting the microbiome into the bath water, spreading potential pathogens, making the skin alkaline, and opening wide the doorway for potentially serious GAS secondary infections.
Pink Calamine lotion with a ph of 10 is just about useless, should be called out for what it is. Quackery..
There are other, far more appropriate ways to treat chickenpox, that the medical model appears to have no idea about, but which I will not talk about here. After all, it’s bad enough questioning medical vaccine dogma and current treatment advice, without being also accused of practicing medicine without a license.
If this vaccine has any reactions, they will be a coincidence non-disorder and any reactions will be denied as usual. Unless it’s a tinsy sore arm. That will be added to the SMARS database just to make it look like the Dunedin Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring is paying attention .
Another point not being discussed in the doctor advisory, is the fact that many children previously vaccinated with Varilvax, subsequently get chickenpox. One notable case known to me who had two chickenpox vaccines, recently had chickenpox for the third time.
Just before you say, “you can’t get chickenpox more than once!”, actually you can.
Repeated chickenpox is much more common than you would think. This study discusses four cases, and quotes other studies with similar stories including a study showing chickenpox in “apparently immune” patients. This study showed“sequential follow-up of their eight patients revealed one who became seronegative and two who lost cellular immunity and that some of them developed more than three episodes of recurrent chickenpox”.
It will be most interesting to watch just how the chickenpox vaccine changes the age-epidemiology of chickenpox and zoster once levels of vaccine uptake get high, and what the long-term outcome of that will be. But doctors are well prepared for that. They know that the chickenpox vaccine results in more cases of shingles, so they will offer everyone Merck’s 14x stronger chickenpox vaccine called Zostavax.

Doctors are being warned to think more carefully about prescribing cholesterol-lowering drugs by researchers who have found a wide range of “unintended” side effects.
Some doses and types of statins are linked with effects that include liver problems and kidney failure.
BBC News reports:
“Researchers looked at data from more than two million 30-84 year-olds from GP practices in England and Wales over a six-year period. Adverse effects identified in the study, published in the British Medical Journal, include liver problems, acute kidney failure, muscle weakness and cataracts.”
The fact that statin drugs cause side effects is well-established, and this latest study from the UK adds liver problems, acute kidney failure, muscle weakness and cataracts to the already fat list.
So Many People are Using Statins, it Boggles the Mind
In the UK, it won’t be long before one in four adults over the age of 40 are taking a statin drug, and physicians there have access to a computer program designed to analyze everyone within a 35-year age bracket to determine if they need to jump on the statin bandwagon.
Similarly, here in the United States the U.S. government’s National Cholesterol Education Program panel advised those at risk for heart disease to attempt to reduce their LDL (bad) cholesterol to specific, very low, levels back in 2004.
Before 2004, a 130-milligram LDL cholesterol level was considered healthy. The updated guidelines, however, recommended levels of less than 100, or even less than 70 for patients at very high risk, which increased the market for statin drugs exponentially.
Researchers are also urging cholesterol screening for about one-third of teens who are overweight or obese, which will put many of these kids right in the line of fire to be prescribed a dangerous statin drug.
The drug companies even tried to claim that statins should be used to treat the swine flu last year, if you can believe that!
The “experts” like to argue that statins have few downsides, so why not try them, just in case?
Of course, those “few downsides” can include muscle pain and weakness, peripheral neuropathy, and heart failure. Not to mention the 900 studies that show statin drugs are dangerous.
900, Yes 900, Studies Prove Statin Dangers
A paper published in the American Journal of Cardiovascular Drugs cites nearly 900 studies on the adverse effects of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, also called statins.
Muscle problems are the best known of statin drugs’ adverse side effects, but cognitive problems and pain or numbness in the extremities are also widely reported. A spectrum of other problems, ranging from blood glucose elevations to tendon problems, can also occur as side effects.
This clearly reflects how untrustworthy the establishment really is. To place people in charge of the safety of vaccines, who scored zero in the safety & approval of a product that continues to this day to cause birth defects is totally reprehensible. Read the damning evidence in the article below. They cut short the time for the safety trials & approved it anyway. This is how glyphosate in Roundup got approved, a short enough period to show no serious effects. Typically also the authorities have dragged their feet on this one. When historians write about the Vaccine Decades (1976–2020), there are two names that will live in infamy: Dr. Frank DeStefano, and Dr. Coleen Boyle.
Why Are the Same People Who Failed at Science on Agent Orange in Charge of Vaccine Safety and Developmental Disorders at the CDC?
In the 1980s, Congress mandated Agent Orange studies. Frank and Coleen ended the studies two years early, insuring that “no link” would be found between illnesses being reported by injured veterans and dioxin. The early termination of the study allowed the US Department of Veterans Affairs to deny any connection between Agent Orange and medical problems, preventing veterans and their families from qualifying for compensations. Here’s your hurt, what’s your hurry. The Boyle/Destefano team bamboozle was outed by Admiral Zumwalt who went to the President and laid out the science in a classified report (now declassified):
“Without exception, the experts who reviewed the work of the Advisory Committee disagreed with its findings and further questioned the validity of the Advisory Committee’s review of studies on non — Hodgkin’s lymphomas .”
“a decision which should have been based on scientific data was reduced to vague impressions”
[One impartial review team’s results were] “a stunning indictment of the Advisory Committee’s scientific interpretation and policy judgments”
“1987 Followup Examination Results,” described statistically significant increases in health problems among Ranch Handers including all cancers”
“The work of the Veterans’ Advisory Committee on Environmental Hazards, as documented in their November 2, 1989 transcript, has little or no scientific merit, and should not serve as a basis for compensation or regulatory decisions of any sort.”
“the Air Force could just as easily have concluded that the health problems associated with the Ranch Handers were not necessarily related to eating beer nuts.”
“Shamefully, the deception, fraud and political interference that has characterized government sponsored studies on the health effects of exposure to Agent Orange and/or dioxin has not escaped studies ostensibly conducted by independent reviewers, a factor that has only further compounded the erroneous conclusions reached by the government.”
The Zumwalt report concluded:
“It can, in my judgment, be concluded, with a very high degree of confidence, that it is at least as likely as not that the following are caused in humans by exposure to TCDD: non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, chloracne and other skin disorders, lip cancer, bone cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, birth defects, skin cancer, lung cancer, porphyria cutanea tarda and other liver disorders, Hodgkin’s disease, hematopoietic diseases, multiple myeloma, neurological defects and auto-immune diseases and disorders.
In addition, I am most comfortable in concluding that it is at least as likely as not that liver cancer, nasal/pharyngeal/esophageal cancers, leukemia, malignant melanoma, kidney cancer, testicular cancer, pancreatic cancer, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, brain cancer, psychosocial effects, and gastrointestinal disease are service– connected..”
President Clinton called Admiral Zumwalt “the conscience of the US Navy”. In fact, Zumwalt’s report is used by veterans seeking compensation. Zumwalt’s son was exposed to Agent Orange and died of lymphoma in 1988.
Boyle and Destefano’s Role in Agent Orange Pseudoscience
The CDC study (which lists no authors) that was published did not study any specific mechanism by which Agent Orange might have caused health issues in veterans. Instead, it studied dioxin levels in Vietnam veterans compared to non-Vietnam veterans. The 646 Vietnam veterans studied by CDC who all served in units that were most likely exposed, did not have elevated levels of dioxin as compared to non-Vietnam veterans. This retrospective study seeking differences of levels of dioxin nearly two decades after exposure is a type of epidemiologic study with only a long shot at success. The aims of the study were to determine whether military records could be “used to identify US Army Vietnam veterans who were likely to be exposed to the herbicide Agent Orange”.
Dioxin is stored in fat. The study measured dioxin levels in serum. Given the CDC’s failure to detect evidence for increased exposed in the 1980s, the ill-posed study was initially used as justification for no further science on the possible effects of exposure.
The analysis and conclusions were also blasted by a Congressional Report:
What else has the Destefano/Boyle team failed to detect?
Under their watch, studies conducted ostensibly to test the hypothesis of a link between vaccines and autism have consistently failed to detect any association. Are they competent enough, given the debacle of their failed study in 1988, to run the hopefully entitled “Immunization Safety Office” (which ignores the differences between Vaccination and Immunization) and the “National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities”?
It is my professional opinion that no, neither of these individuals is sufficiently competent to be involved in vaccine safety science and interpretation of studies.
Further, it is my professional opinion that both are guilty of intentional and scientific fraud, perpetuated repeatedly and consistently, to hide the association between vaccines and neurodevelopmental disorders.
(1) Boyle informed Congress that no studies have been conducted that compares the rates of autism in vaccinated and unvaccinated Americans. Yet the CDC website clearly reads “Vaccines Do Not Cause Autism”. How could any competent scientist make such as stunning conclusion when the science required to answer the question has not been conducted?
(2) Destefano removed results showing increased risk of autism from on-time MMR prior to presenting to the Institutes of Medicine, and prior to publishing the fraudulent study known as “Destefano et al., 2004”. Two subgroups are missing: African American boys, and isolated autism. The latter group had increased risk, included boys and girls from any race, who had no other conditions other than autism. That means “anyone”.
Dr. William Thompson confessed his role in allowing false reports to be published both in audio recordings to Dr. Brian Hooker, and in statements from his lawyers. He was put on leave after reporting his concerns to then CDC Director Julie Gerberding, who put him on suspension for breaking rank. Dr. Walter Orenstein is also implicated in the cover-ups. (3) Boyle personally attempted to reconfigure the study design of that same study in an attempt to make the association of on-time MMR and autism go away. The team played with study design after knowing the increased risk of autism had been found, which is not allowed in objective research. They worked very hard to attempt to make the association go away. They play games with birth certificates, and age-group definitions. Nothing worked. So they simply removed the results:
(4) DeStefano admitted to journalist Sharyl Attkisson that (a) they removed the results because they did not believe them, and (b) that vaccines may be responsible for autism in susceptible individuals (See Sharyl Attkisson’s capture and hear the confession to her here).
Dr. Frank DeStefano’s career exemplifies a list of failures to detect anything wrong with vaccines.
“I guess, that, that is a possibility,” said DeStefano. “It’s hard to predict who those children might be, but certainly, individual cases can be studied to look at those possibilities.”
(5) DeStefano has participated in other publications in which he outlines how association studies should be conducted. He says that covariates must be “corrected for”, and that finding covariates that cause associations between vaccination and adverse events to disappear after the association is first found and then lost due to such corrections somehow exonerates vaccines. This is poppycock. If birthweight, mother’s age, mother’s income, gestational age, etc. cause a loss of significance of vaccination status, the correct model selection procedure is to look for interactions between vaccines and the covariates — especially because they can be functionally related to adverse events from vaccines. If the interaction terms are significant (which could easily be, given that mother’s income, age, gestational age and birthweight may all correlate to nutritional status), the result is pointing to covariates that make vaccination an increased risk. This is elementary linear modeling, and any studies that “correct for” covariates without also studying, and reporting, the interaction terms is hiding the effects of vaccines interacting with other variables.
Besides Autism, what else has the CDC Destefano/Boyle team failed to detect? It is outlined in this 1990 Congressional Report: The Agent Orange Cover-up: A Case of Flawed Science and Political Manipulation.
Given these realities, and the fact that this and other equally damning information has been available for at least three years, it simply is unconscionable that Destefano and Boyle remain in their positions at the CDC. We cannot have incompetent individuals unable to conduct and properly interpret science standing in the way of helping America deal with the explosion of neurodevelopmental disorders — and the full suite of consequences currently being experienced in schools and homes all around the country.
Cowardice at CDC is Not Leadership with Accountability

Vaccines can cause autism in some people, and, from the looks of things, in many people, and you know it. You failed to adjust the schedule, or offer meaningful public health advice in terms of vaccine safety. Your deeds are having profound effects on society, which are difficult to grasp:
Half of children have a mental illness in the US.
Teachers cannot teach children due to behavioral anomalies.
Violence in schools are causing special education teachers to quit in schools across the country.
Property taxes are going up as special education costs skyrocket.
Calm rooms are being built in schools, and wobble chairs to allow fidgeting.
Rates of schizophrenia are increasing among 20–30 year olds.
High levels of amyloid are found in the brains of kids with severe autism.
High levels of aluminum are found in people with autism.
Artificial immunization programs are failing as parents abandon them due to first-hand experience with neurological and immunological adverse events.
Exemptions to vaccine mandates are increasingly under fire.
There are desperate attempts ongoing now to convince the increasingly vaccine injured public that vaccine injuries are rare, to blame ASD on stress in the home, and most recently on alcohol use during pregnancy. Why now, all of sudden, can such association be detected? Where were these studies of environmental exposures conducted by CDC after 1988?
There were none. CDC (i.e., Boyle, Destefano) had a suspicious lack of curiosity of what DID cause autism. CDC convinced IOM to say that no more studies were needed.
Sound familiar?
CDC failed to detect association, and called for no more science. Just like Agent Orange.
Studies of genetics have revealed 850 genes associated with autism, but no single gene explains more than 1% of ASD. No studies have looked for genetic/vaccine interactions — and they must be conducted to fill in the gap. “No studies” does not mean “negative evidence.” It means “we need more science.”
The future is now. Vaccines can no longer be said to be “safe” and effective. Other science has progressed, independent of CDC, and the cat is out of the bag.
History will recall the names Destefano, Boyle, Orenstein, Gerberding — and Thompson. There are others. History has shown us that propaganda has never been successful in propping up a regime founded on fraud.
It’s time for Vaccine Safety Science Reform at the CDC, and across the United States.

A Newshub investigation has found Christchurch earthquake victims trying to settle insurance claims with the Government were spied on by private investigators, in operations paid for by the taxpayer.
The investigation today forced the Government to act, opening an inquiry into its insurance company, Southern Response.
The operation, running from February 2014 to April 2017, cost $177,349 of taxpayers’ money. It’s not known how many people were spied on, but hundreds of people were involved in protests following the Christchurch quakes.
Cam Preston, a father, chartered accountant, and victim of the Christchurch earthquake, was also deemed a “threat” who needed to be monitored.
Mr Preston was one of the main targets of an operation set up by Southern Response using “protection agency” Thompson and Clark Investigations.
The security firm’s ‘security risk management proposal’ warns of “the threat of a sustained, directed campaign by issue-motivated groups and individuals of either legal or illegal nature.”
It says it provides what’s called “an on-going real-time situational awareness”.
“This approach has proved the best rewards for our clients and allowed them to keep a ‘rod in the water’.”
In overweight adults with no history of diabetes, a low-fat, plant-based vegan diet can reduce visceral fat and significantly improve both pancreatic beta-cell function and insulin resistance, potentially decreasing the risk of type 2 diabetes, according to researchers.
The 16-week randomized controlled trial in 73 adults showed that participants who ate a diet of vegetables, grains, legumes, and fruits significantly improved their overall metabolic condition, say Hana Kahleova, MD, PhD, of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine in Washington, DC, and colleagues.
“Our study suggests the potential of a low-fat plant-based diet in diabetes prevention, addressing both core pathophysiologic mechanisms — insulin resistance and diminished beta-cell function — at the same time,” they write in their article, published online February 9 in Nutrients.

Information on financial impacts of new water and waste water systems still not available: All ratepayers potentially impacted.
Horowhenua District Council has refused to answer a direct question on the expected financial impact on ratepayers if new water and waste water systems are installed in five targeted areas including Waitarere, Hokio, Ohau, Manakau and Levin.
In response to a question asking for the impact “in dollar terms” Mr Clapperton replied, “Page 18 of the Consultation Document [2018-2038 Long Term Plan] explains the annual increase in rates for all households in the district currently connected to water.
“Within the new infrastructure settlements rates would increase by more since they would begin to pay the Water Supply Targeted rate when they start to receive this service.”
The service is forecasted to be delivered between 2027 and 2036. Waitarere has a waste water system but no water system.
As if Mr Clapperton’s answer isn’t confusing enough page 18 of the consultation document contains a table which includes the expected rates increases in each targeted area which gives the impression only the rate where the ratepayer lives will be applied.
However, the consultation document also makes the statement, “This additional service would mean an increase…for ALL [emphasis mine] households in the Horowhenua District who are connected to water [and waste water] services.”
A resident living in one of the targeted areas said in a conversation she had with the council’s asset manager engineer Sarie Van der Walt, the LTP contact on infrastructure included in the consultation document, ratepayers would be charged all the rates increases in the targeted area; not just the rate increase for the area where they lived.
Combined the total amounts to an expected $646.70 annual increase in rates but this is still less than half the amount councillor Christine Mitchell said rates are likely to increase in Waikawa Beach if new water and waste water systems are built.
Cr Mitchell reportedly made the comment at the last Waikawa Beach Ratepayers Association AGM in December 2017 which was included in the WBRA newsletter as a predicted $1500 annual increase. She has not responded to requests for comment.
The council has therefore been asked the same question again to provide dollar figures for the expected rates impact if council’s preferred option of installing new water and waste water systems is adopted by council.
If ALL ratepayers connected to water and waste water systems are affected this could also impact ratepayers in all the other areas including Levin, Foxton, Foxton Beach, Tokomaru and Shannon.
Existing ratepayers are concerned they are having to pay for a demand created by land developers who have not had to pay one cent towards essential infrastructure costs since council cancelled development contributions in 2015.
In answer to this inequity Mr Clapperton said, “Council will be looking at several options to assist with funding growth-related projects, Development Contributions being one of the options available.”
However in the consultation document council says it won’t be considering the reintroduction of development contributions paid by land developers towards essential infrastructure until year 2019-2020.
Submissions on the consultation 20 year Long Term Plan close on March 26. The same day as consultations on the 2040 draft Growth Plan and Earthquake prone buildings also closes.
What exactly happened at the fire at the Horizons Council depot Levin, in January? We know that 1080 and other poisons were kept there. We are not told how much, although it could have been up to 100 tonnes. We know that local residents were not aware of the potential dangers of the toxic fumes that may have reached their homes. Note that the council have admitted that “1080 [poison] casing was damaged in the fire.” We also know that the local DHB and therefore the Medical Officer of Health were not informed about the fire via Fire & EmergencyNZ, nor Horizons, nor WorksafeNZ. This should have been a ‘notifiable incident’ with strict health and safety procedures in place, including an evacuation plan for nearby residents and drainage facilities for the fire equipment that prevented contamination of the water-tables.
An investigation into the suspicious fire at Levin’s Horizons Regional Council depot was stalled for a month due to hazardous substances.
The January fire damaged property, equipment and vehicles stored at the depot.
It was confirmed by police that the depot had been broken into and a quad bike set alight.
Controversial pest control poison 1080 was stored at the depot along with herbicides for weeds, cyanide and rabbit toxins.
Horizons chief executive Michael McCartney confirmed that a 1080 casing was damaged in the fire.
Waste Management Technical Services recently removed and disposed of the hazardous substances, allowing Police to do an internal scene examination on Tuesday.
Mr McCartney said the removal was a complex and time-consuming task but it was now completed and all poisons accounted for.
He said the hazardous substances were not removed immediately following the fire to ensure their casings did not break.
“We did not want to risk moving them until we could ensure this could be done without risk to the environment or human health.”

Recent headlines read “Wolf Creek Public Schools hires additional staff to work with severely disabled students” and “York school system nearly $1M over budget in special education spending,” and “7 EV teen suicides in 6 weeks alarm schools,” and, “How Vermont schools manage food allergies.”
If you take the time to read some of these disturbing articles, you will see quotes from school directors making comments like “What’s different from past years is the students we’ve received really do have severe, very particular learning needs that are well beyond what we would typically see. It caught us by surprise, for sure,” admits Jayson Lovell, Superintendent for Wolf Creek Public Schools. This school district is one example of districts needing to hire additional staff in order to accommodate a sharp rise in the number of students requiring services through IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Act) due to their severely complex special education needs.
Every child with or without special needs is affected, just as every tax payer, with or without a child with special needs, will bear the burden.
A peer reviewed study has concluded that the consumption of coconut oil can reverse Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
The clinical trial, conducted in Spain by Nutricion Hospitalaria, followed Alzheimer’s patients of varying ages and genders to determine if coconut oil consumption had any effect on curing the disease.
Realfarmacy.com reports: They used cognitive testing before and after the clinical trial to determine changes. The intervention group was fed 40 ml of coconut oil daily, which comes to 2.7 tablespoons. Three tablespoons or more daily is recommended by experts, depending on dementia severity and coconut oil digestive tolerance.

The medical establishment comes down on Harris and his work is suppressed. Harris would be awarded a medal by the AMA 25 years later as pharmaceuticals to control low blood sugar are developed and put into production. The basic contribution of refined sugar to the problem remains suppressed.

Some board members were Edsel Ford, Charles Mitchell (President of Rockefeller’s National City Bank of New York), Walt Teagle (President of Standard Oil), Paul Warburg (Federal Reserve chairman and brother of Max Warbug, financier of Nazi Germany’s war effort and Director of American I.G.) and Herman Metz, a director of the Bank of Manhattan, controlled by the Warburgs. Three other members of the Board of Governors for American I.G. were tried and convicted as German war criminals.

1927 British government appoints a committee to inquire into “vaccine lymph,” as it is noticed that the “glycerinated calf lymph” used in vaccinations causes deaths from “sleepy sickness.” Two London professors bring notice of the problem to the government in 1922. It takes five years before the government responds.
1927 Smallpox in England dwindles almost to the vanishing point. Fatality of the unvaccinated cases is less than half of the vaccinated cases.

in Germany. 1929 Dr. Wiley’s book, “The History of a Crime Against the Food Law” was published, detailing the subversion of the food purity laws and government corruption; all the books produced are mysteriously bought up, and no copies can be found. Wiley’s Bureau of Chemistry is dismantled and replaced by the Food Drug and Insecticide Administration, precursor of the FDA. All lists of “dubious compounds in food” were declared “Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS).”

1930 Max Theiler develops a yellow fever vaccine.
1930 Ernst Rudin, professor of psychiatry at Munich and director of the Dept. of Heredity at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute visits the U.S. and was praised by the leaders of the Carnegie Foundation. Rudin, later architect of Nazi Germany sterilization law, was financially supported by a large Rockefeller grant.

1931 Fluoride in drinking water is found to be the cause of brown teeth—now known as dental fluorosis.
1931 H.Trendley Dean of the U.S. Public Health Service initiates studies on fluorides under the jurisdiction of Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon (founder of Alcoa aluminum, who is one of the main suppliers of toxic sodium fluoride as a by-product of aluminum manufacture) publishes a purposely skewed study showing that, at 1 ppm, fluoride results in the reduction of tooth decay.

1931 Cornelius Rhoads, a North American pathologist at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations in Puerto Rico, carries out an experiment on Puerto Ricans deliberately infecting them with cancer. Thirteen die. In a letter leaked to the Puerto Rican Nationalist Party, Rhoads wrote, “the Puerto Ricans (sic) are lazy and degenerate. What the island needs is something to exterminate the entire population. I have done my best to further the extermination.” The president of the PRNP brings the case to the press, and a legal investigation is initiated. The prosecutor exonerates Rhoads, calling him “a mentally ill person or a man with few scruples.”
Rhoads goes on in later years to direct the establishment of U.S. Army chemical warfare labs in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, for which he was awarded the Legion of Merit in 1945. (See 1945, Rhoads.)
1931 Roosevelt endorses polio “immune serum,” precursor to vaccines in 1950’s.
1932 The U.S. Public Health Service initiates a study in Tuskegee, Alabama, whereblack men are given syphilis. Four hundred men were unwittingly given the disease. No medical care was offered. The study ended when it was discovered in 1972, after 40 years. The office supervising this study was the predecessor of the Center for Disease Control unit now in charge of the AIDS program.

1932 Research (Young) indicates that neuritis is commonly precipitated following vaccination with anti-tetanus, anti-pneumococcal, and anti-meningitis serums.

1933 Danish researcher Thorvald Madsen discovers the Pertussis vaccines ability to kill infants without warning (SID). He reports that two babies vaccinated immediately after birth died in a few minutes.
1933 American researchers report that children react to Pertussis vaccine with fever, convulsions, and collapse.

1935 Lobotomy introduced in the United States. In the next 30 years, over 100,000 people would have their brain mutilated in American institutions. At the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Dr. Orlando J. Andy would apply lobotomy to six-year-old children.

1938 Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act certifies 19 dyes for use in foods.
1938 The idea of “booster shots” arose as a “solution” to poor antibody response in infants and newborns. These become customary in the 1940’s.
1939 Dr. Weston Price, a research dentist, publishes Nutrition and Physical Degeneration: A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets and Their Effects, which proved that refined foods and sugar causes physical degeneration and disease and opposed to natural unrefined foods.
1940 Germany orders compulsory mass immunization for children. As a result, by 1945, Germany’s Diphtheria cases increase from 40,000 to 250,000.
1940 British researchers at ICI discover substances for use in anti-crop warfare,which were subsequently tested in fields in England.
1940 American intake of petroleum-based food colorings/additives increases ten-fold (to 1977). Most of the additives prove later to be carcinogenic.
1941 (to 1945) WWII. Onassis sells oil, arms, and dope to both sides without losing a single ship or man.
1941 Louis Sauer of Evanston, Illinois, an avid supporter of mass vaccination, reports that only 27% of a group of 89 babies developed “protective antibodies” when vaccinated at three months of age or less.” Sauer urges that Pertussis vaccination “begin no earlier than seven months” because “most of these infants did not yet possess the power to develop adequate immunity when they were injected so early in life.”

1941 AMA “approves” I.G. Farben subsidiary “sulfathiazole,” which kills many.
1941 Viktor Brack, one of the heads of the German euthanasia program, sent a “Report on Experiments in X-ray castration” to Himmler. According to Brack, “a two-tube installation could sterilize 200 persons a day.”
1942 University of Columbia issues a report on St. Louis Encephalitis. Professor of Neurology at Columbia University Josephine B. Neal writes that “pertussis encephalitis in early childhood was likely to leave individuals crippled with motor and personality handicaps.”
1942 Germany becomes world’s largest producer of aluminum (and Sodium Fluoride)
1943 Researchers from the U.S. Public Health Service examine the health of residents of Bartlett, Texas to see if the 8 ppm fluoride in the drinking water was affecting their health. It was checked again in 1953. They find that the death rate in Bartlett was three times higher than a neighboring town which contained 0.4 ppm fluoride.
1943 American vaccine researcher Pearl Kendrick reports that adding a metallic salt seemed to heighten the capacity of the Pertussis vaccine to produce anti-bodies. (Metal salt is an “adjuvant” in this way). Some metallic salts used are those of aluminum (alum). Pearl Kendrick is the researcher that urged that Pertussis vaccine be combined with Diphtheria vaccine. Later the Tetanus vaccine was added, producing the nefarious DPT Vaccine.
1943 Dr. John Tinterta rediscovers the vital importance of the endocrine system, andconnects sugar use to production of hyperadrenocortic episodes in humans intolerant to sugar, where adrenal hormones are suppressed, producing inability to think clearly, allergies, inability to handle alcohol, depression, apprehension, craving for sweets, and low blood pressure.

1943 Infantile paralysis epidemic kills 1200 and cripples more in U.S.
1943 The Journal of the American Medical Association on September 18, 1943, states,“fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, changing the permeability of the cell membrane by inhibiting certain enzymes. The exact mechanism of such actions are obscure. The sources of fluorine intoxication are drinking water containing 1 ppm or more of fluorine, fluorine compounds used as insecticidal sprays for fruits and vegetables (cryolite and barium fluoro-silicate) and the mining and conversion of phosphate rock to superphosphate, which is used as a fertilizer. That process alone releases approximately 25,000 tons of pure fluorine into the atmosphere annually. Other sources of fluorine intoxication is from the fluorides used in the smelting of many metals, such as steel and aluminum, and in the production of glass, enamel, and brick.”
1943 Child psychologist Leo Kanner observes a new illness appearing in U.S. children, “inborn autistic disturbance of affective contact.” The problem became known as “infantile autism” or simply “autism.” Outstanding features of this new problem: self-absorbed alienation, inability to relate in the ordinary way to people and situations from the very beginning of life, detachment, nervous hostility with strangers, emotional bluntness and isolation, impaired relationships, and reading with little or no comprehension and inability to process experience. As a result of this process, gaining wisdom and learning from experience becomes impossible.
1943 Diphtheria cases in Nazi occupied France rise to 47,000 after
Germans force compulsory vaccination. In nearby Norway, which refused vaccinations, there were 50 cases of Diphtheria.
1944 Asperger in Vienna describes the first cases of adult “autism” to appear.
1944 The city manger of Grand Rapids, Michigan, announces that the Michigan State Department of Health is planning a long range experiment with fluoridated water and that Grand Rapids was selected as the location for the experiment. The city commission approves a motion to fluoridate on July 31, and decide it is to begin in January 1945, despite the warning issued three months earlier by the American Dental Association. Grand Rapids becomes the first city in the United States to conduct this experiment. It was to serve as the test city to be compared against unfluoridated Muskegon for a period of ten years relative to tooth decay, at which time it would be determined whether or not fluoride was “safe and effective.” Dr. H. Trendley Dean was put in charge of the project. The experiment was terminated early with the pronouncement that fluoride in public water supplies was “safe.”
1944 Oscar Ewing is put on the payroll of the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), as an attorney, at an annual salary of $750,000. Within a few months, Ewing was made Federal Security Administrator, with the announcement that he was taking a big cut in salary. The U.S. Public Health Service, then a division of the FSA, comes under the command of Ewing, and he begins to vigorously promote fluoridation nationwide. Ref: May 25-27 Hearings before the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce. A by-product of aluminum manufacture is toxic sodium fluoride. Ewing’s public relations strategist for the fluoride campaign was the nephew of Sigmund Freud, Edward L. Bernays. Bernays conducts a public relations campaign to promote fluorine ingestion by applying Freudian theory to induce public acceptance. It was one of Bernays’ most successful campaigns.
1944 Health Practitioners Journal, June 1944, reports Dr. S. S. Goldwater, the New York Commissioner of Hospitals states “as a result of the drugs, vaccines, and other suppressive treatments used to check diseases, chronic diseases are growing at such a rate that America may become a nation of invalids.”
1944 The Journal of the American Dental Association on October 1, 1944 warned that“We do know that the use of drinking water containing as little as 1.2 to 3.0 ppm of fluorine will cause such developmental disturbances in bones as osteoporosis,and we cannot run the risk of producing such systemic disturbances in applying what at present is a doubtful procedure intended to prevent development of dental disfigurement in children. In the light of our present knowledge or lack of knowledge of the chemistry of the subject, the potentialities for harm far outweigh those for good.”
1944 The American Cancer Society (ACS) is reorganized, chiefly under the wing of Albert Lasker (an advertising tycoon), Elmer Bobst (president of two drug companies, Hoffman LaRoche and WarnerLambert). Mary Lasker in New York was the driving force of the ACS for decades. The Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation, which is based on the Lasker advertising fortune, provides the impetus to dominate cancer research.
1944 Lancet, official journal of the British Medical Association, comments that neuritis is commonly precipitated by tetanus anti-toxin. (Oct. 7, 1944).

1945 As a result of government propaganda on fluorides, the ten year Michigan study was terminated after 1 year. The fluoride-free control city, Muskegon, was then fluoridated to conceal any differential between the two cities.

California led the pack with over 10,000.
1946 Werne and Garrow describe the deaths of identical twins within 24 hours of their second Pertussis shot.
1946 Dr. Gerson demonstrates medical proof of complete remissions of cancer in over 33% of his patients before the Pepper-Neeley Congressional Sub-Committee for Hearings on S1875, a bill to authorize the president to wage war on cancer. Lobbying forces for surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy defeat the bill by four votes. The bill supported research into dietary means for preventing and reversing cancer.Gerson’s publications were black-listed and he lost his license to practice medicine in New York.
1946 John D. Rockefeller, Jr. donates $8 million to U.N. for a site in New York.
1947 Matthew Brody at the Brooklyn Hospital gives detailed descriptions of two cases of brain damage leading to death in children receiving Pertussis shots.
1947 Charles Posner of the Harvard Medical School Department of Neurology writes,“almost any vaccination can lead to noninfectious inflammatory reaction involving the nervous system. The common denominator consists of vascularity that is often associated with demyelination.” (demyelination is the stripping of the insulation away from the nerves).
NOTE: This is what happens with Autism.
1947 The British Medical Research Council begins testing 50,000 children in Britain with the Pertussis vaccine. All children tested are more than 14 months old (not newborns). Eight infants had convulsions within 72 hours of the shot, 34 had convulsions within 28 days of the shot. British doctors denied a connection between the vaccine and the convulsions, declaring the tests a success and began administering it to all British children. Despite the Fact that none of the tests were conducted on children under 14 months old (newborns and babies), the United States holds the tests in evidence that the vaccine is safe for newborns as young as 6 weeks of age. The testing would continue until 1957.
1948 Randolph K. Byers and Frederick C. Moll of the Harvard Medical School publish an article describing children who had suffered brain damage after receiving Pertussis vaccine. The findings provided the first clear evidence that the vaccine caused the serious neurological complications in children.
1948 Study done in England where bone defects in three groups of school boys were studied. Two groups were from districts where the water supply was practically free of fluorine. The third group was from the town of Launton, where the natural water supply contains 1 ppm of fluorine (the same as the level deemed “safe” by the U.S. Public Health Service). X-ray examination revealed that 20 percent of the first two groups had mild non-specific spinal irregularities. In the third group, the one consuming 1 ppm fluoride in their water, 64% were found to have spinal defects, and lesions were more severe.
1948 Randolph Byes and Frederick Moll of Harvard Medical School validate that severe neurological disorders follow the administration of DPT vaccine. The research was performed at Children’s Hospital in Boston and published in Pediatrics magazine. Nothing was done by physicians to halt the use of DPT vaccine.
1948 A study on Pertussis vaccine reaction is done by Randolph K. Byers and Frederick C. Moll of the Harvard Medical School. They examine 15 children who had reacted violently within 72 hours of a Pertussis vaccination. All the children were normal before the shot. None had ever had a convulsion before. One of the children became blind, deaf, spastic, and helpless after being given the Pertussis shot. Out of the 15 children, two died and nine suffered from damage to their nervous system. Physicians were displeased by these results.

1948 The Rockefeller milk trust sells frozen products and pasteurized milk in North Carolina, closely allied with the Coca Cola company which sells large quantities of carbonated soft drinks.
1948 In North Carolina, Dr. Benjamin P. Sandler reveals that
sugar and starches lower the blood sugar level, producing hypoglycemia, and that soda pop (recently introduced) contains phosphoric acid that absorbs phosphorus and sulfates in food before natural metabolism can get it to the nervous system, causing the nerve trunks to fail to function properly. Sandler says that dairy products and sugared soft drinks are aggravating the incidence of polio.

1948 Louis Sauer makes an interesting observation at an AMA meeting where Pertussis vaccination was discussed. Louis Sauer points out that “the neurological damage caused by Pertussis vaccine is the same as the damage caused by Pertussis (whooping cough).” (Which is logical, because they use the bacteria in the vaccine.) According to Sauer, “a customary prophylactic dose of Pertussis vaccine seems to illicit a chain of nervous system reactions and in some cases irreversible pathological changes in the brain. These findings resemble those encountered in cases of severe whooping cough (Pertussis).” In other words, the vaccine is causing the disease condition.

Who Knew It Was Coming And Why?
A report by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission adds to speculation and mysteries surrounding possible foreknowledge of the Christchurch earthquake in 2011
What really happened with the Christchurch earthquake which decimated the city in February 2011? Is there more to this disaster than many people realise? Did some people know it was coming? Or even worse?

A study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission Research Foundation looking at earthquake precursors and predictors in the ionosphere has added some intriguing new elements to the hypothesis that some people knew the Christchurch earthquake was coming. According to this new research, a number of earthquakes in New Zealand have been associated with measurable disturbances in the ionosphere in the days preceding the earthquakes, but that the Christchurch earthquake had a uniquely different and unexplained type of disturbance of the ionosphere.

More on the interesting findings of this study shortly, but to help put some broader perspective on this issue let us first look at what are some extraordinary occurrences and coincidences surrounding the Christchurch earthquake which add to theories that high level US officials knew that the earthquake was about to strike. If so, how did they know this and why was it kept from the New Zealand public? Was the Christchurch earthquake even more sinister than a simple matter of foreknowledge by the US? Could it potentially have been triggered artificially, either accidentally or perhaps even deliberately?
On the day of the Christchurch earthquake the 2011 US-NZ Pacific Partnership Forum was being held in Christchurch with many high level representatives present from both the US and New Zealand, with meetings scheduled to go all day. Why did a number of delegates from US Congress who were at that forum suddenly cut and run for the airport at 10.00am, two hours before the earthquake struck, and relocate to Prime Minister John Key’s offices in Wellington?
Why did Thad Allen, a US government specialist in disaster rehabilitation and infrastructure rebuilding, and Tim Manning, Deputy Director of FEMA (US Federal Emergency Management Agency), just by coincidence happen to be in Christchurch at the time of the earthquake and were able to take on a significant advisory role with the earthquake management response? This was in exactly the same way as the coincidence in Haiti whereby a group of US disaster response experts just happened to be in Haiti for disaster training exercises the day before and the day of the Haiti earthquake, and were then able to take control of the emergency response in 2010? An amazing set of coincidences. Why did Janet Napolitano, US Homeland Security Secretary, suddenly cancel her visit to Christchurch two days before the earthquake struck?
But perhaps of most interest, when Hillary Clinton and her team were notified by that a 6.3 magnitude earthquake had just struck Christchurch, her team’s response was just three words…….“and on cue”
Hillary Clinton and her husband, former US President Bill Clinton, also happen to have very significant links to the 2010 Haiti earthquake and the supposed infrastructure rebuilding through the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation is now under serious investigation for major fraud, including the ‘loss’ of many billions of dollars of Haiti disaster relief funds.
In a stunning coincidence, both the Haiti earthquake in 2010 and the Christchurch earthquake in 2011 both had major military training exercises in operation in the immediate vicinity, with that training being specifically for emergency response to a major disaster such as an earthquake. For the Christchurch earthquake, this included a massive military exercise taking place just outside of Christchurch with over 100 troops whose disaster response training suddenly went live as they were on hand to support the immediate earthquake response. The HMS Canterbury was conveniently parked at Lyttleton Harbour with emergency food supplies ready. This is remarkably similar to the situation in Haiti 2010.
Alongside this, on the afternoon of the earthquake, while a major national emergency was in full swing across New Zealand, why did Prime Minister John Key stop to sign over the seabed exploration rights for New Zealand, including the Canterbury Basin, to the giant oil mining company Anadarko just four hours after the earthquake struck? Shouldn’t he have had more important matters on his mind at that time? Some people estimate this agreement as being potentially worth trillions of dollars.
Anadarko just happened to have their seismic exploration boat, the Aquila Explorer, stationed off the coast of Christchurch at the time of the earthquake, which is a point that the New Zealand government have been very anxious to try to deny. More on that important point later, but is this related in any way to the fact that the Aquila Explorer possessed seismic technology which had HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) technology which can create a disturbance in the ionosphere potentially of the sort which has now been linked to the ionosphere anomaly shown in this new study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission?
Speculation and theories regarding foreknowledge of the Christchurch earthquake are quite varied. The slightly less sinister theory is that certain people in the United States had the capability to read the natural earthquake precursors, and they were just taking precautionary measures. However, even if this were the case, it is still an extremely serious crime to not divulge this information to try to save lives. A similar case of that happening in Italy resulted in six scientists being charged with manslaughter, which was subsequently overturned seven years later.
Added to this theory is that perhaps the seismic technology on board the Aquila Explorer somehow acted to inadvertently impact the ionosphere which helped to trigger the earthquake. There is also a far more sinister theory that the Christchurch earthquake was what is referred to as a man-made ‘eco-terrorism’ strike by powerful Deep State forces for nefarious purposes. That theory may sound ridiculous, impossible, and crazy. But is it? The evidence to support this theory is considerable indeed.
How does a man-made earthquake work?
What is an ‘eco-terrorism earthquake’, and why would this potentially have been targeted on Christchurch in 2011? The US Deep State military and others have for many decades possessed the knowledge and the technology to trigger artificial earthquakes in specific locations.
“Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counter terrorism] efforts.”

The technology to artificially trigger earthquakes was first discovered as far back as the early 19 hundreds by genius scientist Nikola Tesla, the inventor of remote control technology and the original brainchild of what is now wifi.
Tesla discovered the power of directed high frequency energy. That concept has since been evolved and harnessed by Deep State forces to be able to create a number of different large scale environmental impacts, including large scale weather modification and triggering artificial earthquakes. Triggering artificial earthquakes uses a similar method to how a crystal glass can be shattered by the high frequency sound waves of an opera singer. In the case of earthquakes, it is low frequency electromagnetic waves, rather than sound waves, that have the shattering effect deep underground.

Nearly 100 years later and this is what Tesla’s technology now looks like. This is an SBX radar platform, of which there are a number travelling around the world owned by US defence giant Raytheon which have HAARP capabilities.

At a meeting of European Parliament in 1999, the uncertain but substantial military threats posed by HAARP weapons were a major part of the agenda. The following are a few exerts from the various motions put forward for discussion regarding HAARP at that meeting:
(European Parliament) Considers HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) by virtue of its far reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body before any further research and testing; regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to send anyone in person to give evidence to the public hearing or any subsequent meeting held by its competent committee into the environmental and public risks connected with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) programme currently being funded in Alaska;
On 5 February 1998 Parliament’s Subcommittee on Security and Disarmament held a hearing the subject of which included HAARP. NATO and the US had been invited to send representatives, but chose not to do so. The Committee regrets the failure of the USA to send a representative to answer questions, or to use the opportunity to comment on the material submitted.(21)
HAARP can be used for many purposes. Enormous quantities of energy can be controlled by manipulating the electrical characteristics of the atmosphere. If used as a military weapon this can have a devastating impact on an enemy. HAARP can deliver millions of times more energy to a given area than any other conventional transmitter.
By manipulating the ionosphere one could block global communications while transmitting one’s own. Another application is earth-penetrating, tomography, x-raying the earth several kilometres deep, to detect oil and gas fields, or underground military facilities.
HAARP has links with 50 years of intensive space research for military purposes, including the Star Wars project, to control the upper atmosphere and communications. This kind of research has to be regarded as a serious threat to the environment, with an incalculable impact on human life. Even now nobody knows what impact HAARP may have.
HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, and this needs to be remedied.
We have to beat down the wall of secrecy around military research, and set up the right to openness and democratic scrutiny of military research projects, and parliamentary control.
So, it is clear that back in 1999 the European Parliament considered HAARP to be a real potential threat to the world and that the US were keen to try to keep this technology a secret as much as possible.
Over the past 15 years there have been claims of a number of major earthquakes having been man made. The Haiti earthquake in 2010 is probably the one that has received the most coverage, including then President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, stating that he believed the Haiti earthquake was caused by a ‘tectonic weapon’ of the US.

There have also been theories and evidence put forward about the possible role of HAARP with the Fukushima earthquake in Japan in March 2011, shortly after the Christchurch earthquake. Like the Christchurch earthquake, NASA scientists have found anomalies with the ionosphere and electromagnetic pulses several days prior to the Fukushima earthquake which are consistent with HAARP technology.
So, if the theory about the Christchurch earthquake being an ‘eco-terrorism’ attack were correct, what could be the motive of that attack, how would it have been done, and who would have been involved or complicit? The standard three points of a crime scene investigation – Who, Why, and How, and what evidence is there to support the theory?
Method
Let’s start with the question of how. As just stated, artificial earthquakes can be triggered by using HAARP technology. The largest and most powerful HAARP station is located in Gakona, Alaska. HAARP technology can send several billion watts of electromagnetic energy into the ionosphere which can be used for a number of different purposes, including reflecting this electromagnetic energy back into the earth at specific frequencies to trigger an earthquake on an existing fault line.

In order to use HAARP to trigger an artificial earthquake, radio waves are transmitted into the ionosphere at low frequency, specifically 2.5 Hz, which is the same frequency that is given off by an earthquake. This transmission of a specific earthquake inducing frequency is combined with seeding the lower level atmosphere with a large quantity of metallic nano-particles.
This process of atmospheric seeding allegedly enhances HAARP’s capabilities in transmitting and directing its energy when used in tomographic (ground penetrating) mode. If this is directed in the right way to an existing fault line then it can trigger an earthquake. According to HAARP scientists, for an artificial earthquake to be triggered in this way, the HAARP generated radio frequency would need to be focussed into the target area several days prior to the earthquake occurring, and this can be done from a HAARP station which is on a different part of the planet.
The seeding of the atmosphere with these nano-particles is done through a process of large scale stratospheric aerosol spraying, or stratospheric geo-engineering, using aircraft.

So the next question. Is there any evidence of HAARP technology being deployed in the days leading up to the Christchurch earthquake which could potentially be linked to the anomaly of the ionosphere found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission? Also, is there any evidence of the associated atmospheric spraying or geo-engineering that we can see above?
The activation of the HAARP installation in Gakona, Alaska is measured using their HAARP ‘Induction Magnetometer’. As shown in this graph below, the HAARP technology at Gakona was active for at least two days immediately prior to the Christchurch earthquake.

How does this graph correspond with the unusual ionosphere anomaly found for the Christchurch earthquake in the new study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission? The study by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission looked at daily fluctuations in the ‘Total Electron Content’ (TEC) in the ionosphere in the days preceding a major earthquake to see if there were any patterns which could be used as earthquake precursors. The study looked at four major earthquakes in New Zealand, including Darfield 2010, Christchurch 2011, Seddon 2013, and Lake Grassmere 2013.

According to the NZ Earthquake Commission report, the chart shown here for Christchurch corresponds to the time of greatest anomaly in the ionosphere prior to the Christchurch earthquake. While the anomaly peaked on February 18th, it was spread over a number of days prior to the earthquake. The area of greatest anomaly, which ‘has two centres – about 150km north-east and south-east of Christchurch – includes Christchurch itself’. The report goes on to say ‘We have no explanation for the spatial distribution of the anomaly………the precursor time of three days and the concentration of spatial anomalies at locations not far from Christchurch suggest that the anomaly could be associated with the preparation process of the Christchurch earthquake’
So we have an unexplained anomaly in the ionosphere immediately preceding the Christchurch earthquake, which is different in characteristic to other major earthquakes that were studied in New Zealand. During the same time period, or extremely close to it, we have some significant activity in the HAARP Induction Magnetometer from the Gakona HAARP station which is a technology that is designed specifically to impact the ionosphere.
Unfortunately we do not have access to the Gakona HAARP chart for the days prior to February 20th to be able to fully cross check this with the ionosphere anomaly found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission. But we can certainly say that there was significant HAARP activity occurring from the Gakona HAARP station around the same time as the ionosphere anomaly found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission.
Do we have any other potential man made influences on the Christchurch ionosphere at the time of the earthquake?
The Birdlings Flat Research Station in Akaroa, just outside Christchurch bears remarkable similarities to the HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska.
HAARP facility, Gakona Alaska The Birdlings Flat Research Station “operated much like a transistor radio but on a massive scale”. Pulses are sent up 60-120 kilometres into the atmosphere where they are mostly absorbed, and some of it is reflected back into the ground. While the Birdlings Flat Research Station was operated by the University of Canterbury, and was funded by the New Zealand Ministry of Defence. Why would it be funded by the Ministry of Defence?
As well as the Birdlings Flat facility, 30km north of Christchurch in Eyrewell is the location of New Zealand’s only Ionosonde. This is a swept frequency vertical sounding radar and gives information on the electron density in the ionosphere. The Ionosonde is operated by the Physics & Astronomy Department of the University of Canterbury under a contract of the New Zealand Defence Force.
In addition to the Birdlings Flat facility, which looks extremely similar to a HAARP facility, the giant US defence contractor, Raytheon, had a base at Christchurch Airport at the time of the Christchurch earthquake. Raytheon is one of the largest defence technology companies in the world and specialises in advanced weaponry and homeland security. It has very strong links to HAARP technology, and its technology includes the mobile SBX radar platform shown earlier. Shortly after the Christchurch earthquake, the contract for this base shifted from Raytheon to Lockheed Martin. We also have Anadarko’s ship, the Aquila Explorer, just off the coast of Christchurch at the time of the earthquake which possessed a large radar dome with HAARP technology likely capable of influencing the nearby ionosphere, or at least supporting other HAARP technology.
Why was the New Zealand government so keen to try to cover up the fact that the Aquila Explorer was parked right outside Christchurch the day before and the day of the Christchurch earthquake? On February 8th 2013, the New Zealand government held a public meeting about seabed mining at the Takahanga Marae, Kaikoura, to address public concerns about the government’s plans for Anadarko to begin deep water drilling off the coast of Kaikoura. Multiple government officials attended that meeting, including Simon Bridges, the Minister for Energy. When asked about the location of the Aquila Explorer ship at the time of the Christchurch earthquake the government officials were visibly evasive on this question and eventually came back and said that it was in Wellington at the time. This is despite a written testimony from a crew member of the Aquila Explorer confirming it was actually off the coast of Christchurch at that time, and eye witness accounts to support this.
A little further south in New Zealand, near Invercargill, there is the Unwin Radar of the Super Dual Auroral Radar Network (SuperDARN) international radar network. Was this facility also involved in some way at the time of the Christchurch earthquake? On February 21st 2011, one day before the earthquake, 107 Pilot Whales were found beached at Mason Bay on Stewart Island at the bottom of New Zealand’s South Island, very near the SuperDARN facility. It is thought by many scientists that high powered radio frequency technology can interfere with the sonar navigation systems of whales and dolphins which can cause strandings.
So we certainly have some interesting information regarding the potential for HAARP activity and potential man made anomalies with the ionosphere in the Christchurch area and nearby around the time of the earthquake that could be linked with the unexplained ionosphere anomaly which the New Zealand Earthquake Commission have now discovered.
As mentioned earlier, the second part of triggering an artificial earthquake is the seeding of the atmosphere with metallic nano-particles through atmospheric spraying operations commonly referred to as ‘chemtrails’, or more accurately referred to as ‘geo-engineering’ through stratospheric aerosol spraying by aircraft. In the period immediately leading up to the Christchurch earthquake there were reports of aircraft engaging in large scale stratospheric spraying activity around the Christchurch area.
This stratospheric aerosol spraying was not limited to just the period of time immediately preceding the 2011 Christchurch earthquake, and was not limited to just the Christchurch area. During 2010 and onwards the New Zealand government had been repeatedly challenged on the issue of aircraft engaging in large scale stratospheric aerosol spraying campaigns, in particular around the upper and middle parts of the South Island during 2010 and early 2011. The then mayor of Kaikoura, Kevin Heays, wrote several times about this to Dr Nick Smith, Minister for the Environment. In one letter to Dr Smith, Mayor Heays stated that I ‘have personally been observing what has been commonly termed as the formation of “chem-trails” throughout our sky’. Mayor Heays went on to say that what he was seeing ‘clearly indicated that normal passenger and freight air traffic was not responsible for this phenomena’
Dr Smith refused to personally respond to Mayor Heays about his concerns, however one of Dr Smith’s staff did respond to Mayor Heays to deny any awareness by the New Zealand government regarding stratospheric aerosol spraying. Here is an exert from Mayor Heay’s response to the New Zealand government on their denial of knowledge;
Your “unawareness” of any evidence to support any such thing as you have stated in paragraph 2 concerns me immensely. Evidence is indeed all over the world and on some major governmental agendas as we speak – including the British government and the US Congress. I respectfully suggest that if our government and their directors are indeed “unaware”, then a rapid and intense course be attended to become “aware”. You reasoning that my sightings and those of many others throughout our skies are…..”the result of normal air traffic” is, to be blunt, bollocks. The directions of these trails I refer to are not on the flight paths of domestic or international airlines, nor do we “top dress” over the Pacific Ocean.
In addition to this, in January 2011 every MP in New Zealand was written to in order to raise concerns about the then obvious programme of large scale stratospheric aerosol spraying in parts of New Zealand, including the Christchurch area. While this was also met with almost universal denial by the government, the then leader of the New Zealand Maori Party, the Hon Tariana Turia wrote this in response on February 2nd 2011, less than three weeks before the Christchurch earthquake.
I acknowledge your letter regarding atmospheric geo-engineering and chemtrails…….I appreciate your insights relating to this phenomena in so far as it informs our understanding of current and future environmental threats…….Our country needs patriots like yourself who are willing to fight the big fight against international giants.
It would seem then that there was considerable awareness and concern about stratospheric aerosol spraying in various parts of New Zealand in the months leading up to the Christchurch earthquake, as well as eye witness reports of large scale spraying activity specifically in the Christchurch area immediately leading up to the earthquake.
So in terms of evidence for how an artificial earthquake could have been triggered in Christchurch, we have an unexplained anomaly with the ionosphere found by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission which corresponds very closely with the HAARP Induction Magnetometer from Gakona around that time. We have what looks very much like a HAARP station at Birdlings Flat just outside of Christchurch which is funded by the Ministry of Defence, we have the Ionosade facility at Eyrewell, and we have Raytheon, an exotic weapons company strongly linked to HAARP technology based at Christchurch Airport. In addition, we have the HAARP capable Aquila Explorer sitting just off the coast of Christchurch at the time of the earthquake which the New Zealand government does not want the public to know about. We also have a huge amount of stratospheric ‘geo-engineering’ in the area at that time, which is a key ingredient for creating the necessary conditions for triggering an artificial earthquake, which the New Zealand government also does not seem to want the public to know about.
As an additional point, in this video we see John Key in a press conference accidentally call the Christchurch earthquake a man-made disaster. He did this not once but twice during this press conference.
Let us now move on to why someone might want to trigger an artificial earthquake in Christchurch. Follow the money is usually a very useful thing to do if a potential crime has been committed. Who has benefitted financially from the earthquake? Let’s take a look at several potential motives.
Firstly, the Christchurch rebuilding contracts and the privatisation of many public assets in Christchurch not only appears to be highly corrupt, but also enormously profitable for the New Zealand government and for certain large companies. The tendering process for rebuilding Christchurch was passed over to CERA (Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority) which is allegedly staffed entirely by employees of Fletchers. Fletchers then put in a bid (effectively to themselves) and was immediately awarded the contract the day it was submitted. The RBNZ (Reserve Bank of New Zealand) is by far the leading shareholder of Fletchers, with RBNZ owning 275 million shares and Fletchers themselves only owning 5000 shares. As the RBNZ is a State Owned Enterprise, the New Zealand government is effectively profiting from the Christchurch earthquake rebuild.
The open letter and freedom of information request below, written to Mr Brownlee in 2013, provides some useful insights into some of the processes at play here. In particular the 15 questions put to Mr Brownlee at the end of this letter.
In addition to what seems to be an extremely corrupt situation, the New Zealand government is also gaining enormously through the ‘Red Zone’ crown reclamation, whereby members of the public with houses in a Red Zone are being hit with compulsory government acquisition unless they agree to a settlement offer. Add into this mix the biggest transfer of public assets in New Zealand history as the local infrastructure assets of Christchurch were privatised.
This all adds up to gigantic amounts of wealth, many billions, flowing from the people and the city council of Christchurch to large corporations and the New Zealand government. This article explores in more detail the potential corruption and other possible agendas of the Christchurch rebuilding processes.
The Christchurch and Haiti earthquakes share many similarities. Massive profiting from what is termed ‘Disaster Capitalism’ is just one of the similarities. Just as the Christchurch disaster response strategies have been enormously lucrative for the companies involved and the New Zealand government, and have decimated the budget of the Christchurch City Council, the Clinton Foundation has taken in more than $14 billion through global fundraising for the Haiti earthquake, of which almost none has actually made it to the people of Haiti. In the video link below we see the then US President Barrack Obama, as well as George W Bush, and Bill Clinton line up in front of the world media to plead for money to support the Haiti earthquake victims. George W Bush’s comment is interesting eight years later in light of the major investigation and audit now being conducted into the missing billions donated to the Clinton Foundation for Haiti earthquake relief.
“The most effective way to help the people of Haiti is to contribute money. That money will go to organisations (the Clinton Foundation) who will be able to effectively spend it. A lot of people want to send blankets or water. Just send your cash” (George W Bush)
Bill Clinton had been appointed UN Special Envoy to Haiti just a few months before the devastating Haiti earthquake struck, an earthquake that seems to have benefited the Clinton’s to the tune of many billions of dollars as they were then in perfect position to lead the global fundraising drive.
Did Bill Clinton somehow know that there was a highly lucrative opportunity coming up in Haiti? If so, how did he know that? Eight years later Haiti is still completely devastated and has no funds for rebuilding, despite the world having donated more than $14 billion for this.
With Donald Trump defeating Hillary Clinton in the 2016 US Presidential election, a major investigation and audit has now been launched into the alleged massive fraud of the Clinton Foundation.
With this in mind, one must ask the question as to whether Hillary Clinton’s team also sent the same “and on cue” e-mail when the Haiti earthquake struck. Especially when we know that Lieutenant General Ken Keen, who led the Haiti disaster response, was conveniently on hand in Haiti leading an emergency management training drill just as had happened with the Christchurch earthquake.
So, the Haiti and Christchurch earthquakes both appear to be potentially associated with massive ‘Disaster Capitalism’. Was that the only motive for the Christchurch earthquake or were other agendas involved as well?
A second motive may have been related to the highly controversial Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA). Were the TPPA negotiations somehow linked to the Christchurch earthquake, and the subsequent Kaikoura earthquake just up the coast in 2016? A major agenda item of the US-NZ Pacific Partnership Forum being held in Christchurch on the day of the earthquake was the TPPA. The TPPA is a proposed 12 nation trade agreement, led by the United States, which has enormous potential consequences for the 12 nations involved, including potentially giving big trans-national corporations the ability to have a hugely controlling influence over government policy-making of those 12 nations in favour of enormous corporate profit.
The TPPA has been a highly controversial issue for New Zealand, including the major implications for the Treaty of Waitangi. In 2015 the TPPA resulted in the largest signed petition in New Zealand history being delivered to New Zealand parliament in protest at the governments continuing push to sign off the TPPA.

With the huge public protests and continuing questions raised that the TPPA was a breach of the Treaty of Waitangi, the New Zealand government had conceded that the TPPA was virtually dead in New Zealand. However, one day after the Kaikoura earthquake in November 2016, the New Zealand government suddenly ratified the TPPA and then completed the public signing off of it in February 2017.
When members of the US delegation in Christchurch in 2011 cut and ran for the airport just before the earthquake struck and relocated to John Key’s offices in Wellington, was the earthquake used as an eco-terrorism threat to the New Zealand government for them to be compliant towards the TPPA? Was the Kaikoura earthquake subsequently used as another eco-terrorism threat to force through the final ratification by the New Zealand government when the government had seemingly been overwhelmed by the massive public backlash against the TPPA?
Finally on possible motives for the Christchurch earthquake being an eco-terrorism event, we have oil. Perhaps the most significant and obvious motive was the enormous potential profit to be made from the New Zealand seabed drilling agreements. The sea beds surrounding New Zealand represent the 4th largest oil reserves in the world, which is why New Zealand is sometimes referred to as the ‘Texas of the South’. This map shows the current areas of seabed mining agreement which represent potentially trillions of dollars of oil reserves.
The signing off of those seabed agreements has been extremely controversial in New Zealand politics. Like the TPPA, it brings major complications with the Treaty of Waitangi, as well as large and very vocal environmental protest groups.

Once again, was the earthquake used as an eco-terrorism threat when those members of US Congress left Christchurch and relocated to John Keys offices where he and then signed off the seabed exploration agreement with Anadarko?
Why was John Key and the New Zealand government so aggressive in their subsequent efforts to ensure Anadarko would be able to achieve their oil drilling aspirations in New Zealand despite Anadarko oil drilling clearly being a huge environmental risk for the country, and in the face of extreme public protest? The article below describes how Anadarko was closely linked with the catastrophic Deep Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and that Anadarko was making inaccurate or fraudulent claims about its experience and track record with deep water oil drilling.
Why did John Key state in 2013 that “This government is very clear, we won’t let cowboys operate here in New Zealand”, but then go ahead and do the exact opposite with Anadarko? Why did Energy Minister Simon Bridges then also go on to try to prevent anti Anadarko protests by implementing legislation which can only be described as extremely fascist? This legislation stated that anyone who attempted to interfere with or disrupt offshore oil and mining operations of Anadarko would face jail or a $50,000 fine, with fines of $10,000 for individuals who come within 500m of ‘no go’ zones, and fines of $100,000 for organisations who support such actions.
Why was John Key and the New Zealand government taking such an extremist approach to ensuring that Anadarko achieved its oil drilling programmes?

If you want to unleash an eco-terrorism strike on a target country for the purposes of oil profit, there would likely need to be some strong connections between those who could provide and deliver the technology/weaponry for that eco-terrorism strike and those who will subsequently be mining the oil. As a point to note, HAARP is jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, and DARPA (Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency).
With that in mind, let’s have a look at some of the board members of Anadarko around the time of the Christchurch earthquake.
Paula Reynolds – Director of BAE, a defence contractor in advanced weapon systems, which has included building HAARP’s phase 2 upgrade. BAE had previously provided $35 million to HAARP research
Peter Geren – former secretary of the US Army and US Air Force (who jointly own HAARP)

Anadarko was certainly associated with some very high level, high tech military connections, and very closely linked with those who would be in control of HAARP technology if it was to be used as an eco-terrorism weapon. The Anadarko board in fact looks very much like a high level military board with very close HAARP links.
Adding to the Anadarko links, Gerry Brownlee was appointed by John Key to be the ‘Emergency Earthquake Relief Minister’ to lead on the earthquake response and rebuilding. Most likely under advisory support from Thad Allen and Tim Manning as the US professional experts. The special ‘emergency powers’ that Mr Brownlee was given certainly seemed to allow for some considerable levels of wealth and asset transfer, as previously outlined. But perhaps of most interest is that it was Gerry Brownlee who initiated the seismic exploration of the Canterbury Basin for oil and mineral reserves and he was instrumental in the initial luring of Anadarko to New Zealand. So Mr Brownlee has very close links to at least two of the possible motives outlined here. Another extraordinary coincidence.
Let us now turn our attention from Anadarko back to the large US delegation that was meeting in Christchurch on the day of the earthquake as part of the 2011 US-NZ Partnership Forum. Who was on the list of attendees that day?
Thad Allen – US disaster response expert, who just happened to be on site to take a key advisory role with the Christchurch disaster recovery process. What is Thad Allen’s background and do we see any connections that could be relevant here?
Thad Allen’s specialist field is disaster rehabilitation, resilience, and infrastructure and community rebuilding. He directed the US federal response to hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and he was the National Incident Commander of the Unified Command for the Deep Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. In November 2011 Allen was named a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). BAH works for US intelligence agencies and the majority of its contracts are with the US government, including a major contract with the NSA (National Security Agency). In 2016 Hillary Clinton/Clinton Foundation was the largest recipient of contributions from Thad Allen’s BAH.
So, it is fair to say that Thad Allen is extremely well connected with some very powerful agencies and individuals, including the Clintons who have such strong links to the Haiti Earthquake and alleged massive ‘Disaster Capitalism’.
Richard Armitage – former US Deputy Secretary of State and coordinator of the response to 9/11. He was also the author of the major US political planning document ‘Project for a New American Century’ which involves the US taking a much stronger and more controlling military role around the world through the 21st century.
Tim Manning – US Deputy Director of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency)
Kurt Campbell – US Assistant Secretary of State for the Pacific and East Asian Affairs
All of these four people have significant military backgrounds, and Armitage, Manning, and Campbell also have Navy backgrounds. The US Navy is the prime operator of HAARP. So we certainly had some very powerful people in Christchurch with strong military links and very high level involvement in disaster response and international relations.
The Verdict
What should we make of all of this? It is impossible to say with absolute certainty what happened with the Christchurch earthquake and why. However, we know that triggering a man-made eco-terrorism earthquake is very possible and has been acknowledged as such by the United States government and others. The various physical and anecdotal evidences, and the various people connections, and coincidences make it very difficult to dismiss the likelihood of some nefarious activity at a high level in some way. We have an extremely ‘militarised’ and strongly HAARP connected board of Anadarko, and some extremely interesting personnel connections between Anadarko and high level military and ‘exotic’ weaponry. We also have extremely high level US military and US Navy personnel within the US delegation in Christchurch on the day of the earthquake.
Did these very powerful individuals, and others, help to oversee a HAARP eco-terrorism strike on Christchurch in 2011? Did they then cut and run just before it struck, relocate to John Key’s office where he then signed over the New Zealand seabed exploration rights to Anadarko’s very highly connected, highly militarised, and strongly HAARP connected board? This was subsequently followed by the New Zealand government implementing extremely fascist legislation to ensure that Anadarko’s deep sea oil drilling was not disrupted in any way by the people of New Zealand. Did Thad Allen and Tim Manning take on a vital advisory role with the recovery and rebuilding process of Christchurch, along with Gerry Brownlee, so that it could be steered in the right manner for achieving massive profit to the right people through ‘Disaster Capitalism’ in a similar way as occurred in Haiti the year before? Were the Clinton’s involved in some way with this, with Hillary’s team responding “and on cue” when they heard the news? Did the Clinton’s benefit from the Christchurch earthquake in some way like they seemingly have done on a massive scale from the Haiti earthquake, or were there different channels of ‘Disaster Capitalism’ in play for Christchurch?
We know that the Christchurch earthquake has now been shown by the New Zealand Earthquake Commission to be linked with an unexplained anomaly of the ionosphere in the days preceding the earthquake. An anomaly that could potentially have been created through the use of HAARP technology, which is a vital part of implementing a man-made earthquake using Tesla type processes. We have the main HAARP installation in Gakona showing significant activity around the time corresponding to the ionosphere anomaly. We also have several HAARP-like installations operating just outside Christchurch and funded by the Ministry of Defence, and we have global weapons giant Raytheon based at Christchurch Airport which is strongly linked to HAARP. We also have Anadarko’s HAARP capable ship sitting off the coast of Christchurch at the time, which the New Zealand government have tried to cover up. In addition to this, we have evidence supporting the huge atmospheric geo-engineering aspect of a man-made earthquake.
We have the incredible coincidence of Thad Allen and Tim Manning being on hand to advise on the recovery operation just as happened with the Haiti earthquake in 2010, and finally, just as the seabed exploration agreement was signed over immediately after the Christchurch earthquake, we have the TPPA agreement being ratified the day after the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake, despite it having previously been virtually dead and buried.
Since the Christchurch earthquake in 2011, New Zealand has changed in an immeasurable way. Not only is the city still in turmoil and changed forever, but New Zealand’s relationship with the United States, and in particular big corporate interests and big military links, have been radically altered, as have some significant human rights legislation. New Zealand is now dominated by big international energy interests, irrespective of potential environmental impact, and irrespective of the Treaty of Waitangi. New Zealand legislation and human rights have become much more ‘militarised’ and much more towards what you would associate with a police state. This includes New Zealand’s inclusion as one the five partner nations in the ‘Five Eyes’ US global surveillance system, as confirmed by Edward Snowden.
So, does this point towards extremely powerful forces using eco-terrorism to help drive through hugely profitable corporate agreements and to change the political fabric of New Zealand? The final verdict will have to be left to the reader and I would very much encourage people to do more of their own research into this subject area and other related subject areas. There is a huge amount of factual and critically important information out there that our mainstream news will simply not inform us about.
On February 22nd 2011 New Zealand had its heart and soul pierced by a giant spear. Perhaps on that day New Zealand in some way lost its innocence in this world. No one would ever attack beautiful, peaceful New Zealand. But that is perhaps what did happen on that day, and perhaps on subsequent days after that as well. Unknown to many around the world, we unfortunately live in a world today where national governments do not determine how countries are run, and our mainstream media does not tell us the truth. We live in a world today where covert, unaccountable, and immensely powerful forces (the ‘Military Industrial Complex’) control what countries do, and they instruct our media on what to tell us to think.
With that message in mind, I finish this article with a 5 minute audio clip below of a great and courageous speech by John K Kennedy in 1961. Perhaps one of the most significant political speeches ever made. It came after his predecessor, President Eisenhower, warned the world in his farewell Presidential speech in 1960, and then presumably gave President Kennedy a full briefing, about the imminent danger to the world of the rise of what he labelled the ‘Military Industrial Complex’. In President Kennedy’s 1961 speech, he tried to warn the world about exactly this, and he courageously tried to do something about it. A few decades later and many more people around the world are now aware of what Presidents Kennedy and Eisenhower both warned us about back then. That is a great piece of hope for the world.
Rest in peace the victims of the Christchurch earthquake, and may the people of New Zealand find the awareness and the courage to fight the global forces that are taking control of this amazing country.
