Our readers were shocked when we told them that Serco has its roots with a British company RCA which can be tracked back to the Queen’s Golden Share. They were equally shocked when they found out how entrenched Serco has been in winning no-bid contracts in the U. S. , one after another, billions of taxpayer dollars.
And who is approving all these contracts? Yep, you guessed it.
