In conflict with FDA approvals, the CDC is advising off-label use of covid-19 “vaccines” for healthy children.
In the shadow of a pending lawsuit, the CDC quietly reinstated its 2025 guidance last month, reverting to its recommendation that all children aged 6 months to 17 years should be vaccinated.
This reversal overturned Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s recommendations in May 2025 that halted broad vaccination for healthy children.
The FDA has only approved covid “vaccines” for adults 65 years and older and younger people with high-risk conditions. The CDC acknowledges that use of the covid injection in the 6 months to 17 years age group would be an “off-label” use.

In what appears to be a response to a pending lawsuit from the American Academy of Paediatrics (“AAP”), the Big Pharma industry front group masquerading as a public health advocacy “non-profit,” the CDC recently reverted to its July 2025 covid vaccine recommendations encouraging all infants and children, even healthy ones, to get the injection via “shared clinical decision-making” despite no FDA authorisation for this cohort.

The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) quietly reinstated its July 2025 covid-19 vaccination recommendations, including recommending the vaccine for “off-label” use among infants and children, Maryanne Demasi, PhD, reported.
According to the CDC’s updated webpage, the agency now recommends the covid-19 shot for all adults ages 18 and older and for children ages 6 months to 17 years who are moderately to severely immunocompromised.
For children not at high risk – including males ages 12-24, who have the highest risk for vaccine-associated myocarditis – the CDC recommends the vaccine based on shared clinical decision-making.
The updated recommendations conflict with US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) approvals for the vaccines.
There are currently no FDA-approved covid-19 vaccines for healthy children and adults younger than 64. For those younger than 65, the vaccines are only FDA-approved for those at high risk of covid-19 illness, at various ages depending on the vaccine.
The CDC acknowledges that use of the vaccine in that age group would be an “off-label” use.

Whenever stuff like this occurs – which has happened multiple times under this administration; the brazen subversion of the stated MAHA agenda, to be precise – the question begs itself: who is really calling the shots at CDC, FDA, et al.?
No one in the Make America Great Again (“MAHA”) coalition voted for covid injections for kids or mRNA flu vaccines or any such bullsh*t.

Plainly, the public health bureaucracy is still besieged by interests friendly to Big Pharma.
Newly appointed CDC Director Erica Schwartz, for instance, like her predecessor whom RFK Jr. fired, is, to put it diplomatically, dubious on the vaccine question – yet, ostensibly, Kennedy is her boss as HHS Secretary and thus theoretically enjoys veto power over her decisions.
While there have been several indisputable wins for MAHA, the pattern that has emerged is one step forward, two steps back.

Thus, one of two explanations for the infant covid injection reversal presents itself:
• RFK Jr. is now, or perhaps always was, insincere in his professed beliefs – a Trojan Horse deployed to sneak Big Pharma’s agenda over the goal line by pacifying the resistance that hardened post-covid.
• He is sincere but has not been able to wrestle away full control of the public health apparatus from the pharmaceutical industry nearly two years into the administration.
My bet’s on the latter – which isn’t to make an excuse for the Secretary.
Given his extensive background waging lawfare against the pharmaceutical industry and his founding of Children’s Health Defense, which I believe to be sincere in its mission, as well as the many moments of genuine bravery he has exhibited over the years in the face of intense, vicious, unrelenting political attack from the power structure, I don’t believe he’s controlled opposition, even as he fails to deliver again and again.

The argument that MAHA apologists often make – the ones who trust the plan, as it were – is that RFK Jr. is simply playing the long game. It’s a long march through the institutions, as the Bolsheviks say.
(For the record, the official Armageddon Prose policy position is that the public health regime is too far gone for reform. The only viable solution is to nuke it and then either resurrect a replacement regime free from the endemic corruption and depopulationist ideology from the ashes or relegate the concept of a public health regime itself to the dustbin of history.)
Ultimately, what I know is what I don’t know; I don’t have enough inside information to know for sure whether RFK Jr. is acting strategically or whether he simply doesn’t have the power and authority that the title he holds ostensibly confers or whether he’s a con artist.
In any event, “playing the long game” is probably a cold comfort to a mother whose child gets maimed or killed by these monstrosities – with no legal recourse because vaccine manufacturers enjoy full legal immunity from liability – because she listened to CDC guidance coming out of the current administration.

“Each infant would have the theoretical capacity to respond to about 10,000 vaccines at any one time”
I have covered top vaccine pimp and MAHA arch-nemesis Paul Offit ad nauseam at Armageddon Prose in an effort to expose his vicious disregard for basic medical ethics and, hopefully, eventually purge him from his position of authority.

Though I had believed I’d seen the worst this cretin had to offer by way of vaccine shilling, only recently did I happen upon a 2002 article he penned in an ostensibly authoritative medical journal in the service of assuaging parents’ concerns who had been doing too much noticing.
From American Academy of Paediatrics (emphasis added):
Recent surveys found that an increasing number of parents are concerned that infants receive too many vaccines.
A more practical way to determine the diversity of the immune response would be to estimate the number of vaccines to which a child could respond at one time. If we assume that 1) approximately 10 ng/mL of antibody is likely to be an effective concentration of antibody per epitope (an immunologically distinct region of a protein or polysaccharide),39 2) generation of 10 ng/mL requires approximately 103 B-cells per mL,39 3) a single B-cell clone takes about 1 week to reach the 103 progeny B-cells required to secrete 10 ng/mL of antibody39 (therefore, vaccine-epitope-specific immune responses found about 1 week after immunization can be generated initially from a single B-cell clone per mL), 4) each vaccine contains approximately 100 antigens and 10 epitopes per antigen (ie, 103 epitopes), and 5) approximately 107 B cells are present per mL of circulating blood,39 then each infant would have the theoretical capacity to respond to about 10 000 vaccines at any one time (obtained by dividing 107 B cells per mL by 103 epitopes per vaccine).
(The issue with the vaccine schedule, of course, is not merely overload of the immune system but all of the garbage adjuvants like aluminium and mercury in the injections – a point that Offit strategically avoids confronting in his apologia.)
This would appear to answer the oft-repeated rhetorical question from vaccine realists: what’s the upper limit on how many injections the public health professionals would be willing to inject into babies straight out of the womb?
Either functionally or theoretically, for the likes of Offit, there is no upper limit; the sky’s the limit.
