Yeeaaah… in case you missed that, the US Navy wants the reader to replace the word enemy with the word POPULATION. See, I told you this post was going to be about a bunch of f*ckery, and it’s going to get progressively more disturbing from here on out.

Not all Psychological Operation (PSYOP) programs are created equal, so today we are going to lift the veil on the three types of military PSYOPS, using government documents.

WHO CONDUCTS PSYOPS?

Bear with me here, this is a clusterf*ck of military units that are running PSYOPS, but I need you to see how massive these operations we are funding are, then we will discuss what exactly they are doing, and a pretty shocking list of PSYOPS TASK FORCE Members.

The CIA has the authority to execute PSYOPS, including Black PSYOPs, but the Department of Defense (DOD) takes the lead on most of the major operations. DOD PSYOPs are conducted almost entirely by units under the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC). Both of those units are overseen by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM):

The Fort Bragg located USAOC is the sub-command responsible for all Psychological Operations units and their doctrine. Yep, there’s literally a PSYOP doctrine that outlines the rules they play by. Or should I say, the lack of rules. USACAPOC works under USASOC.

There are currently three PSYOP groups under USACAPOC, one active duty group (referred to below as 4th POG) and two reserve groups labeled (2nd and 7th POG). These three groups combined are made up of about 3,500 soldiers, non-commissioned officers, officers, and civilian analysts. That’s a whole lotta tax dollars funding a whole lotta propaganda and mindf*cking, eh?

These people do not know the world they are living in, nor the advances in technology that are being often withheld from public scrutiny. My reason for posting is not to fear-monger but to keep public awareness in line with developments. DEW IS NOW, (AS OF 2019) A $13.86 BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY

Not only is DEW currently a multi-billion dollar industry at $13.86 billion (2019) but it is forecast to reach $93.2 billion by 2027 by market analysts, with a compound annual growth rate of 26.8%. “The market is remarkably being driven by the factors such as increasing adoption of the directed energy weapons to destroy or damage the rockets, drones, mortar-launched explosives and any other aerial threats, higher investment in the military bodies & defense intelligence sectors, and technological development in the laser-based target focused weapons. Additionally, growing incidences in the cross-border conflicts, asymmetry in the warfare, higher inclination for the forthcoming combat preparation, and broadening the number of the existing weaponry technology & updating them into the futuristic ones are some of the subordinate reasons behind the tremendous growth of the market. The laser-based DEW anti-drone system or drone destroyers are expected to create a huge enforcement into the market as more and more countries are deliberately developing & investing in the high-power laser-directed energy system to use against drones or UAVs. The global market landscape of Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) is expected to remain in a very competitive and highly consolidated landscape consisting of a number of both the small start-ups, medium enterprises, and large conglomerates. During the projected era, increasing demand for technological development and higher diversification in offered products ensure the enormous potential for the innovative players.”

In June 2020, Applied Technology Associates (ATA) revealed a contract for developing a target acquisition & tracking platform for the installation on a Stryker military ground vehicle being a part of U.S. Army initiative in order to increase the protection of the soldiers using laser weapon systems.
The defense exhibits a higher count of usage and investment in the ongoing research & development of directed energy weapons (DEW). The growing interest in countering the weaponry actions & drones or UAV information carriers sent from the rivals are broadening the market outreach. The Defense sub-segment in the application segment had 78.6% market share in the year 2019.
North America owing to its leading investment in the defense & homeland security budgets, especially in the United States, and higher development in the information technology & microelectronics industry, is expected to fuel regional market growth substantially.
Key players in the market The Raytheon Company, The Boeing Company, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Lockheed Martin, L-3 Communications Ltd, Moog Inc, Thales Group, Saab AB, and Israel Aerospace Industries, among others.

World renowned physicist Dr. Michio Kaku made a shocking confession on live TV when he admitted that HAARP is responsible for the recent spate of hurricanes. In an interview aired by CBS, Dr. Kaku admitted that recent ‘made-made’ hurricanes have been the result of a government weather modification program in which the skies were sprayed with nano particles and storms then “activated” through the use of “lasers”. In the interview (below), Michio Kaku discusses the history of weather modification, before the CBS crew stop him in his tracks. The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was created in the early 1990’s as part of an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). According to government officials, HAARP allows the military to modify and weaponize the weather, by triggering earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes. Anongroup.org reports: One detail in a plethora of academic papers and patents about altering the weather with electromagnetic energy and conductive particles in the stratosphere, research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences said the “laser beams” can create plasma channels in air, causing ice to form. According to Professor Wolf Kasparian: “Under the conditions of a typical storm cloud, in which ice and supercooled water coexist, no direct influence of the plasma channels on ice formation or precipitation processes could be detected. Under conditions typical for thin cirrus ice clouds, however, the plasma channels induced a surprisingly strong effect of ice multiplication. Within a few minutes, the laser action led to a strong enhancement of the total ice particle number density in the chamber by up to a factor of 100, even though only a 10−9 fraction of the chamber volume was exposed to the plasma channels. The newly formed ice particles quickly reduced the water vapor pressure to ice saturation, thereby increasing the cloud optical thickness by up to three orders of magnitude.” To really understand geoengineering, researchers have identified defense contractors Raytheon, BAE Systems, and corporations such as General Electric as being heavily involved with geoengineering. According to Peter A. Kirby, Massachusetts has historically been a center of geoengineering research. With the anomalous hurricanes currently ravaging the Americas, floods destroying India, and wildfires destroying the Pacific Northwest, weather warfare is a topic on the public consciousness right now.
