The 1952 flash floods that struck the village of Lynmouth in England were revealed to have been caused by weather manipulation.
The deluge, which happened on Aug. 15, 1952, swept through the once-picturesque Devon county where Lynmouth is located. Nine inches of rain fell in the span of 24 hours, causing a 90-metric-ton torrent of water to gush forth and cause the death of more than 30 people. Tons of rock at the Exmooor area saturated by the flood fell onto Lynmouth and destroyed several homes and businesses.
The British Ministry of Defense (MoD) has categorically denied its role in the tragic disaster, dubbed as “the hand of God.”
But previously classified documents from 2001 suggested that a team of international scientists working with the Royal Air Force (RAF) had been experimenting with artificial rainmaking in southern Britain, where Devon is located, during the same week as the flood. The documents also revealed that the operation, dubbed “Operation Cumulus,” was actually a geoengineering effort.
RAF Squadron Leader Len Otley recounted to the BBC that they jokingly referred to the rainmaking exercise as “Operation Witch Doctor.” Group Captain John Hart, who served as Otley’s navigator, also looked back at the success of the operation.
“We flew straight through the top of the cloud [and] poured dry ice down into [it],” said Hart. “We flew down to see if any rain came out of the cloud. It did about 30 minutes later, and we all cheered.”
A 50-year-old radio broadcast unearthed by the British national broadcaster also described glider pilot Alan Yates flying over Bedfordshire and spraying quantities of salt. He was later informed that there was a devastating downpour in Staines, located 50 miles away.
“I was told that the rain had been the heaviest for several years and all out of a sky which looked summery. There was no disguising the fact that the seedsman had said he’d make it rain, and he did. Toasts were drunk to meteorology and it was not until the BBC news bulletin [about the Lynmouth disaster] was read later on, that a stony silence fell on the company,” Yates said.
Weather manipulation efforts serve a more sinister purpose
For its part, the British Meteorological Office – the U.K.’s national weather service – denied conducting weather manipulation experiments prior to 1955.
But documents obtained by the BBC from the public record office, alongside RAF logbooks and attestations from personnel, confirmed that weather alteration exercises were going on from 1949 to 1955. They also suggested that there had been a “cloud-seeding” operation between Aug. 4 and Aug. 15, 1952 – the day of the tragedy.
The Guardian also obtained declassified minutes from a Nov. 3, 1953 meeting of the now-defunct Air Ministry, held at the War Office Building in London’s Whitehall district. The minutes showed that the British military was interested in artificially increasing precipitation for military purposes.
The documents also touched on cloud seeding having the capability “to explode an atomic weapon in a seeded storm system or cloud,” producing “a far wider area of radioactive contamination than in a normal atomic explosion.” (Related: Nations are now using weather modification as clandestine warfare, CIA warns.)
But following the tragedy, Operation Cumulus was indefinitely put on hold.
Three years after the tragedy in Lynmouth, the issue of liability and compensation claims related to the flooding was raised in the House of Commons. As per documents seen by the BBC, both the Air Ministry and Her Majesty’s Treasury expressed anxiety over the potential damage weather manipulation can inflict on civilians.
In the early 2000s, the British Geological Survey examined soil sediments in Lynmouth to find any residues of silver or iodide. While tests on soil samples were inconclusive, silver residue had been discovered in the catchment waters of the West Lyn and East Lyn rivers that straddle the village.

Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960’s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time. In this exclusive interview for Prison Planet.tv subscribers, Livingston explains how for decades the US government has had the power to both lessen and increase the severity of adverse weather for their own purposes. Dr. Livingston was assigned in 1966 from the Naval weapons research Laboratory to a marine fighter squadron in Vietnam. Having personally flown on 265 missions into the eyes of hurricanes, Livingston remarks that he was “disgusted” by the failure to lessen the impact of Katrina. Viruses raining down from Earth’s atmosphere, say scientists

Scientists have discovered that millions of viruses are travelling around the Earth’s atmosphere. The viruses are transported up on the back of organic particles suspended in air and gas – and then rain down upon the ground.
This could explain how genetically identical viruses can be found enormous distances apart – by hitching a ride on smaller particles swept up into the atmosphere.
Scientists from universities in Canada, Spain and the US have also, for the first time, quantified the number of viruses that are being swept up from the ground into the atmosphere. (Read more here)
Seeing this headline reminded me of the post I’ve had waiting on viruses. I figured it would be greeted with disbelief but here’s the proof, the viruses are indeed raining down.

Puerto Rico DIRECT HIT by Hurricane Maria… interview with Dane Wigington reveals “weather weaponization” may be the culprit
(Natural News) Puerto Rico has just received a direct hit from Hurricane Maria, a category-4 storm with 155 mph winds at its core. The “weather bombing” of the bankrupt U.S. territory of Puerto Rico is no random event, according to Geoengineering Watch analyst Dane Wigington. In an interview conducted yesterday — to be posted on Natural News in just a few days — Wigington detailed the evidence for “weather weaponization” technology that allows powerful nations to literally steer superstorms into their intended targets.
“Local media is reporting that the Fajardo, Espíritu Santo and Rio Grande de Loiza rivers have all broken their bank,” reports the UK Express. “Terrified residents took to Twitter to reveal their accounts of eerie tsunami sirens blaring through the storm, signalling a possibly deadly storm surge of up to nine feet.”
Millions of Puerto Ricans have lost power. “Hurricane Maria’s ferocious winds continued strafing Puerto Rico late Wednesday morning, shearing off roofs, cutting power to nearly the entire island and pushing rivers over their banks,” reports the Miami Herald. Rosita Galguerra is also quoted by the paper, saying, “The house is trembling – and my house is made of concrete with a concrete roof. The winds are like out of a horror movie and it’s gusts, gusts, gusts. The island is going to be completely destroyed.”
Wigington says the string of powerful hurricanes — Harvey, Irma, Maria — specifically targeting the highest density population areas of multiple states is no coincidence and not based on random chance.

Irma & Jose mentioned in new aid Bill HR 3732 (amended in Sept 2017) (this amended post replaces the previous retracted one)
I recently retracted this post to investigate further following comments both here and elsewhere that HR 3732 did not include Irma & Jose in its original wording but was amended on Sep 11th to include provision (increased from $1 million to $25 million) for victims of Hurricanes Irma & Jose. It was signed by the President on Sept 12th. Apologies if my headline misled anybody. I have reworded the post’s headline.
That said, I do not retract my belief that these hurricanes nevertheless are man made or that these two were indeed therefore pre planned. There is enough evidence of that activity to date. I am simply retracting my headline that was written in misunderstanding of the Congress Bill.

(But we cannot change the weather significantly without changing the “climate” too. Climate Change = weather change over time.)
====✈ CONTRAILS persist and form clouds when enough cloud-condensation nuclei (CCN) are present at the right altitude. Most people are unaware that CCNs are deliberately dispersed via cloud-seeding flares ABOVE AND IN FRONT OF incoming storm clouds, regularly, in most developed counties and in at least 68 US counties. The flares are burned right at the altitude where contrails are formed, ~20,000 feet (cloud seeding pilots interviewed stated 5,000 to 40,000 feet, most commonly 16-22,000 feet.)
Contrails do not usually form at low altitudes or very high altitudes, and they almost always have a starting and stopping point– the range in which sufficiently abundant CCNs are present. This range is also where aircraft accelerate the most as they climb to cruising altitude, creating the most water vapor. The vapor instantly freezes to form ice crystals which expand in the low-pressure environment and bond with other CCNs present, which can form thick clouds and sometimes even create total cloud cover IN FRONT OF STORMS– before the storm clouds even arrive.
This effect causes the formation of artificial clouds in perfectly blue skies, and the appearance that jet aircraft are “spraying something” when, actually, they are spraying super-heated water vapor, which becomes expanding frozen water particles. The invisible, cloud nuclei containing metallic aerosols were dispersed previously, bonding with the ice crystals and thus facilitating the cloud formation process.
In other words, SMALL AIRCRAFT disperse cloud seeding material into the sky, and then LARGE JETS pass through it, and their condensation vapor (C02 + H2O) bonds with with those materials to form the thick, persistent contrails.

*** FACT: Cloud seeding flares contain metallic aerosols known to be toxic to humans, including silver iodide, aluminum, strontium, and magnesium. These aerosols do not simply “fall”… the invisible clouds of CCNs expand and go WHEREVER THE WIND GOES before eventually bonding with ice crystals or drifting slowly down into our soil, water, and lungs.

Angels Don’t Play this HAARP – Dr Nick Begich
If you’ve never heard of HAARP you need to read this. The technology of the powers that be is far ahead of what most of know. It is affecting us all, in ways of which most of us are totally unaware. The Military’s Pandora’s Box

This article was prepared to provide a summary of the contents of a book written in 1995 which describes an entirely new class of weapons. The weapons and their effects are described in the following pages. The United States Navy and Air Force have joined with the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, to build a prototype for a ground based “Star Wars” weapon system located in the remote bush country of Alaska.
The individuals who are demanding answers about HAARP are scattered around the planet. As well as bush dwellers in Alaska, they include: a physician in Finland; a scientist in Holland; an anti-nuclear protester in Australia; independent physicists in the United States; a grandmother in Canada, and countless others.
Unlike the protests of the 1960s the objections to HAARP have been registered using the tools of the 1990s. From the Internet, fax machines, syndicated talk radio and a number of alternative print mediums the word is getting out and people are waking up to this new intrusion by an over zealous United States government.
The research team put together to gather the materials which eventually found their way into the book never held a formal meeting, never formed a formal organization. Each person acted like a node on a planetary info-spirit-net with one goal held by all — to keep this controversial new science in the public eye. The result of the team’s effort was a book which describes the science and the political ramifications of this technology.
That book, Angels Don’t Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology, has 230 pages. This article will only give the highlights. Despite the amount of research (350 footnoted sources), at its heart it is a story about ordinary people who took on an extraordinary challenge in bringing their research forward.
HAARP Boils the Upper Atmosphere
HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an “ionospheric heater.” (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.)
