Hydroxychloroquine reduced Covid death rates by 75%

Dr. Jane Orient is the executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and she recently responded to a study revealing that countries that allowed the controversial drug hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) to be used in the treatment of Covid had nearly a 75% lower death rate than those that didn’t.

The drug became politicized after US President Donald Trump recommended the popular malaria drug as a treatment for the coronavirus. As soon as that happened, political opponents and the mainstream media immediately began bashing the popular drug as a potential treatment.
