Hope you’re right about a turn around. A couple of years back Japhomet announced with glee that because one in five NZ children had a disability (mostly developmental) she was created 600 more special ed. jobs. No question of investigating WHY so many children have developmental disabilities.

I guess the turnaround was a hopeful by Cairns News who published this back in 2018. Little knowing what was in the pipeline of course.

Horrors!! How can folk not see through that? And no, not saying there’s been a turnaround. Clearly in light of other goings on we shouldn’t mention … nothing’s changed.
