  1. Even a blind pig can find an acorn once in a while.” Not much else to expect, as WHO is a political organisation, pretending to be a scientific one …

Rule of thumb – If something isn’t natural, there’s no way humans and other species are adapted to it. Think about it, humans have not grown grains for more than 6000-9000 years, depending on location and we are still not adapted. As a result, we still struggle with a number of diseases, that didn’t exist prior to that. We have only collected grains (seeds) in way smaller amounts before that. How big a chance is there then, that we have had time to adapt to artificial substances within less than 100 years? – That’s non-existant … (Herbivores refuse to eat grains, if freely given the opportunity. Being forcefed by humans is a different story … Exception, horses may eat oat. Some omnivores do, like birds and pigs, but not in quantity, unless nothing else are available.)

Closely related, we have only eaten seed oils in quantity, for some few decades. Most seeds contain inflammatory substances and extracted oils are concentrates … Not to be confused with other types of vegetable oils! (Fruit oils from olive, oil palm and coconut trees, where we use the pulp and not the seeds. Cocoa and shea butter relates here.)
