The US is 1 of 47 countries globally that makes rain by cloud seeding (BBC)… why are they not using it to extinguish the LA fires?

An edited repost from the same scenario seen in Australia in 2020.

Cloud seeding is a well known tech and is employed all over the world according to a BBC documentary (see video excerpt below). This is going on in 47 countries, including the US, involving 150 programs ‘as we speak’ says the commentary. See below an application form used in the state of Texas to modify the weather.

The US military also used it as weather warfare during the war against Vietnam, known as Operation Popeye. Australia was the first to trial cloud seeding back in 1947. They’ve been covertly studying it ever since, government and private business interests modifying weather to suit their own interests.

Consider the following report obtained in 1996 by the US Dept of Defense titled Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 (download the pdf, found at the WayBackMachine). Weather modification is well documented and no conspiracy.

So ask yourself, why are they not using it to put out fires?

In the case of Australia’s fires, Max Igan provides some answers here in a video titled What’s Really Happening With the Australian Fires, posted at the time of the devastating 2020 bush fires. In another video titled Drought by Design – The Genociding of Australia, he explains where the water has really gone from the dried up Darling River and why there is a drought. It’s not as you think and it’s not what mainstream is telling you.

Even more curiously, in 2009 the Sydney Morning Herald reported on an offer by Russia to the Australian Government for assistance with then current fires in Victoria that caused the loss of 173 lives. The offer involved the use of Russia’s fire jets, capable of dumping “42,000 litres of water or retardant on a fire – almost five times the maximum capacity of the ”Elvis” skycrane helicopters.” The offer was declined & “a spokeswoman for the Victorian Government said that despite a search of all available material, no record of the Russian offer could be found.” Strange that.

Another issue in Australia had been budget cuts.

A NSW fireman of 16 years, Senior Deputy Captain, Murray Drechsler, blamed the government. “The government isn’t working for the people. It’s working for big business and corporations,” he said. Hear him speak at this link.

In the current LA fires, there is a similar scenario with cuts taking place prior to the fires and no water in the hydrants! Folk also comment in the many videos that the fire trucks they saw were few.

Cast your mind back to the Lahaina fires also. So many similar anomalies.

As truth seekers have noted for many decades now, particularly in very recent years, the disasters we see happening are not entirely natural. We have consistently been called conspiracy theorists, however, the evidence of the destructive intent by humans is now right in plain sight.

The weather has been weaponized

In little NZ even we are seeing highly questionable changes. I add these lest you think it’s all happening ‘over there’. For instance when White Island here erupted with tourist parties tragically caught out at the time on the island, the rescue people had deliberations and made the decision not to go! The next anomaly was, when private folk without question went immediately to the rescue, a helicopter pilot was charged and taken to court. He lost his business. Meanwhile the NZ authorities tried to take the credit for the rescues carried out. First responders were the private rescuers not the official ones. (In North Carolina with Helene, similar happened!) Private rescues also happened in the Cyclone Gabrielle disaster in Hawke’s Bay, NZ. Folk took off in their jet boats to save people stranded on rooftops and were threatened with prosecution also. Similar treatment for a helicopter pilot there. Then there were the firemen in the Port Hills fires in 2017 who were held back from attending the fires early on. And just 10 days prior to the White Island eruption, curiously, our Civil Defense had transformed into the new NEMA.

This all goes against common humanity. The instant resolve to go to the rescue of one’s fellow humans is being punished.

We have similar observations in recent flooding events world wide, notably Helene in US (NC) (see also here, here, here and here) also Florida, and in Spain (see here and here).

We are seeing frequently the usual markers (some or all) … cover up of true numbers dead (see here also), rescuers not allowed, late arrival of military or any official help, disappearance of funds given, dams released, late or no warning, whistleblowers censored. (See this link). People previously unaware now in shock and horror that their governments would do this to them.

The reality?

I personally have concluded, we are now to a large extent, on our own. Don’t rely solely on government (corporation) or any of their official departments that are also corporations. It’s a global crime by the same ones who just spent four years culling us all. You cannot trust any of them. Prepare as this man did for the current LA fires. He saved his own home. Get your emergency supplies in. Your escape routes worked out (they block those, ignore them). Warn your loved ones. Take warning from Lahaina, NC and elsewhere. Listen to the ‘conspiracy theorists’ … their info is now fact!

Rescuing folk these days has now become more risky and in ways that may surprise you, as a Hawke’s Bay orchardist recently discovered. In this most recent flooding event he went straight to the rescue of flood victims with his helicopter, only to find himself threatened by CAA! So was he supposed to ignore cries for help and wait for the official rescuers to show up?

When three guys in the Esk Valley went immediately in their inflatable jet boat to rescue folk from their rooftops in fast rising waters they were asked, “Are you guys the Navy?” They replied, “Nah, we’re just three Māori boys!”

These amazing guys clearly didn’t stop & consult with the textbook ‘experts’ on the safety risks … they just got in their boat & went for it.

Fairly logical really isn’t it? If your child is drowning you don’t start consulting ‘the manual’ … you just jump in. There are however, many pieces of info out there at the moment describing unhelpful advice given by so called ‘experts’ that were subsequently ignored … thankfully. You can read of one or two in this article from E-Tangata.

The same scenario happened with the White Island eruption. The first man (a civilian) who did go straight to the rescue in his helicopter after hearing emergency services wouldn’t be going, was charged by the authorities and ultimately lost his business. He’s since been awarded a medal however meantime, I wonder how he managed to survive and pay for his upkeep with the stress of being charged for going to the rescue in the first place?

In one of the many videos I’ve watched on the flooding topic someone who was warned not to head out on their jetski to rescue desperate folk calling from rooftops in Esk Valley, told them to ‘bugger off’ and just went. Another incident in the E-Tangata article describes how one car was officially directed on the morning of the flood into what turned out to be an oncoming fresh water tsunami … those folk nearly lost their lives.

The dozens of people these ‘three Māori boys’ rescued with their inflatable boat could well have been swept away and drowned, as clearly from eyewitness accounts, did happen to others (see here also). The ‘experts’ however don’t want you to know that. They are sticking steadfastly to the 11 deaths narrative. And yet in the ‘three guys’ article note,

“…two road workers had been helping with the evacuation that night, when the river banks burst, and had witnessed everyone being swept away”

Ironic too that the folk being rescued thought their rescuers were from the Navy. But no, they were just ‘three Māori boys’ who apparently didn’t know the ‘rules’.

Many (most?) are not aware that Civil Defence changed just ten days before the White Island eruption. We now have NEMA. Here is their new and ‘better’ framework. The Fire service is apparently under UN control now an ex Policeman told me six years ago. He said we would be seeing firemen stood down and prevented from going to fires… and this is exactly what happened in the Christchurch fires.

If all of the above is a bit confusing for you there’s more, have a listen to a former Hawke’s Bay mayor Jeff Whittaker, interviewed on The Platform just days after the flooding. He speaks about the tsunami sirens that had been turned off he thought, two months prior. They were apparently removed however in early 2022 according to this article (and here), following a report from the ‘experts’ at Massey University regarding their effectiveness. They were then replaced by the emergency mobile alert system. Which as Jeff Whittaker explains, he didn’t get until 5.30 am when the valley was already wall to wall water.

You could be forgiven for thinking the said ‘experts’ (up yonder in their ‘ivory offices’) didn’t want folk to be rescued at all. I think the message we can take from all this though is, be prepared & don’t necessarily expect that you will be rescued. ‘Expert’ deliberations at the time may deem your rescue ‘not worth the risk’.

The amazing thing I note with these incidents during the flooding is that folk don’t lay blame on anybody … they just point out that it all needs attention… let’s hope it gets some. I’m not holding my breath on that one. EWR

New Zealand becoming police state: Covid-19 lockdown to be taken seriously, but reporting neighbors & abuse of power goes too far

This article from RT.com is pointing out what many Kiwis know already going by the somewhat sinister visits some have been receiving… and for no particular purpose other than to ask do they know why they (the Police) are there? (Type ‘police’ in the search box for info on other visits). This all since the event we are not allowed to discuss in March 2019. Disturbing indeed. EWR

New Zealand – the “land of the long white cloud” – has evolved into a police state overnight amid the fallout of Covid-19, with people now being encouraged to dob in fellow Kiwis who flout lockdown rules.

While slow to apprehend Covid-19 initially and taking nonsensical measures such as banning travel from Iran while allowing travel from Italy unabated, the New Zealand government quickly changed tack and announced it was implementing a four-tier threat level to deal with the virus. It wasn’t long after this that the government gave New Zealanders a two-day period for everyone to tie up loose ends and prepare for what is essentially a nationwide lockdown (threat level four), which will continue for at least four weeks.

As part of this, a state of emergency was declared last week which saw the powers-that-be activate emergency legislation. This current state of affairs enables New Zealand’s National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to close or restrict access to roads or public places, regulate land, water and air traffic, and even evacuate and enter people’s premises, among other measures. The New Zealand police are responsible for maintaining law and order during the state of emergency, and have been given special powers to order any person to stop any activity that contributes to the emergency. As of today, the state of emergency has been extended by another seven days.

So, what? I hear you ask. The Covid-19 crisis is an unprecedented situation which can lead to immense death and suffering, and has already begun undertaking that course of action in Italy, Iran, Spain and even in the US. Calling New Zealand’s response a descent into a “police state” is nothing more than a conspiracy theory, aimed at fueling and sparking more panic in an already panic-driven environment.

Well, perhaps you might want to tell that Victoria University’s associate law professor, Dean Knight, who said that with so much discretionary power, there is a very real risk that the discretion could be used in an arbitrary and discriminatory manner. Or how about University of Otago law professor, Andrew Geddis, who has questioned the current state of affairs in two separate op-eds, warning that police can use “extreme and unprecedented” powers to constrain basic freedoms of movement guaranteed by the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act.

We could say the same of Radio New Zealand contributor Catriona MacLenna, who penned an open letter to the country’s police with the aim of making it crystal clear that “New Zealand is a democracy,” “not a police state.”

We might also want to tell that to journalist Damian Christie. Christie was in the process of delivering video equipment to a client’s business with a letter firmly in hand to prove that what he was doing was regarded as being part of an essential service, his client being a large food producer. Despite producing this letter (and having no discernible legal obligation to do so), a police officer who stopped him began to yell at him and flat-out ignored the letter, even though we had been told that if we provide such a letter, we won’t experience any issues. According to the officer, however, Christie should only have left his house to buy medical supplies.

This is clearly untrue and, as Professor Geddis notes in his columns, has created much confusion about what we can and can’t do under the lockdown rules. I agree with Geddis that if there has been an instruction given to the police to apply these powers, then we need to see those instructions.

On top of all of this, the government saw fit in the most Orwellian way possible to set up an online mechanism for locals to “dob in” other fellow Kiwis who were flouting the lockdown rules. Within an hour of it being launched, over-zealous New Zealanders crashed the website with over 4,200 reports lodged. Police have also arrested a number of people for breaching the lockdown rules. I expect this number to climb somewhat over the next three weeks.

I don’t know how comfortable I am with a website where people can dob in other people without requiring any demonstrable evidence. I am also concerned as to what this precedent could achieve in the future. Perhaps the next lockdown won’t be because of Covid-19, but because of a different situation entirely. What if the next website is set up to dob in not flouters of the lockdown, but say, political dissidents?

We are always naive in thinking that this type of activity can never occur in New Zealand, even when the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) has been found to have spied on targets illegally; or that time the Snowden papers revealed that the GCSB was spying on the entire Pacific on a mass scale without the knowledge of its neighbors. How quickly New Zealanders seem to forget these facts, or perhaps simply turn a blind eye to them from the outset.

The emergence of New Zealand’s police state apparatus comes at an interesting time. The Court of Appeal just ruled last week that New Zealanders have no constitutional right to bear arms, following a failed legal challenge by the “Kiwi Party.” While denying that right, the government has been quietly rolling out an extensive armed police patrol trial which saw units deployed 75 times a day in their first five weeks (what on Earth for?)

Look, I get it. I take the Covid-19 crisis as seriously as the next person, and for that matter, the overarching principles of the lockdown requirements. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t question power and the abuse of that power, even during a national and global state of emergency.

As Benjamin Franklin’s old adage goes: “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” And they’ll probably end up losing both.

White Island and the new “NEMA”… NZ’s Civil Defence as we knew it closed Dec 1st!

If you only ever read the mainstream version of world events you will likely consign this to conspiracy but there are events unfolding in your country since those in March this year that are not what they seem. People will be aware now of course of the eruption two days ago at White Island in the Bay of Plenty. I lived there for five years & earth tremors in that region are frequent from the Island. The entire area is connected right down to Taupo volcanic wise. It is also a tourist spot with tours onto the island and recently there had been an increase in volcanic activity. Whatever were they thinking, taking tourists on there? Read further down some observations by Nigel Gray who closely observes & records weather manipulation and earth events on his Youtube channel Imaginzation. He comments on the curious transformation of our Civil Defence just days before this event. Firstly though, the eruption & mainstream’s coverage:

“Eight people are missing and five confirmed dead after a volcanic eruption on White Island / Whakaari. A further 31 are in hospital receiving treatment. Those still on the island are not likely to be alive, according to police who have carried out aerial searches. A pilot also carried out a physical search of the island and found no signs of life.”

I think what we are seeing here looks like strategic planning. Police allowed a man only 5 weeks in the country to get a gun license online using online “friends” as references and purchasing 2000 rounds of ammunition “by mistake”. Now we have a situation where “just by chance” 10 days after Civil Defence is closed down and a new agency established for the country called NEMA ….. National Emergency Management Response (note the familiarity to “FEMA” here!) and we have an “overlooking” of the dangers so the new agency can do their first “operation”! The eruption? Set off with EMF….it was already showing an uptick in activity so it would have been an easy target. They have been doing EMF in that area for months now, including two beams that set off a swarm of earthquakes in Wairoa….and yes, we have those beams recorded.

Note that this new legislation passes more power to local authorities and Ministry of Health when a pandemic happens…..ie. to enact mandatory vaccination etc. So yes, there we have it, Big Pharma do have their part in this too!

Interesting isn’t it? Why ever were folk touring that Island with the noted increased activity and warnings in place? …. On other fronts we’ve had two Police shootings recently, both in which a man was shot dead. We have Police now armed with weapons and armored vehicles. We have the measles scare on an island not too far away that has now mandated vaccines with NZ making noises for some time now about the same. Before the last election Labour said they ‘hadn’t ruled it out’. No mention in the media re Samoa of the two babies that died immediately after their vaccination just months prior to mandating. Note, prior to the patenting of vaccines death from measles was extremely rare. The South Island’s West Coast has just been hammered with 1080 & a subsequent by kill of the wildlife with the ongoing denial of the dangers of that class 1A ecotoxin to humans. And they have just switched 5G on in that area, in spite of the industries’ and colluding government’s blatant lies that it is harmless. It isn’t. Why else won’t Lloyds insurance cover wifi / 5G damages? Now it is also live in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. Enjoy your fast downloads people but don’t forget to get the ongoing stats from your hospitals on stroke, cardiac problems, cancer and miscarriages. All illustrated by independent science. EWR
