Just search Youtube & find the many folk whose cancer was indeed cured by B17 found in these seeds. Note the Cancer Act where it was made illegal to treat cancer by means other than the mainstream three offerings that incidentally have a very low success rate. Three percent for chemo. Apple seeds contain cyanide.
But in retrospect… I’ve always eaten the whole apple (seeds and all).
Apricot seeds, I understand, are good for you.

Yes, interesting isn’t it? I gather the important thing is small quantities. Laetrile. I would never had thought to eat the seeds, training as kids I guess. But later learned the seeds are healthful as there is life in them.

I always ate all (yes really) ate all of the apple. Waste not want not, orange seeds too.

Moderation is the key to all things, so DO NOT eat a bucket load of either, but a few Apricot kernels a day in season will only help your long term health…..I didn’t know they had been banned, but it does appear anything that is truly good for you will eventually be banned.
The Apricot inner kernels taste like a bitter almond….

Agree. It’s moderation. They’ve messed with the almond also I see. The fumigation chemical is pretty toxic apparently.
