Major Alert: New Zealand Government is Enshrining ‘Medical Mandates’ in Law

There is a revolution in progress, and it is not a bloodless revolution.

The Gene Technology Bill introduced to Parliament this week includes the following provisions:—

  • Mandatory medical activity authorisations: for a human medicine that is or contains gene technology that has been approved by at least two recognised overseas gene technology regulators.
  • Emergency authorisations: when there is an actual or imminent threat to the health and safety of people or to the environment, for example, threat from a disease outbreak, or an industrial spillage. The Minister responsible for the Gene Technology Act (the Minister) will have the power to grant an emergency authorisation.

These clauses bypass the medical choice provisions of the New Zealand Bill of Rights. 

They violate the conclusions of Phase 1 of the Royal Commission on the pandemic which found that vaccine mandates hurt people and the economy.

They pre-empt the findings of Phase Two of the Royal Commission which has yet to examine the safety of COVID-19 vaccines produced via gene editing.

It empowers the Minister to make health decisions affecting all Kiwis on the say-so of foreign gene regulators of his choice.

The Bill is being passed under Fast Track legislation designed to prevent public discussion of its controversial provisions and adequate understanding of its impact by MPs. There is no time sensitive need for this.

The Bill ignores the experience and lessons of the last five years of the pandemic which has been a gene technology disaster responsible for 30 million deaths worldwide. Its logic is therefore incomprehensible even to well-informed observers, but it appears to find echoes in a dark history:

“The sun shines” wrote Christopher Isherwood in his 1930s Berlin Stories “and Hitler is the master of this city. The sun shines, and dozens of my friends are in prison, possibly dead.” As are too many of my friends recently, young and old alike.

Following the 1933 Nazi acquisition of power, Germany underwent a rapid and sweeping revolution that reached deep into the fabric of daily life. At the beginning, it occurred quietly and out of sight of most of the population. At its core was ‘enabling’ legislation that empowered the government and its appointees (read: regulators) to take far reaching decisions on behalf of the whole population. Its core aim was Gleichschaltung—coordination—designed to bring citizens, government ministries, universities, cultural and social institutions inline with Hitler’s extreme beliefs and attitudes.

Today we are facing efforts aimed at global coordination of technology, including biotechnology, food tech and information technology. The New Zealand government appears very willing to play a leading role in this revolution, whatever the implications. We have reported on these previously at length (here, here, here and here). 

In addition to the prospect of government reimposition of medical mandates, the Bill does not require labelling of gene altered foods. As this flies in the face of all the canons of food safety and traceability established over the last 100 years, the only possible motivations are either a desire to deny consumers any right to preferences, or a wish to avoid any safety monitoring or culpability. Not only will we be unable to exercise medical autonomy, but we will no longer know what we are eating. This is an extraordinary and frightening prospect and not just for those who struggle with allergies. Food choice is not the prerogative of the government or bioscientists no matter how sure of themselves.

Something absolutely fundamental and personal is being taken away from us

This Bill is being promoted and steered by Judith Collins, with the full support and encouragement of the Prime Minister Chris Luxon and the leader of the ACT Party David Seymour. Collins is a lawyer and long time Parliamentarian, she will fully understand the import of the Bill. As a previous leader of the National Party who lost an election, it is hard to escape the suggestion that Collins may be taking satisfaction from the imposition of her will on those who rejected her leadership. We have all heard stories of waiters who piss in the awkward customer’s beer and laugh behind their backs. I am sorry to draw such a gross comparison, but my sense of outrage demands it.

The Gene Technology Bill seeks to institute a revolution, it spits in the face of the public who suffered during the pandemic and who voted in a new government with the thought that things might change. Instead we appear to have more of the same or worse. The refusal of Health New Zealand to publish up to date health statistics such as those for cancer incidence, speaks volumes about a government determined to avoid any accountability, even at the expense of public health. For the record, US insurance data reveals that cancer incidence has had a steady and unremitting upward trajectory since the introduction of COVID-19 vaccines. Ignored by our government and worse: covered up.

There is a time for everything and a season for every purpose under Heaven. A time to be born and a time to die, Now is the time to lobby your MP and let them know exactly what you think. Time to make our voice heard.

Please write to your MP before the summer break brings consideration to a close and put a note in your diary to follow up afterwards. This fight is winnable.

Lux Luthor — Part 3: Monopoly Board: the New Zealand Edition with Social Impact Bonds to Manage Crises!

In Part 3 “Monopoly Board”, the National Party’s stealthy social engineering agenda is teased out through a re-examination of Chris Luxon’s rhetoric on how he’d fix the nation if he were Prime Minister. The reader is steered to a proposed ‘Social Investment Fund’, stashed in the bowels of National’s website, to show the structural racketeering put in play by institutions, individuals, and interests with a history of engineering crises and controlling crisis rituals to deploy ‘solutions’.

The Luxon National Government intends to spearhead the roll out of a social impact bond market, that has been piloted by Crown entities and have been trialled elsewhere, and were developed by global banks — such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Chase — who were among the culprits that caused the Global Financial Crisis of 2007-2008. The social impact bond market is designed to harvest the digital data of humans that receive any kind of public services, program assistance, or welfare payments in order to manage the impacts caused by the global oligarchy (without admitting their culpability).

Ironically, Mr Luxon claims to be passionate about combating modern slavery. Yet, he doesn’t appear to have studied the structural racketeering practised by banking cartels. The dirty secret of banking is that banks across the world operate as market monopolizing cartels to maintain an artificial scarcity of cash, while supplying an abundance of manufactured credit. Conspicuously, the looming Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) is one of the elephants in the election debate room.

With CBDCs under development, central banks are poised to be at the center of a financial transaction control grid, with programmable money as a means of social control. Critics foresee that such digital money will be used as a medium to enforce social credit scoring, a carbon credit and taxation system, and block-chained social impact bond contracts for public services, program assistance, or welfare payments.

Indeed, as former Māori Television editor, Steve ‘Snoopman’ Edwards pointed out in part 1: “Operation Overwealth”, the computing chip is not only the new instrument of empire expansion. The chip is also set to collectivize all previous instruments of expansion, including slavery, feudalism, and credit creation, in the ongoing Third Hundred Years’ War — that began as a struggle over the control of oil in 1899.

Indeed, in 2020, a central banker explained at an annual meeting of the IMF-World Bank the key advantage that CBDC’s had over cash, was the capacity to have absolute control over how people used money since the digital currency would be programmable. This virtual meeting took place on the 33rd anniversary of the 1987 Wall Street Crash. The totalitarian ‘solution’ to the next crash was signaled.

Crucially Luxon’s mentor, former Prime Minister John Key, mentioned in the escalation of public debt borrowing that occurred while the Corona Tumble Weed turned NZ’s cities into ghost towns (without stating the matter so colorfully), was essentially on a national scale what his government did for Christchurch following the earthquakes of 4 September 2010 and 22 February 2011. Key, like Jacinda Ardern, are narcissists who gas-lit New Zealanders during these crises that they oversaw, and were both rewarded with honorary doctorates for their machinations.

The Christchurch Rebuild meta-data, revealed that big corporate interests — foreign and domestic — worked hand-in-glove with central and local government as a hidden ‘brotherhood’, signalling their cooperation to collude by embedding the number 13 and its multiples in key numbers, as game theory could predict.

The deeper context examined here reveals that a reset of critical structural forces such as technological innovations was really about the struggles, tensions and impacts of organizing systems, to determine whether access to the world’s valued resources is restricted or open. Thus, epic ‘chess games’ are inflicted to re-set the arc of history. As such, a brand manager-turned-political lawmaker, with a narcissistic ego, will be a useful idiot for the global power élite if he becomes prime minister.

Lux Luthor — Part 1: Operation Overwealth (Steve ‘Snoopman’ Edwards)

This heretical dispatch re-examines Christopher Luxon’s high-octane propulsion to the role as leader of the National Party — from brand marketer to airline CEO. It reveals a highly-networked global élite stealthily pimping planetary policies, while mass populaces, including Kiwis, are lined up like ducks for vote harvesting.

Few Kiwis know that Luxon’s former employer, Unilever, co-funded the Bilderberg Foundation — along with the CIA — a key global-policy shaping group for Western élites, the agendas of NATO and propaganda disseminated through the Economist.

Similarly, most Kiwis remain unaware that Luxon’s participation in the Microsoft CEOs Summits in the mid-2010s, as well as his invitation to a $13,000 dinner with former US President Barack Obama numbering 13 mortals, and his subsequent selection as Chairman of the inaugural Prime Minister’s 13-member Business Advisory Council — were chess plays in political grooming to become a ‘rook’.

The grand chessboard game involves inflicting ‘managed conflict’ with the application of a ‘Hegelian Dialectic’ social engineering to cause clashes between two opposing ideologically-driven forces, so that a ‘synthesis’, or a desired final solution, is created. The idea is to use the crises to forge a fusion of capitalism and communism to control populations. This hybrid system is techno-feudalism.

After Luxon moved into the political realm by standing as a National Party candidate in the 2020 election, the former Air New Zealand CEO appeared to undergo a ‘pilot test’ to see how he weathered a fleeting ‘scandal’. In February 2021, a business unit at Air NZ was found to have performed maintenance work for the Saudi Royal Navy, while Luxon was CEO. The media treated Luxon with kid gloves, while PM Jacinda Ardern named Price Waterhouse Coopers as auditor, and called a snap three-day lockdown for Auckland (city of Air NZ’s HQ), due to only three cases.

Former Māori Television editor, Steve ‘Snoopman’ Edwards locates Luxon’s recent rhetoric that “the wealthy aren’t the problem” with triangulated lenses comprised of scholarship that surveys oligarchic coalitions, who transform economic wealth into political power. By American standards, Luxon’s $4 million annual salary while captaining Air New Zealand placed him at the threshold of oligarch status.

Crucially, oligarchs can only exist in societies with extreme wealth disparities, and they thrive in crisis-ridden societies. Ergo, the super-wealthy cause crises, including poverty. Super-rich oligarchs convert their concentration of economic wealth into political power, which is why oligarchies can’t be undone by democratic procedures.

Therefore, part 1 “Operation Overwealth” of this six-part series, Lux Luthor Redux, climbs above the clouds to metaphorically cruise at 13,000 feet over the South Pacific archipelago to show the long grooming of Unilever’s former head of North American Deodorants & Grooming corporate portfolio, as a useful élite idiot.
