  1. Hi Pam, Thanks for all your work.

I went to read that “Pinkish”article and found it very confusing. The writer may have known what they meant but they did not convey it well at all. It left me with questions like: Does colouring the bale age wrap pink cause cancer? Is Round-Up pink? Is silage sprayed with Round-Up? Is all silage sprayed, or what percentage? Etc etc.

Generally find your page wonderful, -this article was inadequate.

    1. Hi Tertia, thanks for the feedback & great to hear you like my site. Yes, it’s true some articles are not well written. I like clarity also. I believe this one is highlighting though the whole pink thing, the pink ribbon appeal for money, when ironically the practices of Kiwi farmers in terms of their free use of roundup on just about everything is indeed the cause of that cancer. These farmers are lied to about its safety & they believe it. Also, (& in light of your comment I should have pointed this out) it is more a lead in to the food conference addressing the said issues rather than an article in and of itself. I dare say those questions you ask would be addressed at the conference.

the spray is all over pastures every year, repeatedly, and it sits in the soil, and is eaten by the stock. No small wonder that glyphosate’s been found in both urine & breast milk even. If you’re at all interested in the issue check out our glyphosate pages. The evidence produced by Prof Seralini is very compelling. There are many more studies as well. This all illustrates the power of Monsanto.
