  1. Thats great advise for some natural treatments or CAM remedies for inflammation reducing in the body.
    The treatment of chronic pain in the mind requires non resistance. I know it sounds paradoxical but when you mentally say ” I don’t want this pain or I should not be in pain” it creates mental suffering.In turn this increases the pain.
    Next time you feel the pain start focusing on your in and out breath and the pain itself ( without labeling it as pain) just as a sensation no labels
    Become aware of it as a sensation see how deeply you can focus on it in the state of non resistance and non labeling.
    For pain is not just in the body but the mind also.

  2. And exercise as much as possible if you can .I know its very hard to and sounds counter intuitive as you don’t want to move in pain .BUT with chronic pain it helps the circulation (that removes the build up of inflammatory compounds at the site of pain).
    And the natural remedies as as powerful as drugs so with everything caution and mindfulness is necessary . I had to stop using turmeric as its also a blood thinner.
