I went to one of the local grocery stores earlier this week and got the idea to check the ingredients in the stuff I planned to buy. I started with bread. Rape seed oil, rape seed oil a.s.o. (canola oil in N. America) in all of the different types and brands. Even in those fresh ‘baked’ in the store. Started to check other stuff. Well, often either rape seed oil or sun flower oil included, along with other industrial chemicals. It seems that the food industry have gone all in, in trying to destroy our health … No, not any industrial products in the food I’m buing any more. Seed oils are seed concentrates, which causes in most cases inflammations and breaks down to aldehydes (toxic and causes cancer). Many types of seeds also contains allergens, I do know …
