According to a recent publication in the Journal of Death and Dying, Health Canada has unveiled a plan for “savings” that is as brutal as it is unprecedented. As detailed by Kelsi Sheren, the analysis reveals that from 2027 to 2047, the government is projected to save a staggering $1.273 trillion—not through innovation or improved healthcare—but through death.
More than 14 million Canadians, according to the data, will be culled by Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) instead of receiving palliative or mental health care.
Let that number sink in: 14.7 million human beings put to death by the state.
The breakdown exposes the raw cruelty beneath the bureaucratic language.
Over nine million are expected to be the elderly—our parents, grandparents, the generation that built the country. Another four million are projected to be those struggling with mental illness or suicidal thoughts—people who should be receiving compassion and treatment, not a government-funded lethal injection. Three hundred thousand are forecast to be Indigenous, continuing a centuries-long cycle of state-sanctioned extermination masked as “care.” The remainder are the forgotten—the addicts, the poor, the homeless. Those who once fell through the cracks are now being deliberately pushed through them.
What we’re witnessing is not compassion—it’s a depopulation agenda dressed up as healthcare reform. For years, the elites have spoken in euphemisms about “sustainability,” “resource allocation,” and “reducing human impact.”
But behind the sterile language lies the same philosophy that drove eugenics programs in the last century: that some lives are no longer worth the cost of keeping alive. This is the new face of population control—clean, clinical, and taxpayer-funded.
This is what Bill Gates spoke about years ago when he calmly explained that “death panels” will be necessary to keep healthcare systems “sustainable.” The idea was dismissed as a dystopian conspiracy at the time.
But today, we’re seeing those exact mechanisms quietly installed—committees, guidelines, and cost-benefit analyses that decide who lives and who dies in the name of fiscal efficiency. The architects of this system call it mercy. In truth, it is the economic rationalization of death.
And it’s not stopping with Canada. Similar conversations are happening across the West, from the UK’s National Health Service to U.S. think tanks advocating for “end-of-life cost optimization.” The narrative is spreading—one that frames euthanasia as empowerment, while burying the fact that the system itself created the despair in the first place. When people are crushed by inflation, isolation, and mental collapse, the state arrives not with help, but with a syringe.
The data is there for anyone to see. The SAGE Journal and the Journal of Death and Dying make it clear: this isn’t about compassion—it’s about control. The great reset of humanity doesn’t always come with wars or pandemics. Sometimes it comes disguised as kindness, whispered in the language of “choice” and “dignity.”
But make no mistake—what is being built for Canada, and soon the rest of the world, is a system of managed decline, where human life is reduced to a line item on a balance sheet.
The elites have declared open season on the vulnerable. And unless we speak up, they’ll call it progress.
“The ultimate moral test of any government is the way it treats three groups of its citizens. First, those in the dawn of life — our children. Second, those in the shadows of life — our needy, our sick, our handicapped. Third, those in the twilight of life — our elderly.” Former US, VP Hubert Humphrey (1965-69)
“…policies that will make our Nation united, fair, safe, and prosperous again” ?
Fair and safe for some, but not it would appear, the disabled.
Interesting info from Fred Trump, the nephew of Donald Trump. He is the father of a severely disabled adult son, and was advised by his uncle Donald to let him die and move on. Isn’t wishing disabled people dead and not cared for & helped, the marks of a eugenicist?
Indisputably … yes.
This is definitely WEF, UN, WHO thinking. Right now we are witnessing Canada aspiring to bump off the disabled. Well actually they’re not aspiring to, they are already.
Sixty Minutes interviewed Trump’s nephew in the middle of last year. Here is the shorter clip.
Watch for the Liverpool Care Pathway also. Nil by mouth often without telling the patient’s family. I am aware from feedback and my own observations that the ‘protocol’ if you could call it that, is used here in NZ. It’s been said it’s no longer used . It is a forerunner I’d guess to what’s happening now. Dr Vernon Coleman has also warned us what is coming along the lines of euthanasia. EWNZ
A prominent expert is warning the public that the Canadian government is now euthanizing mentally ill and disabled citizens as part of a “eugenics” agenda that has been thinly disguised as “assisted suicide.”
The chilling warning was issued by Kelsi Sheren, a military veteran-turned-anti-euthanasia activist.
Specifically, Sheren is sounding the alarm about Canada’s taxpayer-funded Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) program.
During a whistleblowing new interview with Triggernometry, Sheren said:
“MAiD is medical assistance in dying, but let’s call it what it is.
“It’s eugenics. It’s not MAiD. It’s eugenics.
“And the reason I say that so emphatically is because the statistics around who is using medical assistance and dying versus who is being euthanized are radically different.”
MAiD was originally launched by the Canadian government in 2016 to help terminally ill patients end their suffering.
However, Sheren is among several experts warning that MAiD has morphed into something more sinister.
The “assisted suicide” program has now become a system that increasingly targets people with mental health challenges, disabilities, and other non-terminal conditions.
Essentially, the citizens targeted for euthanasia are those requiring long-term care who are considered a burden on Canada’s taxpayer-funded socialized healthcare system.
“We had a girl in British Columbia last year… walked into Vancouver hospital,” Sheren continues.
“She was suicidal…
“She was met by the doctors who told her she couldn’t see psychiatrists for six months…
“And then she was then sat down while the nurse put her hand on her knee and said, ‘Have you heard of MAID?’ to a vulnerable person who just expressed that she was suicidal.”
Sheren asserts that this practice is the same eugenics program pioneered by the Nazis.
The controversial historical practice aims to “improve” society by controlling who gets to live or reproduce.
In recent years, Canada’s liberal government has expanded the euthanasia laws to include people who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, or other treatable conditions.
I apologise for using the oxymoronic term “assisted suicide for babies” in the title. An infant is not self-aware and cannot “commit suicide.” Infants want to live, eat, and be held by their parents. And yet, the Quebec College of Physicians wants to expand the Canadian “Medical Assistance in Dying” program to infants.
Watch Dr. Louis Roy, from the Quebec College of Physicians, telling the Commons’ Special Joint Committee of Medical Assistance in Dying (“MAiD”) on 7 October 2022 that his organisation believes MAID can be appropriate for infants up to age one who are born with “severe malformations.”
“Canadian army veteran and Paralympian Christine Gauthier [in a battle to obtain a stairlift for her home] was offered an extraordinary alternative. A Canadian official told her in 2019 that if her life was so difficult and she so ‘desperate’, the government would help her to kill herself. ‘”
Anyone who ever thought that the compassionate response to extreme human suffering is a society that helps people find permanent release from their pain may want to look at some of the horror stories coming out of Canada recently.
To be clear, euthanasia laws in the US are nothing like those of its neighbor to the north. But American acceptance of the practice has been growing for decades despite warnings that legalized suicide is a slippery slope toward a calamitous debasement of human life.
Canada, a country that prides itself on its open-mindedness and tolerance, has the most permissive rules on euthanasia in the world – and the results have been frankly terrifying.
Last year, more than 10,000 people in Canada – astonishingly that’s over three percent of all deaths there – ended their lives via euthanasia, an increase of a third on the previous year. And it’s likely to keep rising: next year, Canada is set to allow people to die exclusively for mental health reasons.
Only last week, a jaw-dropping story emerged of how, five years into an infuriating battle to obtain a stairlift for her home, Canadian army veteran and Paralympian Christine Gauthier was offered an extraordinary alternative.
A Canadian official told her in 2019 that if her life was so difficult and she so ‘desperate’, the government would help her to kill herself. ‘I have a letter saying that if you’re so desperate, madam, we can offer you MAiD, medical assistance in dying,’ the paraplegic ex-army corporal testified to Canadian MPs.
The Defining Event Of The 21st Century: Underpopulation
From lewrockwell.com
By Bill Sardi
There are apocalyptic books that alter the course of history. The Bible, for one. Paul Ehrlich’s Population Bomb, published in 1968, another. Since Ehrlich’s book predicted hundreds of millions of people would starve to death because of overpopulation, modern populations have groveled with family planning, birth control, abortion, forced population control (China) and imagined threats of famines and resultant environmental and climate disasters. Then this book:
EMPTY PLANET, The Shock Of Global Population Decline, by Canadian researchers Darrell Bricker and John Ibbitson (Little Brown Book Group, 2019)
According to its authors, young women won’t need to forgo having babies to save the planet, they have already instinctively delayed or foregone childbirth for reasons of career, pursuit of wealth and autonomy, no covert or overt population control plans needed.
The postulation of the book is that in countries where urbanization is a trend and the standard of living and incomes are high, women are having so few babies as to imperil the required growth in their country’s future. Cultural changes, not any religious dictums or government regulations, are responsible for this monumental change.
But wait, outmoded ideas sometimes never fade away. Old ideas remain indelibly in the minds of people, particularly the doomsday ideas of Paul Ehrlich. If what EMPTY PLANET book says is true, then many are still mired in the past (notice the dates on these proclamations).
Joe Pfeifer, in his October 5, 2019 missive posted at ReporterHerald.com, says: “We should focus on the one root cause for all these catastrophes. Our planet cannot sustain the doubling of our global population that occurs ever 61 years… we have too many people.”
The world clearly can’t support 10 billion people living like Americans do today. – Science Magazine, July 1, 2005
“Consider adoption if you want children.”
– Sean Dennison, Oct. 9, 2019
Calls to have few or no children to fight climate change are common. Celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Prince Harry have become advocates for limited birthing. – Vox, August 20, 2019
Kevin Casey writing at com (November 20, 2019) says: “Climate changes is not the biggest threat to the world’s environment – we are… Now our numbers are out of control, and that presents us with limited options… Stop getting sidetracked by the climate change industry and recognize that the problem is our sheer numbers and blatant disregard for the planet’s health – not the climate… We need more global promotion of family planning, more female empowerment and government incentive to have fewer children—not more.”
In the quintessential argument over whether the planet is half-empty/half-full, the overpopulation mantra is paused by these startling recent headlines:
“Everyone knows that the world is overpopulated, or soon will be. But what if everyone is wrong.” — Steven Mosher, Population Research Institute, Feb. 8, 2019
“We’ve worried about overpopulation for centuries. And we’ve always been wrong.” — Vox 20, 2019
“The biggest problem the world will face is population collapse.”
— Elon Musk, Jack Ma, Aug. 30, 2019
There are some over-population prophets who are going to have to eat their words.
This is the real face of Agenda 21, already operative in governments (corporations parading as governments) and local governments world wide. (To learn more about Agenda 21 visit our Agenda 21 pages at the links in the article). It is about the plan for global governance that our former PM Helen Clarke is currently working on. The real agenda is not so much governance as control.
This is a real Agenda 21 commercial shown on The Blaze channel in the US. It is a thinly veiled ad for euthanasia. Watch your loved ones in hospital because already hospitals are making decisions about whether they live or die often without family consent. Yes I’ve heard of this happening in NZ from many people. Patients are given ‘nil by mouth’ which means also, no water. Your loved one can die of thirst. Research for yourself the Liverpool Care Pathway. Here are some links to start with:
A pathway to euthanasia? Family revive father doctors ruled wasn’t worth saving
Andy Flanagan was rescued from dying on debated Liverpool Care Pathway
Doctors told his family that he was close to death after a cardiac arrest
His family gave him drops of water that helped him come round before doctors agreed to put him back on a drip
His sister Lesley Flanagan said the method was ‘licence to kill’
Police probe the death of mother on ‘care pathway’: Son claims ‘cruel’ withdrawal of fluids and food was ‘attempted murder’
Peter Tulloch, 55, of Bedfordshire, had visited his mother Jean in hospital
Said she had been isolated and her intravenous drip had been removed
Wants police to probe if ‘extremely cruel’ treatment was attempted murder
Police were last night investigating a complaint by the son of an elderly woman who died in hospital after her food and fluids were allegedly withdrawn without his agreement.
Peter Tulloch says his 83-year-old mother Jean had her intravenous drip removed even though she was ‘far from being dead’.
This can be called little other than thinly veiled euthanasia … an agenda originated to assist those suffering with terminal illness, however as is always with thin ends of wedges, people with other illnesses that weren’t life threatening have been drawn in.
Denying water to a dying soul hastens on death & increases suffering. Agenda 21 is a UN document that sounds benevolent with all its spin on sustainability – but is really about depopulation & control. It is also behind the rate hikes we are seeing now. Agenda 21 policy is found planet wide now in our governments (really corporations) and local government. It is here in NZ. Again, watch out for your loved ones in hospitals. Guard them like a hawk. These are different times to a generation ago. Lives are not counted highly especially those of the elderly.
While currently I’ve seen articles saying the LCP is no longer, I am still seeing ‘nil by mouth’ here in NZ. So really, is it over? I doubt it.
