New Zealand has become the first country to fine passengers who refuse to hand over their phone passwords at the border. Obviously, forget New Zealand. The New Zealand Customs and Excise Act 2018, which went into effect this week, allows customs officials to demand passwords, PINs and encryption keys to unlock devices for “digital strip searches” of anyone traveling to New Zealand.
Unfortunately, some other countries are watching closely. They will let you in if you pay the $5,000 fine and you cannot refuse and get on the next plane without paying the $5,000 fine. This is what lies in store when socialists grab control. Freedom of the individual NO LONGER exists!!!! The state comes before God, family, or human rights.
When you travel, you should get a burner phone. You cannot have anything private on your person. Welcome to 1984 – it was just a little late! Obviously, cross New Zealand off the list for vacations.

The Prime Minister says there has been a deepening in the relationship between New Zealand and Germany.
Ms Adern thanked Ms Merkel for supporting a potential free trade agreement between New Zealand and the European Union and expressed the hope that trade talks will begin next month.
The EU’s member states are expected to decide whether to give the talks the go-ahead in May.
The two leaders discussed a wide range of issues in their first meeting at the Federal Chancellery in Berlin, including the various pressures threatening the world order.
Recently (Friday 28th Sept. 2018) a Facebooker posted a mainstream news item on PM Adern’s recent speech to the UN, a speech that folk are fairly buzzing about. The point about the post was the fact that on first seeing the news item the headline read ‘Adern’s World Order’. Fortunately the Facebooker took a screen shot because when she next looked the heading had changed to ‘Jacinda Adern’s debut speech to UN General …’ They’d clearly thought better of it, swapping it out for this one.
Those who have followed the unfolding of the so called New World Order, first ‘announced’ if you will by George Bush Snr after the Gulf War, will be aware of the gradual familiarization that has gone on with this term. It takes on other variations like a ‘rules based international order’ used by Adern in her speech, others are New World Order, Global Governance & One World Government.
A new world that is ‘strong and kind’ says Adern, with ‘universal values’. The push of course is for the global world view to be accepted by all as the only solution to the world’s problems. One in which we are all happy global citizens:
“This generation is a borderless one – at least in a virtual sense. One that increasingly see themselves as global citizens. And as their reality changes, they expect ours to as well – that we’ll see and understand our collective impact, and that we’ll change the way we use our power.” (excerpt from Adern’s speech)
They have been working on this plan for quite some time, the 1990s announcement by Bush was no off-the-cuff declaration:
“We are at present working discreetly, with all our might, to wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local nation states of the world. And all the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands.” Arnold Toynbee – International Affairs, p.809, November 1931
This is why the hand over fist sell off of all our assets. Councils are also going hundy on it. The buzz is international cooperation with one another (think TPPA, interdependence, trade) practicing ‘sustainable development’ (that other buzz word) which in is really a farce. The new world will doubtless be under corporate (profit minded) control only more so. It already is. I doubt it will be as Adern describes it though. Who will be in charge is the burning question? In light of today’s economic climate, it won’t be a kind & sharing person. What have you seen that is sustainable, kind and caring since the early ’90s & all these new buzz words?

It’s in every community in the nation. We hear it talked about in county commission meetings and state legislatures. It’s even used in advertising as a positive practice for food processing and auto sales. It’s used as the model for building materials, power sources and transportation policy. It’s sold as the bold visionary plan for the future. The nation is being transformed under the banner of “Sustainable Development.”
We are assured by elected officials that Sustainable Development is simply a tool or a guideline to help direct the carefully-planned growth of our cities and rural areas while protecting our natural resources for future generations. “We must guard against a chaotic, unregulated growth in our cities,” say its earnest proponents as they sell the concept through familiar, non-threatening words and beautiful pictures.
Citizens are assured by their community leaders that all such plans are just local, local, local, created with the participation of the whole community. Sustainable Development policy, they say, is just an environmental land conservation policy, a sensible development policy. Sustainable…what’s wrong with that?
As usual, the answers are hidden in the details. Are we hearing the truth? What are the consequences of the policy that has taken over every level of government? Are there hidden dangers most just can’t see? Or, as its proponents claim, is opposition to Sustainable Development really just a silly, overblown conspiracy theory found in a twenty-year-old meaningless document called Agenda 21?

The late Bill Cooper was ex US Navy Intelligence, he ‘accidentally’ discovered the plan for one world government. Matata landowners have been left in limbo after a proposal to strip existing use rights over safety concerns was accepted by Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
The landmark decision will see 34 houses and sections lose the right to inhabit their property as part of a voluntary retreat. It is believed to be the first time the Resource Management Act has been used in this manner.
Whakatane District Council lobbied Bay of Plenty Regional Council to consider a plan change that will prohibit residential activity in the Awatarariki Fanhead at Matatā after March 2021. The plan change was suggested after $1.2 million was spent investigating how to mitigate safety concerns to residents unsuccessfully.
The plan change will prohibit all residential activity in the affected area.
Impacted residents say they will fight the plan change through legal means.
“We don’t want this to end up in court but when you back people into a corner they fight,” resident spokesman Rick Whalley said.
“That’s where we are now. We’re backed into the corner and we have to fight. They have taken away everything we have. We can’t sell. We can’t get loans. What other option do we have?”
Safety concerns began after a flood event in 2005 left houses destroyed after rubble barrelled down the swollen Awatarariki river.
WDC investigated mitigation options including the construction of a wire net to catch debris and protect the town.
In 2007 residents were given the all clear to return to their homes after the WDC deemed the wire-net solution the likely course of action.
However, WDC principal planner Shane McGhie said the decision to build the wire-net was reviewed in 2012.
“They said they have looked at it and it just wouldn’t work,” he said.
Home owners were given indicative offers for their properties from WDC staff with many residents turning up their noses at the proposed prices.
Marilyn Pearce lived in Matata during the 2005 floods and said if
they were told then it was unsafe to return they would have accepted it and moved on.
“If they told us then we couldn’t have gone back, we would have listened,” she said.
“They have set us up to fail.”
With the plan change accepted by BOPRC a hearing panel will be established to hear submissions at a future date.

The information is used to track down fugitives and much more.

Not too long ago I posted here an article on the privatization ‘two step’ you could call it because it really is smoke and mirrors. The sale of your assets by your govt/corporation Kiwis (same modus operandi in other countries) has to look like a good thing so as usual these characters pulling the strings, ‘sell’ it to you as such. On power we were told power would be cheaper. “Yeah right” as the Tui saying goes. Throughout our recent history, there have been those who have challenged this new status quo and Simon Kaiwai’s been one of them. That removal of your sovereignty is the real aim, is clearly demonstrated in the response Simon got from the powers that be, leading him finally to be deemed ‘mentally unfit’. Among other things. This is a real eye opener.

From Kiwis First on the sale of state owned assets to private companies, particularly as it panned out for a former CEO of a medical company who decided to challenge those sales. With dire consequences that clearly demonstrate the fascist and totalitarian direction your country appears to be headed in Kiwis.
Simon Kaiwai, the former CEO of an international medical company and business consultant decided to challenge the privatization of New Zealand’s electricity infrastructure in 2009, prompted by power price rises well in excess of inflation, as well as private profiteering off public-owned assets. He had been particularly moved by the death of Folole Muliaga in 2007 resulting from her power being cut off despite the electricity company’s knowledge she was dependent upon a breathing apparatus and the family’s vain attempts to pay by installments.
Kaiwai says, “privatisation of public assets initially involves, placing ownership into two ministers’ personal names.” From there determination of which private company buys it and for how much becomes muddled. This process was something Kaiwai wanted to see ventilated in the public arena. Ultimately, Kaiwai wanted a jury to decide whether the sale of the electricity infrastructure to private corporations was 1) approved by a majority of the public owners and 2) fairly compensated for.
The selling of public assets has been a vexed one in New Zealand for years, with many infrastructure assets such as the railways being sold off at a bargain, only to be repurchased by the government in run down condition and on the verge of collapse years later. There was something in the challenge by Kaiwai that attracted a swift and heavy handed response – the physical demonstration of which attracted 16,000 hits in its first week on YouTube despite no mainstream media coverage in New Zealand.
It began in September 2009 when Mr Kaiwai demanded an “authenticated bill” from his electricity retailer Trustpower instead of their “remittance advice” statement of $146. This was legally significant to Kaiwai. He considered that if he could later prove the retailer was operating under an unlawful charter, the authenticated bill gave him legal recourse that the remittance advice statement did not. Trustpower failed to respond to the request, instead issuing a demand notice for $215.
To demonstrate his challenge was principled and not motivated by a personal desire to evade payment for power, Kaiwai paid $900, a good faith overpayment which would ensure supply to his home, where his expectant wife was due to give birth. Increasing demands for the authenticated bills brought threats by the retailer to turn off power, which escalated in threats by Kaiwai to trespass any Trustpower representatives.
In a matter of weeks from the initial dispute, electricians entered the property under Police escort to disconnect the family’s power.
After Trustpower refused to supply the family, the landlord opened an account with Contact Energy. However in a letter dated 7 January 2010 Contact Energy informed the Kaiwai family “Now that we more fully understand the history of the account, we are not willing to supply electricity…”.
It was 24 November 2009 when two Police constables and two Top Energy electricians broke through a locked gate, ignored the no trespass signs, intent to disconnect the electricity.
On seeing the Police Kaiwai grabbed his video camera and attempted to question the Top Energy workers. Police constables David Reynolds and Hayden Nicol responded to the filming by jumping on Kaiwai, pepper spraying and then beating him repeatedly.
While they were taking Mr Kaiwai away one of them admitted to the assault.
The 37 year old Mr Kaiwai had never before been charged or arrested. Nonetheless, District Court Judge De Ridder denied Simon bail after police opposed bail on the grounds Kaiwai had a “distorted view of society” which the police alleged posed a public threat. Mr Kaiwai’s response that he had received no legal representation was ignored by Judge De Ridder.
Consequently, Mr Kaiwai’s pregnant wife was left at home without electricity while her husband was held the maximum two weeks in prison under the Criminal Procedure Mentally Impaired Persons Act 2003.
Psychiatric evaluation by two specialists was required, in accordance with the Act, for which Kaiwai was transported to Auckland Central Remand Prison. Mr Kaiwai refused evaluation. Nevertheless, one of the psychiatrists was prepared to endorse the State’s position that Mr Kaiwai was mentally unfit, an opinion which, once concurred by another doctor, can legally imprison someone for up to five years in New Zealand without trial.
Mr Kaiwai did not learn his lesson from this narrow escape from the Mason Clinic. His protestations brought further attempts by the police to get a compulsory mental health order to commit him. He subsequently sought an “independent survey” of his “case study” from New Zealand psychiatrists. Unwittingly, Dr Justin Barry-Walsh, a distinguished psychiatrist in “medico-legal assessments” agreed there were significant ethical questions in the accepted approach to Mr Kaiwai’s psychiatric evaluation.
In the survey Dr Barry-Walsh disclosed between 21-40% of his business comes from court engagements.
It took more than a year and 20 court appearances for Mr Kaiwai to have the charges of ‘assault’ and ‘resist’ dismissed and, along the way, disprove the false accusations by the State regarding his mental health.
Kaiwai states “I’ve been utterly shocked that by exposing a breach of the public trust by those in public service, I have become victim to what I believe is collusion between the electricity companies, the police, the courts and even the health system.”
Undeterred, Kaiwai exhorts, “Given the trend toward privatisation of public assets I believe it is essential we address this issue before more families endure such hardship.'” Kaiwai himself seems less likely to personally lead this charge. Judge MacDonald, a former Police Prosecutor, blocked Mr Kaiwai’s private prosecutions against Top Energy, Trustpower and the Police.
This ordeal, and the increasing difficulty of getting a jury trial in New Zealand, has led the once proud Kiwi and his family to flee for the safety of… Chile. Despite the police and court attempts to label them insane and a menace to society, it is ironic that it is their victory against the State – and the retribution this typically engenders in New Zealand – that left them feeling unsafe living in their homeland. Though many in the community were supportive, the family was particularly struck by the widespread apathy to their ordeal and, perhaps more alarming, the vocal few who sought to silence their protestations.

With large swathes of the South Island just sold (rather gifted) off shore, governments/corporations have been full on privatising all our state assets with Public Private Partnerships that you all should examine a little more closely. Further food for thought is the current new law in Australia that stops you declining vaccination for you or your child (or face 10 years imprisonment) and the stopping of private citizens and asking for papers/ID in the US. I really don’t think William’s mother Diana would be too pleased with his plug right now. He is clearly following obediently in the footsteps of his father and his grandfather who are also advocates of depopulation. Note however that culling of the population never includes themselves. I’m introducing here Mike Adam’s excellent exposé of what is going on in America with regard to depopulation, right under your noses. The African American population is being targeted (and has been for a long time) for depopulation. Many will know of course (who have not hitherto been believed) that indigenous people have been targeted from day dot literally. That meaning since the colonizer set foot and proceeded to rape & pillage the resources of the respective nations, erstwhile brandishing bibles and pronouncing peace and good will to all. Later brandishing treaties and the like in efforts to acquire most of the lands of the said peoples… by hook or by crook. Crook mostly. As we know they’ve been most successful at that (ironically for the ‘civilization’ cause of course) …. what’s lesser known is their genocidal/depop efforts back then. If you’ve read the true histories you’ll know this. The poisonings for instance of Australian Aboriginal people, hunting with guns and cruel man traps, poisoning in NZ of non-sellers (sugar and flour policy), many many more of outright brutal wholesale slaughter, witness the atrocious genocides in the Americas. Not room here to cover all that, there is just so much & I will leave it for another post, but with this item about Prince William, whose great great grandmother was instrumental in claiming for his family enough of the planet that they boasted the sun ne’er set on it, I think it’s a bit rich for him to be calling for Africa’s depopulation. I’m reminded also in this of the late Russell Means’ interview, ‘Welcome to the Reservation’. So now we are all being culled yet indigenous people have endured culling for hundreds of years. This is truly shocking and still most don’t know about it because our history books lied by way of omission.
So also we are currently being lied to about the amount of land available on the planet to sustain all of human and animal life because it suits the agenda well. Enter here the research of Kevin Cahill who looked at the actual ownership of lands planet wide. It hadn’t been done before, surprizingly he says.

So why is a totally unrelated member of British ‘Royalty’ assuming speaker rights for the conservation of Africa under the banner of ‘no room for us all’? And advocating the culling of that nation’s people? This subtle and constant dig at overpopulation in Africa as being the cause of hunger and all manner of problems is merely a cover up for all that’s gone before. Most folk balk at that information and won’t believe it because of what we’ve been led to believe by mainstream media … but the information is all there if they care to read it. For starters read Susan George’s exposé on why there is hunger in Africa and other so called ‘underdeveloped’ nations, titled ‘How the Other Half Dies’ (download at our resources page). It exposes the modus operandi of greedy agribiz corporations. Then read the late Walter Rodney’s ‘How Europe Underdeveloped Africa’ (also available at resources). And after that, Kevin Cahill’s ‘Who Owns the World: The Surprising Truth About Every Piece of Land on the Planet’ – you’ll learn some surprising facts about land ownership from the latter. Cahill can also be found on Youtube. He uncovers from his research, the fact that our human population is relatively landless and has been throughout history. A very small elite owns most of the land.
“…the ethical question arising from the history of land ownership is simple” says Cahill: “Why did the planetary population put up with a continuous crime, a crime committed mainly by the ethical leadership of the planet in the form of sovereigns and their supporting priesthoods? The leadership preached morals and good conduct, while engaging in the basest of greed and misconduct, a greed for land that regularly killed thousands, hundreds of thousands, and in many cases, millions. Hypocrisy is bad enough of itself. In relation to ethics and land, it has proved continuously lethal to the race throughout history … the issue of land ownership is almost universally the subject of deceit by those in authority and those behind it … ”
Further he nails it by saying …
“The core greed of sovereigns – now replaced by states … [operating on the same principle] – has, through the misuse of land and the resources that go with the land, put the future of the planetary population at risk. The ecological and environmental leadership never properly address, indeed never address, the issue of land ownership & its role in conservation. To do so they would have to address their masters in governments and ruling establishments and profoundly disturb them – something they will never do.”
Who owns all the land has been kept fairly under wraps. Cahill found in researching that the Queen of England owns one sixth of the planet. And if you’ve a mind to research this, do, because how it is held and the law around that is very interesting indeed & more than I can describe in this short article. Just read the book, it’s an eye opener. My point here is to introduce you to the concept that what we’ve been led to believe for years is not factual. The last quote there from Cahill about why the use of land’s not been addressed properly is important. The author tells us that land is not scarce. In fact there are 33,558,400,010 acres of land on earth, and only 6,600 million people to occupy those acres (as at 2010). (This excludes Antarctica, not added into the land mass tally). So, there are 5.2 acres of land available to every man, woman and child on the earth. If you are rich says Cahill, this acreage will seem minuscule, but if you are among the 85% of the earth’s population who own no land at all, it will seem like a dream. Others who have crunched the numbers tell us the entire world’s population could fit into the state of Texas. Or NZ.

Henry Kissinger is on record as saying that. Now why would Kissinger want to control people? If you’ve never pondered that question you’ve probably been listening to mainstream media which would’ve told you he never said it and in fact nobody wants to control people & such thoughts are the product of the conspiracy machine. He’s on metabunk as having not said it. Not the place to look for truth. There are sites like that that say Professor Seralini’s research on glyphosate (the rats with very large tumours that Monsanto didn’t find because they only tested their rats for the required 90 days) is fiction. If you find something there or on similar sites you can be sure there’s a likelihood it is true.

Continuing with the food topic, did you notice the sequence of price rises? Here in NZ, first kumara, then potatoes, now pumpkin. I saw a blogger post a pumpkin with $17 on it (NZ) recently. A month ago I bought one for $3. Just as I was telling my family after the potato price hike, buy pumpkins when they’re cheap and add them to your mashed potatoes. (Along with telling them, grow your own potatoes). Did you also notice that in between the potato and the pumpkin price hike came the introduction of … ta da … GM potatoes? Quite strategically done I thought. And you can bet I’m sure those potatoes when they’re grown here in (not) clean green, (not) GE free NZ, that they’ll be cheap as chips no pun intended but it does fit quite nicely – given chips are quite a staple, as are the other items on the now outrageously dear and out-of-the-reach-of-many-families aforementioned staples. Think potato chips for instance, and fish and chips. And finally, yes, it’s the weather that’s created this problem but look who has a hand in the weather as well. It’s well documented.
And finally, whether deliberate or not, you need to read Susan George’s ‘How the Other Half Dies’ (free pdf) on hunger and who’s causing it in the so called undeveloped countries that were very rich in resources when the colonizer ‘found’ them. We have now from Australia, mainstream talking about the New World Order. I do not as yet have a link to that but FaceBook is abuzz with it, and at any rate, just google ‘Australia, New World Order’ and you’ll see they’ve been talking about it in mainstream as far back (from my quick search) as 2014. Uncensored’s posted on it in the following (first) article with recent laws on accessing citizens’ (that’s you) private info. (Remember too they were talking about ‘getting used to’ the ‘new world order’ during the recent US hurricanes … warming us up again to their plan for global governance, aka global government, aka global CONTROL, Sustainable Development (seen anything remotely sustainable lately?) On reading the above article only recently, it reminded me of the late Kiwi evangelist/investigative author, Barry Smith whose lectures I heard in the Rangitikei during the 1970s. He caught on to this subject through his Biblical research (mark of the beast in Revelations) & although termed conspiracy at the time by many, he warned people that this was coming. Before we ever heard it called the ‘new world order’ he was traveling and speaking both nationally and internationally on this topic (global governance aka one world government) from the 1970s through to 2002 when he passed away. I’ve stayed pretty much off the election topic, that’s covered fairly adequately in other blogs and sites I feel. In addition, contrary to my feelings with previous elections, I’m taking a longer look at the bigger picture. This applies to everything pretty much which you’d know if you read my posts. So many of our histories have been proven to be fake & the powers that be know people are finding this out. Hence the greater internet censorship that is going on now. Those who use social media to network know this and will have found it more obvious. We are being curtailed on what we say and share now. These are serious warning signs in my opinion. A recent watch of the TPP happenings further afield tells me that their fine print will make it illegal for anybody to disseminate by social media any speaking out on the wrong doings of corporations. They want full sway with no interference. People had better wake up fast.

Horowhenua was hit a week or two ago with the revelation that the District Council CE had been (and still is by all accounts) monitoring emails including blocking senders. He continues to maintain (along with his loyal followers who are not wildly for transparency and open books) that he’s done nothing wrong, after all, it’s rationalized, he was just protecting his staff from abuse. Many disagree. It was one of those occasions for which the highly developed word-tracking software just wouldn’t suffice. If you take a look at the Five Eyes partnership that we as a country are signed up to and note they meet quite regularly here in enzed (Queenstown was the latest I saw earlier this year) then we are quite well surveilled, but as with anything so covert, of course most of us haven’t a clue what it really means. This video will give you a good idea of what’s currently been going down elsewhere, and remember we’re a global village now, as the global governance folk tell us, so we are definitely all connected. Surveillance wise anyway. They’re still working on destroying our sovereignty.
