(Natural News) We’re bringing this claim to your attention because a growing number of observers, websites and analysts are concluding that Hurricane Harvey was “engineered” and made into a “weather weapon” through a combination of ground-based temperature manipulation tools and “chemtrail” seeding.

Yes, it sounds absurd at first, until you realize that Al Gore tells us that human activity controls the climate every day. It’s called “climate change,” and in fact, Al Gore and the climate alarmists directly tell us that we created Hurricane Harvey and all the other “extreme” weather events anyone sees. Weather modification, in other words, has become the de facto belief of climate alarmists. The entire mainstream media routinely insists that hurricanes, droughts, floods, snowstorms and tornadoes are all unintentionally created by human activity.

The key difference between Al Gore and the “weather wars” theories is that those who believe in weather wars insist these hurricanes are deliberately created, selectively amplified and steered into selected targets. Al Gore believes hurricanes are created by Man, in other words, and the weather wars theorists say they are precisely controlled and deployed as weapons of terrorism to inflict economic damage and achieve psychological goals involving terror and death.

This claim seems absurd to most people at first glance, but there is a growing community of weather skeptics who insist that such events are not accidents but weapons. Marton is in the lower, North Island of New Zealand. Recently there have been reported sightings of fibres falling in other parts of the country as well (Golden Bay & Taupo come to mind). This should be viewed in light of decades of covert geoengineering, and well documented COVERT biological & chemical warfare. The HR2977 document describes geoengineering trails (US Congress calls them ‘chemtrails’) as exotic weapons.

I first saw these on 1 May 2014 and thereafter on the next day, again on the 11th and have seen them regularly ever since, particularly on clear days. This may be because the sun then reflects on them in which case they could be there every day. Whilst observing them I saw two what looked like military aircraft fly over within minutes of each other. Later in the day there was heavy geoengineering over town and a further aircraft sighting which was a Hercules. It’s not uncommon to see military aircraft here as there is a Defense Base nearby. People observe them daily throughout NZ, including fibers or filaments. I have collected samples however laboratory testing is very expensive so cost prohibitive.

Aluminum, Barium and Strontium feature in high doses and have been found in high concentrations in NZ’s rainwater. I’ve created this video with those in mind who have never seen these trails commonly dubbed chemtrails before. It comes as a shock to many, as it did to me, that anyone could be spraying us with poisonous chemicals for no apparent reason. We are so accustomed to believing the best of our government, especially the older generations. To absorb this basic fact … that we are being sprayed, is enough to begin with. As the mind awakens to this possibility then is the exploratory process of checking out the facts for ourselves. Sure there are some weird and wonderful concepts and ideas out there, but don’t throw the proverbial baby out with the bathwater. There are surely events creeping up on us of which most of us are unaware. You won’t hear this info from the mainstream media. I urge you to educate yourself online, and form your own conclusions. You will find disinfo agents on there also, debunking everything, but bear in mind, this is a covert operation. Examine all the evidence … be informed.

The Incredible True Story of Artificial Clouds and Weather Modification

WEATHER MODIFICATION CAUSES CLIMATE MODIFICATION.

Climatologists vastly underestimate the amount of deliberate weather modification programs, erroneously believing them to be occasional “experiments,” and unaware that THOUSANDS of planned weather modification events occur every year in the U.S. and worldwide.

So let’s get our facts straight: Weather modification programs are not isolated, low-altitude events; they are prolific, ongoing high-altitude programs in an industry that has been growing since the 1960s.

It is NOT solar radiation management (SRM) that we are witnessing when we see “chemtrails” and artificial clouds created by aircraft; it is PRECIPITATION ENHANCEMENT, designed to thicken clouds to produce more rain and snow through cloud seeding.

(But we cannot change the weather significantly without changing the “climate” too. Climate Change = weather change over time.)

====✈ CONTRAILS persist and form clouds when enough cloud-condensation nuclei (CCN) are present at the right altitude. Most people are unaware that CCNs are deliberately dispersed via cloud-seeding flares ABOVE AND IN FRONT OF incoming storm clouds, regularly, in most developed counties and in at least 68 US counties. The flares are burned right at the altitude where contrails are formed, ~20,000 feet (cloud seeding pilots interviewed stated 5,000 to 40,000 feet, most commonly 16-22,000 feet.)

Contrails do not usually form at low altitudes or very high altitudes, and they almost always have a starting and stopping point– the range in which sufficiently abundant CCNs are present. This range is also where aircraft accelerate the most as they climb to cruising altitude, creating the most water vapor. The vapor instantly freezes to form ice crystals which expand in the low-pressure environment and bond with other CCNs present, which can form thick clouds and sometimes even create total cloud cover IN FRONT OF STORMS– before the storm clouds even arrive.

This effect causes the formation of artificial clouds in perfectly blue skies, and the appearance that jet aircraft are “spraying something” when, actually, they are spraying super-heated water vapor, which becomes expanding frozen water particles. The invisible, cloud nuclei containing metallic aerosols were dispersed previously, bonding with the ice crystals and thus facilitating the cloud formation process.

In other words, SMALL AIRCRAFT disperse cloud seeding material into the sky, and then LARGE JETS pass through it, and their condensation vapor (C02 + H2O) bonds with with those materials to form the thick, persistent contrails.

*** FACT: Cloud seeding flares contain metallic aerosols known to be toxic to humans, including silver iodide, aluminum, strontium, and magnesium. These aerosols do not simply “fall”… the invisible clouds of CCNs expand and go WHEREVER THE WIND GOES before eventually bonding with ice crystals or drifting slowly down into our soil, water, and lungs.

Dr. Marvin Herndon, PhD says that there is evidence of a secret government geoengineering program, injecting stratospheric particles/aerosoles into the atmosphere – endangering human health.

Dr. Marvin Herndon, PhD., a nuclear chemist, geochemist, and cosmochemist – most noted for deducing the composition of the inner core of Earth as being nickel silicide, not partially crystallized nickel-iron metal – has published a groundbreaking paper in the peer-reviewed journal Current Science (Indian Academy of Sciences) titled “Aluminum poisoning of humanity and Earth’s biota by clandestine geoengineering activity: implications for India.”

The abstract reads as follows:

 “In response to an urgent call through an article in Current Science for assistance to understand the geological association of high aluminum mobility with human health in the Ganga Alluvial Plain, I describe evidence of clandestine geoengineering activity that has occurred for at least 15 years, and which has escalated sharply in the last two years. The geoengineering activity via tanker-jet aircraft emplaces a non-natural, toxic substance in the Earth’s atmosphere which with rainwater liberates highly mobile aluminum. Further, I present evidence that the toxic substance is coal combustion fly ash. Clandestine dispersal of coal fly ash and the resulting liberation of highly mobile aluminum, I posit, is an underlying cause of the widespread and pronounced increase in neurological diseases and as well as the currently widespread and increasing debilitation of Earth’s biota. Recommendations are made for verifying whether the evidence presented here is applicable to the Ganga Alluvial Plain.”

1959 Disney film about weather modification – “weather control will both enrich & safeguard our daily lives”

All mankind will benefit, arid wastelands will be made green and fertile, and vast frozen areas will become productive. To this end man made satellites will probe the secrets of the skies, they will be our eyes in outer space…”

Above are some lofty sounding ideals quoted from the closing seconds of a Disney film produced in 1959.

If you thought weather control was in the realm of conspiracy and tinfoil hats think again. Here it is proposed as beneficial for mankind, unfortunately it has ended up in another realm – that of weaponized weather with chemtrails, defined as an exotic weapons system  in HR2977, Space Preservation Act.

If you’re convinced these are simply contrails from jet aircraft flying from A to B please be open minded and at least read the plentiful research on the matter.

Mother nature didn’t take a swipe this ANZAC … our weather is man made

I read today a headline bewailing the weather and Mother Nature who has taken a swipe & ruined holiday plans. It’s little known that our weather is actually man made and has been for some years now. Whilst geoengineering has been dubbed a hoax or a conspiracy theory by many, at least do yourself the favour of researching it for yourself. The science of geoengineering  has been researched and practiced for decades.

Geoengineering is the practice of modifying our weather. For a timeline of how weather modification has been developed visit http://climateviewer.com/geoengineering/ It is well documented. The slang term often used for these trails left by the aircraft is ‘chemtrails’. Bear in mind this is the term used in the US Space Preservation Act 2001, HR2977, Sec 7, (2) (B) (ii), defining them as an ‘exotic weapons system’.

NZ’s former Minister for the Environment, Hon Amy Adams said this about geoengineering:

 Thank you for your email of 21 March 2014 to Hon Dr Jonathan Coleman regarding aircraft emissions. I am replying on his behalf to the second part of your email as the issue you raise falls within my portfolio as Minister for the Environment.

 Geoengineering is a theoretical concept that would involve the manipulation of the earth’s environment to make the effect of climate change less severe. Aerosol engineering, the spraying of aerosol particles into the upper atmosphere to cool the earth, is a proposed geoengineering method.

 The Government does not allow aerosol geoengineering and although it is the subject of some discussion in the scientific community, it is not an accepted method to address climate change. The best option is climate change mitigation – reducing our emissions of greenhouse gases – and the Government is working with other countries to develop an international agreement to achieve this.

 I would like to assure you that there is no deliberate spraying of the nature you suggest and that the health and well-being of New Zealand citizens and our environment are a high priority for this Government.

 Hon Nick Smith, current Min for the Environment, and also Amy-Adams’ predecessor, said in Parliament (amidst gales of laughter) that geoengineering was a hoax.
