… you’re not a fan … just looking atm & certainly the no fat was a lie. Even without the keto say so I figured a while back we were lied to on fats & sugar is definitely the No 1 enemy of our health. I’ll come back when I’ve watched the series 😉 Thnks for your feedback tho. Appreciated.
