A terminally ill Canadian man is suing a hospital after secretly recording doctors discussing euthanizing him against his will.

42-year-old Roger Foley is hospitalized due to an incurable neurological disease. Despite repeated requests to be discharged to he can live the rest of his life surrounded by his loving family, hospital staff insisted that he be fast-tracked into an “assisted dying” program.

In the shocking audio clip, a doctor warns Mr. Foley he will be billed “north of $1500 a day” to stay in the hospital, before urging him to begin the hospital’s “assisted dying” program.

Under Trudeau’s liberal government, euthanazia is both legal and actively encouraged for patients with terminal illnesses and children with disabilities.
