‘Why is there a presentation about LED street lighting on a chemtrails-related website?’   Answer:  There is evidence of a multi-faceted quiet war system being used against humanity which incorporates a host of sophisticated, disruptive, harmful and destructive technologies – wifi,  5G wireless radiation, HAARP,  “smart”  devices, ionospheric heating, aerosol operations,  among other things and including LED street lights.

It has been found that LED street lighting systems may be used as carriers for the 5G coverage radiation emission blanket.    Aerosol operations spray masses of metal particulates which 5G can utilize.   The metal particulates in the atmosphere enhance the conductivity of 5G wireless radiation and as we unwittingly inhale the toxic metal nano-particles, we become better receptors for the electromagnetic frequency devices being used.
