  1. Hope you’re right about a turn around. A couple of years back Japhomet announced with glee that because one in five NZ children had a disability (mostly developmental) she was created 600 more special ed. jobs. No question of investigating WHY so many children have developmental disabilities.

I’m adding a link to the original court document that was filed … and will add more info as I find it.
