Great ethics there Lincoln Uni. Why are you even in existence one has to wonder? I think most Unis are bought & paid for these days going by the info on 1080 and funding. It’s the way of corporations. EWR

“An experiment approved by the Lincoln University animal ethics committee saw the collection of 10 dogs from a Christchurch animal shelter that were then fed concentrated doses of poison before being euthanized.”

An application from an external organisation was approved for the experiment by Lincoln University in 2010, for “trials assessing the effects of sodium nitrate during its development as a humane alternative to 1080”.

Bait containing sodium nitrate was later registered to kill possums and feral pigs in 2013.

In a statement provided by the university, no further trials approved by the animal ethics committee involved dogs.

The university says it was the responsibility of the applicant…

  1. Too much information … I’ve totally gone off vaccinations after reading about all the animals that suffered and died during coronavirus trials over the year. And I’m not a vegetarian.

    1. Yes I went off them when I learned about all the (human) littlies being damaged & dying, and from being vax damaged myself. Wouldn’t touch one with a bargepole now 😦 Wish I’d known long ago.

      1. Well to be honest, it’s not just the animals with me either. But stopping them would also stop the testing.
        I had this weird experience a few years ago: I saw Vaxxed and checked up on a few things – yes, there is aluminium in vaccines, and yes they’ve paid out for injury in the US. While out with a walking group I fell into conversation with a couple of people (both primary teachers I realised after) and mentioned this, and they had hysterics at me questioning the safe and effective narrative. To think, I got to this advanced age and never realised that some things are not allowed to be questioned! What’s wrong with me?

        2. Thanks. Was a ‘blessing’ in disguise in the end because I HAD TO stop work (ie get off the crazy mousewheel) thereby I found time to research … (the scams & corruption) lots of time when I could do little else with active life gone forever. I’m pleased to say I was supernaturally healed recently so it is great to have my energy back after close on 20 yrs. Amazing.

        3. LOL, yes that’s about it. Hysteria alright. I’m encountering the same as we speak. Interesting too that they are generally folk with degrees etc etc. They’re a bit behind in their research.
