  1. I have learned many hard lessons as to the sincerity of promises made. It seems trust = stupidity for many of these corporations.

    As Phillip K. Dick said,
“The basic tool for manipulation of reality is the manipulation of words.”

As a wordsmith myself, I know how critical it is to provide clarity through words. These corporations have already betrayed the customer more than once, and, in the future, I’d say,” Put it in writing.”

Get the pen out, folks, and enforce honesty through contracts. Literally levy a heavy price for breach of contract. Either that or do what I did–throw that phone and tech down the privy.

    1. Seems so Joyce. The whole corporate fraud is what got me started with this site at the outset. They do literally lie with impunity & folk don’t realize it. And their fines are peanuts … so small they prob pay them out of their petty cash if they have such a fund.
