If you still think 1080 is saving our birds you must watch the award winning Poisoning Paradise doco

“This New Zealand film has won 4 international environmental awards – but here in NZ, TV channels refuse to play it. Why? Because if they did, there would be outrage and riots over New Zealand’s use of aerially applied 1080 poison. See for yourself … ”  From TheGrafBoys‘ Youtube Channel

Two scientists who reviewed more than 100 of DoC’s scientific papers say: “There’s no credible scientific evidence showing any species of native bird benefits from 1080 drops”

  1. Hi Pam,I was watching a small video about 10 maybe–15 years ago, about framer in the south Island, doc dropped some 1080 on his farm. He went back a few days later, and found over 100 dead Kea . he complained to doc, they threatened him. he sold his farm and moved to the north Island. That’s the tip of the iceberg, keep up the good work, cheers mike

    1. Thanks for the feedback Mike. I bet there are many untold stories like this. Aside from the fact there are many told stories documented or filmed. To other folk reading these comments, use the categories box top left of page (on 1080) and read the many examples there are. Many also recorded in the Grafboys’ excellent doco. Sheep, horses, cattle, pet cats, dogs … many horrific stories … also of the very slow days long cruel death they endure! Unbelievable!
